Speaker 2 (04:27):
Thanks so much for tuning in to the Trav Show.
Here on a win, say listen.
Speaker 1 (04:31):
If you've listened for any amount of time, or if
you know me personally, you know I love putting something
on the smoker like that. I've reached that age where
I either you know, tune in to World War two
documentaries or smoke stuff.

And I've gone with smoking stuff.
Speaker 1 (04:50):

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Its Cyberg Sports. Brought to you by the Clay County
Recreation Center. Last night in the Hive in Hayesville, we
had a wrestling duel I think that's what they call it.
Hazwell hosted Brevard and Andrews in a round robin type event.
I think Brevard came out on top overall. Coach Coach
(06:52):
Watt's going to get me the official scores, but just
from what I saw, I think Bervard got the Wynn
Hayesville second, and who's third in that. Some really good
matches last night too, and a pretty good crowd in
the high for that, and a real good Hazel team.
As far as numbers, just a few years ago they
(07:12):
had like three four guys and now they have four
girls wrestling and I don't know how many guys. So
congratulations to Hayesville and some of the Andrew's wrestler's got
wins too. I hope to have the individual stats up
later today. Real Quick got some basketball scores from last night.
(07:35):
Gilmour County was in Union County. In the girls game,
Union County comes up just short. Gilmer gets to fifty
six fifty three win. But in the boys game. The
Panthers blowout Gilmer County eighty two to forty seven. So
other games were played last night, but waiting on the
scores come in. For that, I can't be everywhere and
(07:56):
cover everything. I have to rely on other people. So
there you have it. There's the truth.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
What else? What is today? Wednesday? Tomorrow?
Speaker 1 (08:05):
We do have basketball and an alumni basketball game in
Hazelle if you're interested in that. That is a look
at your morning sports report.

Today, ladies and gentlemen, we need to talk.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Yesterday, while driving to and fro, of course, I had
the radio on and I was flipping through different genres,
and no matter what genre came on the.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
Song, ninety percent of time I was singing along with it.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
And it hit me, how in the world can does
my brain have room for all of these song lyrics
from fifteen, twenty, twenty five, thirty thirty five years ago?
But I walk into the kitchen and stand there trying
to remember what I was doing.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Something is wrong with that.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
I don't know why my brain decides that daily operations
is secondary to a bon Jovie song lyric, like we
should we should prioritize better. You know, you're going through
the grocery store and they play the UH I call
it the elevator version of of songs you know, and
(10:26):
you find yourself on like the bread.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Al whoah, we're halfway there.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
Whoa lit on the pack.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Then you go to the next island.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
You don't remember what you were needing because I never
write anything down because I'll remember right.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Case in point.
Speaker 1 (10:41):
Over the weekend, I had to run to the grocery
store for a couple of items for our friends giving,
and my wife two days before told me, uh, we
need a kitty litter. Before I left, she told me
we need kitty litter, and just to be sure, while
I was there, she texted me, don't forget kiddy litter.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
Why because she knows I could be off.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
In whatever corner of my mind singing a song from
you know when I was seventeen years old and totally
blank on what I was supposed to be doing.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
Why is that?
Speaker 6 (11:17):
Is it just me?
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Can y'all focus?
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Or like if you hear it in a conversation, someone
says a line from a.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
Song, are you gone?
Speaker 5 (11:26):
Are you?
Speaker 2 (11:27):
Are you?
Speaker 1 (11:27):
Automatically you're hitting them with the next lyric and they
look at you like you're speaking a foreign language.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Maybe it is just me. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
I need to know where you land on this is
your brain filled with song lyrics? Or maybe something else,
things from decades ago. But when you walk into the pantry,
you have to go back to the kitchen so you
can remember what it was you went to the pantry for.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
I need to know.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
I've got a new email address just for the Trap Show.
It's the Tramp Show at yahoo dot com. You can
remember that.
Speaker 2 (11:58):
Tell me I have to know. Oh is your brain.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
Filled with decades old thing that doesn't really matter and
blocking things that you need to know?
Speaker 2 (12:06):
Every day it's probably just me.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
Win or wick up in the morning, it's time for
study hall. Come on in and take a seat, get
ready to be educated. Today's topic once again criminal justice.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
Y'all.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Seems like a few times a week we discussed just
how dumb criminals are. And maybe you're a criminal out
there and you're saying, ha ha, it shows what you know.
I've never been called well kudos. This guy was a
burglar in Spain, got inside a medical clinic and pretty
quickly spied a large cushioned chair. He decided to try
(12:48):
it out before continuing to burgle the clinic. Two cops
woke him up less than an hour later. Yep, sat
down in the chair, out like a lot and the
cops got there, woke him.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Up and arrested him.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Y'all, how how hard was he burglaring to fall asleep
in the middle of it? There you have it, class dismissed.
We have almost made it through the first hour. Thanks

Speaker 2 (16:14):
News or. Nonsense this Time.
Speaker 1 (16:19):
I'm bringing you a story that sounds like it's straight
out of a tall, tale BUT i promise.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
It's, real real, weird real.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
Wild we've all heard of wolves howling at the, moon
chasing deer through the, woods maybe even sneaking into a
campsite for a marshmallo or. Two, Right but our star
of the story this morning is doing something completely. Different
meat the sea. Wolf, yep you heard that, Right sea,
Wolves wolves who, dive wolves who, swim wolves who pull
(16:48):
up crab traps.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Yep this season on the Dead, list catch you.
Speaker 1 (16:54):
See the fisherman From Helpscook First nation In British columbia
kept finding their underwater crab traps looted even those out
in deeper, waters so they recruited researchers to set up underwater,
cameras singing it must be a marine, creater hoter seal.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
Something like, that, Right well what they found sea. Wolves.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
Yep sea wolves were diving into the, water swimming, out
dragging the trap buoys back to, shore and pulling the
rope of the trap until they could eat whatever was.
Inside wolves have figured this, OUT i, mean wout let
that sink in wolves doing crab? TRAP i can't talk crab.
(17:38):
Trap there we go hoist like tiny four, legged fur
covered pirates at A pacific lead Researcher Kyle artel said,
This we had to pick our jaws off the. Floor
we know that they're, really really, smart but hadn't crossed
our mind, that, oh maybe a wolf is swimming out
(17:58):
to deeper traps and bringing the boo to. SHORE i
love that line pick our jaws off the, floor because
we've all been there up huh and this story pretty
much made me that. Way did a wolf a wolf
dragged to crap punt booeye to. Shore here's part of the.
Kicker the researchers believe the wolves learn this trick low.
(18:20):
Tide the traps and booies and ropes look, like you,
know just free snacks out, There so the wolves connect
to the dots and taught the skill to the pack.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
Tool use by wolves first of it's.
Speaker 1 (18:34):
Kind documented in the Journal ecology And, evolution and who
among us doesn't take that fine?
Speaker 2 (18:38):
Periodical who?
Speaker 1 (18:40):
Knew so to all my fishermen friends out, there you
might want to update your security. Protocol you, know don't
worry about all the human. Thieves also watch for the four,
legged web footed kind that can swim and think and
turn into wear wolves.
Speaker 9 (19:00):
With a n News i'm not, tramped and a development
which many see as an irrefutable sign of them pending in.
Times biblical scholars and historians have reached a consensus that
the number of the beast is actually six. Seven the
decision comes after a newly re evaluated analysis Of revelation
(19:21):
thirteen fifteen through, eighteen which contains a famously difficult to
interpret number which most translators have rendered a sixty sixty.
Six new, insight, however indicates that the proper translation choice
should be six. Seven it was right under our noses
all along said Scholar Michael, wherdon who's been Studying jewish
apocalyptic literature for over five. Decades for, Years christians have
(19:45):
been anticipating the mark of The beast to be some
sort of tattoo or perhaps electronic microchip containing The satanic
number sixty sixty. Six but little did we, know at
least until, now the proper translation of that number is
actually sixty.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
Seven, no no current anti cross has, appeared but it
could happen at any minute if children continued to utter
those two.
