The first step in R.E.S.E.T. is Read.  Start with reading something you enjoy…something new…something that peaks your interest for 15 minutes each day.  And if possible, use a paper based product.  If not, set your device to “Do Not Disturb” and enjoy your get-away time. So while you wait for the next step of R.E.S.E.T to be posted…get your read on and visit the website to let us know what book you’re reading.

Sometimes we need a RESET. A RESET is a process taken to get things back to normal…a process to stop whatever is causing a hiccup in the normal way of operating.  That hiccup is an unwanted process that keeps playing on loop just like the spinning wheel when a webpage is trying to load. In the next 5 episodes we will breakdown these 5 letters of this very simplistic…basic process of R.E.S.E.T.

Sometimes we have to be taken out from our normal view and what we're use to get a different point of view on things. It will be a little nerve wrecking but it's part of the learning process. It helps us appreciate what we have and it gives us a new tool to add to the toolbox. We were put a difficult situation and made it through…now when a similar stressful situation pops up, we can handle it base on previous experiences.
