(00:00):
In Myrtle Beach. You always goat your own pace. Lie out on
the sand, lie out by thepool, go boogie boarding, go surfing,
walk the boardwalk, walk the marshwalkgolf at one of ninety golf courses,
mini golf at one of fifty minigolf courses, fish off a pier,
fish from a chartered boat, goshopping, get drinks, eat the

(00:23):
freshest seafood. The list is exhaustive, but the experience isn't. You can
go all out or do nothing atall. How you relax is up to
you. There is so much todo and explore. Whether you're traveling with
friends, family, or just yourself. With sixty miles of beach, you're
going to find your place. Ifthis sounds like what you need, then

(00:47):
this is where you belong. TrilogyOutdoors All right, Well, here we
are Trilogy Outdoors Podcast. You knowwhat, it's been a minute. It's
been a busy summer so far.Hope you're having an incredible summer and enjoying
some of this great weather and gettingoutdoors and whether you're fishing in the fresh

(01:10):
water, saltwater, or hey,who knows, a lot of you are
out there getting ready for what's rightaround the corner, and that would be
dear season coming right up. AndI'm at the studio right now at the
Pond Road Storage Studio and have beendoing a little work myself getting King rodge
ready. We've got two weeks comingup, back to back of two of

(01:30):
the biggest King tournaments in South Carolinaand North Carolina, and that is the
East Coast Got Them All, whichteam Trilogy Outdoors was fortunate enough to finish
second in last year. And thenfollowing that is Hooked on Miracles, a
tournament that's very near and dear tomy heart, and that is our tournament
down in Charleston where we will beraising funds for the Shawn Jenkins children Hospital

(01:56):
and all the great things that wedo there, our therapy dogs, and
I think this year we're going tobe going to changing a little bit with
where the funds go and what theydo, but no matter what, it
is going to an incredible place inthat being the Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital.
And the Senator has been enjoying afamily trip slash work trip over in Africa.

(02:25):
Yep, he's back over in Africaagain, this time not wearing the
Army shield. But he is overwith the family and doing some guiding with
our partners over there for some safaris, and he has had some great success.
We have been very timdd to sharesome of the reports and some of

(02:49):
the results, but we will, however, when he gets back, we
will share those with you on allof our social media and hopefully some video.
I do understand that he's had agreat gift us who had a video
camera and got a lot of iton video. I do. I know
that you've got to have an encyclopediato look up quite a few of the
game animals that they have harvested overthere. But now the family's over there,

(03:14):
they're having a great time and enjoyinga vacation. And again, the
summer's just been incredible. I've beentalking to all my charter fishing buddies here
along the coast and they say thatbusiness has been incredible. My friends over
at Crazy System Marina are enjoying agreat summer, and I hope you are
too. Whether you're at the beach, the mountains, the lakes, wherever

(03:34):
it is, make sure you shareyour pictures with us on all of our
social media. We'd love to seewhat you're Catching on Your Body of Water
had another distinct honor of hosting Let'sFish TV that aired last week the last
week of June, and sat infor Andrew Upshaw, the host, who

(03:55):
if you have heard right here onthe podcast, and we set out I
think I filmed the show four weeksago, set out to go catch the
spadefish, turned into spadefish, Kobeaand actually gag grouper, all within forty
two foot of water, basically withineleven miles of shore. A really pleasant

(04:19):
surprise to get out there and dothat, but it's always a pleasure for
us to sit in and for meto sit in as the host of Let's
Fish TV. You can find allthat at les'sfishtv dot com. You can
go back and look and find thatepisode actually aired in the Southwest and the
Southeast, so you can find iton either of those channels that they have.

(04:39):
And let's see what else has beengoing on. Obviously, we've got
a storm just brewing down in theCaribbean, and we would offer up all
our prayers and hope that everyone stayssafe down there, all of our brethren
that are It sounds like it's goingto hit quite a few vacation spots from
Jamaica to the Penina in Mexico andpossibly up into the Texas coast up there

(05:05):
as well, and then who knowswhat else we're going to get we're dealing
with. I think right now,on an average about two degrees warmer than
average water temperature, and that includesthe gall the southeastern Atlantic and up through
the Mid Atlantic region. And anybodythat's been fishing lately knows that the water

(05:26):
temperatures are warm, whether you've beenfishing back in the creeks in your area
or back on the ocean. Andby the way, speaking of King Michael,
if anybody knows where King microL are, feel free to reach out and
share some advice and tips with us. We would love to hear it,
because right now it has been avery slow gear. All the King Michael

(05:47):
tournament fishermen are saying the same thing. Of course, there have been some
nice fish caught, but on anaverage, I would say that your average
weight to cash a check is farbelow what it was last summer, and
even probably in the last five summers. So we're hoping that those fish show

(06:09):
up, we get some good rainhere in the next week and they show
up in their normal homes. Butfor now we're going to see who the
best fishermen are come up for theEast Coast, got them on and for
the Hooked On Miracles. By theway, if you're interested in fishing the
Hooked On Miracles and coming down andsupporting our great calls, it is Hooked
On Miracles KMT dot com. Youcan find all the information there on how

(06:31):
you can volunteer, how you candonate, or how you can fish.
And again, as a fisherman,we pay back one hundred percent of your
money, So if you sign up, whatever you sign up for, you're
getting one hundred percent of that backin payout. We are going to have
a great crowd down there. Andagain our sponsors, man, they are
too many to name, but Ido want to mention hook obviously, my

(06:55):
partner, Key West Boats, thefounding title sponsor, Freeman Boat Works,
and Vertical Bridge for being our cotitle sponsors this year. It's great.
It's a pleasure to have have somany title sponsors that want to get involved
in an event that size. Andit's again I joke around, you'll call

(07:18):
it the holy city down there, but I tell you, when it comes
to that hospital. When it comesto the children's hospital or MUSC there is
very few people, businesses or whateverthat say no to donating or being involved
in an event that does so muchfor it. So we want to thank

(07:39):
everybody down there that's been involved, all of our sponsors, and you can
find them at that website as well. So here's what we got going on.
So you know, Southern English RadioShow, We've talked about it week
after week after week for the lasttwo years. Is our live radio show
every Saturday morning over on cater oneof seven point nine and the iHeartRadio app.
You can listen to it at anypoint in time at Gator one oh

(08:01):
seven point nine dot com, Gatorone o seven nine dot com, or
you can go to iHeart and downloadGator or download the app and go to
Gator one o seven point nine onSaturday mornings from eight till ten and listen
in Well, I'll tell you we'vechanged the name. Trilogy Outdoors Radio Show
is our new name, and wedid it for a multitude of reasons.

(08:22):
Let's let's talk about first and foremost. First and foremost is our brand,
Trilogy Outdoors. Be at the magazine, be it, the podcast, be
at the radio show and some otherthings coming up in the future. We
wanted to get everything under that brandfor a lot of different reasons, but
first and foremost is marketing. Itjust makes it a lot easier. Name

(08:43):
recognition becomes a lot easier, andwe have really loved the responses that we've
gotten about the name Trilogy, andso we've done that. The other reason
is this, we want to talkmore than just fishing in the fall,
especially in the winter. It givesus, you know, we're not those

(09:05):
fishing guys that are talking hunting. We are the Trilogy Outdoors radio guys that
are talking Trilogy outdoors, fence, fern, feathers. So we have we're
going through that change right now,and I wanted to share with some of
you that listen just to the podcastand may not get to tuned in on
Saturday mornings. I want you tolisten to some examples and some of us

(09:28):
some of what goes on on Saturdaymornings. I mean again, I have
an incredible supporting crew on Saturday Mornings. It varies week to week because I
do have a very popular crew thatall owned businesses, and most of them
are charter captains or involved in theboating industry in some way, shape or
form. But Captain Jason Burton,Captain Chris Reagan, Captain Matt Barnador from

(09:52):
Walcome All Outfitters. We call himthe River at Shep, Richard Florzak Private
Shep to the Stars, Tony thebass Master Carter who you've heard on here
before. Captain Fred Roart with SweetTea Charters. Captain Fred who's been a
captain for a long time down inGeorgetown, an incredible inshore fisherman and you've
heard him as well on here. And good gosh, I can't leave anybody

(10:16):
out. How about our good friendfrom DNR, mister Green Jeans as I
call him, Tommy Buchannan Officer TommyBuchannan with South Carolina Department Natural Resources.
And so we've done a couple ofshows over the last couple of weeks have
been really good. Maya. Wedid a remote at Surfside Pier, which
by the way, is open atour good friends Peery's Bait and Tackle Perry's
at the Pier, and we reallyhad some great content and you'll find that

(10:41):
every Saturday morning if you tune in. So I thought about it and I
said, well, heck, let'sgo ahead and fill up some shows.
Let's let you guys listen to it. You know, a lot of people
don't get to go back and listen, but we actually do have a podcast
channel for Trilogy Outdoors rate show aswell. But we're gonna play it this
week on the Trilogy Outdoors Podcast, and I want you guys to tune in

(11:05):
and stay right there and listen. And again, this format is live from
the radio show, so it's gonnasound a little different. You'll hear some
commercial breaks and different things of thatnature, but I promise you you're gonna
enjoy the content and just tune inor visit Trilogy Outdoors Media dot com check
out everything that's going on. Solet's crank it up, all right.

(11:28):

enforcement officer and a former firefighter everySaturday or whenever Chris can join me,
whenever tam Me can join me.But we're also brought to you by Marshall's

(12:13):

Pardue of the South Carolina Department ofNatural Resources, Sarge. We've got Gomer

(12:58):
Pyle of South Calyde Department not yourresource Jay Gregg, sorry he's in.
Hey, he don't think I'm joking. The only reason that I do any
of this and the only reason thatI have ever had any of this opportunity
to get into what I do isbecause of that man right there. I

(13:20):
am completely thankful for him. Iam completely thankful for him. That's right.
We have got miss Bree Bostick here, brie Us with the Midway Fire
Department. We've got Aaron Bostick herewith the Georgetown Fire Department. And you're
gonna recognize the voice of our otherguests later. His name would be Jeff

(13:41):
Binton. You're gonna normally catch himhere from ten am until three, I
think, is that right? Tentill three here on the gator one of
seven point nine. But Jeff alsoserves with the Oriy County Sheriff's Department.
Got to make sure we get themall right, there's so you got a
better bully tenant ye, there wego. All right, So listen,
here's what we're here at, crazySister Marina. And y'all, if you're

(14:05):
out and driving around, drinking somecoffee, having some donuts or doing whatever.
Donuts and policemen go together, theydo go together. I loves y'all
come out and cheer these guys on. We are actually fishing in the marina.
And for those that don't know, this is a really good fishing.
It has everything here. I knowyou got moving water. How many fish

(14:26):
and carcasses get dropped down lots fromthis table right here? Yeah, exactly
right there. I'll say, youknow, look looking behind us. We're
back here. We're watching the landing. It's packedday morning, look at it.
Yep, just come down and watchthe landing with us. Yeah,
we've got a full crew getting readyto go on the New Island Princess.
Yeah, one hundred and fourteenth randall. How many you got today? Huh

(14:52):
oh boy, little boots. Theygot a boat load on the New Island
Princess this morning. And uh,it is a little toasty this morning,
but we're but we got a breezeand it feels good. And man,
it's just great to be here.I want to thank Sea Cart Adventures,
who I hope Jason is gonna comejoin us. See Cart has thrown in
one of our grand prizes, andthat is a sea cart experience, and

(15:15):
we were talking about We've been talkingabout them since day one. I think
they do everything right. I thinkthey are as considerate of the anglers and
other voters as anybody out there inthe inlet, in the sense of how
they they they they are in anorderly fashion. How they make their way
through the creek they do, theydo, and they don't go back into

(15:37):
the you know, the shallow creeksand getting anybody's way. So there,
it's a fun time. Yep,we see them. I can't even tell
you how many times a day they'returning and burning. They are turning and
burning. And we've got some whatelse do I have? Oh, God,
saltwater, Ammo, Kel Carter,We've talked about them a lot on
the show. Kill has an unbelievable, incredible local here in merles In,

(16:00):
and uh Kel jumped up immediately anddonated a beautiful, yeti cooler for one
of our winners. Today. We'vegot gift cards to the one and only
Judy Boons. And I'm telling youwhen I say gift cards, we got
a couple you can take several friendswith you. Uh, we've got hat
shirts? What else we got overthere? Oh? And I'm gonna take

(16:22):
two winners to Palmeta State Armory. We're gonna go up there. I'm gonna
let you pick out your two rods. Awesome, they get to pick out
whatever they want. I'll take abait caster. Well, you're out.
Oh you, we do have toget you on the bait caster. So
so, and that's the reason Ihave two brand new bait casters out in
the truck. And I thought aboutit and I said, you know what,
I was gonna bring one probably won'tstopped by ronalds earlier. So for

(16:44):
my birthday I got Ronald, Isaid, I want these two rods.
I said, go ahead, andreal rod. They're sitting there waiting to
be spoilt up. So and there'sI went by there and dropped some rulers
off for him. So in otherwords, you're gonna be Monday. You're
gonna be there Monday for the secondYes, merles Inlet and lit Rocks Trilogy
Outdoors Monday Flounder Challenge. I willbe there. You know, I told

(17:06):
I got Jay's coming. I willtell you that across the board here looking
at all of our first responders, you know, these men and women out
here on a daily basis doing ajob that that most probably don't want to
do and and is fire police ems. I can tell you. I can
tell you that Jay and I we'regonna leave here when the show's over and

(17:26):
we have to go work. Yeah, you're working, So we will leave
here, go to work. Jeffover there at the Sheriff's office. They're
they're hughes, they're busy. Wegot Chief Joe Hill. His job never
stops. Nope, he's so thankyou again for for hosting this. This
means a lot to me and andall these guys out here. So think,
well, I told you again,I think it. I think it

(17:47):
was such a good idea that we'regonna definitely have to do it at least
twice, and after that, maybeeven more so. While we're on air,
I'm gonna throw this out because weneed to get them going, by
the way vision, So I wantto I want to go what he's about
to fire up to? Yeah,I know, And so we want to
get them fishing. But so Ithought about something. Why couldn't we and

(18:08):
and and listen, I know alot of our a lot of fishermen,
and a lot of your friends,a lot of your relationships in fishing started
at the fire department. Oh absolutely, this is a getaway. But what
would some of these fire departments? And would would some of these would they
appreciate for your poor people coming oneafternoon to do like our clinic like basic,

(18:30):
Like let's teach them how to throwa cast net, let's teach them
how to tie not like maybe weget somebody excited about fishing that doesn't fish
yet, like Chief Hill. Imean, if you've ever been on the
boat with Chief, is there moreexcitable person on the boat? Listen,
me and Chief and the Chief norkid over there at Ory County Fire.
Remember that day we came out here. It was freezing cold and the only

(18:52):
fish that was caught was by ChiefJoe Hill. So uh, and I'm
sure he did not rub it in. Oh no, not in the least,
dude. I mean he even mentionedit when he called me the other
day. So well, I wasthinking about that yesterday. I said that
would be fun. You know, maybe in the fall, maybe we come
up with a couple afternoons during theweek, because I know they work ships.
Yep. Maybe we work with oneship, you know, for a

(19:15):
month, and then another ship. Then we just show up once or twice.
We'd be happy to do. Andlet's do some nets and I mean
gest net, basic knots and dowhatever and then and then I'll bet you
that we can find somewhere like PalmetiState, armory or somewhere like crazy System
marina. That'll help get them setup with some tackle and get them going,
you know. And do you thinkthey'll let us drive the fire shruck
one time? I don't know. That would be fun. I'm not gonna

(19:37):
lie that would be fun. Andthat's the meurles Inlet anthem as Tony would
call it. Yes, he callsit the meurles Inlet National Anthem when they
come through. Right, So let'sgo over let's go over the rules real
quick of the fishing. So here'swhat we got. Our competitors are going
to be fishing for quite a fewprizes or we're gonna do first fish.
There is first legal fish. That'snot that bad. No first legal fish.

(20:02):
We're gonna do biggest flounder, andwe're gonna do trash fish, biggest
trash fish, and we're gonna domost flounder. All right, now,
where's the parameters that how far downcan and they can go wherever they want
to in the marina. I don'tcare like Tony knows some good spots,
I believe you do. You know, hey, but you if it was
me a going far I would bewalking somewhere close by, or I would

(20:26):
be down there, since we havepermission to fish on this side, I
would be down there floating where thatwater goes through where it comes up on
the shallow, at the marshwalk atthe Government Government Pier, or fishing right
here soon as he leaves, andhe'll be going in twenty minutes. All

(20:47):
right, Jenna, listen, here'swhat we're gonna do. We are gonna
go to break, all right,So we've set it up. We're gonna
go to break. We're gonna getour our contestants fishing and get them going,
and we come back. Captain Randalland New England Princess will be on
their way out, and we're gonnabe right here live at Crazy Sister Marina
and have some fish stories for you. Tony, you got somebody to fish

(21:07):
whip. Captain kel Carter's got somebodyto take care of. Chris is gonna
I'll bounce around, help around, and bounce around, and we'll all get
them going. We'll go get baitinside there and get everything going. And
then we're gonna play interview with Ronald, and we're gonna play another interview with
Will and then we come back onthe other side of all that. We'll
be right here with live action fromCrazy Sister Marina. You ready, Jenna,

(21:33):
All right, sorry to throw thatat you. All right, here
we go, folks. Well,we'll be right back. We got some
kayos, y'all come down here andhang out with us at Crazy System.
Marina and Uh we are the TrilogyOutdoors Radio show coming to you live here
on Gator of one o seven pointnine. Michelob Ultra and Myrtle Beach Wholesaler
Southern Crown Partners Incorporated know our consumersenjoy relaxing days on the water with Mick

(21:56):
Ultra's Chris and refreshing taste in hand. It's important to remember to drink and
bow responsibly. Choose to be orto designate a sober skipper before leaving the
dock. Do it for your familyand friends, your passengers, and everyone
else on board. Michelo Ultra salutesall sober skippers who take the pledge.

(22:19):
Cheers and we'll see you on thewater. We are having a great time
out here on the waterfront and myrl'sinlet at our wonderful partner, Crazy Syster
Marina and Sean Baum was going toactually join us, but he is busy
on the cash register. And Iwill say this much. The last hour
has been interesting, very interesting andbusy and inful. Everybody's trying to hit

(22:41):
the water. But let me tellyou about our fish. So we've got
two Kobya landed. We've got twokoba two kobea have landed. We've got
four flounder, four flounder, twokeepers, a one keeper, one keeper.
Jay greg right now at sixteen totwenty five off caught two of them,
right. Jay Gregg's called too,and we got one keeper at sixteen

(23:03):
and a half inches and we wesent Brion I'm back over there. We've
got her fishing now. She shehooked as soon as you cast it.
Right, it's just just kind ofbam there it was charge. I don't
blame you. I'd go over theretoo. Yeah. So I just told
him, as you don't have tostay here, y'all can move to it.
You can move around and go whereveryou want to. Yeah. So

(23:26):
Brienna is a yep, Brinn isa field reporter for BT reporter for wbt
W. Yeah, you go,you all look for you know, here's
the thing I know that we atthe Gator have a strong relationship and a
very good relationship with our friends atWPDE as we should. And I'll be
honest, we anybody that you wantto be associated with, Ed Petrowski and

(23:52):
the weather team over there and everybodyelse. And I love the WPDE crowd,
but I wish I could get himon my TV. I know.
I mean, if he's on andI can't get any or something, I
mean, give me this something.Yeah, ten miles from Myrtle Beach and
can't get any Myrtle Beach, Isawry. I'll get your coat hanger.
We'll stick it out in windows. Some old rabbit ears, some old rabbit

(24:15):
ears. Hey, listen, wedo hope that everybody obviously had a very
safe and enjoyable Fourth of July, and this weekend is going to be a
lot of fun and exciting on thewater. And I will say the Sober
Skipper, which you've heard the adson our radio show as well. We
are very involved with Sober Skipper, but we also have dn R here uh
uh Officer Tommy who is very involvedwith Sober Skipper, but also with the

(24:38):
operation high Water Dry Water. Let'stalk about it. If I Water Dry
Water kicked off July the third inDestin, Florida, and it is NASBLA,
which is a national association State bodylaw administrators. It's their kickoff to
basically have a zero tolerance for fordrinking and driving on the water. And

(25:02):
so you know, we started thatmatter of fact, fourth of July.
I started in late Murray. Wehad a bunch of news crews from across
the state come in and check outour batmobile, which is our breath alcohol
testing unit for those we call ita data master in the law enforcement community
because that's what we're trained on,but basically it's a breathalyzer. For lack
of both terms, Tommy, thelaw, explain the law. You can

(25:25):
actually be driving a boat with abeer in your hand, right, Yeah,
absolutely, So you know, differentthan driving a car. You can't
have an open container in a vehicle, and I certainly you can't drink and
drive, but it's different for aboat. And you yes, you can
have an open container and you candrink a beer or an alcoholic beverage and
still operate a boat. The problembecomes when you become in pair, right,

(25:45):
you've had too much, you're drunk. I mean, I got I
got people that yesterday to boats thatit was in the morning. Probably weren't
drinking and we're having problems operating theirboat. And you got to think about
it. You have to remember, especially on a day like today as a
beautiful day. Fourth of July wasbeautiful. It was hot and when you
start, the more you drink. And of course everybody's different, right,

(26:06):
body weight, height, all that, your tolerance. Being on the water
adds a layer of the impairment. You know, you're out on the water,
you're moving, you're swaying, youhave the sun, the glare off
the water, so it was allon you. It does absolutely where is
you down? So again, designatea sober skipper or if you don't know

(26:30):
what that is, designate somebody todrive the boat. No different than a
car, exactly, all right. So this is what we did on the
fourth and anybody saw my post,it was genuine my post. If you
needed a sober skipper, call me. I was on the water, but
I also ran. I ran sometrips, ran ran some people, picked
some people up via the uh Toyotatundra also and gave them rides home.

(26:52):
But here's my thing. Listen,I went through that wild stage where I
couldn't be that. I couldn't goon the water without taking in a lot
of adult beverages. Pace yourself firstly, and secondly, designate, just like
it says a skipper, designate somebodythat is gonna be that person that gets

(27:14):
on the boat knowing that they're gonnadrink sweet tea. It's gonna be their
day to enjoy the others. AndI say that in a sense, if
you don't think that it can bejust as enjoyable to wash it sober person,
you haven't been in some of thesituations that I've been in. I've
been in a lot of situations. When you consider that ninety ninety percent of
my friends that I've met were throughme bartending and working behind the bar,

(27:38):
you know, you have to thinkof look at the boat picture we send
out in that group text the boatup on the hill. Yep, all
right. If we're gonna come inand look at this. When we're gonna
investigate a boating accident and we believeyou're impaired, those are gonna be questions
and we're gonna screen you. Sois it worth it? No nobody wants
to go to jail that sober skipperor the designated driver. Make sure that

(27:59):
person knows how to operate the boatfirst of them. Yeah, exactly.
And you know the other thing isis I was talking to a couple of
highway patrolman on fourth of July whoare with us at our press event,
and they said, man, couldyou imagine driving a car drunk and getting
in the wrecks and now at atwenty foot boat on a trailer to that
car and drive down the road.So I was said, you know,

(28:21):
I, to be honest with you, I never really thought about that.
So that's another added added weight. But you know, again, you were
in the middle of the summer. You know, be patient, be safe.
Check the weather. I can't preachout enough. Check the weather.
The time is not when that stormis coming across, no from from Huntingdon
Beach or wherever it's. The timeis you see it, and Kevin will

(28:44):
tell you, I see a cloudin the sky back to the west.
I'm checking the radar, all right. So another big tip and another big
word of advice is that I woulddownload w PDEs weather app WBtW whoever download
their local weather app and set onthe alarms. And I'll tell you why.
When you open it up to loadyour location. It lets you know

(29:07):
in as good a timely manner asit can. It lets you know what's
coming if there is something coming. And we know this time of the year
that you can go from a beautifulday like this, yep, to absolutely
trees been over and lots of electricity, which electricity, water and boats don't
go well together. And my dealis I watched the sky, you know,

(29:30):
especially this time of year out ofthe west, and I'd say nine
nine times out of ten, I'llget spook because I've been out there and
caught in it, and I'll runback. But one of those ten it
never does actually hit. But I'venever regretted it because I've been caught in
some really where you get noise andlight at the same second. Yep.

(29:53):
This is not where I wanted tobe. Now. The thing is,
imagine when everybody tries to get backto this landing right here and they gag
up trying to get out there.Yeah, yeah, exactly. They're all
stacking on top of each other, and so that makes it even worse.
I mean, somebody's have to sitin the boat. Yeah, merle zummut
with a storm coming up and you'vegot an hour wait before you can be

(30:14):
able to pull out. Yep,storms can be gone by the time you
get squared away, So you knowagain, be patient, please please please
be patient. Be safe. Makesure you have all your safety equipment on
if you're gonna drink, and youdesignate that sober skipper, pay attention to
the weather. Our goal is zeroaccidents, and you know we're here if

(30:36):
you need us. Please don't hesitatethe call. Another thing is you got
It's not just too you got onyour boat, it's the other boat.
Like yesterday, I had an eightyear old little girl and if I can't
imagine something happened in her because somebody'simpaired or their lack of ability or whatever,
or I mean, I have peoplecoming up by me yesterday, way

(30:56):
too closely, way too fast, and I'm like, this guy doesn't know
where he's going or what he's doing. And some people just get so focused
on the electronics, watching their linesand stuff that they don't even look up.
They don't I can't imagine losing havingto lose that little girl. I
mean, she's just no But youknow it's funny you say that about electronics.
You know what happens if you geta strong tide or a current or

(31:18):
a big wind. And these thesenone cans right here, these bullies right
here, and get moved off station. Yep, just because they electronics tell
you there's that swear that if you'renot paying yet, they can get moved.
Yeah. Yeah, you need touse your eyeballs out front, yep,
not just in the dash. Andthere's plenty of people that run Jones
Creek and Georgetown. They don't reallyknow it that well. So they're following

(31:41):
the track. And I'll put trackson plenty of people's gps is and take
them and run with track for himthere, Look at that got a flying
card. You're on the board. He's a an icing Yeah. Look at
that one. That's that's a sandwichfor him. You got you need plyers
okay, yeah, look at there. Hey, we're talking about electricity.

(32:05):
We're talking about all the things thatcan happen, and including losing power.
Our friends that Express Electrical Services overin Conway can take care of you cooler
systems. Give them a call overthere at Express Electrical Services or visit E
E s MB dot com, wholehouse, residential, commercial, it doesn't
matter and plumbing needs all your plumbingneeds taking care of. If you're like
me, once again, I continueto say it. I don't touch anything

(32:29):
with electrical electrical do it myself.Electricicals, yeah, electriccle but they do
it everything home generators, lighting, installation and repair, electrical repairs, renovation,
wiring. What we got Uh oh, we got another one on.
We got another one. I'm trying. I don't need to be on board.

(32:52):
Oh oh no, you got oneon now? Yeah, we got
tackle here. Look he needs toget on there. Here we go.
Hey, listen, do you havetime to remind everybody about Monday evening?
Yes, we already did, butwe will do it again, hood again
because I forgot to take the notes. All right, So Monday evenings now

(33:13):
inlet rocks. Uh, Ronald Stallbyof myself have started a Monday flounder shootout.
Hey, the chiefs. He mighthave just kicked Jay out there.
Yep, that one's bigger than thatone's wow, Jay, it's close.
Here's the bad thing is there's somebody'swho's been renting the boat for the last

(33:36):
two hours and we've caught more fishsitting at the dock. All right,
so real quick, mondays, weare meeting at the public landing here in
merles Inlet by boat. You don't. We're not doing it on shore.
We're doing it by a boat.Okay. There'll be a boat park right
across from the landing, in theedge of the grass. You'll come up
there. You'll pay your twenty fivedollars entry except twelve and under or three,

(33:59):
okay, twelve and hundred. It'san individual tournament. You can weigh
one flounder, Okay, twenty fivedollars entry. Twenty goes to first place.
Five dollars goes to second place. The first week, which was storming
and everything up until ten minutes beforethat is awesome, Chief Jay, we
gotta get a pictured out. Yeahshe's gone, say hold it up.

(34:22):
But what we're doing is blasting allbut six. We'll be back at eight
thirty to weigh in, and largestflounder wins first place. Second largest flounder
wins second place, and payback.I'll tell you this. Our objective between
now and the end of middle ofSeptember, which we'll probably end up quitting,

(34:45):
is to have additional purse. Inother words, we want to pay
back one hundred percent plus. Wemay have a couple sponsors we want.
We may have a couple of sponsorsbecause somebody's gotta talk. We may have
a couple of sponsors that will putin extra money so we can have some
added purse. I tell you,I got Jay's coming. Jay's coming with

(35:07):
me Monday. Well and kill CarterAwesome has just offered up that he may
be jumping in on that. Sothat is awesome. Sit and listen.
Kel's doing a pretty good job outthere guiding because missus Brie has got two
pounder too, kobeah nice and aredfish that she just lost. And check

(35:31):
this out. We're gonna come upwith a bait and we're gonna do an
offshore lure and for the eyes takingwith the badges and the eyes, that's
her baddest. It's gonna be.It's gonna be a DNR special. I
love it. That's a good ideafor a tea shirt. Get back there,
Chief, get another one, comeout, it's down. Chief didn't

(35:52):
has to put that one on Ice. She noticed that, right, I
think, Oh heck no, lookhere, he's got you in the box.
So let me tell you something aboutthat man. That man loves fishing
and he loves eating fish, andyou know what, so be it.
So what I promise you when heretires here shortly, Uh, when he
retires, there's gonna be a lotof fish that are in dangers. I'm

(36:13):
gonna I'm not gonna say well,I'm gonna go ahead and say it.
They've got so they got a reallycool shirt, and I'm just gonna have
to have one made for us.Yes, eight CPD Tactical Fishing, County
Police Department, Tactical Fishing. Ilove it. Nice. I bet we
can partner with Saltwater ammo in that. Yeah, we can't think guys,

(36:35):
Yeah, I think we can. That's yeah, I think we can.
That would be awesome. Well, the chief want with us, I don't
believe I'll let him keep anything.Nope. And when he fished with us
that day, oh no, butyou you caught bigger, big revenue.
Yeah, they were. He don'tcare. He's fine with that. And
when people say, hey, Iwant to catch some red fish for dinner,
I'll take him to the big fishspot. What did Jaco yep,

(36:57):
exactly? Huh? What did JacobJay's up top on the Oh? Oh
yeah, he's started talking to hiskids. Yep. See guys, so
you know his twins to repeat,we're at crazy sisters, yep, crazy
s at the marina. We havewe have law enforcement officers fishing with assorted
mixers, a couple of hose draggers. Yeah, some hose draggers over here.

(37:22):
Got some fire department folks, sopublic service type guys that. And
by the way, let's let's justsay that we have the employee of the
quarter, don't we have the firefighterof the quarter. There you go,
proud husband over there, proud husbandover there. You get to be the
firefighter of the quarter. I don'tknow, I don't know, but she
got it. And hey, andshe's pretty much working on becoming the fishermen

(37:46):
of the quarter. There you go, sy y, hey, what are
you doing? So what we're doingas well. We have a little fishing
contest down there on the dock. And see crazy sister Jay said, arm,
he's taking a break. Don't youdon't think because on the Doctor's not
competition going on there? Absolutely,y, I mean they're busy. These
guys are busy trying to beat eachother's pretty here's a deal. When you

(38:07):
hear fishing at the marina on thedock. Not many people get excited about
it because telling you, guess what, right, this is a total different
beast. When you fish here, you really truely stand a chance at catching
some of the biggest flounder. Andearlier we we talked about exactly why.

(38:30):
All right, there's a lot ofdifferent reasons. Captain Chris, who is
busy right now, but I'd loveto have him talk about it, because
we talk about it. There's abreaking the current, all right. You've
got a seawall right here, breakingthe current on the falling tide. You've
got huge dock pilons, you've gotdocs, you've got big boats structure,
you've got some big boats that actuallysit on the bottom at low tide,

(38:51):
creating a deeper hole, therefore enticinga great little spot for those fish to
lay. But look at all thefamilies that are going out and enjoy.
And I mean, we've got rentalboats here, You've got skiffs, you've
got all kinds of new pone tunes, kayak tours, got kayaks, you've
got environmental tours here, you've gotdolphin tours. You've got every evening now

(39:15):
they're doing the evening cruises on boththese boats and you can go out with
family and friends and hop on thenew em at Princess. Look at that
guy. Yeah, and let's talkabout no wake Yeah that is Look at
this, he's a farmer. Lookat that. I can't read. He's
a farmer. The signs are therefor a reason, the signs in the

(39:35):
booies. It's not like we justjust randomly select somewhere to throw a booy
down. There's a reason why it'sthere. Well, idle speed is enough
forward speed to make way well forardmomentum. I call them farmers and going
to tell the farmer because they're alwaysplowing, that's right. I mean,
look, he just cut the wholekayaking tour off. Yeah he did.
I mean, you know, ofcourse they don't have the stability that all

(40:00):
of these boats have. But theywere also approaching his starboard, which man,
they should have given way. Yeah, he should have. Yep,
But he's a farmer. He justgot done file on the fields, I
mean the waterway. Yeah. Yeah, that they're there for a reason.
Please, that's another thing. Payattention. And you get around a dock
like this, and even if there'snot a no wake zone, slow down
because you've got people's boats tied uphere. Yeah, you know they're getting

(40:22):
fuel or taking ice or picking uppassengers. Slow down, It's okay,
be patient. You're responsible for yourwake. You are. And you know
here's you know, compared to therest of you know, some like Ori
County where it's kind of a straightline just because of how the waterway is.
You know, once you get outto the little river it opens up.
But still, I mean, it'slike a washing machine. And if

(40:44):
you don't if you don't have theexperience like a lot of us have,
then you really don't know what todo. Well. So see a lot
of people think that okay, nowake, that means I need to slow
down, never looking behind him inthe see that they're throwing a three foot
wave because of theirlywing. Well, you know a lot of people say I
was only doing I was only doingsix miles an hour. Well that we

(41:04):
don't have it. It's not aspeed living right. Yeah, And now
I will tell you I've been toBrownsville, Texas and around the port of
Brownsville. They have actually a speedlimit sign. Really it's not no wake,
it's no more than five miles perhour. Interesting Internet, very innerut
I thought it was. I waslike, man, speed, I mean,
how do you know you don't havea digital readout. But yeah,
it's a there's a difference between idolspeed and no wake, and some people

(41:32):
will have a hard times just youknow, deciphering what that means. But
you know, and another thing iswhen you're ply on your boat, it's
not happy. The boat's not happy. You know, you back off on
this plow and the boat is nothappy. It either wants you to speed
up or slow down, so doone or to the other. There's no
wake, then it's telling you youneed to slow down. It amazes me.

(41:52):
You know who's from merl Zillet Whenthey're cutting these creeks like this,
Yeah, when they're cutting corners. They're cutting corners and cutting corners. You
know what he's doing. He helives here. I cut a lot of
corners just down. I love mytrip through the inlet because you know,
I go right there. Oh yeah, it's a black I'm gonna tell you
what. You know, the firsttime we did it, I was I

(42:13):
was I was like, oh wow, now what do you do? And
it's like, oh, I'm notlook Joe cheap here in the house.
Another one. Joe's not slow. He's gonna have dinner tonight. Oh my
god. Look, yeah, youbetter get back to fishing. Jay,
Hey, you're getting beat. Imean you're off the leader board at this

(42:36):
point. He's got him some dinnergoing on. I think he had a
mission coming out of here today. He did. Let me tell you know,
his job, he's the chief.I mean, every everything comes to
him. Yeah, he deals witha stressful, stressful job. And some
may say that he does come outin the public as much as he should.

(42:59):
But I'm gonna tell you this much. I've spent time with him.
He cares so much. He caresso much, and he's always working that.
I mean, he's got an excusefor for the way he is.
And he's been incredible for Oory County. He's been incredible as a friend.
I'm blessed that Tommy you introduced usbecause he is a genuine great person.

(43:23):
He really is. He's just doingit. I mean, this is crazy.
I'll make the hush puppies. Iknow it's gonna be like, Jay,
you got to get going, dude, Come on now, is it
a keeper? No, it's alittle short. I'll tell you what though,

(43:45):
cheap, get on over here.Yeah, let's get a picture,
chief, I'll uh, I'll makethe hush puppies. That's awesome, that's
awesome. Yeah, so he's youknow, move over there with sards can
cash him. Go here, yougo? All right, So listen,
it's time to go to break. We'll do one more break and then we'll

(44:05):
come back and finish this thing out. We'll get a couple of guests over
here. I don't want y'all togo anywhere. You guys are great,
but well we'll get somebody over here. I may slide away and let some
people come sit up here with y'all. Y'all do such a good job though
your naturals and and I've always saidit, Fred, you know it.
I mean, honestly, from thetime you get on a boat and on
a charter, I mean you're basicallyentertaining. Yes, anyway, it's no

(44:30):
different than this. What if thefish aren't bite and you better be entertain
Yeah, you know, all right, you know you're ready? All right?
All right, Well we'll be rightback on the other side of the
break, and uh, we'll hopefullyhave some more fishion reports here from you
from crazy Sister Marina. But thisis the Trilogy Outdoors Radio Show coming to

(44:51):
you live via the Toyota Tuner Studio. We'll be right back all right,
folks, We're back here live atCrazy Sister Marina. We are the Trilogy
Outdoors Radio Show, and we getthe greatest, wonderful, greater one oh
seven point nine every Saturday morning isfrom eight to ten talking fins, fur
and feather and everything outdoors and joiningme on the MIC's right now. We've

(45:14):
got Sweet Tea Charters. We've gotGreg Nichols here from what's the name of
that business, y'all are? Ithink it's called Saltwater Ammo Company. Well,
I can see it on all ofyou. You've got plenty of it
on there. Saltwater Ammo is here, and Captain Chris Reagan's with us.
And Chris, you've had a goodtime this morning. Yeah, this is
like being at work. Yeah, doing what I enjoy. It's just like

(45:35):
being at work doing what I enjoy. Well, I do have a special
announcement to make for all you Gatordiehard listeners. Jeff Benton has not only
just caught his first fish in fortyyears, he just called his first flounder
nice and he backed it up withhis second right behind it. That's amazing,
isn't it. And he is fishingwith saltwater AMMO jigs right now.

(46:00):
Greg, let's talk about saltwater Ammo. Thank you guys first and foremost for
the hats, for the cooler andeverything else. And you and Kel always
get involved in everything locally, andI know, I mean, obviously supporting
local is huge for any business, but in your business, you definitely want
all of us local anglers on board. Absolutely we do. And we're you

(46:22):
know, we're born raised here rightin merles Inlet, so this is home.
Been fishing these waters for a longtime. And it's interesting that we
got started because we couldn't find thetackle that we wanted yep, so we
started making it ourselves and then peoplelike, hey can you do that for
me? Yep. Next thing, you know, we have a business that's
doing really well and the main thingis we catch fish, but we are

(46:44):
big into helping out, you know, people that need help and sponsoring events
and especially like taking kid fishing andstuff like that. So we really like
to give back and it's it,you know, we like to say we're
doing it for them. We're notWe're doing it for us because it makes
us, uh, you know, feel great eight inside of what we're doing
and everything and your yeah, yeahit is. It's right, and it's

(47:04):
fun being down here, and it'sgreat with all these guys right here fishing
where we are catching fish and everybodyelse out all over the creek. Not
gotten in boats. Yeah right, that's in the boats. And we know
that mealing all way. We knowthat feeling I gotta, I gotta pick
up this Judy Boons gift certificate isabout to blow off. So we all
know that feeling that that you know, sometimes riding around the boat is uh,

(47:27):
your burning gas when you could havebeen fishing and catching. But I'll
tell you the name is so CatchingSaltwater. I love the name. You
know. When y'all first came out, they had the little ammo bottom of
boxes, the green one tackle.I thought that was a great idea.
I know you've really concentrated heavy inthe beginning with the offshore stuff, with
the wakoo and everything like that. Now you've gotten into more inshore jigs and

(47:50):
different things of that nature. Andyou know, I mean, listen,
the tackle works. I know thejigheads have been really good. Kel brought
me my own Clemson a dish ofa jighead. It's it's the orange jighead
with the purple and white skirt.I love it. I'm not gonna use
it because I like what that is, only if I can keep it away
from Russ because my little fishing partnerloves that thing and I keep catching him

(48:14):
putting it in his tackle bop tryingto take it, but he wants to
show it off because he does. But thank you guys so much for coming
out and getting involved. And again, y'all always are getting involved in everything
local. I know you're big inthe Sheriff's Department tournament. You know,
kill comes and serves as the waymaster and everything else during that day.

(48:34):
But we appreciate it and just fromall the anglers letting you know it makes
a difference. And do you knowwe wees a long way it does,
and we talk about it NonStop. You know, it's the it's the businesses
that support like where we're sitting rightnow at Crazy Sister. It's the businesses
that support the local tournaments that deserveyour business. And whether you fish tournaments

(48:57):
or not, you need to thinkabout that. But you know, I
mean we fished to them as welove it. Yeah, but we we
love coming over here. Way isit crazy? Sister? Are always a
breeze easy, it's easy easy. You got a great venue here, You
got shade. If the family wantsto come down and sit there and watch
the way in yep, you knowit's everything involved. You need a drink.
You walk right underneath there. Andyou know this is a pretty nice

(49:20):
office location for Kill and I tobe sitting down here working today. Hey,
you are working. This is Rand D right here. Yeah,
right, R and D. That'swhat you hear when you're a fishing god
and you have a woman. Ohyou're working right, yeah right, Yeah,
you're working like this said a minuteago. You're working today? Yeah,

(49:42):
work right. And the other thingis like women with their shoes.
You know, I mean a womancannot justify her shoes as we can for
roads and tackle book use. Oursis for work exactly. Those shoes are
the right work. I fight thatargument all the time. We all get
it, we all get it.We all get it now. I would
have expected you, honestly knowing youas long as I have, I would

(50:07):
have more expected you to come outwith a new surfboard line or something along
that, because this man loves tosurf. I do, and you know,
maybe that's something down the road.Yeah, well we'll get in.
You know, it all ties together. People that serve fish, fish surf
a lot. So it's all thatoutdoors. Enjoin the water, waterman,
Yes, water, that's it.And hey, listen, when you live

(50:30):
here, if you don't get outand enjoy this. And I say this
every week on here, I sayit on another radio show that I'm on
on Tuesdays. But if you aremissing out on the water and don't get
out and enjoy, I don't careif you're over in the drinking water,
fresh water, whether you're in thesalt water. There is something that every
one of us can enjoy, whetheryou want the tug on the end of

(50:52):
a rod, whether you want tojust go out and drive down the rivers.
And I ain't corrupt one. I'lltell you what we're gonna do.
Can I trade Sean for you?Absolutely, We've been waiting on him.
But I want to thank you, brother, thank you so much. Appreciate
it. Water Dolf, check themout. We've got another flounder yeah,

(51:12):
we do. We're doing another one. All right. I ought to run
charters off this talk. I know. All right, Sean, the one
and only Captain Sean Bond has joinedus the owner and proprietor of this incredible
place. And Sean, I'm justgonna tell you once again, we can't
say it enough. Man, youhave done a great job over here,

(51:32):
continuing to add new things over here. Uh. You know, this place
is as organized as I've ever seenit. And the tackle store was ingenious
to walk in there and look aroundand see what everything you offer. Uh,
to watch these rental boats come upright now, pull right up.
They can put some gas in,shovel some ice in the boat, get

(51:57):
some tackle and go vision. Man. It's it's been awesome. All these
little projects are really really starting towork out. It's been a convenience for
our customers coming down from wherever they'retraveling, all the tourists coming in,
getting on the headboat, getting onrental boats, just for our locals popping
into the dock. You know, hot paddle boards, that's it. It
doesn't matter what the tide is.You can pull right up. I got
a little convenience store in there foryou you know, frozen, every frozen,

(52:21):
You've got every frozen made the mat. Yeah. And you know again,
it's been a building clientele. Likeyou've got how many rental boats you'll
have now we've got fifteen. Wow. And that is a combination of skiffs
and pontoons correct. Yep. Mostof the pontoons people are using for family
kind of activity, just cruising around, pulling up on the point. The
skiffs obviously are just fishing machines.Yep. Seventeen foot Carolina skiffs and they

(52:46):
redid them over the winter. Theylook awesome. Yeah, took the bibunies
off, put te tops on them, put some chairs in them, just
kind of move some stuff around.Got them. They look awesome where they're
comfortable. They're comfortable. People havecome back that have been runing for years.
They're like, oh dude, thisis ye. It's been everything's been
really well received. It's been great. And you've actually got I think there's
a try tunes, aren't they mostof them? Yeah, And I'll tell

(53:08):
you that makes a big difference insalt water if you're in you know,
I don't know how much you've riddenin them, but it makes up there
look Tommy, officer, Tommy,do I tell you what, We'll off
your docks. Hey, yeah, just bring your flip flops and that's all

(53:35):
you need. Having a morning downthey are. But here's the thing,
like everybody like when I first Icould tell you get that reaction for people
when you say, hey, we'regonna be fishing at the marina, the
marina and they're like, okay, whatever. And I'm sure there was quite
a few that showed up and said, oh, this is gonna be just
a morning of hanging out. Theirattitudes changed as soon as Free caught the

(53:59):
first flound. Oh yeah, absolutely, it's all takes. It changed,
and that turns into competition now.And now it's competition because even Ja Gregg
had to go right back. Hedidn't give up when Chief Heel came Buck.
But I know that you are asappreciative of these law enforcement officers and
first responders just as much as weare. Thank you for allowing us the
opportunity to have these guys down hereand to get them out to enjoy some

(54:22):
time and listen, it is Julysixth, is a busy weekend for you,
busy weekend for them. But youknow, two hours of hanging out,
letting them catch peel, a littletug on the end of the rod.
It's just been it's great. It'sbeen great. A bunch of smiles
down here. It's good to sayall these guys just have a good day.
Yep. And and I mean CaptainRandall had one hundred plus on the

(54:43):
boat, all lined up. Yeah, he had a full boat, sir.
Yeah. They took the New Princessfor a four and a half hour
half a day, so they'll goout there and do some sea bass.
And that's your introductory to fishing downthat that is, That's exactly what it
is. There's a lot of goods, that's what you know. It's got
to take a kid fishing kind oftheme to it. You know, we're

(55:04):
trying to get mom's, grandma's,you know, young children out here.
Not just the the sense of thatold Burley fisherman. It's just a great
intro trip to get people out onthe water. You mean, the chimmuts
of fishing. There. You go, listen, I one day I am
gonna hold him down and make himcome on this radio show or the podcast.

(55:24):
That guy has a story to tell. He's got a long story.
Hun stories to tell. Better havea wall over where he's a ping pong.
He's got a story to tell.I'll tell you. We gotta get
him born. Does anybody know whereTommy got that fluorescent green rod from?
It looks like one of yours.Oh that's not mine. Mine are not

(55:45):
that bright. Mine are not thatbright. If you want to Tony's,
I don't know. I don't knowwhose that is. There was more than

Yeah, oh wow wow, Yeah, I know you can't go on.

(56:10):
It was Tommy just telling the quickstory. But crazy Sister Marina dot com
is the website, yes, andphone number to call and ask any questions.
Sixty five one three six seven sixeight four three sixty five one three
six seven six All right, hours, let's talk about that. We come
up on fuel. We're opening atwhat time? Five thirty in the morning,

(56:30):
five thirty to nine at night,so pretty much all day long.
Yeah, you're not gonna miss fuel, are you? No, sir?

you busy early, like six o'clockyou're busy, yes, sir, Yeah
we are. We stay pretty busy. Yeah. Yeah. Anybody loves to
pull up and get some ice.You know. That's just one of the

(56:51):
kind of things we do, justhelping folks come by. If they buy
anything with us, we'll give themsome ice. That was the first perk
you kind of started, yeah, and it was a fuel f you'll get
your eyes well at the end ofthe day. I don't know if y'all
seen, but three dollars for abag of ice, right, that goes
a long way when you can fillup that cooler in that fish pox with
I do. It's been it's beenhuge. It helps the local fishermen to

(57:12):
the charter guys, you know, just trying to help them save a little
bit. Yep. Well, thesesame guys are the ones that come over
and fill up with you. That'sright. And uh, you know that's
again, that's what it's all about. And I'm gonna it's hard to brag
about ice, but I'm gonna bragabout your ice because the flaky ice like
that that fish, that chip, that person. It lasts longer, it

(57:32):
lasts longer. It does, itdoes. I've still got my I got
some yesterday and my cooler was fullthis morning when I when I was on
the way, uh to come downhere and hang out this morning. But
listen, we're gonna be back, and uh, I'm gonna put you on
the spot because now if we saidno, I think you're getting ready to
get hollered at probably for our guysfishing on the dock. I'm sorry,

(57:53):
I think she's looking for you,Sean. That's a right. She'll keep
looking fortly. But so she didn'trealize what's going on. She's yeah,
yeah, well whatever. But anyway, Uh, we are going to be
back in four weeks with another anothergroup of first responders and firefighters, because
I know they'll be jealous if wego somewhere else, so they're not gonna

(58:17):
want to go anywhere else. Everything. Hey, can I just tell you
that I got a demo ride laterthis afternoon and and live scope with Livescope.
Yeah, and let me just tellyou. Let me just tell you
that all I'm gonna do is comeover here and get around here and ride
around because you think about all thethings you can see on these pilons without
lives, you know, and doyou not think there's sheeps head around here?

(58:42):
I believe there is at certain tides. They're in the grass, you
know, pulling through the grass.I see them all the time. So
they get in there just like theydo everywhere else, just like they do
in Georgetown, Charleston. It surprisedme about the kobe is being in there.
That is crazy. The small there'sa lot of baby in here right
now. That's well, that's cool. I've been running around all morning.
How many different species? So wehave caught kobea uh goodna, guesting ray,

(59:09):
a confirmed redfish that broke off, flounder, who god, lee,
that's number three we've called flounder andjay. You've had how many three flounder?
That's Jeff Fenton with three million fourgot an amberjack. Oh yeah,

(59:29):
he called a carcass. He calleda numberjack carcass. He could barely get
it up. So you've had threethree three, that's nine. Uh,
he's got two. There's a left. I mean, dude, we're talking
almost fifteen plounder. I bad thatin an hour and twenty minutes. Yes,

(59:49):
yeah, you better watch out becauseever look at it, this is
gonna become a popular fish Georgetown comingto you live. Hey, in all
honesty, listen, we we fishhere at time to time, and I
can tell you this much. Ifyou do choose to pish around here in
your boat, please please be courteous. Courteous. Please remember I mean Sean,

(01:00:12):

boat traffic coming in and out.Do not hinder that traffic. Do not
get in their way. We've onlygot one ramp here. There's only one
ramp. You know it's gonna comethis way. Curteous, don't be banging
into people's boats. And don't wejust be small camera set up right?

(01:00:36):
having a bad day in the water, just come over here and hang out.
Yeah, you'll feel good about yourselfreal quick. Look, put one
out of this way and then oneback at the ramp. Look at looking
back towards the church. It canbe very entertaining in that area right over
there. Well, I can tellyou one thing I do know. July

day that they gave us to gored Snapper vision. What is the forecast

(01:00:57):

tell, but yeah, right nowthat the long range don't look bad.
No, but Robert and I talkedabout it, like, so they leave
the weather calls in there, rememberthey said in there? So how does
that work? You're talking about theSouth Atlantic fisheries. You're talking about four
states Florida. So if the weatherin Florida is bad, are they gonna

(01:01:20):
cancel our weather which might be niceand move it to the thirteenth or whatever.
I don't know how they're gonna do. That doesn't look bad. Uh,
it doesn't look extended. So wellit's good because I'm gonna be East
coast. Got them on in it. Yeah, I mean, especially for
a big boat up when when hecalled a keeper Jeff Minton has dinner.

(01:01:43):
When the Federal Gunment gets involved intrying to schedule something, you can imagine.
Yep. So trying to get managedthis, which and in the overall
opinion of anglers is not a issueanyway, Yep, They're gonna make it
