Speaker 1 (00:06):
What's up, good people?

Speaker 2 (00:08):
No, it sounds again this week trying to limit the
technical difficulties. Shout out to the power man for fixing
our power electrician. But uh, Touchdowns and Tangents TD's underscore Tangents,
Touchdowns and Tangents dot Com your Thursday night spot for
NFL takes topical tangents and commentary for the culture. I

(00:28):
m p d Camio and he is kiss Frank, jefs
Mary and uh, yeah, man, what do we gotta talk about?
The Dolphins are cooked, brother, The Dolphins are coy. Just
look uninspired. They fucked up my parlays today too. We
can't throw for over two hundred yards. I mean just

(00:50):
before they were saying, Mike be Daniels may be safe,
but I don't know how you just keep keep him there.
After that, it's not even that it was a blowout, Law,
It's just like you lost.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
And you never really had a chance.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
And that was a team that you were supposed to
be battling with for the division and you're on in
three Now. People are looking at Tyreek as a big
trade target ship.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Someone might make calls about eighteen or wad. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
I mean he's looking like he's gonna have to get benched.
So getting bitched defense ain't really doing ship.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
So I mean they had like two sacks. Yeah, but
you give up thirty points and they got yeah, but
it was close until the end.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
And they got.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Smacked last week too by someone the Patriots.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Yeah, which I told you.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
They give up like thirty points and Ship today may Drake.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
May gonna be all right now the Patriots are on
their way. They actually lead the league in sacks.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Crazy, and all their free agents are playing the Dolphins
and the Raiders will do that to you. But like, Harold,
but you got smacked by the fucking Colts, well Daniel
Jones career, follow that up yet be in a close
one versus the Patriots, and then you lose to the Bills.
I mean, you've given up thirty points already.

Speaker 4 (02:10):
Each game one was a special team's touchdown each game
either way. Yeah, Washington seventy five yard part return and
then they followed the Patriots had like a ninety yard
kick off re turn with and Anthoine Gibson Antonio Gibson.
So and that's the first time that's happened in a while.
Works back to back touchdowns like that, But Yeah, they're
just uninspired. I don't trust coaches who wear socks with

(02:34):
wear shoes with no socks and capre pants, like I
just don't respect it. Just wear shorts, bro for do that,
we wear capri pants.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Loot the Bills. It's like if Logical was a football coach.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Have about the Bills? Do you feel like they've taken
another step? I feel like they're finally gonna get over
the hump.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
This might be their year if they can avoid injuries
and they're the Bills, so they never avoid it. Inies
and Olive Us actually playing like a man possessed. He's
actually looking like baby Aaron Donald, like he might actually
have ten sacks this year, might actually have a breakthrough season.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
He's wasn't like year eight, seven or eight. He's been
around for a while.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
That defense, for whatever it's worth, it's working the way
it needs to work. But yeah, I think the Ravens
are gonna get their get back on the Bills because
that defense is just that defense has too many smart
people on it to play that bad. Like it's gonna

(03:37):
come a point in time where like Lamar's gonna say
I'm gonna snap and just say fuck it.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
I'll do it myself. Like it's coming.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
You can see it, like he already he already said
an NFL record for like his uh, I think his
career like passer rating, it's like one oh five or
some shit one o two or something like. He's already
like he's already putting up Hall of Fame numbers if

(04:07):
you just take his name off of it, like the
only thing. If he wins the Super Bowl this year,
he's first battlet Hall of Fame, more so even than
Mahomes because he'll be like the greatest dual threat quarterback
of all time. And literally he had one of the
greatest touchdown interception ratios of all time forty one and
four is ridiculous. And he hasn't played bad in any

(04:31):
of their losses. He didn't play bad against the Bills.
The Bills the Ravens defense gave up fifteen points in
like ten minutes. So Josh Allen is just like I said,
Josh Allen got everything Cam Newton should have got. And
I'm happy to see it because I don't think Josh

(04:54):
Allen becomes Josh Allen in today's in FL because they're
not giving these young guys time at all, Baker Mayfield
and what all those dudes were in the same draft class, right,
wasn't Baker, Sam Darnold, Josh Allen Lamar, Like all.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Those motherfuckers are in the same draft class?

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Ye?

Speaker 3 (05:24):
And then the reason, and I don't think Mahomes was
but like they're in the same realm and he's in
what year nine?

Speaker 4 (05:31):
You're eight Homes like year nine, which is crazy, make
you feel like an old man. I really looked back,
like I said last week, I was like, damn, I
looked at my resume and I was like, I don't
even have to go back to college because that was
like ten fucking years ago.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
I was like, snap, But yeah, yeah, the Bills just
have to.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Not lose stupid. All right.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
Their on line, which people don't give them credit for.
Their on line is playing at an elite level because
they're running the ball with James Cook. He's out here
having career years looking better than his brother Dalvin.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Which they just have so many different weapons and they
have so many different ways that they can win.

Speaker 1 (06:21):
It's finally clicking and all right, man, take two.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
I don't know what the fuck happened, but our mike
shut off when we last left you. We were talking
a little bit about the Bills. Kenny was basically glazing
Josh Allen a little bit, which was a total switch
up from where he was seven years ago.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Young because I was seven years ago.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
But that's the growth he's had. That's the growth that
Josh Allen has had.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
So props to him.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
And I'm never gonna completely shit on somebody who survived
at JUCO because the rejection you didn't getting rejected from.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
Your favorite college is bad.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Try and getting.

Speaker 4 (07:00):
Rejected from like schools that you're trying to go to
from a JUCO and not even as an athlete, just
as a person is trying to get the fuck out,
So you know.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
But yeah, we talked a little bit about I don't
know if the shit we were saying about the Dolphins
got over, but basically, everyone gotta go.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
They gotta figure out that situation.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
And we had just kind of transitioned talking about some
of the other matchups going on on Sunday night. We
had the Chiefs and the Giants, which Kenny said could
actually be a decent game just because.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
The Giants actually.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
The Giants actually have weapons on both sides of the ball,
and the Chiefs are not looking that great, still trying
to figure out their identity, kind of patching together through injuries.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
And Quentin Johnson can go for one hundred yards or
two touchdowns against the ship's second Malague neighbors. Yep, So
I need to say more yep.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
And then the other game we talked a little bit
about was the Rams and Eagles. That's the one everyone's
been kind of hyping up in Philly. So I like
Philly just because one, the outdoors cold is going to
affect Stafford's back, his ability to get the ball out,
all that good stuff through off the timing. Two, the

(08:28):
Eagles offensive line, I think just I mean the Eagles
defensive line just both matchup wise and also just as
a collective.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
I mean, they're a handful.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
You saw that in the regular season game, you saw
that in the postseason game last year. I think it's
much more of the same this year because the Rams
really didn't improve that group too much. I mean, I
think they kind of hoped just keeping the guys together
and a year of experience would kind of figure itself out.
Adding some more weapons would kind of help them out.
But the truth is this offensive line, like they're capable.

(09:01):
They're solid, but they're more of guys that will just
put themselves in the right position more than mall or
dominate anyone one on one. And this Eagles defensive line
is exactly that. They're kind of defensive line that will
both dominate you one v one and then also make
plays as collective. So I think that's just a lot
for the Rams to handle, particularly when kel Witherspoon's out,

(09:24):
So now they're down a corner. This Eagles offensive passing
game has not really got going through two weeks. I
think this is gonna be the game where they try
to establish some of that. I think you're gonna see
some of the quick stuff to Davante and adri Brown
and just let those guys go out there and create.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
Yeah, the Eagles pretty much anytime they get more than
one sack or anytime the Rams have one sack or fewer.
With Matthew Stafford, he's nine to oh. With the Eagles,
that ain't been the case. They own the Rams, they
have their number. Their pass rushes to their offense is

(10:03):
why athletic they got more money. Their bitches are better.
I forget, I forget to run a joke how that goes.
But yeah, the bottom line is at every level, the
Eagles defense is a problem somatically for the Rams offense,
even if Davante and Puka cour are over there, Like, yeah,

(10:26):
you can.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Pass all the arts you want. Those guys that can run.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
The ball with Kyrad or if he fumbles, I don't
know if that. I think it's like Saquan is deciding fact.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
Those guys are gonna do what they're gonna do.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
But as far as Philly, when you have those three
athletic corners that are fast and can tackle, all it
takes is one of them to make a fucking play
and it's gonna turn up that whole defense, because yeah,
you're gonna give up some chunks to Puka and Davante,
may even give up a score, but all it's gonna

(11:00):
take is for one of those young guys to make
a big play and it's gonna shift the whole minimum
of the game.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
The Jalen Carter shack or Jordan Davis.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
I mean, I'm not even talking about the line, but yeah,
I'm just saying from the secondary, but yeah, the line too.
And then the other game, the last game we're starting
to talk about was Lions Ravens Monday Night. Neither neither
defense has looked as they have last year.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
The offenses have.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
Been good, I mean, Gibbs has been good, Lamar has
been good, but they haven't been great. They haven't been
up to kind of where they were late last season
heading in the playoffs. So I think this is kind
of the game where both of those defense really kind
of look to find their identity and get the ships
to the right way. I don't know if either of them,

(11:50):
either of them will dominate the offense, but I think
both of those units are gonna be looking to make
some plays that they can kind of build on and
start garnering someone in them as they head throughout the
rest of the season.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Yeah, I think the same way the Bucks are a
bad match are just a really tough matchup for the Eagles.
You are a tough matchup for the Rams, the same
way the Rams are a tough matchup for the Vikings.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
Wait, you mean Ravens and Lines.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
Yeah, I was getting to that. I was, I was
actually gonna get to that. That was the next thing
I was gonna say. Actually, same way, like the Ravens
are kind of a bad matchup for the Lions because lamar.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Because you said Rams and Vikings, So I don't.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
Well, remember when the Rams beat the ship out of
the Vikings in the playoffs last year?

Speaker 1 (12:39):
Yeah, I guess, yeah, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
Certain teams are just a bad matchup because the Rams
have an excellent young pass rush, the excellent young defensive ID.
It was right there on the table all the time.
I said it, actually before cut off.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
Got ahead.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
Don't ever don't go ahead? Hey, shut the fuck up.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Yeah, you don't want a Jewish coast that says go ahead.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
That's not even Jewish. And just don't. Just don't. I'm
trying to think of what don't. Don't. Don't think of.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
It because you ain't gonna come up any smith.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
Just don't. Just don't. You're not the impression ahead to continue.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
I do the impression, You don't.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
You don't impressions.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Actually, I know when to do my impression.

Speaker 1 (13:30):
You know when to do that.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
But I do better impressions, all right, go ahead, ravens.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
See, No, that wasn't good.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
That's how you sound something that wasn't good. I know
it wasn't good, but it wasn't good.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
The passion was there. Does a lot better than that. No,
Mancini is the impression guy.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
Yeah, yeah, Mancini's been a man lies Ravens fuck oh.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
I said it's probably gonna be a high scoring affair,
but I think the Ravens defense makes it not because
I think they shut down their run game and all
the lines are gonna happens the past.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
Yes, so uh yeah.

Speaker 4 (14:02):
I think the Lions have the advantage passing wise, the
Ravens have the advantage defensively.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
And Lamar and Jack Kinger all right, man college football, Well, well,
well here we are.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
So Miami beat the dog shit out of USF South Florida,
that was their last ranked team of the season. They
beat him by like forty something.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
Georgia Tech beat Clemson. Texas did not look great against
a damn it.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
I'm forgetting they played utup there you go, because Mala
got Nelson. They don't look great against utep Archer does
not look good at all. Oklahoma looking pretty good. Mississippi
State upset Arizona State, who was ranked.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
They're three, You know they don't.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Texas saying and beating Notre Dame at one point. Tulane
out here being undefeated.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
I think Tulayne miss squeaked one by Arkansas one score.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
Also, u c l A fired their head coach.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Three weeks. I almost want to just play some of
his interviews.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
Uh city but regional legend from you he's from Testing,
that's cool, but.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Yeah, high school legend, legend Panthers.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
He had a bad relationship with the media. I mean, yeah,
he's the fun guy. But also he had a bad
relationship with the media that he didn't need to have.
He made it worse.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Why though, because he fumbled that first press cover.

Speaker 4 (16:04):
No, it's not even the press conference, bros. How you're
shooting the beat Riders. So know, you guys can't do
interview on interviews because you're just making stuff up.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
And they beat Riders a good things about him on
the street. Oh I bet sorry, Yeah, so the whole point. Yeah, anyways, Uh,
Texas Tech in Utah this week. That am worth getting
up early for.

Speaker 4 (16:32):
Yeah, that could be a big, big twelve championship decider.
Both the teams are ranked in Texas Tech has a
lot of money. We had a lot of NFL draft
pros like Tech. This ain't the old Texas Tech. They
have a legiti defense.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Does Oregon State keep it within three schools against Oregon. No,
I feel really bad. I feel really bad for.

Speaker 4 (16:56):
Their quarterback who went to their one state title or
was that Texas transfer the duke and then transfer to
Oregon State Leek Murphy. Yes, feel very bad because Oregon
puts sixty nine points on Oklahoma State.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
They only put up thirty four in the Northwestern You
thought Northwestern was gonna get dogged.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Dog that that's subpart. I mean he probably called I.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
Mean they were up like thirty one to nothing.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
He caught the dogs exactly. He caught the dogs off.
Lan't even knows when to call the dogs off.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
M Auburn Oklahoma.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
That's the Jackson Arnold game since he was at Oklahoma,
And I wonder how Nicky's gonna feel about that.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Do they hate him as much as Auburn hates bow Niggs?
Nobody hates anybody as much as Auburn hates bow Nigs.
Crazy Illinois, Indiana.

Speaker 4 (17:57):
And maybe Harvey Updyke. Illinois I think is one of
the better teams in the country. Indiana there's no slouch,
But I'm going with Illinois so they prove otherwise. Michigan
State USC is gonna be a really good one.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
The last game of the night at eight pm for
both three.

Speaker 4 (18:15):
And three and now, and I'm gonna be there and
won't get home till like two or three in the morning.
It's give me a fine night. Make sure I have
some interviews for you guys and live tweets.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Anything else you want to say about Cluege football. Yeah so, uh.

Speaker 3 (18:39):
Lsub Florida twenty to ten.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
What you said was gonna be a dog walk too,
but I mean it should have been.

Speaker 4 (18:46):
But he continue for some reason, Brian Kelly likes to
handicap his offense, Like his defense is great and he
has elite offensive players, but he's Brian Kelly, so he
just has to buy her manage it up somehow. Their
linebacker with Weeks, he pretty much got ejected for like

(19:07):
a bogus. They really have to do something about the
targeting calls because these college kids are pretty much cleaned
up their technique, I mean for the most part, and
these rests are still getting the targeting calls wrong. I'm
gonna play an interview I had with the officiator, like
the person who oversees officiating for the Big ten play

(19:28):
that next week. Yeah, it's uh, it's gonna be a problem.
Florida's billion appiers on the hot seat for sure. I
feel bad for anybody who takes you LA job because
it's like, who do you hire? I mean, they might
get Florida State's deef is the coordinator who went to

(19:50):
I think it's a Tony Allen or something like that,
or really he uh he went to LA. It's not
looking great Westwood all right, and they're stuck in their
least with the Rose Bowl to like twenty forty seven,
so pretty much like the next like twenty five years,

(20:12):
so you couldn't even get to Soak play at SOFI
if you wanted to, and they lost a bunch of recruits.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
And because they.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
Didn't even make it to three games, the players that
Virginia Tech and u c LA can transfer and hop
in the portal and not losing your eligibility unless you know,
they don't have any more after this year. But technically
they can claim a hardship because the coach got fired

(20:44):
game three.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Texas ain't then beating Notre Dame.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
So there's no we already talked about all this dragon No,
this was like we just talked about this. I mentioned
it already.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
When did you mention it?

Speaker 2 (21:00):
At the beginning of your segment. He blazed right over it.
You said on it, moved on.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
I didn't even hear you exactly. That's crazy word.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
All right, Well that's pretty much difficult football until you
know who wins this week.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Amen, All right? Moving on, touchdown or turnover? First one up.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
We got a Preston Smith returning to the Green Bay
Packers touchdown or turnover.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
Touchdown by the veteran Russia. He can jump inside too.
He has seventy and a half curse sacks for him.
Maybe he probably won't catch Ryan Kerrigan, but you know
you can add something to that list.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
Yeah, I agree with that.

Speaker 2 (21:41):
I mean, doesn't hurt to have a guy with that
kind of experience on your defensive line, especially when you
already got athletes like Carry and Parsons. Gives you a
guy you can play in at five technique, three technique
and just really kind of amplify the overall aggression up
the front, front, three, front, four on five, whatever you.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
Want to call it. All right, Uh, do you got one?
That's pretty much all I got. Yeah, take your tangent. Uh,
you don't have a touchdown.

Speaker 4 (22:18):
Ship no, sorry, touchdown and turnover the Vikings going with
Carson Wentz JJ McCarthy's out with an ancle injury, and
I think.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
It's a touchdown.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
He spent he spent years under some of the greatest
offensive mine since he's last been a starter. He was
with the Rams, he was with the Chiefs. Like you
hope he got some reverse osmosis there the very least.
You know he can't command a huddle. You know, he

(22:51):
can get out there and semi, I don't want to
say running offense because he's more of an improviser, but
I'll see he can get your offensive going, if that
makes sense, Like he's gonna get your guys lined up
and he's gonna get the fucking playoffs. What happens from
there can really depend on what the fuck is going

(23:12):
on with him and the guys around him.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
But overall, I mean, he's a guy who he's probably
not gonna win. He's probably gonna lose.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
You more games and he wins at this point in
his career, but he might just have one or two
games of magic where that he can tap into for you.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
That makes sense.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
I think they don't have a choice.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
I mean, what else you gonna get Kirk Cousins.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
I think he's a touchdown with Addison. He's on his
way back in a couple of weeks, and he just
has to distribute the ball.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
I mean, I mean they still have one.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
Aaron Jones is hurt, and on Ir Naylor has showing up.
I mean, they still got some injuries, but you obviously
have justin Jefferson. I think there are worse things that
could happen, and I think Kevin o'connan knows how to
coach up quarterbacks, so.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Trust him. I got another one though, all right, touchdown
a turnover the Bengals signing.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
Mike I was gonna say the Vikings also added Desmond Rater,
but yeah, go ahead's disgusting.

Speaker 3 (24:30):
Who had White the Bengals they signed two quarterbacks to.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
Their I wanna say it's a turnover because it hasn't.
Everyone been saying about how Browning. Yeah he's not good,
but he got a good arm.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
And he actually just played better than Joe Burrow statistically
in a couple of games. Right, The offense actually took
off after Joe got hurt because they can't protect him
because he's actually gotten sacked more times than Andrew Luck
has in the same amount of years, which was actually
kind of horrified. He's gotten sacked like two hundred times

(25:05):
to whatever Andrew Lux was. And since he just got
injured and he's out twelve to fourteen weeks with the
turf toe. Imagine any turf towe being got three months.
That's crazy. So this whole season might be over. You
gotta roll with Browning, Like even though there are quarterbacks
out there like Jamis. It was like Jamis would put

(25:25):
up six thousand yards throwing to Jamar Chase and t Higgins.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
But I mean, I.

Speaker 4 (25:34):
He's they've never started two and oh since like Marvin
Lewis was there, and you lose your quarterback after finally
starting two and oh, but you trust Browning, So I
mean to bring in Mike White. I think it's kind
of weird. I think that's a turnover, Like I would
have really had to be looking at Kirk Cousins. I'm

(25:56):
gonna be honest, or I'm looking at Jamis. I'm looking
at Jamis. I'm looking at her Cousins for a trade
because Jamis has proved he can pick up a system.
But hey, they want they want to Mike White, and
I don't remember the other guy's name.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
But it's what it is, all right, man, take your
at tangent Stefan Diggs and Cardi B having a baby.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
It's just sad seeing people go out like.

Speaker 1 (26:41):
She did all that, like to get with the grimiest
football player.

Speaker 4 (26:49):
Like Stephan Diggs is worse than Offset. Oh shit, I'm
just saying, like it's bad enough. Chris Brown pretty much
killed a raining members of the Meg You killed Cuevo
can't even really come out and talk for a while,
and all Set is just never gonna be that star
like that. And it's like you get you already got

(27:13):
three kids, and you get pregnant by an NFL player
that you've been cheating that you were cheating on your
ex husband with. It's just messy. Like now we have
to criticize Cardi be because like you finally dropping out,
you finally dropping your album, the ship better be fire
or something for you, and it's gonna be up and

(27:34):
it's gonna be stuck. They're gonna be like see everything.
Nicki Mina, that was right, because Cardi don't write her
own ship.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
She don't. Yeah, it's just nasty work for me, just
nasty nasty work. Yeah, I agree. I mean went through
all that spectacle of being with him, being not with him,
being with him. I'm a victim and he's a bad father.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
I'm a victim just to be with guy was literally
voted the guy you wouldn't want to date your sister
or be around any.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Woman in your life.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Yeah, it's back to Minnesota. I wonder what they were
saying when he was at Maryland.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
And she already got a sex tabout, so you know,
in about five years, it's gonna be some nasty as Wow,
that ship about them too.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
And she was a stripper who used to drug dude
but somehow got away with it drugging and robbing man,
even though it was reversed like that that that man
would be in prison, But like it's okay for her
to drug and rob dudes, and sometimes she would leave
him alone with transgender and transsexuals or whoever.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
So I'm just like, now that's a sex crime. Now
you're an SVU.

Speaker 4 (28:53):
We're now we're in Olivia Benson territory. And if you
don't think men can be raped or victims, then you're
the problem. Yeah, because that means you don't care about
little boys. But yeah, just that, like I'm not gonna
be tell like Carti is a good person. We found
her off love and hip hop. Everything I've learned about

(29:13):
Cardi B has been against my will. I don't really
give a ship and.

Speaker 3 (29:18):
She's just gross for me, like, and she's doing her
two gross people get together and.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
Have a baby.

Speaker 4 (29:26):
Meanwhile, there's probably some really really two awesome people who
should be having a kid right now, but nope. And
by the way, Stefan Dicks already has three babies on
the way from other women.

Speaker 3 (29:40):
Knight now, so now it's four.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
Kim Akers signed for the third time with the Minnesota
Vikings because Aaron Jones two years ago he got traded there.
Last year he's signed there, and now he's signed there again.
Since Jones is out.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
Ir he's familiar with the offense and he can play
and you can all show kicks. And he's also an
all time leading rusher in Florida state history.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
So do I'll never forget that?

Speaker 2 (30:05):
Yeah, man, I feel like I've been riding Aaron Jones
off like the last three injuries and he's still kind
of come back to be relevant, but kind of feel
bad for him. I feel like this is going to
be something that lingers for him, and honestly, if you
don't come back soon, this, this whole Vikings offense could

(30:26):
I mean, this whole Viking season could easily go the
other way. So he may not even end up coming back.
But yeah, we'll see. I mean, they could easily turn around.
They have plenty of explosive weapons on offense, and the
division is still kind of a hoshpoge, so who knows, uh,

(30:49):
Chip cut So basically, there were some comments about tom
Brady's involvement with the Raiders. First they kind of said, oh,
he was having a meeting, and then Chip Kelly clarify,
we're not heavy meetings about game plan We're just talking
about football.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
In general, et cetera.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
So yeah, man take her at tangent on tom Brady's
involvement with the team that he owns.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
I don't even know how much I can talk about this,
so I'm gonna just stay out of it. I mean,
it doesn't really affect you. It doesn't work for NFL network,
But he's part of an NFL team and works in
media getting paid a stupid contract out of the way.

(31:38):
He doesn't work for NFL network.

Speaker 4 (31:40):
You know, I just have a cool question why the
fuck didn't Fox say, hey, you know what, why don't
we just take Tom Brady and grow a goal soon
and put them together.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (31:50):
They want someone to be able to do the handler. Yeah,
set everything up, get out the breaks in and out,
all that stuff. They need someone and they can count on.
You can count You can have two wild guards. Greg
Olsen and Tom Brady would be great. Especially want a
Hall of Fame quarterback, they would, But you already have
that with the Manning. So it's like you already have that.

(32:12):
The Amazon has one like that's already an established format.
I think they want one of those guys to kind
of cross over in the mainstream and be the kind
of the next ape Man sort of guy.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
Catch my drift, I mean, White jay Z.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
But yeah, I think for me, I think it's just
I mean, I think we should have just anticipated this
being a bigger issue than it was going to be.
And I think they should have just made him not
call games. Everybody an owner.

Speaker 1 (32:41):
Here's the thing. He's just too hard. It's just too
hard for him to navigate all this too much.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
There's too much, there's too many moving parts. It's just
a matter of him stretching himself too thin. Like, I
think that's ultimately what it comes down to.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
I mean, are you mad at him for taking the money?

Speaker 2 (32:59):
No, I'm not mad at him for taking the money.
I don't I don't think he should give it back.
I just think I just think that with everything that
he's doing, I think it's just hard for him to
be able to I think it's hard for him to
be the kind of owner that he wants to be co.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
Owner without with with also having.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
All right, and the last one for take or tangent.
Deon Sanders said his son Shiloh should try acting if
the NFL doesn't work out. Take her tangent On that.

Speaker 1 (33:40):
He being honest. That's just being honest. That is really real.

Speaker 2 (33:48):
He said he should go down the ice show speed path.
He said, I once thought about being an actor.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
I mean, he could.

Speaker 2 (33:54):
He's got a very attractive personality. It's fun, he's a
good kid. He's probably I mean.

Speaker 4 (34:05):
Shit, Jello Jello became a successful rapper. Hey, that's a
good point.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
I like that. I'm just saying, like I imagine, I like.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
It was kind of be facetious when he said it,
but reading the rest of the quote, it's like, no,
I think he was being genuine, Like, if anyone knows you,
it's your dad, right, so they that's some good.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
Not always sometimes your dad's your biggest hater.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
I mean, yeah, that's kind of true too. But yeah,
because they.

Speaker 3 (34:34):
See what you did and they're like, I could have
done better.

Speaker 1 (34:37):
Well the fucker you raised me or didn't.

Speaker 4 (34:40):
It's a slippery slope. And no matter how much we try,
we turned into our fathers in some way, shaping for him.
So but I would have to say in regards to that,
he'd be great on like Fox or like college football

(35:01):
game day, like a podcast on all over the country HBCU,
South Carolina, Colorado, Texas. I'm pretty sure he got some
things he want to say about his brother shardor in
defense of his brother Shador. But also if he's still
chasing that practice squad, you know, I don't think he

(35:23):
that would be the right move necessarily.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
Right, Yeah, but if if he's really running a four
to five, he should probably just hang it up.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
I mean, ship, most people on earth can't run four five.

Speaker 1 (35:37):
Well, he's not a linebackers, so.

Speaker 3 (35:39):
Safe most safety is on average run four five, you know,
no four five all the safeties you like run under
four fours, so I only like safety under four eights.

Speaker 2 (35:50):
Four four eights. That's the slowest safety that you'll take. Yes,
you won't even start a safety with ninety one speed.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
I would if you have ail, if you had to,
and you put him at rover, you're putting him at free.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
Definitely, let's not be hypocritical here and say you're gonna
start a fucking four six safety because we all, everyone
who's ever listened to one minute of this podcast knows
you're actually Shilo Sanders at safety.

Speaker 3 (36:16):
I wouldn't ever can be a slock corner.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
Maybe slot slow dudes were maybe on a rebuilding year
where you don't have a faster nickel corner because usually
your nickel corners are faster than your outside corners.

Speaker 3 (36:30):
Darian Kendrick Runner four to seven. Okay, he was a
five star recruit coming out of high school. Okay, the
Clemson in Georgia. Okay, still made it to the NFL.
Still starting, He started for the Rams at one point, and.

Speaker 1 (36:47):
You're not starting him.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
I'm not exactly So why you keep bringing up people
you wouldn't start because other people would.

Speaker 3 (36:54):
I'm just saying just because I wouldn't start a guy
like I want a fast athletic defense door you don't
know like Cayle Hamilton's my only one who get to pass.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
All right, man, let's wrap up the show. What do
you gotta leave the people with?

Speaker 4 (37:10):
Side to Joe Burrow's injury. Uh, I gotta say I'm glad.
I'm glad Canelo chose to fight Terrence Bud Crawford and
Terrence Bud Crawford beat his ass. And I just gotta

(37:33):
say this, I'm getting real tired of Mexican dudes always
saying black fighters run because guess what, most of y'all
can't whoop up black dudes ass in real life.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
I know.

Speaker 4 (37:43):
I went to a high school with a bunch of
Mexicans who talked shit, but never swung on a black person.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
I not one time I saw it. But you're always
saying what a black dude can't do.

Speaker 4 (37:53):
I'm just saying, maybe, just maybe, Mexican fighters always say
black fighters run because y'all are slow and not athletic
enough to stay in the pocket. Because Terres Crawford was
punching him in his ship and laughing at him, he
took his best shot and laughed in his face. So like,
let's be real, let's be fair, and if Bud Crawford,

(38:15):
if he didn't do what he did, the Justges had
that ship tied going into the last two rounds, which
is crazy. Like I get it was Mexican independents fucking day,
it's past weekend, but like I really need like the
Mexican community to really like quit playing with the racist
bullshit rhetoric. Y'all like to run on black fighters. Maybe
they're just better that ever occur to you, Because all

(38:36):
I know is I never heard a black fighter say
no Moss. That's all I'm saying. That's all I'm saying.
So like, don't play, don't play a little. Black fighters
like to run every time.

Speaker 3 (38:48):
It's lafferent thing.

Speaker 4 (38:50):
I know, I know, but still it's lame to me,
Like anytime a black fighter went to fight against a Mexican,
Oh he ran, bro, brother, you're fat as shitting, You're
probably you're not even a plumber.

Speaker 3 (39:03):
You just like you ain't never been in a fight.
Shut the fuck up, Like why you that's just your
first go to You didn't even see the fight.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
Oh he ran.

Speaker 4 (39:14):
But that's why I like Canelo in a sense that
this is his last big fight. He ain't gonna fight
Bitter Videz. He's at this point he's collecting payday's. And
the crazy thing is that Jake Paul Mike Tyson fight
made way more money than the Canelo Crawford fight. But
we can blame Bob Aarm for that because he pretty

(39:36):
much killed Terrence Crawford's bus his whole career and said,
I make the money that I lose on promoting Bruh Crawford.
I could literally buy vias and houses with Like you
set that man up to fail for years, and he
should have left sooner like Floyd did, like Mikey Garcia
finally left, I mean a little bit too late. But

(39:57):
and then Oscar del Joya was laughing, and it's like
ostrajel Hooya, shut the fuck up. I hope being I
hope Whack one hundred actually puts out all the tapes.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
I'm just kidding.

Speaker 4 (40:06):
Actually he said he was the one who leaked that
photo of him dressed like that, but that's just nasty
work in the hell. Yeah, that's probably the last great
boxing fighter to see in a while. And apparently the
Jake Paul.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
Tank day because some issue sanctioned wise in one of
the states. That's all. I think.

Speaker 3 (40:34):
That's it as it is fucking I'll just come back
and say next week.

Speaker 2 (40:39):
Yeah, I don't mean to rush you off, but I'm
just he's awesome. I got a bunch of shit going
on right now, Like I have the ship and I
need to smoke, those being the main two things.

Speaker 1 (40:49):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (40:49):
But yeah, man, I don't got all the ship to say,
but ship, I might as well just say keep saying ship,
say ship one more.

Speaker 1 (40:58):
Time, shitty and ship.

Speaker 2 (41:02):
The fact that Kenny likes this as my best rant
in like five years is fucking crazy. He hasn't reacted
to my rants in like three years. But anyways, Uh fuck,
I don't even know what I want to say. Oh,
Raiders got their ass kick them Monday night, which was crazy.
You spend all that money on you spend all those

(41:24):
draft picks on the offense. You were hoping the veteran
quarterback could get it done, and well, Raider Nation is
already ready to categorize him as the black car. I'm
not going that far yet, but Raiders Twitter is a
nasty place. Jent just needs to get the ball more
and in better positions. I mean he's getting hit in

(41:45):
the backfield more than anyone else, Kenny said told me
off air, it's basically like that last game against Penn State.
So hopefully the Raiders can figure out the offensive line
situation get back on track. As far as me man,
my eight year olds, we're going through it. We lost
another close game, just collapsed in the second half.

Speaker 1 (42:08):
Just got.

Speaker 2 (42:10):
Just got outlasted by a team with a lot more
debt and a lot more experience winning. Because that's just
shot the kickie crumbles. And right now all four of
our losses are basically to top ten teams and the
conference in the country. But that's just how it goes.

(42:30):
So hopefully we can get back. We can get our
get back. This week we got another ranked team, so
hoping to get back on people's radar and just get
back in the dub holmn.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
But we'll see. I don't think I got shipped out
to say Man Touchdowns.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
And Tangents TV's underscore Tangent shout out to the homie Andrew.
He got eliminated from our first ever G League, So
shout out to Andrew. You should have started Jamison Williams.
But me and Aaron Barry, thank you for not doing
than that, because otherwise he probably would have got.

Speaker 1 (43:03):
Chopped and I might have got chopped. But uh yeah,
man shout out to woo.

Speaker 2 (43:08):
He ended up bidding half his fucking whole season on
Justin Jefferson, which was honestly only like one hundred dollars
more than I had bid, So hopefully Carson Wentz can
throwing the ball touchdowns at Tangents TV's underscore Tangents Touchdowns
at tangents dot com.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
We're out Peace.

Speaker 3 (43:31):
The Sardi's own the w w A, It's nasty works.

Speaker 2 (43:34):
Whoa
