Um piloto afirmou em depoimento à Polícia Federal que o presidente do União Brasil, Antônio Rueda, é o verdadeiro dono de ao menos quatro aeronaves operadas por uma empresa aérea ligada a investigados por suspeita de lavar dinheiro para o PCC. O político nega. Em entrevista ao ICL Notícias e ao UOL, o piloto Mauro Caputti Mattosinho contou também que fazia voos frequentes com os investigados, inclusive a Brasília. Em uma das viagens à capital federal, transportou uma sacola que, segundo ele, aparentava embalar dinheiro. De acordo com Mattosinho, naquele dia, passageiros da aeronave diziam que se encontrariam com o senador Ciro Nogueira (PP-PI), o que o político nega ter ocorrido.
