Have you ever failed in the past?

Most people would say that failing in business or in life is never a pleasant thing to go through. more untethered from your bad money storiesand chronic self sabotage patterns so that you

mic drop moment when from one ofour amazing guests that we just finished recording
a super yummy full episode of gooduntethering prosperous content. Alana La Party is
an amazing coach to entrepreneurs to helpthem systemize and growth in their businesses,

(01:12):
but more importantly, to create thatlifestyle that we talk about so much.
In this podcast, and before Igo too much into the bio, because
you're gonna have to wait for thefull episode. Alana, welcome to the
show. You have eight minutes orless to leave a mic drop tip or
strategy so that our audience can geta taste of what you're all about.

(01:36):
Yeah, thanks so much. Away again, and I want to share
with your audience that one of mybig takeaways of life really becoming a journey
of connecting the dat's backwards from allour experiences. All the things that we
have encountered are really there to helpus give us the information and raise our
consciousness towards the next level and thenext base and stage in life and business

(02:00):
that we want to go into. And it really becomes about untethering all the
limitations, all the human limitations ofour mind, of our brain, of
what really stops us from getting aheadand really realizing our ultimate vision and our
ultimate potential in life. As wegrow and evolve as human beings. There

(02:23):
is seasons to our life, thereis seasons to our business growth, and
we need to stay very open andconscious and as visionary leaders and really building
a you know, a legacy business. We need to really understand that we're
always must be evolving as human beings, where our business is always going to
grow as big as our awareness andthe things that we haven't tethered from.

(02:50):
So it's really important to constantly workon that in order to build a big
empires. We always say or leavea business that has a legacy, has
an act, you know, hasreally amazing impact on the prior and the
future generations. It's really important toreally build the business that we want from
very authentic foundational values and to reallycreate the foundations and the business that we

(03:15):
need in order to build upon that. It's much like a house. If
the right values and the right foundationsare not in place. Just like with
a house, we need all theright materials in order to build, you
know, stories on top of stories. We need to ensure that we have
all these different systems in our businessalways working our marketing, our sales,

(03:38):
our team, our service delivery, you know, having the right people in
the right places so that as visionaries, we can always work on that vision
on innovating and taking the company forward. Business growth is just like life stages.
You know, we grow through thedifferent phases and stages, and we
constantly need to stay aware that evertook us to a certain amount of growth

(04:02):
is not going to be necessarily thesame thing that is going to help us
get to the next level. Sothat's why I created the platform, the
Life School, because I don't reallysee business in life as separate and most
of us as purpose driven entrepreneurs. We are looking to build a business that
really leaves a legacy, and wewant to pretty much make sure that we

(04:24):
are working on purpose for the thingsthat we align with. So really ensuring
that that is always happening is reallythe soul's fulfillment. I always say,
the more you grow through the journey, the more you understand that you want
to build a business that makes animpact because of the service that you are
providing to other people and the helpthat you are providing to others. So

(04:48):
building a business on purpose, tome, it means that you are aligning
all your gifts and everything that youhave to offer, and all your life
experiences, which at random don't reallyseem like they're going to be needed somewhere,
but as you go along the journey, you really realize that everything is
there to really help you, andletting things flow, letting things you know

(05:09):
operate in that level and really workwith energy, which is so important.
And really you know, understanding thatall the things that have happened are just
the pedestals or have grown you tothat level where now you could tackle the
next you grow stage that you areuntethering from in life and business. Right,

(05:30):
So what I heard there from whatyou're describing is probably something an element
or a few elements rather out ofyour book, because I caught that when
you're saying connecting the dots back orthat's the name of your book, isn't
it? That is the name ofmy book, And that's exactly why I
wrote it, just looking back frommy life experience of how it led me
to the work that I'm doing todayand how everything that I thought was hard

(05:55):
or was unnecessary, or experiences oryou know, challenge that I had to
overcome. Of course, at thatmoment in time, I didn't enjoy them,
but then looking back, I couldsee how those shape my character and
my drive and what I do todayfor the mission that I'm trying to move
forward and pulled and then really growforward with my business. Right, So

(06:17):
let me get this right, Sofor the people who are listening and they're
listening for the tip because there's layersupon layers of what you just shared.
Is that you know in the conceptbehind the book that connecting the lots backward
because I think so many of usthey go, we go through life,
and we sometimes were relieved when we'redone with a particular painful chapter of our
life, of our career, ofour relationship. And I think what you're

(06:40):
saying is that to stop doing allthat and look back at the gifts that
we have been given up to thispoint from our past. All of our
experiences are there on purpose to helpcontribute to us creating a more stronger foundation,
especially as an entrepreneur, especially asa business owner. Right, So
I'm wanting to create more that wecan't invalidate any of our past experience,

(07:02):
however painful it may be, becausethat's what going to give us the best
results in what we're trying to create. Did I get that right? Is
that what you're saying? Oh?Yeah, absolutely, And a lot of
the skills that we need to learn, especially entrepreneurs. Is this an audience
and entrepreneurs, but in life ingeneral, which we don't learn from judicial
school or even parenting. Right,So, It's really about how to overcome

(07:26):
the challenges in our lives and howto turn those into strengths and how to
turn those into impacts with helping someoneelse along the journey. So not only
you know, seeing every problem asa gift pretty much at the end of
the day, because that is whatit really is. And everything I've looked
back at, I couldn't predict everythingthat I thought would happen. I actually

(07:48):
something even better happened. So reallyunderstanding that, you know, a lot
of times the things that happened tous are there, you know, because
they need to serve us that atthat phase and stage, and we need
to overcome them, whether it's youknow, challenges that we don't want to
be there, but really you know, having this open outlook to life and
having this open perspective that all ofchallenges have really built us for our present

(08:13):
and then all into our future. The book is really to really discover the
leader within. I also believe alot in leadership, and you know,
starting with self leadership. We allhave to start, you know, to
lead ourselves first, and you know, the things we want to do and
build our visions and create the lifewe want and all that and then once
you have the impact, you know, really casting that vision and those beliefs

(08:35):
to your clients, to your team, to your you know, to the
people that's around you. So it'sreally about discovering that and growing your confidence
and really understanding that everyone has atleast I say, one gift inside of
them, So start you know, unraveling and opening that up and share that
with the world because you just don'tknow through that journey how many more other

(08:58):
things you have inside of you thatyou just didn't know that existed or lived
there. So just always keep growingand evolving and constantly challenge yourself to new
heights because you just don't know you'remade up until you actually have to face
these things. Right, So whatI would what I would say the biggest
takeaway I think for someone that's listeningand really kind of looking at what's the

(09:20):
big takeaway from this tip and strightthis eight minute mic drop moment is seeing
every challenge as a gift. AndI think, you know, for our
audience mostly who are six, seven, eight figure entrepreneurs that are kind of
at this point where like, howdo I up level? How do I
get to that next level? AndI think it's about taking that gift,
finding that gift that you've missed becauseyou missed looking at a challenge as that

(09:43):
gift, and that could actually bethe pivotal thing to take to open things
up for you in your business.Did I get that? Did I get
that what you were saying, whatyou're putting down over there. Absolutely,
you're picking up what I was puttingdown. For sure. That's kind of
the of the message of the entirebook. Of course, there's chapters into

(10:03):
each of these things happening, suchas leadership, business, growth, marketing,
all of these which are all differentcomponents that we need to learn and
going into our lives so that wecan manifest the ideas and the things that
we want to set out in theworld and make them actual, concrete and
practical and not work off a theory. Because I'm also very practical as a

(10:24):
person of my personality. So yeah, for sure. So yeah, the
gifts, So we have a lot, we have a lot of things inside
of us, so we just needto start slowly unravel them as we grow.
For sure. That's awesome, AndI think what that I think the
big takeaway is that you know theanswers all within us already. We don't
you know, after a certain point, especially as leaders, we're already leaders,

(10:46):
and most of the people who arelistening to this podcast our leaders in
their own right, and it's justabout that up leveling piece often comes from
within. So thank you so muchfor that mic drop. And if you
know, obviously I forgot to stopyou because you were layering on more and
more and more stuff. If youwant to catch more of Alona, may

it for this episode. Thank youfor listening, because you listening is what
