Speaker 1 (00:00):
Today, I wanted to share an insight from the Book
of Proverbs, which is one of my favorite books in
the Bible. Verse eleven, Verse one, Chapter eleven. The Lord
detests this honest scales, but accurate weights found favor with him.
First of all, let us look at the word detests.
(00:23):
What does it mean to detest something or someone? It
is to dislike with extreme intensity or hate. It is
to dislike a particular thing or person or place. So
the Lord detests dishonest scales. Dishonest scales are imbalanced scales.
(00:51):
This is a scale, a weighting machine that we are
to measure with dishonesty detest the Lord. If we lie, cheat, defraud,
or deceive, the Lord hates that. But accurate weight find
(01:15):
favor with him. So the accurate number or the balanced
act pleases God. We must remember the Lord detests this
honest scales. And if we are the children of God
and we lie, cheat, defraud, and deceive, we displease God.
(01:37):
In our actions. We must present an accurate number. We
must present an accurate weight of truth. We must present
an accurate weight of honesty as well as integrity, and
in that way we will find favor with God. God
(02:01):
that is what pleases him. I pray this proverb insight
was a blessing to you. Stay tuned for the next one.
God bless and take care. So today I want to
share another proverb from Chapter eleven, and I hope it
(02:22):
is a blessing to you. This is verse two. When
pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.
When pride comes, then comes disgrace. So when you feel
(02:45):
some type of way, when you feel arrogant or haughtiness
within your heart, know that shame is not far behind.
Know that this pride that you're feeling, it's a spirit
and it brings destruction. But with humility comes wisdom. So
(03:11):
it is better to be meek and humble than to
be arrogant and prideful. Because the Bible says, or Solomon
shares his insight that when pride comes, then comes disgrace.
(03:35):
Pride brings destruction, but humility brings understanding, deservement, knowledge, and
all things that are godly. So we have to remember
that when we feel prideful, when we feel arrogant in
(03:56):
our spirit, we must get rid of that. We must
get rid of the arrogance that prideful feelings so that
we would be walking in wisdom, will become humble. The
Lord gives us with wisdom. So I pray this was
(04:18):
a blessing to you. I pray that you have been
encouraged by this scripture and that she will apply the
scripture to your life. My desire is that you applied
the scripture to your life. You would examine your heart today,
and if you find any kind of pride arrogance in
your heart, that she would ask God to remove it.
(04:40):
As David says, remove anything from me that displeases you Lord,
So remove pride, remove arrogance, remove vanity, hotness, remove disgrace,
remove anything that this please it you God, so that
(05:02):
wisdom and humility can come and live in my temple.
Wisdom and humility cannot live with pride and arrogance. It
cannot share a room, it cannot share a house. It's
one or the other. And you have to be wise
enough to welcome or be discerning to welcome each one
(05:31):
into your house. Once you welcome pride into your home,
humility cannot live there. Once you welcome haughtiness into your home,
meekness cannot live there. So you have to choose. Choose
today whom you will serve. Once again, I hope this
(05:52):
was a blessing to you. Thank you for joining God.
Bless and take care Proverbs eleven three. As the integrity
of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed
by their duplicity. And I want to take or highlight
(06:17):
particular words in this passage and pray they are a
blessing to you by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The integrity of the of the upright, those that are
in right standing with God. The integrity, their honesty, their principal,
their moral character guides them. They are guided by honesty, principal, honor, virtue, purity, righteousness.
(06:53):
They are led, directed, or advised by moral principles. But
it says by the unfaithful are destroyed for their duplicity.
In other words, but the cheaters, those that double cross,
(07:15):
those that double deal, those that are double minded, those
that are deceitful in their actions, behavior, and character, they
are destroyed by their own doing. So if they are
cheating someone, they are going to be cheated in return.
(07:36):
If they are lying about something, they're going to be
lied about. Those that are not adhering to the promises
or obligations are going to be destroyed by their own actions.
We have to be careful because if we are cheating,
(08:00):
if we have been found wanting, then we are deemed
wicked in God's side. Our actions and our character will
reveal us. We have to be very careful. That's why
the Bible says by their fruit you will know them.
(08:22):
What type of fruit do you see in this person's life?
What type of actions or behavior are they displaying? Is integrity? Honesty?
(08:43):
Is it purity? Is a righteousness? Or is it lying, stealing, cheating, deceiving, dishonoring?
What type of fruits is this this person and displaying
in their life. The integrity of the upright guides them,
(09:08):
but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity. I pray
that this world has been a blessing to you. It
surely has been to me. I'm so thankful for the
knowledge that comes from above. I'm so thankful that God
does not leave us abandoned. God always gives us what
(09:29):
we ask for. Matthew seven seven says, ask and it
shall be given to you. Seek and you shall find.
Knock and the door will be open unto you. So
if we ask, we shall receive. If we seek, we
shall find, And if we knock persistently on that door,
(09:52):
it will be open to us. That door that we
are waiting for is going to for us a door
that no man can shut. Today we are going to
be reading or dissecting Proverbs eleven four. Matter of fact,
I was. I began to dissect this scripture yesterday, and
(10:16):
all day long, the Lord was just speaking to me
about this scripture. So I want to share my insights
with you. I'm going to be reading from New International
Version Bible, and you're welcome to follow along with me
with a Bible version of your choice. Thank you once
again for joining my table. I hope it is a
(10:37):
blessing to you. These are the words of Solomon. Wealth
is worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers
from death. Wealth is worthless in the day of wrath.
So I wanted to take a few words and highlight them.
(11:01):
First and foremost, wealth what we consider wealth in this world, money, possessions, status, class.
It would be worthless, It would have no value, no importance,
just simply useless in the day of wrath. And what
(11:23):
is this day of wrath that is spoken about in
the Book of Proverbs. I want us to go to Zephaniah,
Chapter one, verse fourteen, fifteen and sixteen. What is this
day of wrath that is being talked about. Zephaniah calls
(11:46):
it the great day of the Lord is near, near
and coming quickly. The cry on the day of the
Lord is bitter. The mighty warrior shouts his battle cry.
That day will be a day of wrath, a day
of distress and anguish, a day of trouble and ruin,
(12:09):
a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds
and blackness, A day of trumpet and battle cry against
the fortified cities and against the corner towers. A day
of complete, utter destruction and indignation, a day of fierce anger,
(12:31):
punishment on an apic scale. The Judgment Day, the Great
day of the Lord, the day of trouble and distress.
It says, wealth will be worthless in this day. Whatever
you have, whoever you are, doesn't matter what you possess,
(12:54):
It doesn't matter, because they will all will be useless
in the day of Judgment. But righteousness delivers from death.
Righteousness right standing with God. Righteousness, right standing with God
(13:17):
saves us from this gloomy day. Righteousness with God and
right standing you with God delivers us or brings us
out of this place of punishment. It's a very very
powerful word, some powerful words in this verse. Your wealth
(13:42):
and possession will not have no value or importance in
a day of judgment. You cannot buy yourself into heaven,
and you cannot pay yourself out. That's just it. It
is not going to be upon what you did. It's
not going to be upon how wealthy you were, or
(14:03):
what type of class you were. None of this will
matter in the day of judgment. Everyone will stand before
the throne of Grace and give an account for their life.
You and I will give an account. So we must
already think about can we stand before the throne of grace?
(14:30):
Are we in right standing with God? That's a very
powerful verse to think about. And if for not, Lord,
show us where we have to examine ourselves, Show us
where we have gone wrong, Show us if we detoured
a little bit, Show us if we're misaligned a little bit.
(14:52):
Show us so that we can get ourselves right. Right now,
today is the day of salvation. Today is the day
to make things right. Today is the day, not tomorrow,
next week next year. But today, let us think about that,
(15:13):
because I don't want to be standing in front of
the throne of the in front of the throne of grace,
making excuses. I want to hear, well done, my good
and faithful son, Well done, my good and faithful daughter,
well done. Whatever it is that I have assigned you
(15:34):
to do, well done, whatever was it, whatever purpose that
I have purpose for you, you have accomplished that. That
is what I want to hear. Not away from me,
you evildoers. I want to hear, well done, my good
and faithful daughter. Well done, my good and faithful son.
(15:59):
Good job. In other words, good job, you have done
what I have assigned you to do. What a delight
to hear those words, What a delight to hear those words,
well done, my good and faithful son. That is the
(16:22):
day that is going to decide our eternity. Where are
we going to end up? And we cannot buy ourselves
into heaven, we cannot pay ourselves out of hell. It's
(16:44):
a very very serious topic. I wasn't going to go here,
but the Holy Spirit is leading me. So if today
today you know you're not living righteously, today you know
you're cheating lyne and stealing, deceiving. If today you are
(17:05):
still doing these things, turn away from your wickedness, turn
away and begin to live right, Begin to tell truth,
Begin to live a pure life, a righteous life, so
(17:26):
that when you thrown, when you stand before the throne,
before the throne of grace, you will hear well done,
my good and faithful son. And this concludes our verse
for the day. I pray this was a blessing to you.
Thank you once again for joining God. Bless and take care.
(17:47):
Today we will be dissecting Proverbs eleven, verse seven. As
we continue on difficult Proverbs Chapter eleven, I will be
reading from your International version Bible, and you're welcome to
follow along with me with a Bible version of your choice.
I will also be sharing insights from the Holy Scripture
(18:11):
as well as experiences from my own personal life. Hopes
placed in mortals die with them. All the promises of
their power comes to nothing. It's a wisdom nugget. Hopes
placed in mortals die with them. In other words, we
(18:33):
cannot place hope in humans. We cannot place our confidence
and assurance in humans. Humans are frail, weak, imperfect. We
change like shifting shadows. We are here today, gone tomorrow.
(18:56):
If we place our hope in humans, they will fail us.
We must place our hope in Christ Jesus. All the
promise of their power comes to nothing. We have eternal
(19:17):
hope in Christ Jesus, but all the promises of people's
power comes to nothing. We a frail, weak, imperfect human beings.
And I love Psalm twenty verse seven says some trust
(19:38):
in chariots and some in horses, But we the children
of the mossaiesh God. And I'm going to add that
to it. Trust in the name of the Lord, the
name that is powerful, the name that is mighty, the
name that is strong, a name that is powerful enough
(19:59):
to break through. It is powerful enough. And we must
place our confidence in the Lord. I pray this was
a blessing to you, and then she will continue to
seek hope from above and not place your hope in
(20:25):
humans in mortals. Because we ask humans change like shifting shadows.
We cannot keep our promises. Only God can keep his promises.
He is the promise. Only he can do so. And
(20:49):
I pray that you see that, and I pray that
I see that, and that we will stop putting our
trust in humans. Solomon was wise enough to share this
insight with us. He said, don't put your hope in mortals.
(21:14):
All the promises of their power comes to nothing. Don't
put your hope in humans. Don't place your hope in
mortal human beings. If we just get that today, if
we just understand that today, we will be better off.
(21:42):
Once again, thank you for joining this stable. I pray
that this word has inspired you, encouraged you as well
as ignited you to continue seeking hope in the Lord.
So today we are dissecting verse eight and it says
(22:03):
and it says it like this. I will be reading
from you international version Bible, and you welcome to follow
along with me with a Bible version of your choice.
I will also be sharing insights within the Holy Scripture.
The righteous person is rescued from trouble and it falls
(22:24):
on the wicked instead. A righteous person is rescued from trouble.
A person that is in right standing with God, a
person that does what pleases God, a person that fears
God and shuns all evil, is rescued from trouble. He
is rescued by the Lord himself. The battle belongs to
(22:47):
the Lord Gods, in control of what goes on, goes
in control of what happens to him, and it falls
on the wicked instead. So the trouble that is meant
for this righteous person who falls on the wicked. Instead
(23:09):
those that do evil, those that disobey the Lord, those
are rebellious, arrogant, and proud. That is who it falls on. Instead.
What the enemy means for evil, God will turn it
around and fall on his head instead. What the enemy
(23:30):
means for our evil, God will turn around and use
it for our good. Our good. So we must not fear,
but continually trust God in all things. We must continually
trust God in all things. I pray that you are
encouraged by this scripture. I pray that you are ignited
(23:53):
as well as inspired to continue to do what pleases God.
To continue to fear God and shun all evil. That
is what pleases God. And notice the righteous person is
rescued from trouble. No matter what you face today, you
(24:14):
will and are an overcomer. God bless you and take care.
With their mouths, the godless destroy their neighbors. But through knowledge,
the righteous escape with their mouth the godless, in other words,
(24:35):
the wicked destroy their neighbors. Those that are close to them.
But through knowledge or the ability to know discernment. In
other words, the righteous escape, the righteous get free or
break loose from the entanglement with these ungodly. Our mouth
(24:58):
is a powerful way. With it, we can destroy those
around us, and with it we can restore those around us.
The godless, the wicked, they do not care about the
principles or the morals of the Bible. Not only do
(25:25):
godless destroy themselves, but they also destroyed those that are
around them. They do not even realize that they are selfish.
They are egocentric, and don't be surprised. So were such.
(25:46):
So were some of us. At one time we were godless.
At one time, we were selfish. At one time we
were ego centric. So when we're talking about the godless
or the wicked, at one point in my life or
your life, we have also been that way. Or praise
(26:06):
Praise be to God for victory, and praise be to
God that he has saved us out of our own destruction.
Another translation says it like this, With his mouth, the
hypocrite can ruin his neighbor. But by knowledge, the righteous
are delivered. So another translation calls the wicked hypocrite the
(26:32):
religious phony, right, the talker not a doer. The pretender,
the one who puts on a show, seems to be religious,
but when it all comes down to it, there's nothing within.
And a Russian translation, because I speak Russian as well
as Ukrainian, says it like this, Swaimi Richiami, litsimer prinosid
(26:57):
ludimvrid no dorovo mudrasit. In other words, with his own words,
hypocrite brings people bad luck, but wisdom will keep the
righteous secure. And that's me translate, translating the best way
that I can from Russian translation with his own words,
(27:24):
the hypocrite brings people bad luck, I'm reminded of James
three to five. Likewise, the tongue is a small part
of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what
a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.
(27:49):
James three seven to eight also says, all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles,
and secreatures are being tamed and have been tamed by mankind,
but no human being can tame the tongue. The tongue
is the smallest member in the body, but it is restless, evil,
(28:11):
full of deadly poison. We have to be careful what
we say. We have to be careful that we do
not become hypocrites like these godless, because when we become hypocrites,
then we fall into the same category. We fall into
the same category and destroy those around us. We have
(28:35):
to be careful that we don't say idle words, that
we don't say what we don't mean. That we ask
the Lord to tame our tongue. At times, our tongue
can say much, but we've got to pay attention to
what it is that we are saying. We have to
have that self control, the fruit of the spirit. Self control.
(28:57):
I want to say this, but it is not beneficial,
it's not true, it's not kind. I would rather hold
it back. That is where self control comes in. I
have to control it. I can't continue on speaking and
burning bridges. I can't continue speaking or saying things and
(29:22):
destroying those that are around me. The godless do not
even realize that they are destroying those around them. It
is in their habit. They do this on the daily.
They are selfish, arrogant, egocentric. They don't realize this. They
automatically spit things, evil things out of their mouth, and
(29:46):
they don't even realize they're doing something wrong. But the
righteous are delivered. The righteous are delivered by knowledge, by knowing.
I know better, I know better not to say this,
I know better not to bring this person down or
(30:10):
that person down. I know better not to speak evil
of someone. I know better not to do this, or that.
I know better. And so I pray that this was
a blessing to you. It surely has been to me.
I really really benefited it this morning. And let us
continue to seek out the best, seek out the best,
(30:33):
because we are Christ followers. As Christ followers, we follow Christ.
As Christ followers, we step into his footsteps. Lord, help us, Lord,
help us to tame our tongue. The things we say
(30:53):
that we don't mean. Help us to control it. Help
us not to say things that are not going to
be beneficial to someone else. If it's not kind, if
it's not pleasing to you, Lord, help us, as David says,
remove it far from us. If it's not helpful, if
it's not kind, if it's not pleasing to you, help
(31:15):
us remove it from our site. Help us remove it,
help us to control ourselves. We ask you all this
in Jesus' name. Amen, thank you once again for joining
God bless you and take care well. Today we will
be discussing Proverbs eleven, ten, eleven, and twelve, three verses
(31:38):
that are somewhat similar to one another. I'm going to
be reading from your International version Bible, and you're welcome
to follow along with me with a Bible of your choosing.
So eleven verse ten, when the righteous prosper, the city rejoices.
When the wicked perish, are shouts of joy. So there
(32:03):
is a comparison of righteous versus wicked, of the ones
that are in rights, tending with God versus the ones
that are evil, the ones that are wicked, the ones
that are that have no moral values or principles. So
(32:25):
when the righteous prosper, in other words, when the righteous
are successful, the city rejoices along with them. The city thrives,
the city is delighted in what this righteous person offers
to them. But when the wicked perish, there are shouts
(32:47):
of joy. When the wicked the criminal. When there is
a criminal in the streets and and the word got
out and the criminal is caught, the city is rejoicing.
The city. There are shouts of joy because this criminal
has been caught. The criminal who has been causing all
this havoc, and Mayhem has been caught. I remember when
(33:11):
I was about twelve years old, there was a water
on the street. There was a criminal, uh that was
in a city, and so everyone was cautious. Everyone would
lock their doors, everyone would would be careful in their
home and and different things. And and uh. When this
criminal got caught, I remember, or put behind bars, or
(33:34):
he was just exposed, everyone rejoiced. Everyone who had a
sign of relief they were there were children playing in
the streets again, and and this sign of relief from everyone.
(33:56):
So when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.
And Proverbs eleven eleven says, through the blessing of the upright,
the city is exalted, but by the mouth of the
wicked it is destroyed. So the wicked talk a lot.
They are destructive by their evil talk or conduct or behavior.
(34:22):
But the blessing of the But through the blessing of
the upright those they are in right standing with God,
the city is exalted now eleven Proverbs eleven twelve says,
whoever the rights their neighbor has no sense. But there
but the one who has understanding holds their tongue. When
I looked up the word the rides because it wasn't
(34:45):
familiar to me. It says that is to be ridiculed
or made fun of, treated with contempt. So whoever makes
fun of their neighbor, whoever makes fun of anyone that
is close to them, anyone that is within their reach,
whoever makes fun of their neighbor, has no sense. Because
(35:09):
whatsoever measure you give, it will be measured back to you.
Matthew seven to It is a principle. Whatsoever measure you
give to others, it will be measured back to you.
So be careful that you don't make fun of someone
else and then end up in the same place as
they are. That's why the Book of Proverbs warns us.
(35:30):
But the one who has understand and holds their tongue.
So the one who understands this principle holds their tongue.
They don't say much, or they stay quiet. Rather than
make fun of somebody, Rather than ridiculing somebody, they would
(35:52):
stay quiet. They would not speak out against them. I
pray these three verses were blessed to you. Is surely
they were to me. It is a good reminder. It
is a good reminder for us to continue live of
righteous life, righteous prosper the righteous are exalted, the righteous
(36:15):
have understanding, wisdom, and so much more. There are so
many benefits to those who are in rights standing with God.
But the wicked they perish. The wicked destroyed themselves. The
wicked have no understanding. And so I pray this was
a blessing to you. Once again, thank you for joining
my table. God bless and take care a Proverbs eleven thirteen,
(36:38):
eleven thirteen. If you have a Bible close by, take
it out and let's study together. If you do not
read along with me, I will be reading from you
International version Bible, and you're welcome to follow along with
me with a Bible version of your choice. So it
says a gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person
(37:02):
keeps a secret. Oh what a word it is. A
gossip betrays a confidence. Rumors start trouble, facts but not truth.
Rumors are facts but not truth. Gossip those intimate details
(37:29):
or personal matters of someone you used to know. It
betrays a confidence. If you told somebody, a person that
you confide in, and you went and told the other
somebody about something they did, about something they said, about
(37:49):
something that you have seen properly says. But a trustworthy
person keeps a secret. A trust person is a person
of honor, is a person of integrity. They will not
go out and air your dirty laundry. They will keep
(38:14):
that secret with them, no matter if there's some something
that happened between the two of you. This person, a
trustworthy person, will keep that secret. They will not go
out and just tell everybody your business. As Jesus followers,
we are to be people of respect, honor, and trustworthy.
(38:38):
You broke up, you Withdrew, you walked out, But secrets
you told to one another stay secrets. You do not
air your dirty laundry to others. You are a person
of integrity. No matter what you do, you do not
speak evil or bad about your neighbor. I hope you're
(39:02):
ready to hear this. I hope you're not a gossiper.
I hope you're not spreading your rumors that are not true.
I hope you're not spreading or airing that dirty laundry,
those personal details, those personal matters that you have discussed
with someone else. I hope that you're keeping them to yourself.
I hope that you're not spreading them to others. That
(39:26):
is ugly. That is ugly, and you better stop doing that.
As Jesus followers, we are people of integrity, respect and honor,
and we don't do that. So a gossip betrays a confidence.
Trust is broken. That person you confide it in. You
can no longer trust. That person that you thought you
(39:49):
could trust, you can no longer talk to because they
go on and spread those details to someone else. Do
not be that person. But if you have been as
were some of us, as were some of us, if
(40:13):
you are a gossiper, or if you have been a
gossiper one that spreads rumors slender about someone else, it
is time to turn around. It is time to do better.
It is time to keep that mouth shut. It is
time to keep those secrets inside of yourself, not to
(40:34):
go out and spread that rumor for what you are
a person of integrity, honor, and respect. You are a
representative of Christ. You are not going to go and
spread those rumors. I pray this was a blessing to you.
It surely has been to me. It was a word
(40:54):
that I needed to hear as a word I also
hope that you needed to hear. But there's no condemnation
to those who are in Christ Jesus. So if you
have done it, go into that secret closet and ask
the Lord to forgive you. Ask the Lord to examine
(41:17):
your heart, examine your mind, examine your speech, examine every
area personal area of your life, and ask the Lord
to remove it far from you. Any kind of evil talk,
any kind of evil thought, any kind of evil intention
and motive, Remove it far from me. Lord, I may
(41:39):
not know, but Lord, you go into those secret places
and you take it out. And today we are discussing
Proverbs eleven fourteen. I will be reading from your International
version Bible, and you're welcome to follow along with me
with a Bible version of your choice. And in case
(42:01):
you are on the go, this is a good advantage
as well to read along with me. For lack of
guidance and nation falls, but victory is one through many advisors.
Right here, powerful words wisdom speaks simply this. Why does
(42:21):
a nation fall? A nation falls because of lack of guidance,
lack of true leadership, lack of instruction and direction. But
victory is one through many advisors. And the key here
is many advisors. Many means a lot advisors are counselor's mentors,
(42:45):
and so forth. So victory defeat of an enemy, success
in a struggle against difficulty is one through many advisors,
is one through many counts, is one through many mentors.
I'm reminded of a scripture in Ecclesiastics four ten. When
(43:07):
one falls, the other lifts him up. When one person falls,
whether it be a marriage, whether it be a business
of friendship, when one person fails to do his job.
When one person fails to pick up their role as
(43:31):
a leader, the other lifts him up. The other encourages him,
the other prays for him. When one person is down,
the other one lifts him up. But woe to them
who do not have anybody to lift them up. When
(43:52):
one is down and nobody is around to help him up,
he's going to be down. Why do marriages fail? Marriages
fail because there is no accountability in marriage. There's no
true leadership in marriage, lack of guidance. Why do businesses fail?
(44:17):
Because there is no true leadership. Someone is not picking
up their role as the leader, And when that leader falls,
no one to lift him up, no one to encourage him,
no one to pray for him, no one to be
there for him when he is in need of help.
This is a powerful proverb that we can use today,
(44:39):
A powerful proverb that we can learn from today. Lack
of guidance. Lack of guidance can bring a nation down,
but true leadership can bring it up to its current
state or to its original state. Very powerful, very powerful
(45:04):
words from the Book of Solomon. We can learn much
from it because we can just learn his wisdom. If
we can just learn from his mistakes, he has he
had much. Solomon had much. He had many wives, he
(45:28):
had many possessions, He had anything that your heart could desire.
So wisdom speaks, Solomon speaks, and are we going to listen?
I pray this verse was a blessing to you. Continually
study to show yourself approved. Continually seek out wisdom. Wisdom
(45:49):
is a beautiful treasure. Well, today I wanted to start
with the verse of the day v a You Version Bible,
because I often benefit from You Version Bible, and today's
scripture is Psalm one nineteen, verse one fourteen. You are
my refuge and my shield. I have put my hope
(46:12):
in your word. In other words, you are my protection.
I have put my confidence in your promises. This is
a declaration. This is a prayer. This is a declaration
that we can pray over ourselves and also declare that
(46:32):
the Lord is our refuge. He is our refuge and
our shield, no matter what goes on around us, He
is our refuge at our shield. And we have put
our hope in his word. His word is alive and active, powerful,
It is sharper than any double edged sword. His word.
(46:54):
I have put my hope in his word, and so
I pray that this was a blessing to you. Let
us continue the Book of Proverbs, verse chapter eleven, verse fifteen.
And I had to really really meditate upon this scripture
because we can go so many different ways with this scripture.
(47:17):
And it says, and I will be reading from New
International Version Bible, whoever puts up security for a stranger
will surely suffer. But whoever refuses to shake hands and
pledge it is safe. And another translation says it like this,
guaranteeing the depth of a stranger brings big trouble, but
(47:41):
the one who refuses to shake hands will be secure.
This is wisdom. This is wisdom to those who are
hasty in their decisions. This is wisdom to those who
are saying yes to everything. This is wisdom to those
who are agreeing to pay the depth of another not
realizing that they're trouble that comes along with it. And
(48:03):
so let us be wise and discerning. If you have
promised to pay the depth of your neighbor, you are
going to be obligated to pay it back. And so
it says, whoever refuses to shake hands and pledge is safe.
So whoever refuses to shake hands, it's a sign of agreement.
(48:24):
When you shake hands to do something, to agree upon something,
it's an agreement. Back in the day, that's how people
agreed with the shaking of hands. Today you have to
write a written document of agreement. You can't just shake
hands today. You have to write. You have to have
(48:45):
a written notice of written document that signifies that you
have agreed to this particular agreement. And so it says,
if you have promised to pay the depth of your neighbor,
you are going to have to pay for it. And
so this is a very very insightful passage that that
(49:09):
took me a minute to meditate upon. Took me a
minute to meditate upon. I was just saying, well, isn't
it you know? I was just meditating and thinking about it. Well,
isn't it a good thing, you know, to agree with
someone and to pay their their their debt or to
pay what they owe. It's uh, it's a good thing,
(49:33):
but it also comes with trouble because you are now
responsible for them. And so it says that whoever refuses
to shake hands will be secure. So you have to
be very careful in your decisions. Don't just agree to anything,
don't just agree with anyone, because every word is alive
(49:54):
and active, every word, every agreement is powerful and we
are going to be we are going to be responsible
for it. Hello there, and happy Friday. Today we are
going to be discussing Proverbs eleven, verses sixteen to seventeen,
two scriptures that are tied together, two scriptures that are
(50:20):
kind of a similar message. I'm going to be reading
from New International Version Bible, and you're welcome to follow
along with me with a Bible version of your choice.
A kind hearted woman gains honor, but ruthless men gain
only wealth. And a scripture that goes along with it
(50:43):
is those who are kind benefit themselves, but the cruel
bring rumen on themselves. A woman with a kind heart,
a kind hearted woman is a woman that is gentle.
She is thoughtful, she is mhearted, She helps others, She
(51:04):
is compassionate, she is loving. But it says that the
ruthless man is the man that has no compassion or pity.
Is a man that is cruel. He only looks out
for himself. He is selfish. This man is ego centric,
and he will only gain wealth. Wealth that is going
(51:27):
to rot. Wealth is going to pass away. Well. The
kind hearted woman a woman with a kind heart. She
gains honor, respect, recognition from those that she has helped
(51:48):
those who are kind. This is wisdom speaking. Those who
are kind benefit themselves, but the cruel bring ruin on themselves.
The crewel run ahead, the crewel overstep others. The crew
(52:11):
do not look at others, They only look out for themselves.
The kind will stop and help. Good Samaritan is a
very good comparison. The first one and the second man,
(52:35):
they passed by because they had no compassion or pity
on the man who was laying on the side of
the road. But the good Samaritan, he was full of compassion.
He was a kind hearted man. So he stopped by
and he bandaged the wounds of a stranger. He took
him to a hotel and paid. He even paid for
(52:59):
him is recovery process. Those who are kind benefit themselves,
but the crewe will bring ruin on themselves. This is
where the principle comes into effect. Whatsoever you saw, you reap.
(53:21):
You saw kindness, you will reap kindness. You saw cruelty,
you will reap cruelty. It's a principle. And wisdom is
speaking loud today. Wisdom is really speaking loud today. And
if you have found yourself to be a ruthless man,
a cruel man, one that has no compassion or pity,
it's okay. You could still change today. You could still
(53:42):
make a better choice for yourself today. Choose to be
kind instead, choose to be loving. Choose to be thoughtful,
Choose to be gentle to those around you, Choose to
be warm hearted. When you choose the better way, you
will reap. You will reap honor. You will gain honor
(54:06):
respect from those you have helped. I hope you are
ready for another wise inside from the Book of Proverbs,
chapter eleven, Verses eighteen and nineteen. I will be reading
from New International Version Bible, and you'll welcome to follow
along with me with a Bible version of your choice.
(54:28):
So it goes like this, or it says like this,
A wicked person earns deceptive wages, but the one who
sows righteousness reaps a sure reward. And again in nineteen
it says, truly the righteous attain life, but whoever pursues
evil finds death. A wicked person earns deceptive wages. A
(54:56):
wicked person is an evil person, a person that has
no morals, no guidance or direction. It is one that
is led by the evil desires of his flesh. But
the one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward. So
(55:16):
this wicked person earns deceptive wages, He earns results that
are deceptive. They are they are appearing as one thing,
but actuality is another. It is deceptive or misleading appearance.
(55:41):
So a wicked person can work and work and work,
but in the end his wages are deceptive. But the
one who sows righteousness, the one who sows with a
generous heart, the one who sows with the right intention
and motive, keep a sure reward. It is something that
(56:03):
is going to continue on, that is something that are
going to be rewarded. So we have a choice whether
we want to sow righteousness or we want to sow wickedness.
Anything that we put into the ground will eventually grow
into a tree, will eventually grow into the fruit of
(56:24):
that tree. And so we have to be careful whether
we sow righteousness or we sow wickedness. Anything that does
not resemble a righteous living is wickedness. So we have
to be very careful. Proverbs eleven nineteen says, truly the
(56:45):
righteous attain life. Those that are in rights, standing with God,
they attain or they earn life. But those who pursue
evil find death. So the end of death is that
the end of that is destruction. But those who continue
to pursue righteousness, they attain life. I pray that this.
(57:10):
But these two verses were a blessing to you. Continue
to study the word of God to show yourself approoved
done to God. There are many many treasures within the
Holy Scripture, especially the Book of Proverbs. You can learn
a lot from the Book of Proverbs. Solomon has given
us these insights, and if we could just apply them
(57:33):
to our lives, if we could just learn from these
wise insights, we will truly be victorious. Hello, Hello, I
hope you are doing well today. Happy Friday. I hope
you enjoy your day today. I'm going to be continuing
the Book of Proverbs, chapter eleven, and we are going
(57:55):
to jump into the verse twenty and twenty one. So
I will be reading from you international version Bible, and
you'll welcome to follow along with me with a Bible
version of your choice. So the scripture goes like this.
The Lord detests those whose hearts are perverse, but he
delights in those whose ways are blameless. And twenty one says,
(58:20):
be sure of this, the wicked will not go unpunished,
but those who are righteous will go free. So I'm
going to jump into twenty The Lord detests those whose
hearts are perverse. And the Lord just placed this scripture
with my heart as well. Luke six, verse forty five,
(58:44):
And it says a good man brings good things out
of the goods stored up in his heart, and an
evil man brings evil things out of the evils stored
up in his heart. The mouth speaks what the heart
is full of. And this is a scripture that goes
along with Proverbs eleven twenty. The Lord detests. And when
(59:08):
I took this word, and I dissect it, because we
sword fighters like to dissect things. We're not just going
to take words. We're going to dissect and see what's
really within that word. So to detest something is to
dislike intensely. In other words, is to hate something with
(59:31):
passion despies. It is an unpleasant feeling. So the Lord
detests those whose hearts are perverse, those hearts that are
filled with wickedness intent, evil intent, and motive. The evil hearts,
the perverse hearts, the ones that always think evil thoughts.
(59:54):
The Lord detests those type of hearts. But he delights,
He is set fed in those whose ways are blameless.
In other words, he is satisfied in those who are
pleasing to him. He is satisfied in those who are pure, unspotted,
blameless in his side. And twenty one says, be sure
(01:00:19):
of this. That means be assured, be confident that the
wicked will not go unpunished. Yeah they say evil things,
Yeah they filled with evil intentions and motives. Yeah they
are partying right now. Yeah they're doing things that are perverse.
(01:00:39):
But be sure of this. The wicked will not go unpunished,
but those who are righteous will go free. So whatever
it is that you are doing. Continue to do. If
you are already following the Lord, then you are in
right standing with God. You are God fearing, integral moral.
Then continue to be that. Don't worry about the wicked.
(01:01:02):
The wicked will be punished. The wicked, though it seems
as if they're not getting what they deserve, don't worry
about them because their punishment is also destruction. Matter of fact,
the very deets that they do will bring them to destruction.
And so don't follow the wicked. Continue to be who
(01:01:26):
God called you to be. Thank you for joining today.
I hope and pray that these two scriptures is a
blessing to you. As we continue the Book of Proverbs,
chapter eleven, we come upon a scripture verse twenty two,
and I will be reading from New International Version Bible
(01:01:50):
that is filled with inside like a gold ring in
a pig snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion.
And when you read reading the scripture, there are some
words that are coming to your attention or are coming
to my attention, like a gold ring and a pig snout.
(01:02:13):
There's a comparisonon a gold ring representing beauty, value, importance
and a pig representing a lifestyle that is disgusting, improper, unpleasant.
And a pig was likened onto an unclean animal in
those days. So a woman with no wisdom, a woman
(01:02:38):
who cannot discern what is good and what is bad,
A woman who cannot discern what is right and what
is wrong, she does not have that spiritual discernment. Is
a woman that is going to trample those pearls under
her feet. Is a woman that is going to trample
(01:02:58):
that beauty as a woman that is going to trample
that value or importance under her feet. So, like a
gold ring in a pig snout, is a beautiful woman
who shows no discretion. You wouldn't put a gold ring
in a pig snout because this pig will destroy it.
(01:03:22):
This pig will trample it under their feet. So this
woman will also not value what has been given to her.
She will trample that beauty, that value that was given
to her. And I am reminded of a scripture of
Matthew seven six, where says, do not give dogs what
(01:03:45):
is sacred, for they will tremble it under their feet.
Do not give dogs or a pig what is sacred
as a pig comparison, as well, or they will trump
under their feet. They're not going to see no value.
They're not going to see no importance in what you say.
(01:04:07):
So don't worry about them. People who are going to
act disgusting and improper, unpleasant towards you, because that is
what they're meant to do. They're not going to see
no importance or value in what you have to offer
to them. So Solomon is saying, a woman with no
(01:04:30):
wisdom is like that woman that has a gold ring
in her snout, Like that is just improper. That is unpleasant,
and it is disgusting. It just doesn't go with the picture.
(01:04:53):
So continue to seek wisdom to show yourself approved unto God.
Continue to seek wisdom that God will be able to
lead you into all things. Continue to seek wisdom that
you are not perceived as this woman with no discretion,
a woman that shows no honor, a woman that is
(01:05:21):
that represents a lifestyle that is embarrassing to her own sight.
I pray this was a blessing to you. This scripture
was a blessing to you. There's this scripture is literally
filled with so much insight, Like I could sit here
and just meditate upon this scripture. Because there's so much within,
(01:05:45):
and even there, it could it layer upon layer. Even there,
you know you could just continue on because the Word
of God is so deep. It's so deep that the
minute that she open of that book, knowledge is available
to you. It's wisdom is available to you. Understanding is
(01:06:07):
available to you, and it's so deep that the more
that you dig, the more that you find, and the
more that you find, the more that you want to find,
the more the more that you want to discover. It's
like going out into the field and finding a gold jewel,
(01:06:29):
and it's like going out into a field and finding
a treasure. You're not gonna stop there. You're gonna want
to continue to pursue the wisdom. You're going to want
to continue to uncover these beautiful treasures within that particular
field because it is valuable, it is important, it is
(01:06:52):
dear to you. So continue, continue to dig out those
those secret treasures because the so much within. So have
I mentioned that I love the Book of Proverbs. Well,
today we are going to continue on the Book of
Proverbs chapter eleven and step into verse twenty three. I
(01:07:12):
will be reading from New International Version Bible, and you're
welcome to follow along with me with a Bible version
of your choice, or you're just welcome to listen to
the insights that I'm sharing today. So it says, the
desire of the righteous ends only in good, but the
hope of the wicked only in wrath. So this is
wisdom speaking. This is Solomon speaking out his wisdom and
(01:07:37):
understanding and recording it in the Book of Proverbs. So
he says that the desire of the righteous righteous are
those who are in right standing with God, those that
are pleasing to God, those that are fearful to God,
those that are walking in fear of the Lord. He says,
those and only in good. So the result or the
(01:07:58):
end result of their path is only good, that which
is pleasing, that which is delightful. But the hope of
the wicked only in wrath. The expectations of the wicked
end up only enrage, in anger, in defeat, in death, destruction,
(01:08:21):
and so forth. So here is a comparison of the
ones who are pleasing to God versus the ones that
are wicked versus the ones that are evil. Evil and
the wicked are filled with evil desires, the lust of
the flesh, the pride of life, the lust of the eyes,
and so that is what their appetite is. It's always
(01:08:46):
things that are contrary to the spirit. But the desire
of the righteous, the ones who are in right standing
with God, the outcome is that which is pleasing to God.
They seek to please God, they seek to delight in
the Lord. They're walking in the fear of the Lord.
(01:09:10):
And so what can we learn from this. We are
to strive to be in right standing with God. We
are to strive to be pleasing to God in all
of our ways. And as David says, and this is
one of my favorite favorite verses some one thirty nine,
verses twenty three twenty four, where David is coming before
(01:09:33):
the Lord and he knows he has sinned, he knows
there are some wicked desires within his heart. He goes
to say, examine my heart, Lord, examine my heart, because you,
and you, you alone, who knows what is going on
in my heart. Examine my heart, and if there's anything
wicked in me, if there is anything displeasing, and I'm paraphrasing,
(01:09:54):
if there's anything displeasing in my heart that is not
pleasing to you, he says, remove it far from me,
because I desire and again, I'm paraphrasing because I desire
to be pleasing to you, because I desire to be
in right standing with you. That is my desire. But
there are evil desires that are at work within me.
(01:10:16):
And so examine my heart and let me know what's
going on. Let me know what's going on. And I
pray this very prayer today that if there is some
type of wicked desires inside of us, Lord, remove it
far from us. We desire to be pleasing to you
in all of our ways. In Jesus' name. We desire
to be honoring to you. We desire to be walking
(01:10:39):
in the fear of the Lord. And so Lord, if
we have done wrong, if there is any wicked thing
in us, remove it far from us. Examine it, examine
our heart, reveal it to us, and help us remove
it from our life. In Jesus' name is his name.
(01:11:01):
Thank you once again for joining. This was such a
blessing to share this verse that is on my heart today.
Welcome back to my table as we continue on the
Book of Proverbs. We are on chapter eleven, verse twenty four,
and I will be reading from New International Version Bible.
You are welcome to pick up a version of the
(01:11:24):
Bible of your choosing. One person gives freely yet gains
even more, another withholds unduly but comes to poverty. This
is a principle of two different people. A comparison of
two different people, one who is generous and another who
(01:11:48):
is begrudging, one who is withholding one person. It says
that one person gives freely, without grudging any kind of grudginess,
generously yet gains even more, and another person withhold unduly,
(01:12:14):
which is excessively like greed, with holds but comes to poverty.
In other words, he comes to ruin. In other words,
he is in lack. The more that the person gives away,
the more that this person will receive. A generous heart
(01:12:38):
is a good heart. But a heart that is filled
with greed is a heart that is never satisfied. I'm
reminded of the scripture. I'm reminded of the Scripture of
Matthew twenty five, Verses fourteen to twenty three. Parable of
(01:12:59):
the talents. I'm reminded of the three different servants, one
who had five talents, the other two and the last
one had won in the end. The one who had
five talents, he had invested in much. He was giving
(01:13:24):
you away freely. He was taking care of whatever God
placed in his hand, whatever his landlord has or his
master put in his hand. So Master comes back and
he says, well done, good and faithful servant. You have
been faithful over little. I will set you over much.
(01:13:44):
In other words, I will put you in charge of
many other things. Come and share your master's happiness. But
the one that had one talent and hid that which
he had was taken away from from him. So do
not be greedy with whatever it is that God has
(01:14:05):
given you, whether it be a talent, a gift, and ability,
do not be greedy with it. God has given it
to you so that you could multiply it, so that
you could invest it in the Kingdom of God. Not
hold it back or hide it in the ground. It
is not for you. One person gives freely or generously,
(01:14:30):
he gains more whatever he was given. He gives it away,
and that shows his faithfulness. Now, those that are greedy,
those that are hiding their talents, those that are withholding information, wisdom,
(01:14:51):
knowledge from the body of Christ, will come to ruin.
That which they have will be taken away from them.
Is such a beautiful principle. Such a beautiful principle, and
Solomon make sure that we get a hold of it.
I pray that this scripture is a blessing to you,
(01:15:13):
This passage is a blessing to you, and that you
will continue to seek out that which is from above.
That you would be generous in your giving, that you
would be generous freely given what you have received, and
not withhold anything that doesn't even belong to you. Those
(01:15:37):
talents abilities that you have, you only have it because
the Lord has given it to you. And if he
has given it to you, can he not take it away?
As he can? So we better be faithful. We better
be faithful with what we have. Thank you for joining
(01:15:58):
my table the Book of Proverbs, Chapter eleven, verse twenty five.
It has been a few days since we have stepped
into the Book of Proverbs, and so I'm going to
go right ahead and just allow the Holy Spirit to
minister to us as we are discussing this scripture. I
(01:16:20):
will be reading from your International version Bible, and you'll
welcome to follow along with me with a Bible version
of your choice. A generous person will prosper. Whoever refreshes
others will be refreshed. So as we look through the Proverbs,
(01:16:40):
the Book of Proverbs, chapter eleven, we find so many
different nuggets of wisdom. These nuggets of wisdom are just
dropped for us to meditate upon. These are principles of wisdom.
A generous this person will prosper. A generous person is
(01:17:05):
one who gives away freely with a generous heart. A
generous person will flourish. Whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
A generous person will continue to give freely. And because
(01:17:26):
they give away freely, they will also be given freely.
They will flourish, They will prosper, They will thrive in
all things that concerns them. Whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
So I want to look at, just dissect the word refresh.
(01:17:48):
Refresh is to revive, as with the rest food or drink,
like a cup of cold water. Whoever refreshes others, whoever
revives others, will also be refreshed. Matthew seven Matthew seven twelve.
(01:18:13):
A golden rule, the principle do unto others as you
would have them do unto you. As we refresh others,
we in turn will be refreshed. And I also want
to bring up a scripture that the Lord has just
been ministering to me. Matthew eleven, verses twenty eight to
(01:18:36):
twenty three. Come to me, all who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you,
and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble
at heart, and you will find rest for your souls,
for my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
(01:18:59):
Let us continue to be generous with our giving in
our time and our energy, in our resources, whatever area
that God has blessed us. Let us continue to be
generous in the area so that we will continue to
prosper and flourish in all of our ways. When we
(01:19:20):
refresh others, we in turn will be refreshed. I pray
that this scripture was a blessing to you. I pray
that this insight has really ignited your heart to continue
to refresh others, to continue to bless others, to continue
to encourage others, continue to inspire others, continue to uplift others,
(01:19:41):
so that you, insurn, will be encouraged, so that you
in turn will be inspired, so that you, in turn
will be ignited. That is the principle. When we are
generous with our giving, God in turn will bless us.
So today I wanted to share or continue on Proverbs
eleven twenty six. I will be reading from New International
(01:20:02):
Version Bible as well as amplified version of the Bible.
So it goes like this, people curse the one who
hoards grain, but they pray God's blessing on the one
who is willing to sell. And an implified version says
it like this, the people curse him who holds back
(01:20:28):
grain when the public needs it, but a blessing again
in parentheses from God and Man is upon the head
of him who sells it. So I really just started
(01:20:50):
thinking about this. I just really started meditating upon this,
and the Lord just begin to share so much wisdom
right here, download so much wisdom right here. Makes me
think of a generous heart versus a greedy heart. It
makes me think of parable of the talents in Matthew
twenty five, verses fourteen to thirty. A greedy heart hoards it,
(01:21:18):
a greedy heart stashes away the information. A greedy heart
hides the information, but a generous heart makes it available
to others. In the parable of the talents. The one
who had one talent hid it away. He stashed away
(01:21:42):
his talent, that which God gave him to multiply, he
hid away instead of being generous with it, investing into it,
or giving it away to others. The greed in his
heart causes him to stash it away. And so this
(01:22:11):
principle of wisdom makes it known that the one who
hoards grain that which is valuable, is cursed, and the
one who is willing to sell the one who is
(01:22:34):
who makes it available to others receive God's blessing upon
their life. Let us not hoard God's wisdom. Let us
not stash away God's understanding revelation resources, but make it
(01:22:57):
available to others. If God gave it to you, then
be sure to share it with others. I pray that
this scripture was a blessing to you. It surely has
been to me. And if you have been encouraged by it,
(01:23:21):
if you have been inspired by it, if you have
been ignited in any kind of way, share it with
someone else. Don't hold it back, share it with someone
else who may need it today. Continuation of my study,
Verses twenty six to thirty one. These are a series
(01:23:42):
of warnings, insights, or wise nuggets. They are there are
delight to my soul, and I pray they are a
blessing to you as well. I will be reading from
New International Version Bible, and you'll welcome to follow along
with me with a Bible version of your choice. Twenty seven.
(01:24:08):
Whoever seeks good finds favor, but evil comes to the
one who searches for it. This is a an insight
to the wise. So a person who seeks or who
pursues good will find favor, but evil comes to the
(01:24:29):
one who searches searches for evil. In other words, it
is a Matthew seven to seven principle. Ask and it
shall be given to you. Knocking the door will be
open onto you seek, and you shall find. So a
person who seeks good, the good things, the pleasant things,
(01:24:52):
beneficial things, things that are going to benefit their walk
and purpose, will in favor, will find the support or
the gift that they're searching for. But one who searches
for evil will only find bad things, will only find corruption,
will only find wickedness. So be a person who pursues
(01:25:16):
good rather than evil. Next verse is twenty eight. Those
who trust in their riches will fall, but the righteous
will drive like a green leaf. There is a comparison
that's taking place. A green leaf is a leaf that
is prosperous, a leaf that is flourishing. It continues on flourishing, prospering.
(01:25:45):
So it says that whoever trusts in riches, these are
temporary pleasures and treasures of this world. It says that
they will fall, they would fail, or they would they
would bring ruin upon their own heads. But the righteous,
(01:26:09):
those that are in right standing with God, those who
fear the Lord, those who are pleasing to God in
all their ways, says they will thrive like a green leaf.
It's a principle, a wise principle also a series of warnings,
because it gives us a choice as to what path
(01:26:31):
we want to take. And twenty nine, verse twenty nine
says whoever brings ruin on their family will inherit only wind,
and the fool will be servant to the wise. And
that also reminds me Matthew seven to two principle in
which it states that if you judge others, you yourself
(01:26:55):
will be judged, or if you are measuring others in
a particular way, that you will also be judged with
that particular measure in my own words perphrasing. So whoever
brings ruin on their family, whoever seeks ill intention and
(01:27:16):
motive for their family, will be one who inherits emptiness,
and the fool will be servant to the wise. Verse
thirty says, the fruit of the righteous is a tree
of life. But the one who is wise saves life.
And the one whose wife wise saves lives. These are
(01:27:38):
serious of similar words, wise saves lives. So the fruit
of the righteous, again, the righteous, those are right standing
with God, those that are walking in the fear of
the Lord, those that are pleasing to God, or they
pursue all the good things is that God has in
(01:28:00):
store for them. The fruit of the righteous is a
tree of life. It is pleasant, it is delightful. And
the one who is wise, the one who is understanding,
who seeks knowledge, the one who seeks wisdom discerning it
(01:28:21):
says that man saves lives. It saves others from destruction.
It saves others from corruption and evil that is around them.
The results of that person is a tree of life.
Is a good thing. And the last verse of the
Book of Proverbs, Chapter eleven, verse thirty one says the
(01:28:46):
right if the righteous receive their due on earth, how
much more the ungodly and the sinner. So again there's
a statement, there is a question. If the righteous receive
their due on earth, how much more the ungodly and
the sinner. Whatsoever we seek for others will be the
(01:29:13):
very thing that is brought back upon ourselves. We have
to be wise in how we are dealing with others.
We have to be wise in what it is that
we are saying, in the way that we are behaving,
and in that way we will receive a righteous reward.
(01:29:37):
I pray these insights who are blessing to you, as
they have been to me. I love the Book of Proverbs.
Every time that I read the Book of Proverbs, there
are new insights that are shared within my spirit. And
I pray you also are seeking for these wise insights.
It is like a well of wisdom when you go
(01:29:58):
into the Book of Proverbs, so much to discover, it
is so much to attain. It is never ending fountain
of life that continues on feeding our soul. And whenever
it is that you are seeking for answers, spend that
(01:30:20):
time with the Lord. Go into the scripture and seek
out the good treasures within
