(00:45):
Trademarked to, oh, you don't you don't wantthe trademark.
So trademarked to hang straight to media.
Trademark to you.
You know, like, remember how you used to, like, trademark your rap lyrics back in the day?
You you you'd write them and you mail themyourself and never open it.
Yeah.
I've done that.
Yeah.
I've done that.
I have done that particular thing.

(01:05):
Did you have rap did you write Rapalaericks orsomething No.
But I know you Hank, so I was just kinda late.
I was I was late to you, Hank.
Okay.
So there you go.

We're the number one class b dealer in thestate of Florida, and we're number 3 in the
whole United States of America.
All we do with class VRV.
So we are we are in Gainesville, Florida, whichis like the most oddest place ever Great.
Or, a national, distribution hub of class VRVs,but this is where we are.

(01:50):
And Funny enough.
Mhmm.
This is where Hank.
And so, fate kinda brought us together about 3years ago.
He walked in and bought a coach and beyond.
He told me he was a YouTube sensation.
Right.
And you were like, whatever.
Yeah.
I was like, whatever it is.
I think you actually said to me, I got aYouTube channel.

(02:11):
What's what's that mean?
Yes.
And so so ever ever since that day, me and meand Hank have had on on YouTube and in real
life, not just not just in front of the camera, but behind the camera.
We travel together.
We hang out.
We, we talk all the time.
And, great, great friendship, great businessrelationship, unusually beneficial.

We sell them.
We fix them.
We service them.
We ship them for free anywhere in the country.
We guarantee to work on them, within 5 daysafter you buy from us.
Lots of cool customer service things that wedo, that nobody else does.
Kind of unique.
And I like to say, you know, we cause trouble, you know, disturbing disturbing disrupting.

(02:57):
Disrupting.
Is that isn't that like a cool thing to say?
Disrupting.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The disc practice.
Right.
Now this is this is the Vanasaur podcast, as Isaid, it's episode 11.
As I said already with Nick Schmidt of SunshineState RV, Welcome to everyone who's out there.
Ask us questions if you want to.
If you've got comments and things like that,I'll throw them up here for you.

(03:19):
Let's get some stuff.
Shout out to guests from episode number 10,Camping Coasty.
He's out.
He says good morning Hank and Loma.
We're kinda into afternoon territory, but whoknows where Camping Coast Tea is?
Probably morning.
He is all over the place.
All over the place.
It's probably morning, wherever him and Deband, And spike.

(03:42):
And spike Where it was
like always had.
Yes.
I always wanna call him rocket because that dogdoes not stop.
He's always he's all over the place.
Yes.
And Ursula Moose said this of the thumbnail, which I just showed, Do you have this vehicle
here in Florida?
I don't know if Ursula even knows what that wasthat I showed in the thumbnail.

(04:04):
Yeah.
I don't think anybody does.
I mean, they just released it a week or so ago.
So yeah.
I'll let you ensure our
Well, should we start there with, like, newsfrom Sunshine State RV?
Let's do that.
You know, what's new with you?
Because I I've the we recently were together atOpen House, in Indiana.
And then I recently was at the, Overland EastExpo in Virginia, which you weren't there.

(04:31):
But Tim was there from SSRV, and so was Corey.
Correct.
Tim and Corey were both there.
Yeah.
It was my wife's birthday, Hank.
Oh, happy birthday.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It was Mary's birthday, and she she decidedthat, she did not wanna go to Overland Expo for
her birthday.

(04:52):
So, yeah, I mean, what twenty three year oldwould want to do that?
Right.
Is she 23 or 24 now?
I don't know.
She's somewhere in the 20 I
have a 9 I have a nineteen year old daughter.
So so So somewhere like that.
Somewhere like that.
Something like that.
Yes.
I know.
I don't wanna get in trouble with Mary, so I'lljust put that.
And she could pass any she could pass for 23.

(05:15):
At any point.
She can't.
100%.
Sucking Lola.
Pavel out there says, s o 27
I think I mean, shout out?
Yes.
Shout out 27 North.
There you go.
Shout out to 27
North is our on our agenda.
I I sent Hank a cool picture that Pablo sent metoday.

(05:35):
So, he'll be he'll be showing that picture in alittle bit.
Yeah.
Excuse me.
Do you wanna start with that?
Do you wanna start?
Well, so so let's let's start with our trip.
So Okay.
2 weeks ago, me and Hank in Lola.
We embarked on, Elkhart, Indiana.
Yeah.
And, and we were there for 4 or 5 days.

(05:58):
Yeah.
It was a long time.
It was interesting, wasn't it?
A lot of stuff.
I've never been to Open House.
Of course, you're a veteran.
That was kinda crazy.
It it was cool, but wow.
Elkhart Elkhart is the capital of making RVs.
So It is.
It is.
So Describe what that show is to people outthere who don't that's the best thing that we

(06:21):
could do right there.
Did you hear that?
No.
Say that again.
I'm sorry.
Yeah.
Describe the describe the open house to folksout there who don't know.
It's not open to the public, even though it'scalled open
It is not open to the public.
It is it is strictly for manufacturers to showoff their new products to dealers like myself.

(06:45):
And so I brought and hang along to to show him.
So all of the manufacturers that that werepresent they showed off all of their new
product for 2024.
What's what's coming out?
It's it's, there's a lot of cool stuff comingout.
All of our manufacturers are are releasing newnew, new and improved features, new new things,

(07:10):
floor plans, colors, some even new models.
I know American Coach is is releasing a newmodel on the Patriot.
And, when a bagel is releasing some new stuff, roadtrek had a huge announcement 27 North
showed off some of their new, stuff.
And then storyteller, is made a bigannouncement as well.

(07:34):
So, you know, lots of lots of cool things.
So we were there for the week and and we andthen we did a video on each one of these things
and we kinda showed all the new 2024, you know,it should Hank some new stuff.
Yeah.
There.
You know, everybody had what was new andexciting that that's coming down the pipeline.
Yeah.
And some of that new stuff is out and some ofit isn't yet.

(08:01):
Right.
Yeah.
Let's just put it that way.
Let me see here if I could I'll show can I showa picture from Winnipeg?
So for example, there's all these companies.
I won't say every company that makes an RV, buta lot of companies that make them.
And they all have their different sites aroundElkhart where you can go and they've got their

(08:22):
you know, there are these there, not just vansthat that we deal with, but they've got all
kinds of RV trailers, class a's, all that kindof stuff.
And dealers like yourself get to go in there, take a look at what's coming up and and buy
things.
So Winnebago, a big one.
Right?
Yeah.
Winnebago had had a, really big announcement.
They they released, a an all new rebel.

(08:47):
So, they redid the the whole new rebel.
They they announced a new Solace, 36b,
I'm showing a picture of you next to one rightnow.
Yeah.
That's that's the new solace pocket.
That has a full bathroom, full lithium, airconditioner, bed, bathroom, everything in a

(09:07):
seventeen foot chassis, which is which ispretty crazy.
Yeah.
Very cool.
Very cool.
So that was a that was a big release for them.
I think Winnebago's big, big announcement forfor the week was the the echo model.
They are starting to make it on a Strange.
Instead of just the four transit, oh, look atthat.

(09:28):
So that is Yeah.
That is the coveted echo.
Now they're making it on the all wheel drivessprinter chassis.
Look at that where your finger's pointing rightthere.
Mercedes Sprinter.
Now behind you is the, the Ford, obviously, thetransit.
Yep.
Change it back up.
Yeah.
And so now yeah.

(09:49):
Sprinter Echos coming out.
Oh.
Yeah.
What do you think about that?
What's your We might be blacklisted fromWinnebago for
For showing the picture?
So a few things.
I I don't know.
A few things that I really like.
So I like that Mercedes chassis are morereadily available.
So we're the big thing about echoes in the pastwas that you could never get a transit.

(10:14):
You couldn't get a Ford.
There's nothing out there.
And so Winnebago can't get them and so theycan't build on.
And so it ends up being something that nobodycan get.
So so the Mercedes is more readily available.
I like it.
It gives you a little extra clearance So whenyou are off road or you're boondocking, it it
does lift you up a little.
It gives you more clearance.
It is one foot longer.

(10:35):
Mhmm.
And so not a huge deal, but but one foot whenyou're talking about a 22 or 20 foot van, 24
foot van, one foot makes a difference.
So so being that as a foot longer, it is a alittle higher up off the ground.
You know, makes it a little more usable.
More storage in the back and it's on Mercedes.

(10:56):
Some people blow in John Mercedes, you know, soit's, it's still the same, unique, very cool
echo.
But but but but being an echo on a sprinterchassis is like that was the big news show in a
bagel.
That Absolutely.
And it gives them another, van to put it on,right, because before it was just on the
Strange, and we know that sometimes there'savailability issues here.

(11:20):
There there's those kind of issues with theStrange as well.
But now you have these two things.
And if people are fans of the Ford Transit, they can get that.
If they're fans of the Mercedes Sprinter, theycan get that as well.
And, I'm assuming that SSRV is gonna becarrying these.
We are.
We're we are scheduled to have our first couplecome in January.

(11:41):
So pretty excited about that.
The Sprinter echoes will come in January.
It's funny because we won't get a transit echountil March.
And the Strange has been out for 3 years.
So, yeah, we've got a little ability for 2years.
Yeah.
We won't get one of those till March, but we'llget a springer echo in January.
So, yeah, it's funny.
Yes.
And and we Hank, like, a video we did there, but we're just trying to make sure we could

(12:03):
turn that video there are some videos that areeither up or going up and all this stuff.
So,
Yes.
Yeah.
Everything we talk everything we're talkingabout today think we did a video on why we're
at OpenHouse.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So they're either I'm working on them, or myson Raven is, or it's already done.
We're just waiting, you know, all that kind ofstuff.

(12:24):
But we wanna get it.
Raven's great, by the way.
Raven's been doing some videos for us.
Raven, I mean, he is He is very talented, caresabout what he does.
You've done a good job, Hank.
Thank you.
I appreciate that.
You know, he's a good kid.
We went walking the other day.
We went to a trail here where I live, and wedid, like, four miles together.
And I had I had to get him to slow down for theold man.

(12:46):
That's funny.
Yeah.
I probably have a picture up there somewherethat up here that I could show you guys if I,
you know, if, no one minds me cutting in atsomething a little bit personal.
He's doing a lot of stuff with you as well.
He is.
And he's great.
I've thoroughly enjoyed working with himgetting to know him all of it.
I mean, he's he's, yeah, he's he's phenomenal.

(13:08):
Good kid.
Most of that is you know, if you wanna if youwanna know how good looking I was, then you
could you could look at Raven to see how goodlooking I was when I was younger.
But all the awesome this comes from Lola.
Yes.
I would say you go.
There's a picture
of Hey.
Yes.
On the trail.
So, yeah, he had to, deal with the old man andslow down for him.

(13:29):
So, alright.
So listen, before we go into other stuff, there's a question from, there's a couple
comments and stuff coming in.
So I'll hit you with these.
Daniel Todd Brown's, question, with all theclass b's, you guys have seen which
manufacturer and model would accommodate awheelchair lift.
I am familiar with the Winnebago Rome, but anyothers?

(13:49):
So no others that we know of that come from thefactory with the wheelchair lift in it already.
The good thing about the Rome is that Winnebagobuilds it with the wheelchair lift in it.
You know, some of the other ones we have seenroad trucks that have been outfitted with a
wheelchair lift, we've seen American coachesthat have been outfitted with a wheelchair

(14:11):
lift.
But but none of them come from the factory.
It's all like you gotta take a seat out, do alittle finagling, and then put the wheelchair
lift in
Yeah.
I think so did you mention American Coach isone of the possibilities in there?
Yeah.
So the MD 4, we've seen people take that one ofthe 4th one of the 4 chairs out and and put the

(14:35):
lift right there, right, when you walk into thesliding door.
You can put a lift right there.
I mean, the coachman Galleria queue for thatmatter, the 24 q has the four seats.
You can take one of those out and you can putthe wheelchair lift in there as well.
Yeah.
So and I think, that, you know, this is justfrom my perspective.
It's possible in anything, but do the companiesoffer it, that's the question.

(14:57):
Right?
So you could probably buy anything, any van outthere, and then have it somehow converted.
But whether the companies offer it or not, that's the question.
So, you you definitely have to do your researchout there.
And some of them may have that option, and it'sjust not very public.
You know, and it would definitely take someextra work at the factory for them to do that

(15:18):
for you.
Right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
None of them have that I've seen, have thathave that option, of the factory doing it.
Mhmm.
Okay.
Okay.
So there you go.
We I'll try
Winnebago is the only one Winnebago is the onlyone I've seen.
Yeah.
They're the only ones I've seen that's that's,outwardly advertising it.

(15:40):
So maybe that's something for the for thecompanies to get up on and at least put those
options out there like Winnebago is done.
By the way, everyone can smash the thumbs ups.
I see we got one thumbs down.
That's cool.
If you hate us, smash the thumbs downs.
I know it's it's all good with me.
Somebody gave us the thumbs down.
Yeah.
That's all good.

(16:02):
Man, it
hurts my feelings.
Really?
Oh, you know, I found as a YouTuber that tohave a successful video, you have to have as
many thumbs downs as you have thumbs ups.
So some of the big videos, like, I have videosthat have a 1000 thumbs ups.
But, you know, if you have a 1000 thumbs upsand a 1000 thumbs downs, that's probably a

(16:24):
viral video right there.
So I don't know if we'll we'll get there withthis one.
Camping coasty says I like the new Chinook.
And he says, did you see much about RVs usingEcoflow products in built?
Yeah.
So the Winnebago, the adventure wagon is usingthe eco flow.

(16:45):
The eco flow batteries and some other the, Ithink, an air conditioner from Ecoflow.
There, I did see it once your wagon was usingthem.
That was the only The only manufacturer that Isaw was using it.
Yeah.
I'm trying to think if I've seen anyone elseusing those bills.

(17:06):
Out of the main manufacturers, I think there'sa so for example, at the Overland Show, there
were some manufacturers out there that, youknow, do use that.
But if we're talking your your main builders, Ithink once again, that's that's gonna wind up
going to Winnebago.
Yes.
Yeah.
Winne Winnebago's been the only one with theRome that I've seen.

(17:27):
They have a class a they make as well.
But some other, I mean, some other people mightdo something custom, but I haven't I haven't
experienced it.
Yeah.
I think the smaller builders, some of them dohave that.
Some of them have other things out there.
So, you know, I I have seen that kind of stuff, and I've also seen other people have things as

(17:47):
backups or however you wanna look at thatstuff.
I'm a fair, companies out there.
I think if you're talking about airconditioning versus, like, batteries and all
that kind of stuff.
I think there's eco flow and cool breeze, ifI'm not mistaken, that are, doing the AC stuff.
And then batteries there's just so manydifferent options.

(18:08):
There's a lot of people doing suffer batteriesright now.
Yeah.
And in a school, so an open house they havethey have all of their service as well.
So all the companies
you have internet.
I'm not sure.
Yeah.
I don't know what happened there, but YouTubekicked us.
Maybe because of that thumbs down.
I don't know what we we did.
Or maybe because we were talking about theWinnebago Sprinter echo, Oh.

(18:31):
And they have not released it yet.
It is it is top secret.
Somehow I doubt that, but, hey, anything ispossible, we could start some conspiracy
theories on that one.
We can.
We can.
So you know what?
Where where do we leave off?
You know what?
I'll tell you where we off, we were actuallydoing a Sunshine State RV break.

(18:52):
You wanna start let's start there and then gofrom there.
Okay?
Let's do that.
So as you guys might have already heard, Lolaand myself are brand ambassadors for Sunshine
State RV.
And as Vanosaurus, I wanna take this moment toencourage anyone who is in the market for a
class b van to start their journey with SSRV.

(19:14):
Sunshine State RVs specializes in selling classB vans and B plus RVs.
That is the reason why they are the number onedealer in all of the state of Florida.
Number 3 in the whole United States.
SSRV will fly you right to their location inGainesville, Florida.
They'll give you a very detailed and thoroughwalk through of your van, and they'll give you

(19:35):
a 2 night stay at a local campground so you canget used to your van.
If you don't like that, you can actually havehands free delivery anywhere in the United
States of your RV.
We bought our coachman biar from Sunshine StateRV 2 years ago.
And over the past 2 years, we've seen how theytreat customers when it comes to warranty side.
Their service team is great.

(19:55):
Whether you bought it from them, or not, everyperson that comes in there gets the same
service and care when it comes to warrantyrepairs.
The same service, attention, and care.
And their team does a great job getting youback on the road safely.
So if you guys are in the market for a B or Bplus van, consider Sunshine State RV.
We've got a link in the description that youguys can use to see their current inventory and

(20:16):
have someone get in touch with you.
Alright.
There you go.
So as far as I know, your internet is goodbecause you went into your office.
My internet looks fine.
So I don't Yeah.
You know, I don't know what's going on therebecause obviously I'm still here using the same
internet.
It's either the weather or something happenedwith servers or YouTube kicked us for some

(20:37):
reason.
Who knows?
Oh, they do.
Yeah.
My apologies for everyone on that.
We're talking about Open House.
We just went over, some stuff from Winnebagothat you were talking about.
Did you wanna get into some other stuff?
Lola says, there you go.
There you are, what the incident that's fromLoRa, who's at work.
So
Yes.
And I bet she has great internet at, Shan'sand, we do not.

(21:04):
So, yeah, we we have a bunch of other thingsfrom open house that we wanna talk about.
Hey?
Yeah.
So, what other what what other stuff is new?
So the the the picture that you put as thethumbnail on here is is pretty cool.
Yeah.
Let me see if I could go back to that and showeveryone.

(21:27):
And then maybe you could tell us the storybehind this.
Right there.
What is that thing?
It's it's obviously, expedition.
So that is I'm sorry.
It is an expedition truck.
Here here in the last 6 months, we we have wehave really gotten in gotten into and fallen in

(21:49):
love with the expedition, markets, thecustomers, the the lifestyle, the adventure,
the products, all of it.
And and so we signed up with 27 North, and westarted representing them and selling some
really cool Rex rovers and venture vans and allthat out of senders.
And and so now we are also representingStoryteller.

(22:12):
So we will be selling Storyteller Overland vansas well.
Mhmm.
And that is a story storytellergxvhilt
Alright.
So very cool.
There's a lot of good stuff going on in there.
There's a lot of, news in that.
Right?
You guys
There is.

(22:32):
Yes.
Gonna be carrying storyteller.
We are.
So, yeah, so we're excited about Storyteller.
We're excited about their products the way thatthey handle their their customers, their
pricing is very, very unique.
And then and then they're also, you know, coming out with these very cool expedition
trucks.
So, you know, Rex Rover is an Expedition truckon a Ford F Three Fifty.

(22:58):
This hilt is an Expedition truck on a Dodge.
55100.
So they're kinda different, different sizes, different weights, different features, and
functions.
And, you know, we always like to have anythingwe do.
No matter how big or how little it is, we welike to have different options for custom 1st.
We don't we don't just like to say this is theonly one and this is it.

(23:20):
Come to us if you want this.
It's like, no, we wanna say, hey, come to usand we'll show you some options.
We'll show you the selection of of class bselections of vans.
And so, like, the one you just showed was startskiing hutch.
Like, how cool is that?
It is really cool.
A red and white sprinter van.
That's the beast mode they call it.

(23:41):
You know, that that I mean, they they made alot of changes in 2024 as well.
Mhmm.
But that's their beast mode.
They they released their hilt on the 1st day ofopen house.
What was that?
September 26th released it.
Is that right?
I'll go with that.
What day was the first day of Open House?
I think it was September 26th.
I have no idea.
And Yeah.

(24:02):
And And we and we saw we signed up with them.
And that within that day or 2, they sold 10 ofthem.
Oh, wow.
You know, lots of interest, a lot, you know, lots of demand, and we actually sold a couple
of them.
So we were we had people who were who who heardfrom their reps that we were becoming dealers

(24:22):
and they decide, you know what?
If if we can get a storyteller from SunshineState RVs, instead of one of these huge
conglomerates, and the price will be the same, but the service will be a thousand times
better.
I'm gonna go with Sunshine Strange RVs.
So so pretty pretty exciting there.
Yeah,
that's a big deal.
You know, congratulations to to you guys forthat.

(24:44):
You know, I always tell people one of thebenefits of going to Sunshine State RV is that
you guys have lots of different kinds of campervans there.
So you're doing B and B plus and and and kindof on on the edge of sea as well.
But for for someone to be able to come down andsee, you know, the the the brands you're
already carrying, and storyteller, which makesreally cool vans, and now some adventure, some,

(25:07):
what we would call, like, expedition vehicles,I guess.
Right, not just from storyteller.
You like you said, from 27 North, but also forthis help from storyteller.
That's a big deal.
It's awesome for folks will be able to comedown and look at all these things and make
this, this kind of decision with all thesethings at hand because you don't typically see
that when you go into a lot of the other, bigbox retailers of RVs out there.

(25:33):
They might have you know, a bunch of RVs, butjust very few vans.
Yeah.
That's correct.
It's almost like going to a class b RV show towhere you can see everything all in one place.
Yeah.
And so now you can also see some explanationtrucks.
So the storyteller has the hilt which just cameout It's like 27 feet.
It's on the Dodge 55100.

(25:53):
It's thinking to use 100 gallons of this and athousand watts of solar.
You know, tons tons of of lithium and, I mean, all all kinds of of really, really cool,
features that that that that make up.
I mean, it's a 55100 diesel 16.8kw lithiumbatteries, 1300 watts of solar.

(26:19):
I mean, really, really, you know, really neat.
You know, they have the liquid springsuspension.
You know, lots of things that make it that makeit great for all for expeditioning.
Yeah.
And when you walk inside of it, it's verycomfortable, very luxurious, very nice.
Yeah.
We'll have a video.
We we we did do a video there at which we'regonna get up.

(26:39):
But storyteller also, I think a some pointacquired.
What was it?
Global global expedition?
Global edition vehicles.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So they have this kinda, like, pedigree thatcomes in with that for doing this kind of
thing.
And I think it's very well thought out.
I I know they put some time into developing it.
You know, so, yeah, that's that's pretty cool, man.

(27:00):
That's pretty cool.
I'm looking forward to seeing one on the lot.
Yes.
And what else is cool with storyteller is theycame out with some new colors.
They came out with with the whole brand newlithium system.
So they're not using volta anymore.
They they are now using lithonics, which isvery neat.
They're they're going to a 16.8kwithionicssystem.

(27:22):
So it is a huge lots of capacity, lithonicssystem.
That that's an all of their storytellers.
So so It's a 144 Sprinter with with a with abig lithium ionic battery system, tons of
solar, all kinds of stuff.
Yeah.
For the van folks out there, I think this isreally cool to to be able to get so many

(27:44):
different.
What's the let's do the rundown.
Since we've got you here, what's the rundown ofwhat you We know you carry Winnebago.
We know you carry coachman.
What else are you
talking about?
Coachman, storyteller.
Storyteller.
Road track.
Road truck.
American Coach.
American Coach.
Midwest Automotive Designs.
Right.
Mhmm.

(28:05):
Okay.
And then we carry the the 4 shiver dynamax.
So those are, like, the asada 3, the asada 5,carry both of those.
We carry 27 North, which are adventure vans andexpedition trucks.
You know, anything basically anything that's aclass b that's that's available in in our area

(28:29):
in Florida is is what we carry.
I mean, you know, Chinook RV, Chinook has thebase side, the summit, they Hank, the Maverick,
you know, some pretty cool, yeah, pretty coolb's and b plus.
So, yeah, anything that's in our area, youknow, there being in Florida, this is like the
RV capital of the world.

(28:50):
We we can't always have everything becauseother dealers have been here longer and and
they have it, but, you know, we try to and thensome things we just won't carry because of
quality and and and reputation, you know, itYeah.
Hank can tell you before we carry any brand, wefly off to their factory.
We tour the factory, meet the owners, and makesure that it's a good fit for us.
And we've actually taken Hank along on, one ofthose trips that we did.

(29:14):
Yeah.
Absolutely.
And, you know, and I think also you guys dohave some use things that maybe, you know,
you're not in the right region, because I knowall that stuff is territorial to carry those
things, but you do have those things there, used from time to time.
We just don't Yeah.
Like, we can't carry pleasure way, but we have2 pleasure ways here.
We have a 2022 and a 2023.

(29:35):
So we we have pleasure.
We can't carry air stream, but we have a coupleair travel trailers here.
Mhmm.
You know?
So so we definitely have things here that wecan't carry new, but we leisure travel.
We have leisure travel ban here.
And we can't carry it new.
So yeah.
But yeah.
Oh, we have a lot of used 30 or 40 right now.
Oh, absolutely.

(29:56):
Let's see day 49.
Day 49 says, yo, Vanasore, SSRB.
Thanks for all the class b demos, innovations,Do it yourself, Vantag, upfitters, etcetera.
This is extremely helpful, to all
to all.
To all.
Yeah.
To all.
And
the o is just extra.

(30:17):
He didn't charge us extra for the o.
No.
Absolutely.
The thanks for that, Dave.
I appreciate it.
Do you want to talk about, road track?
I think that's
Yeah.
So We've got So road track.
Hank some very cool stuff.
Hank, you you were pretty impressed with it.
So was I?
I know you just put that video up the otherday.

(30:37):
Road Check made a big announcement, this weekthat they released the West Failure.
The West Failure is a pop top van.
That is on a Pro Master chassis, but it's notyour average pop top.
No.
Check that bed out there.
That folds very quick and very easy.
That two chair system folds into a twin sizebed within 2 seconds.

(31:02):
And That was cool.
And what's neat is those chairs actually have 3point seat belts.
They have child.
Harnesses, very comfortable, and then they justfold right right right into a bed.
So so love love that functionality.
It does have the pop top.
Very European.
And then and then in the back of it, it has thebig draw.

(31:23):
I mean, I mean, just the look of it's prettysweet as well.
Yeah.
In the back of it Hank has the big garage, andthen the garage can kinda be modular almost.
So you can have a bigger bed and a smallergarage.
You can have a two thirds of a bed and a thirdof a garage, half of a bed, half of a garage,
and you can kinda make it fit what you want.
So which is

(31:43):
Here we go.
Very unique.
Nobody else.
I haven't seen this in any other manufacturer.
So you just slide it in, and now you have 2thirds of a bed and you have a third of a
garage.
You can bikes or kayaks or skis or, you know, canoes.
You can put golf clubs.
Whatever it is you do, you can put back there.
And and, yeah, no, the west failure is is, youknow, roadtrek is owned by the same company

(32:06):
that owns west failure.
So they are they are desperately trying tobring the European models to the United States.
It's not that easy with all the customs and allthe different regulations, but they're doing a
great job.
Yeah.
And people always ask for that.
Right?
So I know I see it in the comments and you getthat all the time, when we're gonna get the

(32:26):
European stuff over here.
So, you know, you're actually seeing companiesstarting to respond to that.
And you should I wonder if
your opinions ask whenever when are they gonnaget the American stuff over there?
No.
No.
The grass is always greener on the other side.
Oh,
that's good.
Yes.
A lot of the stuff is safe.
Yeah.
And West Valley is telling us that that weshould be able to get some of their units by

(32:49):
next summer, by, you know, next spring orsummer.
So it'll be cool to actually have some on theground that people can look at and see if it's
a good fit.
You know, it's hard to tell by a video ifsomething's a good fit or not.
Mhmm.
But, you know, if if there are lots and they'rethere and there are shows and all that, then
then you can, you know, we actually we're gonnabe in Tampa with, with roadtrek at the Tampa

(33:14):
Super Show.
And during that show, we're gonna have, youknow, some of the a lot of their new products
there, which is gonna be the new pivot and, youknow, some of that.
So it'd be pretty cool to to see all of it inTampa.
Yeah.
And it there is already a video up on that thatguys could check out in that video.
We do you'll get more details of the west Voliaas well as the pivot.

(33:36):
Some of the new colors.
I think we spoke to the, the is is he the CEOor the president of, he's a CEO.
Right?
He is a he's a CEO of Roadtrek.
Yes.
ProTrak Inc, which is the American version.
The other guy that we met while we were there,he's a president of all the repeto.
So they have they own, like, 20 brands over inEurope.

(34:00):
And he's the he's the president of that.
Yeah.
I think as they well, the the the CEO isMassey, or we call them Massey.
Name is like.
Massey.
Yeah.
Masimo.
Yeah.
Masimo.
I I can't wait, Hank.
I'm gonna take him to Burn Steakhouse in Tampawhen he gets here.
I'm gonna see what he thinks about about ourAmerican Steakhouse as being from Italy.

(34:22):
Oh, okay.
He's a nice guy.
Very nice guy.
I think he has a, an engineering background.
So it'll be it'll be really good to see, like, how, you know, this all benefits roadtrek and
what you're doing and what they're doing.
And as you've you've said all the time, likeroadtrek, also has, like, deep history here
when it comes to class bs.

(34:43):
Right?
Yeah.
No.
They were the first real class b manufacturer.
When, you know, people making conversion vans, they took it a step further and made a class b
back in 1974.
So they're coming up on there.
What year?
30, 50 year?
50, 74.
Yeah.
They're they're gonna it's gonna
be 50.
40, 50?
Yep.
Yeah.
It's gonna be 50.

(35:03):
So this is their 50th year
don't ask
me how I know.
Man, is this your 50th year as well?
Hey.
Oh, my 50th year already passed.
Man.
Next year, I'm gonna be fifty 2.
Yeah.
I'm gonna be fifty 2, so I'm a old dude.
Yes.
Yes.
But the they're, yeah, they're pretty exciting.

(35:25):
They're pretty excited.
We're pretty excited, and I think roadtrek isis definitely on on a revitalization tour is
what I like to call.
They're they're revitalizing their brand.
Yes.
Alright.
Let's see.
So I'm back.
I don't know what's up with YouTube, to behonest with you.
I think you guys are out there.

(35:46):
I could still I think I could still see it.
Looks like there's still people out there.
We'll have to get Nick dialing back in.
I don't know what's going on with YouTube.
They may be having some technical issuesbecause I'm pretty sure it's not on my side.
Kipp was asking the question, what will be thenew features of the new 24, coachman beyond.
There is a short that Nick and I put up on thatthat you guys could look at.

(36:11):
They've got a lot of cool new things coming, including the, including a pop top.
Let me see.
I'm getting Nick Darling back in here.
There you go.
What's up?
I do I don't know what's going on with YouTube,man.
Let's be rolling.
So the question was, do you wanna dive intosome of the new stuff from Coachmen for this

(36:34):
coming year?
Yeah.
New stuff.
Pop top.
Pop top.
Big deal for Coach to get a pop top.
Huge deal.
I love it.
I'm so excited.
So excited.
Because so many so many of the pop comps aremore like, Winnebago's solace type RVs that
they're not they're not, like, fully loadedwith all the lithium and all this, like, the

(36:59):
real cabinetry and all the and all the stuffthat that coachman does to their class bs.
But but, they they're coaching's doing a greatjob of their pop top.
Yeah.
For the field, full bathroom, cabinetry, everything.
Starting with the Nova, which is cool.
I'm not sure that every Nova floor model, floorplan is gonna have them, but, yeah, there you

(37:23):
go.
And there is a short Right?
We've got a short out, and there's other stuffcoming on that.
So
Yes.
Yes.
You know, you know what?
I like Hank.
I like a pop top.
That has four seat belts and that has a bigfridge and that has real cabinetry and has a
lithium
Hank that has, you know, like, full quality ofeverything, not not just a pop top that is,

(37:51):
very, you know, like like off road ish, utilitarian feeling.
You know?
So I think I think coachman's hitting a goodmarket.
Road check makes one.
Like this and now show to Coachmen.
So so they're they're both making a a real nicehigh quality pop top.
Yeah.
I think a a pop top here would be awesomebecause you can if let's say you're using

(38:13):
downstairs now, right?
Cause now you'll have upstairs downstairs.
If you're using downstairs for whatever, like,a, like, a office setup or something, you could
always pop that top and sleep up there, youknow, and, Yeah.
So there there's I Hank this is a cool thing.
We're not exactly sure, you know, which floorplans will have it, but it won't just be the

(38:34):
Nova.
I think you will see it coming on the Beyond aswell.
And there's a there's quite a few other thingsthat I know that I saw there at the show.
They've, you know, we always talk about the,the system.
What was it?
Jensen that they were using?
That's going on.
Yes.
They they stopped using Jensen.
Now they use JBL.

(38:54):
Yeah.
So there's there's some cool things there.
There's some new cabinets, some new, a newcolor on the inside.
So before you had either your wood grain, youryour typical wood grain or white cabinets.
I think you're gonna get a nice gray, which iskind of in the middle.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The gray The grays, I mean, gray.
They up they updated their sink.

(39:14):
They updated some storage on the back.
They've they've updated some of their they'reawning.
They're awning controls.
They're, you know, they're fine tuning.
I think they have a great product.
And I, and I think now that all the pieces andparts of the puzzle are available to them,
they're fine tuning what they have.

(39:36):
And, I think now's a great time for them tofine tune what they had.
You know, it's like, we're before everythingwas controlled in that firefly, Now they're
starting to take things out and making itindependent to where you're not having to rely
on one point that breaks and you lose controlof everything in your coach.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What is the reason?

(39:57):
So they went to a square Hank from a roundsink.
And you would know the answer to this better, Ithink, than anyone.
Would it because you've got customers that wanta square Hank and not a round sink, and I'm I'm
exposing it.
Every What's the
Everybody wants a square sink for some reason.
Why?
What's the
Can you fit more in a square sink?

(40:17):
I don't know.
Maybe people out there can tell us what is socool about the square or rectangular sake
versus the round 1.
Well, Joanna Gaines started making a farmhousesink on, fixer upper, Magnolia, something or
another.
And so maybe I think that's what it is.
Oh, okay.
Alright.
That's
I have no idea.

(40:38):
Okay.
Alright.
Jackie Pee says, thanks guys for covering theWestfalia.
I'm definitely interested.
Okay.
Very cool.
And, make sure you hit up Sunshine State RV forthat when, you know, when you get ready.
I'm sure Nick will be happy for that.
I will be thrilled to help you.
I'll even get Hank to come by and and meet youwhen you're there.

(41:00):
Yeah.
So she so Jackie P wants to know if I'm intown.
Sure.
Jackie P wants to know when can I purchase?
A west failure.
I would I would say it would be, you know, spring or summer of 2024.
Mhmm.
Okay.
There you go.
Alright.
I hope that's good.
Lola was asking if, was this speaking of thepivot, are they in production now?

(41:25):
That was a big tease this year, and then itwasn't available.
Thanks, Lola.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We did the we did a video on those going backto Tampa at the beginning of this year.
Right?
We did.
Yeah.
And so we're getting our first ones now.
So we're, like, just about to get our firstpivots here in the next the week or 2 they're

(41:49):
telling us.
Okay.
You you won't know what to do with yourself.
I will not know what to do.
Now, well, now we're just waiting for the WestSalia.
So What happened what happened to the one thatwe did the video on?
Did that get sold?
Was that a prototype?
It went back?
Yeah.
I don't ask those questions.
Hang on.
I just seen, I'm just No.
They take it back.
They give me a little chrome, and then theytake it back.

(42:10):
And they
give me a little chrome, and they take it back.
Nick does not personally build these.
I do not.
I do not.
There
you go.
So and Jackie Pee says, Nick, you're right.
I want it all.
So then he
could We all do, my friend.
We all do.
Yes.
And then she says, square things go with squareRV.

(42:31):
Okay.
There you go.
I guess that's just
a thing.
Yeah.
That's just a thing.
I have seen people change from the van thatthey really wanted over a different van,
because that van also had a square, you know, arectangular sink.
So No.
Yeah.
Yeah, I've seen people like it's all about thesake.

(42:52):
And you can't, you know, that's people are likethat.
Right?
There's just one feature that they had to have.
When I bought my Beyond from you, you know, what my feature I had to have?
Something to put the toilet paper in to keep itdry because you didn't want wet toilet paper.
No.
No.
No.
That wasn't I I had to have all wheel drive.
I'm joking.
I have no idea.
Right.
Okay.

(43:12):
All wheel drive.
Yeah.
All wheel drive was my thing.
I went there.
I saw the Beyond.
It was all wheel drive.
I liked the bathroom, the rare bath, biggestbathroom that you could get in a van.
And then I was like, oh, this is my van.
I'm just gonna sit right here.
And, it was Shelley that that,
Shelley's great.
Yeah.
That was our salesperson.
And Lola is like, well, aren't you gonna lookat something else?

(43:35):
I was like, no.
This is it right here.
I know what I want when I see it.
So Lola and Shelley went and looked at otherstuff, and I was like, good for you guys.
I want this thing.
So This
is the 1.
This is the 1.
Yeah.
That's how that's how it goes sometimes.
Alright.
Any other any other new stuff that, that thatyou saw Yeah.

(43:56):
Up.
Mhmm.
So, yeah, 27 North is coming out with with somenew stuff.
So we are about to get our 1st Rex rover
It is Rex Rover.
Very exciting.
The the the mold is there, and they sent mepictures of it.
That is the Rex Rover.
Mhmm.
So if you notice, Hank, that's on a super cab, which is a small backdoor.

(44:19):
They're telling me our our first one is gonnabe on a truth 4 door crew cab.
So I'm pretty excited about that.
It is a F Three Fifty Larry it.
Yeah.
No.
It is currently in production now.
So very, very excited to see.
That is the beginning of it.
Oh, okay.

(44:39):
Nice.
That's F Three 50 Lariat crew cab.
Okay.
And then
And then let's see here.
This And then there is this other picture thatlooks like the sandwich packed in, foil.
It does.
And then it goes.
What is that?
And then I don't know what that box is, butthat that is gonna be our 1st Rex Rover.

(45:02):
So very very excited about that.
It's gonna have lithiumics, lithium batteries, and they have a thousand watts of solar.
It's gonna have some really, really cool stuffon it.
And and for all about half the price of anearth roamer.
So I think, I think it's gonna be huge thingswere really cool.
So so they kinda released some of that stuff atOpenHouse.

(45:24):
They also, on their venture vans, they showedus some of the new features and some of the new
lithium them and, you know, some some cool newstuff that they're putting on the venture van
as well.
So 27 North was there at Open House as well.
Yes.
And I did do a video out there with Pavel, which is on the channel here.
You guys can take a look at it.
Pavel basically showed us 19 changes that theymade from the prototype to what they have

(45:49):
there.
One of the cool things I would say about 27North, they are listening to people taking
feedback, the folks that are that they'rerunning into as well as people like, you, and
they're they're making some cool upgrades to totheir vehicles, man.
So Yeah.
I respect that.
You know, that it's it's pretty cool becausewhen whenever I give Pavel a suggestion or an

(46:17):
idea or anything like that.
His he he always has the same you know, thesame saying here, which says consider it
halfway done.
And,
Yeah.
Okay.
Consider it halfway done.
Right.
Right.
Yes.
So you know what?
Listen.
I think that, some of some of the things I'veseen them do, like, in the van, we did a video

(46:40):
at this point, I don't know, maybe a month agoof the vans, the venture vans, and there's
there's some cool things in there.
Very big storage space in the back.
You know, Yeah.
Like a big garage area.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, let's see here.
So Lola says you're gonna need a biggerfacility to house all that cool stuff.

(47:03):
What do you know?
We are building a new dealership right now.
Oh, okay.
How long is that gonna take?
We're Mhmm.
A year.
A year.
Okay.
Alright.
We bought 13 acres.
It is it is starting to get cleared right now.
Mhmm.
And then once it is done getting cleared, thenthey will build the building on and they're
telling us by theendofnextyear, we should be infully functioning.

(47:27):
Mhmm.
Okay.
Alright.
Cool.
So very exciting.
Hank, you're gonna have your own your ownspecial parking spot right on the side, right
next to the dumpster.
We're gonna save you a spot right next to thedumpster.
You know what?
I'll take it.
If I could get a dedicated spot, I'll take itoff.
You don't care where it is?
No.
I'm not gonna complain about it being next tothe dumpster.

(47:48):
Because I've seen the place now.
So Sunshine State RVs right now looks like aairport.
Yes.
Okay.
It's packed in tight with vans, and you haveother space and stuff like that.
You guys got, places there.
But it's so busy with things going in and out.
It's crazy.
And, yes.
Yes.
All day every day.

(48:09):
Just leave.
We bought 3 we bought 3 within a hundred footradius of us
Mhmm.
Just to keep all of our RVs at them to have ourcustomer parking to have everything that we
need to function, to run the dealership here.
Yeah.
Your guys are good at keeping those things fromcolliding with each other.

(48:31):
You know?
Yes.
Yeah.
Yes.
It's insane.
Absolutely insane.
Yeah.
When I look at it, it it, it amazing to lookat.
I'm gonna do a I'm gonna do some kind of timelapse one day.
I'm gonna go we'll see if I could get someoneup on the roof.
And just do a time lapse of things movingaround there.
And just put a drone up in the air.
And the whole time you're there, the drone willjust be filming it.

(48:52):
Yeah.
Yeah.
There you go.
So let's see.
HD Stevenson says glad you're back.
This is Steve soon to be are being fromVirginia.
We'll send in a question in about a few aboutone of your sponsors' coachmen.
So that so there you go.
Let me let you wanna know from them.
Lola put up a a link, I guess, in the in thechat that you guys can go to to the, 27 North

(49:18):
video.
But you could just look here.
We got tons of videos.
And Sunshine State RVs also has a YouTubechannel that you can look at the videos.
You, you know, you're putting out your ownvideos there.
So and then let's see here.
It says Everyday.
Nick mentioned in another video that he has a2024 coach from Beyond ordered and coming in a

(49:42):
week or so, what options will they have?
So, every van from Coachmen that we order, weorder the exact same way.
Fully loaded every single option.
So the only thing we go back and forth on islithium or no lithium, because sometimes we
don't order lithium on it.
Because some people wanna generate her and theywanna save the $20.

(50:04):
Other time, you know, the majority of them havelithium and, but every option that's available.
So you got the leather, You got the upgradedinstallation.
You got the upgraded window covers.
You have all the tank heaters.
We flatbed ship all of our vans here, sonothing has any miles on it.
So all of the options that coach makesavailable we utilize all of those options, and

(50:29):
and we put it all on every single band.
A a new cool option, Hank, that we just got oneof our first ones, is a double lithium.
So instead of 630 amp hours of lithium, theynow have 1260 and powers of lithium.
Okay.
Cool.
So the 60th edition or what is it 60thanniversary?

(50:50):
60th anniversary.
Yeah.
They're all not gonna have double lithium, butthat is one of the things that you can put on
it is double lithium.
Oh, sweet.
Is that a Beyond, the Galleria, a no So
the ones we have right now is a Galleria FL inthe Galleria a.
The the beyond 20 22 c that coachman, Nova20c20d can all have double with them.

(51:21):
So those 5 models.
Okay.
Alright.
Awesome.
There you go.
And there's gonna be Yeah.
We Hank we have 2 or 3 here right now withdouble lithium.
Yeah.
And some of these things are kind of, like, rolling through.
So you might see videos that are reallyprototypes of stuff that's coming.
Right?
And then those things all have to get workedout and all that.

(51:42):
Usually, first, they make the prototype andtest it and see how it all fits together.
So for example, like, we were talking about, apop top.
Right?
Everything can't have a pop top.
Correct.
Yeah.
Correct.
I mean, if you have a rear bath, you can't putthe air conditioner in the back of the van on
top of the bathroom.

(52:03):
Right.
Unless they figure that out somehow.
How do you figure it out?
I don't know.
They better because I want a pop top in thefuture.
But I want a rare bat.
So someone better figure out where to put thatAC.
So my wife said if we ever got 1, we would haveto get the pop top because I snored too bad.
And she would put my butt up top, she said, andshe'd sleep down below.

(52:25):
Yeah.
Okay.
Don't blame her.
You need to get a sleep.
But she shares a bed with me now for 20 yearsevery night.
She has shared a bed with me.
She needs to put you on the Darth Vader mass, you know, the sleep machine.
Yeah.
Lola is happy since I got a sleep machine.
So there you go.
Mary's gonna have to drag you down there andget you on 1.

(52:47):
And, Sunshine State RV also, I'm guessingthat's Bethany did put a link to the YouTube
channel here.
HD Steve HD Stevenson says you and Lolainfluence us to get it beyond.
Saw your video on dumping.
Do you know if coachman plans to offer amacerator on the beyond anytime soon, wife's

(53:08):
not a fan of the stinky slinky.
Okay.
So don't
they do a
don't they do a May Strange on a they do it onthe Galleria, but I don't think they do it on
the beyond, though.
Yeah.
So they they do not.
There are, a maturator Excuse me.

(53:29):
There are a master's systems that we caninstall at the gravity fed.
So there's a port there's, I don't wanna sayportable because you can't move it.
But there's a a a latch on macerator systemthat we can install at the tank place.
So right where you dump, we can put a masterheater there.

(53:50):
And then there is no stinky, slinky.
You just pull it out.
Just then it pumps itself, and then you put itback.
Yeah.
Okay.
So aftermarket, so to speak, you can get that.
Right?
Is it accurate?
That is correct.
That is correct.
Yes.
You know, I'll check with that's a goodquestion, I think, for for Coachmen and I don't
know anything about that.

(54:11):
I'll check with it.
I know whenever I borrow something that has amacerator from you guys, I prefer that.
So I don't blame anyone for wanting that.
You know, it's a good option, a good upgrade.
Yeah.
So, you know, short of a of some kind of likeTesla bought that comes out and it does all of

(54:32):
that for you.
You know, I don't know what's better.
So there you go.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So I'll check I'll check with with, Coachmenhere sometime in the future.
And see what's the possibility of getting thatbecause I think it would be cool.
Jackie Pee says speaking of ordering everyoption, will you order order lithium packages

(54:54):
on Westfalia and have them stocked witheverything?
Yes.
I will.
Yes.
The Westfalia is gonna have lithium I don'tknow what type of lithium.
I know they're what they're currently doing is600 amp hours.
I don't know if they're gonna be continue to dothat or do something different because it is 6
or 8 months away.

(55:14):
Mhmm.
But a 100% we will order it with lithium.
Yeah.
You it's your door closed over there.
Are you getting enough oxygen?
No.
I I I I actually had a big lunch today.
And I ate lunch, and I'm ready to fall asleep.
Oh, it's Thursday.
This, you
see, this is Thursday.
This is the problem with you getting a biglook.
Okay.

(55:34):
Lola says, we saw a lot of upgrades coming.
Lola and I are now official brand ambassadorsfor Coachmen class b.
So I wanted to take a moment to tell you guyswhy we, as Vanosaurus, like it says on our t
shirt, are very excited about our partnershipwith Coachmen Class B.
First off, Coachmen RVs has been a leader tothe great outdoors since 1964.

(55:57):
So next is the fact that Coachmen really caresabout you as an owner whether you bought new or
used after you buy your van, they really takecare of you.
With Coachmen Klosbee, you have all theoptions.
Coachman bills on all three van platforms.
On the Mercedes Sprinter, it's a coachmanGalleria.
Before Strange, it's a coachman beyond.

(56:19):
And Ram Pro Master is a coachman Nova.
Lastly, best value for money.
We've had our van for 2 years and coachmanbills to the highest standards of quality and
craftsmanship.
You can't go wrong with a coachman class b.
So if you're interested, check out the link inour description and find the coachman van
that's best for you.

(56:45):
Alright.
So I I know we're running a little bit late.
That's because we had some issues.
We can take some, some comments and things likethat here, and then and then we'll wrap it up.
Hang on.
I think you just sold the first West failure toJackie.
Yes.
That's right, Jackie.
Come on, Hank.
Let's go.
You better hurry up and get that voice mailover there.

(57:07):
You better go to Canada and have that thingbuilt right now.
I just text I just text Mike Williams, CanadaMike, who is our our our road trip rep.
And I said, hey, Mike.
We just sold the first West Valley on Hank'spodcast.
I needed it to be a special edition.
And and he said, okay.

(57:27):
Oh, there you go.
The Jackie P edition.
The Jackie P edition.
There you go.
Yeah, Lola, I was gonna say right there.
Well, that Lola said we saw a lot of upgradescoming from Coachmen in the 2024 model.
So you guys should look out for that.
I think coach wins listened to a lot of,feedback and all that kind of stuff and and,

(57:48):
you know, you'll love it.
So and there's and some of these things arerolling.
Right?
You're saying you're already seeing some stuffcoming through the vans that you have there.
So
That, yes.
Yeah.
Some of the stuff is coming through.
It and it will be here soon, you know, some ofthe new 24 stuff on the coach bins and
everything else.

(58:09):
But, yeah, there's there's a lot to be excitedabout.
There's a lot.
You know, now that the chip issues, you know, the chips where they can't get chassis and
parts, all that.
Now that seems like it is being solved.
They can actually go back to being some kind ofinnovative and upgrades and some cool changes,
and now there's a new strike.
So I don't know if there ain't really a chassisnow, but I got I got no idea.

(58:34):
Always something, throwing a a wrench into thisto the work.
Hank on.
I got a great idea.
Jackie Pizza.
Let's do a show together.
You know, it'd be a cool show if you did one, like, showing how people make decisions on what
van they wanna buy.
I'm assuming she doesn't have one, and I'massuming that she saw your video of your
Westphalia wants to buy 1 now.
Like, that'd be cool to say, you know, why theWestphalia?

(58:56):
Why this?
Why, you know, like, kinda talk through thatwith her And, yeah, I think that'd be a cool
show.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
Let let me know when you're coming to town.
You know, I'm not sure where Jackie is.
You don't have tell us right here, but you canget in touch with either Lola and myself, or
you can go directly to the Sunshine State RVguys.
And, if you're in town and I'm here, I'll comedown and hang out with pop top and a garage

(59:27):
from my ebike, big fridge, and lithium package.
One thing lacking its 4 by 4 ability.
What can you do about that, Nick?
Nothing.
Add some 4 by 4 up there.
You know, is there a retrofit for 4 by 4 forthe Pro Master's for the new ones that I don't
know.
I don't know.

(59:47):
We're gonna have to research that.
I've heard there is, but I don't wanna saydefinitely that
I mean, like, Quigley Quigley is a brand thatmakes, you know, after market 4 by 4.
I've seen transit vans with them.
I've seen different vans to have have that.
You know, Quigley might be a good one.
Yeah.
There you go.
So David, 40 day 40 9 says is double lithiumcomposed of 4 of those extra large regular

(01:00:12):
lithiums?
No.
Double lithium is 2 of the lithium ionicsbattery.
So each battery is 630 amp hours, and then itincludes a second one.
I'm I'm trying to, you know, the size is, Idon't know if I had to guess 2 feet by one

(01:00:33):
foot.
I don't know.
Hank, does that sound about right?
Yeah.
I'll go with that.
I'll go with that.
Yes.
It's just of those batteries, so far as I know.
Yep.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I I I'm not quite sure.
Yeah.
Their foot risk.
I do know it's too bad because I've seen it.
We've installed it.
We've done it.
I just I I just don't know what the actualmeasurements are.

(01:00:57):
Yeah.
Durfoot racing says, hey.
Hey.
Hey.
You know, Durfoot racing.
That's Walter.
Who bought a van from you that he's workedthat, you know, he completely gutted and he's
rebuilding.
Yeah.
So, yeah, we need to catch up on some videos ofthat.
And
Oh, that'd be cool.
Yeah.
Me and Walter did a little, a little bartering.
We need to we need to catch up on a video ofwhat we bartered for.

(01:01:20):
Oh, oh, yeah.
That's a whole other thing.
A whole completely different other thing.
Lola says, what about accessories like roofracks for the Pro Master?
Will you be upfitting for people that want thatwith the roof racks and stuff.
Yeah.
So we do that every single day.
So every day, we're hooked up with Owl vans,Illumines, flare space, adventure wagon.

(01:01:43):
We're we are buying in the backwoods, We are,we are buying and installing those every single
day on people, Strange vans, transit vans, ProMaster vans, any any of that stuff people want,
we can do a 100% of it.
We double lithium systems, triple lithiumsystems.
We do all the off road stuff.

(01:02:04):
We lift them.
We do LED lights.
I mean, that's, you know, I got 3 vans in rightnow that we're doing that type of stuff for.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So the answer to that is more like
We did a video, remember turning from a beastto a
To super mega mega beast or something
like that.
I don't remember what we called it.
Yeah.

(01:02:25):
I was telling
a lady that, was she in Arizona that
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
She bought a regular American Coach Patriot.
We wrapped it matte black, and then we did, wheels and running boards and and front bumper,
rear bumper.
We did all these LED lights everywhere.
We did suspension upgrade.
I mean, we did so much stuff

(01:02:46):
Yeah.
It looked really nice too.
I wanna do I have an yeah.
I've had the van vinyl wrap.
You've seen that.
And folks have seen it out there.
We've we've been traveling all over the, thecountry with it.
So let me see if I could if I have a pictureright here that I could throw up of the of the
van as it is right now for for, for people outthere who have not seen it.

(01:03:12):
You know, I've got some things I still wanna dowith the van.
We just hit we just actually hit, 55,000 miles,Nick.
Wow.
55 k miles.
Lola and I did a update.
So that video will be coming out.
55 k miles.
The van is is still good.

(01:03:32):
Are you ready for trading yet?
No.
Not It's not quite yet.
I'm waiting for the pop top now.
But check it out.
Waiting for the trail.
Oh, look at that.
Oh, yeah.
The trail.
Oh, the trail.
The Strange.
Yeah.
Trails are nice too.
So checking out
I love your yeah.
See, I love your grill.
I think the grill is sharp.

(01:03:53):
Yeah.
That is the Raptor grill that's on there.
So, yeah, that's, you know, I think what Iwanna do, if if anyone asks me what I wanna to
do.
Next thing, I wanna put, like, a minimal bumperthere that I think Backwoods is coming out with
that, well, a mill a mill like, it's almostlike it's, what's it called?

(01:04:14):
The, the, the rescue, the, the rescue thingthat goes in the bumper and completely.
Lynch?
The winch.
Excuse me.
See, I told you I was I was, over 50.
Yeah, I wanna I was
about making a joke.
You made the joke yourself.
Yeah.
I wanna put a winch in there, and then alsothere's like a roof rack.

(01:04:35):
So I wanna take my awning put a roof rack andthen hang an awning off of that roof rack.
Can be done.
So, yeah, that's that's my plans, with that.
So, Jeff Erderman's, let's see what's he say.
He says a friend has a 2023 Riz 18 m that hesaid uses a lot of battery power, are there any

(01:04:57):
recommendations to make it more efficient?
Yeah.
You know, the most efficient thing you can dofor your batteries is not run your air
condition.
I'm assuming he's talking about lithium.
Yeah.
The microwave and batteries are are what reallydrained your lithium batteries.

(01:05:17):
Or, yeah, the the microwave and air conditionerI would drain the lithium battery.
So if you cannot use those 2 things, that thatwould definitely, conserve Your battery power.
I agree with that.
If it so and obviously, some people, you know, you've gotta use your AC.
If you live here in Florida, for example, nomatter what you do, you're gonna have to use

(01:05:40):
that AC, but you wanna, do things like park inthe shade.
You know, that kind of stuff.
If you've got an older AC that maybe is not asefficient, you could upgrade that AC.
I know that people go to 12 volt ACs, forefficiency.
But if you live in Florida, 12 Volt AC isreally not gonna or if you spend a lot of time

(01:06:01):
in any place that's hot, Florida, Texas,Arizona.
Yeah.
12 volts is not really gonna be able to handlethe work out there.
I think that the Trauma, which I have theTrauma Aventi it's 110, but it's it's better.
Nope.
You know, it's more efficient.
So, Jeff Erdeman says refrigeratorsspecifically.

(01:06:21):
Yeah.
I'm not sure.
I'm not sure of that van.
Have you heard of that?
I've never heard of that van.
Yeah, I think it's a Thor RISE, r I z e.
Yeah.
The fridge, I mean, you know, if if it doesn'thave lithium, then then, then a regular battery

(01:06:43):
isn't gonna run it for that long.
If it does have lithium, it should run thefridge for days.
If it does have lithium, I don't know whatoptions Alright.
So it does.
Yeah.
Is that is that refrigerator a twelve volt?
Is it big?
Is it small?
All that kind of stuff will have things to dowith it?
You know, and you can always go.
Like, we were talking about accessories thatyou can get.
You can always get accessories for arefrigerator as well.

(01:07:06):
Get a separate fridge that you go in and out ofthat versus like the main fridge.
But, yeah, you you know, ultimately, it it's,you know, it's just one of these things that
has to do with the conditions that you're in.
So if you really wanna save power, go to colderplaces

(01:07:27):
That's that's the big statement.
Don't be in Florida when it's hot, which is formost of the time.
We're in North Central Florida, so this is thegood time to be here.
So, and then I'll take this one last thing fromLola oh, we've got another one coming in.
Lola says, when it comes to service issues, what are, say, 5 things folks can do to to make

(01:07:48):
themselves to maintain their RV?
What do you got?
5 things.
Mhmm.
Yes.
They can.
To maintain their RV itself.
So, obviously, you wanna get your engine oilStrange.
Mhmm.
Regularly.
You want to cock, it gets your cock checked outon all of your fans, on all of your joints,

(01:08:14):
everywhere that there's calk around yourwindows, Hank that checked out every year.
Mhmm.
Your your furnace, make sure that it gets your, your furnace hot water heater, make sure that
gets blown out because you end up getting, things like during the summer when you don't
use your furnace, you know, bee's nest and muddaubers end up growing in there.

(01:08:36):
And so getting that, you know, checked out andnow maintaining the hot water heater and all
that.
Your fridge, you wanna keep, you wanna makesure you are using that regularly because if
that sits, it doesn't get used for a year or 6months, and then you try to use it it ends up
having to work really hard, and it's just not,it's, it's not good for it.
And then for your lithium batteries and solarpanels, keep the solar panels cleaned off and

(01:09:01):
you're lifting batteries charged up to wherethey they're they don't run dead.
You wanna keep them charged up if you havelithium.
Yeah.
So those would be my 5 things that I would doif I had a class BOB.
Yep.
That's all that's all good stuff.
Day day 49 says probably needed least doublelithium if one uses much AC.

(01:09:22):
That is correct.
I I was doing a video with Raven yesterday onthe Galleria that had double lithium.
And when we turn the tremor air conditioner on,the the double lithium package said it could
run that AC for 13 hours.
Compressor was on, air conditioner, the fridgewas on, every light was on, inverter was on,

(01:09:43):
And then so I can run that AC for 13 hours.
Yeah.
So just to go to Jeff Erderman's question here,he actually came back and gave us some info.
He says there's a 12 volt 12 volt fridge andthere's 2 100 amp AGM batteries.
So that would be the issue right there.
The AGMs.

(01:10:03):
Yeah, you you know, my advice, if your friendcan do it, is switch over to lithium.
So Yeah.
And they make drop ins.
Battleborn makes great drop ins where you canjust take those 100 amp hour lithium or agents
out.
And just put a bottle born in, and it's gonnamake a world of a difference on your fridge.
Yeah.
There you go.
And so do you guys I know the answer to this, but do you guys do kinds of, upgrades,

(01:10:27):
retrofits?
Every single day.
That's good.
That's good.
I didn't harass you too much on mine.
Right?
So and I'm happy with my upgrade.
You did not.
There you go.
So you can go to Sunshine State RV.
You know?
And

(01:10:48):
We got some some some funny information on yourHank.
Yeah.
Well, we wound up, you know, I I think we II've said this, and I even said in the video we
recently did.
We put one battery inside and one batteryoutside.
Which initially, you know, everyone thoughtthat was gonna be okay.
We just made there was a longer cable going tothe outside.
So the inside one, we made the cable thatlength.

(01:11:10):
And we thought, oh, that will be fine.
But as Nick is saying, these lithium batteriesare very finicky, and there's lots of things
that could affect them.
So one being outside and one being inside, different ambient temperatures outside versus
inside, and the management system didn't knowhow to properly function with those batteries,
and one went bad.

(01:11:31):
So Well, it's also the amount of of wire.
So if you have one battery that from thecharging source, the battery's 20 feet, and the
other one, the back charging source, thebattery's 10 feet the one at 10 feet ceiling
charge faster, and they're not getting chargedthe same.
So you can't have that.
Both of your batteries has to have the same, the same distance or the same wiring from the

(01:11:57):
charging source to the battery.
Yeah.
We did that However, I think the issue was thetemperatures and just like the the the battery
management system reading those differenttemperatures, because obviously outside is
gonna be hotter.
So, the battle born guys advised us to put bothbatteries inside, and we wound up, obviously, I
had to get a new battery and we completelydifferent batteries.

(01:12:19):
And we got the GC threes from Battle Born, which could both fit inside.
And you guys were able to move everythingaround.
It is under one of my bench seats, everythinghad to be moved so that those 2 batteries could
sit in there.
And that's pretty much solved, whatever issueswe Hank there.

(01:12:39):
So,
So I had a crazy idea.
The Galleria that has 2 batteries in it.
Right now, there's enough room to put a thirdbattery
in it.
Oh, no.
I think I'm gonna I think I'm gonna post to theguys at Coachmen to make me one that has 3
batteries in it.
So it's at 6:30 12 60

(01:13:00):
The
1890 amp hours of batteries.
Okay.
Alright.
Yeah.
How cool is that?
That would be cool.
Probably, like, about 30, $40,000 extra.
That's only money, Hank.
Yeah.
Well, you know, listen.
Someone I I would be happy to have that much, lithium power.

(01:13:22):
You could go, like, 24 hours on your AC.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, you could sleep through the daytimelike a vampire.
You
know, so if you
It's so funny.
If you are nosferatu out there and you want tosleep through the daytime, in your van.
Yes.
3 3 of them.
3 batteries will do.

(01:13:43):
Will be awesome.
Yeah.
Okay.
Listen.
Where I gotta wrap this up.
I gotta wrap this up.
Hey.
So one last question.
You know how Mister Beast got famous.
Right?
How did he get famous?
He counted to 1,000,000 on YouTube.
He counted to 1,000,000?
Counted to 1,000,000 in a consecutive YouTubevideo.
Why don't we sit here and do this for 24 hoursStrange?

(01:14:06):
And then maybe maybe we'll get famous.
No.
No.
I can't do it.
You can't do it.
I don't even know what you're talking about.
If I agree with you, Ben Watts.
I'm gonna fall asleep over here.
You're bet you're betting that I'm not gonnaagree with you.
That's the thing.
But I think we got a lot of good info out.
We we had some interruptions.

(01:14:26):
I apologize for whatever caused that, but Ithink we got some good info.
Of course, I'm gonna give you the last wordshere, Nick.
What do you want folks to know?
If people are looking at this, they wanna getin touch with you guys.
How should they do that?
Yeah.
So to recap the video or the podcast 2024.
I had some great things for the RV industry, especially class b's, and I'm glad that Hank

(01:14:49):
got to experience firsthand and and that we gotto experience it together.
And that Hank was so generous to document a lotof it, for you guys to see it.
You know, we deliver any RVs that we have herefor free anywhere in the United States from our

You should not be some people folks out theremight Hank, oh, there's no way people take them

(01:15:54):
on this.
They do every day.
Yeah.
And I love it.
Yes.
I heard their lovely lady who at the airport, someone one of your guys met her at the airport
with a car that said congratulations on yournew RV.
I heard that.
Yes.
Yeah.
There you go.
And in our waiting room today, it was full ofpeople who were taking us up on our 5 day

(01:16:16):
service appointment.
Then we had extra lunch, and we fed them alllunch.
And the people just come here and they make aday of it.
What was for lunch today?
I missed that.
Today was public subs, chicken tenders, mac andcheese, corn nuggets, and onion rings.
Okay.
Alright.
Nice.
I missed out on lunch.

(01:16:37):
Pretty good.
Yeah.
I should get lunch.
Lunch should be delivered to me out here everyThursday.
Every Thursday.
Yeah.
Every Deal.
Yeah.
I gotta go in.
I gotta actually go in for this.
Alright.
Listen.
Thanks a lot.
Day 49 says Chow.
Hank so much for everyone out there.
We'll see you next Thursday.
We'll be back here doing this again, and makesure you check out Sunshine State RV on YouTube

(01:17:02):

Peace.
