your trials and obstacles. If you know my story, back
in twenty twenty one, I was in treatment for two months.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
I suffered in silence, y'all.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I suffered for nine years with depression, anxiety, addiction and
PTSD and going to treatment was the best decision of
my life, but also the most scariest decision. And during
that time of treatment, I was writing my music and
sharing my story.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
At the time I didn't know it was and when I.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Left treatment, I shared my music and my story and
now I'm super grateful to have this podcast for others
to share their story of how they overcame.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
We need more of that.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
We want to help break the stigma, shed light, bring awareness,
and if you're hiding in silence, I just want to
encourage you if you need any support to please.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Go to a loved one, let them know how you feel.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
And if you are someone you know needs support, there
is a twenty four seven hotline you can dial or
text nine eight eight nine eight eight. So I just
want to go over a few things before we have
our amazing Yes all the way from atl joining us
on today.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
I would want to talk about a disclaimer.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
I am not a medical professional, a therapist, or a counselor. However,
I will be a certified functional health practitioner soon, so
any advice that I give on any shows is strictly
just what I've done that helped me to overcome anxiety
and depression. And also trigger warning as well. We're talking
about mental health.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
So we could be talking about topics that.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Could be triggering, so I just want to let you
know on the show and also on future shows. All right,
so we're going to talk about some mental health warning
signs today, So I want to talk a little bit
about common warning signs of mental illness, that here are
some symptoms that you might see within yourself or within

(02:51):
a loved one, and I just want to kind of
go over those for you to be aware of. So
some common warning signs of mental illness. Feeling very sad
or withdrawn for more than two weeks, severe out of
control risk behaviors that causes harm to self in others,
significant weight loss or weight gain, seeing or hearing or

(03:16):
believing things aren't real, excessive use of alcohol or drugs,
jurassic changes in mood, behavior, sleep, or personality. Extreme difficulty
concentrating or staying still, or intense worries or fears that
get in the way of daily activities. So if you're

(03:38):
noticing these behaviors within yourself or your loved ones, please
reach out for help. All right, So we're gonna bring
our guests on today. I am super excited to have
her on. She is amazing, she is talented, she is beautiful,
she has an amazing voice, she is so many amazing things.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
And so I'm going to read you her bio, so
we have here. ARNIEA.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Low is a minister of the gospel and contemporary gospel artist.
Ar Nisha accepted her calling to preach the gospel.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
In two thousand and one.

Speaker 2 (04:17):
She has been in ministry all of her life in
one capacity or another. Arnisiha is a worship leader and
a recording artist who continues to bring a fresh, soulful,
and inspirational sound to the world of gospel music. Yes
she does oar Nisha has a sincere heart for worship
and the ability to guide others in the presence of

(04:37):
the Almighty God. We're going to welcome this beautiful, talented
warrior queen to the show, aar Nisha Low. Let's welcome
our Nie Low. Thank you so much for Hellie. I'm
so excited, thank you so much to be here.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Well, thank you so much for coming on today.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
I'm so excited just to hear about all the amazing
things you are doing and all the things you've done.
And before we before we have her to talk a
little bit about herself. I want to tell y'all, so
I met her just back in September at the Praise
Doctor Awards. That was season seventeen, Is that right, season seventeen.
And when I met her, I just had this My

(05:26):
sister and I we just had this instant connection just
like I was like, this was I was so excited
to have met her.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
She has a beautiful voice.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
I mean not just meet her, but when she hit
the stage and singing y'all, I was like, oh, yes, girl,
I love it. So she is just has a beautiful
anointed voice. And so I want you just to talk
a little bit about who you are where you reside,
let the audience know who you are.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
Well, thank you so much, miss Rashan.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
I'm so happy for what God is doing in this
season in your ministry and your life. And I'm glad
to be a part of this. And I thank you
for having me on. And I take it as an honor.
And as you mentioned, it was wonderful meeting you. That
was one of the highlights of being a part of
the Praise Factor Awards was meeting wonderful people like yourself.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
So I am honored.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
Yeah, And so this little backstory on me kind of
you know, you just read the overview of my bio.
But born and raised in a church, you know, but
as life when all you know, teenage years, young adult
years and make mistakes and all that good stuff, and
you're learning, you grow, right, So yeah, I've done all

(06:43):
those regular things that.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
We do in life.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
I experienced different things from the messic abuse to having
children out of wet log to having a marriage with
an abuser, to divorce to finally get married to the
person that God had set aside for me all along.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
And so.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
That's just one part of the story, right, And so
just a little backstory. I recently, within the last few years,
lost my son and I know we'll talk more about that.
And through that journey, God had me write a book
which was called Why Not Me.

Speaker 3 (07:22):
I was built for this and so you know, as
you mentioned, I've been singing all.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Of my life, pretty much worn and raised in a
quartet singing gospel singing family.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
So yeah, that's just was embedded.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
So yeah, back story, yes, absolutely beautiful.

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Yes, And so yeah, I would love for us to
get into that.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
You know, you talked a little bit about you know,
your book and and my condoleces on you know, the
loss of your son, and so I want you to
talk a little bit to the audience about you know,
your weeping story. We want to hear like what you know,
your weeping story, and then we're gonna get into your
your your warrior story, how you overcame and and all
the things that you're doing now.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
So yeah, tell us a little bit about that.

Speaker 4 (08:07):
So, just the most recent thing, as I mentioned, it
was in twenty twenty three.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
That my son.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
Actually and this is a trigger warning, as you already mentioned,
so uh, but my son took his own life and
this was out of the blue, unexpected. He was in
a military.

Speaker 3 (08:33):
A father.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
At the time of I think she was four years old,
my granddaughter, and you know, so you don't expect to
get this news. And then the news came about a
week after he had passed, which was another crazy thing.
So it's just it was a it was a it
was a crazy wation that as a believer, you don't
think for me, I never thought like I would be

(08:57):
charged to deal with certain things like I don't think
that that this would ever be my story kind of thing.
But sometimes you find out that you're not exempt from
dealing with life's issues, right, and God trusts us with
it because he knows we can handle it absolutely.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Wow, oh my goodness, So is that what inspired So
we're going to talk a little bit about your book,
and so those who are listening in I'm holding her
her book and it's why not me? I was built
for this, a guide to overcoming grief, loss and depression.
And in this book you have it, says, book features
journaling sections. And so the loss of your son was

(09:37):
that what inspired you? Tell us a little bit, but
what inspired you to write your book?

Speaker 1 (09:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (09:43):
Yeah, it was absolutely that. I.

Speaker 4 (09:46):
Previously to this, I had only authored two children's books, right,
so I had really going into the adult vein of writing.
I had assumed at some point in life I would
and so, but it was not something that like I
was play.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
To do anytime soon or anything.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
It was just that God began to download the information
to me and he directed me. He gave me the
if I want to go back and recall, I when
to say. He gave me the title first, and then
before I knew it, I'm typing, and before I knew it,
there's a book. And I literally begin writing this maybe
within a month of his passing. So yeah, it was

(10:26):
definitely a God thing, definitely based off of the circumstances.
And how can I say this? Sometimes I do recognize
that I'm built maybe a little different. We're all built
different than each other, right, we all God charges us
to handle different things in certain ways. Some people can

(10:46):
handle one thing while another person can't handle that right,
So I mean understanding that. But at the same time,
I believe that as believers were capable of handling whatever
God gives us to handle right as long as we
have the right perspective. And that's one of the things
I've learned over the process is the importance of seeing it.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
You know, just because things are good.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
You know, when things are good, it's easy to follow
that word and trusting the word, and they have faith
in that God's going But when you're going through the
hardest times of your life, are you still going to
trust him?

Speaker 3 (11:21):
You know? Are you still going to trust me? The
Lord is asking like.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Yeah, as you're going through this situation, are you do
you Are you still going to.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Be faithful to what you say you believe?

Speaker 4 (11:30):
So yes, yeah, that's my story.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
That was my lesson.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
That was your lesson.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Yes, So I want to read just like a paragraph
when I was like skimming through this, you know, like
I said, this just came in and I'm like, I
don't have time to read the whole book, but let
me just kind of get some things that you know,
I can speak about our what resonates to me. And
so I just want to read this part where it
says you're not the only person going through something. You're
not even the only person going through your particular circumstance

(12:00):
dance right now. There are people throughout the world that
need to hear how you stood through your painful experience.
They are hurting and don't know how they will make
it through.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
That is so true. But you have gone before.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
Them and have a blueprint by which they can navigate.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
So can you speak to us a little bit about that?

Speaker 3 (12:19):
Yes, yes, ma'am, Yes, God is good.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
I just said that. You know, I'm listening to it.
I'm like, okay, yeah, that was God. But yeah, you know,
when you've been through anything, you any lessons that we've
learned in life.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
It's not just for our benefit.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
That's what I want people to get from that particular sentence,
that whatever you're going through is not just so that
you can have to go through it, so that you
can help the next person that's going through. And so,
as believers, I think a lot of times we hear
these things, but we don't ever, we don't we don't
think about actually applying them. And so this is a

(13:04):
situation where like, I don't care if you're dealing with
you know, eviction and you like are dealing with an
issue with your finances or whatever, whatever your loss, whatever
your circumstances are, it's still a lesson or situation that
you're going through where you're going to be capable to say, oh.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
I've been through this, you can go through it.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
I learned these lessons you can learn just like you
tell your story right of how you've overcome the things
that you've gone through, right, so now you're able to
tell somebody else and pull them up and.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Say, like you do it. So that yeah, so important.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
And it's crazy because when we're in the midst of
our storms and our trials, we're like why, like you said,
you know, why me?

Speaker 1 (13:44):
You know, why me? Why am I going through this?
What is the purpose? What's the reason? You know, I'm
going through addiction and depression? You took this loved one
from me?

Speaker 4 (13:52):
God?

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Why why are we going through this.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Not knowing that you know, you know, God heals us
from that and it may take some time, and that
our testimony is for others to hear, and so you know,
like you were just saying like this was like healing
for you. You writing this, it was like healing, And
so I totally get it because during my journey the
same thing writing my music, scared to release it as
I don't know what, but then knowing that the healing

(14:14):
is not just for me, but for so many other
people that are going through either the same thing or
something completely different in their lives. And so this book
has just been it's been amazing just to read it
and so inspiring and just having you know, those you
have like journal sections where you can kind of keep
notes at, and affirmations and scriptures where you can refer to.

(14:35):
And so what made you How did you come up
with the process and the structure of your book.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
Let's see.

Speaker 4 (14:44):
I want to say that it was a thing of
you know, I've written various books that had a similar concept,
and I wanted people to be able to get their
thoughts out. You know what I'm saying, as you're going
through I just listening to my situation, You're not just
listening to what my nuggets, but what are your nuggets?

(15:06):
What are you getting out of what we're talking about
in this particular chapter. And then at the end of
the the you can see there's declarations where you're actually
declaring scriptures, you're declaring victory, you're declaring good things. And
so you go from dealing with these particular circumstances that
you're you know, these chapters where you're dealing with walking

(15:29):
through this grief thing, and then you're going to declaring yeah, next,
you know, yeah, because there is a next where here
is the next, there's another side of this thing.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
My my friend way.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
Thanks yeah yeah, So you you shared your you know,
your weeping story and the inspiration behind your books.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
So let's talk about your.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
Warrior how because we know healing is not linear, right,
Healing is not linear.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
There is ups and downs.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
You know, you take it day by day, there's hells
and valleys. But what have you done to help you
with your mental health and your physical health through this journey.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
I am a believer in counseling.

Speaker 4 (16:53):
Yes, I was already in counseling previously to the incident.
And sometimes just having that person that is, you know,
knowledgeable and educated to talk things through is very valuable,
whether you deal with that with your pastor or whether
you do it with a you know, Christian counselor, or

(17:15):
a counselor through your.

Speaker 3 (17:16):
Medical you know, your own right here.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
So I just it's important to have that, I believe,
And the other thing would be just giving my own
self permission and time. I am, like I said, I
am that kind of person that I kind of I
can kind of brow through and keep going and keep pushing.
But this is one of those things where I was like,

(17:40):
I'm not gonna even fake it at all, you know,
And if I'm having that moment, you know, letting your
people know, Yes, you're gonna need moments, you know what
I'm saying, Gonna need time to if that means going
off on a trip somewhere if that means you get
included in your room and having your little cry out
means whatever that means for you to give yourself permission

(18:04):
to have those moments.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
I don't want to be stuck there.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
I don't want to get stuck in any.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
Type of negative.

Speaker 4 (18:14):
So it's always for a moment, right, we don't want
to live there, but we have to give ourself permission
to release out. And so that's one of the things,
Like just what was it on Sunday the ninth was
the second year anniversary and my son's passing, right, So

(18:34):
leading up to that time, it was on my phone already, Right,
I'm already thinking, Okay, how I'm gonna what I'm going
to do for that day?

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Am I going to do something special?

Speaker 4 (18:44):
Am I gonna you know, just kind of preparing myself
and just recognize that you don't have to be strong,
you don't have to be tough.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
You have to be real.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Trust God that it is powered to hold you and
to heal you and to keep.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
You and all those things.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
And at the same time, the Bible tells us there's
a season for all things, right, There's a season for
the morning, there's a season for rejoicing.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
So give yourself that season.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's.

Speaker 4 (19:17):
What I've had to do, just kind of be realistic,
give myself the season.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
But at the same time, I'm a big faith girl.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
I trust God, and I know because of that, I've
been able to walk through these dark times. Yes, because
of that, because it's been God all the way.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
God all the way.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
And you said something important that I think, you know,
our community needs to hear. You said, I believe in counseling,
you know, and I think that that is that's huge,
and that's what you know, trying to do is to
help break that stigma and to shed light and to
say hey it's okay, you know, to go to counseling.
That's what they're here for. God placed them on this
amazing earth to be professionals to help people going through

(19:58):
And so, you know, I always tell people, you know,
if I was over, I always say, you get a therapist,
You get a therapist, you know, because I really truly
believe that, you know, therapy is just a great way
of just you know, whatever therapy because there's different modalities,
but whatever type of therapy that you know that is
going to help you to recognize your emotions and your

(20:18):
feelings and to say I'm not okay, and so yes,
I'm so I'm super grateful for you know, for therapists.
So yes, and so I want to talk, you know,
I kind of want to. I want to talk a
little bit about your music as well, and so I
know your music has been a huge, you know, inspiration
to you and to me. And I want to talk

(20:39):
about your award winning song. That is just a beautiful
song that you was awarded from the Praise Factor of
Song of the Year.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Absolutely, you know, and.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
It's always been you beautiful anointed praise and worship song.
And I just talk to us about the inspiration behind it.
I know your amazing husband produced it. Tell us a
little about your.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
Song, and then how when you was a ward of that,
how did you feel all of that?

Speaker 3 (21:06):
Thank you, Thank you so much, always been you.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
Like you mentioned, it was written by my husband, written
and produced, and it's just that reminder that you know,
it's not really us.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Sometimes we take the credit.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
Sometimes, but if we really look back, we recognize that
it's always God that holds us up, as always Him
that heals us. It's always Him that makes the way
out of no way. It's just giving God the glory
and recognizing that it is him. Now, I want to
say we actually he wrote the song some years ago.

(21:46):
And sometimes what we would do is, you know, throughout
our time of putting out music, we would make EPs
and we would you know, excel at CD form and
all that kind of thing, but we hadn't put it
on iTunes and all that kind of thing. And what
he'll do is he'll go back and remaster things over
and over again.

Speaker 3 (22:05):
So yeah, it's a.

Speaker 4 (22:08):
Little gut and having to go back in the booth
again and again I thought I did stuff. But anyways,
so this was the you know, the time that we
was like, okay, I'm going to actually push the song.
People that heard the song always like really liked it,
and it was like, okay, it's going to be the
song we're going to push for. Right now, we do

(22:29):
have some other things coming up to.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
Talk about that, yes, told us about what you have
coming up next.

Speaker 4 (22:36):
There's some songs that we've actually written that our brand
new songs. But like I said, there's so many songs
that we produced that have not actually been put out
to the masses apparently.

Speaker 3 (22:48):
And but there's one song called it Was Your Love.

Speaker 4 (22:53):
I want to say, that's on iTunes, but we're gonna
remaster and re put that out as well, so that's
coming in. Also got an old school feel to it,
so a lot of things you can find on our
YouTube and all that kind of thing that that we're
doing in the years. But yeah, and if you.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
Have not heard Always Been You, you need to add
that to your worship playlist, y'all because it's.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
It's a beautiful song.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
And like I said, she was awarded song of the
Year and most definitely you know, yes that you deserve
that much deserved, So yes, and.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
Now tell us about yours.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
So we talked about your amazing book and your story
and Always Been You, and I've been checking you out
ever since you have started your Declaring Freedom podcast. I
know you kind of told me about it and I
would check you.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Out every now and then. I'm like, what most peop
ernie she's doing.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
And so tell the people about your podcast that you
have going on.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
Thank you, Girleen, Thank you for I'm sorry, I just
be like girlfriend with you.

Speaker 3 (23:52):
I just feel like girlfriend, what's up?

Speaker 1 (23:53):
Oh yeah, that's that's how I'm like. Yeah, you my
girlfriend yet girl.

Speaker 4 (24:01):
But yeah, I mean it's something like how I think
that's one of the things that is a connecting thing
for us, like we have similar different stories, but similar
stories in terms of along the same vein and even
the fact that God has given us these this avenue,
you know what I'm saying, you know, so it's pretty amazing.

(24:21):
And so anyways, uh, declaring freedom definitely another God thing.
I am that person that you know, when it comes
to think doing things based off of, you know, the Bible,
based off of this Christian walk. I usually I'm listening
for what he's telling me. He's telling me to do,
otherwise I'm not going to just do certain things.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
Well, this was.

Speaker 4 (24:43):
Definitely a God thing, and I started December. I forget
the exact date, but in December. I started off doing
it Monday through Friday like a two pm live and
and that I'm actually doing a little shifting and I'm

(25:03):
going to be revamping the time and that sort of thing.
But currently I know there's at least about twenty nine episodes.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
So that's good.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
And I consistently I can go when you go live,
I'm like, look at my girl.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
So yeah, so I love that.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
I love that right, And I was like, we got
some freedom. You know, you have declaring freedom and I
have igniting freedom.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
So we're just talking about being free and declaring. And
I'm like, yes, that's what the world needs. People need
to hear that, you know.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
And so I do appreciate you for sharing your story
and your music and having declared freedom and letting others
know about God and healing and hope and freedom and
deliverance and declaring you know, and.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
Just all those things.

Speaker 2 (25:51):
And so I just I thank you for that and
for just being faithful and being consistent.

Speaker 4 (25:55):
So yes, thank you, thank you, and that we both
that's the point that I'm making, like freedom, that when
you know God is in it, when it's been echoed.

Speaker 3 (26:06):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
It's kind of like when you you've been studying something
during the week, or you you hear one person say it,
and then you hear the pastor preach about it, and
it's like God is echoing this thing. He really wants
to get this plan of Cross. And so we know
that God he wants to liberate as people in this season, right,
so we're here for it, here for it.

Speaker 3 (26:25):
I'm like, Okay, all right.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
Let's do it. Yes, let's do it Lord, Yes, yes.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
So any advice would you like to give to the
audience that's listening or watching, maybe someone who has lost
the loved one, or just any advice of encouragement.

Speaker 4 (26:43):
I always it's always about seeking God first, putting God first,
and allowing God to heal you.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
And there's certain things that only He can do.

Speaker 4 (26:52):
Yes, Like there's certain confirmation, there's certain piece that only
God can give you. And so I courage you to
seek the Lord, to get into your word, to ask
God to bring you that peace that you need and
give you direction. Also, a community, it's important to have connectivity,

(27:15):
have someone that you can talk to, have you know,
people around you that are supportive. And if you find
in that I don't feel like I really have that support.
You have people like us, you know, who are here
for you. We are here to connect. I know my
sister has a number that you can call to connect
with her, and we're here to give you the resources.

(27:40):
I mean, just get connected. Don't allow yourself to be alone.
I think that was one of the problems with like
my son, for example, Yeah, was that he was so
independent to where that's why like I you know, I
chext him, I call him and I check in on him,
and ironically it's not ironically, I know it must have

(28:02):
been God. But on the day that he passed, I
text all of my boys and I was like, love you,
checking in kind of thing, and I just I don't
recall what it was, but I remember there was something
that was in my spirit that made me reach out
particularly and that on that day.

Speaker 3 (28:18):
And so you know, God will lead you.

Speaker 4 (28:21):
God will guide you what you need. That's the first,
and you know, first and foremost the second. Don't be
on the island by yourself.

Speaker 3 (28:29):
You're not alone. You don't have to face it alone.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
Yes, yes, yes, absolutely beautiful words. Yes, reach out, reach
out to your loved ones, reach out to whoever you can't,
whoever you trust.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
And let them know how you're feeling and that you
need help. Absolutely, thank you for those words.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
Definitely.

Speaker 4 (28:47):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
So any shout outs and what's next for you? And
how can we find more about you and your.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Music shout outs?

Speaker 4 (29:01):
I shout out my girl right here. No, I will
say that you know you can find me on My
name is spelled very uniquely, so you can find me everywhere. TikTok,
YouTube and all those places. The best thing right now
is definitely YouTube, and because I.

Speaker 3 (29:21):
Have music and videos.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
And all the content tent is there. So if you
research me, as they say, google me, you'll definitely find
all the stuff.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
So that's one of the best ways is YouTube. Probably
my YouTube channel.

Speaker 4 (29:38):
Yeah our niche Hello, Yeah, all right, Arniche to lo.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
And last thing is what is you talked about your
children's book, which I am like, you know, as an educator,
I'm loving that. So I cannot wait to hear about that.
Do we know the time frame when it's coming out
or so?

Speaker 4 (29:56):
I actually released two children's books use this. So the
first one was it was my daughter was three. I
want to say when I started that journey, I found that,
you know, it was an ethnic ballerina book, you know
what I'm saying, because at the time, we didn't have
that right. It was, you know, she was three years old.

(30:17):
It wasn't a lot of you know, examples of color
that were really being promoted. And so I came up
with a book called Spin Around Like a Ballerina, and
and so.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
That's available like on Amazon and all that.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
And she is the main character and the accompanying song
that went with it that I wrote, and she sung
the lead on this song.

Speaker 3 (30:41):
So that's available.

Speaker 4 (30:43):
I love that first one, and then the other one was,
oh goodness another. The other one is the Bunny Book.
I can't think it in that title, shame. Yeah, so
to too children's books is what I released previously to
why not? Okay, and that they're both on your website,
on your website as well on Amazon.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
Okay, I'll check you out, okay, okay, because I got this.
I got this one, so yeah, I'll check out your
choses books too, so love it. I love that so well,
my friend. I am so grateful for you to come
on today. I'm gonna just ask you just to lighten.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
The mood a little bit, a couple of questions before
we go.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
And this is called it's this or that or would
you rather? And so I'll give you two choices. You
could tell us your preference of which one you like.
So let's see here I have all right, So would
you prefer concerts or musicals?

Speaker 3 (31:39):
It's hard, but whatever reason it is hard, right.

Speaker 4 (31:45):
I'll say musicals, okay, okay, lamon's or yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
Okay, okay, So musicals you would prefer. Okay, I know
that was a hard one.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
I was like, this might be a little tough, right,
So you.

Speaker 3 (32:02):
Go with that one, you know.

Speaker 4 (32:03):
My last one was Yeah, I'm going with that one.
The last one I went to was the Lion King.
I was so excited I finally got to see the
Lion King in person. Was actually not they were, but
I missed that one. I went to the one when
they were in New York actually for my birthday last year. Okay, oh,
I'm sure that that was cool.

Speaker 1 (32:21):
It was fabulous. Yes, I've heard so many great things
about it. I would love to see that. Oh yeah,
I love to see that.

Speaker 2 (32:29):
Okay, cats are dogs.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
I think I saw you with the puppy and one
of your pictures.

Speaker 4 (32:34):
Yeah, cats though, but I'm a little allergic to cats
here and had a cat, but I'm a little leg yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:40):
Okay, dog. Okay, all right, So beach or mountain?

Speaker 3 (32:46):
Beach?

Speaker 4 (32:47):
You said beach, that was number one. I don't care
what was coming after that? Mounted okay, said beacha? Yeah okay,
same here.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Yeah, I like the water, so, yes, I like the
We have mountains everywhere around here in Seattle, so we
see that all the time. So yeah, okay, okay. And
the last one, are you a night out or an
early bird?

Speaker 3 (33:10):
I guess I'm a night out, night out an early bird.
I know that on that one light. Let me just
leave a little bit.

Speaker 4 (33:19):
Longer if possible. But now, yeah, okay, night out, night
ol I am too. Yes, in the mornings, I'm like,
oh gosh, Lord help me.

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
