Well-being doesn't happen by itself. It needs to be cultivated. And regularly.

This habit, this discipline of promoting your well-being, will not only help you to function better in everything you do, but it will also prevent the accumulation of exhaustion which, if you don't take care of it, could lead to some kind of breakdown.
