Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey guys, welcome back on the channel. Today. We're going
to cover a topic that I've been one thing to
talk about for the last few days because it has
been officially only launched in the last few days, and
that is of course the Inter under twenty three team.
So that's going to be today's topic of the video.
So make sure you leave a thumbs up, subscribe through
the channel. Let's go Inter under twenty three. It's a reality.

(00:22):
It seemed for a while. Is it going to happen?
Is it not going to happen? Our Italian bureaucracy getting
the way of things, do Inter oaktry actually gonna invest
money into this? But they've pulled it through. It's happened.
It's official, and they picked a very simple name, official
name under twenty three. You know you may have the
events next gen Milan is called Milan futuro Into kept

(00:45):
this simple into under twenty three team does what it
says on the tin right calm mistake And here you
know is the official statement from Inter a few days
back on Friday announcing the launch of the under twenty
three team and Stefano Veki will be the head coach
of the team and the team this team will play

(01:06):
the first home game at the Youth Power Stadium in
Monsoes that will be the official stadium for the team
thanks to Monza sharing this stadium with us. Of course Monza,
if you don't know, very close to Milano, the city
of Milano, so logistically it makes sense and it's a
proper stadium, proper pitch, so good result overall. And the

(01:28):
first friendly was against Torino on Sunday. If you didn't watch,
it was a to result for the under twenty three
team and they will be taking part in Seriichi in
the Italian Seriachi, the third tier of professional men's football
in Italy, and as put inter this is a strategic
and highly valuable project designed to closely support the development

(01:50):
of young talents from the youth sector by providing them
with an additional developmental past. Vecky will be the coach
with proven, experienced, deep understanding of ner zuri you know,
and if you don't know, Veki led into his Primavera
between twenty fourteen and eighteen, winning two prima Vero Suet
two via Cups, one Cope Tali Privera and the Primavera

(02:12):
Super Koppa. And if I remember correctly, they did he
not take part in the band area do you not
take charge of a like one game or a couple
of games of this first of the senior team as well.
But anyway, he's actually, you know, he's a proper coach.
Since he left the prima Vero, he has been coaching
in the lower divisions of Italy. We talked about the

(02:33):
stadium and if you actually want to see them in action,
you'll see them soon in a friendly against the inter
senior team. So Kivu's inter will face off. It will
be on the third of August, which is was that Sunday,
third of August, Yeah, Sunday, third of August. You will
be get to see a piano gintealer behind closed doors,

(02:56):
a family affair friendly between Stefan Noveki's and the twenty
threes and Christian Kibo's men's And if you just if
you're interested in you know the calendar for this under
twenty three team. This is a little bit what it
looks like in So we'll be kicking off the season
against Novara. Some of you will remember Novara from that

(03:16):
Gasparini that beginning of the band Era Gasparini season. Where
Navara beat us right, right, if I remember correctly, one
of those initial Gasparini games where he was in charge
for only a few games, tried three at the back
and it was an absolute disaster. So that is where
in to kickoff away their campaign in sei Chi and

(03:41):
well let's get back. So you know what is what
is the aim really of this under twenty three team.
You know, Marota talks about it in that official statement.
They've talked about it. It's that path for the under
twenty three is there are some rules of regulations, so
it's not just under twenty three. So let me give
you an example. So if I pull up the regulations
for uvent ass next gen team, I'm sure they apply

(04:02):
also for Inter so so into sunder twenty three will
be playing in the same professional league system as the
senior team, rather than a separate league that it cared
for youth team, which is what the issue was. You know,
the step up between adult football, so it's going from
youth football to adult football is too much. So this
is supposed to be I'm not going to say it's

(04:24):
halfway between that, but at least it's a step between
youth football and men's football. Or you know, top level
men's football Serichi. Of course, you know, the quality and
the level isn't that high. The pitches, the turfs are
not that high, the facilities, the style of play is
going to be different. You know, you have people that

(04:45):
are maybe even part timers. The tactics level might not
be as high, but the physicality, the intensity, the you know,
the competition at least gets to a much higher level
to help these players develop. But anyway, in terms of rules,
so the reserve, this reserve team may not play, so
it can never you know, if you're asking in your head,

(05:08):
you might think, oh, what if these guys keep getting
promoted from Serai cheets Sarah beats Sara are that can't happen.
Even if they get promoted, they can't play in the
same division. They will be ineligible for promotion and the
reserve team must play in the league immediately below. I
don't know if this applies to inter but I imagine.
So they have to pay an annual extraordinary fee of

(05:31):
one point two million to have the reserve team registered
to Sadi a Chiat and they can't part take in
the lega pro assembly, so they can't have a say
in what goes on in their league. They may insert
a maximum of twenty three players in their team sheets,
and only four players aged more than twenty three when
the season has started maybe inserted in the team sheets,
so it is in the twenty three, but they can

(05:54):
have some more experienced guys in there to fill up
and help with some experience, and up to a maximum
of seven players who had been registered to a feig's
T affiliated club for less than seven sporting seasons maybe
included in the match list. In order to be eligible
for the next gen, players must not have been registered
to the twenty five, so they can't be part of

(06:15):
the SERIA list of players, and must not have played
more than sixty matches in area, so you know, inter
can't say I don't know, or you know, the reserve
team is struggling, so we just send Micketari and there's
that's not possible. Instead, to be eligible to play in
promotion playoffs and relegation playoffs, players must not have played

(06:37):
over twenty five first team league matches or at least
thirty minutes, So there there's you know, the playoffs and
the relegation playoffs. There's a little bit more leeway in
these kind of crucial matches, but again still quite strict,
not more than twenty five league matches that have been
part of more than thirty minutes. So again, you know,
proper first team players can't be just called into the

(06:59):
reserve team. If a player suspended, he is unusable in
both the first and reserve teams. Suspensions must be served
in the team with whom he committed the infraction. And yeah,
Juventus is the next gen team has actually got relegated
and they couldn't even register. But now the reserve teams

(07:22):
are also eligible to play in the Saria D, which
is which is good because yeah, me Milan's fort team
also suffer the same fate. And this is the thing.
Following their relegation, as you can see here, they will
compete in Seria D from this season. This is the thing.
It's not a guaranteed success and that's you know, especially

(07:43):
as the team itself as an under twenty three teams,
we shouldn't when we look at the results this season.
Of course we don't want them to get relegated, but
it's not really about them winning games or trying to
get promoted to Saria B. If anything, they shouldn't try
to get promoted to Steria be because then you know
the in we'll probably have to put more resources into
that team and spend more. But you know, it could

(08:05):
be beneficial to get promoter sera beating, but it's not
really realistic. This team is made to help the youth
players who are now too young or too old or
just too good for the youth team to get some experience.
So let me give you some examples again going back
to the Juva team and the Milan teams. So like,
look at the Juve from under twenty three twenty eighteen

(08:27):
to twenty twenty two. You see this lineup twenty twenty
Chi Final. Some of the players there, Frabota, who is
now plays at West Brom I didn't even know that
actually down the road from me in Birmingham. For Joli,
we know about Fajoli of course, the boy who was
at the Euros because Paletti for some reason wanted to

(08:49):
call him up even though he was suspended for the
for most of the season with his betting scam scam
sorry betting ban Hamsaafia. I think he plays for Lecture right,
So again that's just you know, quick snapshot from a
twenty twenty team of three players that were able to
make the step up into you know, good level now
but joyly Ruffia Rabota. And then if we go down

(09:12):
to kind of the notable names, you're gonna start to
see some really interesting ones Matia Soule, Barnicea Corney the Winter.
Of course, inter fans, you know who who these guys
are not right now, right especially Connie the Winter. We're
heavily linked with him. Some were iLINK junior. Some of
these you can say, I mean, some of these actually

(09:34):
are not developed directly from you were, Like some of
them you've bought already when they were you know, developed,
let's say, and then they're just they're part of the
youth team, let's say. But proper examples Hans nicol Luci Kavilia, like,
let's see how many appearances that you have. Look at
that fourteen appearances for you the next gen, So he
had more appearances for the next gen than the actual

(09:56):
U team. Radu Dragusin Puttenham defender that million plus signing
ten appearances for Juventus on the twenty three. Dean Heysen
Dean Hoysen. Of course, the now Real Madrid sent her
back twenty seven appearances for Uvents next year before he
was loaned to Roma and then Bournemouth. Kena Yieldies. Let's

(10:21):
see how many appearances did he have forout fourteen and
two goals, So definitely definitely has helped to these players
to see how many media, how many appearances mediate he
had thirty appearances, so really you know you had a
proper season down in Serichi with proper adults playing, So
definitely it was beneficial to all these players have mentioned

(10:46):
in some way or some shape, and that is the
hope for Inter. I mean, if you have a quick
look at Milan's one, I don't think theirs has been
as successful at the moment, a things come out of
Yeah there's not even a notable player section. But Matia
Liberali is definitely one of the big talents from Milan.
Chaka Traore uh Divocarigi was registered Ibrahimovich's son. I know

(11:14):
that also they registered the Yeah here he is Toriani,
the goalkeeper who's a big talent. Camarda, that's the guy
I was thinking of. They registered Camada last season because
he wasn't getting much minutes for the for the first team.
So this is what we should look towards this team
and towards Stefanoveki, who actually looks like he looks like

(11:37):
a Cherby, right, this is like a Cherby without a mustache,
a little bit older, a little bit better looking. In
my opinion. This is the backroom staff. Stefanoveki, the head coach,
the Nasy assistant technical coach, Chiulini, fitness coach, Betsy, fitness coach, Castelli,
goalkeeping coach Toninato and Castilio the match analyst. So small staff,

(12:00):
but yeah, the focus for back he will be to
bring through some players. And now let's have a look
which players we should be looking out for and you know,
focusing on if you if you are going to tune
in to this team, it's got team this season and
again they're there are on the transfer windows also open
for this team, so there will be some changes. Some

(12:21):
people have left, some people be going. Some players I
will say are already too good for this level or
they should be aiming and the agers will probably push
them to find better situations. Like let me give you
an example, Christos Alexel. He had an appearance for the
met for the same for the senior team last season.
If you remember very brief, but he was the captain

(12:42):
of the prima Verra team. He looks like a solid
center back already at his age value. That k here,
I think he is already too good. I think he's
probably what the looks of it. Maybe this is actually
his real level. Sariachi maybe Sarah B Starbla I remember
was a big kind of promising name a few years back.

(13:05):
He's back from his loan. From where was he? Mattel Koki?
Definitely he I think should try to get a better situation.
You know, he's already valued at one point five million. Lovely,
lovely left footed talent left back slash left wing back, Mike,
I do the little guy that got appearance for US

(13:25):
last season. If you guys remember Thomas beren Brook, for sure,
I would definitely try to get this guy at least
Seria B or somewhere abroad, you know, Switzerland, Belgium never learns. Definitely, definitely,
at twenty years of age, I think he deserves better.
Toplovich as well, very very talented guy. He scored the

(13:46):
other day from outside the box as he often does.
But of course you want to keep some quality as well,
so you know, you don't want to give out the
whole all the players away, and then I'm not going
to act like I know too much about the other guy.
I know, Danielle Quikieto is actually I think Venezuela, or
even trying to call him up to the senior team
if I remember. So there's definitely some talent there, but yeah,

(14:09):
I think there are some guys in there that are
probably too good for this level, or I would already
say they're not going to benefit from playing at this level.
They need to be playing at a better level already.
But you can see if we've made some signings as well,
Giuseppe Prestia thirty one year old, so you know, adding
some experience in there. Paulo Raimondi, we signed a goalkeeper.

(14:30):
We signed this mil Gardi, thirty one year old goalkeeper,
so you know, adding some experience in there to help
these youngsters out. And I'm sure there might be some
more incomings and outgoings, but yeah, that is pretty much it, guys.
You let guys let me know in the comments down below.
Are there any players Are you going to tune in
to these games? You know, I don't actually know how

(14:53):
and if we can tune into these Areachi games. But
definitely I'm going to try to highlights if I can,
and keep an eye out for while the team is performing,
how the players are performing. But yeah, you guys, let
me know, are you gonna watch it, which players are
you looking out for? Which players are too good for
this twenty three team? And yeah, what's your what's your

(15:13):
thoughts and feelings on it. I am happy that finally
this is happening, this is going ahead. I think most
you know, big Seria team should be having this. I
don't agree with the controversy was okay at some level,
I agree that maybe the said for sarah Chi team.
You know, if you think about it, from these teams
like into Atalanta Milan and you've just brought their way

(15:35):
into sarah Chi or as you know, these teams areving
to fight their way there, and I get that point.
But at the end of the day, it's about the
development of these young players and hopefully also helping the
Italian national team development. So overall, fantastic news. Looking forward
to watching these guys. Hopefully they do well and hopefully
we see some of these guys in the in the

(15:56):
main team, right, guys, that is the whole point. I
hope you enjoyed this video. Leva comes up after Chariatiforta
