Poonam noticed that people from historically marginalized communities did not have access to the mental health resources that they needed so she decided to create an organization - Virtue Mental - that was dedicated to doing this through support groups led by highly qualified mental health specialists, meditation circles, psychoeducation sessions, and much more.
Alongside Virtue Mental, Poonam also has her own PR agency where she assists mental health professionals in getting their names out through various mediums such as social media and podcasts.
