going out to the range and sayingI'm just gonna go shoot some bullets,

You create a diary, you createa composition book, which I do do

have one, and then you havea round count for that day, and
you stick to that round count.You will not waste rounds, you will
get maximum training value, and thenyou can focus on what you want to
achieve by doing that. So ifit's a situation you say, hey,
I'm gonna do a bill drill,which would be six rounds center mass,
you establish your distance twenty one feet, Okay, that's that's legit. And

then you're gonna make a transition.You're gonna shoot two rounds of the face,
right, so you're gonna go sixrounds rifle to the center mass.
You're gonna make a transition nice andclean. You're gonna drive out. You
send two rounds of the face,and then you're gonna but you're gonna prep
your mags six six six two twotwo. So now you've got eighteen rounds
for rifle, you have six roundspistol. You're always gonna have a bolt
open or a bolt lock scenario onyour final round, right, so there's

no chance of an incidental discharge inthe event that you don't manipulate the safety
or somebody who's in the training pipelinewith you, who's working with you,
who may not be up to speed, may not have the manual arms quite
locked down. You want to dothose things because it's common sense. It
sets you up for success, andit allows the person to get a rep
and you know it's going to bea clean, safe rep. Well,
it also means that you're gonna haveto manipulate all your kit every time reloading,

coming up with stuff every time,and you're not also running around with
half loaded bags, full loaded mags. You go reset, you go walk
back to your table, you reloadfor your next kit setup. Right,
so now you're breaking your shooting oodleloop. You're gonna go back over,
You're gonna reload, get back intothat, and you're gonna learn how to
come in and out of the shootingphase and focus. So it's serious smoking

I just wanted to give you guysan insight on the way I approach training
and shooting, because basically it's anytype of any type of behavior, any
type of training, because if you'redoing reps, if you're doing CQB reps
or whatever with a team, there'sa lot more wrinkles there, so you
can get more you can get morereps in, and you get more reps

in without training saturation or like youjust get grossly overloaded because you could slow
it down. Shooting, I thinkyou get you get a point of return
on value, and I tend toshoot sixty rounds pistol, sixty rounds rifle.
That's like the sweet spot where it'slike, all of a sudden,
I start burning rounds. Otherwise it'snot like I'm getting any better. I'd
rather train. I'd rather train moreoften with a lower round count and then

augment it with dry fire than Iwould to be like I'm gonna shoot three
hundred rounds of it and then notshoot for three months. That's not a
good plan. Six rounds center massbill drill plus two to the face pistols

that on with a pair of reasonableplates underneath a sweatshirt and you have ballistic
