So we wanted the center review a couple of things. Actually,
we're gonna review what you have talked about earlier. When Tracy.

We had spoken to Greg okay earlier, okay, alright, and
he kind of gave us up a timeline of what
you guys all did last night and you know what
he did today. So in an effort to try to

connect the dots, let's start with, uh, what time did
did you and.

Speaker 10 (04:38):
Uh Nikki leave the house last night?

Speaker 3 (04:39):
I'm like seven thirty d eight and thinking ten thirty,
and where did you go? We went to McDonald's and
then we went to We just got went through the
drives real quick, and then went to Duario Hall, okay
for the show. We were had a way to I
think the show started actually at seven, but we can
get there. So we wait for her mom to sell

for a sitter and she showed up a little at
found seven is seven fifteen, okay, So we left after that.
You didn't go anywhere else in between, You didn't stop
it anyone else's falls, Nope, went straight. We were finishing
up our McDonalds as we went into its parking, okay,

And at what point did you meet up with with
Greg and the whole group? They were already in the show.
So minute after we went in there, we got our
wrist bands. That was a long line. So after like
fifteen minutes, I ended up running into into the man okay,

ran into Aaron and Darcy first. So you left home
about seven was McDonald's. Ye give me Donald's right here,

(06:06):
and got in the highway. I was eating on as
I drove over there. Okay, so there's fifteen minutes. I
think we got to live water hole, you know, just
before we eat Okay, okay, and then okay, so you're

like fifteen, you run into your friends, Greg and the
one group. Well they were spread spread all but that
that's when that's when you start seeing your friends. Yep. Okay.
What time do you leave the watering hole that I
didn't leave?

Speaker 4 (07:13):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
I'm guessing on my ish a little after. I was
pretty intoxicated at that point, and Greg was driving, and
he didn't he was a sober so he was driving.

Speaker 10 (07:29):
So let's go, I'm guessing.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
I mean twelve, twelve thirty somewhere. What time did they
counted end? I'd say a love thirty, maybe eleven thirty.

Speaker 10 (07:39):
And then did the whole group.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Kind of did you guys have a plan? Where are
you all?

Speaker 13 (07:43):
We're gonna go?

Speaker 10 (07:44):
We kind of did, Yeah, we had.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
Talked about everybody he was gonna I. Right after the show,
I went got in line from the bathrooms, long line,
and then no, I couldn't find anybody. I talked to Greg,
and then I ended up calling Nicky and saying she
was in the car with my friends already. She said,
Crystal and Aaron and Darcy and whoever else is in

that car. Okay, so they're already. I was still in
the faring home. Actually this is up, but I was
at up towards the bar party because I don't know
if you got the place.

Speaker 13 (08:14):
It's real big.

Speaker 10 (08:15):
I haven't been in there like forever. It's a real
big buble.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
It's extended. I had like a center room and everybody
still checking wristbands everywhere, and so it takes a while
to get through. So I didn't run out there, and
I said, okay, i'll meet you at the starting camp.
So and Greg and I were walking out, we had
to run into some good high school friends that we
hadn't seen in a long time and got chit chatted

with them, probably twenty eight minutes or so, thirty minutes
and so I don't know exactly.

Speaker 10 (08:46):
What time you left, but before you left and before
you ran into.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Those high school friends. You spoke to Nikky on the phone. Yep, okay,
and she was already she was in the actually working
in the car with the other friends and headed towards
going to the starting camp. Okay.

Speaker 10 (09:15):
And then you said he was me either, and.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
She was upset at he is the thing that I
was talking to a girl and whatever?

Speaker 10 (09:32):
And what did she say about who are you talking to?
And I.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
Said, I don't know if I even Telarie, was Katie
or whatever. There's a lot of people in themselfs motion
in there. So it was relatively short conversation. But you
know that I said, this could be and silly it
would be.

Speaker 10 (09:56):
No, you're with Greg, okay, okay.

Speaker 13 (10:02):
So then.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
You talked to Katie and her whoever's with her, and
for about twenty thirty minutes. So we're looking at what
you now said. The concert was at about eleven thirty, Yeah,
eleven three ish, so you know it was maybe.

Speaker 10 (10:20):
Towards a half hour.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
That's how I'm gifting about midnight or so after midnight
the lottery at all.

Speaker 13 (10:26):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
And because I remember when we had that conversation, I
told NICKI out on the way when we were driving.
Greg was driving. We're going down belt and he was tall,
and then he took the phone from me because she
was hysterical and drunking rationally when I'm making any sensi
and just kind of yelling at me. And she said, well,

(10:48):
let me try and talk to her. And then she
said she did when she was lucky. So that's when
she'd tell you where you were at where she was
at that time, not that not on the phone, okay.
And I assumed she was with the group at the starting.
That's when she said she was walking at that time, okay.
So that she told Greg that that she was walking,
so and where are you to me? I don't pick

(11:11):
it up right, and she wouldn't say it. And then
Greg said he didn't know if she just hung up
on or the phone died. So and then then we
just kept time to going. The enemy drove around in
the area looking for a before we went into the
sardine can okay, and we asked a few people in there,
you know, if we had seen the heat and where

(11:34):
she went, you know, where I was just thinking, she's
kind of mad at me and pulling a little stunt
to that. So this time at this point, so I
know it's talking about the guy or whatever, and I
didn't know what happened.

Speaker 10 (11:45):
We're all your other friends still there, No, they were not.
How long you think he drove around looking.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
For her before you went to the start before.

Speaker 10 (11:57):
I I don't know, ten minutes I and then don't.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Know were this whole time you're driving around looking for her.
Were you either calling and or texting her? Yeah, yep,
I called her quite a few times in the team
after that phone call and kept on going straight to voicemail.
So it went to voicemail when you guys were still
in your car driving. Yeah, and Greg was parking right,

(12:21):
that's on her phone died.

Speaker 10 (12:22):
That's when on her phone die or she hung up,
She didn't know.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
And when I tried calling back a few minutes after
that a bunch of times, and they kept on going
straight to voicemail.

Speaker 10 (12:31):
So either ways, is you know if it's either off word.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
She's on the phone that for some reason there's usually
a call waiting on her but right, so I was
figuring those off and had died because she had been
using her phone a lot doing using Snapchat and stuff like.

Speaker 10 (12:47):
That at the concert.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
So I does drain battery a lot. So I kind
of figured, you know, at the point I died, right,
and she does get she's bold and the schools, you
know what, does her own thing and with session that
has any drinks and has no filters per se all and.

Speaker 10 (13:10):
Just looked butt off.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
And does she take any kind of medication? No, not
that I know, I don't think so. Something she had
for depression, not when I listen with her, but fire.
She had mentioned that earlier in the relationship.

Speaker 10 (13:27):
But did she ever mention anything about postparting, the pressure or.

Speaker 3 (13:30):
Anything like that. Yeah, maybe his two kids. No, I
didn't really discuss that actually possibility with I think she
was that plane. And then like she always was kind
of a social butterfly beforehand before she got pregnant everything
and liked to all it a lot, and not having

(13:51):
that life after she's pregnant and then.

Speaker 10 (13:53):
Cooked up with a whole body of the kid and
very great mother.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
And always no, never missed the breastfeed or anything like that.
That's why besides a few but one other time she
didn't stay at home as the other time. I talked
to what Stephan's a couple of months ago and she
said that Andrew had Prince House and I don't know that,

(14:18):
but where and where did that? Where did that happen?
Where did I started bad time?

Speaker 13 (14:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 10 (14:24):
That was that.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
I'm trying to think where what exactly happened that night?
I don't know. I had been hot to her similar
to this though, where she didn't kind of walk off
on her own.

Speaker 10 (14:38):
No, it's she didn't.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
There was another time she did just walk off on
her own. That was in It was like January is
the night after it was the night of the Arizona
playoff game and we had were at the Rovie watching there.
We had gone to the bar East and meet up
with a bunch of friends there and then she had
got said freaking out on me in the bar and
then she actual.

Speaker 10 (15:00):
Hit me at the bar there and.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
Like ran out and it was like zero, you know,
And I ran out after I was closing a tabout
and so I pulled that out and I ran out
after her, and she was running up playing tell me
not too the corners at a little otto place in

(15:23):
the corner and then to a squad. I pulled in
and stopped her and then I ran up and talked
to her and she was like bligering with the officers
there and then ended up putting her in the back
of the squad car, and I walked back to the
bar where had a cab waiting for us, and well
it was on its way, and so they stayed there

(15:46):
and made her and then she got the cab and
we went home. And I don't know what she was thinking.
She was stuck in her mind and then she just
goes especially with the drinking. That's that's really worried me.
What was her drinking like before she got drinking. You
know what, we didn't know each other that long before.

Speaker 14 (16:08):
I mean we went out, i'd.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Say twice a week. We used to go on the weekends,
and we there's like a handful of times that I
went out without her, and I don't think that she
I went out once without me. But she would drink fast,
he was. I mean, she's putting down a little beer,
will drink in half the long time.

Speaker 13 (16:31):
I drink it.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
And so she's kind of a race to race to
the finish type thing like. It's that's why I think
last night she had went into a few friends that
she had known, so I started talking with a few girls,
and I think she was doing some shots with them,
so she can't handle that many either. She hasn't drink
it's like three four times since she's then had since

(16:54):
Dylan was born, right, so she's not able to handle
where anymore? What's his birthday? Four twenty ninth, twenty fifteen.

Speaker 15 (17:05):
Real quick, When you guys met your friends on your
way out of the watery hole, what were their names?

Speaker 3 (17:11):
Oh, let's see the little taka named Andrea. And there
is Steve Perkins. He's not at montsal a friend he
was at Uh, he was part of a party house.

Speaker 10 (17:25):
Way back in high school. Okay, what's Andrew's last name?

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Uh, that's sir.

Speaker 10 (17:31):
That was Yeah, if it's amazing, I believe.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
That was their maiden name. Anybody else, Uh, there was
a couple of people that I didn't know. Her husband
was there, Yeah, I don't know him. And then Katie Jones,
that's your maiden name, Katie hannah An. That was hockey do.

Speaker 13 (18:03):
And I was right on.

Speaker 3 (18:07):
Right by the door out in the front of a
lottery hole there the front.

Speaker 10 (18:10):
I got on the belt side, or I got on.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
The belt side.

Speaker 10 (18:13):
That's where like that corner of the bar right there. Oh,
you're in the bar. Yeah, we're still in the bar.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
Yeah. So we had a drink in a sho and
then we took off. I was kind of in you
party more too, and I wasn't driving, so you had
a quite a bit to drink last night. And I

(18:49):
just don't know why she went to say where she
was and so we picked her up and.

Speaker 13 (18:55):
I just hear it.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
When did I.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
When did Aaron say that he saw can't go through
that with this is must be in the timeframe, so
they all see her walking away from the starting camp.
He helped the group, So yeah, I just tooked with
him here tonight. Yeah, at eleven o'clock there, he said
that they're at the corner by the gate there. I

(19:24):
think he didn't satisfy us that they're waiting inside or outside.
And then NICKI had angrily walked off and towards on
Howard Street. He said, walking west, and then he walked
after her, and then she looked back saw him, and

(19:44):
then she started running away from when he said he
ran up in front of her and get in front
of her that you know, what are you doing? Nikki?
Had you know this neighborhood do a wong people walking
around she's dressed up, blonde, tall blond walking on that
street is I don't know how. I don't want to
walk down my seat At that time, I by myself.
So and did she did he say, if she said

(20:08):
anything before she left the starting kid or did she
know she? He said, she was like irrational and drunk,
and then she started getting like I was like a
psychotic fit a little bit, and then she fell on
the sidewalk and started screaming there and I was like
two blocks down, he said, on how would you say?
And he said he went back there at night and

(20:28):
that's what that I just mentioned that fire, he said,
I was like right out in front by that house.
He said it was a couple of.

Speaker 10 (20:35):
Holes down the second block, and that's when the hoover
showed up.

Speaker 9 (20:40):
And that's when the.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
Yeah, that's back, you know, only a block and half
away or whatever. And should ask maybe more questions.

Speaker 13 (20:50):
I guess, but.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
I don't know. He said he did this since when
he left so with Angela, Crystal and Jesse and whoever else?
He said, I don't know. I did not, you know,
I didn't see them. So I'm getting this all from him, right,
This is all from his word of mom.

Speaker 10 (21:13):
I didn't see any of this.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
Has any of those other friends called you today the group.

Speaker 10 (21:20):
I haven't had my phone.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Since she basically you know, I was sitting there feeding
Dilan and woke up and then I think maybe she
was just like no, polmos not coming home. And then
like the second time, I went back to sleep with
Dylan and then woke back up when he sung her
again and was feeding him, and I started a little
more worried and like, okay. Then I contacted her sister.

(21:42):
That was after noon, and then as the time progress,
I I contacted Dallas.

Speaker 10 (21:47):
Who was the other sitter at at night at my house,
and that's like one of her really good friends, and
she hadn't her from her.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
And I just started getting more worried. And then Heather
was working and she is contacting a few people and
people getting back to me, and about whatever four o'clock,
it was studying real worried, and that's when he decided
to call the police and go over the report. And

(22:15):
then I didn't get to talk to too many kicked
the hater, and so my parents showed up at that
point and Greg was coming over. He was gonna come
over to just get me right in my car and
just progressed into that here and I had been had
left my house until now, said and so you would you?

(22:37):
And uh, after Eve and Greg leave the starting can
you go in you find a couple? Did you know
the people that said she left me?

Speaker 9 (22:46):
I did not.

Speaker 10 (22:46):
I did not know when Greg didn't know him.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
I I to be honest, I don't know. I couldn't
probably picked the guy away yet if I saw him, right,
So then you guys leave, then you come back home
away from the starting camp. I don't know. Yeah, no,
it's uh, I don't really tud remember all this. And
we told around a little.

Speaker 13 (23:06):
Bit after that too, and.

Speaker 3 (23:10):
You know, there was only so much she knew at
that point. And then we went home and I didn't
I don't have didn't have Dallas's number else call I
should not have Colliners to Facebook on the way home
and ask him, you know, where's Nicky? Then we just
went home there and Dallas was there, and Dallas is there,
Dylan and this is whatever, two thirty three o'clock in

(23:31):
the morning, and and she said, I haven't heard from Nikki,
and I was just kind of figuring out see wherever
she went you know, with a friend or whatever.

Speaker 13 (23:42):
And that's why I just okay, I.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
Went to bed, and so then okay, so you and
Greg get there, Nick Dallas leaves and Greg is still
there for a little bit.

Speaker 10 (23:57):
Yet not he left, she got before him. Was that correct?

Speaker 3 (24:04):
To be honest? I like at the same time as
or team might have stayed for a little bit.

Speaker 13 (24:09):
Okay, and then.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
You went to bed, I'd say about threes or thirty.
Do you remember when you got out first this morning?
The first time doing the whole cup was like seven
o'clock his early six thirty seven. I was not feeling
good at that time, and so we're pretty intoxicated actually,
and this battle he laid in bed and then he

(24:34):
just took a nap and I fell asleep again. And
I want to help at night eleven o'clock and then
maybe in firstful time getting all this feeding stuff together,
and did you did you call her or text anyone?
That I did not have my phone in the morning,
So I then I facebook Dallas and Heather saying, you know,

(24:59):
we're there's everybody sause I went on my beater and
I couldn't find my phone and holding Dylan, and you know,
I ended up finally it.

Speaker 10 (25:07):
Was in those sheets of the bed.

Speaker 3 (25:10):
And then I don't know what time I found that
at I text somebody that I just got my phone,
and that's when I all started calling, getting the hold
everybody and talking with Heather and and then I was

(25:31):
as I was seeing them again, and I was watching
out of the brewer gaming, sitting on the couch and
just sleeping on me, and I fell asleep again.

Speaker 15 (25:40):
So there's a couple of footing follow ups here. When
you guys went back to this starting can and you
talked to these two random.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
Guys that you didn't know who they were, but they knew. Yeah, crag,
we were asking around and ye had said it wasn't
even Nikki or Fragg said that was Nicky.

Speaker 10 (26:01):
For asked what was mean and said Nicky? He said, oh, yeah,
she was here. What part of the bouts that I
was outside.

Speaker 3 (26:09):
On that back patio, like towards in between like the
doors and Google outside and the bark Okay, so it
was outside.

Speaker 13 (26:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (26:19):
As far as this Uber driver thing that came up,
how did the Uber driver get involved?

Speaker 3 (26:26):
I think that was Aaron had called the Uber or
the apt or whatever someone one of that group had
called Uber.

Speaker 10 (26:33):
Okay, so who all rode with Uber?

Speaker 3 (26:35):
You know?

Speaker 10 (26:37):
And well, according to Aaron, this is so, this is
coming through. You didn't see him leave with Nay?

Speaker 3 (26:43):
Then okay, he said, Crystal and Angela we are sisters,
Jesse Tytler and Aaron what Aaron and Darcy had fiance Darcy.
So Aaron Darcy, Crystal and Angela and those tours sisters.

(27:10):
And then Jesse, I think it's Barakashawan, I believe, or
marry name. How come how come.

Speaker 10 (27:20):
Mike didn't drive them up?

Speaker 3 (27:22):
Well, Mike was a d D and I think he drove.
He drove everybody to the water and beside Nicky and I.
I believe we're in Greg because we kind of went
to this, put this together the last minute that Nicky
and I were gonna go, And I think he must
have just dropped him off. I'm just speculating on that.
I don't even know. I didn't see them him driving

from the Lottery and.

Speaker 10 (27:44):
Hole at all, So I don't even know if she
was actually.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
In that con That's what she said to me on
the phone in that short conversation after this. I was
just after the concert a half hour twenty minutes after
the concert, and we don't know if Mike was stayed
at the starting kid Joel there, you know, and went home.
He's a followed at you and everything, so he had

(28:07):
to get home and and here inside the girls when
he was running after Nikki there there was those four
girls were sitting right by the fence gate there. And

(28:34):
then he said when he was leaving, like she was
walking away on her phone. Okay, And she did text
me quite a few times in between in that general
time frame before I had called.

Speaker 10 (28:50):
Her at that time when Gregie and I spoke to her,
so she was on her phone that we've seed it would.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
It sounds like her phone battery was with Dad at
this point. So I think she's leaving the bar and
this is like right at the time, maybe we're talking
to those people at the water and all so by
after the letter trawl or whatever, and she's walking away
and sending me these texts. Because she sent me a

(29:20):
bunch of texts rights in the row. I fight didn't
see those because I was in the conversation, in the
conversation at the bar there, and then when I saw
sending me some mild texts, you know what, what are
you talking to and all this stuff like you know,
And that's when I told her when we were driving
and then trying to count her down at that point,

(29:42):
she was just swound up, real mad and drunk and
does not make any sense.

Speaker 10 (29:48):
It was.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
I wouldn't think Greg decided, oh, you know, let me
talk to her, you know, and I can get through her.
We're what do you think happened? Or where do you
think Filiam Gosh, be honest, I don't know. She's I mean,
she just sort of just walk on. I think she
might went to another bar. That's what her sister had.

(30:15):
They thought too that. But we're gonna maybe go check
some other bars. She was there, was left, wasn't wasn't. Yeah,
it was like two thirty is you know, So she's
in that moment she go go go. Maybe she went
into the next Star, but walking that way, I don't know.
Maybe she's not that great with directions and unless she

(30:37):
turned around came back after the order left. Yeah, but
then I mean, not to the Sardine Can. I came
back to Broadway, and there's how many bars in that
general area that she could go to? None that I
know that she ever frequented. Or went to before.

Speaker 10 (30:57):
But I think you told us that you got into
the Google call yep for her.

Speaker 3 (31:10):
Ye kind of going to that a little bit can
explain that I went, um my sister into her password
or one of her passwords. She's one of the dolls,
and so I'm like, okay, let me go try a password,
and tried all they worked, So I signed into her
Google Gmail and with my phone, I know, you go

(31:34):
to the location history and track my time sometimes that
you know, And so I just went in there to
see where she was, and I showed all the show
over for today was flying from that general area as
proflies straight to Wasaw and the center, an area in
wa saw and instead of walking in set of Mannixelia

(31:58):
says like what should do and says.

What what's her?

Speaker 3 (32:02):
Like?

Your Gmail? Connor her email?

Speaker 3 (32:05):
It's what the Gmail? She has like two or three
three different emails, because I think she just had a
Gmail set up when she got the new standsung. She
always had an Apple phone, so she just got the
Samsung here.

A month or two ago, so that you have to
get a Gmail toma. So that was I think it's
just nicky.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
I don't know. It was already filled in. I think
Nicky Vanderhideen and the Gmail b is Nikki and I
k k I, yes, she always goes by Nikki too,
not Nicole. Do you think it was a Nicki vander

hiding I still have it logged in on my computer.

Yeah. At emails dot com and she's got like a
one for the public school system, accom email Accollege and
then I got too account like live for health eight
head outoo dot com.
