We feel people go at this process backwards; they get online and they start looking for businesses they think they're attracted to for whatever reason.

These businesses may or may not be a good fit for them for a plethora of reasons. There are approximately 4,000 franchises out there, which can be daunting.

When I started my company, I noticed that there was a need for just tenant representation.
