Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Police Interrogation FULL AUDIO

Former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Interrogation AUDIO (complete)

Daniel Ken Holtzclaw (born December 10, 1986) is an American former Oklahoma City Police Department patrol officer who was convicted in December 2015 of multiple counts of rape, sexual battery, forcible oral sodomy, and other sexual charges.

Holtzclaw was convicted of eighteen counts involving eight different women. According to the police investigators, Holtzclaw abused his position as an officer by running background checks to find information that could be used to coerce victims into sex.

During the trial, the defense questioned the victims' credibility during cross-examination, bringing up their criminal records.[5] Of the thirteen women who accused Holtzclaw, several had criminal histories such as drug arrests, and all of them were African American. The prosecution argued that victims were deliberately chosen by Holtzclaw for these reasons.

Holtzclaw pleaded not guilty to all charges. On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.[8][9][10] Jason Flom (a founding Board Member of the Innocence Project), right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and others have supported Holtzclaw's claims of innocence. On August 1, 2019, Holtzclaw was denied an appeal by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, which upheld both his convictions and prison sentence. The defense petitioned the Supreme Court of the United States on the basis that merging seventeen cases together "strains credulity". On March 9, 2020, the Supreme Court refused the petition.

Speaker 6 (02:25):
Chair that I had a back surgery, okay a year ago.

a backfusion. This buff on a chair accident. I don't know.
It does well. No, it gives, it's it's very giving.
I'm turning this off because I don't want this blackness
and not to be yucky.

Speaker 6 (02:49):
But it's low back where my back fusion is and
I can put my butt right there, so my tailbones
not getting extra pressure on it.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
I don't know it. I can't sit in one of those.

And he may walk in here in a minute and
get this done. Now. I know.

Speaker 6 (03:18):
You're an officer, and I know you've seen these thousand
times and you've read them yourself. You still ask me
any questions if you have one, Okay, don't be embarrassed
at that. Okay, why tell me why you're embarrassed?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Nobody? Well, I mean, there's flying and we tried to.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
Do that as kind of quietly as we could, and
that's why we took you out the front and stuff.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
But this is gonna make the rumors go away, okay
for you. The rumor tomorrow is gonna be on somebody else.
Does that make sense?

Speaker 6 (03:58):
So let's get him off of you and get them
onto somebody else and get this over with. Okay, all right,
You have the right to remain silent. You understand that
anything you say cannon will be used.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Against you in a court of law. Do you understand
that you have the right.

Speaker 6 (04:17):
To talk to a lawyer and have him or her
present with you while you're being questioned. You understand that
if you cannot.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
Afford to hire an attorney, one will be appointed to
represent you before any questioning if you wish one. If

Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to
you just right?

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Or I do or whatever?

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Right?

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Oh, you're lefty too? Okay? Hold on? You shoot right handed,
but your right left handed?

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Me?

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Can I shoot right hand and right left handed? That's
which do you? Oh? I'm the opposite. I throw right handed,
but a bat left handed? I get correct for you?
How do you eat?

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (05:00):
Hans left for me? Okay? Having these rights in mind,
do you wish to talk to me at us? At
this time? Was out an attorney?

Speaker 7 (05:09):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (05:09):
Okay? Right?

Speaker 8 (05:10):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Reckon, read this out loud.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
I have rather statement of my rights and understand what
my rights are.

Speaker 9 (05:20):
I wanted to make a statement and answer questions at
this time I didn't know. I want an attorney. President
at this time, understand I know that what I'm doing.
No promises or threats matter and made to me, and
no pressure or forced or of any kind.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Has been used against me.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
Agree. Sign that's too funny. I haven't met anybody else
that right's left handed.

Speaker 6 (05:44):
It kind of creates a problem when you're on a
traffic stop, doesn't it, Because you're righting and holding your
ticket book in this hand and your gun hand that
bothering O.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
That is you're huge. What's your commission of it?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Seventeen eight ten? I masturbate right, and that's.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Oh, I think I do that left hand well aimed on.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
You are.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Okay. Just like we talked in the car, you haven't
heard any RUMs.

Speaker 9 (06:22):
So when I walked in the station, I see captain
lean over. Not unusual captain left and eh, but i've
seen you in a cavi. I've never seen you and
so nobody.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
But I haven't heard anything, just like.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Anything you you had said.

Speaker 6 (06:41):
And we told you that there was a traffic stop
that somebody made some allegations against an officer. They don't
know the officer's name, none of that. And you said
that you made a traffic stop after work, but you
didn't call it him.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
I didn't where was that.

Speaker 9 (06:57):
It was about the northeast fiftieth and Lincoln, just to
the west.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Tell me about that stop.

Speaker 9 (07:04):
I was going westboundin northeast fiftieth, probably a block just.

Speaker 2 (07:10):
East of Lincoln.

Speaker 9 (07:12):
I see a red Grand Prix or Grand Dam in
my right lane and now side lane on the inside lane.
The car swerves and so at the time, I'm thinking, okay,
it's a probably a drum person or maybe he got
excited cause it's all cap so I kind of fall
behind it kind of dripped in just a little bit,
not a crossing lane lines, nothing crazy. So I lighted

(07:34):
up because it at first the traffic violation. I saw
it first when it swerved, and that was just west
of the northeast fiftieth and Lincoln, and then made contact.
It was a black female, asked for license insurance, stated
that she didn't have insurance. Give me an ID. At
the time, I might do you have a valid insurance

(07:56):
or a vout license?

Speaker 2 (07:57):
She said no.

Speaker 9 (07:58):
If I told her I was just off work, I mean,
what's the deal? You know, why why are you swerving?
And she says, I'm just trying to go home to
an arborige on the northwest side to see your daughter
or something like that. So I said, is there anything
on board as far as the vehicle? It's okay if

(08:18):
I search your vehicle and whatnot.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
She said.

Speaker 9 (08:20):
The only thing that says TI, there's a kol Aid cup.
I like, is there anything aside in my kool Aid?
Is there liquor anything inside the kool aid.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
She's no.

Speaker 9 (08:28):
I'm like, okay, is there anything else that is out there?
She says there's pills. I'm like, is that the only thing?
And then so I said, can't permission to search your car?
She says yes. They go inside the car and a
lot of pills.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
But I didn't really like scattered pills or in a ball.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
She says, hydro coating pills.

Speaker 9 (08:46):
But I just quickly lance looked at it, and I
think I saw her name by the press Christial Bottles Center.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
Oh so it was a bottle.

Speaker 9 (08:53):
There was several bottles in her purse. And then so
at that time I just returned back to her. It's like, okay,
I saw all your feels. I didn't see your alcoho.
I sniffed the drink, didn't smell ther ackle on the
kool aid. I'm like, okay, I'm just off work.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
I'm tired. Get your license taken care of.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
Just mind because she didn't have a drivers.

Speaker 9 (09:14):
She didn't have a driver's license, and I was just like,
go to DPS department, Publy safe John King, get that
taken care of and cut her loose.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
After that, then where'd you go? Do you remember her name?

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (09:34):
Do you make raffic stops normally after work?

Speaker 2 (09:37):
I don't, but in that case, I saw her swerve
and whatnot, so I felt, I know, I mean have
a you know what, I have the vision whatever, but
I felt like I needed to make that drafty.

Speaker 6 (09:56):
How was she?

Speaker 4 (09:57):
Was she respectful?

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Was she?

Speaker 9 (10:00):
I felt like she was nervous and whatnot? And I'm like,
why are you nervous? And she was even crying. I'm like,
why you crying? White, nervous whatnot? And she's just like,
I don't know. I'm I'm just nervous because you're a cop.
And I got pulled over like nothing you had to
be the words about. And I told her, I'm like,
I don't really want to take you to jail for
no SDL or I think I just got off work.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
I'm tired, so with my officer courtesy or what on.
Said her, go get that taken care.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
Of tomorrow, and you don't have to. I'm not gonna
sit here and go why didn't you.

Speaker 10 (10:36):
Love?

Speaker 4 (10:36):
I don't care. Was she wrong? Did you think she
was drunk?

Speaker 2 (10:41):
I think she was. I think she was.

Speaker 9 (10:46):
She drank, but I don't think she with my experience,
I don't think she was passively one, right, And that's
what I asked her too. Is like with your pain
medicines of how you coming every know, everyone knows that
you drink with that and maximize the effect.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
So I asked her that.

Speaker 9 (11:04):
She said no, but I when she was in the
back of my car, when I was in the front car,
and the driver said, I could smell it off of her,
but I don't think she was still past.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
The legal lima.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Okay, okay.

Speaker 6 (11:15):
So you got her out of the car, yes, and
put her in the back of your car, yes, okay,
any problems there.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
No, she was cooperative. Can't give me any problems or whatnot?

Speaker 7 (11:28):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
And then you searched did you run her through unit
at hundred?

Speaker 11 (11:31):
I did?

Speaker 4 (11:32):
You didn't? So did you run her on your MDT?

Speaker 12 (11:34):
No?

Speaker 9 (11:34):
I didn't all my all my stuff as far as
that cause I didn't even call it in and sales
and traffic stop.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
My computer was to off and everything as well.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Did you shut it off there?

Speaker 2 (11:44):
Just shut it off?

Speaker 9 (11:44):
Yeah, on the way on fiftieth I turned it off
right before the traffic style basically okay.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
And where did you pick her up fiftieth?

Speaker 2 (11:52):
And what about fiftieth and Lincoln, just to the west.

Speaker 4 (11:54):
But now, where'd you see her swerve?

Speaker 11 (11:56):
Kind of?

Speaker 2 (11:57):
I say, a block just to the east of Lincoln
and fiftieth.

Speaker 4 (12:01):
Okay, she pulled over right along.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
She was in the right land and outside lane.

Speaker 9 (12:06):
I saw a swerve, and so she saw a police
car right there, and so she kind of did what
everyone does, slow down kind of Okay, he's gonna pull
me over and not And then I lit her.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Up about fiftieth and Lincoln past then intersection to the west.

Speaker 4 (12:19):
Okay, when you when you put her in your cards,
you pat search her.

Speaker 9 (12:24):
When I came her, I was like, lift up your shirt,
is there anything out anything as far as your waistband
or anything like that? She send out, and then I
put her in the vehicle and went from there.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
Did your hands go on her back.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Handed, backed handed on as far as the side were
on her body?

Speaker 9 (12:39):
Tell me you bout her waist, her waist and the
back porsh. I had to touch your butt or anything
but the back portion of the waist. And then she
lifted it up like right here.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
And there's nothing like this.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (12:50):
She never like who not exposed her breast.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
Or anything like that.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
She asked me if I was like, no, it's okay.
She asked you, if you want to search me. I'm like,
it's okay.

Speaker 6 (13:01):
So she never like put her hands on the car
and you okay, when you where was she positioned or
standing when you back?

Speaker 4 (13:11):
When you did?

Speaker 2 (13:11):
You probably the right front right fener of my control vehicle.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
But did you was she facing you or was she turned.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Out she was facing away from me.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
And you just kind of did did your handle on
her buttery?

Speaker 2 (13:26):
No, that's what I'm saying. It was the head beside
and not the butt section.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
What about right here? No, you didn't. They can tuck
a gun.

Speaker 2 (13:34):
That's why I asked, lift it up.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
Oh, so she just kind of showed her rebelly.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (13:40):
Then you talked to her for a little bit in
the well after you searched her, you put her in
the back of the car. Then we used to always
kind of keep the door open and talk when they're
not like combative or anything.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Did you talk to her and get information? Then while
she was in the back of.

Speaker 9 (13:57):
Your cry I talked to her for a little bit.
Just as far as what inside the vehicle? Can I
can set to search your vehicle? Is there anything in
that kool aid?

Speaker 2 (14:06):
She said no, just talking to her. What's the deal?
Why are you driving laid at two o'clock at night?

Speaker 6 (14:11):
You know?

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Why did you swerve? Said? She's going in arbor on
the northwest side to viserve daughter of balloon.

Speaker 4 (14:18):
So then you went and searched your car after she
gave me con.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Cent to search your car? How long do you think
I didn't quick search? To be honest with you, I didn't.

Speaker 9 (14:26):
I looked on the seat boom, sniffed the sniff the
juice whatever she's had, not in small alcohol on it
went through at first, like she said, there's the pills
in it, looked the real quick to see if their
name was there, and that was basically it.

Speaker 4 (14:39):
Okay. Then when you went back to.

Speaker 7 (14:42):
Her what happened?

Speaker 9 (14:43):
And when I went back there, I was like, okay,
then simning alcohol on your your car and your juice thing,
and I'm like, what's the deal.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
Are you really drunk or not? And she's like no,
I'm just trying.

Speaker 7 (14:53):
To go back home.

Speaker 9 (14:54):
At that time, I was like, okay, but I'll go
ahead and follow you. I said, oh my, gonna take
you jail. I'm tired and I gonna take you jail,
go and follow you, and let's go back to forty four.
And she had westbound on forty four, so that's what
we did.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
Did you follow her?

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Actually?

Speaker 9 (15:12):
She when I went behind her and we got in
the car, she took forever and I saw getting annoyed,
so I just do you turned it and I went
ahead and I saw her back the view of my
rear view mirror, and she.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
Was following her forty four.

Speaker 9 (15:24):
But then I took off going northbound on Broadway session
while she took forty four go west.

Speaker 6 (15:30):
So you were able to see her do that, yes,
and go, And then when you did you lose her
when you got on when I went.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
To northbound on Broadway and she went forty four west.

Speaker 6 (15:38):
Okay, all right, well she's it sounds like this is
the lady. I mean, this is the deal where she's
the complaining party. Okay, okay, And she's making some sexual
allegations obviously because sex.

Speaker 4 (15:54):
Drums is working right where.

Speaker 6 (15:55):
She said, well, was there any thing an accidental anything
if she.

Speaker 9 (16:02):
Thought it when I passed her you, but it was
nothing as far as I felt like I would do
anything as far as sexual or anything like that for
my safety.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
I just checked the scene with the weapons or anything
to make clear I didn't didn't touch her butt by
the wayside and whatnot. If you would like me to do.

Speaker 4 (16:22):
For you to show you, no, I'm fine with it,
and you have ever right to do that.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
She's saying that you made her lift up her shirt
and when she lifted up her shirt, she exposed her breasts.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
No, did you ever asked her? I asked her, is
there anything inside your brawl? And she said no? So
I was like, okay, inter said, you want me to
show you that? That's a whole time. I said, no, No,
you don't need to do that.

Speaker 6 (16:46):
She said that, she said, do you want she said
she was doing this when you said is there anything
inside the braw?

Speaker 4 (16:51):
And she was, well, no, I don't have anything like it.
Did you do that?

Speaker 2 (16:54):
Yeah? She said, but I didn't look or anything like
like that. And then she was like, do you want
me to show you?

Speaker 6 (16:59):
No, she said, When she said do you want me
to show you? You said yeah, And she went, but
could she have been.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Flashing you? And now you don't want to tell me
because you're prejudice?

Speaker 2 (17:13):
When I told her no, I said no, then she
didn't go, you.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
Know, because sometimes drunk girls are having.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
A good time.

Speaker 9 (17:21):
Yeah, And and let's face it, I've already heard stories
about the offers for hobbies.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
But you could have said no. But I'm asking you
if she flashed.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
You anyways, I didn't see it. I didn't see her breast.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
What about pants?

Speaker 2 (17:44):
Nothing in the pants. As far as she was wearing
tight jeans.

Speaker 6 (17:48):
She said she pulled them down, and see it. You
didn't see her pulling down, pulling pants. Could she have
done it when you were up searching the car?

Speaker 2 (17:58):
She could have have a mom I did have her
handcuffed or anything.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
When you came back to the car and got her out.
Where her pants fastened?

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Were they everything?

Speaker 4 (18:10):
They were up and everything was so you never saw
her pull her pants down. Why do you think she's
making this up?

Speaker 11 (18:19):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (18:19):
Did you write her ticket?

Speaker 2 (18:20):
I didn't let her go, And I said, I said,
I won't evenrest you for your no SDL.

Speaker 4 (18:27):
Trying to figure out why she'd say that.

Speaker 6 (18:29):
I mean, I could see her saying it if you
wrote her a ticket, because she's pissed off. Now make
it quite clear if you saw her boobs. I don't
care if she's flashing me, I did not see.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
You did not see her movies, No, I.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
Did not see her breast.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
She's saying, you shined your light on her?

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Die?

Speaker 4 (18:47):
Where do you keep your flash light?

Speaker 2 (18:48):
The west side?

Speaker 4 (18:48):
Right here?

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Right on my radio?

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Did you have a flash light out on the traffic
stop when she was going like this? Did you have
your flashlight on her like that?

Speaker 2 (19:00):
But as I'm out of the d like this, I
have it positioned over.

Speaker 4 (19:04):
Us by right. But did you have it on her
when you're talking to her so you can see her
her when she goes like this?

Speaker 2 (19:11):
Maybe she could see to see her inside the vehicle.

Speaker 4 (19:15):
Was the dumb light on?

Speaker 2 (19:16):
The dumb light was? It doesn't come on?

Speaker 7 (19:18):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (19:19):
Does that come on when you open your back door.
It's been too long since I've been in a skopcard.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
I care recall it be honesome. I don't think. I
don't think the back I don't think it does that.
The dublin.

Speaker 4 (19:36):
I'm just trying to figure out how long do you
think you were on that traffic stop?

Speaker 9 (19:43):
I don't think it was an excessive over a regular
fifteen minutes. It's just like a regular traffic stop. Nothing
as far as more.

Speaker 4 (19:57):
Fifteen minutes. How long were you with her?

Speaker 6 (20:01):
How long of that fifteen minutes do you think was
searching her car where she's maybe she's sitting in the
back seat, Like I.

Speaker 9 (20:07):
Said, that quick search, probably at max maybe a little
bit over five minutes, maybe like five minutes.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
If so, you're with her for.

Speaker 6 (20:16):
Ten minutes talking to her, yes, did it take a
while get her to consent to search or what?

Speaker 4 (20:22):
Ten minutes long?

Speaker 9 (20:22):
She was nervous and she was crying and stuff, and
I told her not to say what she was crying,
says police officer and whatnot. And I'm just nervous because
I got to stop by a police officer. So I'm
gonna calm down. Everything's fine. And then so I think
maybe with the fact.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
That she had no SDL, maybe she was nervous as
well too. And then so.

Speaker 9 (20:42):
I went to the search, and it wasn't that. It
was a quick search like I said before. It wasn't
in detail, point up a carpet. It was a quick search.

Speaker 4 (20:51):
Because you're just to go home, ready, Did you go home?
Go straight to bed?

Speaker 2 (20:54):
I want to home, straight to bed.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
Think anything, yep, I think pretty good on that.

Speaker 13 (21:04):
Pretty Hey, we gotta do this, Okay, you know it's
I gotta take your buckles?

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Are doing that in the all right?

Speaker 4 (21:12):
If we did, we buckle swamp. Anybody in the gamy
has a demonstration.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
I don't let your name that I don't even know
how to spell.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
Daniel holtzklaw hold squaw.

Speaker 6 (21:23):
What is that?

Speaker 2 (21:24):
It's a German?

Speaker 4 (21:26):
German?

Speaker 2 (21:27):
Uh not care?

Speaker 1 (21:28):
I read that out loud to me.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
It's damiel Holdsko.

Speaker 9 (21:32):
After having been advising my right not to have a
search man in my body here, and after I mentioned
without a search warrant a I right to refuse to
send to search a search, to such a search hereby
authorized Rocky Gregory, detective of the Oklahoma City Police Compartment,
conduct a complete search of my body located at someone
one Colcord, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma officers are authorized by me

(21:57):
to take from my body samples of swabs from my
body where stay made as are just when permission is
being given by me to the above name police official volunteer,
uh volunteery and without threats of promises of any kind.

Speaker 6 (22:14):
Basically, you're giving buckal swab swabs on of your own
free will.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Okay, where you do this is part part of it
says things so bad?

Speaker 2 (22:26):
Huh, I've never had so yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
Uh, there you go and you get a free teeth
clean it's your first time.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
You won't go none though, Alright, and then we're gonna
have one more round.

Speaker 14 (22:42):
Well, I have a couple more questions.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
Alright, that's so.

Speaker 14 (22:57):
Alright?

Speaker 4 (23:04):
What time is it on your watch?

Speaker 1 (23:05):
I turned my thumb offs got four fifty sorry four
forty seven?

Speaker 3 (23:12):
What I like?

Speaker 1 (23:19):
So? Do you usually do traffic stops on?

Speaker 3 (23:21):
Or what?

Speaker 2 (23:22):
What was I don't like? I said before? I rarely don't.
I usually try to get home.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
Well, do you are you a big DUI worker.

Speaker 2 (23:31):
When I first started coming out, I did, but not
really at the end now, to be honest with.

Speaker 4 (23:37):
Me, I usually if I see somebody swarming the other way.

Speaker 6 (23:44):
Too.

Speaker 15 (23:44):
So well, Daniel, this is this is kind of one
of the things that we kind of bringing it in
here to run see how truthfully you are right now.
You need to kind of kind of think.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
Of a few different things here.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Okay.

Speaker 15 (23:57):
Okay, we pulled up a lot of video around the
area after these allegations. Okay, she also have a Saint exam,
which you know what that consists of. There's a reason
why we wanted your buckles.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
Okay.

Speaker 15 (24:12):
Now, I mean we can go through a couple of
different things why we've got you in here. But you
sure there's nothing you want to nothing. So if we
go off the video and watch that, you're still gonna
stick with.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
Your story, Yes, sir? If we go off DNA, well
should we show you the video?

Speaker 2 (24:39):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (24:40):
You do want to see? Yes, So there's nothing that.

Speaker 9 (24:45):
Everything that I recall with that night is what I
what was I asked and everything that's what happened.

Speaker 4 (24:52):
I have I maybe not asked enough questions.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
I think everything covered as far as.

Speaker 4 (24:57):
That, do you recall putting your pain?

Speaker 2 (25:00):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Would you recall that if.

Speaker 11 (25:03):
You did it?

Speaker 2 (25:04):
If I did it? Yet?

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Okay, Well, I think you're really, in all honesty, you
need to really.

Speaker 15 (25:15):
Double think about this. I mean, I gotta be honest
with you. It doesn't look really good, okay, I mean
in what you originally thought.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
Detectives just don't roll up in there for no reason, okay.
And we just didn't pick you out out okay.

Speaker 15 (25:31):
I mean there's a whole line up there, okay, But
there's definitely enough here to bring you in here to
start questioning you.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Okay, we knew you were on that stop. We knew
you were there, and we can watch a whole lot
of actions being performed while you were there, Okay, and
that's why she was trying to give you every out
on the whole booby thing. Okay. Is there any reason,

(26:00):
any reason at all, even from whatever angle, because you
know it takes it a little bit to clear up
those videos, But any reason why your penis would be out? No, nothing, nothing, Okay.

Speaker 15 (26:19):
Now, and doing this, you know how sane exams work.
And I ain't got to explain about DNA or anything
like that. Now, I didn't say you had sex with her, Okay,
by getting a blowjob. Okay, that is a different story.

Speaker 1 (26:35):
Okay. You see my concern here.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
I'm just listening to Sarah.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
I know, but I'd rather listen to you and you
start talking.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
That's all I have, sir.

Speaker 4 (26:54):
We are we gonna get something from the saying exam.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
You could go with the same exam.

Speaker 6 (27:01):
Do you understand that you don't have to full blown
ejaculate to get something out of the same exam.

Speaker 4 (27:09):
We can get skin cells, we can get pre ejaculate
and do all that and still get DNA and did
your penis go in your mouth? Because DNA will clear
it up. And here's the deal too. I we can

(27:31):
fall on the sword and say I screwed up or something.

Speaker 6 (27:36):
But if we say we didn't do it, we didn't
do it, we didn't do it, and then the DNA
comes back says he did.

Speaker 4 (27:42):
It, then we have a huge problem. We're here.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
To give you the chance to fall on the sword,
so we don't. We don't want a huge problem. We
don't want a huge problem for you.

Speaker 4 (27:58):
It's this is time. It's time. If you're if it
touched her mouth, if it touched.

Speaker 6 (28:04):
Inside of her mouth for one second, two seconds, three seconds,
you gotta tell us.

Speaker 4 (28:08):
Now.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
Look, there's there's a huge difference. There's a huge difference
in between rape being forced and some old girl who
wants it. Okay, We've had plenty of that. We get that,
we know about it, Okay, but there is there is
a big difference. Okay.

Speaker 15 (28:26):
But I'm just saying, you know, these videos ain't helping.
And I mean we're going to do the comparing and
all that, okay, but it's not looking good so far. Okay,
And I don't want to see anybody go down for
something that there was no force. No, I'm not seeing
any beating or anything like that. Okay, I'm not seeing

(28:49):
that big time big guy force her type of thing
like what we do see.

Speaker 4 (28:56):
But but if it was good out of genial free car,
that happens, we know that happens, and but we got
to know that. We got to know that versus you know,
he made me.

Speaker 6 (29:10):
I didn't want to blah blah blah. If it's a
good other jail free card, then that's a different story.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
And we've worked enough of them, okay, cases that it
didn't happen.

Speaker 15 (29:20):
The problem is is where we're at right now, Okay,
And that's why we wanted to hear your version of
the story.

Speaker 4 (29:28):
Hether.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
We just go off of what we see, and I mean,
whatever this test out at, Okay, But.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
Sir, I'm sticking with my story.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
Okay, Okay. On the video, are we gonna see her boobies?

Speaker 2 (29:45):
Shouldn't see her boobs outn't see your boobs?

Speaker 4 (29:47):
Are we gonna see your puller pants down?

Speaker 2 (29:49):
I didn't see your puller pants out?

Speaker 4 (29:51):
Are we gonna see your penis out? Are we gonna
see your penis go in her mouth. Were we gonna
get any.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
No, let's switch up for a second. Get another girl.

Speaker 15 (30:09):
Okay, you probably don't not necessarily gonna remember the name.
But her name is Terry Morris. Okay, black female.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Supposedly you promised her a ride to the city rescue mission.

Speaker 2 (30:22):
This ring a bell?

Speaker 1 (30:23):
No, you did a traffic stop with her. Uh and
she thought you ran for warrants clicking, drove her around.

Speaker 7 (30:35):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 2 (30:36):
Now name doesn't I don't recall a name like that, But.

Speaker 15 (30:39):
She's claiming the same thing, the exact same thing. Be
here again, for whatever reason, the things are point at
you again right now.

Speaker 1 (30:51):
This was before even this incident this morning, traffic stop
and all logged in all that stuff this morning. No, no,
this has been a little bit. This was here just
a couple of weeks ago. Okay, anything, I don't you remember,

(31:12):
do you remember stopping?

Speaker 2 (31:13):
I don't recall a name left there anymore?

Speaker 4 (31:16):
Well, I wouldn't remember.

Speaker 15 (31:18):
How about black female downtown city rescue mission? As I
was trying to jog your memory.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
I haven't been to a city rescue mission.

Speaker 1 (31:25):
I didn't you made.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
I haven't asked anyone asked me to rescue mission.

Speaker 4 (31:33):
She didn't have to ask you. Did you offer to
take anybody the City Rescue Mission?

Speaker 2 (31:36):
No, I don't offer.

Speaker 9 (31:37):
Anyone because I don't like going there. Yeah, I don't
don't like dealing. I don't like going over to the
City Rescue Mission or anything like that.

Speaker 15 (31:45):
Okay, how about any stops of a person just walking,
even just downtown, anywhere downtown?

Speaker 2 (31:53):
No, I don't.

Speaker 9 (31:56):
I don't and spring like, I don't go downtown. Besides,
if I go to claus and I'm in that class
in the western.

Speaker 16 (32:02):
Main the fallearros, the fill of jail, our jail or
headquarters property right, and you just don't remember doing any
of those type of stops, not in the last month
or so.

Speaker 4 (32:20):
Do you run everybody that you come in contact with
majority of time.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
That you didn't run? Oh girl this morning, the.

Speaker 2 (32:37):
No I did runner.

Speaker 6 (32:46):
The other girl that he's talking about is kind of
making the same allegations, and that's.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
That's weird, and it doesn't look good. It doesn't look
it doesn't look good. So no, I don't.

Speaker 9 (33:00):
No one with the City Rescue Mission never been asked,
never been offered anyone to go there.

Speaker 4 (33:07):
Do you give people rides? Sometimes? I get people because
sometimes I'd be like, I'm not a taxicab.

Speaker 1 (33:14):
Have you always been in this your new car? I
mean you have had a down? Uh driving another?

Speaker 9 (33:22):
I've had a wreck on twenty seven and King whereas
down for a little bit starting out was in the
pool cars. But this is my takeof car.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
But I'm saying the last month, have you been driving
any of the older cars.

Speaker 4 (33:38):
Black and white versus the song?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
This is the only car I've been in.

Speaker 4 (33:42):
Have you ever driven a black and white car?

Speaker 3 (33:44):
I have?

Speaker 4 (33:45):
When when was that run out of.

Speaker 2 (33:48):
Regular Crown dig But.

Speaker 6 (33:49):
When you when you wrecked your car and it was down?
What did you drive Crown big black and a black
and white one?

Speaker 4 (33:56):
When was that.

Speaker 2 (34:00):

Speaker 4 (34:00):
Man? How long being taken for.

Speaker 11 (34:07):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
Probably a year and a half.

Speaker 4 (34:12):
And it's been this one so you worked it six
months after having it?

Speaker 2 (34:17):
Uh somewhere, Well let's go.

Speaker 1 (34:27):
What are you thinking about all this?

Speaker 2 (34:30):
I'm heads out here. I want you to take the
exam and get get this over with.

Speaker 9 (34:39):
I'm Phil Barras is going to the station.

Speaker 2 (34:44):
That's why we try to handle it.

Speaker 9 (34:46):
And I've heard of officers going through this and and
whatnot and that's something I don't want my rep to
be you know about you know I'm a good officer.

Speaker 1 (34:56):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (34:58):
That's not mean it's not good.

Speaker 4 (35:03):
Are you circumcised?

Speaker 2 (35:04):
I have circumcise?

Speaker 4 (35:05):
Just asking do you have pev the care?

Speaker 2 (35:08):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (35:09):
Well, I mean some people manscape as you call it.
You groom, I groom.

Speaker 6 (35:17):
So do I.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
You got any identifying marks around your penis?

Speaker 2 (35:28):
Just a plain old penis, penis plane old fourteen say
about that, but.

Speaker 4 (35:37):
See you shut up. You just have your opportunity. I
just don't know what to what to think. Would you
take a polygraph?

Speaker 3 (35:53):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Yeah, if you want to take on I mean.

Speaker 4 (35:55):
I'm trying to think of a solution. Do you know
how slow DNA is?

Speaker 2 (35:59):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (36:00):
Do you be willing to take a polygraph on it?

Speaker 3 (36:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (36:06):
Okay, go.

Speaker 4 (36:10):
Get that set up you.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
That's kind of deming off different.

Speaker 14 (36:15):
But you're married.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
I'm not married.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
Girlfriends ah here and there kids?

Speaker 2 (36:22):
No kids?

Speaker 4 (36:23):
You're big young roidsteroids a little bit, which I don't care.

Speaker 9 (36:29):
I've always been the police. I've always been a big bone. Yeah,
football athletic.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
You got more big bones. You got big muscles.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
Work out all the time. I do where do you
work out force our gym off of man about sixty thirty.

Speaker 6 (36:44):
Yeah, no ruins at all. You do all the protein
drings protein that can danger kids, just so you know.

Speaker 4 (36:53):
So if you did roids, would you tell us? Because
we don't care.

Speaker 9 (37:02):
I have nothing to hide about that. I've always been
a big guy. I always work out all the time
and whatnot. Like shower, Uh took a shower before work
when you went home? Was anybody home? My girlfriend was home. No,

(37:23):
she's just stayed. Uh messed around?

Speaker 4 (37:27):
Yeah, what's messed around?

Speaker 2 (37:33):
I guess we almost had sex and she was tired.

Speaker 11 (37:40):
What did you do?

Speaker 2 (37:41):
So my penis went around everygina and.

Speaker 9 (37:46):
Then maybe went a little bit in it, and then
she pushed me off and said, now we don't want
to I'm tired.

Speaker 4 (37:52):
I was like, okay, that's kind of mean the way
I get that far.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
So that's when you got home.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
That's when I got home.

Speaker 1 (38:03):
How often you have sex?

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (38:08):
About once a day?

Speaker 4 (38:10):
If that you guys have sex once a day?

Speaker 1 (38:12):
Ye, well yeah, I want to jerk off.

Speaker 2 (38:17):
Uh maybe once a day.

Speaker 6 (38:23):
So you have sex once a day and masturbate once
a day. Yeah, what did you do when you got
shot down at home today. Uh, I really got to
relieve that.

Speaker 2 (38:37):
That was that was before work happened.

Speaker 4 (38:39):
Be forward, you masturbated before? Not did you just go
roll over and go to sleep when she didn't give you?

Speaker 1 (38:46):
You never been accused of anything like this before. I haven't,
not in Michigan.

Speaker 4 (38:50):
No, you aren't one of those football players. Was anything
anything you can think of that will help us help you?

Speaker 2 (39:17):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
I want to go.

Speaker 6 (39:26):
You know what, if there is a bunch of false allegations,
then I want it clear it up too, and I'll
help you clear it up. And and.

Speaker 4 (39:38):
It's this, we don't talk. It's not swarm. It's swarming
around spring Lake. It's out, it's not swarming all over
the apartment. We et in sex crimes. We do not
run around and go guess what.

Speaker 11 (39:51):
We don't do that.

Speaker 4 (39:52):
It's not professional. I'm not gonna lie to you.

Speaker 6 (39:54):
It's around spring Lake, and everybody's gonna know that we
pulled you down here. We tried to do it as
discreetly as we could. But and like I said, there's
officers that I'm not saying being with the hookers is right.

Speaker 4 (40:10):
But it happens, and it's life and if if that's
what this was laying out there for me now, No,
it wasn't.

Speaker 6 (40:22):
No, wasn't she would did she offer anything, don't take
me to jail, don't I'll do this this.

Speaker 4 (40:30):
Did she offer you anything?

Speaker 9 (40:32):
I think she was nervous, like I said earlier. Maybe
he's a little flirtation, but nothing crazy.

Speaker 4 (40:37):
She never offered anything in exchange for you not taking it.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
No, she's really worried about going to jail.

Speaker 4 (40:42):
But they'll say, hey, I'll give it her. If she
didn't offer that, she was nervous.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Like I said, she cried earlier.

Speaker 4 (40:53):
Did she cry as soon as you stopped her or
after she was in your car? When did she start crying?

Speaker 2 (40:59):
Thing in the car? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (41:02):
What made you let her go?

Speaker 2 (41:06):
Never wanted to be to be honest, I want to
get home.

Speaker 4 (41:09):
Did you pull over?

Speaker 2 (41:13):
Like I said earlier, I just cop swerve?

Speaker 3 (41:17):
Do you wi?

Speaker 2 (41:18):
And if I had I had, I know, if I
had to do it, I don't have done it. But
I didn't think that she was passed the legal one it.

Speaker 4 (41:30):
That's just I mean, I just would avoid that if
I did.

Speaker 2 (41:33):
You at any time.

Speaker 6 (41:35):
You said you picked her up around fiftieth in Lincoln
I mean when you saw her swerve, did you at
any time were you always behind her? Or did you
pull up beside her to maybe see who was in
the car and then pull back behind her.

Speaker 9 (41:47):
She was at fiftieth in Lincoln swerve and I was
behind her, so I felt beyond her and.

Speaker 4 (41:54):
Ever beside her? No what what language? She the houseideway
closest to the curb. And did you ever pull up
beside her on this way and then fall behind her?

Speaker 7 (42:06):
No?

Speaker 2 (42:07):
Directly behind her by here?

Speaker 4 (42:09):
And she swore, and you stayed behind her because sometimes
I would pull up the side to see, Okay, how
many people am I dealing.

Speaker 3 (42:15):
With in the car?

Speaker 2 (42:17):
I didn't do that time. I've done that before.

Speaker 4 (42:19):
But you didn't do that? Could you tell if she
was the only passenger?

Speaker 2 (42:23):
I kind of it was dark tending windows, I gonna tell.

Speaker 6 (42:25):
So you didn't know how many people you were walking
up on. Did she roll down her window as soon
as you.

Speaker 9 (42:30):
She had the back left window rolled down, and then
she didn't never rolled it up. And I think she
opened the door, if I recall.

Speaker 4 (42:38):
Okay, And was it pretty quick that you took her
from the back to your car after a.

Speaker 2 (42:45):
Couple of questions lacens right, you know, assurance typical thing.

Speaker 9 (42:50):
She just came into her little uh oak on the
identification car and that's like, okay, investigate attention, got back
to the car with me, okay, because.

Speaker 4 (43:00):
That gives you a reason to search you need it.
I mean, what would you have done if you had
found some no or a gun or something?

Speaker 9 (43:10):
There's I mean, as officers, if you find a little
dime bag, it's you know, you squash it out, you know,
rub it out with gun.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
Obviously different story.

Speaker 9 (43:22):
Are you logged out when uh, I don't know exact time,
but off prospect when I hit prospecting, probably about fiftieth
I locked out?

Speaker 4 (43:37):
Do you guys because it's done different? Now, do you
have to go to the station and check all your
stuff in.

Speaker 2 (43:44):
Hand, in her activity and all that?

Speaker 4 (43:45):
Why not you do that every night?

Speaker 2 (43:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (43:48):
Sometimes you don't go to a buddy here, turn this.

Speaker 2 (43:51):
In on the going home and then lieutenant's clear us
and say you guys go home.

Speaker 6 (43:55):
Okay, so you didn't And what do they make you
wait till straight up two? Or do they cut the
majority of the.

Speaker 2 (44:01):
Time, Sometimes it's just up to the supervisor.

Speaker 4 (44:03):
Okay, the majority of the time, and then you left
like that.

Speaker 2 (44:08):
Yeah, and then I ended up fiftieth going northbound.

Speaker 4 (44:10):
How'd you get to fiftieth just down Prospect.

Speaker 2 (44:13):
Ring Lake station?

Speaker 9 (44:14):
Take a right to go north off Prospect and took
a left to go westbound off fiftieth.

Speaker 4 (44:20):
And then picture up at Lincoln.

Speaker 2 (44:22):
Out there, it's to the east. And where I saw.

Speaker 4 (44:27):
Any other traffic out there?

Speaker 2 (44:29):
No, that's the only car.

Speaker 4 (44:31):
What about during the time that you had her stopped
for like fifteen minutes? Anyway, was there a lot of
traffic going by? Was there any traffic going by?

Speaker 9 (44:40):
I think there was cars I could see as far
as coming going west towards our direction and whatnot, but
nothing like real crazy driving by us all the time.

Speaker 2 (45:00):
What's the power?

Speaker 7 (45:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (45:02):
Hang for a minute, what us power? Wowse? S? What's sure?

Speaker 7 (45:12):
Let's it?

Speaker 3 (45:13):
Uh S.

Speaker 4 (50:00):
S S.

Speaker 3 (50:36):
S.

Speaker 6 (51:58):
You're someone I want to looking in your car, but
they wanted you to have your phone all right, So
we have no misunderstanding because maybe I didn't key in
on some things.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
I want you to you turn in your activity card,
walk me.

Speaker 8 (52:20):
Through it all again.

Speaker 2 (52:22):
Turn my activity card.

Speaker 9 (52:24):
I leave our station and go take a rid go
northbound on Prospect all the way to fiftieth. By that time,
try to fight computer, done it for the night. Had
left to go Westboine. On fiftieth A prospect about blocked down.
I see it ran Grand Prix in the outside land.
I was on the inside lane tract in front of me.

(52:47):
Car swerved at that time I kind of fall.

Speaker 2 (52:51):
Behind of it. Didn't initially lighted up til we hit
about fiftieth and Lincoln. I didn't.

Speaker 9 (53:00):
I lighted up at the at the little stop sign,
so I waited to go four. Just lit it up
just to the west, and then that's when I made
the traffic stop.

Speaker 4 (53:08):
Okay, walk me through the stop.

Speaker 9 (53:10):
Made the traffic stop, make contact. You have your license, insurance,
normal protocol. She gave me her definication card and then
at that time I said a valve drivers last she
said no.

Speaker 2 (53:22):
So I was like, okay, that signs step out of
the vehicle.

Speaker 4 (53:24):
Did she have insurance?

Speaker 1 (53:25):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (53:26):
She didn't bring me and get insurance. I just a
low idea.

Speaker 9 (53:29):
I was like, yeah, valid insurance, valid license. So I
brought her back to the house, to the car, and
then that's when I.

Speaker 4 (53:37):
Get side of your car back right the passenger.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
Sign yes, okay, yes. So as I walking her down,
I was like, yeah, I mean webs or whatever. I
always ask.

Speaker 9 (53:47):
People when I set out a car, whynot at that time,
I powdered her down whennot ask her to lift up
for sure? No, no webs as I could see or
anything like that. Put it in the back of my car.
Ask her what the deal is? Going to ann Arboro
on the northwest side to visit her daughter, I believe,

(54:08):
And I'm like, okay, why are we swerving? Why are
you laid at two o'clock at night driving? And what's
the deal. She's like, I'm just going to my daughter's house. Okay,
so why are we swerving? She's just like I got
nervous or something or whatever the deal is? So I
asked her, okay, I'm gonna is there anything side of
the car I need to know about? And then she
says there's some juice in there. I was like, is

(54:29):
there an apckle in the juice? She says no, So
I was like anything else inside of the car. She's like, oh,
you might just find some pills and whatnot. So I
asked good proceeding and asked, can I have a cassette
search car? She says, yes, go to the car. Did
a quick search, nothing out, you know, didn't look up
being carpets or anything like that. It quick starts looking

(54:50):
at his seat, looked through her purse, saw the pills,
smoked the juice. I didn't smell any alcohol in the juice.
Then when I looked up the pills and kind of
quick lance to make sure it's her name, went not, okay,
I'm good, went back over there. Okay, and what's to
deal with this? Blah blah blah whatnot. She's like, I'm

(55:13):
just trying to go see my daughter. And then I
was like, okay, I don't want to go. I don't
want to take you to jail.

Speaker 2 (55:19):
I'm tired. I want to go home. And then she's
like okay. So basically went from day and I said,
I'll follow you.

Speaker 9 (55:28):
Follow you around. We got in the car, she took
it forever, so I pulled out, did a U turn
in front of her. She followed me where I can
see her in the rear view mirror. We went over
and I went northbound in Broadway SENTI she went forty
four and west.

Speaker 4 (55:41):
That was it.

Speaker 8 (55:42):
Okay, did.

Speaker 4 (55:47):
Why did you log off?

Speaker 2 (55:48):
I always log off I'm supposed to.

Speaker 4 (55:50):
Stay logged on until you get home.

Speaker 2 (55:52):
I always log off.

Speaker 4 (55:53):
Do you keep your police radio on when you go
huh uh?

Speaker 3 (55:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (55:56):
I think I think I had my radio? I guess
do sometimes you try the month, Yeah, I do.

Speaker 4 (56:01):
It's not good officer safety.

Speaker 6 (56:03):
What if you drive by an arm robbery that's true? Yeah,
I mean, or what if you drive buy an officer
needs backup? You're right there and you didn't hear it.
I'll give you my mommy election. So you always log
off when you're done majority of time?

Speaker 2 (56:16):
Yes, okay.

Speaker 6 (56:18):
When she when you bring her to the passenger side
of the car, here's her car. I'm I'm not a
good artist either, and here's your car. Okay, So you
bring her over here.

Speaker 2 (56:31):
You're back right, okay?

Speaker 4 (56:33):
Is this where you're having your conversation the whole time?

Speaker 2 (56:36):
The whole time?

Speaker 9 (56:37):
When I touched step Buck, I'll always talk to him
when you have anything on you? So as we're walking here,
I'm like, okay, anything on you?

Speaker 2 (56:43):
Okay?

Speaker 9 (56:44):
Do you care if I just quick pat you down?
When I just go ahead, quick patter down? No I
have weapons, I felt he or anything like that. And
I looked up your shirt but right, there's nothing. Okay,
keep walking walking, still checking her out, making sure everything's good.
Anything your shoes, no, try to off her shoes. I'm
gonna get to get inside the car. And that's when
I proceeded, asked anything on the board.

Speaker 4 (57:05):
So she got inside the car.

Speaker 2 (57:07):
She got inside.

Speaker 4 (57:08):
Did you go get in the car or did you
stand there with the door open and talked to her?

Speaker 9 (57:11):
I think I did get inside the car for like
a quick minute and just see what's the It's just
talking to her and whatnot. And that's the time why
I think I smelt the alcohol just a little bit
on her, but nothing. I didn't stay in the car
forever and whatnot. Just talked to her for a quick
brief minute.

Speaker 4 (57:26):
And then you went up and searched.

Speaker 9 (57:28):
Yeah, I got can sent the search car. Asking any
things on board? She said juice. I was like, any
alcohol in the juice, no anything else. I should know
about it before I go inside the car, and I'm
gonna find it. Said pills.

Speaker 2 (57:39):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (57:39):
I was like, all right.

Speaker 2 (57:40):
I did ask her specifically where the pills were, right,
So I.

Speaker 9 (57:43):
Go inside the car, looked down in the front left seat,
quick search and go get through a car because or anything.
I said, smelt the juice, not in smelling the alcohol,
and went through your purse first. I saw bottles of
pills and whatnot, but just quick glance. Okay, that's her name.
Went back.

Speaker 4 (58:00):
Now when you went back, did you get in your car?
Did you go back over here?

Speaker 2 (58:05):
I can't. I don't know if I went into my car.
I went back over there. To be honest with me,
I don't, did you.

Speaker 6 (58:10):
Sometimes, like I said, we opened the car door and
we stand, car doors open, and I'll stand right here
and talk to him because they're sitting right here.

Speaker 2 (58:18):
What I've done that yet?

Speaker 12 (58:20):
Did you do that?

Speaker 3 (58:21):
Yeah? I did that?

Speaker 4 (58:21):
Yes, So you're having conversation while she's sitting in the
car right there. Yes, okay, but you don't remember if
you got back in here.

Speaker 3 (58:28):
I know.

Speaker 2 (58:29):
I believe I did get back in the car. That's
when I smelled slight of alcohol.

Speaker 4 (58:33):
That was presearch, I believe.

Speaker 6 (58:36):
So I believe I am trying to get this so
we can match it up in the video. After you search,
you come back over here and talk to her.

Speaker 4 (58:46):
Okay. Any cars passing by.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
Then, maybe a couple she had missed, because.

Speaker 4 (58:53):
If you're standing right here, and you're a big guy,
and she's sitting right here. If she goes like this,
well she's gonna be looking right at your penis.

Speaker 2 (59:05):
It was just talking.

Speaker 4 (59:06):
Did you let me ask you this? Did you ever
get a heart on while you're talking to her? Because
she could have?

Speaker 2 (59:12):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (59:13):
I don't think I don't hit the greatest. And if
you get a heart on, I'm gonna be able.

Speaker 2 (59:18):
To tell you got a heart right And I don't.
Pretty positive I didn't get a heart on.

Speaker 6 (59:21):
You didn't get a heart on that when you talked
to her? Well, do you still just get boners? Because
you get boners?

Speaker 1 (59:28):
You do?

Speaker 4 (59:30):
So have you ever got a boner on a call?

Speaker 2 (59:33):
I'm pretty sure I have?

Speaker 4 (59:34):
Okay, pretty but but it's not something I mean, I
would remember if I got a heart on talking to.

Speaker 2 (59:43):
As a guy that's not.

Speaker 11 (59:47):
Well, you.

Speaker 4 (59:50):
Happens because of your rage? Could she have missed? Could
you have got a heart on and.

Speaker 1 (59:57):
She saw it?

Speaker 2 (59:58):
I don't think I got it. I don't don't think
I got a heart on.

Speaker 9 (01:00:00):
But like I said, she was already nervous and crying,
and one night I darny told her, I'm like, hey,
I want to go home.

Speaker 2 (01:00:07):
I'm doing my ship. I don't think it'd be worried
about it if nothing's on board where I needed to
take you to jail. You're good. I'm not worried about
no state driver's license.

Speaker 6 (01:00:16):
Did your pants come unzipped, unbuttoned, anything while you were
standing right there? No? CSI is processing your car right now.
And when we stepped out, they found some pubic carish
right in here. Could they be yours?

Speaker 2 (01:00:37):
No, that's not. I didn't pull my pants out and
do anything out there.

Speaker 6 (01:00:42):
Did she? No?

Speaker 1 (01:00:45):
You think they couldn't be?

Speaker 7 (01:00:46):
No, it's not.

Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
No, nothing online your pubes couldn't be.

Speaker 6 (01:00:52):
No.

Speaker 4 (01:00:55):
Has your penis ever been out.

Speaker 2 (01:00:58):
While I'm working?

Speaker 4 (01:00:58):
No?

Speaker 11 (01:00:59):
Not working?

Speaker 1 (01:01:00):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:01:01):
Have you ever read sex and backs here?

Speaker 3 (01:01:03):
Not?

Speaker 6 (01:01:04):
Because I mean some people who you know, I'm not.
I'm not saying for sex contential sex. So your penis
has never been in your back seat?

Speaker 1 (01:01:12):
Is that possible? Any of this DNA?

Speaker 3 (01:01:16):
It's not.

Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
That's I would like to go go at it. Not
my DNA.

Speaker 4 (01:01:24):
Are those pubes going to be yours?

Speaker 3 (01:01:25):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:01:38):
Are you worried about it?

Speaker 9 (01:01:39):
I'm this whole situation I'm worried about. I mean, I've
never been here every question, especially.

Speaker 7 (01:01:48):
Under you know, like a room like this.

Speaker 9 (01:01:50):
You know, obviously I'm worried about the whole circumstances of earlier.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
You gotta understand we kind of see different things. Okay,
you seemed little lecture worried whenever you talked about seeing her,
we talked about seeing her boobies. You sure she just
didn't flashy?

Speaker 2 (01:02:09):
I can't. She's enough.

Speaker 9 (01:02:11):
I don't want to say I can't recall it, but
I'm pretty positive she like this, But nothing as far
as I'm going, like crazy, lifted lifting the shirt?

Speaker 2 (01:02:23):
How far she she lifted her first one?

Speaker 3 (01:02:26):
I patted her down.

Speaker 4 (01:02:26):
She was like right here to the starnacn see your belly.

Speaker 2 (01:02:32):
Maybe some fabri world or something. I don't know, but
sin yeah, I saw skin.

Speaker 4 (01:02:37):
Yeah, yeah, she's older. We're tits hanging down and.

Speaker 2 (01:02:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:02:44):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:02:44):
It's dark.

Speaker 1 (01:02:44):
I don't know you like older women.

Speaker 3 (01:02:47):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:02:51):
She's twenty five.

Speaker 4 (01:02:54):
What's the oldest lady you've slept with?

Speaker 6 (01:02:57):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:03:00):
Maybe twenty nine?

Speaker 1 (01:03:02):
Ever slept was a black woman.

Speaker 2 (01:03:04):
I have my high school life.

Speaker 4 (01:03:08):
Do you have a race that you prefer?

Speaker 2 (01:03:11):
You just like half Japanese I'm not. I'm not really discaring.

Speaker 4 (01:03:18):
That is Japanese your mom or you're dead?

Speaker 11 (01:03:20):
My mom?

Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
Is your dad huge? How'd you get so big?

Speaker 2 (01:03:25):
That's what everyone asks me.

Speaker 4 (01:03:26):
Because I mean jeans were kind.

Speaker 9 (01:03:28):
Of small, and that's why I thought I was adopted
at first when I taught to him. But my dad's small,
five to nine. Japanese people are small in general.

Speaker 4 (01:03:37):
So wow, how tall are you about six?

Speaker 11 (01:03:42):
Two?

Speaker 1 (01:03:44):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (01:03:46):
He got big? Does daddy have some big gals?

Speaker 9 (01:03:49):
He's a family of four three well be with him
with four brothers. But I think his generation, his uncle
was pretty tall, and I think that's where I got it.

Speaker 1 (01:04:04):
I think we've covered a lot of sex questions.

Speaker 4 (01:04:07):
Yeah, is there anything you got any sex questions?

Speaker 1 (01:04:10):
I don't anything of us. I don't, I don't.

Speaker 6 (01:04:16):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:04:18):
I just this whole, this whole situation, and.

Speaker 4 (01:04:22):
It's just it's un scary.

Speaker 2 (01:04:24):
It is scary, and I don't want my rep to
be everything's about law enforce a three years on.

Speaker 9 (01:04:31):
I know that, but everything's about your rep absolutely, and
I don't want this to follow my rep.

Speaker 14 (01:04:37):
Actually, so.

Speaker 6 (01:04:41):
Why would she make because when when a when a
woman says something something like this, and they go through
the same exam and they get you didn't give her
a ticket, so she's not getting out of a ticket.
You didn't arrest her, because we get those when they
go to jail. I've been raped and have to work
those stupid things because they I think they're gonna get
out of jail.

Speaker 4 (01:05:02):
Why in the world would she make this up?

Speaker 2 (01:05:04):
I don't know. I was she was cooperative. She was nervous,
like I said earlier, crying. I told her not.

Speaker 9 (01:05:11):
I'm not worried about those stage of every lescense. I
wasn't making she said she was crying. Yeah, And I
don't you know. At times, as the officer, you might
make a threat to be like, oh, I'm gonna take
you jail, but let's try to get you someoney to
get in the car or something, you know, if I
get or something.

Speaker 2 (01:05:26):
But that wasn't a case. I wasn't threatening her and
I wasn't.

Speaker 4 (01:05:30):
Did she ever ask you if you were gonna shoot her?

Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
She did.

Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
She was talking about a pistol all the time, and
it's talking about guns and whatnot, and I'm like, calmed down,
I'm like, I'm not gonna shoot you or anything like that.

Speaker 4 (01:05:44):
She thinks you were gonna shoot her?

Speaker 9 (01:05:45):
Maybe, I'm like what? And I even asked her. I
think I asked her, what's to deal with you and cops?
You have a bad run in with a cop, that's it?

Speaker 4 (01:05:54):
So you had to tell her that. Did you ever
say I almost I'll.

Speaker 6 (01:06:00):
Let you go?

Speaker 3 (01:06:01):
I did.

Speaker 9 (01:06:01):
I said, I promise, I'll let you ye. I'm not
worried about no stage driver's licenses? Is there anything inside
that car?

Speaker 1 (01:06:07):
Did she tell her you're gonna follow her home?

Speaker 9 (01:06:09):
I didn't, But then once she took forever to turn around,
I got annoying, and I was like, it's good good.
But I saw the ruby mirror and I saw her
take forty four when I went northbound and broad with it.

Speaker 4 (01:06:25):
Where did she live?

Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
She says she was going sister's house in ann Arbor.

Speaker 4 (01:06:30):
Where that's far.

Speaker 9 (01:06:33):
I was gonna drift off and I might really follow her,
but I was just gonna drift off, and okay, she's
gonna yeal.

Speaker 2 (01:06:40):
So I didn't think at first she was drunk.

Speaker 9 (01:06:42):
She was an overs I legal limit, but I thought
of alcohol was on board, but nothing where she's d.

Speaker 4 (01:06:50):
Y anyway, those pegs are gonna be your No, we're
not please, We're going to test that. It just takes anyway.

Speaker 6 (01:07:07):
Your skin cells are going to be anywhere on her mouth,
skin cells from your fingers. Did you touch your body
anywhere other than with back your hand, pat searching, just passers.

Speaker 2 (01:07:18):
Hearing that was about it. Don't touch your face or anything.

Speaker 1 (01:07:20):
You got to understand.

Speaker 15 (01:07:21):
We've had so many people sat in that same chair
and tell us all day long, I didn't do this,
I didn't do this. They promise on their baby, on
the mama, they promised to God, and then they come
right back.

Speaker 1 (01:07:33):
We get back these tests and you can't get out
of it, you know.

Speaker 15 (01:07:37):
I mean, once you kind of get basically kind of
locked into something, there's no talking about it.

Speaker 1 (01:07:43):
And that's why we would try to give a person every.

Speaker 4 (01:07:45):
Opportunity because the tests come back, you ain't coming back
in here.

Speaker 14 (01:07:50):
Because we're here.

Speaker 15 (01:07:51):
We have a woman that says about, you know, basically
being sexually assaulted, okay, and we're calling it by force
and all that big difference between that and a hookup
and to come back if there's something there and you
say no, and she said it was that.

Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
You know, you see where we're going.

Speaker 15 (01:08:11):
But that's why we always try to get every ankle.
We wasn't there, So we just got to go off
of everything that we see, And have.

Speaker 4 (01:08:22):
You understand no hookup, no hook up, not even a
little hook up.

Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
Not a little hook up. No booby, no booby. I
saw no breasts.

Speaker 4 (01:08:33):
Did she see your penis?

Speaker 6 (01:08:34):
No? I'm just trying to think of anything that she
could have misconstrued or why.

Speaker 4 (01:08:48):
Why did she get all this trouble?

Speaker 7 (01:08:51):
Huh?

Speaker 4 (01:08:53):
Did you do anything that pissed her off?

Speaker 2 (01:08:55):
And that's why I'm saying, I don't think I did anything.
When I was talking here, was it really? She was cooperative.

Speaker 9 (01:09:02):
I wasn't at a point where I'd be like, Okay,
you're going to jail or something or whatnot. I don't
think I made any like threats to make you know,
to get in the car like I said, or anything
like that.

Speaker 15 (01:09:13):
We first walked into the office, first time you saw us, okay,
and we just kind of start talking.

Speaker 14 (01:09:20):
You brought up this trapping.

Speaker 9 (01:09:21):
Stuff because the major came in or the captain talking
about fiftieth in Lincoln.

Speaker 4 (01:09:29):
When when he came and got you.

Speaker 9 (01:09:31):
I think it was the captain and we're in Major's
office and he said something accusations of fiftieth in Lincoln,
And I didn't hear any rumors going into the station
or anything.

Speaker 2 (01:09:43):
I was just going to show up and line up,
like I don't really do.

Speaker 6 (01:09:49):
When when you came in, you said something about, Wow,
why are all them guys here?

Speaker 2 (01:09:55):
I don't think, I said. I was shocked you said
that in the car, not.

Speaker 6 (01:09:59):
You were like when I saw everybody, I was like, oh,
wonder because did you think we were there for you?

Speaker 9 (01:10:05):
I was just what I saw that, and I knew
from academy, like, what's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:10:11):
Did you think it was for you?

Speaker 2 (01:10:12):
I didn't know.

Speaker 9 (01:10:13):
I didn't see I've never been in trouble like this before,
never got accused of anything like this or nothing.

Speaker 6 (01:10:23):
But it scared you, Yeah, scared Okay, if I walked
into the station and saw some sech times to take
them there, that wouldn't scare me.

Speaker 9 (01:10:32):
It wouldn't scare me if I was just in a
briefing station. But since I went in the room and
was told to get in the room and I saw you,
that's what went on.

Speaker 4 (01:10:43):
But I saw you when you walked in the door.
Did you see me in the Captain's office?

Speaker 2 (01:10:46):
I saw you but I saw Captain plants over like that.

Speaker 4 (01:10:49):
Did you get scared then?

Speaker 9 (01:10:50):
No, Captain, I'm good with Captain Clifton, and let's just
say hey, what's up all time?

Speaker 2 (01:10:55):
So it wasn't a big deal to me like that.

Speaker 4 (01:10:58):
And when they told me that, when you got called
that man and you're.

Speaker 2 (01:11:01):
Like, oh, what's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:11:08):
What's your phone?

Speaker 2 (01:11:12):
Two three one two zero two eight?

Speaker 4 (01:11:15):
Did you exchange phone numbers with this later?

Speaker 2 (01:11:17):
I did not.

Speaker 4 (01:11:18):
Did she have a phone?

Speaker 2 (01:11:19):
I did not know.

Speaker 4 (01:11:25):
Did you talk about hooking up later?

Speaker 3 (01:11:26):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:11:28):
Is she somebody you'd hook up with? No? Did she
want to hook up later?

Speaker 11 (01:11:35):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:11:36):
She didn't give me any clues like that.

Speaker 4 (01:11:38):
She asked for your number.

Speaker 6 (01:11:39):
No.

Speaker 4 (01:11:47):
I'm just trying to think of every conceivable possible.

Speaker 2 (01:11:51):
Thing for this.

Speaker 1 (01:11:57):
Run down through all your search of her breast again,
exactly how that went, because even that in her pants, was.

Speaker 4 (01:12:05):
She standing or sitting during that time?

Speaker 2 (01:12:09):
Patted when I got to the vehicles out right here,
say can I.

Speaker 9 (01:12:14):
Start to you more by the front door, front right offender,
And then I patted her down by my bow, left up.

Speaker 4 (01:12:20):
Your shirt right here with no weapons, So you said
lift What if that if she would have gone, then
I would.

Speaker 2 (01:12:29):
Have been I would have told a supervisor or something.
I would be like to get that off my back.
You know that's not what I meant.

Speaker 1 (01:12:36):
You search sure with her?

Speaker 11 (01:12:37):
Or was her?

Speaker 1 (01:12:38):
Was she facing your facing away?

Speaker 2 (01:12:39):
Facing away?

Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
She's facing away? And how are you seeing if anything's falling?
If she's facing away?

Speaker 2 (01:12:46):
If it followed see you right there, you'd.

Speaker 1 (01:12:49):
See right there? But don't you usually have them turned
face towards you, and shake.

Speaker 9 (01:12:53):
Out offs are safety. Always have her one to face
away from it. You can't see what, you can't hit, but.

Speaker 1 (01:13:00):
You don't know if the weapons there or anything.

Speaker 2 (01:13:04):
As far as I did quick paths search, I left
up your shirt no more.

Speaker 1 (01:13:09):
Made a mention earlier about her pants. She did what
with her pants.

Speaker 2 (01:13:14):
As far as that was in the back seat.

Speaker 1 (01:13:18):
Nothing?

Speaker 2 (01:13:18):
She had tight pants when that's about it.

Speaker 15 (01:13:20):
But how did did you ever do it like a
cursory movement around her her belt line anything like that
or any shake? Did you tell her how to how
far to raise her shirt or to do the the
shake with the broth anything like that.

Speaker 2 (01:13:37):
I think she did a shake with her bra bar.

Speaker 9 (01:13:39):
So I didn't say to do any of that as
far as that, yes, as far as that's on her,
as far as right here is when I told her
left up the waistband.

Speaker 1 (01:13:49):
But she was faced away from you the entire time
that her her chest was checking.

Speaker 4 (01:13:58):
So when she lifted up her shirt, her back was
to you.

Speaker 9 (01:14:03):
I think she was facing me, I asked, honestly, because
I don't want to look at the front end.

Speaker 1 (01:14:08):
You said you might have saw her belly like a
fat roll, right, so you would have been to the
side or to the front.

Speaker 9 (01:14:15):
If at the time when she faced me is probably
when when it's off a fat roll or skin.

Speaker 1 (01:14:22):
But it wasn't for the check.

Speaker 4 (01:14:31):
Did she try to pull her pants down?

Speaker 2 (01:14:34):
No, I recall moved around to see and that's about it.
Nothing else.

Speaker 4 (01:14:39):
But when she was standing. Did she try to pull
her pants down?

Speaker 3 (01:14:43):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:14:45):
Did she do you said she kind of did like this.
Did she ever do anything down here?

Speaker 6 (01:14:50):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:14:51):
Because at that time when she asked me, do you
want to you want me to show you other?

Speaker 6 (01:14:55):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:14:56):
No, I'm good.

Speaker 4 (01:14:58):
She did ask if yeah, what she say?

Speaker 2 (01:15:01):
I said, no?

Speaker 3 (01:15:02):
Good?

Speaker 4 (01:15:02):
When was that? Where was everybody then?

Speaker 2 (01:15:05):
I think that was in the car.

Speaker 4 (01:15:07):
I don't think you said that last time. I think
I did, maybe you did, and then maybe I just
missed it. So she was in the car and said,
do you want me to show when she did the shake.

Speaker 2 (01:15:16):
Thing, and she's like, you want me to show you how?

Speaker 1 (01:15:18):
Now show you what?

Speaker 9 (01:15:22):
Just says I guess she's trying to mean as far
as just the boom or something, that anything's in a
bra or anything like that.

Speaker 4 (01:15:29):
But that was after you already had her lift up
her shirt.

Speaker 2 (01:15:31):
Because that was at the front right fender.

Speaker 4 (01:15:33):
Okay, okay, And like I said, I I may have
missed that or not confused with fellow. So she asked you,
when she's sitting in your car, do you want me
to show you? And you said no. Did she attempt it?

Speaker 3 (01:15:45):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:15:48):
Now was after that after she was kind of doing
like this, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:15:58):
A thing that kind of concerns me is everything you're
telling me is dead on to what she says, everything.

Speaker 4 (01:16:07):
Except the sexual stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:16:12):
Nothing was done as far as that.

Speaker 1 (01:16:16):
Nothing she smelled anything else side's alcohol, just a little.

Speaker 2 (01:16:41):
Bit, like I said, when I was in car seat,
but I asked her if anything else is on board?
She just said pills.

Speaker 4 (01:16:46):
Did she smell the like weed.

Speaker 9 (01:16:49):
Not PCP or anything with distinct that I would smell.
I did smell any weed inside the car. I just
spelled to we on her person. That's about that.

Speaker 4 (01:17:11):
Okay, get any questions.

Speaker 2 (01:17:15):
Just just bombarded with questions.

Speaker 4 (01:17:17):
But I know do you have any do you want
to bombard us with anything?

Speaker 2 (01:17:22):
It's now, I don't know any questions.

Speaker 1 (01:17:26):
Just wamight uh? As far as you said, you take
the lot of detective tests, right?

Speaker 4 (01:17:34):
Do you have any extra job? Is there a time
when you can't take a lot of textor tests? No,
you could take it at anytime.

Speaker 2 (01:17:41):
Anything.

Speaker 4 (01:17:43):
You're not schedule for vacation, Kevin on schedule for via?
What where are you at on your days?

Speaker 1 (01:17:52):
On?

Speaker 7 (01:17:52):
Right now?

Speaker 2 (01:17:53):
This would be my second day? What's that?

Speaker 4 (01:17:58):

Speaker 2 (01:18:23):

Speaker 6 (01:18:37):

Speaker 2 (01:18:37):

Speaker 1 (01:18:39):

Speaker 2 (01:18:40):

you've been on that? I mean, if you're doing it
once today, that's a lot plus job, I think, plus.

Speaker 2 (01:19:13):
Jacking off from my age, I don't think that's a lot.

Speaker 4 (01:19:18):

Speaker 3 (01:19:56):

Speaker 11 (01:19:56):
I don't like that.

Speaker 4 (01:20:05):
Okay, well, this stuff up.

Speaker 1 (01:20:08):
I had some questions about some midgets.

Speaker 4 (01:20:09):
But I guess, do you ever have sex with the dude?

Speaker 2 (01:20:12):
I've never had sex with the dead?

Speaker 4 (01:20:14):
You ever wanted to? I do not.

Speaker 2 (01:20:16):
I do not want to mess with God.

Speaker 1 (01:20:20):
Alright, y.

Speaker 6 (01:21:40):
Y y y.

Speaker 14 (01:25:02):
Uh, Okay, thanks.

Speaker 4 (01:29:35):
We've had a while and then week are.

Speaker 15 (01:29:37):
I think gall was talking about that Sarry Morris, the
one the other the other person. Glad you're saying the
same thing. Okay, I say it was downtown, she was walking.

Speaker 1 (01:29:48):
Okay, so when I say I stop, that's you know,
you see, like a voluntary contact. Okay, here, think of
a cross between. This is one picture. She looked familiar. No, no,
Now you stopped her for sure and ran here on

(01:30:09):
a different day. It was May eighth. Okay, you sure
she doesn't look familiar at all? Now when you stopped her.
You know we're at the Liberty Apartment area. Okay, that's
where you stopped her on May eight. Okay, now is
that ring a bell at all?

Speaker 7 (01:30:28):
All?

Speaker 3 (01:30:28):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:30:29):
Now? You ran her me in Okay. Now she says
that you stopped her later on, like I say, later
on in the month. There's more kind of a downtown area.
Is that ring a bell at all?

Speaker 9 (01:30:41):
I don't recall any of those pictures. I don't recall
any of that. I don't ever go downtown. Besides, if
I go to the gas station or county.

Speaker 1 (01:30:49):
Or got our duty jobs where you working, I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:30:52):
I don't have an out to you. I'll have this
courtesy aster at my apartment.

Speaker 1 (01:30:55):
Okay, So besides the ballero.

Speaker 2 (01:30:57):
And maybe in fiber are there? Okay, that's what they are.
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:31:03):
But you're running by her out of Spring Lake? Okay?

Speaker 4 (01:31:07):
All right?

Speaker 1 (01:31:09):
You ever with your car?

Speaker 15 (01:31:10):
You ever go visit anybody anybody's anything like that, or
shopping anything?

Speaker 1 (01:31:16):
Okay?

Speaker 15 (01:31:18):
What why would Granted you're not even recalling her on
the May eighth, But that's I just wanted you to
have a friend of mine, of who's who's making this
these statements against you, the exact same thing too. You know,
stop her, have her sit in the backseat, run for warms,

(01:31:39):
then you have her get her out, Okay, uns of
the pants.

Speaker 7 (01:31:44):
I mean, on and on and on.

Speaker 1 (01:31:46):
I mean, it's it's to a t.

Speaker 9 (01:31:50):
I don't recall any of those people. I don't think
I recognize those people, the same one.

Speaker 1 (01:31:55):
This is the same one. I'm just showing you a picture.

Speaker 4 (01:31:58):
How she's changed.

Speaker 1 (01:31:59):
Yeah, this is interesting.

Speaker 4 (01:32:00):
That's the same girl.

Speaker 1 (01:32:01):
There's two different time periods, but she looks kind of
in between. The same girl. Okay, okay, still nothing even vaguely.

Speaker 15 (01:32:09):
She's always on the northeast side, you know, twenty third
and Kelly thirty six, Kelly, all right, but she's I
mean she described you to a t okay, okay, And
like I said, I mean it's everything everything you know.

(01:32:30):
You don't remember her even even forget what she's saying.
You don't remember having offering a ride to the to
the shelter.

Speaker 9 (01:32:40):
I run in contact with a lot of people, and
especially like Livery station. That's where out of the trouble.
That's my area. It was Charlie three, but my sector
I go there all the time.

Speaker 4 (01:32:49):
Where is that?

Speaker 2 (01:32:51):
I don't twenty six and Lindsay area. So I don't
bring anyone to shelter.

Speaker 3 (01:32:59):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:33:00):
If I was asked, I'd feel like find another way.

Speaker 7 (01:33:03):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (01:33:05):
Like to get somebody in the car.

Speaker 15 (01:33:08):
Do you remember having a contact with a female like
that age okay, that you know said she was going
from shelter, from a rehab center, even saying you know
you could take her, I know, driving her around anything
like that. Okay, do you ever every time you have

(01:33:29):
a female in the back, do you go ten to
fourteen or you just kind of zip on over?

Speaker 6 (01:33:33):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:33:33):
I know usually it's all the times. If I do,
it's supposed to say, policy is supposed.

Speaker 4 (01:33:39):
To here's what policy right now? Because we don't at
this do you do the mileage and do all that?

Speaker 2 (01:33:45):
Or can't hear there?

Speaker 4 (01:33:47):
Sometimes you don't?

Speaker 15 (01:33:48):
Sometimes zip on back to this other deal. You're saying
about fifteen minute traffic stop, how long do you usually
take on after you stop?

Speaker 1 (01:34:01):
Just on average?

Speaker 2 (01:34:05):
Maybe twenty minutes?

Speaker 15 (01:34:06):
Now, twenty minutes, and I'll give it to you just
even doing the gang stuff and all that, Okay, twenty
minutes now, that's going to be some eight hundred time.

Speaker 2 (01:34:16):
Right, and searching the car in detail all that, okay, So.

Speaker 15 (01:34:20):
Doing all of that, all the running, waiting in line,
and even in a search. Now, the question I have
is we got a lapse of time here, So I'm
kind of get a better handle on where the time went.
You're talking about fifteen minutes, No, eight hundred no running
on the computer. You shut it down, and even you
said it was just a quick little search of the car.

(01:34:43):
Where's the rest of that time?

Speaker 9 (01:34:44):
Just talking her about what just see where you're going
to trying to actually just trying to get a confessor
you drunk a lot, like have you been drinking?

Speaker 2 (01:34:52):
Because I could smell when I was in the front.

Speaker 4 (01:34:55):
I can't really get what if she said yes.

Speaker 2 (01:34:56):
I'm drunk, I probably would have took her down.

Speaker 1 (01:34:59):
Did you do it?

Speaker 6 (01:35:00):
An?

Speaker 10 (01:35:00):
I didn't.

Speaker 9 (01:35:01):
I didn't do any surpritifest just from inside the car,
smelling it, and that's about it.

Speaker 15 (01:35:07):
Maybe even that that that'd be just within a minut
or two usould be dr so I know how long
those questions will last.

Speaker 1 (01:35:15):
So then you switch on over. But nothing, nothing, okay.
I didn't hear a lot of drunk questions, you know, like.

Speaker 2 (01:35:27):
How much you've been drinking.

Speaker 9 (01:35:29):
Mainly it is just how you been drinking, trying to
get a your fest see anything inside that juice? No,
why are you driving so late at two o'clock? And
where are you going? Going to Harbor on the west side?
Where are you going to see? Just trying to just
talk to you.

Speaker 6 (01:35:47):
Okay, right, there those questions maybe took forty seconds fifteen minutes.

Speaker 1 (01:35:53):
And you should fight with the car.

Speaker 15 (01:35:56):
So then I got ten of a lot of questions, right, Okay,
I mean you tell me it wasn't there, And obviously
I don't have any audience.

Speaker 9 (01:36:07):
And that's what I'm saying, roughly on the traffic stop,
take about twenty minutes. It was the quickest trafficsop about
fifteen minutes.

Speaker 1 (01:36:13):
That's your quickest traffic stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:36:15):
Okay, you're.

Speaker 2 (01:36:18):
I don't I don't really get ten ninety at all
or anything like that. But I take my time.

Speaker 4 (01:36:22):
Something.

Speaker 6 (01:36:22):
You didn't run her tickets, didn't run her ticket, you
didn't run them, did run you didn't even put yourself out,
didn't put.

Speaker 4 (01:36:29):
Myself How could you take fifteen minutes.

Speaker 6 (01:36:31):
On that.

Speaker 2 (01:36:33):
Just talking? I mustn't been talking. So that's it.

Speaker 4 (01:36:42):
I can't see her wanting to talk.

Speaker 6 (01:36:44):
If she's crying and asking if you were going to
shoot her and all this, I don't see her being
real forcecoming.

Speaker 2 (01:36:49):
With the conversation, whether my questions or whatnot. That's it.

Speaker 1 (01:36:56):
I mean, you don't seem.

Speaker 15 (01:36:59):
I mean, I don't know how you were out there,
but just kind of talking with you I mean, you
seem real laid back.

Speaker 1 (01:37:03):
And everything like that. I don't.

Speaker 15 (01:37:05):
I've never got the impression of just kind of an
angry type cop. We know some you know that, Yeah,
you might would ask, but I don't see that question
coming up of you.

Speaker 1 (01:37:17):
And you're not saying she was.

Speaker 2 (01:37:18):
Drunk or high or I mean, I didn't think she
was drunk.

Speaker 9 (01:37:21):
Legal women point eight And like I said, I didn't.
I didn't make any threats to her. She was just
emotional because we had the gun deal or she saw
a common she.

Speaker 2 (01:37:32):
Said, you got a gun.

Speaker 7 (01:37:34):
So I was like, calm down.

Speaker 2 (01:37:36):
Yeah, and so I guess she's brought that up. And
I was like, calm down.

Speaker 1 (01:37:40):
When she asked about that you got a gun? What
what point did she ask that?

Speaker 4 (01:37:45):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:37:46):
She asked that right when we were searching the passage
and when we're in the back of the car.

Speaker 4 (01:37:52):
She brought twice.

Speaker 1 (01:37:55):
She just says you got a gun or.

Speaker 2 (01:37:57):
Yeah, and it starts crying. I'm like, don't get emotionally,
it's okay.

Speaker 4 (01:38:01):
Did she ever say you shouldn't do this or I
can't do this? She just says, you got a gun?

Speaker 2 (01:38:18):
You got again?

Speaker 4 (01:38:18):
Are you gonna shoot me?

feel like I think that would become natural. I didn't
feel like I needed to get faster or anything like that.

She said you didn't And I asked her, could you
have been asleep and you have kind of wall no,

Not try to have sex.

Speaker 2 (01:59:10):
As much as I don't want, of all, I try
to have sex with her, and she was asleep. Carrie
goes asleep pretty early. I'm nine, okay, but.

Speaker 4 (01:59:22):
She would know if you try. I'm a woman, I know,
and my husband comes home in the middle of the night.

Speaker 6 (01:59:27):
And I'm like, are you kidding me, I've been asleep.
You said, you twirled around her vagina and you put
it in a little bit, and then she said, I'm tired.

Speaker 2 (01:59:35):
No, I did.

Speaker 4 (01:59:36):
She would remember that to tell me. She said, you
did not try to have sex.

Speaker 2 (01:59:43):
And it's more personal because it's carried. But I did
try to have sex with Carrie. I did.

Speaker 4 (01:59:55):
I don't know what to say, I mean, because it
just looks like I just caught you in a lie.
And now I don't know what to believe.

Speaker 2 (02:00:01):
I'm telling her, I don't know what to believe.

Speaker 4 (02:00:04):
Because you tell me this, I go to verify it.
She tells me the opposite. And now now I'm wondering
what you're telling the truth about.

Speaker 2 (02:00:12):
Maybe because she's she doesn't know what the heck's going on.

Speaker 4 (02:00:15):
No, she doesn't. I didn't tell her.

Speaker 9 (02:00:16):
I'm glad, but the text is calling her any other
officer asking her a question like that, and I don't
want to evolve her.

Speaker 4 (02:00:26):
But she's involved. You need her involved for you, right,
But now she's given the story that you're not given.

Speaker 2 (02:00:35):
I'm telling you, I try to have sex with carry
my girlfriend.

Speaker 4 (02:00:39):
She is gonna remember your weenie twirling around her. Who ha,
you remember that? I don't. I'm sorry. I don't care
how much of a sleeper you are. You remember because
it pisses you off in the middle of the night
and you go, are you serious? Don't bother me with that.

Speaker 9 (02:00:54):
Maybe she called her she's a deep sleeper because there's
multiple times I try to do that.

Speaker 2 (02:00:59):
We've had sex. Most times.

Speaker 6 (02:01:02):
She has push on, Well, you told me that you

Speaker 6 (02:01:22):
Yeah, I'm a woman and I know what it feels
like to be woke up for sex.

Speaker 4 (02:01:28):
And I don't like that. And you remember it and
and I don't. I don't laid you.

Speaker 2 (02:01:37):
I'm telling you this year, I'm sorry. I try to

Speaker 9 (02:02:38):
All this, I'm gonna tacked down. I just feeling, oh
