around us. But imagine if we could bring a sense
of presence and intention to even the simplest tasks. That's
where mindfulness comes in. It's not some mystical practice reserved
amongst some mountain caves, though they seem pretty chill. Mindfulness

is about actively engaging with your experiences, noticing your thoughts
and feelings with that judgment, and finding that sweet spot
of being fully present in this very moment. And trust me,
it can be a total game changer. You'll feel less stressed,
