He's right there.

Speaker 16 (02:33):
I'll talk to him real quick.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Sounds good talking to me real quick. Sure, I'm really cold.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
It's okay if it's in here, because it's because he is,
that's fine.

Speaker 16 (02:45):
I did not know that.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
No, please please stay in the car, all right, nobody

And said dad.

Speaker 16 (02:56):
I talked at the bug lap and messed up.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
I slid down. Well, you're not hurt, right, You're okay, No,
just a little colds off side your pride a.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
Little bit and probably seven thousand dollars.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Okay, all right, man, do you have your idea with
your driver's license? Any chance?

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Thankfully?

Speaker 3 (03:11):
What were you doing down here, budd?

Speaker 17 (03:12):
Well?

Speaker 3 (03:13):
I felt like I needed to get out, like and
I figured, why not park here and just just relax
a little bit, relax and think.

Speaker 16 (03:20):
And I parked on the boat ram and I thought
it would be easy to get out, But when I
tried to or.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
Did you park exactly? Were you down the hill a
little bit?

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, just a little bit.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
And then when he got back in, go ahead.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
When I got back in, I tried to put it
in drive and it didn't go up.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
So then I tried putting it in low gear, shimming
it a bit. That didn't work.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Were you facing down?

Speaker 17 (03:40):
No?

Speaker 16 (03:40):
Facing up and back down?

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Yeah, we're gonna handle this, man. Do I get a
toe going for a car in the river. See if
anybody will take this, I'm gonna work on that. I
don't know, man. So I'm kind of glad you were
coming down here because I was like, it's not a crash.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
He just dude, it's like parked out.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
He parked it and basically couldn't get it up. It
just lost traction, looks like. And then he actually went
in it just down in the water. He's not hurt
it all. So I'm like, are you gonna get this
car out if possibler? I don't for you here, man,
I'm not sure exactly if we're gonna. We're gonna see
if we can go through the list, if anybody's got
some ideas, I'm getting this car out of here, okay
or not, I don't know. I don't She's talking a

(04:22):
whole lot of cars that have put themselves in that situation.
So we're gonna see what we can do.

Speaker 16 (04:28):
And I'm actually the owner of the life jacket program.
When the boat lamp here, okay, life jackets all right, junction.

Speaker 14 (04:36):
Oh my god, this is not it happens.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
It happened, Mitchell. He was almost eighteen before he driver
slices any accidents like they do when they're sixteen and seventeen.
Gotcha things stupid, I guess, yeah, not gonna lie.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
This is my first time too.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Really, it's a new one for me that I've never
seen one of these either.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
So it's a new one for me.

Speaker 16 (05:04):
On my on my website, backing up when people back
up their boats, I see the actions when it goes
actionally in the water next you know, the boat and
the trucks in the water.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
Just let me know if he does that way. If not,
we can train and get hold of a tow truck
then go from there.

Speaker 16 (05:17):
No, it's at an angle.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
It's heading up river.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
It's facing up river. Yes, the front of it is
facing up river.

Speaker 8 (05:27):
Damn it.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (05:28):
He's losing the hall.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
And he's like, I don't want to get wet. I
don't have the proper clothing to go into the water
and get wet.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Yeah, hey, Robert, Well, you know, I was just talking
to the patrol men and they're suggesting that we just
adjust this in daylight hours.

Speaker 11 (05:49):
That's why they make the big bucks.

Speaker 6 (05:51):
They're smart.

Speaker 11 (05:52):
Nobody, nobody wants.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
At the water here yet, welcome to jump in that car.

Speaker 15 (05:58):
He need to stay here?

Speaker 2 (06:02):
I'm sure he'd like to go home and get warm.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
I'm sure he'd like to get the fans. Yeah right, yeah,
it's not a crash, it's okay, stupid.

Speaker 11 (06:13):
All right, I'm gonna take him come and then he'll
come back here and.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
Figure out what question for you?

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Back bumper.

Speaker 18 (06:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
You can probably see it from here.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
A lot of red on the back of that dripping
down it all, A little bit underneath the license plate,
a little area right there. It's okay, A lot of
red looks like blood. Why, yeah, I don't know if
your your son hurt himself at all.

Speaker 16 (06:41):
He might, he just didn't know it.

Speaker 19 (06:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
That's a good That's why I'm asking.

Speaker 11 (06:45):
It's a good question.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
He's at home, hees to make sure he's not got
a cutter to be something out on him somewhere that
he's not aware of. Maybe because his joonleman was a
little high. Maybe you just have him to do like
the self check, make sure he's okay.

Speaker 11 (06:57):
Borrow Brian, Are you okay? The blood on the back,
bumper up and the l really yeah, did you get hurt?

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Are you sure you don't have any injuries?

Speaker 3 (07:10):
No, I'm fine, I'm sure, we're not sure.

Speaker 11 (07:15):
Read something red leunderneath the license.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Plate similar, let's stay.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
I don't know, all right, but you're not injured.

Speaker 11 (07:24):
You don't have any cuts.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
No, I don't know what would call whatever blong comfort, but.

Speaker 11 (07:31):
You're not injured.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
In downtown and I give him a chair to sit
and read his books.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
When was the last time you saw him?

Speaker 12 (07:37):
Saturday five o'clock. I said, I'll see you tomorrow, Warren,
and he was like okay, meaning he planned on coming
down on Sunday, and then he did not show up.
So I'm thinking if they saw him Saturday, maybe it
happened more up there, because it's weird. He would never
come down here.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
He would never come all over camp down here.

Speaker 12 (07:54):
He worked for people Ready, and someone found the wallet
and called people Ready this morning and they said that
everything looked like it was in there because he doesn't
have much and I just gave him twenty dollars for beer,
so I know that he had maybe a couple bucks.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
So they found his wallet just down here at the
What a raise concerned with you today to report him missing?

Speaker 12 (08:13):
Because the place people ready called to see if I
had seen him, because he didn't show up for work,
and he's never once not shown up for work in
the four years.

Speaker 16 (08:21):
He's been working for them.

Speaker 12 (08:23):
So I said no, and that I hadn't seen him
since Saturday.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
She's never seen or heard of him being down here.

Speaker 12 (08:31):
That's why. That's why I'm freaked out, because there's no
way he walked all the way down here in his wallet.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
So in how many years? Good? Four years?

Speaker 12 (08:38):
Yeah, that's as long as I've known him. Three morning
every day without bil like it's six o'clock, sometimes a
little suoner, and we always let him in before the customers.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
We give him free coffee. He's the nicest old man ever.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
Do you talk to him a little all the time.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
So every morning it's around six.

Speaker 19 (08:52):
Yeah, without fail, without fail, and he's the nicest guy ever.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
Reth looking that he is the nicest, the.

Speaker 12 (08:58):
Only one I have, and that's from own of twenty nineteen,
so he's a little bit thinner.

Speaker 5 (09:02):
Okay.

Speaker 12 (09:03):
So the lady from the place said that it was
whoever runs the life jacket thingy.

Speaker 16 (09:11):
I'm actually the owner of the life jacket program when
the boat m.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Pierre Okay, thank you, Yeah, of course.

Speaker 12 (09:17):
I hope you guys find him.

Speaker 11 (09:19):

Speaker 12 (09:20):
If anything, I just hope you find him so that
we can start the next process of whatever, because I
don't I don't know.

Speaker 5 (09:26):
I just think it's a what Why do you think
it's that.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
I am going to co operate?

Speaker 20 (09:38):
Okay, So parents have some concerns of some stuff they
may have found in your room.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Yeah, I believe so.

Speaker 16 (09:45):
And what would it be?

Speaker 4 (09:46):
Human? Head and hands? Do you have anything on?

Speaker 20 (09:49):
He's gonna cut poke hurts sticking anything without reading for nothing?

Speaker 4 (09:51):

Speaker 4 (10:08):

Speaker 4 (10:10):
Okay, let me do it.

Speaker 16 (10:12):
You go inside.

Speaker 4 (10:13):
Well, let's just start here with me for a minute.

Speaker 16 (10:14):
Sit down, want to sit down?

Speaker 4 (10:17):

haven't seen it.

Speaker 15 (10:21):

Speaker 16 (10:28):
You might give up.

Speaker 20 (10:29):

in the uh well, okayd.

Speaker 16 (10:39):
A bad feeling about what happened this weekend.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
Come, she said, to the bag and depose it. And
he opened it up, and she called me and said,
you know, you know, okay, let you see it.

Speaker 21 (10:50):
We don't want him to run.

Speaker 8 (10:51):
I don't want to look at it.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
Yeah, hangout.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Okay, I'm good, sir.

Speaker 17 (11:04):
How are you?

Speaker 8 (11:05):
You said your name Brian.

Speaker 22 (11:07):
I'm not feeling too well.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
You're not feeling too well.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
I've been very very anxious.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
That's understandable.

Speaker 7 (11:13):
So we're gonna have you do here is I'm just
gonna have you sit in the back here.

Speaker 23 (11:16):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
I'm gonna turn on the air for you in a second.

Speaker 7 (11:19):
That way, you're not too hotter, you hot blooded A

Speaker 4 (11:21):

Speaker 7 (11:24):
Well no, actually sorry hot, so you prefer the cold, okay, fantastic, alright,
So hop in here. I know you're tall, so it's
a little bit of a tight squeeze.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
But like said, I'll get that.

Speaker 17 (11:33):
Air on for you.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Sorry about that, all right. Indumption has been quite violent lately.

Speaker 5 (11:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (11:40):
Hey, hold on, Brian, Okay, a bit thirsty. Do you
guys have any water in your home. I can't make
any guarantees we're gonna be able to go in and

soon as I can. Okay, all right, Brian, We're headed
to the sheriff office.

Speaker 4 (11:55):

Speaker 11 (12:07):

Speaker 3 (12:08):

Speaker 8 (12:10):

Speaker 7 (12:13):
All right, Brian, open the door for me.

Speaker 11 (12:14):
Please just walk forward from you, Brian, and I'll let you.

Speaker 24 (12:21):
You're okay, don't worry on it.

Speaker 11 (12:22):
Okay, keep on walking, keep going.

Speaker 23 (12:26):
Take another left, hard left right here? Right, all right,
So have a seat and we'll be with you in
a moment.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (12:34):
Thanks Brian right here, just send your time much time
that you need.

Speaker 25 (12:51):
Okay.

Speaker 26 (12:54):
So I know very little about what's going on today,
a story at all of what's going on. So we
had the car towed back to dress and of course
with the factory being wet and nothing was operating, and
so my husband was cleaning out the car because he

(13:16):
was going to take it into Scotti to see if
they could maybe salvage, and.

Speaker 18 (13:22):
He found the wallet.

Speaker 9 (13:23):
So he called me this morning and he said, found.

Speaker 18 (13:27):
The wallet or had his car?

Speaker 5 (13:29):
Oh and the opposite talked to there was.

Speaker 26 (13:31):
Blood on his car the night said, I lived in
the river the scene, and you know, he had just
had a prestigure done on his arm, had a few
days before. So I thought maybe the adrenaline and opened
that back up and that's where it came from.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
I don't know.

Speaker 23 (13:47):
And he said, I'm in the working robe.

Speaker 27 (13:49):
And he took special effects class.

Speaker 26 (13:51):
Last summer which involved stake blood and he's like, you
know one of those.

Speaker 27 (13:56):
Fake books singers first of my trunk is probably that.

Speaker 26 (13:59):
And I was like, oh, okay, that makes perfect.

Speaker 18 (14:01):
I went back out there this morning just to continue,
and I opened the blobbox and there was a knife
in the blove box under water. The bloodbox is full work,
very large knife. And then as I go running the
passing door, I opened the passing door and there's a
wallet in between this door. And that's not Brian's Botts
frozen solid. I tried it, that's not Brian's Watt's. I'd
take him the side and I ended up getting one

(14:23):
of the wads of cards out. There's a labor ready.
I read that, so I called it leave ready, and
that another one, another one, there was a social Security card.
I was like, Hey, this is a weird call. But
I've got a wall here with so and so his name,
and I'm hoping he works for you wall or he's
anna he can showing something out or whatever.

Speaker 4 (14:40):
Oh yeah, my woe.

Speaker 9 (14:41):
We've been missing him.

Speaker 18 (14:41):
Yes, he didn't show up to day. Okay, Well I
found his wallet, a bluehem pogram for so. Here's my name,
here's all my information. If you get a hold of
I'm telling me, I brit his wallet here at my house.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
Okay.

Speaker 18 (14:51):
So I left that like that called Brian. Brian, what's
going on?

Speaker 27 (14:55):
Why is the weng car oh, I trun it down
in the boatmen when I was on.

Speaker 18 (14:58):
Then walking around and he was since here. I I
took it all. I want to believe him. This is
my son, He's not fine.

Speaker 27 (15:07):
Happened and all this goings on in the last two days.
I him, you didn't tell us about the wallet, my dad.

Speaker 18 (15:12):
I was just so excited with all that going on.

Speaker 27 (15:14):
My car get old because it's wet, and I we'll start.

Speaker 18 (15:16):
I didn't think about it. I didn't think it was
important to add and like, Brian, who is one? Who
is this one?

Speaker 4 (15:23):
Whatever?

Speaker 5 (15:23):
Guy?

Speaker 18 (15:24):
Dad, I swear to you, I only know one morn
he's my school friend. It's not him. Don't you blood
that on the bumper? Right, I'm like, like a smear
of blood. And if I didn't come from that cut.

Speaker 9 (15:40):
And I asked him, tell him U the truth?

Speaker 4 (15:43):
Right, I knew.

Speaker 18 (15:46):
I didn't want to believe him. Something was gone, how
that gut feeling.

Speaker 26 (15:50):
I was in his ground cleaning out, putting some things away,
and he has a record made tenttainer in his closet,
and so I just kind of started digging.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
Through, going, you know, what, what is this mess?

Speaker 5 (16:01):
You know?

Speaker 26 (16:04):
And I saw a plastic bag, a white plastic trash.

Speaker 21 (16:07):
Bag, and I was like, what in the world does
he happened here?

Speaker 26 (16:12):
And I picked it up and it was heavy and
I held it in my hands and I was like.

Speaker 9 (16:17):
What in the world is this?

Speaker 4 (16:20):
What's the world is not like.

Speaker 26 (16:21):
Magnets covering something or I don't know, I better take
it in the sink.

Speaker 23 (16:26):
I carried it out to the sink and it was
double bags.

Speaker 26 (16:30):
So I ripped up in one bag and I saw
my old boy.

Speaker 21 (16:36):
And oh man, this was in.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
The second bag.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
Kay, So.

Speaker 9 (17:04):
I said nothing, said bad?

Speaker 18 (17:06):
Okay.

Speaker 11 (17:09):
I called my husband.

Speaker 9 (17:11):
I said, bride Junior has already.

Speaker 18 (17:13):
Gone over his friend's house.

Speaker 9 (17:15):
He said, Mom, and Mom go over.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
To Kai's house.

Speaker 18 (17:17):
And I said, okay, but you know, don't be over
there too.

Speaker 23 (17:20):
Mom.

Speaker 26 (17:21):
He goes, yeah, I should only be over there maybe
three or four hours.

Speaker 18 (17:23):
It's gonna hang out with Ayah.

Speaker 26 (17:26):
Call a father and he said, how did you stick
an anthy have from school is.

Speaker 4 (17:32):
Twelve three whatever.

Speaker 26 (17:37):
I just said, you need to come over here right now,
and then he said okay. Well I got to with
me and I said you need to come over here
right now, and he said, okay, I'll be.

Speaker 23 (17:46):
There a few minutes.

Speaker 18 (17:47):
He was already there by that point.

Speaker 23 (17:49):
Any good two?

Speaker 18 (17:56):
Can we fetched a plan to call Crye and tell
him to his brother you did the must thank for
a driving lesson because you learners.

Speaker 4 (18:05):
And just as he put that.

Speaker 18 (18:08):
And me and he kind of knew something of dad.
You don't feel like the day is going to change,
So I say anything like yeah, it would just being
really vague me and was Adan Moms one film they
had talking to nine one and it just seemed thank you, Hi,
How are you? Okay? Say?

Speaker 4 (18:27):
I never really a little special chairing scial share of
software wife from you? Yeah, the word you do?

Speaker 5 (18:40):
To school?

Speaker 1 (18:41):
I've went to Broadway Elementary School just across from my
dad's house.

Speaker 4 (18:47):
Then I went to Regland Middle School right graduated last year.
Okay do you work? Yeah? Where do you even? Part time?

Speaker 1 (19:02):
I'm gonna say part time value as a bagger slash
crazy que put a safe play.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
I work and we're from to How did you get here?
I heard it somewhere?

Speaker 24 (19:13):
Okay, start back in the beginning and go slow and
tell me somewenty details.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
That you can remember. So, because I mean Murray going
to jail for fifteen years probably I have no idea
because we're at the beginning. It's murder. I mean, I'm
going to jail for okay, twenty probably, so I figure
I fight.

Speaker 24 (19:35):
Okay, So what's important to me is to learn as
much about you and what you did and as I can,
well as many details as you can get live to see.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
Yeah, it was the night of February twenty seven. It
was a full moon, and I figured I can see
so well, why not try it out.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
I am in a bad seed in mind at that time.
I have major depressive disorders, so I am not thinking,
say topiciviy, okay, And I am cruising.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
Around for an hour an hour and a half. So
I fill up on gas halfway through, and I'm.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
Eventually driving underneath the bridge near the sheriff boss.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
I'm bad with I'm bad with for I'm just by
the way. I have a habitually shaker. I have a question.

Speaker 1 (20:30):
Do you see people who have committed crimes like me?
Do we stay in this county jail or are we moved?

Speaker 4 (20:36):
It all depends on the bridge. I thought I would
have to break downs cruising. Yeah, there's a road underneath.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
Right under the overpath, and I was driving along and
I see the shape here on the railway truck.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
So I'm like, oh, it's interesting. It's like ohh and
I've been looking. I feel large being wrapped in a
canvas okay, and I'm like, that's.

Speaker 10 (21:05):
An homeless person.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
So I rep and I put on three layers of
gloves because plastic gloves can betray their's because there's still
in a final gloves by putting your fingerprints food.

Speaker 4 (21:19):
So I put on too three on one hand.

Speaker 10 (21:22):
It took the knife.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
I pulled back the canvas and I stabbed his neck.

Speaker 18 (21:27):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
He was panicking at first, in his old man voice.
He was a kind know I know why I call
an old man.

Speaker 4 (21:34):
He was saying what are you doing? What are you doing? Why?
And I just kept on stabbing his neck. I was
it's okay. If I do a dem Australia, this is him.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
I was struggled on top of him like this okay,
and he couldn't fight back. It was actually spreading on easy.
I was, you know, breaking the sweat. I buy homesch guy,
He's going to be tough, but no, it was actually
surprised only easy. And during the time I was growling
and making the animalistic noises. Ask about a minute and

(22:06):
in half and from when I was finished stabbing him.
He took out his last threat, a grunt, and his
head was halfway cut off and stats all the while.

Speaker 4 (22:18):
No, Actually, after I killed him, I just couldn't stop
saying stinky, herty, dirty, sneaky.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
Wasn't I wasn't selling anything about you remember doing anything?
So yeah, I suppose it was just me speaking out
my mind at that moment.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
It was like pouring out of the mirning. What were
you worried about?

Speaker 24 (22:38):
I mean, this looks like it's pretty close to the
road and stuff. Somebody see me, well, or catch someone.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
It was eleven pm, so not many were trying to
tie Well, it was behind the pillar, so like here's
the road. It was here, so people would only see
a brief thing here and here. So were you worried
about him? Saying I was worried about one of them stopping,

(23:02):
but the thing could happen.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Well, they looked, well, it looked quite dark under there,
so they wouldn't have seen the guy. And like they looked,
they would have seen me holding light twelve inch knife
and wearing gloves and wearing.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
A mask to control my identity face mask. Okay, so
you weren't doing a COVID.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
You were doing partially, Yeah, but no one stopped. And
I'm just like, yeah, proves the bystander effect. They're cut
on your hand from Oh that was when I.

Speaker 4 (23:38):
Was doing gas when I filled up.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
What happened was because I don't want to be seen
in a gas station with a knife poking out of
my pocket.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
I put it in the car on the backseat floor.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
When I'm done with it, I try and grab it,
but my hands flips and grab the blade and as
I pick it up in plaices these two fingers.

Speaker 4 (23:58):
Okay, and then let's see yeah. And then after that,
I stripped his clothes. I cut open his belly. Let's
see his guts. They really can't fire house.

Speaker 18 (24:16):
He's in the neighborhood or he didn't really.

Speaker 26 (24:20):
You know, he had a couple of friends that he's
had and shoots the elementry.

Speaker 8 (24:25):
But you know he has a mortgage.

Speaker 10 (24:28):
He had a mortgage.

Speaker 26 (24:28):
That's a humor, and we make jokes that I'd say,
it's not funny either, Yeah it.

Speaker 18 (24:33):
Is, mom, you just don't get my phone.

Speaker 5 (24:34):
Children.

Speaker 12 (24:35):
I have a few.

Speaker 23 (24:36):
Okay, so over, but I was watching to call their parents,
and they said, you can see.

Speaker 21 (24:41):
Please come to coup their children.

Speaker 18 (24:43):
They're safe, they're not hurt.

Speaker 23 (24:46):
Came and everything's okay.

Speaker 1 (24:49):
I'm stating them. And then I cut off his hands.
I put those in plastic tip block bags. And then
I cut off his right arm at this joint at.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
This point and then at this arm.

Speaker 1 (25:06):
I had tried cutting it here, and then I tried
cutting a gear. But what happened was I accidentally broke
his boat. This one it was poken out, and so
I left that one here partially cut december to hear
boat stick it out, and then I left his body.

Speaker 4 (25:27):
There and then I took head, put it in the
left over the box from the dinner a few next
to Bill.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
And then I took the hands, put them in the back,
throw home, hid the hands and hand in my room,
cleaned the knife, throwed away in the garbage with his
boot on it, and then put the blood stained wasn't
to tag the splatters on it.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
I put it in the dish in the.

Speaker 5 (25:54):
Washing machine.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
What you I put the outfit I murdered him in
in lot more. Yeah, I was like, okay in a
washing machine, but on high speed. So it would have
effectively washed the place.

Speaker 24 (26:09):
I don't want to track over my mind, So you
kind of open to cut his arms off, his hands
off all that before he went home.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
Yeah, before I went home, I topped the armage around
like I took the.

Speaker 4 (26:21):
Right arvet threw it out and I took the left
art of it through went somewhere around that bridge.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
Yeah, but look in a because I know current teams
can be very wide here, you're.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
Going to want to look in a a ten foot
area to like this is a zoom in. So used
the road.

Speaker 1 (26:51):
And here's where my car was parked. You're going his
corpses here, cooperat.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
Over doing great. So you've just walked over here, I
could have.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
It's no use trying to the scene from sore and
you threw, well did you throw while you were there?
I mean there are two farm this section, Okay, in
general area, I can't.

Speaker 4 (27:21):
I couldn't say.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Because there's an arm, there's an arm there's another arm.

Speaker 4 (27:34):
Some pictures.

Speaker 2 (27:37):
There's another one.

Speaker 25 (27:38):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (27:40):
It's just like something of TV.

Speaker 11 (27:42):
Yeah, discussion with the deputy chief about how people.

Speaker 18 (27:46):
How these kids don't have any right.

Speaker 11 (27:50):
Here's a leg could be the upper.

Speaker 3 (27:52):
Arm or a leg.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Well, there's three there there and there piece.

Speaker 26 (27:56):
Of down there.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
I mean, we can get the lamb out of here.

Speaker 11 (28:00):
Investing in the hands and when did you put that in?

Speaker 4 (28:13):
Well, there's a three rule for bodies. I like to
call it the three. Tell me about that. Three days the.

Speaker 1 (28:19):
Body starts to stink. No, three hours, gritter morta sets,
body stiffens. Three days the body starts to stake because
of deep composition.

Speaker 4 (28:29):
Three weeks the body is starting to seriously nique. Of
those three months, the body is a recognizable three years.

Speaker 10 (28:40):
And turns into a scalton.

Speaker 16 (28:42):
And now how you know that?

Speaker 1 (28:44):
I just I've always had a fascination with forensics and
with anatomy and physiology.

Speaker 4 (28:52):
That's something I made up. That's something I don't want
to sound like hasn't been banking something. That's what That's
why I call it to reach the walls kind of
remember it that way. That's your way. Very accurate. Wow,
somewhat so much on the head and the hand and
your puck to the head I put because it was
starting to stink. I was planning on throwing a head

(29:12):
and hands.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
Away on the trash bag and not in the kitchen
trash but they were open trash bags. The head was
a trash bag. I hied it with the trash bag.
Hands I put in a trash bag as well. They
were in dipok bags. And I was I was planning
to they sell empty paint buckets. I was planning to

(29:35):
buy an empty paint bucket. Put the head in it,
feel it, and then I was going to throw it
off in some dish.

Speaker 4 (29:44):
Okay, hands, I was throwing at a different spot wherever.
I'm sorry.

Speaker 11 (29:47):
I just wanted make sure had it right, the head
inside of the trash bag.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
It was, well, where is it new?

Speaker 1 (29:53):
In the kitchen sink? My parents searched through my room
and they found the head and hands.

Speaker 18 (29:57):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
And so the head and the hand in the kitchen.
Think now on my checked okay, so they're in the kitchen.

Speaker 11 (30:04):
Think now, did your parents put in there white like.

Speaker 1 (30:07):
A kitchen one or what like kitchen away white kitchen
that you put in a trash can?

Speaker 4 (30:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (30:13):
And then what about the hands?

Speaker 4 (30:14):
They were in the simple as you said, both in,
it's in both in a different trash back, okay, the
white kitchen trash back.

Speaker 1 (30:22):
Yes, But now they're in the kitchen thing. Yes, and
you talked about uh used to be thinking or I
know it's not even just caulf.

Speaker 4 (30:30):
Hand, Oh yeah it was. It was the knife. I
was just so you could you practice on anything else?
How did you know how to do it?

Speaker 6 (30:36):
You know?

Speaker 4 (30:37):
I just went along as the process the bones, I
just pressed the bally down went okay, then I believe
it okay? And how hard was it to do that
to them? Actually not particularly? I was just more frustrated, eyebroke.
I was ever, So if you haven't got frustrated, what mature?

(30:58):
It sounds like, wait, did we know? Did you have
a different plan? What were the original though? Because I
always wanted to know what it felt like to.

Speaker 10 (31:08):
Cut up someone?

Speaker 4 (31:10):
So you just so, why did you stop? You stop?
Because the arms? That's it, and that's all I want
to know. It was was like cutting off the landin
I'm just like, okay, find the full up. I do
not do not college studying a school site like a
happy interest. I understand. What were you worried about, like

(31:31):
leaving evidence behind? Thought totally tell me about that and
why you did that?

Speaker 1 (31:37):
Well, I was figuring the police, don't this is not
to be taken offense, but police they don't seem to
care as much about higher rising individuals, homeless people, prostitutes
at there. So I was deliberately looking for someone who
lived that type of life, okay, and I found a

(31:58):
helpless president.

Speaker 4 (32:00):
The original goal was just in there.

Speaker 1 (32:03):
But I was worried about the five ers on the
outfit I was wearing that would be on his clothes
and stuff, so I deliberately.

Speaker 23 (32:11):
About wanting to kill homeless person specifically.

Speaker 8 (32:13):
But he definitely talked to me a lot about like killing,
and I was actually surprised because I figured that if
he was going to do something like this, that it
would be on a larger scale like I thought he would.
I don't want to sound vulgar, but I figured if
he was going to snap, it would be like shooting
up a store or something similar like that. And he
had mentioned like not liking his neighbors, so I thought

(32:33):
maybe something would happen there. So I was actually really
I was surprised that he had killed someone, but I
was also surprised that it had only been one person.

Speaker 24 (32:42):
Well, how long have you been planning or looking for
someone to do this with before you tell this guy.

Speaker 4 (32:48):
About a year a year.

Speaker 24 (32:50):
No, it's not become close or seeing somebody or chicken
out or anything in the past.

Speaker 4 (32:56):
No, I mean I was looking for a lily sycreated
place like that one.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
I wouldn't just go up being closed in and find
some walking down the street and stab him.

Speaker 4 (33:10):
At two public agencies if you looked like at the
homeless places. When I think in the past I have
U I would go on night drives often, maybe once
every two weeks now, just for in the streets. So
before this guy, how close you come? Not at all.

Speaker 24 (33:29):
I'm all we just drive around and now look, just
try and find just anybody interesting and.

Speaker 4 (33:35):
In your mind though of the land.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Well, occasionally when you see girls walking down the street,
I take a plant him because it really is like
a camper where half of me says, but I'm quite
in that TWI pointing, I'm.

Speaker 4 (33:51):
Being if I'm the cafe Nova.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
But after me says I want to take that girl
home and he here feel nice, and the other half
would be it's just like what Ed said is I.

Speaker 4 (34:03):
Want to see what I had under stick was like,
really weird.

Speaker 28 (34:05):
We're like all of those We're just a group of
people like don't really fit anywhere else and end up
like finding each other at different point throughout school. We
were just all kind of weird together, and so like
the Offenller stuff and like anything that.

Speaker 4 (34:16):
Like seemed weird. I just kind of like took for
Brian and Brian and just.

Speaker 21 (34:20):
Kind of trying to our friend group would joke about.

Speaker 28 (34:23):
If there was one of us that would like be
a killer, it would be him.

Speaker 10 (34:26):
But it was like meant as a joke, and only
as a joke.

Speaker 28 (34:29):
I don't think any of us actually thought that something like.

Speaker 26 (34:31):
That would have any kind of minimal issue MOS or disability.

Speaker 9 (34:36):
Why you were to have ADHD.

Speaker 18 (34:41):
ADHD medicine, I think it get it started fuming.

Speaker 9 (34:47):
In middle school.

Speaker 18 (34:48):
He started head sitting, antisocial behavior, just thinking to get
kids about that, I think.

Speaker 9 (34:57):
And then when you switched to food.

Speaker 26 (34:58):
A high school, he did okay in ninth grade, tenth grade,
he's gotten a lot of trouble for our behavior issues.

Speaker 18 (35:07):
Aletventh grade we had a big meeting and they said
kids don't issues.

Speaker 9 (35:13):
So we put him in Mark five to me to
come and some.

Speaker 18 (35:18):
Testing for ADHD when not us visions of rehab and
the doctor had said, yes he's ADHD.

Speaker 28 (35:28):
Yes, he's autistic.

Speaker 9 (35:30):
Yes, he's this.

Speaker 26 (35:32):
Oh, and there's some indications that that he should get further.

Speaker 18 (35:37):
Testing because of potential psychosis. And I asked about.

Speaker 9 (35:42):
Referrals and calm, and nobody in now you know, Okay, Well,
he seems to be doing good. You know, he graduated
high school. He works a safe way.

Speaker 18 (35:54):
And he's been working there for a year in August.

Speaker 26 (35:58):
And he's remember our time, and he said, he's not
taking his medicator if.

Speaker 9 (36:02):
He on medications.

Speaker 26 (36:03):
Now he's on ADHD medicine. Okay, and he takes before
works on his part time job, and he takes Search
for Me, which is an antire anxiety.

Speaker 18 (36:14):
And anti depression.

Speaker 26 (36:16):
So he's been gid And to the best of your knowledge,
is he actually taking them?

Speaker 9 (36:22):
Like do you watch him take.

Speaker 26 (36:24):
Watch him take him?

Speaker 9 (36:25):
So I have no lun set and every nine at
ten pm, I said, right.

Speaker 26 (36:28):
And take your medicine, and he says, I know, I
am And as I looked at his still container, I
mean it's going you know, seems that he seems to
be going down.

Speaker 18 (36:38):
So I assume he was about I'm thinking three years ago.
I'm guessing I don't know, because he had him going
to counsel, and he was going to counsel and then
he just thought about it. It just came across his head.
It was just and then I think everybody thinks about it.

Speaker 5 (36:52):
But that's just why.

Speaker 18 (36:52):
I remember one of the times when he was really
lonely and that was an issue. You know, we're kind
of concerned about that. He made jokes about making dises.

Speaker 21 (36:59):
Or doing that and doing that.

Speaker 18 (37:00):
Okay, but I don't know. I just played it off
as normal talk. But I'm like, you know, Brian, we
would you know, I didn't.

Speaker 4 (37:06):
Know the depth of the water.

Speaker 18 (37:08):
I don't. I don't understand. He's obviously sick. He's obviously
very sick because we've noticed weird things about it. Guys
gets cold, just just looks. Community has his cold look
and his.

Speaker 4 (37:18):
Major depressive disorder. I'm just curious what those are. Bocs
have several I have high functioning asperts.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
I have ADHD, the major depressive disorder, okay, major depressive CD.

Speaker 4 (37:32):
Oring who made that asponen?

Speaker 21 (37:34):
Yeah, I know what they are.

Speaker 4 (37:35):
I was curious, Yeah, if you what the that diagnoses what?
And if diagnoses them.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
They tested me for auptism for a formal diagonists think
guy aspers that which is.

Speaker 4 (37:47):
High function office. Yep. And they also said I was
scise of something. That doesn't mean misremembering. They just said,
you have your skills of something.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
Why be schizophrenia, schizo effective, skiz the pable or schizoing
disort of me that I was, I had something that
would diagnosed.

Speaker 4 (38:07):
With anything like that?

Speaker 11 (38:08):
Did you feel like you had that?

Speaker 4 (38:09):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
Possible hotels not diagnosing, it's foolish, yeah, but do you
you know because the friend it's pretty extreme because people
I don't have, they have a different personality in there.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
I don't have any hallucinations I have. I had illusions,
I guess. Okay, like years ago, I thought that that's
what people staring at me.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Okay, I felt people watching me from every window. The
birds were looking at me, watching me. Can't create your purpose.
That was a delusion, I suppose, right, But you.

Speaker 26 (38:46):
Don't have times where you feel like another personality in
your body?

Speaker 5 (38:50):
No, I remember all that.

Speaker 4 (38:52):
No, that's that's the associated identity distorted. Right, Schizophrenia is well,
you you have multiple people talking to you at the
same time, kind of a thing. Oh no, I as well.
I figured my mother would have confronted me about it,
but no, she was. She didn't even say it. Do
you know who the person was? Would? Because I know

(39:13):
I took his wallet. I did it.

Speaker 5 (39:15):
Wek at it.

Speaker 4 (39:16):
I just picked it up, briefly scanned over it and
put it in my car.

Speaker 1 (39:21):
Apparently it was Warren. My mom told me this before
she found out that the mistake person it was Warren.

Speaker 24 (39:29):
To Brown for it, you talked about the stuff there
we're going to look for your mom's office was saying,
apparently the knife is where my dad found a meacof box.

Speaker 4 (39:40):
I don't know where it is.

Speaker 9 (39:41):
What did a knife look like that you found in that?

Speaker 18 (39:44):
You know when you brought like a tenpiece night set,
the biggest one in there.

Speaker 26 (39:47):
Okay.

Speaker 18 (39:47):
I think when we moved Vick to Terry as the
day kid, we probably bought all the new kitchens and
I think he just took it out of the kitchen
because we found it in his car before by you know,
he just that I do. I don't touch.

Speaker 4 (39:58):
Anybody, okay, day or anything on it. I cleaned it.
All of this prolongings except for as ball at it
right here and.

Speaker 23 (40:07):
Head at the.

Speaker 29 (40:08):
House and reason we were wearing that we wanted to
use jumpers those movie Halloween, Michael Myers, you worth on
the boats. And for Halloween last year, I bought act
as a costume on mask in career. Okay, and yeah,
I just associated that piece of that article of clothing

(40:31):
with violence.

Speaker 4 (40:32):
That's why I was wearing it.

Speaker 1 (40:34):
At Okay, you gotta ask, right, yeah, cow about animals
and we practiced on them.

Speaker 4 (40:40):
Yes, it's pretty big stuff. Tell me about that for
some day.

Speaker 1 (40:43):
This was tweet eighteen Halloween. A stray black hat had
been coming around our house.

Speaker 4 (40:50):
This was before I went into my homes. This was
at my dad's and I was thinking about trying to
okay that did you keep them.

Speaker 16 (40:57):
For a while, like keeping this guy?

Speaker 4 (40:58):
Or I could have it for three day? That it
started distinct, so he got the three days mistakes.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
Cool also because back here he started to close the
body after a day to three days.

Speaker 28 (41:10):
So yes, I remember hearing about it, but it also
just sounded like ma a rumor, So I don't really
think anything about it.

Speaker 21 (41:17):
Did you ever talk to him directly about it? I
asked him if it was true.

Speaker 23 (41:20):
I don't really remember.

Speaker 21 (41:21):
Do you ever remember him saying yes I did that
or no, I didn't anything like that, okay, but you'd
heard rumors that possibly had happened, but never really got
to the bottom of that.

Speaker 17 (41:30):
There was another girl in that class who told me
that she lived their head in that neighborhood and that
they were always missing cats and she felt like he
was stealing cats in the neighborhood.

Speaker 8 (41:42):
And honestly, I don't remember if I found that out
through him or through friends, but yeah.

Speaker 23 (41:48):
I definitely know about the cat.

Speaker 21 (41:50):
Did you believe that or did you think it was
just Brian saying something outrageous.

Speaker 23 (41:53):
Honestly, I don't know.

Speaker 8 (41:56):
I think I believed it, but that I didn't want
to because I am a big animal lover, and that's
just I didn't want to see my friend in that
kind of light. I remember my friends just talking about
how messed up it was, and my friend Sean said
that he knew the person whose cat it.

Speaker 23 (42:10):
Was and he was super upset because the cat was
like super.

Speaker 4 (42:13):
Friends sharing a cat. But I wasn't acting on it.
But I started seriously thinking about the million people a
year ago.

Speaker 24 (42:20):
How about when you were twelve, did you think about
you now? So what in your life was changed or
what in your mind was changed?

Speaker 4 (42:27):
I don't know. Was it like something most and one
day you woke up and thought I'll feel someone or
was it a gradual? Was gradual? And she told me
about when those thoughts were starting of a kid, I
had to simply it had hammers, shovels, knives or art
sip ties, duct tape out saw I wasn't never heard

(42:48):
of people.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
They found it out and I had convinced them it
was pat proud of being and it was an ultimatum
where if I didn't throw it.

Speaker 4 (42:57):
Away all that that they will call the police and
then I would.

Speaker 1 (43:00):
Have been arrested on charged in consc That was last
year before probably, So what made you put that kid together?
That was for a night later that so my time
you were thinking about doing that ps that was hundred dollars.

Speaker 11 (43:16):
Talk about the hammer and the shovels and the nine
and like the did type.

Speaker 21 (43:19):
I mean, what was kind of your plan then?

Speaker 11 (43:21):
That's a little bit different than you did this time?

Speaker 4 (43:23):
Oh yeah, so what was the plan back then?

Speaker 1 (43:25):
The plan was to go find there are prosecutes and
grant junction out. Have you ever had any sex times?

Speaker 24 (43:33):
You know there's not prostucts like five of them standing
one in frontal but there's prostis at that junction.

Speaker 1 (43:39):
Yeah, the plan was to go with one of them
and have them come with me, and then the plan
was to subdue them and tie them up and then
torture her.

Speaker 4 (43:49):
So what made you not go back to.

Speaker 11 (43:51):
The same plan and get you know, if you kind
of had that as.

Speaker 4 (43:54):
A plan, what I've been caught? Well, I don't know.

Speaker 27 (43:58):
My point is your your mom found your stuff right, yes, and.

Speaker 4 (44:02):
Got rid of it. Why didn't you go back to
that plan? Why change plants? Too much? Risky?

Speaker 23 (44:08):
Simon a row.

Speaker 4 (44:09):
They'll be like, okay, that's really suspicious, but okay, we
forgive you.

Speaker 10 (44:13):
Don't do it again.

Speaker 4 (44:14):
We'll have second to row. We're going to police on you.
Oh I didn't want to do that again, okay.

Speaker 29 (44:19):
And so they didn't pull the police, no, because they
gave me an ultimatum, have them.

Speaker 1 (44:24):
Throw it all away or call the police. So I
threw it all the way that because there was a
hole in my class right here.

Speaker 4 (44:31):
I was worked that they would be able to obtain
a partial print, so I figured might not go all
the way. I drove back in a different outfit.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
Dumba's body surprised me, having put in my trunk and
drove to the blue car and chop off station. I
parked so it's like this right, So let's say this
is the ground the rand. It's quite seek and you
need to.

Speaker 4 (44:52):
Have full well. Tried to pull out of it, okay,
and my cart didn't so ill. I thought that I
could drive it up because I put it.

Speaker 1 (45:03):
I put in reverse as that it's easier to pull
a body out and be because the back tires are
provided a polishing to push up and I open the trunk,
I take his body out. I put it in the
water because I don't want fingerprints on a body, so
I just try moving it.

Speaker 10 (45:20):
With my shoes.

Speaker 4 (45:21):
That works successfully. He goes out some part in the river,
flops off. Okay. God knows where he is now. Maybe
a heat he did. Okay, God knows where he is now.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
I think my guests was that it would be discovered
this morning or next morning, so I'll keep an eye
off for.

Speaker 4 (45:41):
Any laid activity.

Speaker 21 (45:45):
Towns.

Speaker 4 (45:46):
They would dry it out. My heart did come out
from blue hearing from blue hair. My Harvard stuck. I
tried putting it full throttle.

Speaker 10 (45:55):
Yeah, that doesn't work.

Speaker 4 (45:56):
My card have four wheel guye okay, and so then
I try to putting it in over here.

Speaker 1 (46:03):
I'm trying to everything right, and it still doesn't come out.
And then it's flies into the river. Oh my car
slides with the river the inside. And so I'm there
in a car quickly being flooded with water. Okay, it's
the middle of February, cold at night. Yeah, in the
river that's almost freezing. I'm drenched.

Speaker 4 (46:25):
I will die. So I'm able to climb out. I
don't see the bobby, so I'm I assumed it's a
travel with it. I come up and I'm sitting there.
I need to act faster else I'll die of hypothermia.
I'm I'm panicking of it at this point. I'm gonna
be I'm gonna remember it for dying on Mico Thurbia
and a boxed that tends to hide, you know.

Speaker 9 (46:45):
And I'm just what you tell your parents.

Speaker 11 (46:47):
I mean, obviously you know.

Speaker 4 (46:49):
I tell the cars in the run yet So what
I say is I feel like I need to get out.
I often do I feel like I need to get out,
and bought I remember felt, yeah, absolutely, So I say I.

Speaker 1 (47:00):
Drive down to the blue Hair Points and just park
and just turn off the car and think, and I
tell them I'm stupid and I parked too low and.

Speaker 4 (47:09):
Then my car life in the river. Okay, they believe
it just and then the police came.

Speaker 1 (47:14):
I didn't do a red life and test because play
wasn't drinking when they lead to the shriff.

Speaker 4 (47:19):
Think it was the police.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
However, what immediately caught the police's attention is what from.

Speaker 4 (47:24):
The body was on the reverse bumper. See, I was
so see I forgot to wipe it off, and I
was so panting. I wasn't sinking, and so when they
pulled it out, they immediately steep out on the bumper
and they're also, we really like to get this truck.

Speaker 10 (47:41):
Fools.

Speaker 4 (47:42):
There is nothing in the trunk, okay, And that happened
this morning. No, they noticed it last they noticed it
after I'd been sent home at three am.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
Okay, they noticed the blood, but yeah, this morning they
noticed more of what on the door handle, the out
of door handle passenger one, and also the multilayed.

Speaker 4 (48:01):
Gloves in the car.

Speaker 5 (48:02):
I took an out.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
Obviously my heart went't murdered before I was able to
throw them.

Speaker 11 (48:07):
Sure, So did the cops talk to you guys about
that at this point.

Speaker 4 (48:13):
Did the cops from the police department, Did they talk
you about that this light? No, I was not in
contact with me.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
Hey get my ins insurance information. Sure, And they were
still curious.

Speaker 4 (48:24):
About the blood.

Speaker 23 (48:25):
Did they ask you about that?

Speaker 4 (48:27):
Because I did not notice it? Why I was still there?

Speaker 11 (48:30):
So when you say they were curious about the blood,
how do you.

Speaker 4 (48:32):
Know that they were curious because my parents told me
they saw the blood too, and they were curious that
I was. I said, I don't know where the blood
came from.

Speaker 1 (48:40):
If they bought maybe it was a cut, but obviously
it cut doesn't produce so much blood. And they said,
maybe you have the recovering assent centered my arm, butout
drabbed up. So they didn't know what to believe this day.
Because it's blood, it's the gy intinuing, but I can't
name a source. So they where just a piny bit

(49:03):
curiods just how long it would take to find him
because it's a somewhat traveled road, or at least have
a nose for that type of thing.

Speaker 4 (49:12):
They're trained to feel ida find a small of course, Hey,
are you okay?

Speaker 8 (49:17):
I don't have discord RN but I heard the news
and he said, yeah, I'm fine, almost died.

Speaker 18 (49:23):
Lol.

Speaker 23 (49:23):
Sorry for the late response. My phone was off, I said,
it's okay.

Speaker 10 (49:27):
What happened?

Speaker 18 (49:27):
He said.

Speaker 8 (49:28):
I was out driving needed to clear my thoughts. So
I park at the boat ramp drop off at the river,
but my dumb parks on the dirt and mud ramp.
So when I try and leave, it gets stuck. I
don't have my phone on me because it's dead. I
try shimmying it low, gearing it. Nothing works. Then it
slides into the river of me inside. I'm able to
get out, drenched in cold water.

Speaker 23 (49:47):
One am.

Speaker 8 (49:48):
I responded, oh my god. He said, it's freezing out
in February at night. I know I'll die of hypothermia
if I don't act fast. So I make my way
onto the road and wait for a car that takes
five minutes. I flag him to down, and the Samaritans
helped me by letting me use their phone to call
my parents and to heat up in their car. I said,
Jesus Christ, dude, He said, they arrived, the police are called,

(50:09):
and we collectively decide to wait until tomorrow to tow
it out.

Speaker 23 (50:11):
So in summary, I nearly.

Speaker 10 (50:13):
Died and bring the encounter before his family got there.

Speaker 25 (50:16):
He kept kind of paying run, saying I'm a ft,
you know, expeditive, and tried to calm down a little
bit because I thought he was kind of concerned about
how I Finally he crossed his carn river or something,
and I was like, hey, it's going to be okay.
You know, it's seemed to calm down a little bit,
but I just remember his a little offpening. How just
kept on pacing and saying, I'm aft, I'm aft, I'm aft,
and overnover again.

Speaker 4 (50:34):
So look, okay, did you read the book and book
no we on the internet?

Speaker 18 (50:40):
Yeah, okay, and ed him too.

Speaker 4 (50:44):
Yeah, you know so great?

Speaker 5 (50:46):
You know who a game.

Speaker 4 (50:49):
In California? Yeah, tell him I know of him. He was.
He was one of the place. He was a Hawaii
He was six to nine three pounds. So plan a
good question almost to all those people did this for
some sort of whether they had the placeless somebody what
it was some sexual radification in their minds.

Speaker 1 (51:12):
Criminology, there's different tastes of I'm not a seokiller by.

Speaker 4 (51:16):
No means serials.

Speaker 1 (51:19):
There's different types of the misorganized disorganized missionary missionary.

Speaker 4 (51:24):
And just wondering what what gets you excited about doing it?

Speaker 24 (51:27):
Well, I'm not really especially attracted to it, patting them on,
taking parts of them home. And people were taught about
something you've had like Ted Mundane sex type stuff and
Kemper just kill people because you want to kill somebody.

Speaker 4 (51:41):
Plus the sex stuff about Jeffrey.

Speaker 24 (51:44):
Don't really it wasn't really inspired by It was just
the more I'm just trying to think of all the people.

Speaker 19 (51:49):
Like these people could do it so different group activities.
Sometimes we would have like different personas or whatever. You'll
be like, I'll be so free.

Speaker 4 (51:57):
I'm like, no, you're not.

Speaker 18 (51:59):
I do remember that specifically he was very.

Speaker 19 (52:01):
Obsessed with Jeffrey Dahmer and is it Dylan Cleebeles the
Columbi shooter was obsessed with him.

Speaker 4 (52:06):
I remember actually.

Speaker 19 (52:07):
Talking to my mom and saying, take this name to
your prayer group. I mean I remember talking to another
teachers saying, if Eddie Kid's going to shoot a fruit.

Speaker 21 (52:15):
Of mine, bad, okay? And I heard he was also
he was Mike Myers one year was that he was
actually Jeffrey Dahmer.

Speaker 28 (52:22):
That might have been mixing up the years, because there
was we had a couple of okay but sorry Colleen parties.
But yeah, I think he'd like dress up a serial
car killer a.

Speaker 21 (52:30):
Couple of times when he was I guess, Jeffrey Dahmer,
how would how did that look? I guess how how
did his costcome?

Speaker 28 (52:36):
I mean it was like Jean's a flaid shirt and
like big glasses, which honestly was like not too entirely different.

Speaker 26 (52:42):
Reparation and crime and crime scene and so he was
talking about going into the military in the fall and
when he gets out, having your job, and so I
had purchased online a crime Scene Invested Asian book for him.

Speaker 18 (53:01):
You know, it's like one's to the kid.

Speaker 26 (53:03):
You probably read it when you first started out in college.

Speaker 23 (53:05):
And so I gave that to him and I was like,
so here, Brian, you know, let's.

Speaker 26 (53:09):
Channel that curiosity into something positive that you can affect
a good change in the world.

Speaker 23 (53:14):
And he's like, yeah, that's my planned.

Speaker 18 (53:15):
Mom.

Speaker 10 (53:16):
I'm not going to say.

Speaker 18 (53:17):
Always had a fascination, you know, I'm gonna say in.

Speaker 23 (53:19):
The last few years, and if it like shows that
he watches or like not raice.

Speaker 26 (53:26):
To do things just to create a scene you know.

Speaker 18 (53:29):
What I mean, like whether it's like animal stuff or nothing.

Speaker 26 (53:34):
Now, he loves our dogs, you know.

Speaker 9 (53:36):
I mean, he's very affectionate with our animals.

Speaker 26 (53:39):
And you know, he would watch you know, like just
just last week he watched Silence and the Lambs. But
I was like, well, he's nineteen, what's your now.

Speaker 4 (53:49):
Watched it? I watched it.

Speaker 23 (53:51):
It doesn't make me a serial killer, you know, right?

Speaker 18 (53:55):
And he watched The Zodiac Killer or in the summer a.

Speaker 19 (53:59):
Couple of times school we had a meeting with all
of his teachers and his case manager expressing the concerns
that they had with him, and also explaining some of
his behavioral issues.

Speaker 21 (54:09):
Did anybody express that they had concerns he could be
a serious safety issue or anything like that, Yes, I believe.

Speaker 19 (54:15):
So we were to keep a very close eye on him,
and it's certainly very apparent early on that he was
a very troubled person.

Speaker 18 (54:23):
He gives speeches.

Speaker 9 (54:24):
I always told him to get doing attention together.

Speaker 19 (54:27):
And so it was the day of his speech, and
he wanted to go first, and he pulled out this
Indiana Jones like whip that he fashioned out of masking tape,
so to start the speech, he ked and kept hitting
the podium where everyone looked, and then he gave his speech.

Speaker 3 (54:42):
Then later that day, you know, he ended up.

Speaker 19 (54:45):
Beating or whipping one of our side by side developmentally diff.

Speaker 9 (54:49):
And having issues. What were the issues that they were
having that made that our kid would not feel the safe.

Speaker 26 (54:55):
He would jim that were not brand. He got suspended
a few times, like for behavior that wasn't acceptable, like
this one girl, and he knows very well.

Speaker 18 (55:10):
He knows that she has a lot.

Speaker 26 (55:12):
Of issues and that wild boys is frightened her.

Speaker 18 (55:16):
And so you know, one of his school suspensions was.

Speaker 26 (55:19):
When he came up to her in the hallway and
got really how next door, you know, knowing.

Speaker 18 (55:24):
That it would put her in a panic, and she
cried and they were like, yep, no, you knew that
would upset her, and you did it. And he got
suspended for a weapon.

Speaker 26 (55:35):
But it was there was another boy who brought in
and took the school on the school.

Speaker 18 (55:41):
Bus, and Brian was like, wow.

Speaker 23 (55:42):
Cool, and I think this has been eleventh grade.

Speaker 16 (55:45):
And so Brian was like, I think.

Speaker 18 (55:48):
Brid had getting out some candy to some kids.

Speaker 4 (55:49):
On the bus and so I was like, can I
check that with out.

Speaker 18 (55:53):
He's like, out, bring you so I could give me
some candy.

Speaker 26 (55:57):
So Brian gave a kid candy and the next day
the kid comes on a bus with two sets of
mum trucks, one or glass and the other ones because
they're like rubber. I don't know, I don't I never
actually saw them. He's like, I know, I can't take
the glass ones because I'd be in trouble for that.
So he took the rubber ones and he put them
in his backpack.

Speaker 9 (56:16):
I don't know who's in his backpacking his jacket.

Speaker 18 (56:18):
There was some differentiating stories.

Speaker 9 (56:21):
So the teachers saw them.

Speaker 22 (56:22):
And they said, what's that Brian, And he was like, uh, nothing,
you know, And so pop Omar, you know, he was like,
you know, we have a prohibited weapon on school grounds.

Speaker 23 (56:34):
And I'm like, okay, well what about the other kid
that brought them in?

Speaker 26 (56:37):
And they said that kid doesn't have the behavior issues
that Brian has. And I'm like, oh, so you're punishing
Brian because.

Speaker 4 (56:42):
He has behavior issues.

Speaker 17 (56:43):
I see.

Speaker 9 (56:44):
So Brian went through information.

Speaker 18 (56:47):
And he completed his succession around with you know, respectable friends,
not friends that would ever not those kinds of friends. Sure, clean,
good friends okay.

Speaker 5 (56:56):
You know that.

Speaker 18 (56:56):
The worst they have is they played video games, they
drink too much passy. They were doing good. Our kids
are both doing good.

Speaker 27 (57:02):
They're okay school, they don't drink of smoke. So I
didn't really have any no warnings that this was going
to happen.

Speaker 8 (57:07):
Now.

Speaker 18 (57:08):
You know, he may say a customer once a long, Okay. No,
He's never never hit anybody ever. He got in trouble
for him to take off at school three or four
years ago, and they think they wrote him up for
it because h'its somebody but.

Speaker 27 (57:21):
The football players, and they were like, yeah, it's got
a football, but fine, he just.

Speaker 18 (57:25):
He got in trouble for that. He's never hit anybody.

Speaker 4 (57:27):
He's just like a dad.

Speaker 18 (57:28):
I mean, I've never been in the fight.

Speaker 4 (57:29):
Man.

Speaker 18 (57:29):
I thought I just saw he's gonna be a spin
off of me because he's non violent.

Speaker 15 (57:34):
But did have that meeting with Froro and Jeremy and
I went in there and we briefed him on it,
and I reiterated to him. I was like, this kid
is really going to need some help in counseling right now.
He's like all the flags are up.

Speaker 25 (57:48):
And remember my friends kind of complained, and one of
my friends, Isaac, just did not like being in the
same bus as him.

Speaker 10 (57:54):
He found him very obnoxious and he can played on
him a few times.

Speaker 25 (57:57):
To me, I never really took too much notice at
the time, and he was like, this kid won't shut
up on the bus and he says the most inappropriate
stuff and I'm just like yeah, and he's like, I
say the kid, And I never, really, like I said,
took much of a Notex's kind of at that point, like,
oh yeah, people are like that.

Speaker 10 (58:11):
You know, some people are annoying, so give them.

Speaker 4 (58:14):
Your think about all the other things people you.

Speaker 1 (58:19):
Wanted to believe, You're probably faith. For a while, I
was learning to do anything good or bout it so
easiers ago in school. I was willing to do anything,
whether it be good or bad, good variety faith.

Speaker 4 (58:32):
No, he was not woken up until I pulled the
sheets back.

Speaker 1 (58:35):
I want something to do, pulled the sheet back, and
before you stab him to the field and I pulled
the sheets back.

Speaker 4 (58:42):
I get on him like I need and then stab
him and he wakes up. How are you doing?

Speaker 24 (58:48):
And I think you stipped him anywhere besides, but I
know you said the back a lot of times.

Speaker 4 (58:52):
How many times do you think no, I was going
until he stopped.

Speaker 24 (58:58):
Okay, I'm gonna just the best idea thirty or forty. Okay,
So the neck besides cutting his arms, well, actually it
was a general assault.

Speaker 1 (59:10):
I was mainly targeting his neck because I was vulnerable area.
I was stabbing his head anywhere in that general area.
I stabbed his head multiple times.

Speaker 19 (59:18):
What was his chest?

Speaker 1 (59:19):
Stilling his chest? I stepped once through the ribs whichever
he used the right hand, it was it's right right night.
I placed up in his belly, carved up and his
leg not like I just made several slaves that his leg?

Speaker 4 (59:37):
Why did you do that?

Speaker 1 (59:38):
I was just doing everything I thought of at the moment.
Then I cut off its head. I gave him the cloud.

Speaker 4 (59:46):
Coat smile, a joker smile.

Speaker 18 (59:50):
What are you doing that?

Speaker 4 (59:51):
I suppose it was a frenzy. I was so excited,
so rushed up on a trendline. Okay, And then I paused,
and he said, why are you doing this? And I said,
I haven't wanted.

Speaker 17 (01:00:04):
To do this.

Speaker 4 (01:00:04):
Spur he was there? Where did you have him before?
He was there? Nowhere? About the head and neck? Okay,
when did you set him in the chest after he perished?

Speaker 8 (01:00:13):
Okay? How did.

Speaker 4 (01:00:15):
He let out a final gas? Okay?

Speaker 1 (01:00:17):
And he he wasn't fighting later on he was losing
two much enerantreet led a loss and he just finally gasped,
and I.

Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
Needed to make sure piece of mind. So he decapitated him.

Speaker 24 (01:00:29):
Partially as for the hell of so let's try to
stuff instead him in the back of my head while
I'm alive.

Speaker 1 (01:00:35):
Yes, I paused. We had a conversation where he said,
why are you doing this? And I said, I felt
like in his school a long time.

Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
I continued, he had I deceased more hot and.

Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
Then I stabbed his ride, opened up his belly, slayed
his leg multiple times. Okay, he wrote him, and then
decapitated him, removed his hands, his joints.

Speaker 4 (01:01:00):
Did you do him before or after you open battle?
After I cut through his clongs?

Speaker 8 (01:01:06):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:01:06):
I listed of his shirt and which way did you know?
Like do you know this way? Or like this way?

Speaker 5 (01:01:12):
This way across you?

Speaker 4 (01:01:13):
It's very thin. I thought about taking that. Whatever do
you think? He thought? What do I think? What do
I internally? What did I saw his liver? It's large
and small intestine and that's it far. Some of it
was yell. I was thinking about taking out his heart.

Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
I was thinking about crushing the ribs and just then
boweling him hiring.

Speaker 4 (01:01:34):
Okay, did you diveow him at all or just kind
him open? I had him open, but it's working spilled
out by themselves. When I was dumping him. Did you
take anything beside the like anything internally? No? And how
did you know it was his liver? I mean, you're
go hunting, or how do you know what somebody's liver
when you open up it's dark, purple, brownish, it's large.

Speaker 5 (01:01:57):
Up here.

Speaker 4 (01:01:58):
I just knew it was living and taking a magna
of physiology, so I knew it was. I was just curious,
you've never seen one before? He was just guess.

Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
I've seen some truth that night gues, but I deleted
them entirely.

Speaker 4 (01:02:12):
Where did you take serious after I killed him?

Speaker 1 (01:02:15):
I took a picture of him his hands, but I
deleted all those because those are evidence.

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
I don't know if you.

Speaker 11 (01:02:21):
Can find him when he deleted them entirely.

Speaker 18 (01:02:23):
That's an interesting statement.

Speaker 4 (01:02:24):
What do you mean by I removed them from you
before today?

Speaker 26 (01:02:28):
No?

Speaker 14 (01:02:28):
I came over. He was acting super weird. And he
was like, I got to tell you guys something. I
think the police are trying to frame me for a murder.
I found a body. I was like messing with it
and I got my car stuck in the river and
I had wiped blood that I had on my hand
onto the car, and the tow truck guy saw it,
and like, I think they're going to try to frame me.
I thought that he was. I thought that, like I said,

(01:02:50):
at most he had found one, okay, and was just
trying to be edgy because he found one or something
like that, or even to the point where it could
have just been making it all up just because again
I didn't know him personally.

Speaker 4 (01:03:01):
I was playing to maybe keep a finger of my
finger a small not that much space. I want saw
that much.

Speaker 11 (01:03:13):
A lot of people that we have talked with, you know,
I how.

Speaker 4 (01:03:19):
Has multipoc as you are. You're very articulate. You're very
articulating about words. No, I actually think.

Speaker 23 (01:03:24):
You're really articulate.

Speaker 11 (01:03:26):
And you you talked about you were just kind of
in a.

Speaker 4 (01:03:29):
Bad space that night. It was yes, okay, why was
in a bad space?

Speaker 1 (01:03:34):
I didn't take my medicine, and plus for years I
was wondering what murder would be like because.

Speaker 4 (01:03:42):
H Bund and the Zodiac we all say murder is
the vacuum in the world. So I'm like, I'm going
to try that. So for some time I've been wondering
when it would happen. I always knew I.

Speaker 1 (01:03:53):
Would be in this building, whether it was a criminal
or police officer.

Speaker 4 (01:03:58):
Yes, from that's so, who aren't missing recently? Which fellow
was up? Warren Brown? Warren Brown? When did he go
missing the night of the twenty seventh? Okay, and how
did you end up with him? I murdered him? With
what I'm knife, why would you have done that? I've
always wondered what murdered.

Speaker 21 (01:04:15):
You surprised to hear that?

Speaker 18 (01:04:16):
No, I was not at all.

Speaker 10 (01:04:18):
And I remember when I set storing the news, and
you know that sounds so familiar.

Speaker 4 (01:04:23):
I guess I wasn't surprised, if that makes sense.

Speaker 13 (01:04:26):
And I've been doing this for twenty three years, and
I know you can't really go off at feelings, but
it just I just always felt him to see around Ryan,
there was you know, just like he needed much more
help than we could offer him in a public school setting.

Speaker 10 (01:04:38):
And so when I saw that I hated to see.
I wasn't necessarily surprised that his path could.

Speaker 4 (01:04:43):
Have led to that point.

Speaker 14 (01:04:44):
Were you surprised to hear about what happened on the news?

Speaker 15 (01:04:47):
No, I wasn't. I was more let down by the
system because like we had called it out that Katie
did help, like with all those kind of flags were
going off.

Speaker 4 (01:04:57):
And it it was en because it was the rush
of my journal. My whole body was shaking, not like
out of fear, it was like it wasn't Yeah, it
wasn't fear. It was just pure It's the word excitement,
I suppose.

Speaker 1 (01:05:14):
I'm not excitement, had enjoy just excitement as an increased
heart beat, sweating that type of thing.

Speaker 4 (01:05:22):
Yeah, although I wasn't breaking this killing the guy it
was crazy. Did you enjoy it or did I enjoy it?

Speaker 1 (01:05:32):
I don't know start the whole thing. I didn't enjoy it,
but I didn't hate it. If I go back to
the night, I wouldn't have knowing once it felt like
knowing how this world right now, I wouldn't have not
What did you think it was? I thought it would

(01:05:55):
be the best feeling in the world.

Speaker 4 (01:05:57):
Do you did? You didn't feel much about excitement. Oh
that's right, okay, but other than that, now, what's about
figure out? What are we going back?

Speaker 18 (01:06:07):
Okay okay, yeah, now, and we've got to get some
kind of advice. We'll find out what to do or
She has her own business here and I have my
own business and I carry the same man as the
name of my son. And now it's gonna be all
over paper. Brian Cody killed somebody. Right now, we can't
do anything well, we can't go anywhere we kind I'm
not working anymore. She can't have any more kids anymore.

(01:06:28):
It's all everything's over.

Speaker 10 (01:06:30):
It's all done.

Speaker 18 (01:06:30):
Now, it's over.

Speaker 4 (01:06:31):
