Deputy say two year old Harley went through months of
beatings and torture in this Davenport home. They have arrested
the child's mother, twenty six year old Shannon Short, and
her boyfriend, twenty six year old Christian Thompson. Deputy say
while mom was at work, her boyfriend would babysit and
do unimaginable things to the toddler. Investigators say the couple

throwing up. Investigators say instead of taking him to get

marijuana with friends. At three in the morning, she finally
called nine one one.
