Happy Friday, Big Blue Nation.Welcome inside another edition of the UK Sports
Network Today podcast presented by the BigBlue Brew Newsletter. And it's hard to
believe this is our first episode herein the month of May. Where has
this calendar here gone already? We'realmost midway through as baseball and softball have
postseason on the mind, with acouple of weeks left in their regular seasons,
(00:38):
and as we profiled in our lastepisode men's tennis, they are now
off to the NCAA tournament. Thatselection show has happened, they are hosting
and that all starts tonight. Moreon that a little bit later, but
very excited we can still see sometennis action in Lexington and support them not
just overall, but in postseason play. And it's a big weekend as well
(00:59):
at Hockey Proud Park, Arkansas, coming in for a top eight matchup in
all of college baseball, and onecould say the winner of this series will
be in the driver's seat to putthemselves in a great position to host a
super regional should they get out ofthe regionals. Both squads of course,
comfortably inside that regional hosting seeding line, but nonetheless one can look ahead and
(01:23):
Dream as well Softball in Action theirfinal regular season series of the campaign at
Tennessee prior to them leaving for theSEC Tournament, and of course the headlines
right now being dominated by roster construction. No, not talking about the NFL,
although we will chat about that alittle bit later with some of our
Wildcats getting drafted, but roster constructionof course of men's basketball, women's basketball
(01:48):
too, and Michelle Kenzevik will dropby to help us sort everything out,
not just basketball but just all ofthe stuff going on across UK Athletics.
Though that The UK Sports Network Todaypodcast is presented by the Big Blue Brew.
It's the official newsletter of UK Athleticsand you can sign up today at

(02:12):
boxes every weekday morning. Once again, that's Ukathletics dot Com slash Big Blue
Brew. Those rosters taking shape postseasonon the horizon or maybe already here in
the case of men's tennis football theNFL draft, we saw four Wildcats get
selected, and here to talk aboutit is Michelle Kenzevic. Greatly appreciate her
(02:36):
time this week as we sort allof this out and without further ado,
here's Michelle. Finals week across theUniversity of Kentucky. All sorts of stuff
going on, not just with thespring sports, but basketball rosters taking shape
with the new coaching stabs, soa lot to talk about, and we
bring in Michelle Kenesevik and Michelle. It's almost too much to talk about,
(02:58):
so we're going to do our bestto keep things in an organized fashion for
the listener. But you cannot beunimpressed, or you can't be nothing but
impressed, I should say, withwhat Mark Pope has done in such a
short order. We got a fewbangs yesterday, as they like to say,
and this roster really taking shape.I mean, Andrew, you talk
about Finals week, you talk aboutDerby, you talk about it's the spring
(03:22):
and sports are usually slow, andwe have so much basketball to talk about,
so it makes our jobs a lotmore fun. But I think you
hit the nail on the head there. I mean, Mark Pope really has
come out firing. I wonder ifhe has gotten any sleep in in the
last couple of weeks because he hasjust been hiring, assistance, recruiting,
(03:42):
taking flight BBM, tracking all ofthe flights across the country, really filling
out this roster and coming to formthis week. The transfer portal closed May
first at eleven fifty nine, sonobody else can enter the transfer portal.
Now the players had to, youknow, let let coach or let somebody
know if they had an interest inentering the transfer portal. But hopefully now
(04:03):
things will start to slow down. But I mean, just based off of
the first couple of weeks, fromhim flying from BYU to Kentucky and hiring
a star studded staff, a staffthat knows recruiting, a staff that is
experienced and with some young offensive mindflavor in there, and the top recruits
(04:25):
they've gotten the transfer portal. Imean, Andrew, I am so impressed
so early on. I am chronicallyonline. So we will get to we
will get to the excitement of thosecoaches being active on social media here in
just a minute. But I wantedto touch on a story our good friend
Kyle Tucker did about Coach Pope andyou mentioned how he maybe doesn't sleep.
(04:46):
We sort of had that confirmed withKyle's story. The story of Andrew Carr's
recruitment is just wild. I mean, their flight gets canceled. They end
up flying into Nashville. It's agreat read, by the way, on
the Athletic highly recommend h But CoachPope ends up saying, no, you're
not going to rent a car,I'm going to pick you up. He
had just gotten back from Vegas,so he in fact did not sleep that
(05:10):
night, went and got the carsand just kind of went right into the
visit. I mean that just saysa lot about who he is and how
he's approaching this job well. AndI think too, you know, we
talk about college basketball really really allcollege sports right now, and nil is
such a big factor in it,and I think sometimes you know, behind
the scenes, you don't really knowwhat's going on, or is it just
the highest bidder who gets the player? You know, I think to be
(05:32):
able to see all that Mark Popehas done, and I don't even want
to say in front of the camerabecause people are really just snapping picks of
him in the airport. It's notlike he's doing this for love. He's
just doing it because this is theway that he recruits and he wants to
be able to make that personal connection. You know, if you're if you're
a mom or a loved one ofthat player, and you see a coach
go above and beyond to make surethat he's the one the first person to
(05:56):
greet you when you when you landin Nashville or Lexington. I think that
goes a long way and it showsthe player this guy wants me to be
here. I'm not just another number, I'm not just another guy on the
bench. He really wants to doeverything he can to really build that culture
early on. Andrew and the onething I like about his approach, and
(06:17):
it's a little bit of a pivotthan maybe what we've seen, and certainly
the old approach worked, you know, for those fifteen years. But in
every statement that I've seen from theseguys that have committed and signed with Kentucky,
they talk about how that the importanceof wearing the jersey and playing for
Kentucky has really been sold to themby coach Popen. Of course, there's
(06:40):
no better source a guy that wona national title in that very uniform,
so certainly one that would know. And I think that has really ignited Big
Blue Nation, as we saw withhis introductory press conference, with the focus
kind of being put on that onehundred percent Andrew and I mean I think
just in the modern world of collegeof basketball, the world of sports,
(07:00):
you see you see loyalty not beingas big of a factor in whether you
want to choose to stay with yourprogrammer. You have the easy ability to
just be able to hop in thetransfer portal and not have to sit out
a year. So I think thefact that we're seeing that early on,
and it's not about the individual success. You can tell based off the players
(07:23):
that are coming here. They've allof them, I think you said,
have mentioned you know what it meansto them to be able to put on
that Kentucky jersey, And it's notwhat can I do the best for myself?
Of course, you want to havepersonal success and the ultimate goals that's
to play you know, professional atsome level. But I think them mentioning
that Mark Pope mentioning that in hispress conference, that's what Kentucky fans want
(07:45):
to see because I think over thelast couple of years they've they've been frustrated,
which is understandable. And when you'rehaving veteran guys come over, I
mean this squad that he has puttogether the amount of postseason success and just
college basketball success, I think it'sa combined over five hundred and sixty five
(08:09):
games that all of these guys haveplayed together. So when you're talking about
the experience in the college basketball andwhat we've seen win in the postseason the
last couple of years, this iswhat the fan base needed, this is
what they wanted. And I mean, all you can do right now is
just be happy with the top transwersthat you've gotten, because with a new
(08:33):
head coach, it's showing that thebrand of Kentucky is still there even in
this ever evolving college basketball world. There's a lot of talk about whether he
would be able to get the teamthat he wanted. You know, he
plays a very fun, up tempo, lots of threes really, you know,
kind of an advance and modern modernoffense. And you know, it
(08:54):
was a fair question, I thinkto ask when he got highed, just
because you're asking him to build aroster from zero from you know, five,
six, seven guys and then addon to those and I think it's
pretty clear he was able to get, at least so far, what he
wanted to do basketball stylistically wise, and I know it's not done. There's
still three or four open scholarships andwe'll see who fits who fits those roles
(09:16):
in what But so far his philosophy, I think he has gotten the team
that can put that philosophy into playin Lexington. Veteran guys, they know
the game of basketball. The combinationof the guys that he've got, the
guys that he has gotten in thetransfer portal really really the top transfers around
the country. I mean, Ican't even think off the top of my
(09:39):
head. I mean I know thatMark Pope has mentioned that he kind of
had a big board of players thatthey're all looking at. I think because
we're in NFL Draft time too,Andrew, I can think of now the
transfer portal. All these coaches arehaving to know, Okay, maybe this
guy's job is to take this regionwho's entering the transfer portal or this conference,
(10:00):
who's entering the transferport You kind ofhave your big board of guys,
and from the reports from social mediaand just like you said, refreshing,
my screen time is probably at anall time high right now. Who's entering
the portal, who's coming on abusit, who's coming to Lexington, who's
getting contacted? Because it's it's almostlike free agency in college basketball right now,
(10:20):
but I feel like personally, allof the top guys that have been
sought after hard and have taken visits. I mean, Kentucky's won on one
hundred percent, and it's been alot of fun to see him round out
that roster. And it'll still kindof be in fluctuation. As you mentioned
the portal closed. There is someconfusion that the portal, as you said,
(10:41):
it's to enter your name, wasthe deadline that just passed. So
we're still going to see some commitmentsand starting to trickle in today some guys
that might have entered their name atthe very last minute. So I think
that board might be updated just alittle bit in the coming days and we'll
see what comes of that. It'sa fun time, but it's certainly not
just more pope that is not onlynew, but is nailing the portal and
(11:03):
building that roster. Kenny Brooks Ithought was a home run higher We talked
about it a few weeks ago whenthe announcement was made, and it's been
a lot of fun to see himround out his staff and also bring in
a lot of experience and Final fourexperience, and I don't think it's a
stretch to say that this team isgoing to compete day one in a brand
new, renovated Memorial Coliseum one percent. I mean you, first off,
(11:24):
you talk about the Memorial Coliseum renovation, which if you're driving down Avenue at
Champs, I mean to have anew women's basketball coach who has national national
stature pedigree in the women's basketball world, just going to a Final four with
Virginia Tech, a program that hadnever reached heights like that in his short
(11:45):
about eight seasons there with Virginia Tech, and even Kenny Brook's time before Virginia
Tech with James Madison taking that programto heights that it's never seen before,
and that success is still stayed thereat James Madison. So when you talk
about a coach going to programs andthen not only you know, leaving them,
(12:05):
but when he leaves them, theyare still recognized at that top level.
Virginia Tech is still going to bea top team in the ACC.
And now coming to Kentucky, Imean Georgia Amore, she's the first woman
that we have to mention. Imean, she's going to be an All
American. If you have not watchedher, you need to go watch some
highlights of her. She's an Australian, so she is coming into Lexington and
(12:28):
is going to have a lot ofeyes on her. In twenty twenty three,
I mean, she went toe totoe with some of the best players
in the country. You talk aboutCaitlin Clark, Georgia Amore is going to
be very, very exciting for thisteam, running this offense, and there's
some I think comfort in just knowingthat Kenny Kenny Brooks has coached her for
(12:48):
the last couple of years at VirginiaTech. So when you have a point
guard and when you have somebody whoruns your offense and knows your offense,
that's already kind of a learning curvethat can Brooks isn't going to have to
have coming here to Lexington. He'salready got you know, some other players
too who he coached at Virginia Techwho are now going to play at the
(13:09):
University of Kentucky. So knowing thatyou have players who've been in your system
before, it's just one less thingyou're going to have to worry about.
Of course, you're getting new playersin and you're trying to recruit high school
kids along with transfer portal kids, but I think having that point guard and
having them work together for so long, it's going to be such a benefit
(13:31):
to having her on the court andwith this women's basketball team this fall.
Winner, I feel like we're inbasketball season right now coming up. It's
always basketball season. But you know, I think one thing that really is
highlighted that we've seen the last monthor so is that just the quality of
people that the hires that were made, because we know how great of a
guy Mark Pope is and what theprogram means to him and how great of
(13:54):
a guy is. But also KennyBrooks one of my favorite quotes I saw,
and I might be getting it alittle bit off base, but it
basically he said, I'm not sureif I'm a good women's basketball coach because
I'm a dad, or if I'ma good dad because I'm a women's basketball
coach. And I think that saysa lot about his character. And we're
really excited to have both families, the Pope family and the Brooks family in
(14:15):
Lexington, or at least in theprocess of getting to Lexington. I know
that that can be a little trickyas that's only been about a month that
they've been on the job, sowe'll have more for basketball. Obviously as
we go on. We could talkabout this for hours, and we'll still
have more updates, especially when thatroster gets solidified in the next weeks or
months. But I do want totouch briefly. You mentioned the NFL Draft
(14:35):
for Wildcats picked. I think it'spretty significant for the program that you can
that you keep getting that number. You know, a handful of guys each
year drafted into the NFL, andthey're not, you know, all Day
three picks. They're guys that aregoing relatively early, and now we have
some new new rooting spots. Iam. It's the one team that I
am admittedly biased as I'm a Bengalsfan season ticket holder. I was praying
(14:58):
that Ray Davis would get picked bymy Bangles, and it broke my heart
to see him go to an AFCrival in the Buffalo Bills. But really
excited for Ray Andrew of course Trevinand Devin as well. And now it
means too back to back years whereyour quarterback is picked, Brock, I
think is a really good chance tomake it three straight quarterbacks picked, So
really exciting times for the football program. As well, well, I think
(15:22):
the fact that Ray Davis is goingto Buffalo, Andrew just means that sweet
baby Ray's barbecue sauce, He's goingto Chicken Wing Country. I mean,
come on, it's a matchmate inHeaven. I'm still waiting. It was
a phenomenal call. I think itwas in the Florida game when he had
just an out staying a game rushfor like over one hundred and fifty yards.
(15:43):
I mean, something just insane, and it was like, sweet baby
Ray, I guess he needs tohave he needs to have the barbecue sauce
Chicken Wing Country matchman in Heaven.I'm a Titans fan, so I get
to root for Will Levis. It'skind of a perfect perfect match there.
But yeah, I agree Andrew.I mean seeing these Kentucky guys and you
know, two of them went wentreally back to back this year, which
(16:06):
was which was awesome to see thatUK flash across your flash across your screen
during the NFL Draft. But it'sjust shown that you know, this program
has has cranked up a notch beingin the SEC, being competitive in the
SEC, and also having guys goon to that next level. You got
Dian Walker this year. For forKentucky, who's going to be a very
very high draft pick in next year'sNFL draft, which is going to be
(16:29):
in Green Bay, and I don'tknow how they're gonna house everybody. I
don't know how that's gonna work, but he'll definitely be somebody that will that
will have a I think, andjust based off all the big boards,
but the way too early big boards, but his game will translate really well
to the NFL. I think it'sjust shown the level of this Kentucky football
program. You can see it acrossthe board. They signed a running back
(16:52):
the other day who they were fightingfor with Michigan for right. He was
choosing between the two. So Ithink it just shows, you know,
the SEC, and then Kentucky's beingcompetitive in the SEC. Yeah, you
mentioned Dean Walker. We're not gonnahave to wait very long to hear a
Wildcat called next year. He's beingmocked pretty much in the top five and
every and I know those things areridiculous either ridiculous a week before the draft,
(17:15):
much less a year before the draft, but I don't think it's really
a stretch, given how well heplayed that he's going to be probably the
first defensive tackle off the board, and maybe the way the draft went this
year of fourteenth straight offensive guys,he might be the first defensive guy period
off the board next year, sothat would be that would be a lot
of fun. And the springtime.I'm a baseball guy, you know,
(17:36):
unabashedly I do pro baseball during thesummer. That's going to get ramped up
here in a couple of weeks forme. But baseball, what a run
that they've been on. And headcoach Nickninggion, he's done such a great
job with this program to build onwhat last year was to win your regional,
to go to the super regionals againsta super team. Really, I
mean Paul Skins. I'm in thePirates system right now. I work for
(17:59):
their Triple A affiliate. I don'tknow if he's going to be there by
the time I get to Indianapolis. He keeps is he raised below one with
Indy, so I think he mightbe in Pittsburgh by the time I get
there. But nonetheless, what they'vedone this year has just taken it to
a whole new level. I thinka lot of people would have been happy
with what happened last year and nowthey're pushing for a super regional hosting potential
(18:21):
and once you have that on yourradar, Omaha is not really that far
that far of a thought. Itreally isn't, Andrew. I mean,
they have a couple of crucial seriescoming up. They lost the last two,
the Tennessee one. I mean, talk about an incredible environment in Kentucky
Proud Park. They sold out.I mean, you know, you battle
with Tennessee those those three days.I mean, the Sunday series was incredible.
(18:45):
I think the final score was Tennesseethirteen, Kentucky eleven. And then
you know, you go to SouthCarolina, a hard place to play on
the road, and now you havean opportunity to host one of the best
baseball teams in the country in Arkansasthis weekend. We got to talk to
Nick Minji on earlier this week andhe said he's just been trying to focus
on his guys and focus on histeam and what they need to do,
(19:07):
right, you know, instead oftrying to focus more on the other teams.
It's no shock Arkansas. I meanthey're one and two with Texas,
A and M in the country.Right. We're not just talking SEC,
We're talking in the whole country rightnow, so you know, to be
able to have kind of that homefield advantage this weekend, it's already sold
out for chair backs seats. Youknow, the general mission BBN's gonna show
(19:29):
up, but being able to focuson Kentucky and their team and try to
you know, get a couple wson the in the win column. And
then you have the SEC tournament inHoover starting on the twenty first. Kentucky
will probably will be top four seats, so they'll start on that Wednesday.
But I mean just SEC baseball,I mean, I think you've got almost
(19:52):
half half the teams in the toptwenty five at least. You know,
you talk about probably five or sixteams in I mean not probably four teams
in the top five or six.You know, Kentucky, Tennessee A,
and m Arkansas. It is agauntlet. And to see the way they
have been so successful this year inthe SEC, it's it's exciting, right
(20:14):
hashtag road to Omaha. And tobe able to potentially host again here in
Lexington this year is a huge stepfor this Kentucky baseball program. Yeah that
I don't do this lightly, butthat attendance record has been put on notice.
Over twenty one thousand, twenty one, three hundred and change came through
the turnstiles for that Tennessee series.I think that's very much in danger this
(20:37):
weekend when when number two Arkansas comesto town and we'll have all three of
those games. Darren will be thereFriday, Saturday. I'm super pumped.
I'll be behind the mic on Sunday. It's going to be a blast.
If you can't make it out, join with us. But I encourage folks
because even the standing room only seats, they're really really fun. It's a
beautiful facility. If you haven't beenyet, it's it's it really is.
(20:59):
So looking forward to a huge weekendfor baseball, and as you said,
just three series left and the Catsthe schedule plays in their favor at least
as far as not having to traveltoo much. It's home this weekend against
Arkansas, then at Florida. Thenthey have the luxury of closing at home
against Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt is Vanderbilt.I know they're technically down this year.
If you want to consider it,I do not, because it's Vanderbilt.
(21:21):
But then it's off v Houver,so it's hard to believe we're talking about
the end of the season. Buthere we are, but speaking of end
of season softball. One final seriesfor them in the regular season that starts
tonight as we tape this on Thursdayat Tennessee, and then it's off to
the SEC Tournament for them. Iknow the series didn't go the way that
(21:41):
they wanted to against South Carolina, but it was a lot of fun.
We were out there for Senior Dayto see the seniors honored, and I
think they have a really good chanceat making a push, not only in
the SEC Tournament, but whatever regionalthat they find themselves in, because that's
very much safe at this point giventheir schedule that they played. Percent I
mean watching Aaron koffl this year, she's been tremendous. She's been tremendous for
(22:06):
this program, all the rest ofthe seniors. Like you said, South
Carolina series didn't go the way thatthey wanted to, but there's still an
opportunity for them to make, youknow, a postseason push baseball and softball,
it is, you know, nota sprint. It is a marathon,
right, you know, the amountof games that they play and having
it be you know, may secondwe mentioned it's finals week, school is
(22:27):
wrapping up and their seasons ramping up. School wrapping up, season ramping up.
Going to be an exciting spring slashsummer for these two teams. Andrew,
Yeah, hopefully deep runs by bothwhere we're still talking about active games
into the month of June for bothprograms and track and field it's finals week
(22:48):
for them as well. They don'thave a whole lot of time to to
kind of rest from those finals becausethey'll turn around one week from today and
begin the SEC Championships. And asusual, that program in great shape,
both on the men's and women's side, to both individually do some great things
but also as a team do somegreat things in the SEC and beyond.
(23:10):
And we had Eli Stevenson on theshow last week, big shout out to
men's tennis speaking of events that youcan go out to and see the NCAA
Regional in Lexington at the Boom Complex. That's going to be a lot of
fun as Kentucky hosts as a fiveseed Michelle. First time since nineteen ninety
two that men's tennis was both theregular season and tournament champs in the SEC,
(23:33):
and I mean winning the SEC championshipback to back years and only having
three SEC championships in the program history. So this tennis team has gone on
quite the ride these last two yearsand now being able to host here in
Lexington, I think, you know, when you look at the success a
lot of these spring sports have hadbeing able to host an NCAA tournament match
(23:56):
game series, it's it's a testamentto show the success across the board.
We talk a lot about football, basketball, women's basketball, but across the
board the Olympic sports too. Havingthat success in the postseason and being one
of those teams that makes it tothe postseason and get some wins on here,
well, yeah, we're going tobe watching very closely. Again,
(24:18):
you can head out to those thatregional action at uk Athletics dot com for
ticketing information and scheduling information as well. That's Friday through the weekend for men's
tennis as they host the NCAA firstand second round in that regional. So,
Michelle, a lot to talk about. Thank you for coming on and
giving this synopsis, and we're goingto continue to talk about it. Look
(24:40):
forward to having you back on whenwe have more solidified rosters. Those final
couple spots filled for both men's andwomen's basketball. Yes, thank you,
Andrew. I'll see you at baseballthis weekend, Darren. Darren and you
both going to be both going tobe on the mic this weekend for an
intense matchup. So excited to seewhat Kentucky Proudbook Park looks like this weekend.
(25:00):
That attendance record very much on noticethis weekend. It all starts tonight.
If you're listening with us on Friday, it's a six thirty start at
Kentucky Proud Park, number eight Kentuckyagainst number two Arkansas. There's reserve seats
already sold out, but at leastat taping there was some standing room only
in some general seating as well.Open Go to UKA Athletics dot com for
(25:22):
more ticketing info there. Hope tosee out at KPP at some point this
weekend. It's the only game underthe lights is Friday, as Saturday will
be a day game at two o'clockand Sunday at one pm. And if
you can't make it out to KentuckyProud Park, or if you're gonna listen
along with us while you're in house, pregame coverage with Darren'll begin at six
(25:45):
point fifteen on Friday, one fortyfive on Saturday, and then I'll be
along with you on Sunday beginning attwelve forty five airtime there as the Cats
look to take down the number twoteam in the Land and further cement their
top eight status going into the penultimateweek of the regular season. Kentucky right
(26:06):
now two home series left as wediscussed, and one road series so to
be Arkansas at Florida and then athome against Vanderbilt, with a couple of
midweek games scheduled and mixed in there. Meanwhile, softball getting their series started
a day early. They were takingon number three Tennessee Kentucky coming in number
(26:26):
twenty four in the poll, butthe Lady Balls one of the favorites to
win the Women's College World Series.Kentucky got off to a pretty good start,
up one nothing after three innings ofplay in Game number one on Thursday
night, but a three run fourthinning for Tennessee put them ahead three to
one. Kentucky got two back, but then Tennessee went ahead for good two
(26:47):
in the fifth, three in thesixth for the Lady Balls. As the
Cats unable to keep up there offensively, Lauren Borzolari perfect three for three,
including her sixth home run of theseason. She drove in two of the
three Cats runs, Aaron koffl theother. She went one for three.
And how about Riley Smith. Shecontinues her hot hitting as she went two
(27:08):
for four, but with the lossof the Cats fall to thirty and nineteen
eight and fourteen in SEC play, but their postseason status very much safe.
It's just right now trying to improvethat seed line going into regional selection after
the SEC Tournament. Meanwhile, Tennessee, as we mentioned, number three in
the country, one of the favoritesto win the Women's College World Series.
They're now thirty eight and nine overallin seventeen and five in a very tough
(27:33):
SEC night game on Friday night, that'll be a six o'clock start on SEC
Network Plus, and then the seriesfinale. The regular season finale as well
for UK softball will be at twopm on Saturday in Knoxville, and then
it's off to Auburn to play inthe SEC Tournament. We mentioned at the
top of the show. You cancome out in support Kentucky men's tennis in
(27:57):
the NCAA Tournament and you should beable to do that before the baseball game
as well, because on Friday tonight, if you're listening, four pm,
Kentucky opening up their postseason play againstDePaul, and it will also be four
o'clock on Saturday, depending on results. Of course, of Friday afternoon,
it'll either be Toledo or Illinois asKentucky hosts the opening stages of the twenty
(28:22):
twenty four NCAA Men's Tennis tournament. So again that's Friday at four pm Saturday
as well at four pm for sureto Paul on Friday, and then Saturday
will be either Toledo or Illinois.UK Athletics dot com for your ticketing info.
