Ever heard the saying, "Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die?", forgiveness frees you from the negative feelings that ultimately attract like feelings to you but what if you forgave yourself??? Forgave yourself for the hurt, shame, and guilt of not hitting your mark yet, for failing at something, for fallin in general...sometimes we put a weight on ourself that is too heavy for us to hold and move forward until we realize it and free ourself out of the jail cells of our mind.
