Maar door personeelstekort wordt het steeds lastiger om het rooster voor Camiel rond te krijgen. Invallers vullen steeds vaker de gaten op, waardoor de stabiliteit verdwijnt die Camiel juist hard nodig heeft. Met uiteindelijk dramatische consequenties, voor Camiel én zijn vaste verzorgers.
