the International Polka Association's fifty seventh annual International Polka Festival
out there at the Double Tree Hilton Pittsburgh, Cranberry in Mars, Pennsylvania.

So great talent comes in that weekend for that wonderful
festival and convention for the International Polka Association the IPA.
And at this festival they honor the recipients of the
twenty twenty four Music Awards and the twenty twenty five
inductees into the International Polk Association Hall of Fame. And

there's four days of celebration out there. They started Thursday
with Alex Meikester out there at the Cranberry Elks Club.
He's done that for three or four years in a
row now, and a lot of people enjoy Alex having
fun out there. They call that the kickoff party on Thursday,
and then Friday they have the welcome Party this year
John Stevens and Double Shot where they're Friday from one

to four and then music from many Foreman's Orchestra of
the National Talent and Polka Country Musicians. Saturday, August thirtieth,
Pool Party with Twin City Sounds and music from Frankielushka
and Blue Magic, the IPA tribute band, Clinic and Friends,
and a special appearance from Molly b And. On Sunday,
Polka Mass starts at ten the annual election of all

the Officers and the Convention meeting. Pool Party with mon
Valley Bush Des Pluski and Meischer's Men, Michael Cossa and
the Beat, the Music Company, and the Polka Family Band
