And did you see him then? No?

Speaker 1 (00:37):
I never, you know, I like to the point where
I was so scared for my life, and I was
so scared that I was already going through this ship.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
Is that I never even looked at him. I was
just trying to make sure I got the funk out
of here. Like, I never looked that way. I just
heard him like, bro, I'm shooting. I'm a shooting. Never
seen this gun, never seen nothing, you know, I never
saw the like the muscle, nothing, I never seen nothing.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
And then as I'm going more down the street, cause
it's like when you go down the streets like a
like a U turn, you know, like a like a
quarter sack. So I went, I thought we got in
the car. I picked her up from her being passed
down her fans.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
Where did you pick her up?

Speaker 3 (01:08):
At?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Right here? Right there? Right here? I picked her up.
I dragged in the car. I proceed to go like
this and turn around when I'm proceeding way hold.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
On, was this the time when she walked in front
of the car and the Okay? But what I'm talking
about is, did you guys eventually both get in the
car at one point?

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:26):
But that the only time she got in the car
both of us is after I dragged her in the car.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
I didn't. I didn't know she didn't do it, like honestly, honestly,
I didn't. I thought she was dead. I thought she
was dead. I didn't know your hands down. Okay, I'm
asking a lot of questions. Sometime I want to show
you I got respect, okay, Okay, having your right to mind.
You want to talk to me, talk to us about
what happened out there. Yeah, I'm gonna be a hunter.

(01:52):

at a thought? Steakhouts? Okay, So we had a good time.
I had videos on my phone wherever my phone is.

about to leave, her mom called her.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
She's like, you know you guys, wanna come to the house.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
You know, it's your birthday. I wanna see you. So
they go see her at her mom's house. We go
over to her mom's house. We're taking shots. Everybody's having
a good time. Literally, it's no weird, nothing, no nothing.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
W where's her mom? Where's her mom?

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Probably lives about five minutes or wherever you guys arrested
me from brother. I got arrested from that just right
the corner. Shall uh we go there? I leave cause
I had to go to my brother's house. He lives
right down the street. I had to go to my
brother's house to drop him off a shirt cause he
needs a white T shirt. You know, this was what
I got one in my trunk, So I dropped him
off on him. Then I came back and my girlfriends like,

(03:38):
I wanna go back to my mom's house. You know,
they're trying to get this me. They're trying to get
me a bottle for my birthday. They're trying to drinkle me.
Is her mom, her her step dad, her brother, her
nieces or nephews, you know, And she's like, are you
sure you wanna go back there? I wish I would
have said no, but I was like, you know, it's
your birthday, bab.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
What ill looked like telling you can't keep it with
your family white? Yeah she did.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
She just she just asked me because she was like,
you know, what do you are you sure you gonna
go to my family's house or you shoures.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Something you wanna do?

Speaker 1 (04:03):
You know because I took around, so I guess she
was like trying to show me respect, to make.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Sure that it was something that we would both enjoy.
But I was like, no, that's fine. You know, you
can go to your family shouse whatever. I'm not gonna
ever get in away. You spend time with your family.
I'm very family on your chair myself.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
So that happens, to be honest with you, her family
is spending.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
They drink a lot of tequila. They drink a lot.
Do you feel me when it's turned up time? So
I'm just hanging with them.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
I'm feeling it cause her family's liking me or laughing.
I'm my jokes, blase blah. I end up getting drunk.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
No, I kid you not. I don't really drink my
dad's alcoholic.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
I'm not even trying to give you like bullshit details
but it's just details, right.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
My dad's alcoholic.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
That nigga fucked up my whole family with alcohol shit,
So I don't really mess your alcohol like that. So
I'm g can consider me a light weight, you know.
So we're drinking. I don't know where I passed out at.
I don't know where I'm sleep at, but I know
it was in that household and her. So I wake up,
and when I wait, it's like everybody's arguing.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
I don't know how long I was sleep for. I
don't know nothing, but I was sleep. I woke up.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Her brother was like, no, fuck that, this is dead
blah blah blah, beefing with her mom. You know, he
had got into a fight with her mom's step with
her mom's boyfriend. All the shit, they fly all the shit.
I'm sleep all the time. I'm waking up. I'm trying
to him like, bro, calm damn. We had a good time.
You know, I'm still kind of drunk. I woke up,
you know what. I'm talking to him like, we have
a good time, bro, there's no need to carry that
on until to that.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
You don't work good. So he's like, yeah, you're right.
My girlfriend pulls it. She's like, come on, get in
the car. Getting the car. She's trying to pull off,
and I'm like, I'm trying to talk to your brother.
I'm trying to make sure he's good. I'm trying to
make because.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
At the same time his brother had all his daughters
and it's saying it, you know, so I'm like, you know,
are you good, bro?

Speaker 2 (05:46):
You need something?

Speaker 1 (05:46):
You know, I'm gonna trying to tell him, like, don't
stress or that shit. Females ain't gonna really understand where
we're coming from. At this point, I didn't even know
what they were arguing from. I'm just really trying to
just don't shot out theory you feel me to try
to help him out and call him down. I get
him to calm down. He's like, oh, yeah, my sister's
about to come back and come get you.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Mind you I never asked for her to come back
and come get me. She who said that, Gabe, that's
her brother.

Speaker 6 (06:12):
Gabe asked or Gabe told you that.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
He was like, he was like, she's coming back to
get you because she left.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
And that's when like when she was like I'm leaving you,
she left pulled off rather or all ship left me.

Speaker 7 (06:23):
Actually left when you when she said, hey, Kate, come
get the car out of here.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Because I had just woke up. But that was all
argument but me. We was having a good ass time.
So I'm trying to figure out, Like, if you was
to wake up and.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
People arguming, You're gonna try to figure out why anybody argument.
So I'm like, what's her name? Who? Your girlfriend? Your girlfriend? Who?
Lordes keyp oning l U l r d E s
and then keep on the k E y m O
l e N m O l e N. Yeah that's
her last name. Yeah, keep on. So I wake up.

(06:57):
I'm trying to talk to her, but I'm like, you
know what's going on? He really didn't give me too
much details.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
He was just like, you know, I got into it
with my mom's boyfriend. We five dad the day.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
He's telling me your story, and I'm like, damn, like
how to fuck go on? Shep? I just feel asleep.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
I feel like, you know. So we're talking. Then he
out of nowhere. He's like, yeah, my sisters don't know,
ready to come back and get you. I'm like, okay,
that's fine. I don't want to go to sleep anyway,
you know, I'm a lightweight, so I want to go anyway. Yeah.
So she comes backs and gets me.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
She's she's like beef and had an attitude from the
jump like you feel me.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Like before she left, she's like, come the fuck on,
Come the fuck on, I' about to fucking leave. Dada
dah blah blah blah blah blah and all this other shit.
I'm just like, if you want to leave, leave, I'm
trying to make sure your brother's good because at the
end of the day, if I'm with you as your boyfriend, whatever,
I want to take you serious, nigga, that comes to
parties of me messing with your family. Make sure your
feeling's okay. Now just you, but while you being your
brother or not. So she comes back and gets me.

(07:49):
We're driving, minds you. Her mom only lives a good
ten minutes away from Rios, Me and my girlfriends house
who live together.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
And my mom, my biological mom. She says back, and
she gets back to night.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
At eleven o'clock. We all lived right there next to
the other. That's why I moved the camp, you know
what I'm saying. So we're all right there.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Whatever. My mom need help with hockayel.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
With So I don't really I can't really tell you
how the argument started, but it was like it was like, I'm.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Like, you know, what are you mad for? What are
you beefing for?

Speaker 1 (08:18):
You know?

Speaker 2 (08:19):
And she's just like, you don't get it.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Da da da My brother was fighting, my mom's my
mom's boyfriend.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
And da da da da. I'm like, okay, what's that
is this at the house? No?

Speaker 6 (08:28):
Right, in the car, So you guys got in the
car from the house there.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Yeah, So from her momself, what time was that about?
I really don't know.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
I can't even tell you what time because I don't
want to make it seem like i'ma lie.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
Okay, I really don't know. I know you guys were
in the car.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Yeah, Like I really passed out and I woke up
in like five minutes into me being awake again, I'm
in the car already all the way.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
So she already left and then came back.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
She left me, She left me, told me she was
leaving me, was like, I'm out of here, blah blah blah.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
The day you want to talk to my brother, Fuck,
You're going.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
Out of here by hit the gas all the way
she's burning rubber, pulling off on me type shit. I
didn't call her, I didn't text her, I did nothing.
I didn't give her no hard time. You wanna act
like that, that's why you act like that. And this
is exactly why this reason right here is exactly why
I let her do her so.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
I wouldn't be in the situation.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
So she ends up leaving. Her brother's like, oh, yes,
she's coming back. After we're sitting here talking.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
He's like, yeah, my stepdad be fucked up.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
We just flopped da blah blah blah. I'm like, damn,
how do shit happened? I was I when I'll sleep
that long, you know. He was like, bro, I don't know,
it just happened, you know.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
And I was like damn.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
And then Adam Norro he was like, yeah, my sin's
won't ready to come back and get you. But we
heard the car coming, like you could hear it, you
know if you if it's like a truck, you know,
truck's got to have room sound so you can hear it,
you know.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
And he was like, carum, what kind of truck?

Speaker 1 (09:45):
It was not that I was in, But she was
like she, I have a I have a two thousand
and one Pontiac Grand pret GTP. It's super charge, okay,
so you can hear it when it's coming, like you
sound like a powerful engine, you know.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
And he was like, I think that'sh Sit here, I
think that's what she's right down. You can tell she's
coming back from you right here. And I was like
coming back? He was like, yes, I'm pretty sure she's
on her way.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Lord behold five minutes levit, she's right here inside. And
I'm like he's like, come on, bro, you know your
tires and just go with her whatever. So I go
with her.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
We get to the corner like a probably like three
minutes left.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
From my house, and the argument gets heated because I'm like,
what do you bef for?

Speaker 2 (10:26):
What did you leave me for?

Speaker 1 (10:27):
You know?

Speaker 2 (10:28):
What did I do? I'm sleep, so I really don't
know what I did. But I'm like, so when she
came to pick you up with who was dragging when
you guys left? She was? And then you were and
where were you at?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
And I was in the pastroot five passenger okay, was
there anyone else in the car?

Speaker 2 (10:43):
Just you two?

Speaker 6 (10:44):
And so you guys are arguing as you left, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
We wasn't even really arguing because I didn't really say
too much, you know, getting here, and then I'm asking.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
Her questions, trying to have conversations like you know, I'm
really like before I got arrested, when I even got
arrested brought here, I probably was awake for an hour
being here.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
I literally was.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
Not awake at all of I did not know what
the fuck was going on. I know what there was
arguing about or nothing, you know what I'm saying. All
I know is that after went to dinner, she wanted
to go to her mom's house. That's where we went.
We were jing your house or whatever. That's why I'm went
to sleep in the first place. So the argument starts
getting heated, like around when we started hitting two fortieth
around Taco Bill, KNT two.

Speaker 6 (11:22):
Fortieth and what what road were you on?

Speaker 1 (11:25):
But you know, you know kid fortieth and kid and
it's you know, the Taco Bill and the auto zone.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
Okay, you know what I'm talking about, the intersection there
like two fortieth and one oh four.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Yeah, we're over there, so in that area that just
one of the conversations starts to get heated because I
couldn't even really remember the conversation before that, you know,
So the conversations start getting heated, you know, I'm like,
what did you.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Leave me for? What are you beefing for? You know?
And she's just really going ham like. She's like, she's like, oh, nigga,
you left you. You didn't listen to me. I was
telling you, come the fuck on, you're worried my my brother.
You're not even worried about your own girlfriend. I'm like,
it's not even like that, bro.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
You want me to be your boyfriend, you want to
get married and all this other shit. You have to realize, nigga,
if I'm fucking with you, I have to fuck with
your family too.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
The same respect I have for you, if you're down
and down and crying, I need to have.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
That same respect for your family, just like I always
expect her to have her mine.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
So that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
I'm not being out landing something, not being nothing and right,
and now I'm gonna tell you to complete you for
everything that happened. So she she gets mad off of
what I said. I'm like, you know, whatever, bit you're tripping.
I caught her a bitch, and I'm like whatever. She
gets yeah, yeah, you know, but she was already mad.
So me saying, bitch, this many works, you know, I'm like, whatever,
but you're tripping, you know.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
But I didn't say it like bitch, you tripping to
the day. I just like, whatever it is, you're tripping,
you know.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
And from then she pulls over, stops, stops on the
side road, get out, starts walking.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Where did you pull over that she pulls over?

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Okay, so there's two forty I fl like redlis right,
you're talking about it right here? You pass you you
passed that light, and then it's like another light that
you come across and you can take the right, right
to left and it's like apartments of right and it's
like a brown building.

Speaker 4 (13:02):
Okay, so let's let's uh so this is the intersection of.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Let's just say this is so the taco bell is.
So let's just say this is.

Speaker 4 (13:17):
Northbound. So this is one oh fourth and this is
two fortieth. Say the Fred Myers there, Fred Meyer is there, right,
And where's the taco.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
Bell is right across the street from Fred Mars.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
The taco Taco bell is Taco is right.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
There's a taco bell over here, and there's a Mexican
relevant or there's a seven eleven.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
You're right, You're right. The Taco Bell is right here.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
Then across the street is the Strip mall, and then
across the street is the Taco Bell.

Speaker 6 (13:47):
So here the right here eleven and then Taco Bell.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Yeah, this is Taco Bell. This is seven eleven. You
got a perfect get Which way were you gay? Which
world were you on?

Speaker 1 (13:55):
I'm coming from this way because I'm coming from renting okay,
Fairwood Okay, And I go I'm coming up this road.
We get to like like like I want to say
that my turn to go to my house is probably like.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
This far away. And what turn is at? What road? Yeah?
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
I don't even know, but I just you know, I
know from the driving, So the turns right here. She
probably stops the route right here, right before the turn. Yeah,
she stops. She gets out the car. She just starts walking.
She gets it her blanket, wraps herself in her blanket,
like you know, fuck it, I'm walking.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
I'm like, what are you doing? You know? She has
my call.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
I thought she had my car keys, So I'm like, bro,
give me my keys. If you're gonna walk away, give
me my keys. The house is right here, so I'm
gonna just park and go to sleep. Anyway, I'm hill
a tired, that's so I'm like, I'm yelling at her,
like not even aggressive, but I'm like yelling so she
could hear me, like, where are my keys? Where are
my keys? Give me my keys so I can start
the car. You took my keys. She's not turning around,

(14:55):
she's not saying shit. So I look around the car.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
I see that there's a key on the floor, so
I'm okay, she left the key.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
That's why she wouldn't turn around. But she had like
threw the key, I guess, you know. So I grabbed
the keys, start the car. I pull up next to her.
I'm like, bro, what is the problem? Because it's hella.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Late at night? And what road where you? Then it's
the same road, it's the same road.

Speaker 6 (15:15):
You hadn't turned yet, No, I hadn't it turned out here?

Speaker 1 (15:17):
Did nothing like Sara, I promise you. I probably went
like about ten feet.

Speaker 6 (15:22):
Far off the car. What side of the road was
she walking on?

Speaker 4 (15:25):
Right here side?

Speaker 2 (15:26):
Okay? So she she I pull up. I'm like, what
do you beef? Before to day? She's not saying shit.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Then she just like I don't know where she just
started going him, like, you know, she was like, fucking,
I'm like to go hand on him.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
You gotta be fucked up? What do you mean?

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Like she was like like she was like, leave me
the fuck on you, dumb ass, bitch, ass nigga and.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Blah blah blah and all this other shits.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
You know. So then I like laughing alone, you know,
minute turned into like it's kind of fucked up. Had
disadvantage that I was alcohol my sister, you know, so
I can't really you know. But what I'm telling you
is that I got out the car, she ends up
in the car. I got out, I ended up getting
in the car again.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
But I was.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
Trying to pull off this time because I'm like, okay,
I'm trying to be I'm trying to be.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Like the escalat situation. I see that she just wants
to argue. Okay, so let me start.

Speaker 4 (16:14):
So you got out the car when you were driving,
and then she was on the side of the road.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
Yeah, you got out.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
I got out right here and right here there was
a corner and you said she got in. Yeah she
I don't know if she got in, but I know
the me and her start interacting again with conversation. You
know what I'm saying, and I'm just like, okay, I'm
on my part. I'm gonna get the fuck out of here.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Period. You know, I'm not trying to leave you as
hell lay that night. You know sh that's been going on.
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
So I'm not trying to leave you like this period.
You know, my cousin just got got killed at Walmart.
The boy that got killed out Walmart, that was my
blood cousin. I was my little cousin. So I just
be thinking, like, you know, I'm not gonna let you out.
I'm not just gonna leave you out on side. You know,
if i'm your boyfriend and your mom, trust me, I'm
bussed to be her for you. So didn't let I'm
telling her come back to the car, Come back in
the car. Start going back and forth, start going back

(17:00):
and forth. She starts making all these stress like you know,
I'm gonna do this and this, I'm gonna do that,
I'm gonna do this, I'm gona do that. But I'm
not even really paying no attention to it. They say
in the car and then so you're still outside. She
hadn't got it. I'm tallady to get in the car.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
So she's making all these stends, going on this extra shit.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
You know, I'm like, you know what, fucking I'm out here.
You know, I'm not gonna see her argue with you.
My house is right across the street. I want to
go home and go to sleep. That's when I didn't
sell that. But that's like, you know, fucking and she
lives there with him, Yeah, she lives there with me.

Speaker 2 (17:30):
So I get in the car. When I get in
the car, does she get in?

Speaker 1 (17:34):
I know, I'm trying to skirt the fuck off before
she gets in the car, because you know how girls
are in high school around the age they argue with
you and like leave, leave, leave, and then as soon
as you actually start to leave, oh come on, don't
leave me or you know, they want to hop in
the car. They wanna call you and like I'm sorry, shit,
you know, so that shit happened. But she's trying to hop.

Speaker 2 (17:54):
In the car, you know. But I'm just trying to
hurry up and pull off.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
So when I hurt, but I'm ready about myself because
I you have a case that I'm on pro base
for her right now. You know what I'm saying, And
it's DV shit And I didn't even do it, you know,
So I don't even get all that man. You know,
I'm just like, now, I'm not trying to get that
charge again, you know, because I'm gonna go to jail.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Period.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
There's not no lay around you. So I get in
the car. I'm trying to skirt off. She hops in
front of the car. The car hears her right a
random person. I don't know where the fuck they came from.
I don't know where. I really don't know. Even when
they came in the picture. They come around, they're.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
Like, oh, you killed her, You killed her, da da dud,
you probably killed her. Don't run, don't run. But mind
you the person that's saying that or whatever with it's whatever.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
They have a gun and they let off multiple shots,
you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
So I'm like, I didn't want to leave her. When
she out in front of car, I felt bad. I
didn't want to leave her. All love her, that's my girlfriend.
So I get off the car.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
I'm trying to pick her up to take her in
the car so I could take her to the hospital.
You know, the dude's like, don't fucking touch her, don't
fucking touch her. I didn't look at him one time.
All I was worried about his heart, so I couldn't
even tell you what the dude looked like. But all
I'm saying is that I know he had it down
out because she was like, I'll fucking shoot you. I'll
fucking shoot you.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
Da da da dad.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
And I'm really not saying nothing to him. I'm the
only thing I see at Timmis Brade. But I didn't
try to hit her. She's trying to stop me. She
at the front of the car. You know, he goes,
don't grab.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
Her, don't pull off a car to police. I'm trying
to grab her. She gets to the hospital, you know,
I'm grabbing her.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
While I'm grabbing her, he lets off a good two
shots boom, boom, like a wonder shot.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
I got shot on my shoulder in December.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
I have this far right here, so that's like, you know,
gunshots just don't.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
Sit well with me, you know what I'm saying. So
he starts shooting it make me more of an arrest, like,
oh yeah, I'm not to get her to fucking the car.
So I grab her, pick her up, put her in
the car.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
At this point, it's like she's like a dead body,
just way, you know, a dead way.

Speaker 2 (19:46):
So I throw in the car. We're pulling off.

Speaker 1 (19:49):
When we pull off, or going straight because we have
to turn around to turn back out of the neighborhood,
you know, So I go straight and then he lets
off a good five shots.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
And what she did? She did? Did you pick her
up and put her in the car? I picked her.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
I picked her up by my shelf and put her
in the car. Were in the car, it would uh
the front seat, I'm pretty sure.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
To the point to where I'm setting a rest shirt.

Speaker 1 (20:10):
I didn't even get to close the passenger side the
door because I'm trying not to get shot, you know
what I'm saying, Because you know, he feels like I'm
threatening her, So I guess he do have the right
in his head to kill me, you know what I'm saying.
So I'm just trying to hurry up get her in
the car. I get her in the car, trying.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
To close the door. Her feet is like this like weird,
you know, just hella weird, like outside of the car. Yeah,
like it's like it's like.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
Towards the door, you know, and I try to close it,
but her footicking out so it didn't close. But I'm like, fucking,
I'm not trying to get shot, so I just pull off,
you know. And when I pull off, he just starts shooting.
I don't know if he was shooting at me. I
don't know if he was shooting the or withever. I
never looked at him. I was just trying to hurry
up and focus on me and my situation, you know.
And when we get to that situation, uh he you know,

(20:51):
he keeps on saying like, oh, you killed.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Her, you cut her.

Speaker 1 (20:53):
I'm calling the police. I'm calling the police, and I'm like, damn,
the police is gonna show up. I'm big, I'm black,
I have tattoos on my feet. It's like I just
looked like a woman beat her. You know. I fit
the profile, you know what I'm saying. So I'm I'm
already scared off. Tops like, damn, you know, it's just
a fuck up. She's away from from me. So we
end up after I picked herp and we drive off from.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
The dude leaving.

Speaker 1 (21:15):
We don't even end up going across the street because
literally my apartments was across the street from where the
dude was.

Speaker 2 (21:20):
Instead of us going in across the street, I take the
left and I go back out on the road that
with the road that he was originally on. Okay, okay, yeah,
saw what on that road? What direction did you turn?
Did you go back?

Speaker 1 (21:33):
But I went back towards reason I took the left.
So because of my car, it was at the church.
That's where that's where the police caught me off at
the church. I pulled over to the church. I'm really
sitting her in the car.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
What the fuck is wrong with you? Wake up? Wake up?
What's wrong? What's wrong?

Speaker 3 (21:49):
What that? What that? What that?

Speaker 2 (21:50):
If she has any bruises on her face? Whatever?

Speaker 1 (21:52):
I onto all that because when she was passed out,
I thought she died, Like I really thought I killed her,
you know, And that wasn't what I was trying to do.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
She hopped in front of the car trying to be
on some this extra sit you know. So I get
off the car. I'm like, dude, wake up, wake up.
The police is coming first, the police coming there first,
Come on, wake up, wake up.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
She's really like a dead body, bro like she's really
sitting her not moving, like to the points where I
opened her eyes and I'm digging in her eyes like waked.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
Up, wake up.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
I'm slapping the shit out of her bro to the
points where I thought she was dead off keeping her
her I socked in her face, wake up, wake up,
like I'm scared.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
I don't want her to be dead. You feel me,
I may not like you at the moment. I want
you to die. You know, I'm sis. Did you sock her?

Speaker 1 (22:31):
I don't shock her one time, one time, but slapping her.
I probably slapped her like a good ten times, trying
to wake her ass up.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
I'll give it to her with you. I was just
I was worried.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
I didn't want her to die nothing, So I was
slapping the shit out of her ass, just trying to
wake her up, wake her up, wake her up.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
She never woke up. So I'm like, damn, she died.
You know. That's what my that's where my mind was at.
So let's let's go back to So let's kind of
make a a little a different map here. So this
is gonna be one oh fourth. What's what's your address?
I don't know that apartment Bridge Gate apartments.

Speaker 6 (23:10):
So that ridge gate are on there on a two
forty eight.

Speaker 2 (23:16):
They're like right there, okay, they're right there by two forty.
I don't know the exactly, I don't want to make Yeah,
got forty eight, Yeah, okay, So.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
I'm sure I don't know if it's two forty eth exactly,
but I know it's around two fourth.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
We do know, we know. Yeah, So.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
So this is gonna be a different map. So this
is gonna be two fortieth again, and this is gonna
be one oh fourth. So then and then it goes
like this. So then there's another road that's two forty fourth,
and then it continues on and then two forty eighth
right here, yeah, so and the ridge gate here yeah yeah, okay.

Speaker 6 (23:52):
So, now, at what point did you get out or
what point did she stop and get out?

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Where was that a d picture of the car?

Speaker 4 (24:02):
Where the car was?

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Where exactly did she even pull.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Probably right here she did pull over, she but she
didn't really pull over. She stopped in the second line
of the street. You know, it's telling nobody was.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
Out there because hell, early in the morning. Okay, so
she was still on the road.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
But yeah, okay, and it's like the two way road,
and she's on this side of the road, okay, And
which way did she walk when.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
She got to start? She walks from this side, and
she walked onto the on the sidewalk, you know. But
I pulled up.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
I'm probably like a little bit further back and I
pull up. I'm like, you know, getting the car, and
that's when I get it. I'll get out the crumb like,
come on, come on, And.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
Where did you stop at that time?

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Probably only a little bit right the car was, you know,
right before and I'm sitting here. I'm sitting right here
probably for like two three minutes, trying to look for
the keys. I thought she got the keys. I'm like,
I'm like, can you at least tell me the keys?

Speaker 2 (24:48):
Can at least tell me the keys? And she's just
not listening. So did she turned the car off and
put the key on the floor. Then I don't know
what she did. I just know that she was driving
the car. Wasn't in the ignition.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
I'm looking for the keys because I I have the
key to where he can press down and take him apart.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
Like being the run the house. Different cars, right, So
I'm I do that.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
But when I get in the car to drive and
drive off the keys in the ignition. So I'm like, hey,
you know, where's the keys?

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Where the keys?

Speaker 1 (25:13):
If you want to leave, leave the nigga. I need
the keys, That's what I'm saying. And she's just not
turned around. So I start looking around the car, looking.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Around the k R. See the keys on the floor.
I got the keys. Start the cars with up to him, like,
come on, man, getting the card is not even then?

Speaker 6 (25:26):
At what point, at one point you guys got out
where at where you get?

Speaker 1 (25:30):
We were literally on the corner start our apartments. Our
apartments is right here, So do two circles one for
you too. We was literally probably right.

Speaker 2 (25:38):
Here right there. Okay, you know the car is more
over to the right, so it's probably right here at
this point. Okay, but we're arguing.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
I really don't know where the third party came in
to playoff. Literally never looked at I don't you know, Like,
I really don't know. I don't know where he came from.
I think he came out of the house because there
was a house right here still, but I don't know
like whinny came out, like when he started seeing sh
I don't know whatever. All I know is that he
was like, oh, you killed her, I'm about to kill you.
I'ma calling the police. If you move, I'm a shoot

(26:08):
and thead and the dad. That's when you start shooting.

Speaker 3 (26:10):
Shit.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
Oh what the fuck was going on? And on nothing?

Speaker 1 (26:12):
So I just wanted to I dragged her in the car,
try to get her in the car, and I was
going straight to Value Medical.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Okay, but before that, yeah, where where was it that
she jumped in front of the car? Where really really
in this yard?

Speaker 1 (26:26):
But it's like weird because I don't know it's on
purpose whatever, But there's a tree right here. There's like
a tree, you know, like when somebody has a nice
yard and they got to like the one tree. It's
right there, and she had a tree like that, and
it was like she was trying to hide behind the
tree where she kind of like over guessed herself and
went straight in front of the car to the point
to rise just ran out of the car. I'm trying
to get the fuck out of her.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
I'm in my car. You guys can hit in my
car right now tonight.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
I don't know what happened, but I was pulling up
to her parents' house, and when I turned it was
made like a clicking noise like you know, and after
that it was hello, hard to turn left or right
like I needed powers earlier.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Yeah, this is this is this is like probably like
an hour or two before all that she took place,
and I tell her, like, you know, tomorrow, I need
to go to the shop.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
I need to make sure that my you know, my
I tired my Steermo is right, it's other pop used
to fluid or whatever.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
So he was just you know, he was fine. He
didn't stop driving a car and nothing.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
But yeah, it was hello hard to turn, like we
could go get in my car right now, and it's
no boys, shit, it's hello hard to turn.

Speaker 2 (27:19):
You mightn't really have to struggle. So I'm trying to
figure out.

Speaker 6 (27:22):
So at the point when you so you were down
on two forty eighth, is that correct?

Speaker 2 (27:26):
I was like, I was like right here, I was
right before this turn.

Speaker 6 (27:30):
No, no, no, And the case eventually got out eventually
you got back into the car.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
Yeah, where you got was the car here.

Speaker 1 (27:36):
When you got back to the car is probably like
this way. You know what I'm saying, it facing this
way and when we because I like I pulled up.
I pulled up, but I like turned over so the
car wouldn't just be in the road.

Speaker 2 (27:48):
Oh to talk to her. Yeah, And I'm I'm like,
come on, come on, get in the car.

Speaker 6 (27:52):
And I got out out yeah, but yeah google map
yeah yeah yeah, And I got out.

Speaker 2 (27:59):
I'm I'm like, come on, get in the car or whatever,
come on, come on, get in the car. She's not
going for it, and then try to pull off. She
I prefer car. I hit her. But when I hit her,
I don't pull off because that's not what I was
trying to do. I get her in the car. I'm
gonna take her if I medical center.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
It's like it's just too much. The whole time it
was too much. I'm not trying to do done this shit,
you know. So he lets off the two borner shots.
Then when I go, he lets off like five more shots,
literally five more shots.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
And when I come back.

Speaker 1 (28:27):
Around, I just I'm speeding. I'm trying to take the
laugh and I pull into the church, you know, cause
I'm trying to like make sure she's alive.

Speaker 4 (28:33):
Where the church is.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
Probably right here, right here. Yeah, I don't know. I
don't even know because it can't be that far. It
might be a little bit further. But I just know
we was at the church. He was at the church.

Speaker 1 (28:48):
I pulled over to the church. I didn't even really
park properly. I just pulled up on the curve to
the point of her.

Speaker 2 (28:54):
My car hit the bump. I put up on the
curve like in the park, yeah, and I'm like, I'm like,
I go over dru. I'm like, wake up, man, what's
wrong with you know?

Speaker 1 (29:02):
Like, what's wrong?

Speaker 2 (29:02):
I was hella scared. I didn't know what happened, you know.
So I'm like, what's wrong with strong? Strong? She's really
not moving. I dragged her out the car, and I'm like.

Speaker 1 (29:10):
Wake up, wake up, and that's when I start snacking
her and all shit, like, you know, wake up.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
But I didn't want her to die. I'm not trying
to kill you nothing like I don't want to see.
It's her birthday. Yesterday was her birthday, you know. So
I'm like, you know, I'm I'm slapping her. I'm like,
wake up, wake up, wake up. She don't wake up,
you know. I'm like, the police is coming out here.
The silunce, the sirens are shit, and I'm just in
my head like you know what, I'm not to go
to jail. I see, I know I am because look
how it looks, you know. And then uh I uh,

(29:36):
I go.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
She's laying down. I'm probably trying to wake her up
for a good five minutes. She's going down. She don't
wake up, she don't even move, don't budge bro. And
then I go and I sit in stickerations. I'm looking
for my phone, trying to call my mom, like Mom,
I don't know what the fuck to do.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
I'm in the fuck no no. So I didn't even
know my funnies. I don't even know where my other
shoe is. So, so what happened? Man? I hop that fence.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
And then the police is passing by because they already
been got calls of the gunshots and all that shit.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
So they're pulling by and they see me. But when
they see me, I just put my hands in because
I don't have no reason to run. I'm not like,
I literally do not do shit.

Speaker 1 (30:19):
I'm not trying to cause you, no prob I'm not
trying to cause you of wishing with the police. You
can even ask the people that helped me. I was
asking them over and over again, like can I do this?

Speaker 2 (30:27):
Can I do that? You know, I'm not trying to
give you a hard time because this is the last
place I want to be.

Speaker 1 (30:32):
So I do that, see me that, come give me
And when they come over, I just at this time,
I'm just crying in tears because I'm just so scared.
I'm like, man, I know how it looks, bro, I
didn't do nothing, like literally, you know, I'm just crying.
I'm like, I know I'm about to get charged for
some shit I didn't do. At this point, i'm thinking
she's dead. So I'm like, damn, they're gonna try me
with murder, homicide, whatever, you know. I'm just it's just hell,

(30:53):
shit's going through my head. So I'm crying the police,
it's going on and on, and they're like, it's okay,
you know all we're gonna do.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
We're not even you're not even under the.

Speaker 1 (31:00):
Resturants gonna put the handcuffs so you could talk to
a detective. And I'm just like, no, man, she's fucked
up because looking for a situation, I mean, I didn't
even do nothing, you know.

Speaker 4 (31:10):
So I'm trying to figure out, like, so when you
pulled over you got out and she was already out,
so you came over here to talk to her, and
at what And when you got back into the car
to take off, she.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
Was around the same area where where she at. She
was around the same area, Like we could say, the
trees right here, you know what I'm saying. So I'll
walk back in to get in the car. And it
was too much work to turn left, and it was
it was like I was gonna go off the curve.
I wasn't want to say, so.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
I just went straight, try to go like this around
to the street that was right here.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
The neighborhood in the street, and she decided to step
over on the other side of the street.

Speaker 2 (31:46):
So I hit her.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
That's when before I even get to the street, I'm
probably like right here, I get out, get her in
the car.

Speaker 4 (31:52):
The dude shires, the two fires, the two Warner shots. Okay,
so so okay, so there's how big? Is it a
pretty big tree?

Speaker 2 (32:01):
I don't I don't know.

Speaker 1 (32:02):
I just know it's a tree. I like, it was
dark outside, I was arguing, so I really can't do
So the time.

Speaker 2 (32:07):
You started to take it off, were she over here?
And she was right here on the other side of
the tree. She was right on the side of the tree.

Speaker 4 (32:13):
On which side of the tree this side, this side,
And then you started going around.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
There and.

Speaker 1 (32:20):
She and he was like, oh, you probably killed her,
and don't call the police right now and all the
other ship. So that's why I pulled it off. I
wasn't even pulled off if you could have never shot
shot no shots.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
So get her in the car.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
Getting to the ship, the police come, I have my
hands up and telling him, you know whatever, I'm telling them.
I'm telling them what's going on all the ship. And
then they really bring me here and like like, bro,
I'm telling you everything I told you.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
Oh my daughter is the truth, Like I have no
need to lie.

Speaker 6 (32:48):
So when you when she ran, when she was hit
by the car, what did you continue going?

Speaker 1 (32:56):
No?

Speaker 2 (32:56):
I stopped. You stopped.

Speaker 1 (32:58):
I stopped, And I like, I don't I don't know exactly,
like you know how I stopped or whatever, But I
know I stopped.

Speaker 2 (33:07):
What part of the car did did she the front?
Which part with left front? Right front?

Speaker 1 (33:11):
I don't know, you don't know, okay, but I know
she she hit the front area of the car. I
get out, getting her her ship back in the car.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
I'm trying to get her.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
Back in the car, so I take her hospital. Dudes
just talking about, oh, you know, you probably killed her.
I'm not shoot I'm not shooting. And that's when these
other two going and shots. And then when I finally
got her in the car, the door didn't close. When
I'm pulling off this way. You shot like five times?
How for one legs? Was one leg sticking out or
both legs or it wasn't. She wasn't even really sticking out.
It was just like her her legs was kind of

(33:40):
like like you know, the.

Speaker 2 (33:41):
Thresholder of the door closes right there, so I can't
close all the way, so it's like her legs right there,
but it's not sticking out.

Speaker 4 (33:47):
It's just like the doors open.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Yeah, I get it. So I get in the car
like that, and I get her restaurant and all the
ship I told you, I just got out. I thought
she was dead.

Speaker 1 (33:55):
I was slapping and like you know, wipe up, wiped up.
The police is coming, Plie's coming. She would not She
did not respond, no responses, no blinking, no when.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
No, nothing like when you picked her up. Where was
she at in relationship to the car.

Speaker 1 (34:09):
Uh like right the car, the car is right here
at this point, she was really right here, like on
the on the right side, a little bit through the
right time.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
That's how I know.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
I didn't really you know, like I stopped boom, got out,
grabbed her, put her in the car.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
It wasn't no I ran her over type shit, you
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (34:30):
So she was just on the right front of the car,
or kind of on the right car.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
Yeah, and I pulled her in, got her in the car,
and really turned in. Its how I got arrested.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
I went to jail, and this is let's see, there's
some I had some questions and I want to clarify.
So what time? What time did you guys get to
the family's house?

Speaker 1 (34:56):
You remember what time you went to I know our
reservation was at seventh. Yeah, we are rocked at the steakhouse,
probably like at seven o five.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
We got in and walked in the door like seven
o six. But other than that, I don't know. I'm
not sure about what time we lift.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
Okay, I know they closed at a so it probably
was a little bit after that, you know, So they
were closing.

Speaker 2 (35:18):
At the time until eight.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (35:22):
Ridge Gate apartments. Oh okay, all right, so.

Speaker 4 (35:29):
Here's one, oh fourth, here's two forty eight, and then
there's Steve Ridge fid where rare?

Speaker 1 (35:36):
Yeah those kay, So it is I can't tell you,
but it is one of these houses. One of these
houses right here, oh okay, okay, and one of these
houses have a tree in front of it.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
And this is weird. And this is one of these roads.
I think it's believed this one. This one's kind of longer.

Speaker 1 (35:53):
But this is the road that I went down and
I turned back around and then he got shot all
the shots at me.

Speaker 2 (35:58):
No, okay. And then which way did you go when
you when I left? Yeah, I went this way and
then this way. Yeah, I went this way and I
just went for it.

Speaker 4 (36:08):
This is eight.

Speaker 2 (36:10):
Yeah, So I went into fred Myers over this one. Yeah.
So I went this way and I went to a
church okay on this side, yeah, on the on the
right side of the road. All right. Then that's I
just stopped. I wasn't really trying to run her of
at the police. I just I was scared, you know,
That's that's really all us. I was just scared.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
That's why I got out, and I was slapping her like,
wake up, wake up? Why she didn't give me no
signs and no response, like not a blink, not a
not a nothing, not a moan, not nothing, you know.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
So I'm like, fuck, she really died under saying I
didn't know.

Speaker 4 (36:43):
So now, when you got in the car and then
you wanted to take off, how far were you away
from that tree when you initially got in and when
I first got in.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
Yeah, when you first got in, taken off not far out.
I'm in that yard.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
I'm in the yard like it's you know, it's all
close practimity, not far off, probably fifteen feet yeah, probably
not even that, not even like it's the trees right here,
like you know, I'm in the car, the trees right here,
and when as soon as I start going.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
I have to turn to not hit the tree. Okay,
So was your front of the car right? Was the
tree right in front of your car pretty much? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (37:19):
And then you turn I had.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
To turn like toward the right and whip it around
for her to go like this. But when I went
like this, she hopped in front of the car, got hit.
I get out and dragged her in the car.

Speaker 2 (37:29):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (37:31):
So I'm trying to figure this out. So the tree
was there, the car was there, Where was she at?

Speaker 2 (37:37):
How far was she?

Speaker 1 (37:38):
She was like on the other side of the tree,
Like she's kind of in front of the tree. And
it's like when I start going, she kind of stepped
out more. I don't know if she meant step out
front of the car. I don't know if she got
I wasn't really gonna leave her. I don't know what
she got, but she like stepped towards out more towards
this way where in the pathway where I'm going, And
that's how she got hit. And that's why I stopped
got her in the car. And the whole time I

(38:00):
ever looked at him, but he was really like, dude,
like I'm gonna shoot I'm gonna shoot you. I'm gonna
shoot you. You probably you probably killed this girl. Then
I'm gonna shoot you. I'm gonna shoot you. Before I
even got her all the way in the car, he
shot two shots.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
He out there when before you hit her, I don't know.
I don't even know where he came from. Did you
hear him yelling at you? I didn't hear no yelling.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
Only the first time I heard him talking when he
was talking about, oh I'm gonna shoot you, and I'm
shoot shoot. That's like as soon as after and when
I as soon as after the car made contact with her,
I get out. I'm trying to help her the car.
It wasn't no, I wasn't going hell fast. It wasn't
no dramatic ship. It wasn't nothing at the match, I'm
gonna say at the match. So when I got in

(38:42):
the cross, was trying to press the gas and get
out of there. Like you motion with your yeah you stopped.
I got in here, got out of here. But when
I like when I pressed the gas for not going
no fashion than timoshe the.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
Tires spinning, no, so were you in grass or in grass?
So the tires probably did still. I don't know, but
I just know that I wasn't going no fashion till okay.
But your motion with your foot like stopping on it.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Yeah, I was like it wasn't stopping, but it was
like it wasn't more like a pressing hard. So I
could get out of there real quick, like you know,
my god, So I can spin around and just get
out of here, and this they'd be over.

Speaker 3 (39:15):
Would you just grab it like a quick acceleration, yeah,
the quick acceleration, yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
And then she got hit. I got out the car,
grabbed her. The dude's talking like he was gonna shoot me,
all that shit.

Speaker 1 (39:23):
I never even looked in hi, because I'm already paying
up like them. If I'm ana die, I'm the die,
you know.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
And I just put him in the car and I
got and I went to the church. And that's when
I got out. And when the police see me, I
didn't run. At what point did you start because you
said you slapped her a bunch of times? Yeah, at
what time did you start slapping her? Was like, right
when you got your no. I got her in the car.
We went to the church.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
I pulled up on the the on the ledge, and
I'm the whole time on the way, on the way
to the church, I'm like, bad, bad, bad, what's wrong?

Speaker 3 (39:53):
Bad?

Speaker 2 (39:53):
And she's not saying nothing to me. So then I
get her to the car. I pull her out the car,
and you know, I was like, I mean, then you
get her to the church. I mean I mean, I
not get her to the car. I go to the car,
I get her out the car.

Speaker 1 (40:03):
You know what I'm saying, get out? Yeah, I get
out and I go around and I go to the pastors.
I get her out the car and lay her on
her back, you know, and I'm like.

Speaker 2 (40:10):
Pressing on her chest like you know, what's wrong, what's wrong?
Waked up? Waked up? Like you can't do this.

Speaker 1 (40:14):
And I'm really begging her like wake up. I'm crying
like hello hard, you know, and uh, she's just not
waking up, not waking up. So I'm like fucking and
I just start slapping her.

Speaker 2 (40:24):
What good? What good? Wake up? Where are at? Way up? What? Like?

Speaker 1 (40:28):
Where am I slapping her? Yeah, I'm slapping in her face.
We're in the we're in the parking lot. But it's
not no like I'm trying.

Speaker 2 (40:33):
To beat you up. I really just trying to slap
the fuck out of it, like you know what I'm saying, Yeah,
I do it. And I realized, well, she didn't do shit.
Like she's not moving, she's not like oh, she's.

Speaker 1 (40:44):
Not doing nothing. She's not even twitching her eye. So
at this one, I'm like, damn, she died, and I'm
you know, I just gave up on slapping her. So
what I do is hop over the fence. And when
I hop over the fence. Police is right here.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
I just throw myne hiss up because I have nothing
to hard tell at what point, because you said, I
know you said earlier you punched her too. Oh yeah
I did, but it was just that it was like
probably like towards the a slap.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
Yeah, I was like I was really sitting there begging her,
just waked up, waked up, wake up, you know, and
she did not move, so I was like, slapping not working,
I'm gonna just punch her.

Speaker 2 (41:18):
But I didn't push her straight to her face. Laughed Corona.
I'm sorry. I was just yelling, but but I was like,
you know, I pushed her like like kind of on
her side of her face, but it wasn't full force either.
It was just like, you know, waked up, you know
what I'm saying, and it just didn't work. This shot
her left so with your right hand. Yeah, and it

(41:39):
was this larder she's laying down that floor. It was
just like, is that the same side? Did the slaps too? Yeah,
it was it was all the same. I didn't even see.

Speaker 1 (41:47):
I was just trying to slap her, trying to get
her up, and then I hopped out her face and
police is right there. I didn't give them the hard time.
I just let himmerse me just mean running whatever. That's
just gonna mean.

Speaker 2 (41:57):
Like I didn't like you know how, I wasn't min
like bro.

Speaker 1 (42:01):
It's just so fucked up because it's like I was
really sleep and I wake up to everybody arguing.

Speaker 2 (42:06):
All I wanted to do was figure out might arguing.
That's so at the timing days we're driving.

Speaker 4 (42:12):
So when you took off from her mom's house, when
she came back to get you, you guys got in
the car, she took off, you guys, and you said
at one point and started getting heated.

Speaker 2 (42:23):
Were there?

Speaker 6 (42:24):
Did you strike her at any time at that time?
Did she strike you off?

Speaker 1 (42:28):
No? I never put my hands Did she strike you No?
I never I never put my hands on her inappropriately.

Speaker 2 (42:34):
I never punched her. I never wanted to be on
no DV shit. I never was like bitch. I never
did nothing. I never even showed no signs of aggression
or anything.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
Until she started going to the punch where she's like,
oh you're a bitch ass nigga and all these other shits.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
That was what she was outside here.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
Yeah, But see even then I didn't book up to her.
I didn't even make a motion that I'm gonna hit her.
I didn't do nothing, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (42:56):
I didn't do any of that, all right? How much?
How much did you have to drink during the evening?
Probably like like six shots? Six shots of what patron? Patrol? Yeah?
And then and where was that at? That was at
her mom's house. Okay, did you guys have anything to

(43:17):
drink at the restaurant?

Speaker 1 (43:18):
No?

Speaker 2 (43:18):
No, So six shots of patrol at the house. And
then that's why she was the one driving. That's why
I was fighting. Where driving? How much did she have? Not?
Not too much? I mean a little bit. She but
I mean she was drinking with me, Honestly, she was.
She probably got around the same amount of shots I did.

Speaker 3 (43:36):
A bit.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
She wasn't. She didn't seem like she was drugs.

Speaker 1 (43:38):
I was like, you know, you could drive to the house.
I don't like drink driving anyway. My like, my dad's
a real life alcoholic and I know how that shit is.
And I that's why I don't really mess with all anyway.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
That's why I'm a light ware. I am either. How
about drugs, you guys, do any drugs.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
No Ah, And the only drugs I do is marijuana.
I don't do no hard cause I don't do that. No.

Speaker 2 (43:59):
I didn't even smoke yesterday, not one that, not one blunt,
not nothing. I didn't smoke at all yesterday. So all
the alcohol you had was six shots of patrol? Yeah,
and that was at the mom's house. Yeah. How long
before that? How long before did you have those shots
when you guys took off?

Speaker 1 (44:15):
I don't know, I know, I know it had to
be ad many because I was sleep for a little
bit and I and when I wrote, when I woke up,
I didn't have no more shots of patrol.

Speaker 2 (44:23):
I just woke up and everybody was beefing. I'm talking him,
I'm talking to her, like, you know, so you had
the six shots and then slept for about an hour,
don't I really don't know. I don't know much. You
fell asleep and after having the shots, and then you
woke up. Yeah, And then when I woke up, it
was like, yeah, it was like my.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
Girlfriend was arguing with her mom. My my girlfriend's brother
was arguing with her mom. And then when I talked
to him, what said, bro? You know cause he's a
he's a boy and all them are girls, like that's
the only boy she has. So it was like I
feel like it was my responsibility to go out there
calm him down, like mother, you.

Speaker 2 (44:57):
Know, calm down. You know, I was getting the house,
and that's what I did. I calmed him.

Speaker 1 (45:00):
That's why he was able to tell me, like, you know,
I thought my mom's boyfriend whatever, blah blah blah blah blah,
you know all that shit, and I was just like, bro,
that's not even worth it, you know, like it's just
keeping pushing whatever. Fuck him, un, Let's just go about
our day. And that's when my girlfriend came and got me,
and then she just just kept the bullshit going.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
You mentioned something about the steering wheel on your car?
Is it?

Speaker 6 (45:23):
So this is the car that has the problem with
the steering What kind of car is it?

Speaker 1 (45:28):
It's a two thousand and one Grand Prix, Grand Prix
Grand Prix Black, Yeah, Corridor TP.

Speaker 2 (45:34):
And then and that's the car you guys were in. Yeah, okay,
and so what's wrong with the steering wheel? Literally, sir,
I really don't know.

Speaker 1 (45:43):
When we pulled up to her mom's house, she like
has a cult of sack that she could go in
and turn around so you could park.

Speaker 2 (45:49):
You know, it's when you're ready to leave, you just
pull out.

Speaker 1 (45:51):
So that's what I did, And I like just took
this kind of like a hard turn because you have
to keep your steering wheel turned the whole time, and
like the last part of the turn, he sounded like
a little bit of grinding her like clicking, you know,
And after that it was just like it would drive straight.

Speaker 2 (46:05):
But when I'm need to take a right, it's hell
hard to turn, like I'm gonna have to really how
hard right, like a full right, like right, any right turn,
Like if we're slight rod, if this was a stop sign,
then you have to take a left for a right
to go on the road.

Speaker 1 (46:18):
Regardless if you take a left or right, it's gonna
be hell hard and you really gotta.

Speaker 2 (46:22):
How about just like a slight right, yeah, yeah, even slightly.

Speaker 1 (46:26):
No, I mean if it's a slight like, if it's
like slight, like really slight, you'd be good because you
gotta turn it this much.

Speaker 2 (46:32):
But if it's a turn where you gotta go past
that point, then it's gonna be hard. So get out
the max that you can do. Probably without being hard?
Is this getting around that tree wasn't hard to turn?
Right hard?

Speaker 4 (46:43):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (46:43):
And it it was hell hard to do shit hella
fast like. I wasn't trying to hit her. I was
just trying to get the fuck out of there, you know.

Speaker 8 (46:49):
So did you try turning out of the way that
you get up when I seen when I see she
hopped in front, I tried to turn towards the tree.
I would have rather hit the tree before her, but
it just it was hella hard like I really would
have had.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
I didn't have all that time for that was just
pressed the gas. I'm trying to get out of here.

Speaker 1 (47:06):
M So if I woulda tried to turn the tree
on h I'm you know, it's just it wouldn't really
change she. If I would have went the other way,
it wouldn't have changed she, Like, you know, it was
just hell a hard to turn.

Speaker 6 (47:15):
Okay, is there anything else wrong with the car, like
brakes or anything?

Speaker 2 (47:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (47:20):
Uh, if the brakes is kind of sh it's kind
of weird. But other than that, no, I had uh
it had uh messed up radiot her in the water pump.

Speaker 2 (47:28):
I just got that fixed.

Speaker 6 (47:29):
So but yeah, at the tight sh the car struck her,
did she fly or I mean, uh.

Speaker 1 (47:37):
Honest, she didn't fly. She didn't go in the air.
She didn't go under the car cause she was under
the car. I would have had to drag her from
under the car.

Speaker 6 (47:44):
So at the time you got out and you found her,
how far away was she from the car?

Speaker 2 (47:49):
Probably you, Bill?

Speaker 1 (47:52):
I mean when I say too far, cause she was
right there, so like right there by the car, like
to the point to where when I picked her up,
the door was open. I'm trying to get her in
the car, and that's when the dude was talking like
I didn't have to pick her up and drag her
to the car. It wasn't nothing like I just had
to pick her up and kind of like move her.

Speaker 2 (48:08):
So was she was she on the right side of
the car or the left? Because I think you said
the right. She was on the right side.

Speaker 1 (48:16):
How far back she was like kind of like in
the middle of the car, like by the passenger door. Yeah,
like right in the middle where the passenger door in
the back door Me okay, so like to center.

Speaker 2 (48:28):
Yeah, yes, yeah, yeah right there.

Speaker 7 (48:31):
When you when you she comes out on the right side, Yeah,
So did your car contact her on the right side
of your car.

Speaker 2 (48:38):
Would you.

Speaker 1 (48:39):
But see, that's what I'm saying. I think so, because
that that's the only thing that makes sense. Because I
was turning left to try to, you know, get out
of here. I just wanted to go around the tree
like this. Yeah, you know, but it's like before I
go all the way around the tree, the car hear her,
so I know it's more of on the right side
of the car because that's what side she was on too.
When I got out the car.

Speaker 2 (48:58):
Did you realize like immediately that you would hit her? Yeah,
I realized as soon as I hit her. I was like,
oh shit.

Speaker 1 (49:04):
And I got out the car and I tried to
get her in the car, but it was like I couldn't.
I could only do so much. Like I would have
got her all the way.

Speaker 2 (49:10):
In the car. But if you have somebody telling you
they're about.

Speaker 1 (49:12):
To shoot you and all this other shit, you're not,
you know, You're just trying to hurry up and get
her to the best that you could be at the moment,
you know. And that's what all I did. I just
got her to the best I can bee at the moment.
I tried to close the door door didn't close. I
just got in the car and still for all night,
I might have missed this perk. But so after you
strike her, you're trying to make that left or pull
out left.

Speaker 7 (49:31):
She hit somewhere, probably hear the front of your car. Yeah,
wait when you see said he pulled around right of
the tree, right of the tree, like, ye, the tree
right here? I went like this, Yeah, I was trying
to go.

Speaker 2 (49:42):
And where where So you're going around the right of
the tree. Where was she when you the trees right here?
She was probably like right here? Okay, So as you're
pulling around the right side of the yeah, she.

Speaker 1 (49:54):
Steps out and boom, I hit her, and then I
hop out the car and I'll try to put her in.
And so when you got out of the car, so
you you stop immediately up on the hit, I stopped
immediately like it was no. It wasn't me trying to
hit her. Me being as mad as I was nothing,
I didn't want to cause her no harm. Like I
literally as soon as the car made contact, I stopped,
got out the car, trying to get her in the car.
Attack of the valley.

Speaker 2 (50:14):
But you know when you got out, she was on
the right side.

Speaker 1 (50:18):
And then I know for a fact the guy or
whoever he was, he was on the right side because
you can hear how close he.

Speaker 2 (50:24):
Was, like he was right next to me. But I
never paid him any attention, never looked at him in
his face.

Speaker 1 (50:29):
Nothing I always worry about was her because I'm like,
you know, that's not that's not the plan life. So
you know, at that point, I was only away probably
for ten minutes, so I was like, this is too
much shit going.

Speaker 2 (50:40):
On right now.

Speaker 7 (50:41):
Like you know, brother man, you weren't going fast enough
to where when you hit her you would driven past her.
So you're saying when you stopped the car, when you
got out, she was still next to the car, the
car somewhere near the between the front and the rear passenger. Yeah, yeah,
how far away was she from the car?

Speaker 2 (50:59):
Not far at all. I didn't really have to drag
her to the car to put her in.

Speaker 1 (51:03):
It was really like I'm picking her up and I'm
moving her to the car like it's right there.

Speaker 2 (51:07):
You know what I'm saying. It was a really no
like no trip or what.

Speaker 6 (51:11):
And it didn't feel like you ran over her, no,
did she were your windows rolled.

Speaker 2 (51:18):
Up or down?

Speaker 1 (51:19):
My okay, with that car, my windows all the windows
are pretty much broken. The driver side door, it slides
down by a shelf, Yeah, slides back up.

Speaker 2 (51:28):
The passenger side door. That's the only door that rolls
up and down.

Speaker 1 (51:31):
The back side door, that window gets stuck and it
will go down byself.

Speaker 2 (51:35):
And so where the windows down? And I really, I
really don't know. I can't had no attention.

Speaker 4 (51:39):
The reason why I ask is when you got when
you were leaving, did you hear her say anything?

Speaker 1 (51:44):
Mmm?

Speaker 2 (51:45):
No, she didn't yell anything anything like, no, she I
never heard her yell anything.

Speaker 1 (51:49):
The only thing I ever heard from anybody who was
the gunshots and her yelling beefing.

Speaker 2 (51:54):
But that was before the yeah, all that shit even
took place.

Speaker 1 (51:57):
But like other than that, No, I really I didn't
try to die to the police, I didn't try to run.
I didn't try to give nobody a hard time. I've
been rapping me with the police since I since I
got arrested.

Speaker 4 (52:08):
So so you were at the church with her and
you kind of tried to get her up and she
was on the ground and you got her out of the.

Speaker 1 (52:14):
Car put her on the ground, Like I'm like, I'm
literally dragging her around the church, like I'm bringing her wherever,
d drag What do you mean? I was like, okay,
Like when I say dragging her, like, I get out
the car, I go to her side, I get her
out the car, drag her in the grass like bad,
wake up, wake up, wake up.

Speaker 2 (52:29):
You know. I'm looking around, like, damn, is anybody out
here to help? You know? Nobody?

Speaker 1 (52:34):
Nobody's out there. So when I'm saying, I'm looking for people.
So i walk towards the gate, but I'm half her
hand in my hand, you know, so dragon, if I
walked away, I wanted her to be right with me.
I just just didn't want to leave.

Speaker 2 (52:45):
Around the street or leave dragging her as you're walking.

Speaker 1 (52:48):
Yeah, so I if I was like, like, cause the
gates right here, they get at the back of the church.

Speaker 2 (52:54):
Yeah, we're in the back of the church. My car
was like it wasn't even park properly, you know what
I'm saying. So I just dragged her in the grass.

Speaker 1 (53:00):
I'm trying to wake her up. She didn't wipe up,
and I'm like, fuck, I need some help. So I'm
going to look for some help. And I walked like
a probably like four or five steps away in Oh
well no, not not yet. Yeah, I want four or
five steps away from them.

Speaker 2 (53:10):
I'm like, you know, I'm not about to leave her,
So then I go back. I drag her to where
I'm at, and I let her go, and I'm looking.

Speaker 1 (53:15):
For help, like you know, somebody hear me, somebody hear me,
But nobody's around, you know, So then nobody. All I
see is thicker fishes, like going to the point where
I hoped the fence. This is why I have blood
on my side. This is exactly want because this different
missiess was hitting me all everywhere everywhere, but I wasn't
even worry about it. I'm just trying to figure out
how to fuck to give myself up the situation. So
I go in to the diifferent business. I know I
can't drag her in there, so I leave her on

(53:36):
the other side of the fence. Then I hoped that
girl of the fence, and then I drag her to
the front towards the house, like towards the front of
the house, and h that's when the police seid me,
I'll just drop my hands.

Speaker 2 (53:46):
I'm like, you know, I'm telling them everything that's going on.
I didn't hide shit out of you. I didn't say
that there was nobody back here. I didn't do nothing.
I just taught them everything that happened everywhere.

Speaker 1 (53:53):
Shit at the time when the police seeing me, because
when I raise my hands, you know, they turned their
brad ass slide on and they would start speaking to
the speaker, and I was like, put your hands up,
you know, sit on the ground and this.

Speaker 2 (54:04):
So that's what I did. I you know, I just
like took up probably like four or five steps towards.

Speaker 1 (54:08):
Them, sat on the ground and just put my hands
up and they put me under the rest. After they
put me under the rest, they never said anything about her.
That never said that she was she was in the
backyard of the church. Still okay, because that's also the
only reason why even hopped in the front, because I
was just trying to wave down cars, like you know,
I need help, I need help, you know, and it

(54:29):
was a police and I was like, fuck it, I
don't know, I have.

Speaker 2 (54:31):
No reason to run, So why didn't you call nine one?

Speaker 1 (54:33):
I didn't know where my phone. I still don't wanner
my funnies right now. I still don't want my funnies.
I don't know where my shoe, my phone, I don't
know nothing is.

Speaker 2 (54:42):
Let me go back for quick quick.

Speaker 7 (54:43):
So after you hit her, when you get out and
you start talking to her head or okay, do you
see is she injured?

Speaker 2 (54:50):
Can you tell she's no? No, it wasn't. It wasn't.
She was not bleeding on her mouth. She wasn't.

Speaker 1 (54:55):
It wasn't no like immedy damage. As you could peep,
it wasn't. No grasses on her face.

Speaker 2 (55:01):
She can tell that she was no.

Speaker 1 (55:02):
Like if I was to walk up and see her
laying there, you would just think she passed out, like
you know, like it. It didn't look like she was
harm tell her then, like she got her ass. We
didn't look like nothing like. She just no visible injury.

Speaker 2 (55:14):
So when you saw her, was she standing at the
time and she came around the tree, was she standing?
Or yeah? She was standing? Yeah? Right?

Speaker 1 (55:20):
And then when I got her in the car, she
was laying on the floor and she didn't say shit.
She didn't say anything like oh why did you hear me?
You know, like nothing, she didn't say the ships and the.

Speaker 2 (55:28):
Dude was just like, oh, you killed her on car.
The police he was like don't move her, I'm shooting.

Speaker 1 (55:32):
Don't move And that's when you started shooting the top
to two five warning shots and then the last shots
when I pulled off.

Speaker 2 (55:38):
I know his shots was toward the car because you
can tell, you know, did they hit the car? No,
I don't think so. I don't think so. When when
the car hit her, did it? I mean, what kind
of sound did it make? Didn't make it sound. It
wasn't like a violent hit like. It wasn't like a
violent like boom. It wasn't one of them. It was
like I just started to accelerate and.

Speaker 1 (55:59):
The car hit her, you know, so it was It
wasn't It couldn't have been like no damaging, I'm breaking
your spine or all that shit, you know what I'm saying.
Like it was just as soon as I hit it,
that little joke from when you pressed the gas, that's
the pressure that.

Speaker 2 (56:12):
Hit her, you know. And that's when I got out
the car and tried to get her in the car.

Speaker 4 (56:16):
At the time the car hit her, how far were
you at the time, like from her, yeah, break before
you hit her?

Speaker 2 (56:22):
How far were you you think? Not too far? Like
cause I got I walked back, got in the car.

Speaker 1 (56:29):
The trees right here, The car's right here, she's like
a little bit on the other side of the tree.
And then when I get in the car, she's like
she knows I'm like to get in the car and
pull off, you know. So it's like she guesses it
and like, oh, try to stop me, you know, like, oh,
I'm stepping from the car. Ain't gonna hit me, because
you know, I'm not gonna hit her. But either way,
you stept out.

Speaker 2 (56:46):
Of the car before you took off, it was like
the same time, Like it was like perfect timing. Yeah,
and she just shit hit her and I put driving
in the car and the dude start shooting. Didgit? That's
the main How far you were away when she stepped
in front of the car. Not far? It all like
not far.

Speaker 1 (57:06):
It's a small little yard like you can see it
in the picture. So it's like a little like I
don't know which house it is, but you see, any
of these houses are not too big, And I really
feel like it was this house right here.

Speaker 2 (57:17):
This one right here. Yeah, you see that little black
dot that's the tree.

Speaker 4 (57:21):
Oh okay, this house that I'm circling, Yeah, okay, all right,
And then you came out on this road.

Speaker 2 (57:30):
I went this way, you see the corner sack.

Speaker 1 (57:33):
I turned around, but when I'm going towards this way,
he shot two shots before I pulled off that he shot.

Speaker 2 (57:38):
Like five of them.

Speaker 4 (57:38):
When I'm going this way and I've turned around, he
thought it was this house, but it's this house. Yeah, okay,
I think you circled this one. It's kind of hard
to see, but yeah, yeah, so this one, yeah, okay,
because it was okay, all right, how long have.

Speaker 2 (57:57):
You guys been dating? Like two years? To me?

Speaker 1 (58:02):
I met her originally at school when I was in
high school, but I never talked to her, and then
we just started talking.

Speaker 2 (58:09):
How how long have you gay's been living together? Two years?
End of the whole time. So you mentioned something about
a domestic violence before. It was that with her, No,
that was with somebody else. It was in Auburn. Yeah,
that that case was the girl.

Speaker 1 (58:27):
She The whole story was she wanted me to bring
her house keys cause I was at her house, but
it was like her sister's house.

Speaker 2 (58:33):
I wasn't supposed to be here. So she's like, you know,
Croapn'm bringing my kids, Come bring my kiys. But I'm like,
you know, I'm doing shit. You know, I can't just
come to you right now.

Speaker 1 (58:41):
So then when I finally bring her the kids and
I turned, she pulled. She just hits her gas and
like pulls the up heap clothes to my car. And
as soon as she put it to my car, she
just start kicking my car and hitting it and all
the shit, And I'm like, what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (58:54):
What are you doing? So then I socked her winshield,
and then she got out the car.

Speaker 1 (58:58):
She grabbed my chain, ripped my changed through it on
the ground, pushing me all in my face, and then
I pushed her off me and then like just the
video of me being bigger than her, it.

Speaker 2 (59:08):
Looks horrible, you know, it looks horrible. So it's like
I just took the deal foret.

Speaker 4 (59:18):
Let's see, did you guys, like during the night that
last night, did you get did you and learn didn't
have any fight?

Speaker 1 (59:24):
Turning argu mentioned listen, I say, yesterday was the perfect day.

Speaker 2 (59:30):
Bro was perfect, bro perfect, Like we did not argue.

Speaker 1 (59:34):
It was her birthday. I got her birthday cake, flowers, balloons.
As soon as she got home from work, she walked
into the room's balloons, the birthday cake, all the candles
lead you know, can't the orchids or you know, the
filthy flowers me the expensive bass flowers. I got heard
those with the vays. I got the twenty three balloons.

(59:56):
I got hell of cheetah print balloons. It was helly
nice and like after that, I was like, you know,
getting ready, I'm not to take you out. I had
already made the reservation and all that.

Speaker 2 (01:00:06):
She got ready. We went and she was like, you know,
I love you, thank you. I know nobody ever did
nothing from me like this. She was like, I had
the perfect birthday and the like.

Speaker 1 (01:00:14):
We was not arguing at all, Like even when I
was drunk at her mom's house before I fell asleep,
it was not arguing.

Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
Nobody was arguing. Like, I don't even understand how this
ship turned in to all them. I lived like literally,
I wake up to everybody beefing.

Speaker 1 (01:00:28):
Like her brother's like, oh my remember that nigge I
be fucked up and blah blah blah.

Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
Physical altercations there.

Speaker 1 (01:00:35):
Yeah, they yeah, but her brother ended up fighting her
stepdad while I was asleep.

Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
That's what he told me. He said, actually did get
physical altercation. All right, does she haven't even had a
foot problems, nothing, nothing that you know of in your
not like that. No, No, okay, and me I got
like me, I have I take medication. I do all that.

Speaker 1 (01:01:02):
I take my lefvession every day. I have anxiety, and
you know I do. I take my medicine every day.

Speaker 2 (01:01:08):
So it's like, you know, I I'll be on it.
I'll be on top of it. That's why it's so
easy for me to express myself and control myself in
situations like this.

Speaker 1 (01:01:17):
You know. But it's like I like, literally this whole
situation really came out the blue like I would have
never expected it every especially yesterday.

Speaker 2 (01:01:27):
Like yesterday, it was really a good ass.

Speaker 1 (01:01:29):
Damn.

Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
It sounds like alright, let me huh, I get it.
Take a break for a second, and then uh, I'll
be rapped back. Okay, I'll just take.

Speaker 4 (01:01:38):
I got Okay, is there any why I can get
some Yeah, I'll get your fust right now.

Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
Okay, thank you? Yeah, what kind of medication do you take?

Speaker 1 (01:01:48):
I don't know this coub but if you guys used
to take it to my house, I can bring the
fuel about those.

Speaker 2 (01:01:52):
YESI for this.

Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
Uh, anxiety I got I have I take anxiety medicine
and I take uh stomach medicine.

Speaker 2 (01:01:58):
Okay, So like anti angles, yeah yeah. Do you take
a daily Yeah? Take it once in the morning and
once at night. Okay, you ever, did you miss the
dose yesterday or you pretty good about taking I'm gonna
take him every day, okay? And then, uh, where's she working?

Speaker 1 (01:02:18):
She works at Total Wine and took what the right shouting, gotcha?
I don't want you worked there. You're gonna record there
for like a few months now.

Speaker 3 (01:02:30):
And then you talked about having taken the shots where
you're still at your girl's house before you fell asleep.
How on like a scale, were you feeling pretty buzz
moderately buzzed. I wasn't even really feeling buzzed or even drunk.

Speaker 1 (01:02:44):
I just felt tired more than anything, cause, like, literally
all day she had worked from nine to one anything yesterday,
So I was trying to just hurry up and get
all the shit together and get her balloons and all
her cakes and all that shit. I was just trying
to get all that shit together. So I didn't even
after I dropped her off for work, I didn't even
go home and when I came back to picked her up.

(01:03:04):
That's the first time I went home. I changed and
we went straight to the stakeups.

Speaker 2 (01:03:07):
It was like alright.

Speaker 4 (01:03:09):
And then so when you go back to her house
or her parents' house, Yeah, and you're drinking the shots.

Speaker 2 (01:03:16):
You're because he had six. I think he's had six
shots of patrol. Yeah. I just I say six because
it was the double shots and I took three of them.
So okay, that makes sense. Good? And I mean, how
how buzzed were you feeling at that?

Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
I wasn't really even feeling like, ooh, well, I was
really just hella tired already.

Speaker 2 (01:03:33):
That's why I sat down and I fell asleep, gotcha?
And then how about after you woke up? Literally when
I woke up, I didn't even have no time to
even be drunk or anything. It was really like everybody's
fighting already, right, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:03:46):
And you have a concept of times, you know about
how long you were sleeping.

Speaker 2 (01:03:49):
No, I didn't like listen, I really fell asleep. Never
had no chance to look at my phone, never had
no chance to look at any time.

Speaker 1 (01:03:57):
I woke up to her brother telling me about their
mom's boyfriend, how they had fun.

Speaker 2 (01:04:02):
I didn't.

Speaker 1 (01:04:03):
I didn't get no run down in time nothing. I
never looked at no time. I just know it was
a little late, all right.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
And then that, uh, once, do you have any idea
about what time you went to sleep?

Speaker 2 (01:04:18):
I really like, cause you know, like when you're.

Speaker 1 (01:04:20):
With your family, you're with family, you're not really on
your phone. So I wasn't on my phone or anything.
I was just enjoying myself. And then I sat down
and ended up going to sleep. Like, bro, yesterday was
really a good ass. Everybody was laughing like, I really
don't know what happened me going to sleep and me
waking up.

Speaker 2 (01:04:37):
What had went on between that time? I really don't know.
And then where where did you sleep at their house?

Speaker 4 (01:04:44):
Where did I wake up? I don't want to say
the couch or do you like remember hen I want
to go lay down here?

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
It wasn't It wasn't even a plan sleep. It was
really like like I'm like, I'm sitting there and I
just fall asleep.

Speaker 1 (01:04:57):
You know.

Speaker 5 (01:04:58):
So you think you woke up on the couch, Yeah,
I woke up at the couch or the table. Wanted
it too, and I knew what you were.

Speaker 3 (01:05:10):
Talking about, So you kind of slapped her and then
punched her the one time.

Speaker 2 (01:05:13):
To trying to wake her up. Any other thing you
did to trying to get her snap out of it? Oh,
the only thing. The only thing I did. I was
slapping her and I punched her. But I wasn't not
no mashed. I was scared. I didn't want her to
like I really thought she was dead. I like, you know,
so that's all I was doing, just trying to wake
her up.

Speaker 1 (01:05:32):
The only other thing I did, I opened her eyes
with my hands, and I was like, dang, bro, are
you okay?

Speaker 2 (01:05:36):
She just did not say nothing, Like her eye didn't
even move, you know, I'm just like, oh fuck no.

Speaker 1 (01:05:42):
So I was like I really tested her eye and
was like rubbing on her eyes to see if she
was gonna wake up.

Speaker 2 (01:05:46):
She didn't. She didn't even move. Someone mentioned that she
might have had what looked like a bike mark on
her face.

Speaker 3 (01:05:52):
Do you know anything about that, Like do you remember
like maybe like bite nerves and see if she'd wake up.

Speaker 1 (01:05:59):
I probably did, though I probably did, but like I
was really panicking, like I'm not gonna lie you, I
really thought.

Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
She was dead. I was panicking. I was slapping her.
I was shaking the fuck out of her. I was like,
wake up, wake good, wake good, wake good.

Speaker 7 (01:06:14):
So from here, like you hit her with the car,
you don't think that there's any way that she's that
injured by the circumstances of the car.

Speaker 2 (01:06:23):
Didn't hear her that bad? But that's what I'm saying,
Like I did. Like that's what I'm saying. Did I
really do something bad? You know?

Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
Because when I said officer, she really did not move
at all to the point where I'm doing anything I
can to see if i can get it in her.

Speaker 2 (01:06:38):
And no moaning grown or anything like that after you
get out to check on her. No, after she got
hit by the car, there was no moaning, no groaning,
no movement.

Speaker 1 (01:06:48):
It was really when I'm dragging her to the car,
it's dead way, Like you know, it's like it's no
no effort from her at all, and I'm dragging her
around it's dead way.

Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Could you tell her she was breathing? I never, honestly,
I never even pay attition. I just wanted her to
say I'm okay, I'm okay. I really was just I
was really hell scared. And then the keys to your
car when you found the keys, were they separated? They
were separated. So it was the one the key that
I started my car with it you get separated the

(01:07:18):
wedge and other keys. And that was on the floor
in like the middle of the street. I had to
really search in front and wasn't on when you guys
were driving. Were they in the regular condition like the
normal keys or was it? Oh? Sure? Uh so then
when you you find.

Speaker 3 (01:07:34):
The key and you said you found it on the
ground like outside, Yeah, not the four inside the car.

Speaker 2 (01:07:39):
No, it was outside. It was really in the street,
like in the road.

Speaker 4 (01:07:43):
And do you think she was just because you were like, hey,
I'm about to get out of here. Did you figure
she's just walking home and you'll see.

Speaker 2 (01:07:49):
Her back at home? Was that the Honestly?

Speaker 1 (01:07:51):
She has like a bad attitude, Paulo, And she has
like just like I got angry issues, she had the same,
but like she'll put herself in anger because she's so mad,
like you know, like, oh, I'm like to walk all
the way down in this dark asstrog because I'm mad.

Speaker 2 (01:08:07):
I just wanna get away from you. Yeah, but you're
not even thinking about the danger. You're picking yourself in.
How far, cause that from my understanding, you guys.

Speaker 3 (01:08:13):
Are pretty much right around the corner from your apartments, right, Yeah,
when that happens.

Speaker 9 (01:08:16):
Yeah, so when she was she when she was walking away,
was she walking in the direction of the she was
walking from the apartments, but she kept going past him. Uh,
I see you know here here you go, think you Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:08:28):
So, now here's what I wanna do. I have a
lap laptop here and it's a little more I can
pan panel. We'll kind of get more details as to where,
cause it's kind of hard to do it on this.

Speaker 2 (01:08:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:08:41):
So here's here's the laptop, and here's so and the.

Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
Fact that you did said, I do remember the biting
shit because when that when when.

Speaker 2 (01:08:51):
It happened, I remember I slapped. I was slapping the ship.

Speaker 1 (01:08:54):
Out of her hell of hard and then I and
then I punched her and then I lifted up her
head and I was shot. I was like after her here,
but I was second her head like while she was
laying on her back, so her head was like kind
of up like this, and I'm like, bro, wake up,
wake up, wake up. And I'm like, the police is coming.
I can hear the signs just getting closer and closer,
so I start kissing her on her face.

Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
You know, I kissing on her face. She's not waking,
so you know, I remember that I bet her on
her face. I remember that. I remember that. I mean,
I'm I been her.

Speaker 3 (01:09:21):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:09:21):
I don't know if it was hard, man, I just
know I was trying to.

Speaker 1 (01:09:23):
Do anything I could to get her to wake up,
like even if it was me causing her some pain
and her saying how fuck that hurt? Like if I
could have broke her arm and she woke up, I
already did it all, just because I really at that
point I really thought she was did it?

Speaker 6 (01:09:35):
Okay, So let's go over to when you guys, when
she first stopped.

Speaker 2 (01:09:39):
She was driving. You both were in the car. You
were going this way, because there are these are the apartments, Ridge, Kate.
I don't know which ones are. Oh right there, Ridge, Kate.
There there are the apartments. Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:09:50):
So you guys are going this way, which is south
found on the one oh fourth, Is that correct?

Speaker 2 (01:09:54):
Yeah? Okay? And where at what point did she pull over?
I like right here?

Speaker 4 (01:10:00):
So she did she?

Speaker 2 (01:10:02):
I think one time you said she stopped in the
middle in the road. Yeah, she stopped in the road
because she was she was still.

Speaker 1 (01:10:07):
In the road.

Speaker 2 (01:10:09):
Okay, So then she got out, is that correct? And
which way did she go? She started walking towards this
way like she was going towards the apartment. Okay, did she?

Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
But my thing is she was walking like she wasn't
going towards the apartment. And with my experiences with her,
like I was telling him, when she's mad, she'll just
like she's the type of person to get hill mad
and like I'm gonna just walk here, like if're downtown,
I'm gonna walk through this darkness.

Speaker 2 (01:10:34):
She's not even thinking about the danger she's putting herself.

Speaker 6 (01:10:36):
So did she ever turn down this row two forty
eight towards.

Speaker 2 (01:10:39):
Yeah, yeah she did. That's how That's how she got here.
But but my thing is she was she was on
this side of the road, and she was more of
trying to go this Okay, to go home.

Speaker 4 (01:10:49):
Okay, I want to try to piece by piece, just
the little So she stops, she gets out, you're still
in the car, yeah, and then she walks takes her
right here.

Speaker 2 (01:10:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:10:59):
And then I get I get out and when I
get out, she's still walking on this shaw and I'm like,
you know what the fuck is doing? No?

Speaker 4 (01:11:07):
Did.

Speaker 2 (01:11:07):
I didn't follow her yet, I was looking for the keys.
Always done her like where's my keys? Where my keys?
Were my keys?

Speaker 1 (01:11:13):
You know, because either way I had to go the
same way she was going to go home. All I
wanted to do was going that's okay.

Speaker 6 (01:11:19):
So, and you got out as a car asking where
the keys at?

Speaker 2 (01:11:22):
Where was she at at the time you got out?

Speaker 1 (01:11:24):
When I when I got out, she was probably like
like we're realistically probably like part facing okay, And.

Speaker 2 (01:11:31):
She was walking and she was on this road. She
was walking straight. When I'm asking for my keys. By
the time I found my keys, she was already at
the corner, turning this, turning that way. Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:11:40):
And then at what point did she did she acknowledge
you or answer you or anything.

Speaker 2 (01:11:45):
No, she she just continued walking. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:11:48):
No, And then she but she did say I was like,
where's my keys or my keys? She turned around one
time and she was like, I don't know where your
fucking keys are.

Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
And she just kept going.

Speaker 6 (01:11:55):
And then at one point you found the key on
the floor.

Speaker 1 (01:11:58):
Yeah, I found the key in the road the road
in the road. Yes, it was in the road on
the left side of the car.

Speaker 2 (01:12:04):
Okay, and then you grab the key. I started the car.
I proceeded to go home. Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:12:09):
So you see my apartments were right Yeah, I had
to pass her to get to my apartment shore.

Speaker 2 (01:12:14):
When I'm about to pass her, I'm.

Speaker 7 (01:12:15):
Like, man, get in the car, come along with so hold.

Speaker 4 (01:12:17):
On, so you you get you get it started turned
right here. So at what point did you pass or
come up to her on the side of her.

Speaker 2 (01:12:26):
It was really when she was right here, because she
was when she was about the house.

Speaker 1 (01:12:31):
But okay, so, but I wasn't trying to I didn't
want to, like drom and you know it makes him.

Speaker 2 (01:12:36):
Like, oh, you know, he's like to do something. I
didn't want to make seem like you was really just
trying to get you. You just pulled upside of her.
Did you roll the window down? Yeah, and you know
the window I think the window lay brought down a
little bit. It wasn't because it was there was a
passenger side, so I mean it was the driver side
the past side.

Speaker 1 (01:12:49):
But I know that she could hear me because the
ship always falls down, so I know if it was down,
she could hear me.

Speaker 2 (01:12:54):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (01:12:54):
So at the point you were on two forty eight
near this house right there, Yeah, like.

Speaker 2 (01:12:58):
Right at the round this tree type are you okay?

Speaker 1 (01:13:02):
Indeed, I keep I keep driving, and that's when I
pulled over into their yard type type.

Speaker 2 (01:13:08):
Did you go off the roadway into the yard? Yeah, okay, okay,
And so now let me uh, let me zoom this in.

Speaker 3 (01:13:22):
She did so, yeah, I don't actually don't know anything
about her status.

Speaker 7 (01:13:28):
So I know that the fire department showed up, and
that's literally just because of the way the things worked out.

Speaker 2 (01:13:35):
We'll find out a condition.

Speaker 10 (01:13:37):
We're here, Yeah, I just like, okay, now I just
lost a hold on uh so that's too forty It.

Speaker 2 (01:13:52):
Just left.

Speaker 11 (01:13:55):
And the house is where the rich game. So now
the house he keeps going to the left. Bear with
me here, all right there?

Speaker 2 (01:14:17):
And two there is one on fourth. Okay, I gotta
go over more.

Speaker 6 (01:14:23):
So you pull over into that yard. And then where
was she at in relations?

Speaker 2 (01:14:28):
She was in New York. She was right on the
other side of the tree. Okay, So okay, let me
get there, hold on, keep listening, keep going. So now
I'm gonna zoom in here. Why does it keep going?

(01:14:52):
This is touch grew. Okay, so you are in the
all right, here we go.

Speaker 6 (01:15:12):
Okay, so here, here's the house. Is that the house
that you pull into?

Speaker 2 (01:15:16):
Right?

Speaker 6 (01:15:17):
You pull the car there, and she on the side
in the house in the yard too, or.

Speaker 2 (01:15:22):
She's in the yard like towards the front by the
tree like you can see kind of the tree in
the picture black little dot. Yeah. Okay, So you pull over,
and then do you get out of the car at
the time, Yeah, okay, I'll get out after. I'm like,
you know, come on, come on.

Speaker 6 (01:15:36):
And where were you guys at when you were talking about?

Speaker 2 (01:15:40):
Okay, so you're talking and then are you guys?

Speaker 1 (01:15:44):
Should have probably cause a dude to come outside or
even look out his windows.

Speaker 2 (01:15:47):
Because and then so were you? Did you pull off
like right here?

Speaker 12 (01:15:54):
Yeah, I'll literally pull it off right here, trying to
go this way, to go this way, but how the
dude was shooting and I ended up just going straight,
stopped grit her in the corner and went straight.

Speaker 2 (01:16:06):
And then if you go all the way right there,
you can see it's a quart of sack.

Speaker 4 (01:16:11):
Okay, So at the time, how far do you think
when you first stopped the car and then got out.

Speaker 2 (01:16:16):
How far were you away from that tree?

Speaker 1 (01:16:18):
Not far?

Speaker 2 (01:16:19):
About not far at all? Was it between me and you?
Like the front of the car is probably would be
further away? Just yeah, so probably about people? Yeah, okay?

Speaker 4 (01:16:34):
And then at and then when you got back in
to take off, what were you gonna do when you
were taking on?

Speaker 1 (01:16:41):
Really, I was just gonna leave her because I, like,
I just I knew, I knew how everything was playing out.

Speaker 2 (01:16:48):
If the situation wasn't going down, it was going up.
So I was like, you know what I'm saying. So
it was like, fucking, I'm about to just get in
the corner. I'm like to pull off. And at that time,
I didn't know if I was gonna pull it home.
I didn't know where I was gonna do. I was
just trying to get the fuck out of here, honestly.
And so where was she?

Speaker 4 (01:17:06):
And so when you got back into the car after you,
so I'm trying to get the straight So when you
got out of the car, you talked to her, where
were you guys.

Speaker 6 (01:17:14):
At when you were talking were in front of the car,
sight in the car?

Speaker 2 (01:17:17):
Where at? I was like, I'm just I don't really
don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:17:21):
I know I couldn't even too far away from the car.
And were you facing each other? How far where are
you from each other?

Speaker 2 (01:17:28):
Far away? I couldn't. I couldn't have to test her.
You could, And what were you guys talking about? I
was just like, you don't get back in the cars?
Held away like, and I'm telling her, I'm like, bro,
I literally just woke up. I don't know what you're
so mad for. That's all.

Speaker 1 (01:17:41):
That's literally what I'm saying, Like, I don't know what
the fuck's going on, right, I don't know why you're mad.
All I was trying to do, like, cause she was
mad at me because she was telling me, like when
I'm talking to her brother when I first woke up,
she was like, come on, bro, I'm.

Speaker 2 (01:17:52):
Not to leave you. Come the fuck on my brother's
beef and blah blah blah. But I was sitting there
trying to talk to her, like, bro, what's wrong with
what happened? You know?

Speaker 1 (01:17:59):
So she got add from that and that, yeah, for
me talking to her brother and not coming when she
said come, okay, that's that's really what caused her anger.

Speaker 2 (01:18:09):
She was not mad at me any type of way.

Speaker 4 (01:18:11):
Before that, Okay, And then when you guys, when you
got out after you pulled into this yard and you
got out to talk to her, Yeah, what did she say?

Speaker 2 (01:18:21):
Did she say anything? She was I'm like, come on, man,
get back in the car.

Speaker 6 (01:18:25):
And she was like no, I'm like, you're making a
car just I'm like, man, just get back.

Speaker 4 (01:18:28):
In the car.

Speaker 1 (01:18:28):
I'm like, we're out here, bro, we're being held. I'll
just come on, this is not that serious. I didn't
do nothing to you. I didn't cheat.

Speaker 2 (01:18:34):
There's not it's not like I saw.

Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
I'm telling her, there's not no situation with an outside female.

Speaker 2 (01:18:39):
It's really your beef with me because I was trying
to check on your brother.

Speaker 1 (01:18:42):
And like I kept telling her that night, is that
if I'm fucking with you, your family comes a part
of that. Bro.

Speaker 2 (01:18:48):
I'm not just gonna care about you. And oh, if
your brother's down, I'm just gonna go all these tripping
you know, No, I'm gonna I'm gonna check on him.
So me, I saw all I did, and she took
it to a whole different level. But that's how I know.
There was arguing about it had to be something serious.

Speaker 4 (01:19:03):
Okay, and then at what and then and then Where
was she at when you got into the car?

Speaker 2 (01:19:10):
Though? When I got into the car, when she was
probably sitting here.

Speaker 1 (01:19:14):
Like around this corner, around this area, because she when
I when I had got into the car, she was
just turning around talking about the second time when right
before this shit happened. Yeah, like right when I was
walking to the car, she was like towards like the
front of the tree kind of. But then when I
had gotten the cars, like she knew that I was
about to leave, so she like kind of like, you know,
like no.

Speaker 2 (01:19:34):
Don't leave, and she thought I was finna stop me
or something.

Speaker 1 (01:19:36):
You know, because either is it because she wanted to
kill me still or it's because she just didn't want
to be left in all cars?

Speaker 2 (01:19:42):
Now, let me ask you this.

Speaker 4 (01:19:43):
At the time you got in the car and you
quickly accelerated, where did you see her at at the time?

Speaker 2 (01:19:50):
Actually, where did you see her when you got in
the car?

Speaker 1 (01:19:52):
Honestly, when I've gotten the car, didn't really pay no attention.
I was just trying to get the fuck out of here. No,
And I know you didn't know where she was, Yeah,
but I'm saying I believe that she was left on
the left side.

Speaker 2 (01:20:04):
Towards the tree.

Speaker 1 (01:20:04):
That there's no real, real, really a place that she
could be that she was in the open over the
seen her, you know.

Speaker 2 (01:20:10):
So me getting in the car on the left side
the tree being diagonal, I could see her.

Speaker 1 (01:20:13):
I couldn't seen her on the other side of the tree,
you know. But yeah, like you know how I did
see her out in the open and shoes out in
the open.

Speaker 2 (01:20:20):
I don't really did that ship you know how big
around is that tree? Or could you it's not it's
not because it's something she can hide behind, yeah, or
I mean yeah, you could god behind it, behind the tree.

Speaker 10 (01:20:34):
Like I can behind it.

Speaker 2 (01:20:35):
You wouldn't see me.

Speaker 4 (01:20:36):
Yeah, okay, Yeah, do you think she was hiding behind
the tree at the time or I don't know what
you don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:20:44):
So when you got in there and getting ready to leave,
you didn't see where she was, But you think she
was around the tree? Yeah, okay, because there's no.

Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
Other way, Like there's no way I've pressed on the
gas held fast, so there's no way she could have.

Speaker 2 (01:20:57):
Been anywhere else in the part of yard and get
right there I fast, you know, So she has to
me on that side. So did you intentionally go at her.

Speaker 1 (01:21:05):
No, it was like, honestly, I could look at you
guys in your eye, you know, I really could say
it's genuinely.

Speaker 2 (01:21:11):
I did not mean to hit her. I did not
want to harm her. I did not want to do anything.

Speaker 1 (01:21:15):
The only time that I cost her a harm that
you could say was intentional is when I was slapping
her pressure and just for her to wake up, like
I was doing anything I could, Like I've told you,
I was digging in her eyes trying to get her
to wake up.

Speaker 2 (01:21:27):
I just wanted a reaction. She didn't give me no
signs of being live, none like no, oh stop.

Speaker 1 (01:21:33):
It wasn't no, it wasn't nor like. It was nothing
like when I'm dragging her, She's just like, you know
what I'm saying, How far do you think you? That
wasn't It wasn't hard. It was it was all in
the grass. It was no seamen, it was all grass.
It wasn't it was it was all in the same yard.

Speaker 2 (01:21:49):
It wasn't far. What was she dressed in that night?
What was she dressed in?

Speaker 1 (01:21:54):
She's still undressed it. I don't know if she was
still addressed or not. Like that's that's crazy, you guys,
because I didn't even pay attention.

Speaker 13 (01:22:01):
Okay, all right, let me think, have you guys ever
gotten to other physical or any physical alter not other,
but any physical alteration?

Speaker 2 (01:22:12):
You know, we never gotten no physical educations.

Speaker 1 (01:22:15):
But like we got to arguments to where I'm punching,
I'll punch the wall, you know, she punched the wall
or she breaks.

Speaker 2 (01:22:21):
The glass or something like that.

Speaker 4 (01:22:24):
It was amazing.

Speaker 2 (01:22:25):
It was our last apartment. But you know, all right,
all right, let me, I'll be right back. I'm gonna
return this to I'll be right back and then I
don't know if you have more questions, but no, that's
a few when you were out before. But I think

(01:22:46):
I just have some clarifying stuff that much. I'll be
right back. Do you need more water? You know? Good?
So like gonna happen, honestly, and you'll know obviously as
soon as we know some kind of the way this
thing goes down or went down.

Speaker 3 (01:23:06):
Is whatever took place with you and your girl happens
right when that happens. Once the officers show up to
certain stuff, they kind of assess the scene and decide
whether we need to be called so, which is what
ended up happening in the tankers got called.

Speaker 1 (01:23:21):
So I only know a real small part of what's
going on, and pretty much it's kind of straight from.

Speaker 2 (01:23:27):
You, right, So once we're done here, we're gonna go.

Speaker 3 (01:23:31):
And kind of find out and talk to some of
the officers and the other sergeants, and then at that
point we'll have an idea of what's going on and
what's gonna happen from this point on.

Speaker 2 (01:23:41):
You know, it's just I don't know. I mean, it's
kind of a weird situation, right, I mean, I'm gonna
have to sit in this show. Pretty much.

Speaker 3 (01:23:50):
Their chances are strong, in all honesty, and you're not
a bs kind of guy, and I don't want to BSU, right,
So it's just what the part that's really odd and
you might feeld that.

Speaker 2 (01:24:02):
And all I think is even on to you is.

Speaker 14 (01:24:04):
It sounds like you really didn't hit her that hard
with a car to really hurt her too badly.

Speaker 2 (01:24:09):
I didn't.

Speaker 1 (01:24:10):
That's why she probably, like, I don't think she has
no broken legs, nothing like I. She shouldn't have none
of that, bro, I didn't.

Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
And that's why we were asking about medical conditions. Yeah,
you knew about that.

Speaker 7 (01:24:21):
Might that something like this might trigger because of her
that going responsive.

Speaker 1 (01:24:28):
I know she got that anxiety, and I know she
has anxiety attacks like I do. Does she take medication
to you? No, I fully didn't acceptance that she had it.

Speaker 2 (01:24:38):
Yea. Does she smoke weed too? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:24:41):
Does that help her with her anxiety? Does that help
you with yours?

Speaker 1 (01:24:46):
I mean I wouldn't say it helps me, but I
mean it just gives me that common factor of like,
uh it it makes me like not care about shit,
Like if if she was to do something wrong that
I would normally care about, and if.

Speaker 2 (01:24:59):
By small you just don't care for you care less.

Speaker 1 (01:25:03):
I care less less, not that I don't care what
I care less. So it's like I pick and choose
my battles, right, you know?

Speaker 2 (01:25:10):
And tonight, you guys know where her parents' house? How
many times have you been over there? You know pretty well? Yeah,
like it was it was a good time.

Speaker 1 (01:25:19):
We're all.

Speaker 3 (01:25:21):
Sounds like something obviously happened and you never really got
to the root of what happened when you was.

Speaker 1 (01:25:28):
Killing me the whole situation. I'm sitting here and I
really don't know even what God the situation to where
it was at I don't know. I don't know what
was said, I don't know what took place, I don't
know nothing. So when you fall asleep, everything's cool, everything's fine,
nobody's arguing nothing, We're fine, laughing, and you can't get

(01:25:51):
into the arguing.

Speaker 2 (01:25:52):
I wake up to a whole different vibe. Everybody saying, hey,
let's go, Yeah, let's go, get in the cart. You're like,
let's go. Really, And I'm like, well, now I'm talking
to you. I'm trying to make sure.

Speaker 1 (01:26:02):
I'm trying to check all your niece, your niece's and
nephews because all her brother's kids was there, and that's
like what I tell her, I'm trying to check on
your hee's nephews.

Speaker 2 (01:26:08):
And she was like, fucking I'm about to leave, and
then she just she left. So from the time you
woke up to the argument, I just tell you the time, man, Yeah,
how long was it from the time that you woke
up to the hero what's going on? And tell her
to come back to the to the when she left you?
Right the first time? Probably like oh, he five minutes,
so pretty quick she leaves, and then how long before

(01:26:31):
she came back, Probably seven to ten minutes and he
knew it. Her brother knew. Her brother didn't know that
she was coming back, but he was like, she's He
was like, you know, she's gonna come back. It was
like he she called him and said tell him. That
got him on my way. He just knew that. Yeah,
he was like, he was like, bro, she's gonna come back. Bro,
you know he's got chill and.

Speaker 1 (01:26:51):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:26:51):
And I was just telling him, talking to him about
what happened. He said that he was doing a song
or something. I don't I don't know what happened. I
just know that he ended up fighting that he ended
up fighting his mom's boyfriend. And we met a bore.

Speaker 1 (01:27:05):
Yeah, like everybody was cool. Everybody was perfectly fine. We're
all poorn shots just because her.

Speaker 2 (01:27:12):
Brother's birthday is the day before hers.

Speaker 1 (01:27:14):
So everybody, you know, we're cheers and the end of
the day, everybody's having fun. Like I don't know, and
this shit accused me because I'm like, oh my god,
I hate I hate it.

Speaker 2 (01:27:26):
Bro.

Speaker 1 (01:27:26):
I'm like, I'm really like, I hate small spaces and
me being in the seals, finding me over sham.

Speaker 2 (01:27:33):
I did not do, like, yeah, I just want to
be know with I need to fight.

Speaker 1 (01:27:38):
Or what people are trying to charge me if they're
gonna try to say out and we're gonna tell you obviously,
I don't.

Speaker 2 (01:27:44):
Honestly, I don't even know at this point what's gonna
come with us. I really don't. And like I said,
I'm not kind of a you know, I'm straight up
I tell you.

Speaker 3 (01:27:53):
Like I said, we kind of came in list just
having pretty much a little basis of knowledge kind of
what was learned by the officers, but most of what
we're hearing right now of this and that's why we're
having you go in so much detail because that's important.

Speaker 2 (01:28:08):
That's important so for us to.

Speaker 3 (01:28:10):
Know exactly what took place, how it took place, where
it took place.

Speaker 2 (01:28:15):
Once we find out, we're going to let you know, obviously.
And that's why you know, you're not in cuff right now.
We're just having kind of a conversation.

Speaker 14 (01:28:27):
It's just like some kind of the sticking point is
how she did, you know, getting hurt from kind of
what sounds like from basically what you're describing kind of a.

Speaker 2 (01:28:38):
Low speed impact. It really was. It was not a
high speed impact like it was not It didn't have
even enough space or and I think.

Speaker 7 (01:28:47):
You mentioned this, but let me ask again the distance
from that tree, because apparently that's probably where she stepped
out from.

Speaker 2 (01:28:53):
And the front of your car was how far before
you tired this? The front of our car is my knee.
The trees are here, so like literally you had five
or six feet up it literally celerate or all right.
And it was after that is when you heard the guy.

(01:29:13):
It was when I got out of the car.

Speaker 1 (01:29:15):
He was like, oh you probably He was like, you
killed her, you didday blah blah blah.

Speaker 2 (01:29:19):
He was like, don't move, don't touch her. I'ma I'm
gonna shoot. I'mnna shoot. And that's when we started shooting.
And that even made me want to leave even more.
But that's why I didn't want to flee anything.

Speaker 1 (01:29:29):
That's why I didn't go far away from the scene,
like we put put the maps out, didn't run, I
didn't try to evade nothing, you know, it was it
was never that I was just was trying to get
the fuck out of That's the juice, because that when
I pulled off, he shot like five times.

Speaker 2 (01:29:44):
And you didn't hear the shots hit the car or anything.
Did you tell where he was shooting.

Speaker 1 (01:29:48):
Honestly, I was really in tunnel vision, just trying to
get the fuck out of here.

Speaker 7 (01:29:53):
And so she was in the passer re seat, but
the door wasn't shut because it wasn't closed all the way,
but it would be.

Speaker 1 (01:29:58):
The passenger door was kind of open, and she was
in the past and she like she wasn't gonna fall up,
you know.

Speaker 2 (01:30:02):
Okay, So it wasn't. It wasn't door couldn't swing like
it was maybe just nothing could have if it it
could have if I was going fast enough. It just
like I wasn't going fast enough. So the door never
smug open. And do you remember what kind of shoot
she was wearing? So were her like were her feet
when they don't really know?

Speaker 1 (01:30:23):
All I know is that the last thing I remember
her wearing is cause she wore to dinner. She wore
a dress and she wore too in the Hi you goos, right,
So I don't know if that's she was wearing steel
or anything.

Speaker 2 (01:30:32):
I really don't know. She could have, like our house
is really.

Speaker 1 (01:30:35):
Held closer, she could have went through the house, changed
and went back to her mom's house.

Speaker 2 (01:30:38):
I don't know. I really did not even like have
time to analyze nothing she had on. Like I couldn't
tell you nothing she had on.

Speaker 1 (01:30:44):
I really literally woke up she hopped in the car.
All I see is her face like, come on, Ben,
when needed to hurry.

Speaker 2 (01:30:50):
Up and go da And I'm just like, well, you
know what's the problem.

Speaker 7 (01:30:53):
Right, So do you think they were dragging on the
ground when you're driving away with her feet or were
they in the car or nothing?

Speaker 2 (01:31:00):
To be nah real, I don't know, I really don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:31:03):
All I know is that I got her in the
car and that for her and not fall out. And
I just wanted to get the fuck out of here,
cause it went before I even got her all the
way in the car. The dude shot two shots. Man,
you know, and that shit like it's a paranoia with
me now because I already.

Speaker 2 (01:31:17):
Got shot myself. I think it's just shooting. That's normal, right, Yeah, shooting.
You don't wanna be anywhere near where they're shooting at,
yeah at all.

Speaker 1 (01:31:23):
So I just try to hurry up, get her in
the car, make sure she was good. Didn't want to
cause no more bullshit, and I just left.

Speaker 2 (01:31:30):
So who shot you? Who shot me? I? I got shot?
I got shot when I wasn't to. But I don't
know who shot me. It was just I was in
the car with my cousin. My cousin got shot five times.
I got lucky and got shot once. And your cousin
this is the one that just nah miss something like
that's not my blood cousin. But we're closed right there.
You're gonna start calling my cousin and he surress someone

(01:31:54):
that after him or after you. I don't even we
don't even know who. I don't even know what it is.
So no one was ever charging that. Mmm, I am back.

Speaker 6 (01:32:03):
So so I I was looking so now I was
able to w this and get it to zoom in.

Speaker 2 (01:32:16):
Okay, so this is the house.

Speaker 4 (01:32:19):
Over here.

Speaker 2 (01:32:20):
So this is the house right here. So now what
I'll do is I'll do a street view right here.
It didn't work. Yeah, So there's the house. Yeah, let
me see. You must not even be a tree. See, yeah,

(01:32:41):
that's a tree. That's the tree. Yeah, okay, because there's okay.
So yeah, well I'm like right here, I try to
go through their driveway and get out here like that.
So was there any cars in the driveway?

Speaker 3 (01:32:55):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:32:56):
I don't know, so what so when you pulled down here?
What d do you remember going to the shrubbery here?
An mean, no, I just know I ended up on
the yard.

Speaker 4 (01:33:05):
I mean, did you So when you pulled into the yard,
were you going fast at the time? Mm?

Speaker 2 (01:33:12):
Not really fast, probably like twenty months for hour? Okay? Okay?
And is that is that the time you could have
hit her too? No? I didn't, I did. I didn't
make any contact where. I didn't hit her.

Speaker 1 (01:33:23):
I didn't know nothing ever took place when I first
cook pulled into the yard.

Speaker 2 (01:33:27):
Okay, it was a conversation before anything took place.

Speaker 4 (01:33:30):
Okay, So then you were going you said, twenty miles
an hour and pulled in? Which way did you pull.

Speaker 2 (01:33:34):
In on this side? It forward? This side?

Speaker 1 (01:33:37):
I don't know, I really like, I really don't know.
I really can't tell you. I don't want to like
make some of mine.

Speaker 2 (01:33:42):
Wait, wait, no, I don't wanna know. I just know
that I was pulled in and.

Speaker 1 (01:33:46):
I'm just trying to hurry up, like come on, make
get in the car, you know, like I wasn't even
really paying that sin attention to nothing really but her.

Speaker 2 (01:33:51):
And then you went to the right of that tree.

Speaker 1 (01:33:53):
Yeah, when I when I when I pulled out, Yes,
I went to the riding tree, and I was trying
to go this way, m to pull out that way,
but I ended when he started shooting.

Speaker 4 (01:34:01):
I just went this way and went that way and
turned and then came okay, okay, because.

Speaker 2 (01:34:07):
I like, I don't know. I was just hoping he
wasn't going to steal shoot, but I didn't think he was.

Speaker 4 (01:34:11):
Because and at the time when you pulled in, you
were going twenty miles you think you were going twenty.

Speaker 2 (01:34:15):
Miles an hour? Yeah, this way? Where was she?

Speaker 3 (01:34:18):
So?

Speaker 6 (01:34:18):
At what point did you pull up a side beside
her and say, hey, get in the car.

Speaker 2 (01:34:23):
She was when I'm pointing to or she was probably
around this area right there?

Speaker 4 (01:34:27):
No, I mean, but did you pull up aside her
beside her as you're driving?

Speaker 2 (01:34:32):
That wasn't really a sign her. I was kind of
behind her, you know what I'm saying, when you were
yelling at her, get.

Speaker 1 (01:34:39):
That.

Speaker 2 (01:34:39):
Where was that at? Like around the street? Okay? And
then where was she at? She was more towards this
way this way and now was this behind her slightly?
So you were behind her telling her to get in
the car. And then I didn't pull up on the
side her because it's the main rope, you know, right right?

Speaker 1 (01:34:57):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (01:34:57):
And then at what point when you pulled into the yard,
where was she at as you.

Speaker 2 (01:35:01):
Were pulling in shooter sh yard shooters in New York?
What made her go to the yard though? That's I
don't know. I really feel like, I really feel like
it was just it wasn't even like she thought about
going into the yard. I feel like that's where she
stopped at. Okay, alright, alright, okay? And so and when
do you do you remember going over the trucks or anything? Mmmm?

Speaker 6 (01:35:23):
You think you were going like twenty hours?

Speaker 1 (01:35:26):
But when I first pullt in, I I wasn't going
twenty cause it would have been hard for me to
stop suddenly.

Speaker 2 (01:35:31):
So when I first I was like going twenty on
this road going on, I wasn't. I wasn't going fast, Okay,
Like when I pulled in, it wasn't like a her.

Speaker 4 (01:35:38):
It was like a you know, you know, okay, and
then the car you stopped the car and you got out.
Is that when you got out talked to her, and.

Speaker 1 (01:35:47):
Then you tried to talk to her and then and
the caverstation just kept my levating the worst way, and
when I got back in the car, try to pull off?

Speaker 6 (01:35:54):
Where did you guy?

Speaker 2 (01:35:55):
When you got out? Where did you guys talk at?
It was I'm more, I'm more about the car, and
she was more.

Speaker 4 (01:36:00):
Over here, okay, and then at one point you get
in and start taking off and then okay, alright, alright,
is there anything else you can think of it? We
didn't ask you about I just want you, do you

(01:36:21):
remember if there's any cars in them?

Speaker 2 (01:36:23):
Okay? Like you don't?

Speaker 1 (01:36:25):
Literally I really do not remember. It was really like
tennel vision, all all all all went into her. It
is all wanting was to already get back in the car,
you know what. I like, Literally, I really did not
know why this situation was happening. So just imagine you
wake up your girlfriend, your wife whatever, she's beefing, and you're.

Speaker 2 (01:36:42):
Just like, you know, what the fuck is the problem?
I really don't know. Yeah, that w That was literally
my own, my only concern. It was just trying to
figure out what the fuck I did.

Speaker 4 (01:36:50):
So when you guys were out of the car talking,
when did the gunshots happen?

Speaker 2 (01:36:56):
I was right next to him. I wasn't even in
the car yet. When I when the first gunshot after
you were I wasn't even in the car yet.

Speaker 1 (01:37:02):
I was trying to pour her in the car.

Speaker 4 (01:37:05):
No, no, no, I'm asking when you first pull up
and you guys you get out to talk, were there
any gunshots then?

Speaker 2 (01:37:11):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:37:12):
The gunsot The gunshots happened after the the car made
contact with her and I and then I get out
to take her and put her in the car. And
then he's like literally probably right here and you like
the gun you could feel vibrate your ear.

Speaker 2 (01:37:26):
Then you know what I'm saying, where were Where was
your car after you like right here stop? After I stopped?
It was not like right here in front of it,
like in front of it was right here? Okay, you
know what I'm saying. Oh, that's when you put her
in the car. Yeah, and she was on the right side,
but she was still in the grass. And where was
she laying in that if you can put it out
that photo when you stopped.

Speaker 1 (01:37:45):
The car, I don't want to say, like around this area, okay,
like on each side of the tree, you know, like
around this area okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (01:37:54):
So like what what where do I what do I guy? Like,
you know, what do I have to look forward to
deal with it. Well, let me, let me get to
bring this back out there and then I'll let you know.

Speaker 6 (01:38:05):
So let's we'll complete this interview and then I'll let you.

Speaker 1 (01:38:09):
Know what's gonna happen. Are you like, are you guys
going to keep me and Cassy like? Well, then that's
kind of what we're saying.

Speaker 2 (01:38:15):
