Nelson Mandela es un cirujano. El no quiere ser presidente. El odia la política. El ama salvar vidas. Ahora Nelson Mandela es el mejor cirujano del mundo.

Translation:
Nelson Mandela is a surgeon. He doesn't want to be president. He hates politics. He loves saving lives. Now Nelson Mandela is the best surgeon in the world.
