Speaker 1 (01:16):
In greetings and salutation's friends, and welcome back.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Today is a good day, because well it was Yesterday
was a good day too. Yesterday during our live broadcast,
I found out some great news. Corey good is bankrupt again.
And you know, it's probably a bad idea to take
pleasure in someone else's misfortune, but in this case, I
(02:30):
really can't help myself because I have watched as this
man has horrifically tried to destroy people's lives simply for
saying that his fake Buck Rogers science fiction fantasy stories
weren't true. And then he spectacularly admitted under oath that
his stories weren't true. He sued his business partners, He
(02:54):
sued his online critics. He sued his former producer of
his television show on Gaya. He sued Cliff High. He
sued C. W. Channer, a lawyer from New Jersey. He
sued this list a month of ballow. He sued his
former business partners. He sued everybody, and he lost. He
(03:18):
lost every lawsuit. And by the way, he collected money
from the UFO community or whatever the community. He took
donations for the money to hire the lawyer to terrorize
his critics. Essentially, and it's taken years to watch this
wine through the court as he has made all of
(03:38):
these people, in my opinion, suffer for the for the
sin of saying that he's an asshole or that his
science fiction stories are fake, which turns out to be
one hundred percent accurate, even according to him under oath,
the stories are fake. He's never been to space. And
then we get to the sort of post court cases
(04:01):
all falling apart and him losing everything he's been taking
l after l after l. Remember, he was supposed to
be a big pioneer of the video game industry. Nothing happened, right.
He showed a demo that looked like it was made
with like the quake one fucking engine, and it looked
like such a piece of shit. And uh, he's always
got these big billion dollar deals brewing. Does that sound familiar?
(04:25):
Kind of like David Wilcock, big deals always brewing, but
nothing pans out. His latest documentary was supposed to be
out on major networks, That's what he first said. I
believe he's free to correct me if I'm wrong. It'd
be on major streaming networks. It's nowhere that we that
I know of yet. And now we find out that
(04:47):
he declared bankruptcy for the second time, so's he's a
broke loser bum two times. Two times. He's a broke
loser bum. And I'm here to tell you I don't
generally take pleasure in someone's misfortune and somebody going bankrupt
that's pretty bad. But this fucking guy deserves it more
(05:09):
than anybody I know. He deserves to go bankrupt because
this fake teacher, this fake galactic ambassador, who claimed to
be some kind of spiritual teacher, a modern day Eenoch
somehow never never grasped or understood the concept, the general
concept of karma. This man has made so many people
(05:35):
suffer just for speaking up or speaking out against him.
This is karma. How many thousands of dollars did he
cost all those people in legal fees that they will
never get back or likely never get back. And this
(05:57):
is where this whole situation with him declaring bankruptcy becomes very,
very complicated, because there's judgments against him where he has
to pay these people that he frivolously sued with no
evidence and bullsh and a total bullshit, fake case. It
was a frivolous lawsuit to judge in those cases, in
some cases awarded the people being sued their money back.
(06:20):
You shouldn't have to spend twenty three thousand dollars on
lawyers to defend yourself when some buck rogers lunatic who
said he went to space and time traveled on the
internet and you said he didn't. You shouldn't have to
pay twenty three thousand dollars in legal fees to defend
against a lunatic that says he time traveled and went
(06:42):
to space and had space adventures. You shouldn't have to
do that. So you know, the legal system takes forever.
But yeah, they awarded some people their attorneys fees. Here's
your attorney. You spent twenty three thousand dollars in attorneys
and this is just one case. Here, the person that
sued you with this bullshit lawsuit, he has to pay
(07:04):
back your legal fees. And now I don't know, and
I freely admit this speculation, but I think that one
of the reasons he declared bankruptcy is he thinks he's
not gonna have to pay all that money back. And
I'm not a lawyer, I'm not a financial expert, but
we're gonna try to get to the bottom of this
and many other questions. So to do that, I have
(07:25):
asked for help, help from one of our contributors here
who is an incredible investigative, researcher and writer. You've seen
him here before. His name is John Christian Spatavaccia. So
we've both been looking at these documents. There's a bunch
of them. We're gonna show them to you, and we're
(07:46):
gonna try to get to the bottom of it. And
I knew I could do that much better with John's
help and a second set of eyes. He's been pouring
over these things. I've been reading them. There's a lot
of implications here, but the good news is that Corey
Good is proven once again to be a big, huge bullshitter.
Because if he had all these big Hollywood deals and
a TV show deal, and video game deals and comic
(08:09):
book deal, he's got all these big deals, then pay
your fucking bills, you bum Why don't you pay your
fucking bills, you dead beat? Listen. In some cases, I
agree people should just declare bankruptcy, but not when they
owe people significant sums of money and cause those people
(08:30):
significant amounts of suffering for years and years and years. No,
he should have to pay every dime that he owes
the people he sued that money. He should have to
do that. Some people are saying, you can't discharge these
attorney fees judgments in a bankruptcy. Some people are saying
he may be able to. We're gonna get to the
(08:53):
bottom of this, but one thing is for sure, Corey
Good is a broke bum loser. He defrauded the public.
For you, like, what kind of a person does it
take to stand on stages and on television shows and
tell people all about your incredible space and time travel
(09:13):
adventures and then start suing people constantly who say your
stories aren't real and then you admit under oath, yeah
I've never even been to space. He spent years and
years and years defrauding the public, and now it looks
like he's going to try to defraud his creditors or
at least get out of paying everybody he owes money to.
(09:34):
And there's a lot wrong with these documents. So joining
me to break this all down is our contributing investigative
journalist John Christian Spatavacia. Oh one second, here there we go.
Welcome John. I'm sorry, I'm fired up tonight. Yeah, fucking
(09:55):
guy deserves this, John, he deserves oh broke. But one
thing I will say is that there is a human
side of me, right, And I'm a father. I don't
want any father to go broke. Right. He's got children
that he's supposed to be providing for. But we don't
know what I predict food, stands, welfare, That's what I
(10:19):
predict in Corey Good's future. And at least there'll be
some social situation that will help feed his children, because
it appears very clear to me John that he's a
broke bum that cannot feed his own children, a failure
at life. I'm sorry, but I'm a father. When you
(10:39):
can't feed your children, you're a bum. A bum, John,
a fucking bum this guy is.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Yeah, we have a lot to go over tonight. But yeah,
yesterday was the an event that many of us have
been waiting years for. I mean this, this has been five,
six seventy years.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
And House of Cards finally crashing down, John, And it
couldn't happen to a nicer piece of ship, trash, human individual.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
We're just starting to see the top of the House
of Cards collapse. We haven't seen the whole thing collapse.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
Right, right, it's going to get juicy because now there's
going to be more court documents and more court documents,
and more court documents and all public record or most
of it.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Right, so that this wasn't really talked about yesterday, you know,
in light of the bankruptcy being the big news. But
it looks like the bankruptcy is related to the fact
that on the on the Good Versus Guya docket, Gaya
has made a bunch of requests to start garnishing Corey's
income from a handful of sources, including PayPal.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
Then moo, shit, they're going after his PayPal. John there,
I didn't know that. Get get them, and you know what,
I hate Guy's TV, but get them, get them, fuck them,
fuck them, take everything any from him, do it, guy it,
take it, take it.
Speaker 3 (12:03):
Well, it's not it's not every penny. It's for garnishments.
So it won't be you know, the.
Speaker 2 (12:08):
I worked, I worked in corporate credit. I know, don't
garnish him for as much as the judge will allow.
They will exactly suck him dry for every penny they
can every month until he pays the debt. How much
does you know how much does he actually owe Guy
in attorneypees?
Speaker 3 (12:24):
I mean he owes Guy a sixty. He owes Chanter
almost thirty, So.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
That's like almost one hundred thousand dollars that he right.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
And remember Chanter, the judge actually granted Chander's judgment yesterday too.
That's another thing we'll probably talk about. CW. Chanter finally
got his judgment on the docket and now he.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Has And by the way, I just want to say,
you know, I've had my differences with him, but God
bless him, Child of God. This guy put fucking this guy,
Corey Good, put this guy through hell for years. And
all he did was go on YouTube and say that
Corey's stories are fake and here's why and break it down.
It's kind of like the Wacky World of Wilcock book,
(13:05):
but the Corey Good Show before before I did the
Wilcox Show, like every time that for those unaware, every
time that Corey Good would make a video, this person's c. W. Channer.
Now I think he's calling himself Peace Channer on YouTube.
You should go check him out. He would go and
do a show and just rip into Corey Good and
(13:26):
like how ridiculous and unlogical the stories were and how
they're probably fake. And for his trouble, he got sued
and accused of being a criminal. Corey claimed that he
was going to get him disbarred. He's happened to be
a lawyer. And you know, this put the guy through
hell for years and years and years. This guy ended
(13:49):
up incurring what is it, twenty three thousand dollars worth
of legal expenses fighting Corey's stupid, frivolous lawsuit.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
Actually I think it was forty thousand or more in
legal expenses.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
Why did why did he only get a twenty three
thousand dollar reward?
Speaker 3 (14:02):
Because in the District of Colorado, you have to actually
there's a couple of things you have to do when
filing for legal fees to get them back, and you
have to submit a form to the clerk of the
court with certain information in the form. And Chanter and
his attorneys did not do that. So when when the
when the magistrate Judge Starnella, when she issued her ruling
(14:23):
giving Chanter part of his legal fees, she said that
and she left the door open and potentially submit the
form and get the rest. But here's the problem, here's
why that it may be too late for that, because
now the core has filed bankruptcy, that case, that guy
a case has now stayed. It's effectively on hold until
(14:47):
bankruptcy the bankruptcy case gets resolved. So even if Chanter
does the forum and does everything he's supposed to, I
see an uphill battle.
Speaker 2 (14:57):
Wow, we're going to get what's your opinion. Do you
think Corey's doing this to just fuck the people that
he owes all this money to.
Speaker 3 (15:05):
Well, I mean, he's probably doing it to fuck them,
but the primary reason he's doing it is as an
attempt to save his own ass.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
John, He's a broke bub I.
Speaker 3 (15:17):
Mean, listen, Stephen and what we might as well just
talk about this now as well. Remember there's Corey has
multiple legal things going on. If you'll remember, in the
neft case back in August, the judge got a copyright
that right, and the judge told Cory he needs to
do he needs to respond to the and he needs
(15:42):
to get a lawyer. He needs to explain why he
hasn't had one, and he needs to get one by
October fourteenth. When was that? That was yesterday? And I
don't STI don't think he's gotten a lawyer, So I
would expect, if not later on today, sometime this week
or next week, will probably file for a default judgment.
And then Corey is going to have a default judgment
(16:05):
hanging over his head.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
And I'm guessing a case so that can't be discharged
in a Colorado case, I don't think it.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
Maybe in a federal bankruptcy court. It could be Corey
doesn't list this debt because you know it hasn't happened yet,
So you're not going to write something on a bankruptcy
forum if it doesn't happen yet. We'll talk about that
later tonight too, But in this neft case, you know,
if Corey gets a default judgment against him, it could
be six figures. So he's going to have that on
(16:32):
top of everything else he has. And this copyright case
looks really bad. Remember, Corey has like all these new projects.
He has like a new talent agency, he's got the
col agent, and he's coming out with these docs and
he wants to do these TV shows. Corey wants to
do all of these creative enterprises, and he's gonna say, I've.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Been an artist for most of my life in one
form or another, John, I can tell you that, and
I'm not immuneto this. Sometimes an artist will dream a
little too big and it's just a vanity project that
you need shit tons of money to dump into it
to get it done, or you're just a bullshitter, do
you know what I mean? So it looks like all
these pie in the sky bullshit, you know projects of his.
(17:18):
The guy's got one hundred bucks in his one bank account,
Like this isn't happening. You're not filming documentaries on one
hundred dollars.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
Here's the thing. If Corey gets slapped with the default
judgment in his copyright case, it's going to make all
of his creative endeavors harder because who's gonna want to
work with a guy on creative matters when he's violated
copyrights and he's broke.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
Why would you, bum?
Speaker 3 (17:40):
Why would you work with Corey Good if you're a
content for you?
Speaker 2 (17:43):
And here's let me let me also say something, John,
and I just want to put on the record the
human part of me that knows he's a father does
wish him a road to redemption, and that road to
redemption would be to stop lying to people on the
internet or selling scammy bullshit, fake stories too stupid people,
and get a real job. But the problem is, you know,
(18:03):
I worked in corporate America, and any job with decent pay,
there's a background check involved, and I don't think I
don't know what the legalities are. It's been a while, John,
but here's what I will say, working for a big
fortune five hundred company and doing some of the interviews
and hiring of staff members, if we get a background
(18:24):
check back that has a bankruptcy on it, that's in
the shit pile. We don't want somebody that can't handle
their own finances, even if it's eight years old. We
would just and I'm just telling you from my own
personal experience, we just throw that this fucking guy has
now declared bankruptcy twice, and both would come up in
a pretty standard background check. So who's giving a job
(18:45):
to a twice loser, bum deadbeat that defaulted and didn't
pay his creditors not once in his life, but twice.
Now he's a he's a bumpity.
Speaker 3 (18:58):
His ability to get one is is challenged. But you
know what, his wife's ability to get a job is
now challenged.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
Too, because she's on he's on the bankruptcy form.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
So and she's been out of the workforce for a while,
is my understanding, So is she going to be able
to get some kind of job. I mean, this is
this is very bad for them.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
She's just very working at Walmart at her home depot
in the next few months. I want to take a
moment to recognize some kind and generous friends. Sorry, friends,
but when we have a guest here, I get short
sighted and I lose track. Charles McDonald has get the
five True Seekers memberships. Thank you, Charles McDonald, five of them.
You've got to hit the subscribe button. Friends, because when
(19:38):
kind and generous souls, what Charles McDonald, who's the MVP,

of generous people do this, you could win one. But

Mark for your kindness, generosity and support, and for expanding
our members only on our channel here in railroad Bump
took it one, two secrets membership. Thank you, railroad Bum.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
And good to see you.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
I haven't seen you in a while. Always good to
see railroad Bum. He's an old school railroad Bump for real. Yeah,
and ever Nurse Mark with five says he's mentally ill.
I believe that, Ever, Nurse Mark, And thank you for
your kindness, generosity and support. Bank support tonight already, and
we'll get back to the discussion in a moment when
we get caught up here. Trolley troll troll with five.
(20:41):
Oh dear, I hope bankruptcy court doesn't take Corey's broken
bb gun. Yeah, this is a joke, an inside joke,
but it's worth explaining. And Corey Good's last bankruptcy filing,
to the best of my knowledge of recollection, he put
a broken bb gun as an asset on the forms
(21:02):
and valued it at like twenty dollars. But the funnier
one is that he put the dog, the family dog.
Johnny put the family dog.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
We should we should, oh, we should, we know, we
should go over it, just you know, it's back.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
Yeah. Yeah, and thank you to troll for kindness, generosity,
and long term support. Do you want to start with
the first one?
Speaker 3 (21:26):
Yeah, let's start with that. I sent to you it
on on X last night. Yeah, the link.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
To bankrupt Oh wait a minute, I got this.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
Was his first bankruptcy, was a Chapter seven bankruptcy.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
So this was like we watched him. We want the
main document right right.
Speaker 3 (21:45):
It should be the petition. It should be like one
of the earliest ones. If you need the exact link,
I can send it to you.
Speaker 2 (21:52):
No, I got it, I got it. Just give me
one one moment here. I'm sorry. I should have been
better prepared. I was too busy, you know, with children.
Today one of those days, John half days. I hate
that worse than a full day, because a full day,
you know, I don't know, the half day sucks. Get
(22:13):
him up, get him on the bus. A couple hours later,
go back, get him off the bus, lunch and snacks
and all kinds of shit. All right, let's uh one
second here, all right, I think we got it.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
Yeah, that's it.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Yeah, So he's this is an individual bankruptcy. This is
James Corey Goods first bankruptcy. And do we know what
year this took place?
Speaker 3 (22:41):
This was twenty years ago, all right, So every twenty
years twenty years ago, every I guess he's.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
Gonna he's on a twenty year time loop, John, Every
twenty years, he box everybody owes money to It was.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
Almost exactly twenty years ago because it was October thirteenth,
two thousand and five. So it's twenty years in two days.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
All right. So his real property he lists is one
hundred and fifty five thousand.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
Yeah, this is way more than he had on this
recent bankruptcy filing. Back then, he lists one hundred and
fifty five thousand dollars in real property.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
And what is that bank accounts? Real estate?
Speaker 3 (23:20):
It could be any could be land, it could be vehicles,
anything that's considered real property, usually land in vehicles.
Speaker 2 (23:29):
And thirty thousand dollars worth of personal property.
Speaker 3 (23:33):
Right, so that would be like anything that's not considered
a real property but he owns and is worth something.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
And look at this, back then he owed one hundred
and seventy seven thousand dollars in secured claims.
Speaker 3 (23:46):
Yeah, that's nuts, I mean he might That tells me
that he probably like extracted equity from his house and
he overleveraged and he got underwater.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
We freely admit that what we're doing here respectation just right.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
And then the unsecured claims that's probably like credit cards
and other insecure.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
That's unsecured debt. Yeah, they can't, like you know, go
after your house or something for.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
That, and so he doesn't. He does list his homestead
as one hundred and fifty five thousand. He had owned
a house back then.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
He had cash on hand of a whole three hundred dollars. Wow,
household goods and furnishings. This is assets including audio, video
and computer equipment, antique spindle bed one hundred and fifty dollars,
dress or one hundred nightstand twenty dollars, matrics and box
springs seventy five dollars, desk twenty five dollars. I wouldn't
(24:42):
even list this ship.
Speaker 3 (24:43):
This is crazy, right, Well, you kind of have to
list it, like you kind of have to list some
things like this because you're going to be under examination
in bankruptcy.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
He had five hundred dollars of technical books. So yeah,
total ass personal as sense five thousand dollars. That's not
very much for a guy of his age at the time. Look,
they have a diamond wedding ring, two other diamond rings,
gold wedding band, woman's tag. Watch.
Speaker 3 (25:12):
You know what bb gun?
Speaker 2 (25:13):
A broken begun? No, no listed a broken bb gun
for five dollars.
Speaker 3 (25:19):
John Even, I just realized something. Right back back in
this two thousand and five bankruptcy, he's saying that him
and his wife's rings are worth like fifteen hundred dollars.
But in the latest bankruptcy, Stephen, they only say that
their rings are worth like eight hundred dollars. So what
happened Like the price of golden diamonds has gone up
(25:39):
since two thousand and five. Oh, that's an excellent cast, counselor,
So what's going on here with his value? This is
this is just one of the many questionable things we'll
see on Corey's bankruptcy filings today.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
I wish I had that got him? Got him bumper?
You know once second there we go, sorry about that.
I wish I had to got him? You got him? Yeah,
that's a that's a big discrepancy then, because it is,
gold doesn't go down in value, and neither do diamonds.
Speaker 3 (26:15):
Right now, gold has gone up like eight times in
value since two thousand and five, so at least they done.
Speaker 2 (26:22):
All right, let's get back to the I'm sorry one second, here,
I got it out of sorts. Here, oh, here we go.
All right. So he has zero ownership stock and interest
incorporated and incorporate businesses one hundred ownership interested in good.
Speaker 3 (26:40):
He's listing LC Yeah, he's listing one of his companies,
but he's claiming the companies were zero dollars.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
Okay, that's pretty bad.
Speaker 3 (26:50):
Well, to be fair, to be fair, this was back then.
Today Steven Core owns like five or six companies that
make zero dollars.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Yes, he's really doing great at making up companies that
don't actually generate profits great allegedly. So the total is
eighty seven hundred. That's for like what.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
What is this, Oh, vehicles and a Ford Ranger that
was worth two thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (27:22):
So somehow twenty eight thousand dollars. Oh, I guess he's
adding okay, and he's got a bird that's that's worth
twenty dollars. Dude, he fucking assigned a value to the
household pets.
Speaker 3 (27:39):
His beloved pets, nothing more than objects on this bankruptcy
petition twenty dollars.
Speaker 2 (27:50):
I don't understand this.
Speaker 3 (27:51):
So this is so this part is exemptions, right, So
in Chapter thirteen bankruptcy proceedings, there's more protection for things
that are exempted. So things that are exempted, you have
a good chance of keeping them and not having to
sell them. And depending on the state and the district
that you're filing bankruptcy and you have certain exemptions there generally.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
Some things they won't force you to sell.
Speaker 3 (28:16):
Yeah, right, and we'll talk about this tonight. But in Colorado,
for example, if you have less than a certain amount
of equity in your home, I think it's two hundred
and fourteen thousand dollars, then they can't force you to
sell your home. In Chapter thirteen, generally, okay, if you
have less.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
Than that less that there's that broken bb gun. Again,
got to make.
Speaker 3 (28:37):
Sure, right, and he's claiming that's exempted. He does not
want the court to force him to sell his broken
bb gun.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
Okay, and his two thousand and four Dodge Durango. He's
still owed seven thousand dollars on the loan of that.
Speaker 3 (28:49):
I guess right, yeah, probably.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
I don't think they discharge auto loans, do they.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Uh, since it's secured. Yeah, they probably won't discharge it.
It's a secure theoretically secured by the vehicle.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
Yeah, let's take the car.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
Yeah yeah, because Cory won't have to worry about the
you know, the court. But maybe the repo man will drive.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
Up on them one day. All right, and uh, this
is a cell phone, Attorney General, Okay, what's this?
Speaker 3 (29:18):
These are credit cards and banks, so unsecured.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
That unsecured debt. Oh, he took a direct loan from
someplace for forty one A student loans. Those are student loans.
Those aren't dischargeable. I don't think are they student loans.
Speaker 3 (29:33):
They aren't. They're generally not in bankruptcy. But I didn't
see those student loans on his new bankruptcy Stephen. So
sometime in the off yeah yeah, in the last twenty
years he probably paid them off or got them discharged somehow.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
And this is more creditors, Jesus, this is all the
people he owed all this money to. Fifty four.
Speaker 3 (29:53):
If it looks bad, it's because usually when people declare bankruptcy,
it's bad. And he's got a ton of.
Speaker 2 (29:59):
Credit and all these medical bills that he didn't pay.
Speaker 3 (30:03):
I'm sure those got discharged in chapter seven.
Speaker 2 (30:06):
Those Wow in the Southwestern bell Quest Diagnostics. That's a
medical bill. Texas Employment Commission noticed.
Speaker 3 (30:16):
Those are all medical bills. Man, he didn't pay his
medical bills because he knew that they would be discharged
in bankruptcy. So he didn't pay him because he knew
he was going to declare this bankruptcy months and months
before he did.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Wow, And he's behind on his electric bill and Wells
Fargo another student loan for fifty seven hundred. Holy. Yeah.
He owed a lot of people money and got out
paying a lot of this money back to the creditors.
You know what, that may be a dead beat. He's
a dead beat. He's a dead beat that doesn't pay
his bills. Oh man, Yeah, I was a corporate credit
(30:54):
analyst and I saw a lot of stuff like this
on credit reports as well.
Speaker 3 (30:59):
So this is the part of the petition, and we'll
see this on Corey's latest one as well. But this
is the part where they force you to list, like
what your budget your expenditures are every month. So this
is what he's doing here. Well, this is four thousand, right,
so we're gonna we see here thirteen rent, right, right, right, race.
So back on this two thousand and five petition, Corey
(31:21):
says he pays thirteen hundred rent. One of the controversial
things on his new petition from yesterday on his second
bankruptcy is he claims he doesn't pay anything for rent.
But he writes on the form and we'll see this
as well, that he does have a rent. So he's
told the court that he has a rent, but he
doesn't pay any rent. So there's an issue here. I
(31:42):
think there's no clarity. There's discrepancy.
Speaker 2 (31:46):
Yeah, big, big, big charity contributions none. Well, I even
put it on the form if you're not going to
do it right, his own but he's his own favorite charity.
I guess total monthly expenses foury, one hundred and eleven dollars, okay,
and this is health and beauty supplies. Look, if you're broke,
(32:09):
you don't need seventy dollars in health and beauty supplies.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
Just saying well, I mean, put yourself in Corey shoes
and imagine you're telling your wife Stacy that.
Speaker 2 (32:19):
That Jerry curl chemicals is expensive. Idun them Jerry curls
that he does. Yeah. Oh statement of financial affairs, all right.
So in the end, he declares bankruptcy, and like a
deadbeat loser, he gets out of paying a whole bunch
of bills. And you know, and I freely admit this speculation,
(32:43):
but it looks to me like you're right on the
medical bills. Like maybe he had all these medical bills
and he was like, fuck them, I'm not paying them.
They'll get discharged exactly.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
I mean, why would you Yeah, they're going to go away,
why would you pay any of them?
Speaker 2 (32:55):
Yeah, And let me take a moment to catch up again,
and we've got Tim Curly with five. He's in the
twenty and Broke program.
Speaker 3 (33:02):
That is funny.
Speaker 2 (33:03):
He is the twenty and bro He's in the twenty.
Speaker 3 (33:06):
And broke program.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Yep, he's in there, twenty and not paying you back program.
Speaker 3 (33:14):
It's crazy Corey. Hey, I'm thinking now that Corey intentionally
made it twenty years since his last bankruptcy, because it's
like exactly twenty.
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Years, Yes, twenty and back attacked.
Speaker 3 (33:28):
He's on the twenty and Broke program.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
Attack Tim Curly with five. Thank you for kindness and
continue to support big support from Tim Curley and see
Demares with nine ninety nine. I think you're causing Wilcock
to slowly ease into a twelve month hiatus after New Year.
Speaker 3 (33:44):
Well, I mean Stevadi gets some credit for that.
Speaker 2 (33:46):
We get more to go. But thank you, see de
Mairez for being a member and your kind of generosity
and support and also Tim Curly, thank you as well
for being a member. All right, so what are we
going to get to next? Get the latest bankruptcy filing?
But all right, which files you want me to go
to first?
Speaker 3 (34:06):
Let me I'll send them to you here.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
It's only three or four of them that we got
to go through. YouTube is down for iPhones. That's weird.
Hadn't heard that? Have not heard that? All right?
Speaker 3 (34:23):
I just sent it to you via XDM.
Speaker 2 (34:25):
Okay, once one moment here, let me uh get caught here.
All right, one second here, let me get the link
and we'll share the screen. Uh, and we want the
main document at the top of this page.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
We're going to go over a couple documents, but let's
look at the oldest one, which is the voluntary petition.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Okay, all right, one second, give me one moment here,
we'll get it up. She usually a good one. You
can get it up John, all right, all right, one
moment here, let me oh share this tab instead. All right,
here we go, Here we go. Welcome to this bankruptcy show, John,
(35:11):
Here you go.
Speaker 3 (35:12):
So here's Corey's latest bankruptcy from yesterday. And we'll notice that.
You know, the one of the twenty years ago was
chapter seven. This is not a chapter seven, it's a
chapter thirteen.
Speaker 2 (35:22):
And just so people understand, chapter seven is when you
enter into a repayment plan. No, that's okay. So yeah,
it's been a while here. So chapter seven is where
you're saying, I'm so fucking broke, I can't pay any
of this, begging the court to just discharge all your
debt and that you won't have to pay any of
(35:42):
it back. Chapter thirteen is when you're promising you're still
going to pay it back or a or at least
a portion, right, yeah, okay, So that's the difference between
the two. So twenty years ago, he went completely broke.
Now he's just saying he's mostly broke. It looks like
from these forms he's totally broke.
Speaker 3 (36:02):
Based on chapter thirteen.
Speaker 2 (36:04):
He's still got the Dodge Durango from the No's thatt
Durango that Durango and the Ford Ranger are gone.
Speaker 3 (36:13):
Okay, so we're inclined to think that this bankruptcy is
not as serious as his last one because it's only
a chapter thirteen. But as we'll see when we go
into the details we look at the assets that he
puts on this one, he's got way less. He doesn't
have a house that's worth one hundred and fifty five
thousand dollars. We basically reference.
Speaker 2 (36:31):
Some of these from the just as weird, right.
Speaker 3 (36:35):
We I mean, we can cross references, but remember Corey's
life is substantially different now. He doesn't live in Texas anymore.
You know, those cars are all older than the past.
As we'll see, he doesn't have a house, he doesn't
pay rent. He's only listed thirty two thousand dollars worth
of assets, and of that thirty twenty twenty five thousand
dollars is in twenty nineteen Toyota Highlander.
Speaker 2 (36:57):
Ir. He ows the irs money.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
Uh, we'll see when we look through here. But I
do not believe that's a creditor that he listed. The
only creditors that he really listed, Stephen, are the people
that he owes money to in these legal actions, which
is another point.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
That are at the top.
Speaker 3 (37:14):
Then are you Are you sharing the PDF because you're
still in the first page.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
Ah, I thought I was sharing it.
Speaker 3 (37:22):
Yeah, the screen wasn't moving. You're still in the old one. Steven,
you need to go to the new PDIA.
Speaker 2 (37:27):
Oh no, wonder geez, I'm sorry. One second, I'm looking
at it going is this the same? Uh? Hold on
one second, let me share my screen again. We'll get
the right one. Is this one the right one?
Speaker 3 (37:50):
Kind of? That's a certificate of notice, but that's not
really the right one. The voluntary petition, the one essentially
the link for that's the one we want.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
Okay, hold on one second, and this is district of Colorado.
Speaker 3 (38:01):
Right right, So this is your luck. You got the
right one. Now you're at the.
Speaker 2 (38:07):
Sorry, it's confusing. We got a lot of documents, friends.
Speaker 3 (38:09):
So these documents they don't look the same, but they
basically are the same. They're basically structured the same, and
you have to moostly the same information on each one. Okay,
so this is just the beginning of the document. We're saying, Yes,
I'm filing for chapter thirteen other parameters.
Speaker 2 (38:25):
Yes, I'm a broke boom where do I check the
broke bum box, John, let's check the broke bumbox.
Speaker 3 (38:33):
There's no broke bum box.
Speaker 2 (38:35):
But as we'll see, approved credit counseling agency.
Speaker 3 (38:41):
Apparently, before you declare bankruptcy, you have to go see
a counselor to see, you know, credit counseling if it's
the right decision for you.
Speaker 2 (38:49):
When I worked in corporate credit, I hate it corporate
I hated those counselors. They would always call me to
try to make deals, and I'm like, nope, we have
a signed, really contract, I have a personal guarantee. Fuck
you pay me. Fuck you.
Speaker 3 (39:02):
They'd call you be like, yeah, I had this patient
and I saw these people client and the deal.
Speaker 2 (39:08):
Yeah, we have this client and we need you to agree.
They basically call you and try to strong arm you
and all the other creditors into taking half of what's owed,
you know, And I'm a nope, we have a signed
contract with the personal guarantee. We're getting our money one
way or the other. If I have to take this
to legal, I will fuck you pay me, you know.
And my recovery rate was one of the best in
(39:28):
the whole company. Some people would negotiate. I would even negotiate.
So I hated those people. All right, So where do
we go first? We're gonna go.
Speaker 3 (39:38):
We keep scrolling down.
Speaker 2 (39:40):
Yeah, how much do you make your liabilities to be?
He estimates there between fifty and one hundred.
Speaker 3 (39:46):
Thousand is what he puts like. He puts like eighty
some thousand dollars worth of liabilities, and he puts his
assets is like thirty two thols.
Speaker 2 (39:55):
So for those unaware, three years ago in a courtroom,
depth is And he said he had a bank account
with hundreds of thousands of dollars in it. So I
guess that's gone now.
Speaker 3 (40:07):
It's either it's either gone or he didn't put it
on the form. In either case, it looks bad on Corey,
looks real bad.
Speaker 2 (40:16):
For the last calendar year, he made a dollar.
Speaker 3 (40:20):
So yeah, for the last for the calendar of twenty
twenty four, he's saying he made one dollar from his business.
In twenty twenty three, he's saying he made you know,
over forty three thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (40:34):
Wow, that's quite a jump to go from forty three
thousand dollars here to a dollar.
Speaker 3 (40:38):
Even the speculation is that that money was coming from
that company Chicken soup for the soul and tonight w
orchard for his dog. Yeah, and they went bankrupt.
Speaker 2 (40:49):
They went bankrupt, He lost a lot income. He's a
broke bum that only made a dollar in the whole year. John,
He's a broke bum. He only made a dollar all year.
You could only spring dollar of income up, you bum,
and he been wait for the whole fuck listen. I
don't know, John, I can only speak from my own
personal experience. I have a very small business, media company
(41:11):
and a few other businesses. You know, if the company's
income goes from fucking forty thousand dollars to a dollar,
I'm doing something. I'm getting up off my ass and
trying to get the income back or generate income from
a different source. I'm not just gonna Did he just
(41:32):
sit on his ass all year and do nothing while
his whole company made a dollar? And he has multiple companies,
they all made a dollar. All four or five companies
only made a fucking dollar in a whole year.
Speaker 3 (41:46):
If I had to speculate, I would say, yeah, he
did sit on his ass most of the year. But
remember anything, here's the one live event all year exactly.
He remember he had that live event back in April
twenty twenty four, and he's claiming on this forum that
despite that live event, he only had one dollar of income. Well,
where did all the money from the live event go?
Speaker 2 (42:08):
There's a he got from David Willcock saying how many
people were there at the event, and we can look
up how much the event costs. What happened to all
that money?
Speaker 4 (42:18):
Corey?
Speaker 3 (42:19):
To be fair, Steven, David will Cock.
Speaker 2 (42:21):
Might whats or it might have been spent on crack cocaine.
For all we know, we're expect Clayton. We're just trying
to fill in the blanks here. Where did all the
money from the live show conference go? Where hundreds of
people paid hundreds of dollars to see him, yet he
only made a dollar? Is crack right off? Can you
write off crack as an business expense or cocaine or whatever?
(42:44):
I just don't understand where this guy's money goes. It's
like one big black hole, you know.
Speaker 3 (42:51):
Yeah, and three years.
Speaker 2 (42:52):
Ago he had a bank account with hundreds of thousands
of dollars. Where did all that money?
Speaker 3 (42:56):
So he claims that's what he that's what he claims
in that position. Remember, Corey is dishonest. It couldn't Maybe
maybe it wasn't true, maybe all the money was gone
before that deposition. We just don't know.
Speaker 2 (43:08):
Well, yeah, we know he's a proven liar, so I
guess you can't. But either way, I'm making light of
what he may have done with the money, So you know,
don't all we know.
Speaker 3 (43:19):
All we know is what Corey put on this bankruptcy
petition that he submitted to a federal court, which is
that he has these bank accounts and they only have
a couple hundred dollars. Yeah, hold on, scroll up. Let's
let's scroll slow because there's some real there's some real
zingers in there.
Speaker 2 (43:35):
Okay, all right.
Speaker 3 (43:36):
So okay, so here here part three where it says,
part three, the certain payments you made before you filed
for bankruptcy are.
Speaker 2 (43:47):
Either Denner one or Donner two's debts.
Speaker 3 (43:50):
I'm sorry, scroll scroll down a little bit.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
Okay, Insiders, I'm sorry, scroll up a little bit.
Speaker 3 (43:57):
I'm sorry. It's been a long day and a bit.
This lexic. I'm trying to figure out if they both
have primary.
Speaker 2 (44:09):
Both are primary? Okay, Yeah, and then this is weird
that I found weird.
Speaker 3 (44:14):
Yeah, he loaned his stepmother three thousand dollars according to
the bankruptcy rules, that makes her an insider says that
Corey had the list that yere Okay, so he got
a three thousand dollars personal loan from his stepmother, Okay,
I mean he's a.
Speaker 2 (44:32):
Pro loser, has to go to mommy for money a
grown man.
Speaker 3 (44:36):
Here's another thing that made bite Corey. Question eight. It says,
in one year before you filed for bankruptcy, did you
make any payments or transfer any property on an account
of debt that benefited an inside? And he put no.
If it turns out at any point that Corey is
transferring stuff to like his adult children to hide them,
this answer meant, this response by Corey make them to
(44:58):
bite him in the ass. Yeah, transferring to dear family
members their insider.
Speaker 2 (45:03):
Just just to put it on the record. People are
on Twitter speculating that he transferred any assets into.
Speaker 3 (45:08):
Right, and that's just speculation.
Speaker 2 (45:10):
That's speculating speculation. We don't know if he did or not.
But if he said no and he did, that's probably
going to be very legally problematic for him. Right.
Speaker 3 (45:19):
So here where it says part four under a question
nine lists one within one year before he filed for bankruptcy.
Were you a party to any lawsuit, court action, or
administrative proceeding? Corey has been a party to multiple of these,
he only lists one. This is straight up perjury by
Corey Good Knowingly he is no, he is knowingly and
(45:46):
willfully leaving court cases out off of this response. He
is leaving court cases off. He damn well knows, and
he has said so in his public deposition that he
has been a party to more than these. He is
a party to the NEF lawsuit, and he's also involved
in the Rams Hour lawsuit. So this this response right here,
(46:08):
this is inadequate.
Speaker 2 (46:10):
And isn't technically the Channer lawsuits still ongoing because the
motions aren't all.
Speaker 3 (46:15):
This is the channel the Channer part of a lawsuit
is and that is listed here.
Speaker 2 (46:21):
Yeah, and so he's got multiple lawsuits and he's saying
it's concluded, but there's still there.
Speaker 3 (46:27):
Was a rule inday, right. That is another misinformation that
Corey has put on here. He checks that it's concluded,
it's not concluded. The whole matter is still pendent.
Speaker 2 (46:38):
Is it perjury and knowingly lie on these forms?
Speaker 3 (46:41):
I think it is, Yes, I think it is.
Speaker 2 (46:46):
We're both not lawyers. We're just trying to understand all this.
Speaker 3 (46:49):
I'm not a lawyer, but based on the facts that
I have that are what Corey is said in video.
Corey knows he's involved in multiple court cases, so he's
leaving information out of this.
Speaker 2 (47:00):
Yeah yeah, within what are your is any property repossessed, foreclosed, garnish, attached, seized,
or levied? And he says, no, no, all these are
going to be nos. Okay, we can just scroll down.
These are all no. He's saying that he has not
had any bank gambling debt right or within one year
(47:27):
before you filed for bankruptcy, Since you filed for bankruptcy,
did you lose anything because of theft, fire, other disaster
or gambling?
Speaker 3 (47:33):
He says, no, gory. I hope you haven't been gambling.
Speaker 2 (47:38):
Yeah. Yeah, And this is he paid his law firm
half the money and he still owes them money. Great, here,
get me out of all this. Here's four grand Well,
I got two, I'll pay the other two later. You know. No, no, no, no, no,
no give details about.
Speaker 3 (48:01):
Corey even answers no. They there's a there's a question
on here asking Corey if he has retirement accounts, and
Corey says no. Apparently Corey and Stacey have no retirement
accounts at all, at all, nothing at all. Fifty three
years old.
Speaker 2 (48:17):
I'm self plotting. Then I got a little messed egg,
you know, IRA whatever government Union of hazardous material. No,
I guess the crack cocaine doesn't count. Okay, So here
we go. Uh, these are his businesses, one, two, three,
four businesses? And is he really claiming that all four
(48:41):
of these businesses only made a dollar for the entire year?
Speaker 3 (48:45):
Well, Ascension works TV. I don't think they have I mean,
I don't know what their situation is, but I don't
see how they're making any money. Good enterprise.
Speaker 2 (48:55):
Its people a monthly fee. We could go look on
that website right now?
Speaker 3 (48:59):
Do they have right?
Speaker 2 (49:00):
Did they have no income all year? Not one person paid?
Speaker 3 (49:03):
Remember, Steven, they probably only have a handful of people paying.
And that site obviously has expenses, whatever the server costs
and bandwidth costs considerable.
Speaker 2 (49:14):
Fair enough. But this is he brags about that thing
like it's some big deal, like it's a competitor.
Speaker 3 (49:24):
The whole thing.
Speaker 2 (49:26):
He can't make a dollar, and you know, he made
a dollar in a year and that's just one. So
it looks like every business that he has here is
a failure.
Speaker 3 (49:36):
Well, the top business companies, remember the top business gees.
That company's bankrupt because of the chicken soup and orchard
and any one bankruptcy.
Speaker 2 (49:46):
Man, he just think L after L.
Speaker 3 (49:49):
The two disclosures, the two disclosure companies, those are new companies.
You'll look at the dates on those. He just formed
those in the last year. Those are those are four
Lake has new endeavors which also haven't produced any money.
And then the bottom one Ascension Works TV. I think
we should point out that's mostly Mike Wiskowski's creation. Mike
Wiskoski runs that website. Corey just posts on the blog.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
So yeah, yeah, wow. All right, So October ninth is
when he filed this, and is there any other juicy
bits in here or are we like, oh wait here,
so hold on.
Speaker 3 (50:27):
Let me let me because there is a.
Speaker 2 (50:30):
Personal property thirty one thousand dollars Steve Stephen.
Speaker 3 (50:34):
There is there is a part in the form that
we need to look at. Before we actually look at
this part, let me see if I can grab it
real quick.
Speaker 2 (50:41):
Okay, he's saying the claims or that's the money that
he owns is eighty four thousand, but I would think
that even the court ordered restitution of lawyer fees is
more than eighty four thousand.
Speaker 3 (50:57):
So how he listened, he has to be specifically list
the liabilities. And I think that that is correctly calculated.
But I haven't really dolved into that yet. Okay, let
me look in this form. I'm trying to find the
part where it's described as the debt is consumer debt,
and we really need to look at that.
Speaker 2 (51:13):
And and Earth Galactic Ambassador's total monthly expenses is twenty
two fifty three, which is less than it was twenty
years ago.
Speaker 3 (51:22):
That's even so go go to go to page two,
scroll back up to page two real quick.
Speaker 2 (51:29):
Yeah all right, yeah, sorry friends, this is hard to navigate.
Speaker 3 (51:33):
Yeah, sorry, we skipped this part earlier's scroll up?
Speaker 2 (51:38):
Uh three back down, shrow back down.
Speaker 3 (51:41):
Go back down a little bit, scroll down, a little
bit more down, a little bit more.
Speaker 2 (51:50):
Down.
Speaker 1 (51:51):
No scroll.
Speaker 2 (51:53):
As your landlord obtained evictment judgment against you.
Speaker 3 (51:56):
Now gre on page three. Go up to page two.
Speaker 2 (52:00):
We'll try to go to page two. You told me
to stop. Hold on, all right, here we.
Speaker 3 (52:03):
Go, okay, am I looking at the same Hold on
to page nine. I'm an idiot.
Speaker 2 (52:11):
All right, here we go page four five six.
Speaker 3 (52:21):
There we are, go back up a little bit, a
little bit, a little bit. Okay, So part three, question six,
Corey checks the box yes or debt or one or
dead or two both have primarily consumer debts. And Corey
says he asked if in the previous ninety days he
(52:42):
paid any of these people si clind dollars and wore
He says no, But he says that him and his
wife have primarily consumer debts. Okay, and bankruptcy law defines
consumer debts, says debt that you go in to buy
things for you and your family. Okay. As we will
find out when we go back to where we were
in this petition, Corey lists his debts and they're not
(53:03):
consumer debts. They're civil judgments.
Speaker 2 (53:06):
Civil judgments. Wow, so they're non consumer.
Speaker 3 (53:10):
It appears on this form he has made another false
statement saying that they're most that we're primarily consumer debts.
But as we'll see on here, like none of it
is credit card debt or anything like that. It's all money.
He owes Chanter and Gaya, and those are not consumer debts.
So what is Corey putting on this form?
Speaker 2 (53:30):
Does realize he's trying to get out of paying those judgments.
I think I think he's trying to get out of
paying those judgments and just slide through the corpse and
they won't notice these discrepancies.
Speaker 3 (53:41):
People have to think they're cunning plans through before they
put misinformation.
Speaker 2 (53:49):
Judge, If anybody, it would be a shame.
Speaker 3 (53:53):
It would be a shame if anyone made a motion
in this bankruptcy case telling the judge, hey, there's all
this missing on his petition. The petition needs to be scrutinized.
Speaker 2 (54:04):
What you know, where what page we were at before
We've got to go back.
Speaker 3 (54:07):
It's the page where we where he begins listing the
actual debts.
Speaker 2 (54:10):
Here we are, okay. So, so eighty four thousand dollars
that he claimed on an earlier part of the forum
was consumer debt, right, and we're going to see the
breakdown right of it.
Speaker 3 (54:24):
As we continue. Yes, so he'll break down his property first.
So of his thirty two thousand dollars in S's twenty
five thousand is a Toyota Highlander. So all Corey really
has to his name is a Toyota Highland.
Speaker 2 (54:36):
A shitty Toyota Highlander. Oh, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (54:39):
If it's shitty, it might be pretty nice. You never know.
He says it has a hundred island. He says it
has one hundred and thirty seven thousand miles and claims
is twenty five thousand. You know, for a Toyota in
good shape, that's probably a fair valuation. Or it's in
the ballpark somewhere, if it's in.
Speaker 2 (54:54):
Good shape, fifteen k.
Speaker 3 (54:56):
But okay, I don't know. Man, used cars now, we're
crazy expensive, especially.
Speaker 2 (55:00):
You're right, Remember I tried to buy I tried to
buy a four wheel drive vehicle for about six months,
and I even had one bought right out from under me.
Like I went and I said, okay, do you want
me to go give you a deposit and come back
with the rest tomorrow. It's kind of late in the day,
and he goes, no, you could just come with the
money tomorrow. The next day he called me like an
(55:23):
hour before I was supposed to be there. I was like, oh,
somebody showed up with the cash and sold it. But yeah,
fucking but everything works out for a reason. So I
used that money for the down payment for the new land,
and I'll just suffer without four wheel drive for one
more year. I guess, you know, like whatever you got
to do household goods and furnishings worth eight hundred dollars.
(55:44):
His microwave is cooking kesels.
Speaker 3 (55:46):
We should remember that twenty years ago in his first
bankruptcy he said he had like three thousand dollars worth
of this stuff. Well, he's only got eight hundred dollars
worth of personal.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
And yeah, remember too that he's supposed to be running
a media empire, right, and so he's running a media empire,
building and designing next generation video games, making documentaries, making
television shows, and he's only got all this shit is
only worth eight hundred dollars, including his computer.
Speaker 3 (56:19):
Well, you know, Corey doesn't have those fancy black magic
cameras like David has.
Speaker 2 (56:23):
So I know, but I mean to do any of
the things that he's claiming he's doing, you would need
at least a dec.
Speaker 3 (56:30):
Don't think he's I don't think he's doing. Steven. Look
at this book that Corey recently talked about. Corey hired
a ghostwriter to write it, and the writer puts on
the cover that the story is by Corey, but he's
the one writing it. Corey is just giving vague ideas.
He's not doing any of the work.
Speaker 2 (56:47):
He's a bum. That's why. Arguably, yes, oh man, this
is something. But see some things jump out at me
because you know, John like not for nothing. But you know,
I consider this my media adventures, a small media company, right,
and even me I have, like I gotta have five
(57:11):
thousand dollars where it's the computers and equipment I got here.
And I'm not dragging that I'm making documentaries and televisions.
I'm just on fucking YouTube and I got five grand
worth computers. How the fuck is he saying that all
his shit, all this shit, including his computers, for his
multimillion dollar, billion dollar ip, you know, media empire, He's
(57:36):
only got eight hundred dollars worth of shit, including all
his computers, And like this doesn't make any sense. Wells,
so it does make sense. It doesn't if you look.
Speaker 3 (57:46):
If you look at question seven, it's asking him about
his electronics and Corey says he doesn't have any. But
literally in the box above, he says he has a computer.
So this form the way he's filled this format, he's
got completely inconsistent.
Speaker 2 (57:59):
It's got like a ten year old I Mac, you know,
like whatever, Auntie.
Speaker 3 (58:03):
I think he does have a MacBook. Remember the MacBook
has like the Skype emails and all that.
Speaker 2 (58:09):
Oh yeah, here's the scary part. He's got two handguns
and a shotgun and rifle.
Speaker 3 (58:17):
And altogether it's only worth seven hundred and fifty dollars.
I can see that.
Speaker 2 (58:20):
Yeah, his wedding rings went down in value, right right.
Speaker 3 (58:25):
I think that's a low ball number. I think they're
probably worth more than.
Speaker 2 (58:28):
That seven hundred and fifty dollars. It wasn't it more
on the last form it.
Speaker 3 (58:34):
Was fit, it was at least fifteen hundred dollars. But Steven,
look here we just were rore right on the really
good ones here, No question, no go back up. Question thirteen,
What non farm animals do you have? Examples? Dogs, cats, birds, horses.
Corey says he doesn't have any of those things.
Speaker 2 (58:53):
He's got a fucking tikto Corey's.
Speaker 3 (58:56):
Go to Corey's TikTok and play a video of Corey
and his bird. Please go to his take. If you
don't have the link, I'll send it to.
Speaker 2 (59:03):
You, yeh, send it to me send it to me
just so much. Shore we have it, Corey go TikTok.
I don't know if I could find it or not,
but yeah, I know Corey talks about his secret world.
I got him. But I gotta find the fucking video.
Speaker 3 (59:20):
I just sent you the link to Corey's TikTok.
Speaker 2 (59:23):
Okay, all right, one second here, let me get that
up here. Yeah, well, we'll find the video. No, that's
not the right Corey Good, he says, no content, that's
a picture of.
Speaker 3 (59:37):
Oh that is the wrong Corey Good. Geez, let me
get the right damn Corey Good.
Speaker 2 (59:43):
Yeah, this is something else. Why you do that. I'm
gonna try to catch up here with the live Chat
twenty and Broke program. Okay, I got those two and listen, guys,
thank you so much for the support. But we're trying
to get through this. I will read every super chat,
I promise you. Thank you, thank you all for the support.
They support from Jacko Jjohn in the Netherlands, bankrupt secret
(01:00:04):
Space Boystown. That is correct, he's broke. He's totally broke.
Thank you, Jacko. Ever Nurse Mark with one for the goal,
explore the student loans who could be lying about his
student loans. They could be regular loans also, if you've.
Speaker 3 (01:00:19):
Prepared this, I just sent you.
Speaker 2 (01:00:21):
Okay, all right, thank you ever nurse Mark for your support.
And Tim Curley with one for the goal. With this superchet,
Stephen just made more than all of Corey's businesses combined.
He's felt it, he's broke. Listen, John in one super chet,
we just made more than Corey's four fucking Media Empire
(01:00:42):
businesses made in an entire year. Suffer secret Space loans
are broke, bum fucking dead beat. All right, thank you,
Tim Curly wouldn't I wouldn't have connected them stocks.
Speaker 3 (01:00:53):
But yeah, so truly troll troll asks if I'm gonna
touch on Dave Lolcock and Stevadi tonight. Yes we have
a bit of time.
Speaker 2 (01:01:00):
They have a good time. Okay, thank you, trolly troll troll,
longtime show supporter, big show support tonight from all you guys,
and we appreciate it. And Jacko DeJong has gifted one
True Seekers membership. Thank you, Jacko. You've got to hit
the subscribe button friends, because what a kind of generous
soul like Jacko de Jong from the Netherlands gifts a
membership you could win one, but you must be in
(01:01:22):
the live chat and a subscriber YouTube. When people like
Zacko give these memberships, they randomly distribute them, but you
got to be a subscriber, So thank you Jacko. All right,
where do we go next?
Speaker 3 (01:01:34):
So this I sent you the actual link for good
the real Cory Goods official ticktok.
Speaker 2 (01:01:40):
All right, and that's the latest one.
Speaker 3 (01:01:42):
No, and it's as Steven brings this up. Folks. Remember
Corey put on a federal bankruptc I'm.
Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
Telling you I'm getting here. Maybe he's got me blocked
on TikTok. I don't know, I'm getting the wrong one.
I'll share the profile. I'll share the profile. It's not
the right.
Speaker 3 (01:01:59):
That is so weird. Hold on, let me can.
Speaker 2 (01:02:02):
Get a link to him with the bird, just the video,
and then I able to share that. But I can
one second, I'm trying to show you.
Speaker 3 (01:02:12):
Oh yeah, Steven, check private shed in a stream yard.
I sent you actually a bird video.
Speaker 2 (01:02:19):
All right, let's get over there to get it. But
this is what I was Oh, I'm sorry, this is
what I was seeing. That's not him.
Speaker 3 (01:02:26):
Yeah, for some reason, I put Corey in your DMS
and it comes out as this guy, I don't know why.
Speaker 2 (01:02:31):
All right, let's uh, let's see if I can't get
that correct one. Oh, I got it, I got it.
Speaker 3 (01:02:36):
Here we go. Remember, folks, Corey said told the Federal
bankruptcy Court he does not own a bird.
Speaker 2 (01:02:43):
Well, maybe the bird is he does have an adult daughter.
He could say the bird belongs to his adult daughter,
right and not him. Look so look, yeah, do you
own any dogs, cats? Birds? No? No, look at this.
(01:03:04):
Look at it looks like a bird to me, you asshole.
Speaker 3 (01:03:18):
I wish it would shot on his head.
Speaker 2 (01:03:24):
But that's a funny little bit, like he's he's unless
he's going to say it's his adult daughters, right.
Speaker 3 (01:03:33):
Yeah, that's his only escape in this as if you
said it was actually my daughter's bird.
Speaker 2 (01:03:37):
Yeah yeah, oh sorry, guys, I screwed up. It's not
my bird, it's my daughter's bird or whatever.
Speaker 3 (01:03:43):
So we can go back to the PDF petition.
Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
Okay, one second here, let me get back to that. Yeah,
this is this is funny to go through and see, like,
you know, uh, what's going on. You know, like with
Corey all that bragging right about like how much he's
getting these big, huge deals. It's just like David Wilcock
with the bragging right, it never it never actually happens,
(01:04:09):
it's just well illusions.
Speaker 3 (01:04:13):
David is in a bit worse of his position because
Corey Corey certainly he kind of like wants his money
for nothing. He wants to do his own creative projects
and he wants to make a lot of money from those.
The reason David wants to make a lot of money
is because he gave Stevadi almost two million dollars, so
he wants a return on his investment. So it's a
bit different.
Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
And here we get the stunning revelation of just how
broke Corey Good is. He's broke, He's a bum. He's
a dead beat John. Look at his baggy counts. He's
a dead beat bum.
Speaker 3 (01:04:45):
Let's let's start from the top here. As far as cash.
When asked about Corey's cash, is any cash in a
wallet or in a safe deposit box, Corey says no,
I really hope that's true, because if it's not, you
mean you don't have even one dollar.
Speaker 2 (01:05:02):
He doesn't seven dollars in his wallet. He has no money.
Even I got a dollar in my wallet.
Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
He doesn't have like a like a can of or
glass of change, spare change or something. This is BA.
Speaker 2 (01:05:15):
I'm looking at my wallet. Twenty seven dollars, all right,
I'm better than Cory Good. Cory Good, I got twenty
seven dollars and yo, for a working father of two children,
it's a win when you have twenty seven dollars in
your wallet.
Speaker 3 (01:05:30):
John, I'm basically rich.
Speaker 2 (01:05:32):
I may need to pick up some grosser tomorrow, so
that's what that twenty seven dollars is for. I have moved,
by the way to try to get out money and
only spend what I put in my wallet for the week.
And what is it. It's Wednesday, right, So I'm doing pretty good.
Twenty seven dollars for the week. Yeah, that's ridiculous. Do
(01:05:54):
you have any money in your wallet? No, I don't
have any money. Would that include like his wife purse?
So she doesn't have a.
Speaker 3 (01:06:01):
Dollar apparently is she's claiming there's no money in her purse.
She's got no money, you know, in a sock buried somewhere,
nothing in the backyard, nothing hidden in the house.
Speaker 2 (01:06:12):
I got more. I have more money in the change
in my couch than Corey Good has in his wallet
and his wife's purse. They're both broke. They're brokeer then broke.
I could probably scrape three four dollars and change out
of my couch. I do it every once in a while.
There's a free change counter at my bank.
Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
Well, Corey says, his couch is clearly out of money.
Speaker 2 (01:06:33):
So, oh my goodness. So and then we look and
see the stunning revelation of his bank accounts. One bank
account has one hundred and thirteen dollars. One bank account
has one hundred and fifty one dollars. One bank account
two hundred and thirty seven dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:06:49):
One built together, it's like eight hundred bucks. He's got
like eight hundred bucks. He's got eight hundred dollars among
six or seven bank accounts.
Speaker 2 (01:06:57):
You know, somebody said it earlier, and this is really
good observation. I guess the Secret Space Program's pension is terrible.
Right If you, dude, this guy claimed that he did
sixty years with the Secret Space Program.
Speaker 3 (01:07:12):
You mean the twenty and broke programs.
Speaker 2 (01:07:14):
Twenty and broke. Yeah, So this would mean that he
did sixty years in the military and he got nothing, which.
Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
He got no retirement, he got nothing.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
And he saved nothing from his sixty years pay in
the secret Space.
Speaker 3 (01:07:33):
Which is crazy because I think, I think if you
served sixty years in the military in active service, I
think you get a pension and no, it's twenty I think, yeah,
I think it's twenty years once you get to you know,
growing up.
Speaker 2 (01:07:46):
How many of my father's friends he was in a
navy he did He just did his fourth or I
don't remember exactly. I think he might have done more
than four, but like maybe six. But anyway, a lot
of my dad's friends did the twenty because they were
fucking retired, some of them at like thirty eight years old,
(01:08:06):
you know the god in the Navy at eighteen twenty eight,
thirty eight, Now you're retired, and they got good, a
good pension for that twenty years. So it's kind of
funny that this clown. That's just another indicator that his
secret Space claims are retarded and stupid and child. Yeah,
if you get a full time pension for twenty years
(01:08:26):
in the Navy, wouldn't you get something for sixty years
in the space program? I would think so.
Speaker 3 (01:08:32):
John, here's another problem on this page, right uh twenty six,
Corey has asked if he has patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets,
and other intellectual property. Oh shit, he says, well, we
have to look at this. We have to look at this,
because he says no. But then, lad, as we saw previously,
(01:08:55):
he said that one of his corporations does have trademarks.
But I think that he he's overstating one of those
trademarks because at least one of them is being challenged
by GAYA and is not fully registered yet. So he's
claiming he has trademarks that he does.
Speaker 2 (01:09:09):
Actually, so many problems with this filing, and he paid
a real lawyer to do it, so I would say
it's not the lawyer's fault, right. The lawyer's probably asking
him these questions, giving false I mean, be giving false
information to the lawyer.
Speaker 3 (01:09:25):
We can speculate lawyers are not supposed to help their
clients break the law, but it probably does happen on occasion.
They're not supposed to help them break the law, but
you never know.
Speaker 2 (01:09:38):
Good Enterprise and Solutions assets owed two hundred and fifty
thousand to three hundred thousand from a company in bankruptcy.
Speaker 3 (01:09:47):
That's Orchard to ninety one.
Speaker 2 (01:09:49):
Approximately one hundred and forty thousand dollars in liabilities.
Speaker 3 (01:09:53):
That's probably mostly money he owes Valerie Naros, Wow, that's
probably what that is. Valerian Nios is there would like
probably six figures from Corey and Corey hasn't paid sorry.
Speaker 2 (01:10:07):
Now, well he hasn't paid somebody one hundred and forty
thousand dollars. That could be the money.
Speaker 3 (01:10:12):
I mean probably they probably do have several creditors.
Speaker 2 (01:10:15):
What about the money he owed his partners, Remember they
were supposed to be he's.
Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
Not counting that. He's not counting that there were supposed
to be. There never was, there never was.
Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
And Disclosure Media has five trademark registrations.
Speaker 3 (01:10:30):
Yeah, I think that's questionable.
Speaker 2 (01:10:33):
And what is this preferential payment to stepmother three thousand
that was the personal loan, so essentially works TV has
three hundred dollars worth of computers.
Speaker 3 (01:10:46):
Yeah, that's probably that's probably Mike Wiskowsky, Shit.
Speaker 2 (01:10:50):
John, I could go. And I live in a very
affluent neighborhood, you know, like people around here have more
money than since Like I'm not kidding you do you
know what happened? One time? One of my neighbors threw
out a fifty inch flat screen TV. Do you know why?
Speaker 3 (01:11:05):
Why?
Speaker 2 (01:11:06):
Because they got an eight inch and they just.
Speaker 3 (01:11:08):
Put it on the curb.
Speaker 2 (01:11:09):
They took a perfectly working fifty inch television and put
it on the fucking curb, right, And I see it.
I'm seeing him do this, and I walk over and
I go, oh, your TV broke. He goes, no, I
just got an eight inch. I'm like, this works, and
he goes yeah, and I go he throw it in
the trash. He goes yeah. I go, can I have it?
He goes, sure, yeah, take it. So I could literally
(01:11:31):
pick the trash around here, John, I could run around
my neighborhood with my car and pick more out of
the trash in my neighborhood than.
Speaker 5 (01:11:42):
Ascension Works as an assets. Three hundred dollars in assets.
Oh my god, I'm sorry, this cracks me up. I
swear to god.
Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
Yo, maybe we want to make a video of me
going around and picking the trash in my neighborhood and
will have more assets than Corey Good's company. We should
do that as a goof at least, right, How could
we only have three hundred dollars in assets? He's been
running that company for years.
Speaker 3 (01:12:15):
Or remember most most of their infrastructure is probably they're
just paying someone for it. You know, they're playing you know,
rax space or cloud Flare or whoever they're paying to
host this website. So those are all just expenses. They
don't own any of that stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:12:29):
I swear, it's so funny to me. I could literally
go pick the trash and have more assets from picking
the trash than Corey Good.
Speaker 3 (01:12:37):
I'm not sure what other assets they could have. I mean,
it's a streaming video site where Corey and Mike Wistowsky upload.
Speaker 2 (01:12:45):
You've gotta have a fucking camera, you gotta have webcams,
you gotta.
Speaker 3 (01:12:49):
Have microphone shit. They let the other production equipment out.
Speaker 2 (01:12:55):
Add the dollar amount of entries. So this is this
is basically he said, these assets, this is all of
his assets, less less than five thousand dollars. How far
Earth Schalactic Ambassador has fallen. He's fallen on hard times Earth.
Speaker 3 (01:13:11):
Well, I mean according to this, according to this petition,
it's it's even worse than his bankruptcy twenty years ago. Yeah,
we're back then.
Speaker 2 (01:13:19):
So now he's saying his total assets his personal property
is thirty one thousand, little.
Speaker 3 (01:13:26):
Under thirty two thousand dollars worth of total ass Ooh
so he now hes So.
Speaker 2 (01:13:31):
Here's the part of this and twenty five of that
is the car. What how does that make one?
Speaker 3 (01:13:37):
Because that's all he really has. He's got he's got TV,
and he's got some some some some personal ship and
that's basically.
Speaker 2 (01:13:45):
He's got some used clothing though, So there's that. It's great.
Speaker 3 (01:13:49):
Yeah, hundred dollars, one hundred dollars of sweatpants and his.
Speaker 2 (01:13:52):
Wedding rings that he says are seventh worth seven fifty.
Speaker 3 (01:13:55):
Now, yeah, I think he's low balling those.
Speaker 2 (01:13:58):
But before he said they were worth fifteen hundred in
his previous bankruptcy filing.
Speaker 3 (01:14:02):
I think he's low bawling there.
Speaker 2 (01:14:03):
I have problem. Right, He's got a checking account with
one hundred and thirteen dollars in it and another one
with one point fifty one to thirty seven to ninety
three sixty eight dollars, so that one account.
Speaker 3 (01:14:15):
Boy, he's claiming all these exemptions. He's claiming everything to
be exempted. He doesn't want to have to sell any
of this stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:14:24):
Or use any of that money to pay creditors.
Speaker 3 (01:14:26):
Is that what he's trying exactly? These are all exemptions
that he's claiming.
Speaker 2 (01:14:30):
Oh jeez, wow, just wow, he's going totally broke, totally broke.
Speaker 3 (01:14:38):
So wait here here he lists the creditors. We should
look at those. So if you scroll up to the top,
scroll the previous page. So here's the first creditor. This
is collection for Guya individuals and he used them over
fifty nine thousand. So this is Guya, the Guya individuals.
Speaker 2 (01:14:58):
Okay, So for people aware, David, excuse me, for people
that awar, Corey Goods sued Gaya TV and this person
Benjamin Sevotnik among other people, and in their two cases,
the judge decided that Corey good should be ordered to
pay their legal expenses because the lawsuit was frivolous and whatever.
(01:15:19):
So in the case of Guaya TV, he has to
pay them sixty fifty nine hundred and six dollars, and
in the case of Benjamin's Zavotnik better known as c
W Channer, he has to pay CW. Channer twenty three thousand,
six hundred and twenty three dollars and fifty cents. But
that's not the total. The total somewhere around fourions, just.
Speaker 3 (01:15:40):
With these two creditors, just with CW and the Gaya folks,
this is almost this constitute is almost the entire amount
of Corey's liabilities in his debt. And remember he said
it was consumer debt. It clearly says judgment. It's not
consumer debt.
Speaker 2 (01:15:56):
Yeah, that's a judgment. Yeah. And budget control service is
he owes one thousand dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:16:02):
So he ows he own a medical bill. He's probably
not going to pay that because he's intending for that
to get discharged in bankruptcy.
Speaker 2 (01:16:09):
And this budget control system is a credit counselor, so
he paid them one thousand dollars to try to try
to help them.
Speaker 3 (01:16:16):
No, no, no, that's not a credit counselor. That's he says,
that's a medical bill. It says medical right there.
Speaker 2 (01:16:22):
Oh okay, oh that's probably a collection agency.
Speaker 3 (01:16:27):
Possibly.
Speaker 2 (01:16:28):
Yeah, when bills don't get paid, they go to they
go to a collection agency. So here is what he says.
Speaker 3 (01:16:34):
He owes, which is almost entirely all entirely c W.
Speaker 2 (01:16:39):
Chanter and guy is so listen from an outsider looking in,
and I freely admit this is speculation. It looks like
he's trying to get out of paying the key justments
he is.
Speaker 3 (01:16:51):
But I ask, what benefit does he gain by trying
to tell the court that this is consumer debt when
it clearly isn't. What benefit does he it's stupid.
Speaker 2 (01:17:02):
He's hoping that they'll just not.
Speaker 3 (01:17:04):
He checked the box for consumer debt, and then when
he lists the creditors, he said they're for judgments. How
stupid is Corey?
Speaker 2 (01:17:11):
Yeah, this is a dumb move. This is just retarded.
Speaker 3 (01:17:14):
Like if I'm if I'm a bankruptcy judge and I'm like.
Speaker 2 (01:17:17):
Okay, that would piss me off if I was a judge.
You're clearly ling on these forms and you want to help.
Speaker 3 (01:17:23):
You I know, I know. I hope this bankruptcy gets
scrutinized and taken to task because it's there's questions here,
a lot of questions. They say. Here's here's a good one.
They say they're employed, but they're self employed.
Speaker 2 (01:17:39):
Yeah, well it's one or the other.
Speaker 3 (01:17:41):
Yeah, So that's another inconsistent, ambiguous response. He checks the
box for employed, and then he writes self employee.
Speaker 2 (01:17:47):
Here's okay, this is funny. List growthly gross wages, salary
and commissions, Yeah, payroll deductions.
Speaker 3 (01:17:56):
Him, him and his wife don't have jobs, so it's
all zeros.
Speaker 2 (01:18:00):
Nice he's broke. Look at all these zeros. Holy shit,
what are all These.
Speaker 3 (01:18:07):
Are all payroll deductions, you know, if he doesn't have
if they don't have jobs, they don't have payroll duct
not paying Social Security if they don't have jobs.
Speaker 2 (01:18:16):
Oh my goodness, gracious, you know, I'm very glad that
I had regular job for a long time because what
I retire when you're when you're a self employed business owner,
you don't pay into Social Security.
Speaker 3 (01:18:33):
So so here's section jay of the forum where Corey
and his wife to have the list like their expenses
on like a budget basis. So they have to tell
the court on this form what expenses they have, line
item every month and add it all together. So if
we scroll down a little bit where it's says part two,
estimate your ongoing monthly expenses, we'll notice that Corey, I
(01:18:56):
mean some people live rent free, Like rent free is
like one of those phrases that gets thrown allowed Stephen.
But according to this form, Corey literally pays zero rent.
He is living rent free somewhere.
Speaker 2 (01:19:06):
Yeah, he doesn't pay real estate taxes, property of rental,
he doesn't, no homeowners association.
Speaker 3 (01:19:13):
He has, he has a residence and he is getting
it for free according to this form.
Speaker 2 (01:19:18):
Well, you know that there's been long known that one
house that he was living in when he first moved
to Colorado was basically gifted to him. At least that's
the rumors and speculation and an internet land and somebody
even he even hit his followers for moving expenses even
though Gaya gave him money. From the right, that's funny,
(01:19:41):
So that's a stumbbag move. It looks like he only
pays his He only pays his monthly bills, right.
Speaker 3 (01:19:47):
I don't think Corey owns any property, so if someone
gifted him something, he either doesn't have it anymore, or
when they say gifted, that's not really what they mean.
I mean, if you have a house, Stephen, and you
let someone live there, you're not giving them the house.
You're just letting live there.
Speaker 2 (01:20:03):
Yes, but you're you're letting them live rent free, food
and housekeeping supplies eight hundred bucks.
Speaker 3 (01:20:09):
I mean, hey, hey, he's got two kids and a
wife and food's expensive, so that's a.
Speaker 2 (01:20:14):
Reasonable all right, We'll give him that. I got to
ask my wife how much we spend. We're a family
of four.
Speaker 3 (01:20:19):
Are you sure you want to do that dude.
Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
I got two boys, and my older boy is eating
me out of house and home like he is ridiculous.
Uh so, yeah, we'll give him the eight hundred bucks.
What is this? Clothing, laundry and dry cleaning one twenty.
Transportation four fifty including gas, maintenance, bus or train fare
(01:20:43):
do not include car payments four fifty and gas a month.
Speaker 3 (01:20:49):
Yeah, and that's also maintenance. And I think that's a
bit high considering him and his wife don't have jobs.
What's what's he spending the gas on? Is he's just
driving around the country.
Speaker 2 (01:21:00):
Yeah, four to fifty a month, and I think he
listed his maintenance car maintenance expenses in a previous part
of this forum is one fifty, So that would leave
that would mean he's spent three hundred on gas.
Speaker 3 (01:21:13):
But that was all I go back and forth.
Speaker 2 (01:21:16):
One hundred miles to the cabin every weekend. I don't
spend three hundred a month in gas. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:21:21):
Yeah, he's high balling, but remember back then he had
two vehicles, so the number was higher. According to this reason,
he only has one. He's got one SUV.
Speaker 2 (01:21:30):
For his monthly expense is twenty two fifty three dollars,
which is I guess that's reasonable living expense for a
family of four. That's I don't consider.
Speaker 3 (01:21:40):
That considering considering he lives living rent free. Yeah, it
might be reasonable.
Speaker 2 (01:21:46):
Signature of debtor. I want to redo this for him
instead of signature of debt or put signature of dead beat,
signature of dead beat one James Corey Good, signature of
dead beat two, Stacy Hartman Good.
Speaker 3 (01:22:00):
I feel I feel bad for Stacy because if you
go back up to the creditors where like you know,
Zevadnik and Guya were listed, those debts apply to Stacy,
which is crazy because like she never worked for Guya,
she didn't sue them.
Speaker 2 (01:22:13):
But this don't cause she didn't cause any of this
ship But now she's going to have to pay for it.
Speaker 3 (01:22:18):
Well, I don't know. I think she may have participated
in the whole scandal, but she definitely didn't sue Guya
and she definitely didn't ever work for Guya.
Speaker 2 (01:22:27):
That's why listen, when you're married.
Speaker 3 (01:22:30):
You take on you take on you take.
Speaker 2 (01:22:33):
On your your your spouse's problems.
Speaker 3 (01:22:35):
You know, so poor Stacy.
Speaker 2 (01:22:39):
She was right there to get all the money, right.
Speaker 3 (01:22:42):
I don't feel too bad for her, because I think
that she's participated in this. I know, like a lot
of Corey's corporate entities, she's been doing all the filing
on them, so she's definitely a part of the operation.
Speaker 2 (01:22:54):
Well, it looks like that's the end of the yea.
Speaker 3 (01:22:59):
Now, if you if you want to go back to
that court listener page. There are some other things that
we can look at. There's a there's like a core
plan for repayments. We could take a look at some
of those things.
Speaker 2 (01:23:10):
Yeah, hold on one moment, let me get to the
doctor and we'll Chapter thirteen plan. Is that what we want?
Speaker 1 (01:23:19):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:23:19):
We can look at that one.
Speaker 2 (01:23:21):
All right, one moment here and this says, let me
get it Local Bankruptcy Form three ZHO one five one second.
Let me see here, do we have them right? One? Now?
(01:23:42):
All right? Total of payments on unsecured claims Class four
thirteen thousand, Total of payments on unsecured claims Class four
sixteen thousand, Total trustees compensation eighteen hundred, Total debt and
administrative expenses eighteen thousand.
Speaker 3 (01:23:58):
So from from this form we can we can glean
a couple things. So this is a chapter thirteen bankruptcy.
The secured loans may very well have to be paid
in full, but Corey has a better chance of getting
out of much, if not nearly, all, of the unsecured claims.
Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
So he's going to try to like run away with
the bag of eighteen thousand dollars and not pay any
of those debts, like a deadbeat, broke bumb loser. Is
that what to know?
Speaker 3 (01:24:28):
I think he's going to try to wipe away the
sixteen thousand, two hundred dollars of unsecured claims.
Speaker 2 (01:24:34):
Okay, so that's right there, Oh that's right. I'm sorry, Yes,
I'm sorry. So the deadbeat, broke bumb loser is going
to try to fuck this is Corey. This is out
of sixteen hundred dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:24:44):
It's his best option in a chapter.
Speaker 2 (01:24:46):
That's money that he spent, money that he owes, money
that a real man would pay back if he had
any morals or ethics, right, But he's just going to
be a broke bum loser and try to get out
of pay and then back the money that he took
from them. Great.
Speaker 3 (01:25:01):
Now, I may be misinterpreting this form. This form may
be saying that since Corey ows like eighty some thousand dollars.
The plan that is being proposed is he only pays
sixteen thousand of that. Whoh so he may be trying
to pay less than one dollar for every four dollars
(01:25:22):
that he owes and unsecured claims.
Speaker 2 (01:25:24):
Or trying to wipe sixteen thousand in unsecured because isn't
a judgment a secured claim or no.
Speaker 3 (01:25:30):
No, it's unsecured. It's only a claim. The credit is
only secured if there's some type of collateral.
Speaker 2 (01:25:37):
A car, exactly, and yeah, exactly. Yeah, that makes me
real nervous about my land payment, John, because I look
at that. You know, I have something big to lose
if I don't make those payments. Do you know what
I mean? You know what I mean. It's secured by
the land itself. My right, my landload payment is secured
(01:25:58):
by land itself. Don't make payments bye by land, you know.
Speaker 3 (01:26:03):
And that's that's usually why those types of deals have
like the lowest interest rates. That's why you usually get
like low inter rates rates on like mortgages and things
like that, because the house and land is going to
be there and it secures the low.
Speaker 2 (01:26:14):
Yeah, I think that you're right, he's because look at
this estimated payment to class for unsecured creditors under the
Chapter thirteen plan, plus any funds recovered from other property.
So it looks like he's trying to only pay thirteen
thousand on eighty thousand.
Speaker 3 (01:26:31):
So he wants to pay less than one dollar for
every four dollars he owes.
Speaker 2 (01:26:37):
And I don't understand how that works with the with
the court ordered repayment of attorneys fees. Is it fair
like he just wants to fuck the people that spend
all that money in legal fees that he forced them
to spend and not pay them back the money that
they had to expend to fight his frivolous lawsuits.
Speaker 3 (01:26:58):
We had to that question to do address that we
have to think of We have to consider two things here, right.
Number one, despite it being attorney's fees and Corey owing
this money and all of that being bonafide, that is
still an unsecured debt. That debt that he owes the
guy individual's chances are unsecured debt. There's civil judgments that
(01:27:19):
are unsecured, so in at Chapter thirteen, they're subject to
a portion of it or the whole thing being wiped
away because they're unsecure.
Speaker 2 (01:27:30):
Well, that makes a lot of sense.
Speaker 3 (01:27:31):
And the second thing here is as far as like
Corey wanting to fuck these people, I think these people
have fucked Corey and this is like Corey's last resort.
This is basically Corey's last chance to try and protect himself.
Speaker 2 (01:27:45):
And not let's pay that. Yeah, he's trying, but listen,
he's the one that brought these frivolous lawsuits against these people.
Speaker 3 (01:27:52):
Ass that's his money.
Speaker 2 (01:27:54):
Before that, he ended up fucking himself out of how
much for Channer and what's sixty.
Speaker 3 (01:28:02):
For unmost sixty for the guy individuals And if.
Speaker 2 (01:28:05):
We count the total the Channer is really spent on lawyers,
it's forty. So he fucked himself and and got ordered
to pay so far, you know, like eighty something thousand dollars,
and now he only wants to pay back thirteen.
Speaker 3 (01:28:22):
Right, And what you said so far is a good point.
That's the money of the corios so far. If this
thing keeps going, and he got a stay in the case,
so maybe he can buzz. But if it kept going
like that, Corey is just going to keep building that bone.
Speaker 2 (01:28:36):
Well, he said that the case was not the case
was concluded, he said, on these fords.
Speaker 3 (01:28:40):
Right, and that is missing for a completely.
Speaker 2 (01:28:42):
Total lie, dead beat liar. All right, and we thank
Zachodzom from the Netherlands for two pounds. It is his
cockatoo from Mars, says Jacko Zom. I'm just blown away
that he fucking terror all these people with law fair
for years and then when he loses, he tries to
(01:29:05):
get out of paying back the money he owes these
people he terrorized with bankruptcy proceedings. But I mean, according
to AI, and I don't know, like I'm not a lawyer,
you can't discharge attorneys for these judgments, so I don't know.
We really need a real lawyer to tell us that.
Speaker 3 (01:29:22):
Ye, so a real lawyer has piped into this chat
on X and what they said is because it's Chapter
thirteen and it's an unsecured debt, Chanter will probably only
get a portion of it if he gets anything.
Speaker 2 (01:29:36):
Now, it's so unfair.
Speaker 3 (01:29:38):
That's assuming, that's assuming that no one challenges this bankruptcy
because you know, in bankruptcy the creditors can make motions
and file things. Yes, so we will see if Guya
and or Chanter or anyone else that's a party in
this matter makes a filing trying to debate.
Speaker 2 (01:29:57):
Oh they should, I know, Guya will will not accept this.
Speaker 3 (01:30:01):
We don't, we don't. It's not it's not guaranteed.
Speaker 6 (01:30:03):
Man.
Speaker 2 (01:30:03):
They fucking lawyers, dude.
Speaker 3 (01:30:06):
They do, they do, and they're out for blood. But
that doesn't mean they're gonna remember this bankruptcy petition. This
is a totally different case in a totally different court
that will get a totally different judge, So they will
have to basically take this issue up on the side.
So in order to.
Speaker 2 (01:30:23):
What we what we can clearly establish is that this broke,
deadbeat bum loser is trying to squore. It appears from
everything that we've seen, this broke, deadbeat loser bum proven
lying scammer is now trying to weasel out of the
justice that was given his victims to at least get
(01:30:46):
their money back for the lawyers they had to spend
fighting his ridiculous, stupid lawsuits. And thank you murdering Matrix
who give their true Secrets membership. You've got to hit
that subscribe button. Thanks you, notary Matrix, big time show supporter.
And we've got one more. We've got Kenny Death Squad
with one for the Goal says it sounds like he
(01:31:07):
is hiding money. Well, you know, we're doing our best
to decipher this, but it sure appears that way to me.
And thank you for your kindness, generosity and support. And
where do we go from here? We keep going down.
Maybe there's some more information here that's pertinent.
Speaker 3 (01:31:22):
Yeah, I mean it talks about because remember, bankruptcy has
costs attached to it, like the lawyers and the court
need to get paid, so that's discussed them here as well.
But yeah, this is the plan. Apparently Corey only wants
to pay a little over thirteen thousand dollars for every
eighty four thousand dollars of insecured debt that he is.
Speaker 2 (01:31:43):
Wow, he wants to.
Speaker 3 (01:31:44):
He wants to. He wants the court to basically cut
his unsecured costs by like eighty to ninety percent.
Speaker 2 (01:31:51):
That's great. Yeah, So, like a typical scumbag put all
those people through all that hell for all those years,
cost them somewhere in the neighborhood at least those two
of eighty to one hundred thousand dollars in money that
they had to spend to fight his stupid fake lawsuits.
Well they were real lawsuits, but they were frivolous. And
(01:32:12):
now he's gonna when he loses so big, now he's
going to be like, well I got one more, one
more hal Mary to try to not get fucked in
the ass.
Speaker 3 (01:32:21):
Here to mention any brand, these are the judgments that
he's currently been pinned on is owing. You know, chanters
lawyers and guy his lawyers are still doing work for
their clients. So there could be more that Corey would owe,
but we may not know. I mean, this bankruptcy has stayed.
That stayed the guy A case, So wow, the bankruptcy
(01:32:45):
needs to get resolved so that the.
Speaker 2 (01:32:48):
Next the next one is a disclosure of compensation just
for the attorneys.
Speaker 3 (01:32:53):
Yeah, we probably we don't have to look at that one.
There's a chapter.
Speaker 2 (01:32:58):
Period commitment period form.
Speaker 3 (01:33:01):
Yeah, this is where this is a statement of Corey's
current monthly income. I guess we can look at that.
Speaker 2 (01:33:07):
Oh yes, let's look at that. At what is his
current monthly income. Let's let's find out right, and let
me make it bigger for the blindies like me. All right,
So his gross wage of salary and tips zero zero.
Speaker 3 (01:33:25):
This was an easy form for them to fill out.
Speaker 2 (01:33:27):
Right, just they have no income whatsoever.
Speaker 3 (01:33:32):
I mean, they are declaring bankruptcy.
Speaker 2 (01:33:37):
And the median income.
Speaker 3 (01:33:38):
For let's look at this state. Okay, this is some
kind of calculation where he's required to calculate the median
income here for that seems high. But it's just a
(01:33:59):
calculation for calculation purposes. He's not the money he's making.
Speaker 2 (01:34:03):
That's him fascinated with all these zeros. Current, calculate your
current monthly income for the you.
Speaker 3 (01:34:09):
Know, Steven, if you don't have a job.
Speaker 2 (01:34:11):
I thought he said he made a dollar. Though where
did the dollar go?
Speaker 3 (01:34:15):
He's not a dollar. The dollar the dollar he made
if you go back and look at that form, which
we don't have to do, but if you go back
and look, that's a dollar he made from his businesses,
not from employment.
Speaker 2 (01:34:25):
Okay, so this is from employment, all these zeros. Right, Holy,
he's broke, he's a bum. His income is zero. Wow.
I can't. I just can't get over, you know. And
you know, when you do something like this, you're gonna
have to You're gonna have to suffer some public humiliation. Right,
(01:34:47):
Spooky's here saying, can we bless the goal and Jacquo
DeJong is here been a member for thirteen months, more
than a year. Thank you for that. Jacquo DeJong says
he is done. No, this is his last attempt to
get out of get out of paying back the people
all that money he owes for making their lives hell
for all that.
Speaker 3 (01:35:07):
Yeah, this is this is probably Corey's last best hope.
And so the next thing we'll need to look out
for in this bankruptcy case, Stephen, is a trustees report.
A trustee will be assigned in this bankruptcy case by
the court and the trustee will like you know, do
the due diligence and figure out all the accounts of
what's what. That trustee report will be very interesting and
(01:35:31):
when that comes out, I'm going to dive into that
thing big time.
Speaker 2 (01:35:35):
Well there's some possibilities though, right, there could be a
very lazy trustee that doesn't catch the things that we've caught,
right and.
Speaker 3 (01:35:45):
Just possibly, but remember when trust trustees that are assigned
by courts, they're usually like pretty good, they usually know
what they're doing. Oh, usually they're usually very good at
forensic accounting and figuring things out. Because remember the trustee
that's basically what the court relies on is the authority.
Both sides will rely on the trust Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:36:06):
So the trustee, So everybody understands, you're supposed to investigate
all the information that they were provided, sort of fact check,
figure out, you know, if this is a real valid
claim and plan or not, and then inform the judge.
Speaker 3 (01:36:22):
And and and publish a report with all of the
accounts and all of the numbers, and it'll be on
the public docket for the everyone to see. So this
won't be like some back room like shady, questionable thing.
The trustee will figure out everything and then it'll show
up on the docket and we'll be able to read it.
And it'll be interesting to take what the trustee puts
(01:36:45):
in the report and compare it to what Corey has
put in this petition, because I think there will probably
be some differences, but well a speculation. Let's hold off
and see what the trustee actually says.
Speaker 2 (01:36:58):
One that I know it's not a big content relation
to that person, but if nothing else, C W. Channer
appears to have driven Corey Good into bankruptcy.
Speaker 3 (01:37:08):
Yeah, I mean Chanter is listed as like creditor on
the on the bankruptcy so Chanter. You know, Chanter got
attacked hard. But Chanter is also like a primary bankruptcy
driver for Corey.
Speaker 2 (01:37:24):
An instrument, an instrument of the karma. I would think,
you know, like the whole situation is terrible though, because
if the court filing, I believe the court filings. So
Channer spends forty thousand dollars on lawyers and now and
(01:37:45):
now and then and the case turns out to be
completely and totally frivolous. In the case of Chanter. Again,
I'm not a lawyer, but it was. It was dismissed
because Corey did not have the jurisdiction because Sue the
person in the state of Colorado. He tried to do
some legal rico and basically accuse him of a vast
(01:38:07):
criminal conspiracy that's multi state and multi party and all
this shit. And the judge looks at it and says, no,
he's never been to the state of Colorado. He's never
stepped foot in the state of Colorado. You don't have jurisdiction.
Fuck you. Dismisses the case. But now this person is
holding that bag, you know, and again the human side
(01:38:28):
of me kicks in regardless of any passed disagreements. I
don't have anything against the guy. He apparently had stuff
against me whatever, you know, I hope he forgives me
and just moves on. I wish him the best. But
from the human side of me, this man is a
father of a couple. He has a couple of children,
you know, a wife, family, a mother and father. You know,
(01:38:50):
I think he still was taking care of his mother
and john. You know, from a human perspective, just think
about forty thousand dollars and what you could do with
forty thousand dollars that would benefit your wife, your children,
your mother, is your own home. Like what if you
(01:39:11):
took forty grand and remodeled your entire home. You know,
that would certainly benefit your family, your children, your wife.
But in this case, this fucking degenerate, scumbag, lying, grifting
bastard took this man in the court because he said
his stories weren't true. That's basically the gist of it.
(01:39:31):
Gives some of a vast criminal conspiracy and all these evils,
and then the guy forced to spend forty thousand dollars
to defend himself wins the judgment that he's supposed to
get his money back. Because what Corey Good did to him,
and in my opinion, all the other defendants was completely
and totally wrong. And now this grifting, scumbag, proven liar,
(01:39:58):
con artists, scammer, it scammed everybody for years for fake stories,
is now just gonna say, I'm just going to declare bankruptcy.
Fuck these guys that I tortured with legal lawfare and
made all these false accusations against for years, I'm not
paying them that. This is like, just when you think
this guy couldn't get any scummier or any scammier, it's
(01:40:22):
like it's like he's playing scumball limbo and he just
keeps getting lower and lower and lower. It's so bad, John,
this is so bad.
Speaker 3 (01:40:34):
Yeah. I mean, from the perspective of CW being able
to get his attorney's fees.
Speaker 2 (01:40:41):
I hope he gets everything.
Speaker 3 (01:40:42):
It's going to be an uphill battle to get every penny,
not just because he still has the file of the
forum to get a lot of people don't.
Speaker 2 (01:40:50):
Even if you get the judgment, it doesn't mean that
person is forced.
Speaker 3 (01:40:53):
By law to pay you exactly.
Speaker 2 (01:40:55):
I mean, you know a lot of times the judgments
when I worked in corporate credit, we get judgments all
the time, and then the person would do shit like this,
declare bankruptcy. A lot of times people would intentionally get
divorced and they would move in a sham divorce. They
would move all their assets into their ex wive. You know,
(01:41:16):
they just give the house, give everything, and that's to
protect them from the creditors that they owe the judgments to,
you know. So, yeah, there's a lot of slimy bullshit
that people can do to get out of paying these judgments.
It shouldn't be allowed.
Speaker 3 (01:41:29):
You or they can just ignore the judgment.
Speaker 2 (01:41:31):
Yeah yeah, I mean what we would do in my
company is we would send it out to a collect
statecy and they would just harass the person to debt
for years until they finally paid.
Speaker 3 (01:41:41):
Or you know, Stephen, there's like four states in the
Union that don't even allow judgments to garnish wages, and
Pennsylvania is one of them. I think it's it's Pennsylvania, Texas,
North Carolina, and South Carolina and those states. You cannot
have your wages garnished for a judgment unless it's for
like child support or something. Yeah, civil judgment, you're not.
They can't.
Speaker 2 (01:42:02):
Yeah. I used to have a cheat sheet in my
desk on my desk of what states were garnishable, you know,
because when when I was trying to negotiate with some
of these people, I would need to know, like, listen,
you live in it. I would just say, you live
in a garnishment state. We don't have to have this conversation,
or we could reach it reasonable, you know, a reasonable
(01:42:24):
compromise here, but you're going to pay the bill that
you Oh.
Speaker 3 (01:42:27):
I think it's I think it's just those four states
that don't allow it. I think all the other states
allow garnishments for civil judgments generally.
Speaker 2 (01:42:33):
Yeah. Yeah, and that's when you can really get somebody.
But here's the thingnishment.
Speaker 3 (01:42:41):
Even if they because like I said earlier, and we
should actually look at this, let me let me get
that for you. So on the topic of garnishments here,
we're about to look at what may be one of
the reasons why Corey Good filed bankruptcy yesterday is because
at the same time in the Gaya case, Guya motions
to start garnishing Corey's money from basically every source. So
(01:43:05):
let's talk about that now, Stephen, right, you send you
the link for that okay.
Speaker 2 (01:43:10):
And then also I have a video of David Wilcock
and Corey Good grifting at a live event, which I
thought would be kind of funny. If we, you know,
go through that, and in the meantime, I'll try to
catch up with the with the link. Okay, one second here,
let me get over there and get that Good versus Gaya. Yep,
(01:43:34):
all right, we want the main document.
Speaker 3 (01:43:36):
No, we sorted by the most recent, so we're looking
at the most recent first, and share your screen.
Speaker 2 (01:43:44):
One moment here descending, Yeah, descending, all right, amended final judgment.
Speaker 3 (01:43:54):
So it's below that. If you go to like five twenty,
you'll see it like five twenty and that it says
application for rid of garnishment. Okay, so you can you
can click on a bunch of those. There's there's applications
for garnishments for every individual source. Oh, there's like one
for PayPal. You can just click on him.
Speaker 2 (01:44:15):
And oh, he's fucked. They're gonna hit his PayPal. He
won't be able to take PayPal donations without getting fucked.
Speaker 3 (01:44:22):
So scrolled down. The source is located towards the bottom.
So this is for where it says rid of garnishment.
This is for Wells Fargo Bank. So they're asking Wells
Fargo for all of Cory's accounts to be garnished. Oh
and that's just one of them. We'll look at the
others too. It's like all kinds of works.
Speaker 2 (01:44:40):
Well, we don't need to look at all of them just.
Speaker 3 (01:44:42):
To PayPal stripe venmo. I mean they're trying to be
a Cory at Like I didn't see one for cash app.
I'm surprised they're not going after Corey's cash.
Speaker 2 (01:44:51):
Get his cash app. Fuck them, Saco. The song was
another one. Oh no, we got that one. He's done.
Speaker 7 (01:45:00):
Radler gets it one, two, three, four or five memberships.
You gotta hit the subscribe button. Friends become and subscribe
it for a channel. So I'm with us as we've
rip apart UFO scamming grifters to shreds and thank you
for expanding our memberships. Hit the subscribe button. You could
win one to like Sheela. Radler's kind and generous gifted
(01:45:20):
a memberships and he got Jaco.
Speaker 2 (01:45:22):
He's on with two pounds. He can go to his
friend Wilcox. I don't think Willcox in a position to
lend him any money. But thank you Jacquo, Joe and
no go with one for the goal, Steven, can you
get CW on an interview? Well, I don't think that's
gonna happen. A lot of us have been following this
for a long time with love of follow up conclusions.
Speaker 3 (01:45:42):
The impression that I've gotten is that c W doesn't
necessarily want to talk about this. I don't think behind him.
I mean that's what he calls himself, chanter now. He's
called pe chanter now because he doesn't want.
Speaker 2 (01:45:54):
To He doesn't want to engage in this drama and fighting.
Speaker 3 (01:45:57):
Can you blame him? Can you really blame him?
Speaker 2 (01:45:59):
No, he's forty thousand dollars down, and like I said,
from a human perspective, I just think about my own
family and what I could do to benefit my family
for forty thousand dollars instead of throwing that money in
the trash to a lawyer to fight some lunatic who
says he time traveled and got age regressed and met
inner Earth bitches and talked to blue Chicken aliens in space.
(01:46:24):
But we thank you Noka for one for the goal,
thank you for your kind of generosity and support, and we've.
Speaker 8 (01:46:29):
Got echo with one more for the goal. Nothing but
good things tonight. If Guy goes after David, he may
go bankrupt too. Did they depose him yet? They won't
get money from Cory, but David still has some assets
your corps. Hear John's perspective on this.
Speaker 3 (01:46:46):
If David hasn't been deposed yet, there's a good chance
he won't be because remember, the bankruptcy has put a
stay on the guy A case.
Speaker 2 (01:46:53):
So what does that mean? The guy case has to
wait for the bankruptcy case to be finished.
Speaker 3 (01:47:00):
Aya case, for most intents and purposes, is on hold
until the bankruptcy gets resolved.
Speaker 2 (01:47:06):
That sucks. So this really was a defensive maneuver for
this is.
Speaker 3 (01:47:13):
Because I'm telling you right now, if we look at
this rit of garnishment, right, and this is just for
Wells Fargo, the other ones are like Stripe, Venmo, PayPal,
et cetera. All these garnishment requests came in, and I
think Corey got wind of this and he filed bankruptcy
as like the last possible defense. That's what I think
happened because there's too much of a coincidence that all
(01:47:34):
these applications for garnishments came into the court and like
the next day, Corey's declaring bankruptcy. That's there's too much
of mine.
Speaker 2 (01:47:40):
Like literally the next day this was fine ten fourteen.
Speaker 3 (01:47:43):
Right, Well, that would be the same day. This is
actually a corrected writ because the original writs for applications
that they submitted a few days prior there were issues.
Speaker 2 (01:47:53):
Okay, so just days after the garnishment requests to garnish his.
Speaker 3 (01:47:58):
Bank, just a couple of days, it's takeable.
Speaker 2 (01:48:01):
Suddenly he's declaring bankruptcy.
Speaker 3 (01:48:03):
No mystery there or what he can't be a coincidence
and it's too much of a coincidence.
Speaker 2 (01:48:08):
You Echo won for the goal we per se. It's
extra presenting us. Yeah, and I just want to say
that we have reached halfway to tonight's goal ten of twenty.
Speaker 3 (01:48:19):
Echo says David still has some assets. Well, David is
in the process of trying to sell those assets.
Speaker 2 (01:48:26):
Yeah, and hide the money.
Speaker 3 (01:48:27):
The irs won't have much assets and hide the.
Speaker 2 (01:48:30):
Money from the irs.
Speaker 3 (01:48:32):
By the way, that reminds me, I haven't I haven't
checked the status of his real estate sales. Let me
do that real quick. Now, let's check the house in Glenville.
The house in Glenville is still pending. Okay. The house
in Glenville went under. They accepted an offer on August
twenty seventh, and as of today, October fifteenth, it is
(01:48:52):
still pending, which means there's still going through the sale
and closing process. It has not completed.
Speaker 2 (01:48:59):
Something's not right, dude, I would say on the closes
there could be there could be leans on the property
or something else that's impeding it.
Speaker 3 (01:49:08):
There's probably definitely something else, and it probably has to
do with the LLC that's defunct, and then he created
a new one and tried to pull that off as
the old one. But anyway, uh, that's probably jamming up
the gears here. But I looked. I looked at the
typical transaction time frame in New York and it's thirty
to sixty days. So I would say, Stephen, if by
(01:49:28):
October twenty seventh this house is still pending, there's definitely
a problem.
Speaker 2 (01:49:33):
Yeah, okay. And also Will cocked it in stream last
week because he's probably stressed out.
Speaker 3 (01:49:39):
Trying to He's probably stressed out, and he's probably having
severe money problems.
Speaker 2 (01:49:44):
Our take Revival asked, wasn't there some scam where Corey
had a friend pay to send his children to private school. Yes,
according to Leon Isaac Kennedy.
Speaker 3 (01:49:52):
Up up, up, up up Willcox House in Netherland. Uh,
let me look at the prices to I think they
did a reduction. It's now only two two million, six
one hundred and fifty six thousand dollars now, and there's
new pictures. Willcock has and his real estate agent have
(01:50:12):
uploaded new pictures.
Speaker 2 (01:50:14):
Two million.
Speaker 3 (01:50:15):
It's still it's off market. He took it off market, Steve,
and he took it off market. Here, let me send
it to.
Speaker 9 (01:50:21):
You off market.
Speaker 2 (01:50:25):
Well, I can't share it.
Speaker 3 (01:50:26):
Do look at it on Zilo. Bring it up for
the audience.
Speaker 2 (01:50:29):
I can't share it because it shows an address and
I'll be accused of dosing David Wilcock. I could take it.
Speaker 3 (01:50:37):
It's a public information, it's publicly I'll give you a
screenshot here. I'll give you a screen shot.
Speaker 2 (01:50:42):
So there's no address on it. Make sure there's no
address on it. You know, I'm getting threatened with lawsuits
by these two clowns in particular all the time. We
have to be careful.
Speaker 3 (01:50:51):
And I just I just sent it to you. So
he took his house off the market. He probably got
zero offers because it was way overpriced.
Speaker 2 (01:51:00):
Yeah, off market. There's no address on this. Yeah, And
just so everybody's aware, if you go, you can go
to real estate like appraisal sites or like estimate sites,
and I went to a few and they all said
one point six one point eight. He's trying to sell it.
(01:51:21):
He was originally trying to sell it for one million
dollars over what the estimate sites say. And it's so
you know, like we.
Speaker 3 (01:51:29):
Tell you it around one point six to two point one,
that being like a rough range. So yeah, the house
was like between seven hundred thousand and a million dollars
over priced. I mean, why he took it off market?
Speaker 2 (01:51:44):
Why would he take it off the market?
Speaker 3 (01:51:46):
Probably because he wasn't getting any offers. So maybe he
wants to rethink his plan. Maybe he's also price right.
He's also maybe he's also accepted the fact that's so
late in the season and now that nobody wants to buy,
and now that it's getting cold there.
Speaker 2 (01:52:03):
Yeah, he as he listed it for a million over
its fair value.
Speaker 3 (01:52:07):
Quite very possibly. Yeah, if it's only worth one.
Speaker 2 (01:52:10):
That's what a lot of people have said. Yeah, if
it's only worth one point eight He listed it for
two point eight He's trying to really cash in on
that asset.
Speaker 3 (01:52:18):
You know, it's funny. Just on the side note, I
was talking to a realtor the other day and they
were they were like telling me how it's now a
buyer's market and how sellers are doing like insane crazy things,
like they'll they constantly overvalue the property when they put
it on the market because they want people to like
haggle down, and so they want people to negotiate down
(01:52:39):
but still be above the actual value of the property. Sure. So,
I mean, you know, if if David wanted to overprice it,
he's doing what a lot of people do. But you know,
to be fair, not a lot of people own a
property it's worth one point eight million dollars.
Speaker 2 (01:52:54):
Well, I'm gonna mine will be worth that eventually.
Speaker 3 (01:53:00):
At the current rate of inflation, in about five years,
your house might be worth them.
Speaker 2 (01:53:04):
Oh, I don't mean my house. I met my land.
I was thinking, after I built eighteen cabins on it,
it should be worth, you know, significantly more than bear
Land Willcox cabin. He is selling it, he's trying to,
but it's not working out for him because he's a
broke bum loser as well. And I forgot to check in.
(01:53:26):
I forgot to check in with the kick chat, but
it looks like I didn't have anything to worry about.
Come on, you kick supporters, Let's get some kick subs.
This is the true seekers exclusive story. Nobody else is
covering the secret space clown and his meteoric fall from Grace.
And the funny thing about all this shit is that
he sold himself as some kind of ascension guru, you know.
(01:53:52):
And here he is Corey good I mean here, well,
both of them really and here here Corey Goods trying
to fuck everybody out of all the money he owes them.
Very spiritual thing to do, John.
Speaker 3 (01:54:05):
Well, I mean Corey's Corey's cunning plan after five years
has completely collapsed. So he's doing at this point, he's
doing what he thinks he has to do to survive.
But it's good now that we know that David Wilcock's
Colorado house is off the market, because now he's back
to thinking he's not going to pay off the irs
this year.
Speaker 2 (01:54:26):
That's probably why he priced his house so high. He figured, well, yeah,
to the I R. S. And still have money for himself.
Speaker 3 (01:54:34):
He because his mortgage is probably under a million dollars.
This outstanding, if I had the guess is probably somewhere
between seven hundred eight hundred thousand dollars that he still
doesn't lose in the mortgage. So yeah, he'd get it.
He'd get a windfall of like almost two million dollars
and he would use that to pay off the irs,
and I guess gives Devadi the rest.
Speaker 2 (01:54:52):
Yeah, because he's retarded, he probably would.
Speaker 3 (01:54:54):
But it's just many times prior to would you guys
like to look at David history guy bridging his NDA.
Speaker 2 (01:55:03):
I think we kind of saw that before, we're aware
of it. David's not supposed to.
Speaker 3 (01:55:07):
So just to clarify what Spooky's talking about. So as
you know, we went over Wilcox's court appearance back in July.
Remember what he was in court? And yeah, that was
that was like a musty pay per view event. But anyway,
a good.
Speaker 2 (01:55:26):
Plan too, guys. If David puts his I'm sorry, I
didn't mean interrupt you. If David puts his collar on
our house on Verbo or Airbnb for the winner, I
swear to triple a Michael archangel Michael that I will
rent it. I will invite everybody up to see the
tub and meet the terry.
Speaker 3 (01:55:43):
Here's the thing. Here's the thing. Echo. Wilcock has nowhere
else to live, so if he puts that on like
Verbo or Airburybnb, he would be owner occupied. So you
would rent the place and live there with Wilcock. Now
is that something you want to do?
Speaker 2 (01:56:03):
Yeah? But anyway, Spooky has a video or that Spooky
edited of all the times that David Wilcock has violated
the NDA, and it's many, many, many times.
Speaker 3 (01:56:18):
So we can go over that, but we should speculate
that we don't really know exactly what the NDA says.
In fact, the existence of the NDA itself was speculation
until until Wilcock admitted it existed at this court here. Yeah,
hearing kind of blue. It kind of let the cat out.
Speaker 2 (01:56:36):
Of the bag.
Speaker 3 (01:56:36):
As far as this agreement that he.
Speaker 2 (01:56:37):
Had with guy. Yeah, it's one of those things. And Spooky,
I said, send me the link to Facebook drive because
I sometimes Spooky's like it's in the drive and I
go looking for you know, you know that drive, like
that's a fucking monster drive, trying to find shit in there.
Is challenging sometimes.
Speaker 3 (01:56:55):
But you know, as far as Guya going after David
for breaking that indie, I haven't seen anything. So there's
no indication that Gaya is gonna prosecute or persecute David
for anything.
Speaker 2 (01:57:08):
Yes, we'll see. Garagi says he could go stay in
cucumber Land. Yes, for those unaware, David Wilcox's wife one
time wife was making cucumber poorn. In fact, she left
him in favor of a cucumber, right, I.
Speaker 3 (01:57:24):
Mean she probably she could have left him for any
piece of vegetable as far as we know.
Speaker 2 (01:57:32):
Uh, you send me the link to Wilcock me one second,
we'll see if we can't find it. Six David confidently
breaches All right, we can. We can go through this
because this is pretty ridiculous that this guy's got an
NDA and he keeps breaching it and breaching it and
breaching it. You know, you think there's gonna be some consequences.
(01:57:56):
But before we do that, one big one for the
goal town with twenty so cool. I asked last night
when the next John Christian spatavacci An update was coming,
And here we are the next day. Thanks Steven and
John Christian thanks.
Speaker 3 (01:58:10):
I keep seeing all these people leave comments asking for
me to be on the show, and.
Speaker 2 (01:58:15):
We're yeah, yeah. John comes with receipts, though, so it
takes him a little bit of time to get it
to get you know, like, but I love that because
then we're a little bit more accurate with the two
of us hawking this stuff.
Speaker 4 (01:58:27):
Speaking to the media was very very important in this
whole situation. I can't get more specific. This is a
transformative and I need him to create something in writing
that says, no, we're not going to participate because we're
already indemnified. We already have a settlement agreement, we already
have got and we were indemnified. We don't have to
(01:58:47):
participate in anything more like this. Again, I think we
should get This is very very fascinating to me.
Speaker 3 (01:58:52):
It brought here I couldn't just very briefly, just for
a background, This is in December twenty four. This is
just a couple of weeks after guy has served him
the subpoena on Friday the thirteenth, yes four, So this
is just a few weeks later, and he's losing his
damn mind.
Speaker 2 (01:59:09):
He's losing his mind, or believe it.
Speaker 4 (01:59:11):
When I saw this, I was like, oh my god,
they're really talking to me in the present, and you
can't have double jeopardy, it says to a second trial.
Speaker 2 (01:59:20):
Lawyer, person has already been trying to double jeopardy.
Speaker 4 (01:59:25):
Has already happened day.
Speaker 3 (01:59:28):
It's for civil there's no double jeopardy in civil cases.
It's only for criminal cases. If you govern men can't
charge you twice for the same crime. But if in
a civil matter, in a private matter, it's different.
Speaker 4 (01:59:40):
Easy to get rid of this because it's absolutely an
example of double jeopardy.
Speaker 2 (01:59:44):
Easy to get rid of.
Speaker 4 (01:59:45):
I'm already indemnified. And here's the time loop from ninety
nine talking about which lawyer I.
Speaker 3 (01:59:49):
Should get speaking to the media's and.
Speaker 2 (01:59:52):
His imaginary friends told him.
Speaker 9 (01:59:55):
By the way Stevens going on here, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (02:00:00):
I need to follow up with his lawyer, Raffi and
see if he's still alive.
Speaker 2 (02:00:04):
Oh yeah, remember he said the guy was dying or
his family was dying. He said.
Speaker 3 (02:00:09):
I said that Raffi was dying and both his parents
were dying at the same time. So I need I
need to contact Grafi. Be like, yo, bro, you're still alive.
Speaker 2 (02:00:17):
Let's see him violate more.
Speaker 4 (02:00:19):
I do know why, I just can't say it. There
is no real retorts answer save for the fact that
you want to make sure the person.
Speaker 2 (02:00:28):
Oh, this is just stupid. Let's just fast forward. It's stupid.
Speaker 4 (02:00:31):
You gotta you gotta come in right now. No, I
doubt we're going to have to do anything. I really do.
Speaker 2 (02:00:38):
The person stuary, he violates the NDA again.
Speaker 4 (02:00:42):
Subject is obviously forty five forty seven because he was
subject to so much law fair and they tried to
frame him. And now I'm in a very oddly similar situation.
Speaker 3 (02:00:54):
Is it just the last months David Wilcock has lost
weight because he looks so fat in this video.
Speaker 2 (02:01:00):
Yeah, he's losing. He's losing a lot of weight. I
guess he's, you know, back on the crack of.
Speaker 3 (02:01:06):
A lot of sleepless, anxious nights.
Speaker 2 (02:01:07):
No doubt. Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:01:09):
It is saying we want information from you that we're
going to use to prove that you're guilty of a
crime that we think you committed. He's not even actually
didn't commit the crime. And I had lots of exculpatory
evidence that shows I didn't.
Speaker 3 (02:01:23):
No, you don't say no.
Speaker 4 (02:01:24):
We want you to give us this information even though
we already indemnified, you have to give.
Speaker 2 (02:01:30):
Them to give them the information and a subpoena now
we want it anyway.
Speaker 4 (02:01:36):
So that's it's a very similar, weird thing. And we
also had time loops with what I'm going through, so
we're still debating whether we're gonna, you know, give him
anything or not. But we'll see what happens. It's in production.
It's a good thing. Now again I received this. Uh,
the reason why I started using again is as I
(02:01:57):
had this interesting subpoena and it's attempt I'm not going
to show you anything more than that. Okay, I flipped
the page over. That's how clever I am.
Speaker 3 (02:02:05):
Oh yeah, attempt to Yeah, real clever.
Speaker 4 (02:02:08):
Try to find me guilty of a crime I was
already indemnified for, as I've said, charged with the.
Speaker 2 (02:02:13):
Crime, not being charged with a criminal offense. It's a
civil case, you fucking moron, retard.
Speaker 4 (02:02:18):
Unfortunately, things like this are very depressing, and that's why
I ended up having this, you know, usage of medication again.
Now this was completely John's.
Speaker 2 (02:02:30):
It made him go back on the weed.
Speaker 4 (02:02:33):
And again it was written, I have committed crimes.
Speaker 3 (02:02:37):
I've lost count of how many times David Wilcock has
claimed to quit and then we start using marijuana. I
count it must be at least five or six times.
Speaker 2 (02:02:47):
Back on the wacky weed. He's off the wacky weed.
He's back the wacky weed.
Speaker 3 (02:02:52):
Yeah. But Steven, Yeah, one week it's like I'm not using,
I haven't used in a while, and then the next
week he's like, oh, I just start using again. Every week.
Speaker 2 (02:03:00):
It is David just spooky to make me work harder.
We I thought would just do the documents.
Speaker 4 (02:03:04):
They don't have any evidence. They're looking for the evidence.
No actual proof was provided. They want to do a
fishing expedition. We are going to give They're not going
to find anything. But that was amazing nineteen ninety nine.
Somebody's trying to sue me, but they couldn't actually do it.
Speaker 2 (02:03:21):
His imaginary friends told them all about this.
Speaker 4 (02:03:25):
F l A Patriots says, we would love to have
you in Florida.
Speaker 2 (02:03:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:03:30):
I end up going then.
Speaker 3 (02:03:31):
So David classifies what guy is doing as a fishing expedition,
but it really isn't because Guya already has a lot
of the goods on these guys. They're just asking for
more or they're asking for them to produce the goods
that they already have to show the court that it's
well and true. Those parties are in possession of the facts, David,
(02:03:55):
he says the fishing expedition. He doesn't think Gaya has anything,
and they have a lot.
Speaker 4 (02:04:00):
You know, that's fine. I think I think a lot
of people in the Alliance, including the top levels, are
going to be very happy to want to hang out
with me after what I've done and facing all these.
Speaker 2 (02:04:09):
He's going to be a big rock star in the
coming ascension, right, and let's go to the next The
next time is February. He violates the NDA again.
Speaker 4 (02:04:18):
See this past weeks. One of the reasons I had
to delay the show is I wasn't quite ready to
do it on Sunday. Plus we had win. But we
gave them twelve thousand pages discovery.
Speaker 3 (02:04:28):
He shit, yeh file.
Speaker 4 (02:04:34):
And Okay, you want all the stuff we've ever said
between myself and this person I used to be working
with for your company. You want all the names, will
give you all the names. We'll give you what you want.
Because the crime that you're looking for is not in
there now, not.
Speaker 2 (02:04:48):
A criminal case. You're not being charged with the crime,
you moronic retard.
Speaker 4 (02:04:53):
They're going to spend weeks and weeks digging through it.
They're hoping to find something.
Speaker 2 (02:04:56):
This is for his followers, like I'm being charged with
the No you're not, you know.
Speaker 3 (02:05:03):
I mentioned, as David has said, he's not just saying
these things for his followers. He believes, and I don't
necessarily disagree with him, that Guaya and their lawyers are
also watching his live streams, So a lone of the
stuff he says in these live streams is meant for them.
I think I deserve your.
Speaker 4 (02:05:19):
I don't think they're going to find anything. Of course
I can't actually read it all, but I know I
didn't do this, therefore I have nothing to hide. Easy
lawsuit battle, the subpoena battle, and.
Speaker 2 (02:05:30):
March second again, it's like once a month he's violating
the NBA. And look how bald he is in this shot.
Speaker 3 (02:05:37):
He just got a haircut, so yeah, got a fresh haircut,
He's got a fresh dow Man.
Speaker 2 (02:05:42):
Well. I don't know about like the coming ascension, but
his hair is ascending out of his head.
Speaker 4 (02:05:47):
Look at that just never goes away. They keep asking
us for more and more stuff. It's probably never going
to stop until we actually countersue them, which we might do.
We're looking at it.
Speaker 2 (02:05:58):
Yeah, he's going to count are so a multi million
dollar company when he's so broke that he's begging for
fucking super chats every week.
Speaker 3 (02:06:06):
Come on, it turns out his lawyer isn't countersiving anybody
because his lawyer is dying.
Speaker 4 (02:06:12):
Credible harassment, it's ongoing. They always make sure to let
me know what the pronouns are in the email to
the New York law Room.
Speaker 3 (02:06:19):
Anyway. I didn't know if I was.
Speaker 4 (02:06:20):
Actually going to say that out loud. Did I just
say that out loud? Oh?
Speaker 3 (02:06:23):
You did, David?
Speaker 4 (02:06:24):
Anyway, Yes, they have pronouns in their email.
Speaker 5 (02:06:27):
You know.
Speaker 4 (02:06:27):
I want to make sure that I don't commit that
gravest of offenses of not being able to figure out
that a female's name is a female or a man's
name is a man.
Speaker 2 (02:06:36):
That's so, all right.
Speaker 3 (02:06:41):
The offense of David allegedly hosting Corey over at his
house a couple of.
Speaker 2 (02:06:45):
Years ago, there's that, and there's March ninth, when he
violated it again.
Speaker 4 (02:06:50):
We responded to him last week. I'm waiting for another
round and another round in another round. I don't know
if this is ever going to stop. So I have
all the money ready to take them to court. And
if I take him to court, you better believe you're
gonna learn everything that's happened.
Speaker 3 (02:07:04):
He's never We did learn. We did learn everything that
happened that David.
Speaker 2 (02:07:09):
Yeah, we did. You're a fucking gloomer. That's what we
learned that David Willcoffin's retarded. That's what we learned.
Speaker 3 (02:07:15):
Like like when David blurted out the existence of that NDA,
we learned.
Speaker 2 (02:07:19):
Yeah, and in court and the judge had to remind
him that members of the public are present, and that's
that's a confidential agreement, you fucking moron. Yeah, these both
these guys are just taking L after L after L.
I'm here for it, John, It's wonderful.
Speaker 4 (02:07:34):
You better believe I'm gonna blow the lid off of
this thing. And you better believe they're because the whole
fact that they're even subpoenaing me in the first place
is illegal settlement agreement.
Speaker 3 (02:07:45):
The only thing, the only thing that David allegedly blew
the lid on was how when Daniel Dingerson UH sent
him a legal memorandum a couple of years ago. It
allegedly ruined his marriage and his wife abandoned him on
the honeymoon. That's what he blew.
Speaker 2 (02:08:01):
Yes that, and he blew the lid off of the
penis of the plow guy. That's what he did.
Speaker 4 (02:08:07):
That indemnifies me against all future prosecution. They think they
found some clause in there that lets them do this.
Speaker 9 (02:08:14):
It's nonsense.
Speaker 4 (02:08:15):
Judge is not going to go along with this.
Speaker 3 (02:08:16):
The judge did go along, moron.
Speaker 4 (02:08:21):
We have very clear evidence of harassment. It's exactly the
same kind of thing that's happened to forty seven.
Speaker 3 (02:08:26):
It's not very difficult.
Speaker 2 (02:08:28):
He's just like President Trump.
Speaker 3 (02:08:30):
John he's being assassinated. David Wilcock metaphorically is having bullets
go like by both.
Speaker 4 (02:08:37):
Ears while you're under this kind of stress, because they
just keep asking me to do these things that take
an enormous amount of time. It eats away at my time,
and basically they think I'm guilty of destroying their company,
so they keep looking for evidence that proves that.
Speaker 2 (02:08:55):
And guilty of Yeah, they probably think you and Corey
were guilty of that, but they only charged or sued Corey,
not you. They just want evidence to crucify Corey from you.
You fun, how long is it? How long do you
think it's gonna be before he totally turns on Corey
Good to save his own ass. It might have already happened, John,
(02:09:18):
It might have already happened.
Speaker 3 (02:09:20):
I think David has already tried to separate himself from Corey.
I mean there was that one stream where David said,
I don't care if he goes to jail or they
get him or whatever.
Speaker 2 (02:09:28):
Well, here's an excellent question to add to the discussion,
and coming to us from Katie Death Squad, and thank
you so much for the support. Katy Death Squad asked,
do you think he smoked himself impotent and that's why
his wife used the cucumber? I don't think.
Speaker 3 (02:09:43):
I don't think you can smoke yourself imputent rights.
Speaker 2 (02:09:46):
I think if you could, i'd have been in a
long time ago. John, I don't know.
Speaker 10 (02:09:50):
Yeah, I think I never have a problem with that.
I got a friend he's like, hey, man, I got
these blue choos. I'm like, dude, that's the last I
need something to my penis down, not to get it up.
You know, I still have well anyway, Katie de squad,
thank you for your kindness, generosity and.
Speaker 2 (02:10:08):
Support of the show. And since we're uh, you know,
I forgot we transitioned into the oh, I'm sorry one moment,
we transitioned into the David Wilcock uh, or I'm sorry,
into the Corey David Wilcock portion of the show. So
if if anybody sent some super chats, we have a
(02:10:28):
very special guest to thank you for your kindness generosity.
Speaker 4 (02:10:33):
And so I had a dream of a big phallic
being rammed up my rear, which Michael showed me. Was
you praising the cash? Help me have more dreams like this?
So praise the cash?
Speaker 2 (02:10:44):
Thank you?
Speaker 3 (02:10:44):
Zero coming from what's that account on Twitter?
Speaker 2 (02:10:50):
David on Twitter? Yes, shout out to racist sexy David. Yes.
Seven more to go. Let's get this goal, bitches. We've
got a streak to keep going, John.
Speaker 3 (02:11:00):
So you know, I was on a streak of a
few days of not having to see a big bubba David,
but that streak has broken there.
Speaker 2 (02:11:07):
If you keep it up, I'm gonna show you more. Wait,
here's my favorite.
Speaker 4 (02:11:11):
Edgar Casey predicted you would be praising the cash, and
since I am the reincarnation of Casey. I am telling
you to praise the cash. Praise the cash.
Speaker 2 (02:11:21):
Is seven more than a goal, don We got to
hit that goal. We've got funding goals so that we
could keep bringing people this excellent programming that listen. As
much as we joke around here, I really do take
seriously that. I feel like I have a responsibility to
follow certain clowns, including these two, Corey Good and David Wilcock,
(02:11:42):
and to inform people of, you know, what's really going
on and how they're completing total lunatic liars. You know,
it's fun to peel back these layers of deception that
these two click. Look at Corey Good. Oh, I've got
these big billion dollars of intellectual property. You don't have
a fuck. You didn't make a dollar last year from
(02:12:03):
your intellectual property, according to your own court filings. That
means you're a broke bum and a dead beat.
Speaker 3 (02:12:11):
That's I think I think we should mention that the
only reason that Corey thinks he has a billion dollars
intellectual property is because LEONIASA. Kennedy or someone associated with
Leon Tols.
Speaker 2 (02:12:22):
Somebody pumped him up and told him all.
Speaker 3 (02:12:24):
Yeah, coy in his mind, like, oh billion.
Speaker 2 (02:12:29):
Yeah, he thinks he really thinks, he really thinks that
his bullshit stories are somehow on par with the cultural
significance of something like Star Trek or Star Wars. You know, well,
by the way, I've been getting back into Star Trek.
I didn't mean to, but I somehow got down that
rabbit hole again, and uh, I can't help a binge
(02:12:50):
watch Star Old Star Trek. I've been through all of it,
Star Trek, the next generation, DS nine, and now I'm
on to Voyager and what I'm done with that, I'm
gonna do Enterprise, and then I'll go back to the
new stuff. By then the new stuff will build up
and I can you know, but there's no way that
(02:13:10):
Corey's stupid fake stories that everybody knows are fake now
are worth anything. Ever Nurse Mark, who's been a big,
big New Show supporter, thank you for being a big
New Show supporter. Ever Nurse Mark, who's also a YouTube
channel member, hit that joint button if you become a
member during the live board cast, we give you a
big shout out and thank you, but big shout out
and thank you to ever Nurse Mark for your kindness, generosity,
(02:13:33):
and support of the show. It is much much appreciated.
Praise the Cash ever, Nurse.
Speaker 4 (02:13:38):
Mark Kid Stephen promised to praise the cash on me
long and hard, So praise the cash, Thank you.
Speaker 2 (02:13:45):
Ever, Nurse Mark. We're gonna We're gonna give you all
nightmares up in this bitch right. Uh oh, Spooky says
that was Antoine Foikua, director of training. He said it
hadn't been potential to be a billion dollar IP.
Speaker 3 (02:14:03):
Yeah, of Coursey, the potential just means nothing's happened yet.
That's all the word potential means.
Speaker 2 (02:14:07):
Yeah. And if Corey didn't fuck it all up by
admitting under oath that the stories are fake, the value
in the stories were that they could say these are
true stories.
Speaker 3 (02:14:18):
Now he has pivoted. Corey is pivoted to you know,
I have my IP about you know, fictional space adventures.
The only reason he's made that pivot is because he
can't claim it's real anymore. He was claiming it was real.
Everyone he talked to, from Michael Salah on Up and Down.
Speaker 2 (02:14:34):
He claimed that he was real, he met these aliens
in real life. And then he admits on Your Oath
he's never even been to space and Noko has won
for the goal, who says, don't ever stop showing these clowns. Steven,
thank you for your awesome work. We appreciate you, and
thanks so much for appreciating us and helping us to
praise the cash.
Speaker 4 (02:14:53):
Since that kid, Steven guest read from my latest live stream,
you must praise the cash now, praise the cash, ash.
Speaker 2 (02:15:02):
Bitch, praise that cash. I've given everybody in our audience
nightmares tonight, and I just want to check in with
the goal fifteen of twenty. We have five more to go.
We need five more kind and generous benefactors. Don't you
want to hit the goal, bitch, Spooky says, five to
the goal to go. I don't know how, John, but
(02:15:24):
we've been hitting the goal every day for like a
few weeks now, and that's very good. But it's been
a tremendous that we get some support. A new clip
coming to the clip channel. It's seventeen minutes long, and yes,
I couldn't help myself though, Spooky Spooky made an excellent
clip of me talking about Jeremy Corbel and what a
(02:15:45):
bullshit are and how fake a his stories are and
it's an epic seventeen minute rant where like I just
rip into Jeremy Corbel and all his fake stories like
you wouldn't believe, with receipts from memory and rip him
to shit. And so today one of Jeremy Corbel's cool
a drinking cult members, that guy Christopher Sharp, who writes
(02:16:07):
the Liberation Times website and pretends it's a newspaper. He
was talking up Jeremy Corbell and I replied to one
of his threads with the video, and he blocked me
because he didn't want people to see that video. It's
so brutal. It's fucking brutal, and it's on my Twitter
right now at Stephen Cambien ex Twitter whatever, and thank
(02:16:28):
you Spooky for the clip. We'll get it on the
clips channel. So John, I have here. I have here
a video that I think is funny, which just for context,
I thought we could show a little bit of this
video of David Wilcock and Corey Good in the heyday
of the Secret Space scam, where they are telling people
(02:16:52):
the Secret Space bullshit stories that we now know thanks
to Corey Good being a fucking retard and admitting under
oath that the stories were all fake. It's funny to
watch these now now that we know that they were
just making up the stories and they were fake and she's.
Speaker 3 (02:17:11):
Twenty sixteen or twenty seventeen.
Speaker 2 (02:17:13):
Yeah, I'll get you the date here, Sheela Radler with five.
Did Corey trademark already talked about ideas? Yes, in many
cases he did. For example, there was already blue Avians.
There was a woman named Bonnie something, and she had
a book, but her Blue Avians were like more more gay.
I guess Corey just took the blue Avians and made
(02:17:35):
him look cooler, better illustrations and things like that. But
thank you Sheela Radler, who's a member and a big
show supporter. Now we need four more who's going to
stand up and be counted for this goal.
Speaker 3 (02:17:46):
Four more of you kind.
Speaker 2 (02:17:48):
And generous benefactors and generous souls, And thank you, Cela Rattman.
Speaker 4 (02:17:52):
Praise the cash to see more sexy pictures of me.
Praise the cash.
Speaker 2 (02:17:57):
Ah, that's going to encourage people to stop giving money.
People are gonna be You're gonna make me throw the
fuck up if you keep playing those fucking bumpers. So yeah, yes,
Wilcock went downhill after hooking up with Good I agree,
but let's well, we had.
Speaker 3 (02:18:14):
We should be fair before he went downhill with Corey.
He went up on a pretty quick trajectory upward with Corey.
Speaker 11 (02:18:20):
Yes, but what a lot of people don't realize it
was artificially inflated by Guya dumping tons of money into
the conference circuit, demanding that they have Corey Good and
David Wilcock at the big conferences, putting money into them,
buying some of the big conferences.
Speaker 3 (02:18:35):
That's true. Guya propped them up.
Speaker 2 (02:18:37):
And they propped them up with millions in marketing. There
was a time John where if you watched any I'm
talking about any video on YouTube, they had to pump
millions of dollars. If this is my opinion, because there
was a time when if you watched any video on
YouTube at least this was my feed and all my
friends feeds and everybody I those feeds. If you watched
(02:18:59):
any video on YouTube on UFOs, aliens, paranormal whatever, secret
space stuff, conspiracies, you would get ads for Corey and
David's television show on Guya. So they were artificially propped
up with millions of dollars in marketing. They thought they
were big huge stars and everybody was just tuning in.
(02:19:19):
It was Guya directing that, and Chroli troll troll says,
anytime John c is On is worth an extra dono.
I totally and completely agree. And Toli Trolltoll has been
a big show supporter forever since the beginning of the show.
And thank you Toroli chul Troll for being such a
great supporter and a big, big, big supporter. And we
(02:19:41):
have Kisa with another one for the goal saying thanks
for the good times. And by the way, I thank
you Kisa oh I forgot Toli toltl you get one.
Speaker 4 (02:19:51):
I am the reincarnation of raw and I command you
to praise the cash, praise the cash or suffer.
Speaker 2 (02:19:56):
My wrath haha. Another rack man. And then thank you
Kesa for upkindness, say thanks for the good times. Yes,
and we got one for you, Keisa.
Speaker 4 (02:20:08):
Tommy needs more medicine to get through David's live stream.
So praise the cash, praise the cash.
Speaker 2 (02:20:15):
We're praising the cash and we got to get through this.
I wanted to just show these guys in their heyday
lying to all these people in a live audience, scamming
this audience everybody at this live event. John paid hundreds
of dollars to see these two and hear their stories,
thinking they were getting the truth, thinking they were getting
(02:20:40):
the truth about the secret space program and the truth
about what's really going on and what the government is
covering it up. And then turns out Corey Good admits
under oath he's making up this.
Speaker 9 (02:20:49):
Show machines that can think or not.
Speaker 12 (02:20:55):
Not only the secret space program, but other space bearing races.
Speaker 2 (02:21:00):
By the way, Fair use transformative work. We're educating the public.
Speaker 12 (02:21:04):
Gained access to this AI technology. Many times you've heard
that the ball is going to be arrested, the ball
is going to be arrested, and it doesn't happen. Well,
they use this AI probable future technology to be able
to stay one step ahead of these types of operations.
Speaker 2 (02:21:23):
And oh they're using Project looking Glass to avoid their arrests.
Speaker 3 (02:21:27):
John, Yeah, I wonder if Project looking Glass and there's
that Corey was going to end up like and judgments and.
Speaker 2 (02:21:33):
Yeah, yeah, if you had access to Project looking Glass,
why didn't you know not to file those lawsuits? You
would lose them all like a fucking goober loser.
Speaker 13 (02:21:43):
That you are.
Speaker 12 (02:21:44):
Intelligence technology has been reported to have taken over entire
galaxies and.
Speaker 3 (02:21:53):
Purged any of that.
Speaker 2 (02:21:54):
Corey has Jerry Curl there definitely from the Solar System.
That's why his household expenses are so high, because Jerry
curl something chemicals.
Speaker 12 (02:22:04):
She Erry disturbs the transhumanism trend. He's drugged AI.
Speaker 9 (02:22:09):
Debate going on right now.
Speaker 3 (02:22:10):
I think he probably has drunk Gore Hi. We're both the.
Speaker 12 (02:22:13):
Eyes and ears of not only aged a lot of
Special Access Program personnel, but also goes under.
Speaker 2 (02:22:20):
The desk and smokes a crack pipe sometimes during this John.
Speaker 4 (02:22:22):
One of the things that has really blown my mind
is a new insider has come forward named William Tompkins,
and this guy claims from nineteen forty two to nineteen
forty six with the US government debriefing over one thousand
different embedded spies in Nazi Germany who were working in
(02:22:44):
the German secret space program. Trust me bro, his job
was debriefing these.
Speaker 2 (02:22:48):
Guys Project glass Pipe.
Speaker 6 (02:22:50):
And one of the things that he holds is that
they're not just whacking crack and feel they smoke Crests
who came into our Solar system after there was a
great catastrophe.
Speaker 4 (02:23:04):
One of the things that get this pretty quickly, because
we really have very little time, especially after bleeding off
so much with a V problems which I don't know
if we're going to solve.
Speaker 2 (02:23:14):
But we.
Speaker 4 (02:23:19):
Had a super earth in our solar system that was
colonized five hundred thousand years ago and then it blew up.
And this was a civilization that had total, uh transhumanistic
integration with AI. And I'm my theory is that the
same AI that's bothering us now. These people had nanites
all throughout their bodies, and it actually where you have
(02:23:42):
one type of that builds your underground cities and builds
your buildings and your bases, and another type of nanite
that if you get shot, it's just going to build
your arms almost instantaneously. And it's actually like you become
part of a homeostatic system AI only thing that really exists,
and you now become part of an ecosystem in which
(02:24:04):
the buildings are made by the AI nanits and you
are made by the AI nanites, and it's all part
of this organism controlled by this one intelligence which it
uses people to build itself out and then it kills
us off. And apparently that's what happened that appears to
be one of the underlying causes behind why this planet
that was in our Solar system exploded thousand years ago.
(02:24:28):
That planet, in its explosion created what we now see
as the Asteroid Belt. All of this history I'm describing
to you. I go into extensive detail about it in
my new book. But he says history, this thing were
up until then the stars just like you see in
Star Wars. That was real, and that technology prevented us
(02:24:50):
from being invaded by ra And specifically, one of the
things that you told me that I found really fascinating,
Harry Cassidy got on, how close is it to our soldiers?
Speaker 2 (02:25:06):
What they do? They smoke, cracking the bag each other with.
Speaker 4 (02:25:09):
Strap growth, and yet when you go into this with
the right technology, you can go clear over to another galaxy.
Speaker 3 (02:25:18):
Yes, it's a.
Speaker 2 (02:25:20):
It's a giant exchange point for star galaxies.
Speaker 3 (02:25:25):
And wait, Corey really has.
Speaker 4 (02:25:26):
It's one of the things that a guy and insider
like Corey just throws out there and.
Speaker 2 (02:25:30):
Then and inside like this and inside into what making
up fake stories. David Wilcock, you fucking goober. You spent
years of your life listening to this guy's fake stories
and promoting them for your own personal profit, and now
we know those stories were all fake and made up.
You asshole. You never even apologize to your audience or
(02:25:51):
or to the UFO community or to anybody for pushing disinformation,
misinformation and complete total bullshit and lies for years and
years In is On End.
Speaker 3 (02:26:01):
Allegedly best Scar Allegedly bestcor has told David that, well,
Corey stories are untrue. They were in the realm of truth.
So if they're trying to whitewash what has actually happened.
Speaker 2 (02:26:13):
And these guys can do this with a straight face,
it's ridiculousas Yeah, it is.
Speaker 3 (02:26:18):
They have to do with the straight face because if
they don't, then they don't get any money.
Speaker 2 (02:26:22):
Yeah, they got. They each made hundreds of thousands, if
not millions, of dollars from this scam by various reports. Right,
We've got Corey good At saying under oath that David
Wilcock made millions from just one of the courses he
was selling during the Secret Space scam days.
Speaker 3 (02:26:41):
Right, Let's be honest. Maybe Corey is exaggerating that number.
We just don't know. I mean, of course, if our
only sources, it's fair.
Speaker 2 (02:26:48):
To say they made hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Speaker 3 (02:26:51):
I probably made at least six just from.
Speaker 2 (02:26:53):
Their sky salary. They made hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Speaker 3 (02:26:56):
Probably for the book.
Speaker 4 (02:26:57):
I actually did research on that and what I found out,
as he's totally right. There is this thing they call
a plasma chimney, and it rises right out from our
local star cluster off into space, and it's this gigantic
rights to see it, I'm sure enough Wednesday, middle of
(02:27:24):
the plaza, the camera pans will see the entrance is
so I may be analogy in the book of like Monopoly,
in which you have boardwalk in park place the blue zone, right,
if you remember the board there's different colors for different
I think.
Speaker 2 (02:27:37):
I think David's more concerned with the bow zone, not the.
Speaker 9 (02:27:40):
Blues areas of real estate.
Speaker 4 (02:27:42):
So we are in a celestial blue zone because you
don't have how many of these portals do you think
there are in our galaxy to do this?
Speaker 9 (02:27:51):
Not very many though, right? Yeah, So the idea here is.
Speaker 2 (02:27:57):
And again Corey admits under oath he's never been to space,
so how does he know how many space stations or
fucking space telewarp systems or whatever, transwarp stargates, whatever the
fuck these two goober clowns are talking about.
Speaker 4 (02:28:11):
You are in a very very protected, special area, and
somebody a long time ago built this protective grid around
us to make sure that we could not be invaded,
so that somebody couldn't come in and wreak havoc. Because
if you think about it, what's one of the best
businesses you could have collecting tolls on a bridge. Well,
(02:28:32):
all you got to do is take people's money because
they need to go over that bridge. Right, it's like
mailbox money. Yeah, you got to maintain the bridge, but
you just set the cost so that it's always everybody
needs to use that bridge. So what happens here is
we have this protective grid, apparently designed by benevolent ets
(02:28:54):
to keep us safe.
Speaker 3 (02:28:56):
I just would like to point out and talking absolutely.
Speaker 2 (02:29:02):
Nothing, that's basically that's basically the way that it went.
David would bullshit for fifteen minutes, Corey would talk for
like two minutes. That's the way a lot of these
things go. And basically David is just using Corey as
a prop like a prover maneuver, like, yeah, I did
my own independent research. Corey said that there are stargates
(02:29:23):
all over the universe, and I did my own independent
research and found out that he's right, there's stargates all
over the UAR. It's so fucking childish and stupid. And
the fact that this worked on these fucking morons, All
these morons gave them money handover fist for this bullshit
makes me sad for the human race.
Speaker 3 (02:29:43):
You know, isn't contact in the Desert? Isn't this basically
the biggest UFO conference in the country. Basically, Yeah, this
is I don't know.
Speaker 2 (02:29:51):
This is on a web or a YouTube channel called
Earth Mysteries. Now, I don't know if this is Contact
in the Desert, it is it.
Speaker 3 (02:29:59):
There's bad behind Corey and David to say contact in
the Desert?
Speaker 2 (02:30:02):
Okay, good because that means they don't own this footage
and they can't falsely copyright claiming they but David Wilcock
probably will anyway.
Speaker 3 (02:30:10):
They've done that in the past.
Speaker 2 (02:30:12):
Yes, yes, they have taken to I think I told you, John,
or if you're not aware, David Wilcock has been falsely
copyright claiming my channel almost every time I include a
video of him, and he illegally puts in the claim
it's a legal document. He claims that I'm using a
video that I'm not even using in my video, and
(02:30:35):
I have begun to one to win those cases. I
filed all the paperwork for all the appeals. I think
we have a few to go still we're waiting, but
we won the first one. So for those unaware, David
Wilcock is holding my money hostage every time I talk
about him, or not every time, but some of the times.
For thirty days, he gets to claim I'm violating his copyright.
(02:30:58):
They hold my ad revenue. That's my fucking money, David Wilcock,
this is fair use you piece of shit, grift or scumbag,
con artist, scammer. It's my fucking money. Get out of
my pocket. He shouldn't be allowed to do that. And
thank you, trolley troll troll with one more for the goal.
Patty M pulled that your money is on money line.
(02:31:19):
So this one is from Patty M. Well, thank you,
and that means we're one from the goal. So one more. Wait,
is that why David can't stream? I don't know. Yeah,
maybe maybe.
Speaker 3 (02:31:34):
Let's just get this out of the way quick. I mean,
because people have been speculating why David has you know,
streamed like three times in the last two months. And
obviously I've seen this coming, like the legal and financial troubles.
If David Wilcock are coming to a head and he
can't deal with it anymore.
Speaker 2 (02:31:51):
Yes, he's stressed. He's stressed out the wazoo, and he
sees Stevens everywhere he looks.
Speaker 3 (02:31:56):
Because because remember, David needs the streaming money very bad.
So if he's not doing it, it's because he's in
a bad head space, a really bad head I agree
with you.
Speaker 2 (02:32:05):
And also because his whole entire scam is coming crashing down.
I've been saying this. Listen. He told everybody that ascension
was coming in twenty twenty five, So we have days
until January first, twenty twenty six. We've been doing a
countdown here, seventy seven more days. That's all David Wilcocks scam. Tiktop,
(02:32:27):
motherfucker tic top. David Wilcock, your scam's coming crashing down.
And by January first of twenty twenty six, everyone will
know John that he has run this ascension is coming
soon scam not once, not twice, but three times, each
time extracting money from a gullible public, promising that ascension
(02:32:49):
is coming soon, and when it never comes, ascension never comes. John,
just like David Wilcock's wife. I wonder if he's sure
she was married to him. David Wier's wife never came,
and neither did ascension.
Speaker 3 (02:33:04):
I wonder if Wilcock is going to turn on the
archangel Michael pretty soon.
Speaker 2 (02:33:07):
I think you're right. And listen, look at that. It's
Frank Piero with the goal getting super chat saying if.
Speaker 3 (02:33:17):
We have if we got the goal, now we should
start talking about some Stevadi stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:33:22):
All right, Well just hold on though, because we have
to properly thank Frank Piero, who's a big show supporter
and also a YouTube channel member, and he's gotten us
over the goal. So it's only it's only fair to
have our resident friend Divina thank it properly.
Speaker 4 (02:33:38):
Beth once told me that as she is performing her
Yoni cleanse, she is thinking about you praising the cash.
Speaker 3 (02:33:44):
So praise the cash, so fucking gross.
Speaker 2 (02:33:50):
Thank you, Frank Pero, you got us over the goal.
Thank you all for your kindness, generosity and support. We
are praising the cash big time man. And and I'm
just happy. You know what this means, John, This means
that tonight, in one night, I made a hundred at
least one hundred times more than Corey Good's entire media
(02:34:11):
empire with five companies, four or five companies made all
last year. I mean I just made a hundred times
more than Corey Good. Eating Dick, Corey Good, eat it,
Eat that Dick, get down with it, eat that Dick,
Cory Good, eat it.
Speaker 3 (02:34:27):
But you're not making meditation videos like Mike Wiskowsky though videos. Yeah,
you should sample some of the video because some of
it is is not paywold. Some of their content is
not paywoled. All right, go and watch it.
Speaker 2 (02:34:41):
Give us a Stevaddi update. How about that? So update?
Speaker 3 (02:34:45):
Yeah, there's gonna be more coming on Steveaddi. But you know,
on July thirtieth, Dimitrov did finally strike back and Valentino
Dimitrov has made a emotion fouled emotion for summary judgment
against Stevadi, Chris Bescar and Brian Colvin.
Speaker 2 (02:35:03):
Just for context, though, let's explain this person Dimitriev is
the person that sued Stevadi and Christopher Bestcar and called
their called Stevadi Aerospace David Wilcox Aerospace Company in court
documents called them an investment scam and a Ponzi scheme.
And now it looks like he's filed for a default judgment,
and how much does it want?
Speaker 3 (02:35:25):
He has not filed for a default judgment. Remember, Stevadi
isn't in default. And more, Stevadi was able to get
that default removed or set aside back in twenty two.
Speaker 2 (02:35:34):
You're right, So what's going on?
Speaker 4 (02:35:35):
Then?
Speaker 3 (02:35:36):
Dimitrov is filing a motion for summary judgment based on
about a default judgment. This is Dimitrov has done discovery.
They've gone through the discovery process. They've gone through old
let me read this comment. Okay, never mind, they've gone
through pre trial motion, They've gotten documents from all the
(02:35:57):
other people. Dimitrov has filed a motion for some rejudgment
based on the facts. And in this motion for someary judgment,
Dimitrov has attached exhibits like parts of the deposition and
other documents that support his arguments.
Speaker 2 (02:36:11):
And basically, so this is an investor who gave Christopher
Bescar and David Wilcox company Stevadi a million dollars a
million dollars and he was promised what was it, five
or six million dollars back.
Speaker 3 (02:36:24):
He was promised he would get the million dollars back
in a matter of months. And he was promised five
million dollars in profit participation, so basically interest on the
loan over the next several years six million.
Speaker 2 (02:36:39):
Stadi pay him.
Speaker 3 (02:36:40):
John Stevadi has not paid him anything. They have not
paid him at nine.
Speaker 2 (02:36:48):
Are we seeing a pattern here that David Wilcock and
Corey Good are kind of dead beats that take money
from people and then they don't pay it back. Is
that kind of the lesson? David Wilcock and Corey Good
are both combag deadbeats that don't pay their debts.
Speaker 3 (02:37:03):
I like to put them all under their individual silos.
You know, I don't compare Lake Stevadi to Cory that much.
By the way, I have no I have no indication
that Cory has any involvement with Stavadi at all.
Speaker 2 (02:37:13):
In case, Oh, sure that's clarify that. Sure it's two separate,
two separate shit shows.
Speaker 3 (02:37:19):
But you know, we should clarify here that Stevadi signed
a promissory note with this guy, like they signed the
security and it's a it's an unregistered security. And we'll
talk about that more later because in the motion for
some rejudgment, Dimitrov makes the argument that they sold Dimitrov
an unregistered security, which is illegal. It's a violation of
securities law.
Speaker 2 (02:37:39):
Oh so, could there be criminal charges arising from the case.
Speaker 3 (02:37:45):
Again, this is a civil case that is being that
is being prosecuted civilly. It's being they're litigating the civilly.
In order for there to be criminal charges, some kind
of law enforcement would have to levy those criminals are
just on Stevadi and the people involved. And there's no indication.
And I don't know if I've made this clear in
(02:38:05):
a previous show or not, but Steven, there's no clear
there's no indication to me that there is any criminal
investigation at all against Stavadi or anyone involved. It's amazing,
and I should I should disclaimer that and put the
caveat that. Just because there's been no indication to me
that I haven't seen any indication doesn't necessarily mean that
law enforcement isn't looking. But I have I have had
(02:38:28):
no indication.
Speaker 2 (02:38:30):
Wow, No, thank you, Sam Corbin says Stevadi drinks broky beer.
That's they can't even afford broky beer. They're drinking crackhead beer.
They're drinking they're drinking bathtub gin that they made at home.
You don't play around with a million dollars and just
forget it. Stevadi is fucked. I agree.
Speaker 3 (02:38:48):
Yeah, So Dmitrov has filed emotion for summary judgment. Dimitrov
has attached to this motion exhibits proving his case, including
Steven a lot more stevadi deposition transcript that we didn't
have prior. I'm going to come back because there's a
ton of it. There's a ton. I'm working on it.
(02:39:11):
It's it's been a while, this this was there is,
there is a ton Stephen. So just to give you know,
we made the goal tonight, so just to go.
Speaker 2 (02:39:22):
It does look like both of these clowns are in
legal nightmares up to their fucking eyeballs to both of them,
Corey more so than Davis.
Speaker 3 (02:39:29):
But Savadi and Corey definitely. I think David's legal troubles
are I think he blows those out of the water
a lot, and because like I said, you know, he's
not he's not a party in the Gaya case at
least not yet, and Gaya has not launched any individual
or independent legal action against him. So right now, David's
legal troubles are considerably lower than Corey and Stevadi's.
Speaker 2 (02:39:51):
Yeah, what kind of makes sense? So I guess for
the overtime we get the Stevadi update. Is there anything else?
Speaker 3 (02:39:58):
As I was just about to say, you know, one
of the things. So Chris, Chris Bescar in this case,
has claimed that he was unaware that Brian Colvin had
signed this note with Dimitrov Stephen. In discovery, Demitrov and
his attorneys uncovered an email where Chris Bescar explicitly blesses
the deal and gives his approval to it explicitly. And
(02:40:23):
then and then Dimitrov, as an attorney, deposed Bestcar and
they asked Bestcar if if Bescar was aware that he
sent this email, and they showed him the email and
Bescar said, I don't believe that's my email. I don't
believe I would ever have ever written that email, and
they share the email to him.
Speaker 2 (02:40:41):
What was the content of the email?
Speaker 3 (02:40:43):
So the email, the email is Brian Colvin emailing Bestcar
with the details of the of the of the note
and asking if it looks good to Chris Bescar, and
Bestcar's response is it looks good to me, right.
Speaker 2 (02:41:00):
So he tried to say he didn't know about this, or.
Speaker 3 (02:41:02):
Some tried to say he know. And that's just one
of the things that Chris Bescar has been proven a
liar about. And so Dimitrov has a surprise.
Speaker 2 (02:41:10):
David Wilcock's new insider after Corey Good the big liar
is also a liar. And let's not forget that. David
Wilcock is basically telling his audience that Christopher Bescar built
spaceships for the secret space program.
Speaker 3 (02:41:23):
And then he worked at Area fifty one, and then
he worked.
Speaker 2 (02:41:26):
At Area fifty one. What a fucking bullshitter. There's got
to be stronger laws passed about consumer fraud with this
kind of stuff. I know it's a gray weird area.
Speaker 3 (02:41:35):
Even there there is already security, but John.
Speaker 2 (02:41:38):
For like just one example, David Wilcock goes on a
public live stream and he says things like this, the
CEO of my aerospace company worked on Area fifty one,
and he worked on a lot of classified projects, and
we're going to be spilling the beans about what he knows,
(02:41:59):
and by my course, and then people by the course,
and it's all bullshit because this guy never worked at
Area fifty one. In my opinion, he never worked at
classified projects. There's no proof he ever did anything in
his life. He's been running a defunct aerospace company that
hasn't made a single product or service in thirty years.
That's consumer fraud. You're saying, this guy worked at Area
(02:42:21):
fifty one. We're gonna spill secrets in our courses for
three hundred and thirty three dollars.
Speaker 3 (02:42:26):
There's the consumer fraud angle, but we're actually past that Stephen,
because this is not just consumer fraud anymore. It's investor
fraud because David Wilcock has been soliciting for non accredited
investors to invest in the company, not to buy products,
not to work, but to invest to buy. Not allegedly,
David Wilcock has put up sties just trying to cover
(02:42:48):
my base. A slide on his last live stream, a
slide saying we're still taking non accredited investors. He is
soliciting for investment to buy Stevadi securities. This is beyond
consumer fraud now, this is he has engaged in investors
(02:43:09):
assume and investor fraud and securities laws issues. David Willcock
keeps saying that Chris Bescar has told him that this
is a quote unquote five oh six D offering. Okay,
the sheet that Stevadi filled out a year ago, almost
a year ago for their first securities offering, five oh
six D is not even an option on that sheet.
(02:43:30):
There's not even a checkbox for it. There's only five
oh six B. And if you go to the five
oh six B section of the Securities and Exchange Commission website,
it clearly says you are not allowed to market, advertise,
or solicit for the security under five oh six B
ever at all.
Speaker 2 (02:43:48):
You've got to screenshot those things so we can show
the receipts. Because I know Willcock is going to lose
his mind. You're you're You're given him, You're giving him.
Speaker 3 (02:43:58):
I asked Google gem and I mean, I don't make
it to use AI, but I figured I would this time.
I asked Google Gemini. You know, under an offering that's
under five oh six B, under a private placement offering
for private securities, if it's under five oh six B,
are you allowed to talk about this on YouTube, and
Gemini came back and said, no, you're not because it's restricted.
Speaker 2 (02:44:21):
Yeah, so this is a written So basically, it seems
like these two guys are really both fucked. It seems
like Stevadi is fucked. It seems like Corey Good is
definitely fucked. Wilcock is getting butt rammed by aliens, you know,
two different species of aliens. He got butt banged by.
(02:44:43):
Now he's about to get butt banged by the legal system.
Speaker 3 (02:44:45):
I think all three have big problems. But Stevadi in
this motion for some rejudgment, Dimitrov is asking for over
three million dollars. He's asking for his principal to be troubled.
He's asking for over three million dollars, and him and
his law are said in this motion for some rey judgment.
This is just for the principle. Next year, when Stevadi
(02:45:05):
is overdue for the five million dollars in profit, they're
going to file trouble for that, probably for fifteen over
fifteen million dollars.
Speaker 2 (02:45:13):
Oh boy, David Wilcock, your company is fucked, fucked.
Speaker 3 (02:45:19):
Yeah, And we'll talk about this when I have more
on it. But Stevadi responded to the motion for some
ary judgment and their arguments are weak.
Speaker 2 (02:45:27):
They responded like clowns.
Speaker 3 (02:45:29):
Right, yeah, And there's been like some dock in nonsense,
like the parties are filing stuff late and then asking
the judge to excuse it. That judge and her clerks
are going to spend the rest of the year trying
to figure out this motion for some ray judgment. I
expect the court to rule on this, probably some time
by the spring.
Speaker 2 (02:45:49):
And just so people are aware, if you piss off
the judge that's deciding your case by filing shit late
and annoying them, that's probably bad for your case. I
would think, I don't know, it probably is. Yeah, it
doesn't look too good. If I was a judge, I
would hit him with it. What three million? No, I
reviewed your case. You usually get five million dollars judgment.
Speaker 3 (02:46:11):
I mean, however, Dimitrov is asking for trouble his principal
plus like interest and stuff, and that's listed it over
two hundred thousand dollars. So Demitrov is asking for like
almost three point three million dollars good based on I.
Speaker 2 (02:46:23):
Hope he gets it. I hope he gets it because
this this scammy company of David Wilcox took a million
dollars of his and promised him a million back plus
five more. And they didn't give him shit. They just
what happened to the million? John?
Speaker 3 (02:46:36):
Where did it go well? Again?
Speaker 14 (02:46:38):
And when?
Speaker 3 (02:46:39):
Bestcar? When? When Dimitrov and his attorneys were going to sue,
they first wrote a demand litter to Bestcar and you
know his Bestcar pend a response to that demand litter,
and Bestcar allegedly says in the letter what they spent
the money on. They spent the money on overdue legal bills,
overdue credit cards, internal company people that had left the
(02:47:00):
any money they paid them back. They spent ninety thousand
dollars almost a ten percent of Dimitrov's money was spent
on Ukrainian refugees, allegedly.
Speaker 2 (02:47:10):
Allegedly, I'd love to see a receipts from that ship,
John So.
Speaker 3 (02:47:14):
And they also spend the Why would.
Speaker 2 (02:47:16):
You take investors' money and then give it to charity
when you have to pay back five times the amount
of his money you're spending.
Speaker 3 (02:47:22):
It makes no business sense, It doesn't make business spends.
That's how extremely so scammed. It's extremely questionable on Chris
Bescar's part. To even list that much less to have
done it.
Speaker 2 (02:47:34):
But yeah, I'm telling you, this whole thing looks real scammy.
Both these guys' situations look really, really scammy. But yeah,
that's not a surprise because I think they're both con artists, scammers,
both of them. That's my opinion based on all available evidence.
Speaker 3 (02:47:50):
So I would like to clarify that Dimitrov is asking
for the judgment against Stavadi, Chris Bescar and Brian Colvin.
So he's asking for the judgment against the corporate entity
and two natural people to individuals. The judge may give
a judgment that it may not be against the individuals,
it may only, for example, be against the Stevadi companies.
Speaker 2 (02:48:11):
Garagi brings up a good point. Then Stevadi will just
file bankruptcy.
Speaker 3 (02:48:15):
So we've speculated about a Stevadi bankruptcy for a while.
I've mentioned on this show before that back in twenty
twenty three, I had had a phone call with somebody
in Stevadi and they said there had been internal discussions
within the company about declaring bankruptcy. If they declare. If
they declare bankruptcy, you know, David holds Stevadi stock. He's
(02:48:35):
gonna get wiped out. That's why they haven't.
Speaker 2 (02:48:39):
Car because David willcer.
Speaker 3 (02:48:43):
But here's the thing.
Speaker 2 (02:48:44):
If the judge alien bang hoole, I just this alien
bang hole John, I hope they do.
Speaker 3 (02:48:51):
The judge may only give the judgment against the Stavadi corporations,
and then maybe the Stavadi corporations would declare bankruptcy. Maybe
it's not a guarantee, but if the judge doesn't issue
the judgment against only the corporations, they also give it
as Dimitrov asked for against Bestcar and Colvin personally, the
Best Scar is going to have to have a personal
bankruptcy problem.
Speaker 2 (02:49:11):
They're all going to be screwed. Science Evans and friends
a great point. And bankruptcy for a company that never
did anything in the first place, they've never.
Speaker 3 (02:49:20):
Well never did anything, has to be clarified. They have
done something, Stephen. They've taken people's money.
Speaker 2 (02:49:27):
That's what they have in fact, no products and no service,
thirty years of taking investors money. You know, I would
love to see how much money they've taken in over
the thirty year history and what they spend it all on.
That would be truly enlightening.
Speaker 3 (02:49:42):
So in the filings recently Stevadi does. There is a
Stevadi document that lists their creditors and they have over
two million dollars of debt and that and that number
is low because on that document they claim that Demitrov
has only owed a million dollars. Wow, so they're low
balling the numbers on the document. But I mean, we
can go over that.
Speaker 2 (02:50:02):
But I mean the first covered that.
Speaker 3 (02:50:06):
The first the first real investor in Stevadi, based on
multiple sources is David Wilcock.
Speaker 2 (02:50:12):
That's great, that's great. But even taking David Wilcox's claims
that he gave one point five million to Stevadi.
Speaker 3 (02:50:19):
And then well that's another thing.
Speaker 2 (02:50:21):
But then we know that Dimitryov gave them a million.
That's two point five million dollars. And what do they
have to show for it An empty airplane hangar, no products,
no services, no profit, no income for years, and you
got two point five million in startup capital. You know,
I know people that run small I know a few
(02:50:42):
people that started small startups with much less money. John.
I know one person that went into the micro controller
business and basically what they did is they got micro
controller chips from China, put the chip on a board
and designed the peripheral components and then resold the DESS.
But they started with like fifty thousand to one hundred
(02:51:04):
thousand in original investor money. They're now a million dollar company.
Multimillion dollar company, do you know what I mean? So,
but when I compare that to Stevadi, I can only
talk from my own experience in business and startups, and like,
something doesn't make sense because there's customers that got fifty
k loans to start their business. There's restaurants that got
(02:51:28):
fifty k loans to start their business that are now
million dollar businesses with millions in profit. How did they
get two point five million? And they have no profit,
no products, no services.
Speaker 3 (02:51:40):
No nothing, they have nothing.
Speaker 2 (02:51:42):
It's vaporware. It's all vaporware.
Speaker 3 (02:51:46):
So it's kind of an apples and oranges argument. I mean,
importing computer chips from a foreign country is a bit
different than developing cover course, well, it kind of apples
and urns kind of an apples yes, Didi Stavadi's Stavadi's Aerospeed.
Speaker 2 (02:52:00):
My point is that the company with real business minded people,
they take a small risk, a on a on a
startup loan, and then they turn that they use that
money to execute a business plan, to start manufacturing something
of value to sell, to start selling intellectual property, they
develop as a company or whatever. But Stevandi just seems
(02:52:21):
like they take the money in and then it goes
to a big black hole and nobody and they don't
make anything.
Speaker 3 (02:52:27):
So we'll talk about this more in the future. But
based on my STAVIDI research, Chris Bescar is a very
poor CEO and his business plans are are very poor
and are very poorly executed. So we can look at
it from that perspective. You know, the examples that you
bring up, you know, a computer chip company, whatnot, those
were successful business plans. They got investment, they put the
(02:52:47):
numbers down, they executed, the company grew. None of that
can be said about that. Is it really just in
competence or is it this is an investment scam? Based
on my research, it's it's probably a combination of both.
Speaker 2 (02:53:04):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (02:53:05):
Now I would also like to clarify here's an important point.
You said that David Wilcock has invested roughly one point
five million, and previously to some new information I got,
that was my calculation. That's what I've told people. I've
been given some new information, Steven, and this came from
someone who's very close to David Wilcock that right before
his divorce, David Wilcock squirreled away in additional six hundred
(02:53:27):
thousand dollars into Stevati. So I have actually now bumped
up my conservative calculation is now much money's given them
one million in the neighborhood of two to two point
one million dollars.
Speaker 2 (02:53:39):
That would mean that they've wasted three point one million
dollars of investor capital and still have no product or
service to show for it, no profits. That's incredible, John,
that would be incredible.
Speaker 3 (02:53:52):
It's tragic, is really what it is.
Speaker 2 (02:53:55):
Well for the people that invest it doesn't look like
Wilcox ever getting a penny of his investment back and
dementary unless the court system works for Dimitriov.
Speaker 3 (02:54:04):
And just so people know where I'm at, you know,
Ma Stavadi researcher writing has become a bit more uncomfortable
this year because David Wilcock has started getting in his
audience to invest in Steveti, and that you know, whenever
I think of that, knowing what I know and what.
Speaker 2 (02:54:19):
I think about it, here he's asking, he's asking his
audience to invest in a company that's being sued by
a previous investor who's calling them an investment scam. And
he's still asking people to invest in this company.
Speaker 3 (02:54:32):
And double digits have said yes and have invested in
the Double Digits of Steven Wow.
Speaker 2 (02:54:39):
I hope the AC or somebody, the SEC, somebody's got
to get involved here.
Speaker 3 (02:54:43):
From A from A you would think you would think so,
but have you seen the movie The Big Short. I mean,
the SEC is maybe the most useless government organization the competent.
Speaker 2 (02:54:53):
Yeah, well, listen, I really appreciate you coming and giving
us the update. We're coming up on three hours, so
I'm going to throw you out of here and do
a quick wrap up. We've done our due diligence. John,
I'm glad to have you at the last minute. I'm
sorry you're not on the thumb. I forgot to you know,
this was last minute.
Speaker 3 (02:55:07):
So yes, the.
Speaker 2 (02:55:09):
Title and your goddamn name. Every time I put John
in the title, I have to spell his name six
times and check it four times because I miss a C.
I put the A where the egos and then I'll
be able to spell it right. Eventually, but it is
spelled right.
Speaker 3 (02:55:25):
It is spelled right, yes.
Speaker 2 (02:55:26):
And I apologize for that. So thank you for giving
us an update. You're one of the most popular people
here when it comes to Will Cokin Stevadi. Everybody keeps
asking me to bring you here. I'm glad we were
able to do it. Last minute or what we still
got an update, and please come back, give us a
week or two. Will give you a week or two.
Get your receipts together, because these these these episodes with
(02:55:49):
John come with receipts, their data driven. These these con artists,
scammer grifther clowns, can't argue with the receipts. That's why
they attack us personally. What did what did Wilcox say
about you? You? What was that quote about you?
Speaker 3 (02:56:07):
Well, you said last June in twenty twenty four that
I hate Christians because my middle name is Christian. That
means I hate Christians. He also said, he also said
this is on my ex profile. He also said, I'm
a total attacker.
Speaker 2 (02:56:19):
Any name, Yeah, this David Wilcock, David, this is this
is when I asked John to become a contributing investigative
journalist here. It was when David Wilcock said this quote,
John Christian Spatavaccia is a total attacker any name I
put out there. This guy is all over it. He
just never stops. It's incredible. And that's the track from
(02:56:42):
David Welcock. I said, we got to get this guy
to work on the show with me. Yeah, but remember
David Walcock only has one critic, John Steven from.
Speaker 3 (02:56:53):
Yeah, he only has one critic. He hasn't talked about
you a lot lately. I think he's uh. I think
he's in bad space. He's in a headspace right.
Speaker 2 (02:57:00):
Now, learning his lesson. His grift is coming crashing down,
and no one will be able to argue that I
was right in calling this latest ascension is coming soon.
Scam a scam. By January first, everybody's gonna know I
was right. He scammed you all. He said ascension was coming.
You got to buy my books to prepare for it.
Give me three hundred and thirty three dollars. Ascension's coming
by May of twenty twenty five September of twenty twenty
(02:57:22):
five October. We've all got fifteen more days of October,
sixteen more days, and we'll know that that you know,
first hard rule of being a psychic grift or John,
you don't give a hard date.
Speaker 3 (02:57:38):
Yeah. I think I think David has learned that lesson
because lately he's saying a lot of things like, oh
I this is what I think, or this date is
just speculation, like he's he seems less commissing the words.
Speaker 2 (02:57:49):
Apparently he's using apparently a lot. Apparently ascension is still coming,
but it's still late. Yeah. Yeah, Oh what a bullshitter. Well,
I'm gonna throw you out of here. I want to
thank you for your research. That's always a great contribution
to the show. Glad to have you on team truth Seekers.
Get us some more, get us some receipts. Come back
with us to Batty Update. We'll do it. I will.
Speaker 3 (02:58:11):
It's been a pleasure and hopefully we'll be back on soon.
Speaker 2 (02:58:14):
All right, thanks John, you have a good night. All right, friends,
one of great guests, one of my favorites. He comes
with receipts and he, you know, like David Wilcox says,
he is a total attacker. This guy is all over it.
He never stops. Oh we John and me together are
(02:58:35):
David Wilcox's worst nightmare. I think, Uh oh, my bless
the audience for blessing the goal. Spooky's reminding everybody, Yes,
thank you all for us hitting the goal tonight. We
appreciate you. Thanks for appreciating us and the work that
we do. We'll give you a big shout out and
thank you all for the kindness, generosity and support of
(02:58:57):
the show.
Speaker 4 (02:58:58):
Heading to the kids Steven's cabin for the ten days
of darkness. Please praise the cash so he will let
me stay there. Praise the cash.
Speaker 2 (02:59:07):
Ah, that is correct, we have to praise, praise, praise
the cash. That's it. Uh yeah. So we've done our
due diligence both for tonight and for the week, and
thank you all so much. Monday we hit the goal.
Tuesday we hit the goal. Wednesday we hit the goal.
And I'm hopeful that next week we'll continue this streak.
(02:59:29):
You know, all we had to do was adjusted I
was being too ambitious. Sometimes it's best to be humble
and actually, you know, hit the funding goals so that
we can continue the work that we do. And what
we do here, friends, is we peel back the layers
of deception that these grifters, these scammers, these con artists
(02:59:49):
use to uh you know to victimize the public. A
new clip on the clips channel soon. Yeah, if I
have time tonight, I will update it. I will upload that.
We want to thank all of you kind of generous benefactors.
I'll take a moment to check back in with the
kickchat see if we got any support over there. We
enjoy the Kick support. It really really does help. No money,
(03:00:12):
no honey on kick. But don't worry, friends, We'll be
doing a kick only stream. Somehow I've figured out that
if we're only on kick, everybody goes on Kick and supports,
and if we're all over the place like tonight, not
so much. But we thank you all for your kindness, generosity,
and support, regardless of where you're supporting us. You could
buy me a coffee. You could send a PayPal pledge.
(03:00:34):
You could support us on kick by becoming a sub
or gifting a sub, support us on YouTube by becoming
a channel member or gifting a channel membership, or sending
super chat, superstickers, and super thanks. Did you know that
even if you're watching a replay, you can hit the
thanks button throw a couple bucks in our hat. I
thank each and every one personally with a reply to
those super thanks, We thank everyone. Jason Parker says he
(03:00:59):
did pays Steven over and over for months. An attorney
probably told him to shut the fuck up about Steven. Yeah,
I mean that would be good legal advice. Thank you
Steven for peeling back the layers of deceptions, says Ray Gunner.
Thank you, and I want to apologize. We only really
have a few Twitch viewers, but tonight I mistakenly clicked
(03:01:22):
the wrong box. Remember I'm viewer, I'm visually impaired, so
occasionally I make a mistake like that. We usually broadcast
live on YouTube, Twitch and Kick because those are the
three platforms that actually give us some kind of financial
reward for providing our streams there. Twitter has never paid
(03:01:43):
us a cent, But tonight I clicked Twitter instead of Twitch.
So I apologize to those few Twitch viewers. We'll be
back to our normal Twitch streaming next live show. So yeah,
I think that we've done our due diligence. I'm heading
to the cabin tomorrow. I can't wait. After this weekend,
(03:02:03):
I will really know if I'm going to finish this
cabin by winter or not. This is a very critical weekend,
so I'm hoping for a good one. You know, some
days I get out there and I'm just not feeling it.
It's slow going building a log cabin, especially from all
natural materials. I'm just out in the woods with some
hand tools. But after this weekend, I should know if
(03:02:27):
I could get a few of the walls completely finished,
I'll know that I will have time to get the
rest of the walls. But you know what I mean,
like just we'll figure it out. Hopefully. If I can
finish a few walls this weekend, then that means I'm
not far from putting the roof on, and we'll see
what happens. And I thank everybody for their encouragement for that.
(03:02:49):
It's a big project and I'm really hoping to get
that over with and off of my list of things
to do, because then we'll at least have a good
home base there to start the rest of that. There's
one hundred projects over at the new property and we'll
be getting going on them. So we thank you kind
and generous benefactors, you super chatters and everybody, and thank
(03:03:11):
you all who helped us to hit our goal. Thank
you all for the people who gifted memberships tonight. It
really means a lot to me. That you guys are
helping expand our members here. We are becoming a very
strong channel of members on the YouTube channel. It's one
thing when people just tune in for free, you know,
they watch a few ads and that generates some pennies
(03:03:32):
for us. But the real fun thing is coming from
the support directly from the audience. It's sort of the
PBS model, and I for one am very proud of
what we've accomplished here and we've only done that through
your kindness, dedication and continue to support. So that's all
I got for you friends. I will be back, I
(03:03:53):
believe sometime this weekend with a kick dot com exclusive show.
Follow me on Twitter at Stephen Cambion sort of visit
our website True show dot com. From there you can
get all the latest episodes, whether you want the audio
versions or video versions. Audio versions always a little bit behind,
but I'll get caught up soon.
Speaker 3 (03:04:11):
Uh yeah.
Speaker 2 (03:04:12):
So that's all I got for your friends. Until next time.
