Scoreboard express dot com. You can listen live, Iheartspotify, you
name it, where there, Apple podcasts, all the major podcasts
and radio listening applications. So let's jump into it. It
(06:24):
has been an eventful weekend, to say the least, in
college football. A lot of coaches, folks are coming for
their heads. Let's talk about it a little bit. You know,
Oklahoma State last night, Man, that was a game that
I thought that, you know, I was gonna bet it.
I like Tulsa in the dog position of Rodney, but
I didn't think that Tulsa was gonna be able to
score a lot of points, and they didn't. But unfortunately,
(06:46):
Colorado State scored a little bit less excuse me, not
Colorado State, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma State, you know, all these
bad teams that I've been looking at here, But when
you look at the college football that we had last
night Friday night, just real quick going over some of
those schools. Do you think that Oklahoma State now is
in a position where they've got to start making some
changes at the head coaching position. We've already seen Ucla,
(07:08):
you know, big dog of the day last week. I
told you guys about it takes New Mexico to put
the cash in your pocket take a money line, and
I hope all of you did out there. But it
was an interesting game last night, you know, just to
see what people were saying. Tulsa only scored nineteen, but
Oklahoma State only gave us twelve points a couple of
field goals throughout the game. Rodney, what do you see
(07:30):
about this team here? I mean, you look at where
college football has been going, from the transfer a portal,
the realignment of conferences, and these are teams that normally
would be regularly looking to attend a bowl game. Now
we're going into Week four. Oklahoma State's at one and two,
Toulsa's at two and two. How do you expect a
team like Oklahoma State to maybe bounce back losing at
home to a team that really shouldn't beat them?
Speaker 7 (07:51):
Go ahead, Yeah, I'm not sure they will bounce back.
I don't think they're very good. And I would say
Mike Gundy's tenure at Oklahoma State might be what the
what the kids would take cooked there you go, I'm
not I'm not sure that he's got a shelf life
left there in still Water. I'm not sure guys want
to come play for him right now. You know, He's
just one of those that I don't know, I don't
(08:14):
know if kids will play for him. So, uh yeah,
I think the Cowboys are in big trouble this year.
Speaker 3 (08:19):
Yeah, the Cowboys are definitely in big trouble one and
two early on in the season. Talk about another tough
loss last week. You know we all went with him
live here on the air. Didn't give you too much
grease on that one. But Notre Dame, oh man, you know,
I think the defense is the problem, my friend. They
weren't able to keep that lead. They weren't able to
stop anyone. And when you look at where Notre Dame
is now with those two losses coming in, do you
(08:41):
think that Marcus Freeman might be on the hot seat
again early college football firings. We've seen it already. Like
I said at UCLA, go ahead.
Speaker 7 (08:49):
I don't think he's on the hot seat. I mean
he went to a national title game a year ago. Yes,
they got off thrown two start. I think with goal
last him through this year, I definitely do. And then,
but they've got a They've got a winnable, winnable stretch here,
So I'd like to see what they do now. If
they start zering three, it's certainly gonna be hot in
(09:09):
South Bed. But I think he's fairly say.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Yep, yep, yep. Well, with that being said, this segment
being brought to you by our friends over at Fubo TV.
Go to FuboTV dot com people, it's gonna save you
a ton of money. It gets a ton of football games,
fcsf ecfs fs. You know there's this college Division one
and Division one double A. Okay, let's keep it old
school for us folks out here. Tied it all to alphabets.
(09:34):
Remember that alphabet cereal and remember the alphabet soup. Maybe
we should start feeding that to people again. They can
help them with their reading.
Speaker 5 (09:41):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
But, like I said before, Rodney, thank you so much
for coming on today. Let's jump right into it. The
action being brought to you by our friends over at
Fubo TV. Talking about coaches on the hot seat. Let's
get into it. Rotation number three twenty seven, Sarah CU's
Orangeman heading down from New York, going down south to Clemson.
Rotation number three twenty eight. Clemson's got some problems, man.
You got dabbos winny at press conferences. But if Clemson
(10:04):
don't want to win, you know, go ahead and tell
me to leave out the door. You know I'll do it.
Speaker 7 (10:07):
You know I ain't trying to hear you.
Speaker 3 (10:11):
I was like, uh oh, so Clemson today plus seventeen
is Syracuse. Clemson hasn't really shown us much this year.
At one and two in the ACC, we thought Clemson
was going to be a very strong team. Shout out
to a main man. Legally, also give legally a prayer,
throw up a prayer for him dealing with a few things.
(10:31):
Won't put it out on the air, but always throw
up some prayers for the friends when I say that
they need it. But Clemson today one and two, they
need a prayer because they should be in a dog position.
I can't really understand why the linemakers would put them
at minus seventeen. But we saw this last week with
South Florida and we got stuck. I haven't seen this
line move too much. Syracuse at plus ten, in full disclosure,
(10:53):
put him on one of those dog tickets I'm running today.
I like him in the points. I think Syracuse is
a little bit better than say what we saw with
South Florida and Clemson. You know, at quarterback, I'm not
liking what I see out a k clubnek okay, this
guy's pretty pedestrian. He's not getting them wins, and he
doesn't put them in the red zone as often as
they should be. They're trying to work touchdown from thirty
(11:13):
five yards and out, Rodney, Go ahead, Clemson. Is today
the day to pick against them in the dog position?
Go ahead?
Speaker 7 (11:19):
Yeah, I mean, seventeen points seems like a lot. Syracuse
has been fine. They are a team that can handle,
can hang in there. At some point we're gonna see
Davos team look better, but I'm not sure if it's
week four. So yeah, I like, I like plus seventeen
on the Orange today.
Speaker 3 (11:34):
Yes, yes, the dog is barking. I think going down
to Clemson today, when you look at some of the
actual statistics you see Clemson today. Also that money line,
if you want to sprinkle something on it, I don't know.
Don't really like road dogs when you're talking plus seventeen
and they're only giving you plus six hundred maybe on
the money line. I mean that price is all price
is bad. You know, you don't want to you don't
(11:55):
want to take too much time on you know, sweating
if these guys can win the game. But when you
look at where the offensive statistics are You've got teams
like Clemson here coming in at roughly twenty second overall.
The defense of Syracuse not too bad at one hundred
and twenty second overall. But I'm just looking at this
ACC and I'm seeing a lot of teams with no wins. Okay,
(12:19):
got Virginia Tech down there, no win. You got Clemson,
no conference wins. And also with the conference realignment, a
lot of these early losses are conference losses, which are
not really helping you. But when we get to the
top of the ACC, we see newcomer SMU doing pretty
good queues. At two and one, Bill Belichick is riding
the ship beating a couple of powder puffs. You got
(12:41):
Florida State in there as well, FSU and NC State.
We're going to be talking about that game shortly. But
when we talk about this game as a total, going
back to that Clemson game with Syracuse, do you think
we even get anywhere near a total here? The total
in that game is fifty four and a half. Do
you think Clemson has what it takes to start putting
(13:03):
points back on the board, because again, we just haven't
seen them do that, and that's why they're at one
and two. And like I said, when you lose to
two opponents that you should have beaten. I mean, these
guys really have come in here and they've only beaten Troy,
and Troy is unranked almost you know FCSFBS team which
every one is the lower division, losing to LSU, losing
(13:26):
to Georgia Tech. I don't see Clemson really stopping that.
And I think the seventeen is tough. But to get
to the over here, we've got to see Clemson score
more points. And right now they've only scored twenty seven
points one time. They've scored twenty four in that last
TV twenty one and the loss at Georgia Tech and
only ten at LSU. I think we've got an offensive
problem here, Rodney, go ahead, Yeah.
Speaker 7 (13:46):
I mean that does seem like a lot of points.
I'm not sure this gets the thirty one twenty one
like we would need. I do think Syracuse could score,
but on Clemson, Clemson is still playing fairly decent defense.
I'm not going over on this one. I would lean under.
Not sure online take either side of the total, but
(14:06):
I do like the plus seventeen.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
Right.
Speaker 3 (14:08):
The plus seventeen does seems to be pretty good. Let's
pull up another game that you like today. Rodney coming
out of the Midwest again, noube sports, Rodney newpill tell
the fans a little bit about you, Rodney. All those
new listeners here Vegas Goboard Express in Las Vegas and
around the country.
Speaker 7 (14:22):
Go ahead, Yeah, just breaking down games, NFL. Is college
football really about any sports? Just trying trying to be
like you, trying to grind.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
That's right, get the money in our pocket, giving you
that greed, grinding with grease, keeping those gears ago, and
let's jump into that game. Now. Illinois is a team
that I've felt over the past couple of seasons has
been on the brink. Okay, they used to be pretty bad.
I remember they had Lovey Smith Cup coaching them a
couple of seasons ago. But I think now that they
(14:52):
are recognizing that again, there's a lot of talent in Chicago,
Land area, Indiana, Midwest states like Missouri that are kind
of letting teams that don't get picked up from that.
Most northern Missouri team in the SEC being the Missouri Tigers.
When you look at where Illinois has come in, I've
seen a better influx of talent. I've seen much more
(15:13):
continuity out of the players, and you've got them right now.
Ranked number nine in the country. Illinois on the road today,
going out to Indiana, the number nineteenth ranked team. I
like that new head coach out in Indiana. He came
over from Division two, brought a whole squad and kept
the dog barking. Indiana minus six and a half at
home today, three and zero for both teams. Both teams
(15:34):
are very, very good in the Big Ten. So this
is a conference game. Somebody's got to take a loss.
Fifty two and a half is the total. I haven't
really looked at this game. I'll be honest with you.
If I did play it, it would be a totals game.
When I look at the actual team numbers here, I
see that each one of these teams tend to put
up a lot of points in the first half, So
I might look at a first half play. But Rodney
(15:56):
watsaye here? I mean, do you like Illinois to come
in on the road at a plus seven dog higher ranking?
Seems like a good bet. But Indiana the Hoosier shout
out to Rodney B. King of the ramp Park Casino.
He's off again this week, said he was meeting with
some clients. Put some grease in his pocket. But Rodney,
plus seven and then they're giving you plus two eleven,
And I just told you that we had a plus seventeen,
(16:17):
giving you plus six hundred plus five to fifty. Price
isn't right. And if the price isn't right, you know,
Bob Barker rest in priest. We got to figure out
how to make some money on this game. If you
like it, I'm not too sure about it. I would
be looking more at a total play here fifty two.
Let each of these teams give me twenty seven points.
Give me twenty six points, twenty six, twenty seven, somebody
(16:38):
give me a thirty thirty pop, give me a couple
of field goals. Take it down to the wire. It's
a rivalry game. Go ahead, Rodney.
Speaker 7 (16:45):
Yeah, I do like Dylin, and I I think seven
or six and a half wherever you get at, I
think that's too many. I do think it is more
like a two and a half three point game. And
I do think the Alni can win at plus two eleven.
It's a line if you pretty good well. Coach Luke Altmeyer,
very experienced behind center, Keithan Fagan one of the running back.
I mean, this is a this is a really good
(17:06):
Illinois team. They're right ninth for a reason.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
So I do like the.
Speaker 7 (17:09):
Illini and I think it does go over I think
Indiana would like to play a little bit faster pace.
I think we can see both teams get in the thirties.
So I'm taking Illinois and if I had to put
a prediction for score, I'd put Illinois thirty four to
thirty one, winning outright at Indiana.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
Well, he likes Illinois winning outright. Indiana is a tough team.
Speaker 6 (17:29):
Man.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
When you look at that new head coach and his
name slips my mind here, but the reality is he
knows how to get Kurt Signetti, that's the new head
coach over there.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
Just put it up.
Speaker 3 (17:39):
I mean, they dropped the hammer on Indiana State last week.
Seventy three to zero. Oh my goodness. That's why I'm
looking at the over here. Indiana can score. How do
you think the Illinois fighting Aliini? Sounds like I'm saying
a tongue twister there, but you know, pretty good with
the tongues. But the reality here is three to zero.
(18:00):
You gotta give me fifty two. I like the total here,
Indiana puts up points. Let's take a look at what
Illinois has done on their points for the wins forty five,
fifty two, thirty eight. I think it's the winner here
if we take the over Western Illinois. We know that
was gonna be a blowout. In week one they destroyed
Duke and then the other western side of Michigan they
beat them thirty eight zero. This is an overfest in
(18:21):
my opinion. But your final thoughts on that, and then
we'ld go into one more game and get ready to
take a break. But go ahead, Rodnie.
Speaker 7 (18:27):
Yeah, no, I do think over I think they're both
gonna get in the thirties. I really do. I think
it'll be a little bit more of a shootout. Yeah,
Signetti and Brett be the Muggs head coaches, and then
Fernando Mendoza the quarterback for Indiana. I guess Los Luke Altmeyer.
This is a really good matchup.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Yes, it really is. And like I said, I didn't
have it on my list, but the reality is it
is a good play. And then thank you for bringing
that up. Let's talk about another dog before I go
to this break. We're trying to cueue up some cool
beats here for you, and again shout out to all
my friends here at KSAK. Thank you guys for bringing
us back this year to broadcast in Las Vegas. Shout
out to all the stations in Baltimore or Washington, d C.
(19:03):
There's just picking us up. We really do appreciate that.
All you sponsors out here in Las Vegas. If you
want to get a local reach that is absolutely strong
and people tune in. Also get some of those travel
reach in dollars. If you're a hotel, reach out to
us on the commercial that you hear. But I'm taking
a look at this game rotation number three thirty nine,
the Maryland Terrapins dog position on the road versus a
(19:24):
Wisconsin team that I just don't like. Wisconsin. They can't. It'scored.
Its terrible Wisconsin rotation number three p forty. We've seen
what Wisconsin can do. It's not much. They were gifted
of point total that should have been coverable with Alabama.
They got Moley wopped down south last week. Now they're
coming back up to Wisconsin and I don't see much
(19:44):
of a change in that team as far as skill.
They play rough and tumble football. It's literally I see
more guys falling down, missing tackles, you know, missing open passes.
They should definitely be in the dog position. And when
you take a look at this Maryland team, who's got
really a softer schedule to get started, but at least
they're winning their games. Do you like Maryland to plus ten?
(20:07):
Maybe buy Maryland up plus seventeen? Do you even need
to buy anything on Maryland? I think Maryland has got
a strong shot today to come in here and not
only keep it inside that plus ten, but maybe even
went out right, but go ahead.
Speaker 7 (20:19):
Yeah, to steal one of your terms here. The Badgers
are missing Ron Dayne and that was right, They be
the ticket special right there. But I do think Maryland
could cover this one. Yes, I'm not worried about Maryland
going on the road to Madison. Madison is not the
Matt House it used to be years ago. Maybe they
(20:41):
has to do with Ron Dane, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
Yeah, yeah, they need to bring him back on the
coaching staff in some capacity. Maybe make him the GM
like all these teams are doing in college basketball with
Shaq and Master T and all that. You know, bring
some of these guys back because they definitely need some help.
Let's take a look at it here on the line again.
You can watch this live on NBC, which is a
part of our Fubo TV package from jbthicket dot com.
(21:05):
You go to FuboTV dot com slash JB. You save
that thirty percent and you can watch this game for
free today and give you seven percents. And we really
do need your support. But Maryland three and oh plus
two eighty five on the money line, dog is definitely
barking and the Badgers, as you said before, when I
take a look at their record right now, it's a simple,
(21:25):
simple reality. They haven't played anyone. Okay, let's keep it real.
They beat Miami of Ohio seventeen to oh Middle Tennessee
forty two to ten, and then went down to Alabama
and it was that time for the road time and
they got mollywopped thirty eight to fourteen. I think Maryland
(21:46):
is a little bit better position here. I like Maryland's
early schedule. Maryland has had a couple of teams that
have played pretty well. They played FAU which is definitely
no slouds out of conference USA thirty nine to seven.
Northern Illinois always a team that's gonna leave you with
money on the table. I just don't like the Huskies
in football twenty to nine, and then they beat up
on Toos in forty four to seventeen. This dog is barking.
(22:08):
Put it on your ticket. Take it. I'm telling you
today that is where you want to be. So Rodney,
we're getting ready to take this quick commercial break bringing
back one of the classic songs shee sha. We guys
ain't heard it. If you're getting over to your smoke shops.
Boys over at lexa smoke shop will still hook you
up ten percent off if you say you know jab
in the corner of Durngo and Sahara. So, Rodney, any
(22:29):
quick shout outs and thoughtsful, we take this break and
come back. I'm so glad that you're here with me
this morning, because we're going to have a quick and
super duper fast show. So that's why they call it
Vegas Gooreboard Express, giving you the picks that will pay.
I might even open up the phone lines too, it.
I mean it's a little bit later. If people are
up and want to call in, you most certainly can't.
But Rodney, go with those shoutouts.
Speaker 7 (22:47):
Go ahead, yeah, just shout out to all the college
football fans. It's been a good year so far, and
I hope you're listening today and getting some money from
us today. So yeah, shout out to everyone listening.
Speaker 3 (22:59):
That's right, shout out to everybody listening here in Las Vegas,
and again follow me on Instagram. Had JB the Ticket.
We got some hookups and stuff for you. We had
one hookup that we thought we were gonna be having
for you, but you know, somehow, you know, it seemed
like it might be falling through. But you know, nevertheless,
we're gonna be falling through with that cast. Keep it
locked here. JB the Ticket, Vegas s Willboard Express. We're
getting the money.
Speaker 7 (23:26):
Put your hands up for the book.
Speaker 5 (23:29):

ff A fourteen hundred because I'm a doe boy. That's right.
Putting those dope picks in your pocket. Cash in Greas
is to be had today. My ma Man Rodney Noople
from neup Sports is in the line. Man picked up
this new album by this country artist African American gentleman
by the name of Rashad. That's the guy who's got
(26:01):
the girl in his trunk in La.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Okay, I'm not that ain't the guy. That ain't the guy.
Speaker 3 (26:06):
But this guy is a country artist out of Willa
Houchi something, Georgia and listening to all this songs. It's
a really great album called Deluxe. Check it out. It's
called Dope Boy. If you like that country music, a
little bit of twang and your thang. Wait, can you
back up here again? One O seven point NFMA and
fourteen hundred. Rodney's still in the line with me.
Speaker 7 (26:21):
Go ahead, I am, I am, and yeah, I enjoy
your music. I got a little country music case in me.
Speaker 3 (26:28):
There you go, man. I told you you know, I'm
a city country boy. Born in New York, raised a
little bit in North Carolina. That's why I used to
play a little bit of football myself, and got started
in basketball a little bit older. Played against some of
your faves that made it to the NBA. But you know,
like I said, I took a different path in life.
But like I said, done everything in the world except
for go to jail. But now I'm gonna be a lawyer,
so that's not gonna happen in it all anyway. So
(26:50):
there you go. Rodney Nopole from Noop Sports followed you
guys over on Noop Sports and I think your Instagram
and your Twitter is still neuple dot Rodney correct, And
that's Newpoole kN u pp e l correct.
Speaker 7 (27:04):
Yeah. Yeah, I mostly mostly use the Twitter machine more
than anything. The act whatever we want to call it. Yeah,
newpoole k and upp e l Rodney rodd White, just
like that.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
There you go. Like I said before, man, you know,
I'm a former spelling Me champion back in the fourth grade,
So there you go. You know, couldn't compete with some
of that new talent though. Just a new joke. You know,
when you got a lot of consonants in your name
is hard to spell, you tend to can spell a
little bit better. Shout out to all my folks out there.
Shout out to a guy named Denham as well. You
know he was rocking with us yesterday over from legally
(27:37):
one of his folks. But let's get back into this
college football again, be brought to you by our friends
over at Football TV. Let me give you another dog
that's barking, and this is a real dog. I'm telling you,
this is a dog that is in the dog position.
This is where you want to see it. NC State.
These guys are on the road today, not too far
going down Tobacco Road to play Duke. It's one of
those Tobacco Road matchups where I like the team that's
(27:59):
coming in State, dynamic offense, dual threat quarterback going up
against a Duke team last week that I told you
if you were talking to me on my Instagram or
in my DM box, I telled you to take to
lane money line and go to sleep and you may
beat Duke handily. So when I'm looking at this game
here and I see NC State in the dog position
going over to Duke, is this just something the linemakers
(28:20):
are putting in there for the true betters seeing if
we're looking through the line to find those gold nuggets
or are we missing something here because Duke at one
and two, even at home. I don't think this is
the Duke team that was able to produce Daniel Jones
a couple of years ago. And Daniel Jones seems to
be having a resurgence with the Indianapolis Colt showing what
we thought he was going to do in New York
for US, but you know, couldn't do it, couldn't do it.
(28:43):
But here today Duke one and two minus three at home.
This thing had opened up really early at about minus
five minus six and a half. I don't know if
there's an injury situation, but I'm taking a look at it.
You got Manny Dias coaching down at the Duke Blue
Devil's former Miami head coach. I'm not seeing too much
new things out of Duke again. It's a hard academic school,
transfer portal, it's a basketball school. It may be hard
(29:05):
to get some of those football guys still in c
State though different school Dug Barkin State School. Love football
in C State's to play today. Even if you take
him in the points at plus three, but take the
money line, you get better value at plus one to
twenty six. Rodney, how do you see it?
Speaker 7 (29:18):
Yeah? No, I'm with you on the wolf Pack. One
of my favorite name Hollywood mothers there. Yeah, right for
the wolf Pack. I think it's gonna be too much
in Duke. Think like they're not very good. I thought
they would be better. Illinois went over there and backed
over at two eight. So yeah, I like the wolf
Pack today as well. I think they went out right.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
Yes, the wolf Pack are going to win this one easily.
And like I said, if Duke gives them any trouble,
Let's take a look at the total in this game.
This is a very confusing game. Total is fifty six. Now,
I haven't seen Duke put up a lot of points.
Let's take a look at what they've been doing all
season long. And when I take a look at their schedule,
they've only beat Elon forty five seventeen, and then they
turned around and lost to Illinois forty five nineteen, and
(30:03):
then Tulane again. I told you last week take a
money line. That's where you get the value. Lost again
thirty four to twenty seven. So Duke is it known
to put up a lot of points. North Carolina State
can also get in a few scoring laws. But again
with the Woolpack being three and oh, they figure out
how to get the job done. Win by one, lose
by none. Baby, get the money. The dog is barking.
Take the NC State woopack today and go to sleep.
(30:25):
Let's move into another game that I had on my
list today. It's an afternoon game. Again. You can watch
these games live with our friends at Fubo TV. These
rotation numbers and lines are also being bought to you
by our friends over at BetUS dot com. Get over
to bet Us. I had bet Us sponsored me and
putting promotions together before all the celebrities. So now I
want you guys to jump over there and you see
it's legit and get yourself an account. We give you
(30:47):
one hundred percent betting. If you like crypto betting, you
can try it. If not, you can still work with
cash here. But this is a game that a lot
of people have been talking about, and it's the Apple Bawl.
In a different scenario, you got Washington State is Washington today,
late afternoon game. Very interesting game. You got Washington State
(31:07):
at plus twenty one. Now a long dog. I saw
this on Wednesday at plus nineteen Washington two and zero
on the road heading up to Washington State. The city
slips me. I think it's Pullman, But nevertheless, you take
a look at this. Yep, Pullman, Washington. See. I told you,
I know, I've been a lot of places. Well I
know what I'm talking about. Seen a lot of campuses
(31:28):
in my day. But Washington State at plus twenty one,
a two and one team dog is definitely barking. Washington
doesn't seem like they're scaring anybody in that dismantled PAC
twelve and now they're in the PAC ten kind of
bouncing around. But this is one that I kind of like,
could you're getting plus eight sixty on the money line,
all you got to do is win by one, baby, Washington.
Can you be that home dog of the day, Washington State?
(31:49):
That is the Cougars versus the Huskies. This is gonna
be a dog in a cat fight. Go ahead, Rodney.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (31:55):
So, I don't know as if I'm have enough guts
to take on the money line, but I do think
Washington State covers. This is not the Michael Pennock Washington
team that we saw from a couple of years ago.
I do think the Cougars are going to cover this one,
keep it close in a rivalry game.
Speaker 3 (32:13):
Yeah, I do too. I mean, when you take a
look at what Washington State has been able to do, Okay,
I think they're one of the teams that was oddly
left out. Have they joined the conference yet? If you know,
by any chance I don't think so. But when you
see that they're still able to recruit. Washington State is
another one of those last chance used you know, kind
of like we got here UNLV. Shout out to UNLV.
(32:34):
These guys are going to be kicking off in Miami
of Ohio in about twenty five thirty minutes plus two
and a half Miami of Ohio. I just say, take
UNLV and go to sleep. Dan Mullen's going to play
some Southern ball up there and show those boys what
time it is. But when you go back to this
game here, the Apple Cup, Washington State, they have a
really really good chance today to get inside of that spread.
(32:56):
When you talk about it from the offensive standpoint, what
do you think that Washington State would have have to
do to outright win it? Okay, we're not seeing a
lot of dynamic scoring from them. They ended up losing
to North Texas last week fifty nine to ten. I
didn't like that. In North Texas, they've got a guy
starting that quarterback who didn't even play in high school.
So I mean that pretty much tells you, you know,
(33:16):
if Washington State is going to come back from that drooping,
this is the game to do it. I don't think
they want to just get beat down and blown out
in this Apple Cup rivalry. And then when you look
at the two wins that they had early on in
the season versus Idaho and San Diego State, they were
only able to produce thirteen points versus an Idaho Vandals
team that's always tough, never really see them on the
line too much. And then they were able to beat
(33:37):
up on San Diego State thirty six to thirteen. So
it's kind of a flip flop here. I like Washington
State as a dog. You didn't have to buy it up.
It went to twenty one on its own. And Washington,
like I said, when you go back to these guys,
they haven't necessarily played anyone on their schedule early either.
So from a defensive standpoint, when you take a look
at Colorado State and UC Davis, Colorado State was tough,
(33:59):
they gave them some run at thirty one, excudently they
beat them thirty eight to twenty one, and then of
course they go to UC Davis and wins seventy to ten.
So I don't think that necessarily Washington is the team
that has mostly been tested. But we are in week
four and the quarterback situation at Washington can get a
little bit questionable. But Roddy, looking at this total, and
all you folks out there in Las Vegas looking at
(34:20):
the total, how do you think this one's going to
pan out? It's a good game. Are we going to
see a defensive or an offensive onslaught here? Because when
I look at the total for this game and I'm
seeing what fifty three, my computer is moving super slow again.
Now what do you guys know it? Don't do that,
don't do that?
Speaker 7 (34:37):
But no, Rodney, go ahead, Yeah, No, I think we
can see an under in this one. I think we
will see more of a defensive game where Washington State's
going to have to keep the ball on the ground
and run clock. They do not want to get into
a shootout and give up whatever amount of points they
gave up last week, got them?
Speaker 3 (34:53):
I mean, I mean these guys got beat down.
Speaker 7 (34:56):
Yeah they did. But I would stick with under. You
go something like you can even go twenty seven to
twenty one and keep this game under, So I would
be sighting me under here.
Speaker 3 (35:08):
Yeah, I mean, I think I have to agree here.
If you're going to keep it into that plus nineteen,
you don't want to let it get a score fest
and start getting away from you and running away from you,
and that can cause some issues.
Speaker 6 (35:18):
Here.
Speaker 3 (35:19):
Let's take a look at another one of the dogs
that are on the line today, Purdue, my alma mater. Purdue,
that's right, two and one, a much better record today.
I'm taking a look at this game because I'm like,
you know, can Notre Dame get a win today? Or
is Purdue gonna put up a strong front here? This
is one of those games when I was a kid,
two teams with gold helmets, I would always get confused.
(35:40):
But Notre Dame here still ranked twenty fourth in the
top twenty five. You see, this is what I'm talking
about when I talk about voting and reporters. Apparently they're
not seeing what I'm seeing. Is last time I've ever
seen an zero to two team, especially Notre Dame. Again, crowd, yes,
let them have it. Why are they in the top
twenty five? Rodney, I know that there Notre Dame, but
(36:00):
you don't even have a win. There're more deserving teams
that should have that twenty four spot. Maybe UNLV by
any chance, you know, if they win this week, they'll
get my vote again. But you know, there's no way
they should be ranked um or twenty four, And I
think that's scaring people. Notre Dame doesn't seem like a
team that can really come back and put a lot
of offensive pressure on you. And we saw last week
with Purdue still not quite year that there yet. We've
(36:22):
got barrioed him in his first season at the helmet Purdue,
but again a lot of points three touchdowns. Do you
think that with what we've seen out of Notre Dame
struggled with Miami struggling last week, Texas A and M.
I mean I didn't see that happening. I was Texas
A and M. I thought Jimbo Fisher was back on
the sideline. Well, you know, I told Taylor to throw
(36:43):
it and then and then when we got down, we
got the Notre Dame and touched down Jesus. I prayed
to touch down Jesus and we got to win. You know,
I thought it was you know, I thought he was
coaching again, you know, But now I'm looking at this
and I'm saying, is Purdue a decent dog?
Speaker 6 (36:56):
Here?
Speaker 3 (36:57):
Plus twenty four and a half, it's gone up totals
fifty one. That means all you got to do to
get a slide over is just thirty to twenty. Keep
it close, you get paid. Take the over, take the points,
double up the cash on the ticket. Rodney, what sayye?
How do you see this one? Pan it out? Loet?
Speaker 7 (37:11):
I do think it's too many points. I don't know
as if Notre Dame has the ability to blow anybody
out right now, that's a lot of points. And Barry
odom Will has his team ready. I mean we cast
our underdog ticket from Perdue last week, covering the thread.
Now they hit going to do them. They did cover
the spread. I think they're going to do it again.
Stay within three touchdowns and cover as the underdog here.
(37:34):
So I will take the Boilermakers.
Speaker 3 (37:36):
Yes, the Boilermakers are looking good here. Three and a
half touchdown spread on a team that's playing hungry. That's
two to one versus an zero to two team. Now,
let's take a look at that money line if I
can bring up the internets here. But you know, nevertheless,
when you talk about money line here, I think it
was a decent price. Maybe plus nine hundred could be
a little bit higher. Rodney, what do you see on
your list? They're go ahead.
Speaker 7 (37:57):
Yeah, I mean, I'm probably probably less of a money
line guy in this one. I'm going to.
Speaker 1 (38:05):
Go to name.
Speaker 7 (38:06):
It's gonna be a enough mass for your alma mater.
But I do think they can stay in the under
the number.
Speaker 3 (38:12):
Yeah, you know, I think that, you know, Purdue this season,
as the season progresses and they begin to find themselves
and this Big Ten football, I mean they're you know,
second rank from the bottom with Northwestern, Yeah, I know,
I know, Rutgers, UCLA, Wisconsin. These are the teams to
bet against today. People. If you just want to make money,
go to the bottom of the Big Ten, see if
they're on the line and bet the other way. Easy
(38:33):
grees for you. But when you look at this matchup here,
I just think that's too many points for Purdue. I
think Barry Odaman not only is playing with pride, and
look at what he did with UNLV last year, a
team that necessarily hasn't even lost a step this year.
So we laid a great foundation and I think he's
going to be doing those same things over at Purdue.
But when you look at the line today, there's a
lot of soft spots, a lot of cash can be
(38:55):
put in from the dog position, and I'm liking what
I'm seeing with some of these teams. But let's talk
a little bit about the sports betting business a little
bit and the inconsistency between spreads and money lines. Okay,
I have seen some huge breads with some paltry money lines. Okay,
you are literally sitting at the slot machine hearing that
(39:16):
and thinking you're gonna win a million dollars and it
says you've won three dollars and eighteen cents. You know,
you win three hundred and eighteen credits. You've been to Vegas, Rodney,
you see these people. I'm gonna win a million dollars
and it spits out five dollars and I'm like, you
jack a little, but it's rough. Let's talk about another game.
Speaker 2 (39:33):
You know what.
Speaker 3 (39:33):
Shout out to my main man. Legally, I know he's
tuned in this morning. This is a game that he
was knocking on my It's like, jab, I'm knocking on
the door the big board. You gotta let me in.
I'm trying to tell you this is a game. There's
gonna be a lot of money. And I like them,
and I say lay the chalk, and you guys know,
I don't really like the chalkboard. But rotation number three
eighteen Central Florida minus seven at home versus Bill Belichick
(39:56):
and the North Carolina tar Heels featuring his girlfriend. Okay,
so there you go, girlfriends starting that quarterback today. Now,
I'm just kidding, I'm just kidding up. I don't like
this game for two reasons. Hey, we got a total
of forty six, telling me neither team can score. You
got North Carolina at plus seven plus two ten on
the money line. Sounds like a dog would be barking, right.
(40:18):
I'm not gonna get over that first obliteration in week one.
But North Carolina, I know, I know they played a
few teams since then, but they're powder puffs. And when
I saw that celebrity fanfare and poor Bill Belichick had
to stand under the balloons like he won the game
and took the l you know, I just don't want
to get involved with him again. You know, it's like
that bad date you going, You just don't go again.
Speaker 7 (40:37):
Go ahead, Roddy, Yeah, I'm with you on chapel Bill, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
here you go. You're fighting Jordan Hudson.
Speaker 3 (40:47):
They got the wrong Jordan over there, the wrong Jordan.
Speaker 7 (40:49):
Go ahead, right, I know it's not Air Jordan. It's
definitely a new realm of Jordan.
Speaker 3 (40:55):
But no, it is definitely not Air Jordan. But it's
Jordan trying to get an air. Did you know what
I'm saying? Trying to see what I'm saying, trying to
get an air with an ancestor. I mean, I got
the jokes going this morning, AND's heavy. Go ahead.
Speaker 7 (41:06):
I'm gonna take Central Florida minus seven. I think they can.
I think they will win this game. I think they
can get to chople Bill and be down on the
tar hill. So I do. I will take a little
chalk here on minus seven, but I will take Central Florida.
Speaker 3 (41:20):
There you go, like in Central Florida.
Speaker 7 (41:22):
Here.
Speaker 3 (41:22):
So, Rodney, we're gonna come back from this short commercial break,
and when we get back from the short commercial break,
we'll have some more grease for you. Round it out today,
Bridney newpl thank you so much for coming on this morning.
Thank all of you folks in Las Vegas for listening
to the show tuning in this morning live. The replay
will be coming on. We tried to give you mostly
afternoon game today. A lot of folks are like, JB.

(41:44):

most important thing. Okay, And we're giving you a picks
that'll put cash into your pocket. When we come back,
we're gonna talk my dog of the day, Wyoming and Colorado,
and maybe talk about another couple of these teams because
you got Texas, Sam Houston State. We're not getting involved
at all with our guy archs Manning. I mean, can
you believe that before we go to break Rodney this
(42:05):
guy was touted. Oh he's sitting behind him, he's waiting
his turn. He's got This guy stinks, man, you know
what I mean. He's not a Texas quarterback. No, No,
I've seen better quarterback and out of Major Apple White
back in the day. Okay, this guy needs to transfer.
He should have transferred to Louisiana Lafayette three seasons ago,
got wraps under his belt, played under center. He's a
(42:27):
deer in the headlights out there. Man, He's like he's
playing against Bevo. You know, it's not helping this kid.
But we come back from this commercial break, rounding it
out with the Dogs of the day, Vegas goaboard Express,

Livesaby the ticket to Vegas Scoreboard Express. Got my main man,
Rodney Neopool on the line here with me, Rodney, we're
getting ready to get out of here, having some fun. Here,
got my may man do b the A I remix
playing in the background. So Rodney, let's talk about it
real quick. Here. We've got Colorado playing a Wyoming Colorado
as at home, two touchdowns on the line. Do you
(45:37):
think Colorado has a chance today to pull it out
and win for coach Prime? Coach Prime, challenge to coach Prime.
He's been dealing with a lot over the past couple
of months, you know, dealing with a lot of things.
But most importantly, he's still got the head coach of
this football team, but no quarterback named Shador. You got
your door kicking around over in Cleveland, and we're waiting
to see if he's going to be able to get
(45:58):
on the line. But Colorado at t minus twelve and
a half, I like Wyoming today on the road as
a dog at two and one. Just better team, better
set up, and like I said, there's been some questionable
coaching from the quarterback position. But go ahead, Rodney, and
then we'll get ready to get out of here.
Speaker 1 (46:11):
Go ahead, Yeah, man, I think I'm with you.
Speaker 7 (46:14):
I think they can stay under that number. Colorado has
yeah struggle at the quarterback position and that they need
to fix that or it's gonna be a long season.
Speaker 3 (46:22):
Yep, it's gonna be a long season. Rodney Newpol, thank
you so much for coming on today. Any final shoutouts,
any best player of the day, my friend.
Speaker 7 (46:29):
Go ahead, Yeah, I mean, I just I continue. I
really like Illinois today on the money line. I think
that's the that's the game I'm looking at most. And
how about Utah playing here in like five minutes. That's
like a breakfast game out there. Not sure why they're
playing that game so early, but that's the big game
as well.
Speaker 3 (46:45):
There you go. So you know what time it is, Rodney.
We got to say it together. Is game time. All
you folks out there in Vegas. Thank you so much
for listening. Get to the window, put your bed in,
