Ayer mismo mi iPhone XR sufrió una caída en el suelo del supermercado con la consiguiente rotura del cristal de la parte trasera.
Tras esto me puse en contacto con el soporte de Apple y lo voy a enviar a reparar haciendo uso del Apple Care+.
Os cuento todos los pasos que he seguido, que hay que seguir, por si os encontráis en las mismas circunstancias.
En la segunda parte de de este audio, que se grabará una vez el XR arreglado y en mi poder, os contaré como ha ido todo.
