Speaker 1 (00:14):
Welcome to another episode of the Unreligious Podcast, where we
spread the love of Jesus without judgment or by laws,
focus solely on Jesus Christ and the Bible. I am Chris,
I am Big Drew ski Yeah, Big Drew Skie boy.
It's fourth of July weekend, which we're recording this before
(00:36):
fourth of July, but you guys will be listening to
this after.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Fourth of July. So I hope everyone had a safe
Fourth of July weekend. How are you doing this lovely evening.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
I'm doing well. I'm hoping the same thing. I hope
everybody gets through the fourth of July with all their
digits on their hands.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Yeah, no, kidd, all their digits. I mean, you know
it's I mean, I know everybody's gonna be listening to
us afterwards, but you know, I mean, just through the
rest of the summer when you guys are out on
the water, please be saved. Just being saved.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
I don't really drink anymore. I understand, not you know,
knocking anybody or hating not you know, whatever. But I'm
just saying, just be responsible, man, like, come home, you know,
have a good time, but come home safe, you know.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
But yeah, I agree totally. I mean I was thinking
about that the summertime, all the holidays, holidays and festivities
and everything is it's a fun time, but it's also
can be a dangerous time if you're not careful.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Yeah, I mean, you know there's you hear too much
about it. I mean you hear about it every year,
but it's it's too common of a thing, man, just
you know, uh, people get out and they try to
have a good time and all that, and I get that,
but uh, you know, you just got to be safety.
And it's not even just like you know, it's not
(02:00):
even you like, yes, you need to be safe and responsible,
but dude, it's you got to be aware of everybody,
even out on the roads. I drive for a living.
I drive up and down eighty one about an hour
and a half stretch, and dude, like coming back this
this evening, there was cars zooming in and out and
it was a lot of out of staters and stuff
(02:22):
and whatever. But it's just people get crazy, man. They
just they're they're looking for a good time. And I
get it, but it's like, please be safe.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
Yeah yeah, yeah, I'll just be seep out there. I mean,
it's keep your keep your head on a swivel, because
even if you're not drinking and driving, you know there
are people out there that do that to keep watching,
pay attention, keep your wits about you.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
Any you guys have any plans for the fourth?
Speaker 1 (02:50):
Actually it's our anniversary.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
I remember that. Which did you guys throw off the
shin dig?
Speaker 1 (02:57):
Did we? What?
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Yeah, yeah we can it.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
I was gonna say, I've got an invite for that,
and I was like, I'm honored, but it's I'm like,
you know, a full day's drive away.
Speaker 1 (03:07):
So yeah, you know, we canceled it because most people
were already had plans. It was kind of a short
notice thing. So we are We don't do like big crowds.
We just don't care to be around masses of people
unless it's church. So we won't go down to the
lake for the fireworks and all that because there's thousands
(03:29):
of people down there, So excuse me. What we'll probably
do is, uh, we're gonna go out to dinner tomorrow
night Tepanyaki.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Camp in Yaki.
Speaker 1 (03:39):
Yeah, that's great. Habachi.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
I figured its habachi, but I've never heard of I
was like, what.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
Yeah, hibachi grill. Yeah, We're gonna go us in about
I guess five or six other family members are all
going to go out and do the hibachi grill and
then kind of take off from there and everybody can
go do their own to watch fireworks or whatever. My
wife and I'll come back to the house and watch
him from here because I don't want to deal with
the crowds. But yeah, other than that, that's it. That's
(04:10):
the plan.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Well, I was gonna get into this anyways, but we're
kind of just I guess. So I've got a video
gig that I'm gonna do actually, fourth of July morning.
My cousin races in NASCAR, and so I've been talking
(04:32):
to him. Me and him got to be really good.
I mean we've we've always been like related, but you know,
not everybody's like super close with their cousins, but me
and him here lately over like the well really since
Thanksgiving last year, we've gotten to be pretty good buddies
and everything. But up to like the point me and
him start talking, he was really just focused on like
(04:52):
trying to get in the car and go race. He
never was thinking about like a brand or anything. And
so I've been trying to work with him on like
some of his brain marketing.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
You know.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
But we've been doing like videos and just different stuff
and he's got some partnerships and stuff going on that, uh,
just sponsors and stuff like that, and so we're gonna go, shoot,
it's just gonna be a fun video. But we're gonna
go do that Friday morning. But that'll be about it
because you know which me and Chris talked about it.
(05:23):
But my wife was in a car wreck. Thankfully, every
my daughters are okay, my soon to be six year
old and my one year old, they were fine. She up, yeah, yeah,
she bring banged her knee up pretty good and x
rays and everything's been fine. Everything's good up to this point,
(05:47):
but we do want to, you know, we're gonna go
do some follow ups and stuff next week. But everything's fine,
but because her knees kind of banged up, I'm not sure.
We'll probably be doing just a whole lot of sitting around.
But usually my neighbors to the to the west, they
are they usually well actually it's technically behind us, but
(06:09):
they usually do like a big firework thing anyways, So
we'll probably just either sit on the back porch or
watch it from the window or something, but I think
that'll probably be the extent of it and then you know,
go to church Sunday and all that. But we're gonna
have kind of boring forth. But it's all good though, because,
like I said, that could have been way worse.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
So I mean, considering the vehicle got total dude, Yeah,
it could have been way worse.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
So yeah, well so just to give you guys, and
we'll talk about tonight's topic in a minute. But you know,
if you the regular listeners, if you're new, you may
not know, but our regular listeners, you know, me and Chris,
we decided to start trading topics. That way, we had
(06:55):
more time to prepare and it's been working out good.
And when it came back to my turn, I just
really felt like I should talk about the demonic stronghold
of suicide. And literally the night before which we put
you know, we put a post on social media, but
it's been nothing but like just spiritual warfare. But I
(07:18):
think it was like the night before my wife's wreck.
I was sitting there thinking, I was like, because like
we had I think we had recorded on that Thursday,
and I was like, you know, by this topic's coming up.
I know I'm gonna have some uh some attacks from
the enemy, and I was kind of like just mentally
prepared for it. I was like, well, you know, I'm
(07:41):
ready for that, you know, whatever the enemy throws in
my way. And then she wrecked and it was like,
you know, so, but there's some crazy things about it too,
because like, so she wrecked exactly six years to the
day of when, so she like six years to the
(08:01):
exact day of when she signed the title. So that
was weird in and of itself. And it was in
the sixth month, and it was on a Friday, which
is the sixth day of the week. So I was
kind of like, you know, like that's just it's a
little weird. But you know, but what was funny was
(08:22):
is I so I can't remember if I told you
guys on the podcast or now I know Chris knew
about it, But I was asked a couple of weeks
before that to teach Sunday school and I had my
topic pretty well picked out, and then when that happened,
I kind of pivoted and I ended up doing, you know,
do you know your enemy? And do you know your army?
(08:44):
And you know, one of the things I talked about
is like, the devil's not omni present. He's not which
we talked about these words, but he's not omniscient, He's
not omnipresent. So it's like, I don't think that the
devil somehow possessed that lady's car or possessed the lady
to hit my wife. It's just free will right as
(09:04):
an accident, But I think that he can work in
the aftermath. Right, So, like I could have been, like,
what's wrong with you? Were you not pay? Like me
and her could argue, and the fallout from that could
have been bad, but we stayed strong that we just
were teamed through the whole thing, and like I said, thankfully,
everybody's okay. She might have a banged up me. Well,
(09:28):
she has a banged up me, could be something serious,
could not be. The car was total, but it looks
like insurance is going to cover everything. So all things considered,
But you know, and then me and Chris get on
Tuesday night to record and literally I'm having technical issues,
he's having technical issues. We're having simultaneous technical issues that's
(09:50):
different from each other, had nothing to do with the
other person, and so We ended up just being like, dude,
you know, let's just let's scratch it's it's already late.
Let's come back, re group and so far. You know,
I got a tray here.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
We literally sat here and worked on our audio issues
and everything for an hour, the whole length of what
the podcast would have been. We were doing nothing but
working on technical difficulties, and they would not We couldn't
get them figured out. I had no clue. It was
spiritual warfare is the only explanation. Never done it before.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
We troubleshooted it every possible way we could. We did
every single thing the same way that we always do,
no issues, and so we really I mean, me and
Chris both like we're talking, We're like, man, should we
power through? We know it's spiritual, but did we power through?
Do we not? And then ultimately we decided, you know,
(10:47):
let's just regroup and come back, and then prayed, both
of us. I know some of you guys prayed and
hopped on tonight. No issues, so you know, so praise
God for that. But it was just it was of
those things. It was like we know exactly what it was,
but you know, so that led to a pretty good Sunday,
you know, morning lesson and stuff. And then through the
(11:11):
course of that, that aftermath a little bit of stress
and stuff. I had a kind of an angel in
the Crystal drive through tonight. I'm actually driving, or I'm
I'm drinking my Crystal uh coke zero. But it was funny.
I I don't know why. Sometimes my wife will lock
my card, but she she said she didn't this time.
(11:31):
But I went to Target to pick up her prescription
and my car was like and I was like, that's weird.
So I use my other one. I thought, hey, well,
you know, maybe they're things messed up or whatever. I
go to Crystal and it's still not working, and the
guy goes, I think your card's like locked, and I
was like, oh, that's weird. It shouldn't be locked. And
so I went in unlocked it, and I was like, okay,
(11:52):
you might have to give it a minute, but it
should work. And I was sitting there, Well, he swapped
it a couple of times. Well, then he literally turned
around and he started getting the receipt and stuff. I'm like, okay, cool,
it must have worked. Well. He handed me my food
through the window and was like, hey, don't worry about
dinner's on me tonight whatever. And I was like, well,
I've got another card I can use. He's like, I
(12:13):
don't worry about it. I donet discounted it. It's good.
Just just come back another day and you know, just
just come back and you know you can pay for
it on the next one. And I was like cool.
And it's something so stupid and small is that, you know,
It's like I give God all the glory because it's like, dude,
he just takes care of our needs. Man. Now, granted,
I've been on a diet here lately, and Crystal is
(12:36):
not necessarily on the diet, but dude, I was just like,
literally after I picked her prescription up, I'm like, what
am I going to get? And I was like, well,
I was like I'll get Crystal, you know whatever. And
it was just like it was completely free. And I mean,
I've been doing my prayer journal and been praying, like
one of the things I've been praying for is like, God,
please just bless our finances. And I flipped back through
(12:59):
and for those of you if you don't know what
I'm talking about, it's literally just you write down your
prayers and I highly encourage it because for one, it's therapeutic.
For two, when you're writing it down, you're one hundred
percent locked in and focused on what you're praying about.
But for two, you can flip back and so like
what I like to do is flip back and highlight. Well, dude,
(13:21):
I flip back like a couple of weeks ago, and
I can literally see it. God, we're struggling so much.
Can you please bles o bless our finances. We're struggling.
We're struggling, And then it went to God, thank you,
please continue to bless our finances. Please continue to bless
and it's like just you could literally see the progression
(13:42):
of like God, you know, we've really been blessed. We're
not struggling as much. Just please And you know that's
not prosperity gospel or anything, but it's just like I
don't think there's anything wrong with praying, you know, like
just like God, like we're just struggle, like because I
felt like He kind of gave me the vision to
(14:04):
make a couple of decisions and put a little bit
of money here and savings and do that. And it's
like it's just but ever since then, I've been getting
video gigs and graphic design gigs and doing emailers for
people and just all like just it just keeps coming,
just you know, and I'm super blessed with something that
(14:26):
small as just a random stranger, like I didn't ask
him to. I had the money on my car. That's
the thing too, dude, I just got paid today. I
had the money, I had all everything I needed to
pay for it. But it was still like God was like,
you know what, no, like just I'm just gonna bless
you for no reason whatsoever. And a lot of people
would say that that's a coincidence, but dude, I just
(14:48):
I mean, I try to give God glory for everything,
but that just really was like maybe that was the key.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Yeah, maybe that was like God just saying, hey, you
know what, I know you've been under lot of stress.
I'm just it's not a whole lot, but I'm going
to take care of this for you. So that's just
a little little less stress you have on well.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
And although like I said, crystal is not the pinnacle
of dietary whatever on you, it's like, you know, food
is a basic need and I think the more that
you pray, the more that you talk to God, and
the more that you walk with Him, it's like your
(15:28):
needs will be met, you know. And there's a lot
of people that's like, you know.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
Claim it, proclaim it and if you want that car,
you want that way, and it's like I get what
they're saying, but it's like I think the closer you
get to God, his desires becomes your desires.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
And it's just like, you know, I just think that
like your needs will be met one way or another.
And so that was just something that it was just
so small, but I was like, that's awesome. Which speaking
of the diet, like I said, so I had lost
like thirty ish pounds there a while back. When it
(16:09):
got cold, I sort of was like, okay, I'm shivering
all the time, and so I kind of just put
a pause on it. But I'm starting to get back
into it. But also I don't know, have you guys,
like I guess, done any studying or like I know
when you guys went to Portugal it was all organic,
but like do you guys like try to do like
(16:31):
organic stuff or like reduce like chemicals and stuff or anything,
or like I don't know how you guys look at stuff,
but I've been looking more and more into that, and
it's like, dude, there's so much crap in our food.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
It's really bad, dude, it's really When we went to Portugal,
we both lost a ton of weight. I mean, granted
we both got sick, but that it wasn't from the food. Now,
I will tell you, over in Portugal, the food is
harder to get used to because they don't use hormones
or anything like that. It's all natural, like God intended.
(17:06):
So when you get like beef, you get ground meat,
it has to be cooked in like two days or
frozen or it's spoiled. Whereas here you throw a pound
of ground meat in the fridge and the package it's
good in there for four or five six days before
you have to cook it. Over there, it's in two
days it starts turning brown. So and the flavor of
(17:28):
it's different. It tastes gamey. I don't know if you've
ever had venison or anything like that, but it's a
gamey taste. Even the beef is because they're free range.
They just graze. So yeah, but the food over there
was we were so much healthier over there, felt so
much better. We came back here sick, we got well,
started eating again, but we're eating the American crap, so
(17:49):
we started both putting weight to goin. So yeah, Drew,
it's crazy. If you think about our society, it costs
us more money to be healthy if you buy organic,
it's more. It costs more money to buy organic. Why
does it cost more to be healthy? So yeah, we're
(18:12):
trying to we're trying to get away from buying our
meat at like Walmart places like that. We're actually gonna
be talking to some family members about splitting a half
a cow from mees Fields, the actual butcher out here,
and doing it that way because we know it's not
it's natural, it's not full of all hormones and poison. Dude,
(18:33):
it's crazy.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
Yeah, I'm hearing an echo.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
You got an echo?
Speaker 2 (18:41):
I love it's picking up another thing or not. But yeah,
I didn't hear it. You know my cousin, Oh, okay,
it's gone. I don't know those where, but my cousin's
really big into that. And like he started with like
a bamboo tooth brush because he was talking about like
(19:02):
microplastics and all that, and then it's like he kind
of moved it. It just kept going and kept going.
He uses beef tallow instead of like butter, which is
you know, like all that stuff. But yeah, I just
I don't know. I mean, you know, here lately like
over well, Honestly, I would love to tell you that.
I just was like, no, dude, I'm tired of it.
(19:25):
I'm gonna just take my health back. But to be
honest with you, it's just so ridiculously hot. I would
go eat like you know, Bojangles, or get like a
biscuit from the gas station or whatever, and I just
felt like crab, dude, because it was so hot, and
I just like one like when it hit Like there
was one day where, dude, it was like ninety five
(19:47):
the humidity, Like I checked it. The other day the
humidity was like eighty something percent and it was just miserable.
And so this past week when we went to the
the grocery store, I was just like, do you know that, Like,
enough's enough. I'm tired of feeling like crap all the time.
And so we went to Aldie and they have like
(20:10):
these pishes. It's like I don't know, it's like maybe
like this big or something. And they had like a
ham and Swiss one and so I've been eating that
for breakfast, but literally, like the pieces are like like
maybe the size of one piece of cheese, like both
of them put togethers like. And then for like my
(20:31):
mid morning snack, I've just been doing like two nectarines
and two peaches and some celery. And then for lunch,
I got I may eat like peanut butter and jelly
sandwich or permena cheese sandwich or something whatever, but like
it's one of those like kind of like unliving pet
(20:51):
up bun whatever things. You know, it's like the peta
pocket things. But I've been doing that just like a
little zip locks thing of like nuts and then one
of those little things with like the little sausages with
the cheese squares and stuff. So like I've been trying
to just eat cleaner. But so I don't know, we'll
(21:12):
see how long that lasts. But you know, here and
like I said, tonight, I hit crystal, but that was
just like I basically had to eat on the way
home so I could get home and shower and get
ready for this. But uh, you know, we'll see how
that goes. But you have had a recent change, right,
You've been uh you changed up your morning routine as well, right.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
M Yeah, man, you know I told you about the
men's group.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
You told me about it on Saturday morning. Well, oh,
should we talk? I can't remember if we talked about
it on the You might have talked about on the
last episode. Yeah, yeah, but.
Speaker 1 (21:52):
Anyways, Yeah, So I've been waking up my internal alarm
clock going off at you know, five point thirty six
o'clock in the morning, and then I forced myself to
go back to sleep, and then I don't get up
till nine ten o'clock and I'm just kind of like
ball day. So the men's group on Saturday mornings, they
meet at six am. And apparently, with all of the
(22:19):
seclusion I've had over the past few years and not
being around a lot of people, I developed a social
anxiety to the point where I literally pour cold sweats,
dry heaving. All of that when I'm about to go
to do an activity with a bunch of people freaks
me out. So I have had that problem with going
(22:44):
to that men's group. On Saturday morning, I wake up
and I'm feeling nauseous and cold sweats and it's nerves.
So I broke through and I went two saturdays in
a row, which is good for me. But what I
decided is, I'm like, you know, I'm already up at
five point thirty six o'clock in the morning. Why force
myself to go back to sleep. So I've been getting up,
(23:06):
getting my coffee, grabbing my Bible and another book, and
I have been going down to the lake at like
six o'clock in the morning. I'm on the beach and
I'm watching the sun come up over the over the lake,
and dude, it is absolutely gorgeous. And I read my
Bible and just so you know, every day this week
(23:27):
I have read the whole Book of James. Every day.
Every day, I read all five books, all five chapters.
So it's just so good. And I and I, dude,
it's I have God time, just me and him. There's
no nobody else that that time of the morning. There's
(23:48):
a few people jogging on the beach or up on
the boardwalk, but for the most part, I have the
whole place to myself and it's just me and God
and man, I it's a great start to the day.
So yeah, that's my routine. And I figure if I'm
getting up and going down to the same place, we
meet on Saturday mornings for the men's group. Well, then
I'm going it's gonna be routine for me. I'm not
gonna probably have the nerves. So yeah, it's dude. It was. Yeah,
(24:13):
it's a good thing. I'm not going tomorrow because they
have the Fourth of July parade going on, and if
I get down there, I usually don't leave the beach
to come home till like eight in the morning. It's
gonna take me two hours to get home because that's
where the parade goes, down by the lake and everything.
But no, it's dude, it's been I highly recommend any
(24:35):
of our listeners out there, if you get time in
the day like that, to just be with yourself and
God and talk to God and have a conversation with God.
The whole day just seems to go so much better. Honestly, Drew,
since I've been doing this my days, I feel great,
and by you know, seven o'clock at night, I feel like, Man,
(24:57):
I got the whole day in, not half the day.
I got the whole Dad. It was good. So you know,
that's what's been going on. It just changed up my
routine and I'm gonna stick with it. Man. Well, until it.
Speaker 2 (25:06):
Gets too Literally, I just bought this a few weeks ago,
which if you got this my little pocket Bible, but
whatever my staycation week was, you guys can remember that.
But like, I literally just bought this and not that
long ago, and it's like, when you get to the
Book of James, there's already highlights. I mean like literally
(25:28):
every single chapter has already got highlight because I mean
I just absolutely love the Book of James. I mean,
that's one of my favorite books. But honestly, man, you
get into that section James, you know, first and second John,
first Peter, second Peter, Like, when you get into that section,
(25:48):
it's it's a really good little chunk as far as
like you know, it'll give you a swift kick in
the pants, you know, to like if if you're if
you're thinking about being a lukewarm Christian, I really encourage
you guys to read to there. But yeah, no, that's
I think we've talked about first fruits a little bit
on here.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
But you know that's something I want to I want
to shake you something real quick. I know the listeners
can't hear it, but if you're watching on YouTube, you've
over said I'm gonna hold the picture up I took
this morning.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Oh yeah I can. It's not coming into focus. Oh yeah,
there you go. You can see it just a little
bit right there. But yeah, beautiful. Yeah, oh there you go.
Oh yeah, yeah that's nice.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
Yeah I do that. That That was my morning view
this morning.
Speaker 2 (26:42):
Yeah, footprints in the sand. You guys got an anniversary coming up, too,
don't you.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
Yep, tomorrow fifteen years.
Speaker 2 (26:51):
Oh where does the time go?
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Dude? We got married on Independence Day.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
You'll never forget it.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
Nope. And you know, my wife says, well, that's okay,
because the whole country celebrates our anniversary with us. We
get fireworks no matter where we go.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
That's pretty good.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
So positive, positive outlook on it. Yeah. Oh oh, I
lost my pencil. If it's on the floor, I'm not
picking it up.
Speaker 2 (27:18):
Yeah, we know what happened last time. We can go
ahead and get into prayer requests, and we'll go ahead
and get started. If you guys are watching this, feel
free to leave your prayer requests. You can call me
in at any time. If you're listening to this podcast,
you can email us at the Unreligious Podcast at gmail
dot com. If you're watching this on socials, Facebook or YouTube.
(27:42):
I mean, even if you're watching this later, feel free
to comment. You guys have a prayer request, you can
send us some message if you want to be anonymous.
Totally cool. So we've got our prayer request list here.
Is there anything you want to add? You got a
couple in your sister's small group?
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Yeah, Christian recovering car in in my family. Yep, that's
my name.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
Okay, I can't remember now what's the couple in your
sister's small group? Or wait, is it your turn to pray?
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Okay, well you can you can walk that one in.
But yeah, it's just I mean, just pray for my
wife's need. Hopefully we don't have any big surgeries or anything,
and she can just kind of recover and rest what
was it, rest ice, compression and elevation. Hopefully she can
get rehab it back and there's not anything major with
(28:44):
her knee, and then just just the car situation. Just
hopefully we can get enough back to get something that's
reliable and you know, safe for the girls and all that.
But for right now, I mean that, and I guess
just this podcast episode slash podcast in general.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Yeah, definitely, you know, definitely.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
I feel like we're going to probably have some more
attacks as we go through this, but and it's a
serious topic, so I'll put the topic in there as well.
But just anybody that's dealing with mental health and su
you know, I think we can say that on here
without the video getting messed up, but like you know,
(29:27):
like YouTube and stuff, but just anybody that's dealing with
like suicide and stuff like that. So yeah, all right,
Well I'm ready when you.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Are, Okay, let's do it. Other God or Jesus, we
are so thankful, so thankful that we have the opportunity
to talk to you like we are right now. We
know without you, Jesus, that we wouldn't have this conversation.
(30:01):
It would be mute. So we are just so grateful
that we have a God that loves us enough that
sent his son to bridge the gap and now we
can talk directly to God. With that being said, I
want to ask you, Lord, just keep the enemy at
bay when it comes to the podcast, especially tough topics
(30:24):
like Drew's going to cover tonight. Father, I just I
pray you give him the words, and I pray that
you just keep our technical stuff working. Just let us
get through this podcast bother. The enemy definitely does not
want us getting these topics out there and discussing them
and taking people away from him and people to you.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
Father.
Speaker 1 (30:47):
Father. We uh pray for the couple in my sister's
small group. I won't go into detail, Father, you know
you know what they need. I'm just opening up the
prayer for them, that hearts are softened and that they
can see the light. Father. I want to pray for
my son, Tristan. I want to pray that he's able
(31:11):
to gather the money so he can get back here
to Wisconsin and start looking at his career. Mother, it's
very important to all of us.
Speaker 2 (31:21):
Father.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
We want to pray for Drew's wife, Ivy. Father, thank you,
first of all, thank you for protecting her and those babies.
It could have been so much worse, and we know, Father,
that you had a hand in that, and we thank
you so much for allowing it to be minor. With
that being said, Father, we pray for Ivy's knee. We
(31:43):
pray that the MRI results come back and it's nothing major,
nothing surgery, something that she can recover something from pretty quickly. Father.
We also pray for transportation for Drew and Ivy. They
lost their car in that accident, Father, so I just
prayed things over them. I probably pray healing over her.
(32:03):
Just send your angels and lay your healing hands on her,
and bless that.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
Father.
Speaker 1 (32:08):
They're such a good family. They love you so much.
They do so much work for you. Father. I want
to pray for my family. I want to pray for
the lost ones. I want to pray for the ones
who don't believe. Father. I know that there are some
that want to believe but haven't invited you, Father, and
I just pray that they soften their hearts to you
and they come home, the lost sheep, come home where
(32:30):
they need to be.
Speaker 2 (32:31):
Father.
Speaker 1 (32:33):
Father, I pray that tonight during this podcast, you give
Drew and I the words to speak to glorify your name,
to reach people who struggle with this very very difficult topic. Father.
It is so hard, and it's an epidemic in our society,
(32:54):
and it's one that the enemy wins at and we're
going to try to talk about it and show our
audience how the enemy can lose at this and how
we can win, how you can win, father, because it's
all about you. Father, I pray that you bless all
of us as we listen to this podcast and we
dive into it. All glory be to you, All glory
(33:17):
be to you Jesus. We pray this in your name. Amen.
Speaker 2 (33:23):
Yeah, I mean as far as as far as the
car and stuff. You know, like I said, well, no
matter what, like you said, we're just thankful that everything,
you know, went the best that it could go and
nobody was hurt. And you know, we're trusting God through
that process, and we know that you know, He's gonna
(33:43):
whatever works out is going to be for the greater good,
and you know, so we're we're trusting him to do that.
So this is one of those topics that just to
be honest with you, I really I don't want to
say that. I don't want to do it because it's important,
(34:03):
but it's just it's a heavy, heavy topic. And so
you know, I've talked about it in the past, but
like when me and Chris are trying to come up
with these topics, like typically we just kind of go
on about our day, about our lives and stuff. But
then it's like when something keeps popping up over and
over and over again, you know, it's like it's just
(34:25):
kind of a sign that points us in the right direction.
And you know, suicide mental health is just something that
it just keeps popping up, and it's popping up so
frequently that I just was like, man, I feel like,
you know, I really need to look at it and
talk about it. And so the more that I thought
(34:47):
about it, me and Chris has talked about it, but
I really feel like suicide. First off, I do acknowledge
that there are chemical imbalances, there's things that happen, like
I do understand that aspect of it. But I really
think that it is a demonic stronghold that, like Chris said,
(35:13):
just to be completely honest and just blatant, the enemy
is just winning this battle. And I just keep hearing
over and over and there's there's even people in my
life that I've talked to that they you know, they've
struggled with this in the past. And the main thing
(35:36):
that I keep hearing over and over again is when
they're having these mental health moments, the these these dark,
depressing moments they when they get down into that pit.
(35:56):
The overwhelming thing that I keep hearing over and over
again is well, I just felt like, you know those
around me would be better off or like I was somehow,
you know, I wasn't gonna be a burden anymore, or
I wasn't gonna be you know, a drag anymore or whatever.
(36:19):
And it's like that's just straight up from the enemy,
because like when God created us, he created us with purpose,
He created us in his image, and it's like it
goes against everything that the Bible stands for, because you
(36:40):
do have value, you do have a purpose. And me
and Chris talked about in the past about you know,
taking spiritual gifts quiz like, if you're not sure what
your purpose is, you're not sure what you're here what
you know, It's like you have a purpose. God designed
you for reasons, and if you're here, you still have
(37:04):
an impact and you still have, you know, people that
you can affect. And the devil knows like, dude, if
I can just get you to stop, I immediately take
your impact away. And so you know. The unofficial title
of this is breaking the demonic Stronghold of suicide Choosing
(37:25):
life when Death Whispers allowed us. The one verse I
guess that I kind of picked out as a theme
versus John ten ten. It says the thief does not
come except to steal, to kill, and destroy. I have
come so that they may have life and may have
it more abundantly. So there's a lot packed into that
(37:51):
verse do because it says the enemy's goal is to
steal your hopes and dreams, to steal your impact, to
steal your witness, your story, to kill and to destroy.
If he can't steal or kill, he's going to destroy.
(38:11):
You know, these attacks, these spiritual attacks, whether it's this podcast,
the rent, whatever. His ultimate goal is to destroy and
to undo everything that God has ordained rive. So so
you have that part, but then the second part of
(38:34):
that is, you know, Jesus says I have come that
they may have life, and they may have it more abundantly.
I mean, Chris has talked about it a lot, but
it's like Christianity is not a set of rules and
dos and don't. It's a redemption story because the wages
(38:59):
of his death, because the gift of life is eternal,
it's a gift right. So it's like, you know, when
it comes to the Christian walk, it's not always going
to be sunshine and roses. Sometimes you're gonna have wreck.
Sometimes you're gonna have health issues. Sometimes you know you're
(39:21):
gonna lose people in your life because of other people's
free will. And a lot of times people will say, well,
how can a love and God allow this to happen?
Or whatever? God loves us enough to give free will.
You know, we have to choose to accept him. If
we don't accept him, then we reject him. He loves
us enough to give us that separation that we want.
(39:42):
And there's times that things in this earth happen that
is not necessarily like we can look at that and say, well,
how could this happen or why would this happen? But
I think it's important to remember, like we've talked about
the past, is like this life is not forever, but
(40:05):
this is also not our reward, like our reward is
in heaven. This life is a vapor. But you know,
by living through the Bible, the Christian principles, living out
what God wants us, you know it's again it's not
a set of rules dos and don'ts, but it's if
(40:28):
we just live in His will, not only will we
have life. And I interpret that to mean like we're
gonna know our purpose, We're gonna know our impact, We
are going to impact others, but we're gonna have life
more abundantly. And I think that me and Chris, our stories,
our testimonies is just further proof of that, because Dude,
(40:49):
like the second that we finally just gave in and said, Okay,
I did it my way. My way doesn't work, I'm
gonna do it your way. Ever since then, like, yeah,
there's where it's not necessarily the best things happen, But dude,
my life has been so much more abundant since just
(41:11):
doing everything I can to give it to him. I
know we've not made it very far in the notes,
but again, just that verse alone, there's a lot to unpack,
but just initial thoughts on just kind of how we
team it up here.
Speaker 1 (41:30):
Yeah, the enemy Satan's ultimate goal is to win, right,
And for my view on it is if you've gotten
to the point where you're considering that he's winning, hasn't
(41:53):
won yet, he's winning. Now we talk about what is
hell drew eternal separation from God? Right, Okay, that's a dark,
lonely place to be, very dark, very lonely place to be,
and without salvation, without I guess you would say hope
(42:17):
when you lose all hope in yourself and in the world.
That's when the enemy is coming in the back door
and he is like, I've got him right where I
want him. Now. All I got to do is get
him to finish it. And it's a horrific, horrific thing.
(42:38):
Because God wants us to thrive, He wants us to
love him, He wants us to have great lives. He
really truly does. But our free will allows us to
reject that if we want. And I think that when
we reject that offer from God, we reject salvation. If
(42:59):
we reject I hope heck we actually. I mean, I
know a lot of people would argue with me on this,
but I mean, in a way, we reject his love
for us. And I mean, that's just That's why this
is a This is a topic listeners that hits pretty
close for Drew and I we both especially lately. I
(43:24):
won't get into detail, but there are people close to
me who are struggling with this right now and who
have struggled with this so and I know Drew you
have issues with it too. So this is something that
hits very close to home, and it's a great topic
for us to discuss because the best way to get
out of that mental situation is to fall on your
(43:45):
knees and cry out to God and say I've had it,
I can't take anymore. Fill me. I need you, I
need you to come into my life. And that's when
it's going to happen. And for some people it takes
getting to that point before they actually accept the Holy Spirit.
Speaker 2 (44:00):
My pastor, you know, I've quoted it several times, but
he says, if you're gonna pray, don't worry. If you're
gonna worry, don't pray. But you know, but like we said,
you know, it's just it's a demonic voice, right, you know,
it's a It's a demonic voice that whispers from the shadows,
(44:21):
and it's familiar. It's insidious, it's deadly, and it thrives
on isolation, shame, rejection, and hopelessness. It whispers things like
end it. You're worthless. It's never gonna get better, you know,
this world to be better off you up here, You're
(44:41):
you're just such a pain, a bother. You're in the way.
That's that's nothing more than the devil whispering in your ear.
That voice is not yours, it's not from God. It's
from the enemy. Just like John ten Ten says his
goal is to still kill and destroy, God's goal is
(45:03):
to give you life and have you live it more abundantly.
You know, suicide isn't just an emotional crisis. It's often
a spiritual stronghold. It's a lie straight from Hell, trying
to steal your destiny before God can even fulfill it.
Jesus offers us an abundant life, and with him you
(45:24):
can fight back spiritually, emotionally, and practically. And I think
it's important to remember that you are not alone. There's
a lot of people that's dealing with this. I mean,
I just I'm going to read some numbers here and
this is from This is just from twenty twenty four,
and I think twenty twenty five is already on pace
to break it. But we are living through a just
(45:46):
terrifying surge in suicide rates. In twenty twenty four, the
US reached its highest age adjusted suicide rate in seventy
years and estimated fourteen point seven per one hundred thousand,
which is up from fourteen point two in twenty twenty two.
(46:07):
Over forty nine thousand, three hundred people ended their life
in twenty twenty three, which is still historically high, and
between two thousand and twenty twenty four these rates have
climbed thirty to thirty seven percent. Now here's the other thing.
(46:29):
Men overwhelmingly in their life four times more often than women.
That's about twenty three per one hundred thousand versus five
point nine per one hundred thousand as opposed to women. However,
younger women attempt suicide more frequently, but men oftentimes succeed
(46:55):
due to the means in which they do it. Also,
side is the second leading cause of death for those
age ten to thirty four, and it's fourth for the
ages of thirty five to forty four. And these rates
are the highest actually for adults eighty five plus, which
(47:16):
is twenty two just over twenty two and a half
for one hundred thousand, and for men seventy five plus
forty three for one hundred thousand people. Ap News warns
twenty twenty three rates remain near the highest levels since
nineteen forty one. And this is not a distant worry.
(47:39):
It's a spiritual crisis unfolding. And the thing is is, like,
I think there's a correlation between we live in a
world that is the furthest away from God that we've
ever seen. And the further we get away from God,
the further way we get away from from the Bible
(48:00):
Jesus's love. He says, you know, come to me, all
who are easy, or all who are weary, for my
burden is easy, and my yoke is light, or my
yoke is easy, my burden is like I might have
butchered it. But the further we see society go away
from God, the more anxiety and christian and all this rises.
(48:22):
And it's because Satan controls the music industry, which here
lately he I mean, he's controlling the Christian music industry too.
Don't think that he doesn't have his hand there as well.
But it's like he controls the media, he controls the music,
he controls just you know, you're every day everything around us.
(48:44):
He has a stronger stronghold than he's ever had, And
the more of a stronghold he gets, the more we
see he's literally here to still kill and destroy. But
this isn't anything new, just some biblical examples. Judas is
Scariot is an example of regret without redemption. Judas after
(49:07):
he betrayed Jesus went and hung himself. He was overwhelmed
by the guilt and shame and instead of seeking Jesus,
instead of seeking God, he isolated himself and chose death,
showing how regret without repentance is a pathway to destruction.
Another one is King Saul. Essentially King Saul, he was
(49:34):
critically wounded in battle, but instead of being captured or
possibly tortured by the enemy, chose to take his own
life by sawing a falling of the sword. That is
in pert Samuel thirty one, Despair can spread spiritually when
one gives up and influences others. There's you know another
(49:56):
even Saul's armor bearer based seen that. Or sorry, let
me back up to Saul. Saul was wounded and humiliated.
He believed that there was no restoration. He didn't put
his faith in trust in God, and he chose his
pride over restoration or redemption. Then Saul's armor bearer sees
(50:18):
Saul do this, and then he falls on the sword
and died with him. So despair can you know? Like
I said, it can spread spiritually when one gives up,
it influences others. And we see this all the time.
A big time celebrity takes their life, and then there's
like this domino effect. So how we handle situations and
(50:38):
how we choose to handle things can impact others, and
a lot of times people that's what they choose. Another
one is Job's wife. Whenever Joe was just being you know,
when God allowed Job to be, you know, basically that
the devil came in and was like, oh, you know,
(51:00):
you think Job's so great, Well, I'm gonna like take
everything owns, well except for his wife. But and then
you know, Job's wife even basically says just curse God
and die. And Job chose not to. He was restored
and had you know, basically tenfold of what he had before.
But even those close to us can echo the enemy's lies.
(51:21):
But Job resisted, even in pain, and he refused. Another
one Satan himself when he took Jesus up. When he
was tempting Jesus in Matthew four, he basically said, set
him on the pinnacle of the temp or. He took
him to the pinnacle of the temple and said, well,
if you're the son of God, just throw yourself down.
Jesus said, you should not be You should not tempt
(51:44):
the Lord, your God. So even Satan himself was trying
to tempt Jesus to jump and say, oh you get
angels save you whatever you know. Satan boldly offered Jesus uh,
you know, essentially death twisting scripture, and Jesus rejected at you, declaring, no,
you don't get to edit my story. God does. But
(52:05):
Satan's ultimate goal is to stop you and to stop
your kingdom impact. What ease your way, to lessen your
impact for the glory of God and those around you,
and for you to tell your story and be alike
to people. Then to just have you stop, right. If
(52:25):
he can stop you from telling your story and living
out your testimony, that's the easiest way to stop others
from making it to Heaven. You were created with the purpose,
You matter, and you have value. The common themes that
he uses is isolation, shame and condemnation, hopelessness, pride and identity, collapse, rejection.
(52:51):
These are just the soul where the enemy plants these lies.
But God's word is what uproots them. And you know,
we're gonna have to kind of round this episode off,
but you know we don't want to end it on
like a dark note. But you know, but God's answer
(53:14):
is to choose life. Deuteronomy thirty nineteen says, choose life
that you and your descendants may live. Romans eight to
one says no condemnation to those who are in Christ.
Psalm thirty four eighteen the Lord is near to those
who have a broken heart. Jeremiah twenty nine to eleven says,
(53:34):
for I know thoughts of Pete's future, hope you are
beyond redemption. Jesus offers us restoration and we're gonna talk
about that a little bit more in the next episode
and some more practical, uh you know, tips to just
overcome this stronghold. But I wanted to give Chris just
(53:55):
kind of an open floor as well, just to kind
of brush back over some of this went over. But
it's I mean, it's an epidemic, but it's literally straight
from the pizza hill. Like the devil wants to stop
your story and your kingdom impact, and he wants to
stop what God has has has ordained for your life.
(54:17):
Like God has a purpose for you.
Speaker 1 (54:21):
Yeah, I go back. How you covered a lot real quick? Yeah,
I'm going yeah, yeah, it's uh, I think the one
going back up there that blows my mind through is
suicide is the second leading cause of death for those
aged ten ten to thirty four. What in the world
(54:46):
are ten year olds through even, I mean through whatever?
Ten year old suicide?
Speaker 2 (54:52):
Dude?
Speaker 1 (54:52):
What I don't think. I didn't know that. That really
caught me off guard. Dude, that blew my mind.
Speaker 2 (54:57):
I don't the rise of social media, so you have
like the rise of bullying, Internet bullying, and people just
it's open season for people just to mock and say
whatever they want. But you know, again, what people say
about you is not the truth, right, Like God, God
(55:21):
created you for purpose, and he created you because you
have something to offer this world.
Speaker 1 (55:30):
Right.
Speaker 2 (55:30):
But I think just the rise with you know, social media,
I mean you see it all the time. I seen
the other day there's this really popular influencer girl who like,
literally her whole social media was about like saving animals
and rescuing animals and stuff. And I don't know why.
For some reason, she was like bullied and ridiculed and
(55:50):
mocked on you know social media. And she's a beautiful girl.
She's out saving animals, animal rescue all that, and it's
like she just I guess listened to all these whatever
these people were saying, but I think the social media
has a lot to do.
Speaker 1 (56:10):
With it, you know, Yeah, I agree. Yeah, I mean
suicide in general, I mean death in general. You know,
it ruins my day. I mean we all have to
go there sometime, but it does, especially if it's something
that didn't have to happen. So when I when I
see that ten to thirty four, it blew my mind, dude.
(56:32):
And then you look at rates our highest for adults
age eighty five.
Speaker 2 (56:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (56:37):
Right.
Speaker 2 (56:39):
Somebody that I know was just telling me the other
day they were going to get their haircut and the
hairdresser there's just like sweet little eighty five year old
lady that had just got her haircut and she was
like walking out of the thing, and the hairdresser was like,
we really need to pray for her right now. She
attempted to take her life. And it's like, I mean
(57:04):
she was right around eighty five. I think she was
like right around mid to late eighties. And it's like,
there's so much there's so many different paths that we
can take. For one, you know, there's plenty of numbers
that you guys can call. You know, I think it's
(57:25):
important to just talk, like, for some reason, we as
humans think that if we go to therapy or if
we talk to somebody, that somehow we have failed. And
in actuality that I think is victory because it's like, Okay,
I see something that I'm struggling with, you know, and
(57:46):
I'm taking the courage to talk to somebody about it.
To me, I think that there's victory in that. But
for some reason, I guess, especially men, we feel like,
you know, I, well, I'm just gonna bottle it all
up and push it all down and not talk about it.
But as we've talked about with men's groups, like dude,
the more that you talk to people, the more you realize, oh,
(58:09):
I didn't know anybody else was going through that. But again,
like I said earlier, isolation that is one thing when
when when conviction starts, the devil really hones in on
that because if he can get you isolated, then he
can speak into you. And and oftentimes we listen just
(58:30):
straight up out of the isolation, because once we get isolated,
then he uses shame and condemned, condemnation, hopelessness, and he
starts using all of his tactics, you know. And so
I think isolations you were talking about it earlier. Isolation,
you know, and I think, like we said, the rise
of social media and we've become more removed from people
(58:55):
and texting instead of calling or face to face or whatever.
But is a big tool that the enemy uses.
Speaker 1 (59:04):
Well, nobody these days has to have a personality. I
mean really, their text messages and Instagram and messaging. You
don't even have to have a conversation with somebody face
to face. It's all just by text. There's no emotion there.
And I think that's we'll cover that another time, because
text can be so misleading because they have no emotion
behind them. You don't know what the person's feeling or saying.
(59:27):
So but I was looking at, you know, at ages
eighty five plus, I don't I can see that if
like it's Alzheimer's or a terminal disease where they don't
want to put their family through that. But I think
(59:47):
that in retrospect, what they're not realizing is the family
would rather have them around for that extra six months
or a year. When somebody commits suicide, there's so many
questions that are unanswered. Even if there's a note left,
it still doesn't answer all the questions. How did we
(01:00:07):
get here. How did we get to this point that
you feel so helpless that you're going to allow life
and the enemy to win. And I think that's the
root of it. And you were talking about isolation, Well,
isolation leads to depression, right, and then what comes after
depression suicide and you can't. That's why I'm so happy
(01:00:30):
about this men's group, Drew and listeners. If you are
sending a church regularly, I highly recommend, especially if you
go through periods of seasons in your life where you're
depressed and you have problems. We all do have a
men's group to get involved with because those dudes are
going to be the ones that are going to lift
you up spiritually and make you feel better about where
your life is. If you're not a follower of Christ
(01:00:55):
and you're just listening to this because it says suicide
and you want to hear what we have to say
about that, I highly recommend church out. That could be
what you're missing in your life. You know, we have
salvation and redemption through God, and some people don't believe that,
but we do. And if you just reach out, you
can have that and come out of that dark place.
(01:01:17):
But you it's like training for a fight through you know,
you have to train for a fight, right You don't
just get in a ring and go with Mike Tyson.
You have to train and work up. It's I think
it's the same thing when you go through depression and
you start having suicidal thoughts. It's a battle. You have
to start fighting it right now. You have to get
into the world. You have to pray, you have to
get around people who are going to give you positive
(01:01:39):
encouragement instead of isolation and depression.
Speaker 2 (01:01:43):
I think your inner circle has a lot to do
with it. You know, surround yourself with people that are
positive to speak life, that you want to see you succeed. Obviously,
if you listen to this, I mean feel free to
reach out, you know, and to be honest with you there,
you know, know, off to somebody like it literally could
(01:02:04):
be some kind of chemical imbalance. I mean there's you know,
you read stories about like people that had tumors they
didn't know about or whatever. But seeking help is not
an emission of weakness or failure. It's victory and in
(01:02:26):
identifying that Okay, this is something that I'm seeking answers for.
But you know, again, if you don't know God, you
don't know Jesus. You know, you've tried everything that you
can try. That's what gives us life, I mean, and again,
(01:02:50):
you know, we don't necessarily have time to unpack just
all of everything. But at the end of the day,
it's like, there either is a God or there isn't
a God. If there isn't a God, you know when
when this life ends, that's just it. If there is
a God, you know, then you have to ask yourself, okay,
which one is which?
Speaker 1 (01:03:09):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:03:10):
Like, which one you know? Okay, if there's a God, okay,
which one is most likely? Well, we've talked about it before.
Islam and the Muslim faith points to Jesus as being,
you know, the the He's born, born with Virgin he
was a prophet, messenger of God. Koran says that God
(01:03:34):
gave the Jews the Torah and the Christians the Gospel
and it was good. You know, Indus basically believe that
God was or that Jesus was just another God that
walked on the face of the earth. You know, Jews
think that Jesus was a great guy, a great teacher.
They don't believe he was the Messiah, but they speak
very highly of him. There's all these other religions that
(01:03:55):
points of Jesus, but then when you look at Jesus,
he says, I'm the way the truth of life. No
one comes to the Father, but through me, he validates
himself and everyone else validates him. So but you know
that that's all we have time for tonight. But there
is hope we're gonna get into that on the next episode.
(01:04:18):
I really hope that you guys come back for the
next one. We're gonna break apart more things, practical steps
that you can use to break the stronghold. But again,
the main thing I guess that I would want to
close with is you are not alone. This is this
is something that a lot of people are dealing with.
There's a lot of people that have overcome this, there's
(01:04:41):
people that still struggle with it. But I just I
encourage you talk to someone and just just talk to someone,
because that is a permanent solution to a lot of
times a temporary problem. Again, I think that it is
(01:05:01):
just it's just the devil whispering lies in your ear
because he knows if he can, if he can get
you to stop, then he's gonna stop. What God has
ordained on your life, and God says, if you come
to me, I will give you life, and I will
give you life more abundantly. If you've tried everything else,
(01:05:23):
we're begging you, please try Jesus because he has never
let me down. And and you know, if God created us,
the only way you're truly gonna have peace is to
go back to the sores. So, and like I said,
we're gonna break this apart more on the next episode.
(01:05:46):
I highly encourage you guys to come back next week,
especially if you're dealing with this, and again, reach out
to us. I mean, send us a message through the
email the Unreligious Podcast at gmail dot com, send us
a message on the socials. One of us will reach
out to you, and we will if we have to,
we will try to get you help or whatever it takes.
(01:06:09):
You know, like I said, we're begging you. So that's
all that I have. Any final closing thoughts, just real.
Speaker 1 (01:06:22):
Quick, if you are in that spot and you're listening
to this right now, just know that there are people
out there who care about you and people who love you.
Whether you see it, whether you believe it or feel
it or not, there are and I just pray for you,
and I will pray for you, and I pray that
you come back and listen next week to the way
(01:06:42):
we break this down a little bit more. You're not alone, okay,
and there are a lot of people out there who
struggle with this, so just remember you're not alone. You
don't have to deal with it alone.
Speaker 2 (01:06:53):
This may sound crazy, but me and Chris love you
and we've never met you. God likes you. People that
love you that you have never met, that want to
see you succeed, and we want to see you tell
your story and we want to see what God does
(01:07:14):
with that story. So please come back next week again.
This is the Unreligious Podcast.
Speaker 1 (01:07:21):
I am Big Drew Ski, I am Chris.
Speaker 2 (01:07:25):
We will catch you guys next week. Y'all have a
good one.
