Peter Pan real life, be living out my dreams. Come

up in ices show.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Hello, welcome to voice was fine bars. We've got my friend,
Princess Ponds back and I'm just gonna hop onto it.
Princess welcome back. If you don't mind, just briefly reintroduce
yourself and give us a brief rundown of the case.
All for people who aren't all we're a princess's case.
We will have everything linked and the description so you

(01:04):
can get caught up. But Princess welcome back.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
Hey, good, good morning, Thank you all for having me.
My name is Prince Ponzam in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm wrongfully
accused I've got life plus twenty five for robbery and
insurance fraud incident that happened in my house. I had
got into it with the insurance investigator and ended up

(01:29):
getting the life plus twenty five. I've been doing it
for seven years. I've been you know, every step of
the way. I've had a pellet attorneys, and you know,
it's just a it's just the end.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Justice. Yeah. Now, I wanted to ask you real quick
because people don't know, and I didn't need her to
be fair until I started staying the law myself. Is
this a state or federal case?

Speaker 4 (01:57):
This is a statecase?

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Okay, sure, okay, just so people know, because like I said,
people to no fold their own you know, we don't
get taught this in school unfortunately, but there's a difference
between the two. I just want people to know. But yes,
moving forward, So with this cage, we did not have lost.
You have all the facts, the pictures which we will

(02:21):
include everything, and your transcript for the trial. It's eighty
something pages long. How long?

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Well, my whole try entire trans trial transcript is roughly
sixty one pages.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Oh sixty one And that's yeah, sixty.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
One pages of just testimony and that's it.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
And okay, so when the person, you know, matures pagent
came to your house and tried to you know, claim
insurance fraud, which you did not do, all what transpired
from there that the printers proved that he was lying about.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Well, so when the fight had, when the altercation took
place at my house, you know, I was on parole,
so you know, there's certain steps that I felt like
I needed to take to you know, secure myself, to
make sure that I don't get in any trouble. One
of the things, yes, yes, ma'am. And one of those

(03:21):
things was you know, calling the authorities to let them
know that the incident has happened at my house, and
you know, just making sure that you know, we both
tell the same story. Because my spirit was if I
let if he leaves my house, then he can go
down the street and tell whatever side of the story
he wants to tell. So in my experience of being

(03:41):
you know, being in incidents and altercations that you know,
you need to try to protect yourself as much. So
I had actually called my cousin and he said, well, man,
get off the phone with me, start taking pictures. And
that's what I did. I start taking pictures so I
would have some proof just in case something like this
would happen. Well, he testified that trial, and you know,

(04:05):
like like Sarah said that, you know, my whole trial,
my whole case is online. I mean, his whole testimony.
You know, you have to be in mind that there's
only two people at my house when that situation took place.
That was me and that was him. I never said
anything other than what I wrote down on paper. I
never testified at trial because it was on him to

(04:26):
tell the story the way he wanted to tell it.
But I knew I had those photos, but at the
time I just didn't have them because of certain situations,
just just stuff that just happened, and I didn't have
him at the time, so it was, yeah, beyond my control.
So what he testified too was, you know, during the

(04:47):
during during the altercation, mister Pond took my file and
my tape recorder. That's what he testified at that trial.
And so but what he didn't know is I had
pictures of him standing in my kitchen drinking water. Cause
he actually described what happened after the fight. He said,
they asked him, well, what happened after the incident, he said, well,
Mster Palms gave me some water to drink and some

(05:08):
paper towels to stop the bleeding. And in the pictures
you can clearly see him standing almost close to me
with the paper towels and blade paper towels on the
ground and he's standing there drinking water. But the exact
stuff that he said was taking is right there by
his seat. And so now now the district attorney, nobody

(05:29):
wants to look at the pictures. It's like having a videotape.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Those photos when you didn't.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
No, no, no, the photos that I presented is he
didn't know that I took those pictures. I actually took
those pictures from my phone. But he said that I
took his showed you, oh yeah, his file, Yeah, his
files and his tape recorder and stuff like that. He
says I took him. But you could clearly see in

(05:57):
those pictures that I took that all that stuff is
right by his feet. You know, it was never taken.
And like I were saying, it's like having a video tape,
and they like, we don't want to watch the tape.
We're just gonna believe what he said. We're just gonna watch.
We're not gonna watch the tape. And that's wrong. You know,
every level, this whole entire case is wrong because you know,
like I said, I was working seven days, six days

(06:19):
a week, thirteen hour days. I didn't want for nothing.
You know, I never committed any fraud. I never even
took anything from the guy. And I have proof that
shows that, you know, I sent that to you. Also
where you know, when I bought the car, it was
already wrecked. But when I asked the people did the
car have any frame damage, they actually told me no,

(06:40):
it doesn't have any frame damage. That's what made me
go ahead and buy a car. Well, come to find out,
when I had the private investigator, they actually went to
the place where they fixed my Camaro and they gave
a statement of you know what they did to the
car and the car actually spent two and a half
hours on the frame machine getting the frame straight. So
when the woman bagged into my car, she bent the
frame on, she bent the frame horns on the car.

(07:03):
And so I don't believe that that's insurance fraud. I mean,
had the insurance company said take that car and get
an estimate of what it's going to cost so they
can tear it down and see what's wrong with it.
They would have found out that the frame was bent
on the car, and they would have paid for the
frame being straight. I wouldn't ask if I fixed the
call on my own anyway, you know, I paid the
money to get it fixed, So they could have just eatenly,

(07:24):
just denied the claim period and it wouldn't have been
no problem. But you send this guy to my house
and then I'd get life plus twenty five in prison.
Like I said, I've been gone seven years and it's unfortunate,
but it's a miscarriage of justice.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Also, Yeah, and your appellent attorney really screwed you over.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
You know, it's like they always what I found out
during this seppellate process. Everybody wants to talk about procedure. Okay, procedure, procedure.
As long as you had a procedure and it was correct,
don't give a care about anything else. But in my instance,
that's not the case. They need to look at the facts,
and the fact is this man lies, this man told

(08:09):
an unjust truth, and yet I'm doing life plus twenty
five because you're gonna take the word of a human
being when the facts are right there, and I inquire
anybody to take a look at the documents that are
posted or the testimonies online and then you can see
for yourself and get back with Sarah anybody or on

(08:29):
my platform or anybody on any of the social media
platforms to let my family know and let my friends know,
the advocates know, because we're all at odds, like why
is this man sitting in prison? And it's like we
can't make no sense of it, but nobody's giving us answers.

Speaker 3 (08:46):
Right, but I can't make any sense of it either,
you know, They're all I'm sting a bowl off myself
and I can't make any sense of it either. And
hopefully all someone out there can all provide help. We're
gonna have you know, several links below where hopefully you

(09:09):
can all reach out, provide some help, advice, anything, like
I said, help.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
But sure, And and it's more, it's not it's not
so much of the money situation, because I've borne everything
and then I just spent a lot of money, and
it's just like I just want somebody to look at
to look at what I got into the facts and
tell me what's wrong here, you know, get behind me
to push the issue and be like, man, which ill

(09:36):
did is wrong? And and what you're doing is wrong. And
I just I'm lost right now. My family is lost,
and you know, my friends is lost. And it's like
it's sixty one page and if anybody's ever read a transcript,
there are only twenty five lines on a piece of paper.
So the sentence is short, and that's that's and that's
kind of odd to have just sixty one pages for trial.

(09:58):
I mean, my preliminary hearing with longer than my trial transcript.
So you know that makes no sense. But when you
don't have any fact, any evidence collecting a person, and
all you've got is what a man's testimony, you you
you staked your whole tire career on a man's testimony,
But you don't you don't want to look at the
pictures that are being provided down to say, hey, man,

(10:20):
wait a minute, this guy I hear lies to us.
You know, we put an innocent man in prison, but
you're not doing nothing about it. And it shouldn't take
seven years for somebody to look at the facts and say, wait,
hold up, this is not right, you know, and I
just I just really want everybody to look at it, because,
like I said, everything I said about my case is true.
I put it out there, people can read it. I'm

(10:42):
not hiding anything. There's nothing to be hidden. If they
get any questions about it, they feel free to ask.
You know, I just want some justice. You know, my
family and my friends, every we all just want justice
because this is an injustice.

Speaker 3 (10:56):
Right but it certainly is. And Yep, like I said,
I'm all there's advocates for frontispond facebook page also going
to have other advocates myself included, all linked in the
description several things if you can help, also follow for

(11:17):
more updates and as well comes the district attorney. Is
there anything we can do to contact them about us?

Speaker 4 (11:28):
Yeah, I don't know what's going on with our district attorney.
I just don't know. I mean, I guess we could
call the DA's office and you know, flood the DA's
office with questions. I mean, because we all have the
same question, like what's going on? Because of what I'm
looking at. You got to tell me something. I understand

(11:49):
that he had a process. I understand I had a process.
It might not have been the greatest process in the world.
But it was a process. I'm not complaining about that.
I'm not complaining about the process, complaining about the facts.
I've complained about How you can tell me that if
you drive a red car and I don't believe you.
But when I go outside and you show me that
you're driving a red car and I still don't believe you,

(12:09):
that doesn't make any sense. I look like an idiot
talking to you about your car's not ready, and I'm
looking at you open the door, you know, just to
use that as an example, you know, I don't understand
how we take people's words over the facts, and and
and it just I don't know how to use How
do you sleep at night when you got an inter

(12:30):
satan in prison?

Speaker 3 (12:31):
No, my our friends and I talk about that every time,
every day, every day. How do they sleep at night?
I know, I do think it is an excellent idea.
All I talk about this all the time. You know,
what was the DA's emails, you know, all like, oh,
what's for deterring General's females? Whatever we need to do

(12:53):
in this case? For the dail all their emails, all
I will leave his information can please, you know? For
people like don't be rude, but what does emails can say?
You know what's going on? You know, we do you
need answers, you know, the facts are on this side,
and why is he still in prison? You know, I'll

(13:14):
leave a sample in the description, of course, but yeah,
but that is an excellent idea because the more people
who start asking questions, the more people who say, you know,
why is this innocent man still in prison? They're gonna
have to say something. And you know, like I said,

(13:37):
we say this, you know all the time when it
comes to advocates, and you know they do respond. You know,
I'm not saying it always works, but many many times
they do. And we see that here on this platform.
We hear about all the time the news. So yeah,
let's get to it. But is there anything else you'd

(13:59):
like so my.

Speaker 4 (14:01):
Listeners, Yeah, I would just like to thank all the
listeners for even giving me the opportunity to listen to
my story, and I thank you for letting me use
your platform to tell my story because you know, I
don't know, I just I just really want some justice
that I'm doing this because it was wrong. You know,

(14:22):
stand up for what's right. You know, if you if
you stand up for what's right. Eventually it'll come to light,
but you you have to sacrifice some time, and you know,
at some point in time it just gets ridiculous and
this is ridiculous. And so I'm just gonna say, and
you know.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
All of us, we all know what, we all are
passionate for justice, and we're all behind you, so we
will all, you know, make sure the skip's done. You know,
it's not gonna happen in a day, you know, but
it will happen, especially the more we work at it.
All like that encourage everyone to keep going because together

(15:03):
we have helped make change and we will continue to.
So let's continue to get behind Prentice please, you know,
he definitely deserves it. And like he said, the facts
are there, and again I'm gonna present them in my description.
But all you know, my listeners are absolutely wonderful people,

(15:23):
and they know I'm not going to put someone you
know on my podcast who wasn't wrongly convicted.

Speaker 4 (15:29):
And you truly are in the sun, then sure, And
like I said, I appreciate it, and I want to
thank everybody for getting behind me, being supportive. And like
I said, it's sixty one pages, it's probably it'll probably
take the average at best, it'll take you thirty minutes
to read it and then look at the pictures and

(15:49):
you'll be like, wait a minute, this is But I
would say it takes you thirty minutes to read, but
just spend more time going back reading over thinking that
you do miss something when you ain't, and then you're
still looking like what's going on? And that's where the
confusion in part comes in. And I just hope that
when they do see it, and they do read it,
and then they get backed at me like, well, man,
what's going on in Oklahoma? Why is this happening? And

(16:11):
they can see you know, I never didn't say that
the altercation didn't take place mine, because it most definitely did.
He put his hands on me. I defended myself and
any person ever, yeah, any person in America that was
born was always taught to protect yourself, don't start no trouble.
But if somebody put their hands and you have the
right to defend yourself. And I had that right in

(16:32):
my house, but evidently I didn't, you know, And for
them to say that I did a robbery in my
own house and insurance fraud and didn't go to jail
to day the incident happened. That speaks volumes. And I
also put the police report, I mean police support. The
officer who testified at my trial. His testimony is in

(16:53):
there too, because they asked him, well, why you didn't
take mister Palm's in jail today, and then he said,
I had no probable cause. It was just just a fight,
you know. So if he wasn't saying that somebody took
something from me, and how do you come back four
months later and say, oh, he took this, that and
other from me. Well, if that's the case, then give
me the opportunity to say I lost a ten thousand dollars. Watch,

(17:13):
you know, the scales are still even as he says,
she says, but when I bring out these pictures to
show you, hey man he's laying, you just disregard those.
You don't want to look at him even And that's
what's wrong. That's what's said.

Speaker 3 (17:26):
Absolutely. And so we're going to keep up with you.
We're going to keep having you back on here. Hopefully
you know, soon we will have another update. I mean
we will, but hopefully soon. But yeah, as always, we
will wipe with other cases. We will keep you updated
so again, Prentiss, thank you for being on the show,

(17:48):
and as always, everyone keep fighting.

Speaker 1 (17:50):
Show me the fad it inside the cat food star,
not every light he's gone. And Caty Baby, that a
main nice spy. Get it close to her heart. I
love the precious kind of drive you crazy because your
ryes to the madness in the morning. It's all kind

(18:11):
of man. It's don't be afraid is be careful with stars.
Not every IDE's gonna guy you.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Yeah, when I blow up, I'm gonna saw a highlight.
Peter Pan in real life, be living out my dreams.
I'm waking up in cent a fourth Land, whole wrist
covering up in ice dealership. Never asked the price.
