Sonia López busca el equilibro entre tres pilares de su vida: familia, trabajo y deporte. En esta entrevista nos descubre como la vida le dio una segunda oportunidad algo que intenta agradecer cada día. Se define como madre, maestra y psicopedagoga. En la actualidad compagina su trabajo como maestra en una con la realización de charlas formativas en escuelas de padres y otras asociaciones educativas.
Pero su gran pasión es conocer a fondo los entresijos de la adolescencia. De ahí que sea muy conocida por sus intervenciones como experta en el famoso Club de Malasmadres y por colaborar notablemente en Mamas & Papas una sección del diario EL PAÍS. Quizá, por todo ello, decidió publicar en 2023 "El privilegio de vivir con un adolescente" donde da ciertas claves para educar con empatía y optimismo que también nos desvela en este episodio de #VocaciónDocente.
