probably was a great deal of vote marking by people
when they found out how many votes they needed to

in the American election. It's a Canadian company and it
was storing its records in Germany in Spain for some reason.

I think the difference is like it or not, is
that we do have in this information war. There is information,

That's their mistake. But they immediately were like, well, I
could make a lot of money. I'll abandon the ship

I know the folks over their teena's fantastic. But again,

we have abandoned the moral high ground, and so people
are going to have to make that decision. And I
think that if people really see just how bad this is.

Today they're being a lot more, ripping the mask off
and showing you who they really are. And I think

to me. But the younger generation is waking up because

to be more free, and I'm seeing it in my
own neighborhood. The younger children are now coming out to

to come out and I don't see them all walking
around on their cell phoness not. I'm talking like the ten, twelve, eleven, ten,

nine year olds. So there is something happening. There is
a shift, but we have to continue to bring the truth,
which means our jobs get a whole lot harder because

of us going around espousing this, and they're making it

quick backdrop of it and then the success or the
win that you and your team and that that woman
or husband just received.

Yeah, this is a fantastic story, and thank you for
allowing us to continue to talk about it here on
your platform. And the rivera in Karnassion family went on
the run out of Massachusetts, Texas. They were being harassed
by Child Protective Services the Department of Children and Families
because they didn't want to give their youngest, a nine
month old, a Vitamin K shot. It's not a vaccine,
even though they still have the right to choose whether

(35:48):
or not to vaccinate their kids. There's no law. But
they were reported by their pediatrician and DCF Massachusetts decided
to harass them.

They fled.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
DCF issued a warrant for their arrest, which was a
lead go because there was no law violated. Texas took
that warrant and they were met and arrested by twenty
officers in Texas and thrown in prison and then extradited
back to Massachusetts. She was charged with criminal kidnapping familial kidnapping,
as is her husband. They were charged separately. In court

last week, she was found not guilty and the court
room erupted, which is I would think, you know, perfectly acceptable,
but of course the judge, a family court judge, uh,
you know, banging the gavel saying we we you know,
I'm going to hold a discord and contempt if we
have another outburst like that based on you know, the

you know, this particular woman in Miss Armcasina was charged
with you know, serious crimes and we're finding her not guilty.
You're disrespecting her, you know, not guilty. Verdict is essentially
what he said, which makes no sense when you think
about it. But again, the judge at that point should
have redirected to his district attorney and said, indict the

(36:59):
Department of Children and Families for kidnapping the Rivera Incarnacion children,
because that is in fact what they did, and it's
very obvious that they had no jurisdiction and no legal
standing to go in or lawful standing to go in.
Deny do process to the family and take those children
at gunpoint, lock them up, cost them thousands and thousands

(37:20):
of dollars to get out of jail, and then of
course the attorneys and what it's done is destroyed both
their jobs. They've had no income. They're labeled as criminals,
so they can't even apply for jobs We've got. They've
got to get all this turned around. So our foundation
has been very involved. We did this documentary and now
we are dropping a lawsuit. In fact, our legal team
is meeting again tonight. We have three different lawsuits for dropping.

One of them is already at seventy five pages JJ
and the amount of due process violations is staggering. So
they haven't heard the end of this. And when we're
said and done, not only should the Rivera family never
have to work again, but DCF Massachusetts should be completely offline.

Does she have her children back?

Speaker 1 (38:00):
Nope, don't have the children back again. The kidnappers still
have the children. This is how sick the system is.

To say, I don't know what to say either, And
I think about my son. If someone took my son,
I don't know if I would. I don't know if
I could play by the rules. I don't because there
is no and there's no justice, there's no Why isn't
her children given back to her immediately? Immediately? It's her children,

it's not a car. Like even if you stole my
car and you found I'm not guilty. That's my car.
I want my car back. Where's my keys? Judge say,
we're talking about children. Where the hell are our children?
How long has it been since she's had her children?

I know, do you know what's the age group in
their children? And five children.

About a year to ten years old, from ten to

enforcement officer, conduct myself in an unlawful way, I'm now
I have the ability to be not only fired, but arrested.

Mary Beth Keating Clerk Brendan Moran, the Ada, Matthew Corey,
and then of course you have to include the law
enforcement officers not only in Massachusetts, but also those that
came out in Texas. You have to include the Department
of Children and Families in Texas, which was in which
received this so called warrant, didn't fact check anything, didn't

look into the case. I imagine Texas and Ken Paxton
is going to have to sue the state of Massachusetts
for being led down a primrose path that resulted in
the kidnapping of children that should never have been taken
out of their parents' custody whatsoever. So we're talking about
deprivation of rights, We're talking about failure to uphold your oath.
We're talking about perjury, judicial malfeasance, prosecutorial abdication. So this

is literally an abusive power of the highest order, and
it impacted the little ones. Basically our future, JJ, our
children are our future. And like you said, you're a
man of law and order. You don't know if you
could control yourself if somebody took your son.

believe that we have any comprehension of how bad the

And this was less than a month before he went
on that train. And when Irena Zurupska stepped into that

I'm very grateful that the General Assembly in North Carolina
