its limits. Number three practice gratitude. Seriously, take a moment
every day to appreciate the good stuff in your life.
Even on the toughest days. There is always something to
be grateful for. It could be as simple as a

warm cup of coffee, a sunny day, or congesture from
a stranger. Cultivate in gratitude shifts your focus from what
you like to what you already have, which can make
a world of difference in how you approach challenges. Number

things get tough. Nobody's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Instead

(02:07):
of beating yourself up, treat yourself with the same kindness
and understanding that you would offer a friend going through
a rough patch. And Leslie number five. Celebrate your winds,
big or small. Acknowledge your progress, no matter how insignificant
it may seem. Every step forward, every obstacle overcome, is
a victory worth celebrating. It helps build momentum and keeps
