Hey, and welcome back to another episode of Wellness and Censored.
I'm so excited you guys are here today. We are
here every Thursday at three pm, and we've had some
really great discussions the last couple of weeks. I promised
folks that we would kind of just tally in this
afternoon with a couple of things and what I wanted
to share some of the stuff we were using for
(00:53):
supplements and stuff. The last couple of weeks is a
great book that you can use. I've shared it before,
but it's by Barbara O'Neill and it's Natural Remedies, Lost Connections.
So I'm going to kind of hold it up, but
it's Barbara O'Neill, Natural Remedies, Lost Connections are yeah, lost,
oh my god, lost collections and there's some supplement information
(01:16):
in there. Everything holistic. We will definitely have another show
coming up to talk a little bit more, probably bring
in some of our folks with some stories. We've got
an amazing court case that's actually underway right now. It's
probably going to be historic, actually epic. Sadly and tragically,
a young lady thirteen years old died in the pandemic
(01:38):
and her parents have taken taken you know, taken task,
taken them to court and it's actually on the trials
underway right now. So we've been getting reports. It is
not going to be out there on mainstream media. If
you tune into our podcast and our Wellness Uncensored group,
probably in the coming weeks we might even have them
on our show. But just an update from that. So
(01:59):
if you I do know someone who's been injured vaccine
or post COVID long haul syndrome, please tune into our
shows and you can even look at some of our
prior shows while we're live today. Our prior shows, you
can always catch them on iHeartRadio and just google into
Wellness Uncensored. Wanted to also say, you know, we are
in our second year, second season, and it's really been exciting.
(02:22):
You know, my book They Call Me Harriet, is one
that's out there on Amazon dot com. I've actually got
my own website, and if you want to tune in
and link in and find a way to connect with me,
you can just type in my name Patty P A
T T I Gilliano g I L L I A
n O Wellness dot com and that's a great way
(02:44):
to see the two books I've written, tune into some
of the information that people are now starting to learn
and hear about that was quite underground before we brought
it above ground, and you got to prepare yourself, you know,
folks have to prepare. That's why we call this uncensored,
because you will get things that she won't get out
of the mainstream media. So I did want to say
(03:06):
we've got an exciting guest today and welcoming in Tammy.
Tammy has actually been in the forefront talking and doing
amazing things with healing and energy started her journey and
she's going to tell us more about it. With just
some deep wounds of abandonment through being adopted, and then
(03:26):
she was searching to find herself and belongingness and energy
healing really helped her to peel back layers of pain,
all kinds of things, and with her inner path and
her inner truth, she's put something amazing together, and now
she reaches out and she helps others individually and training professionals,
and so she definitely has a wealth of information talking
(03:49):
about intuition and finding the root cause of things, which
is something I absolutely love. I always like to get
to the root and you'll get some tools and some
self care ideas and just ways to regulate and reregulate,
which is what I love because, you know, being a
part of this as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, it's not
just about throwing meds at a symptom. So I'd love
(04:11):
to have Tammy Waldron come out and chat with us,
and certainly, Tammy, it's such a blessing to have you here.
Are you in New Mexico? Is that correct?
Speaker 3 (04:21):
I'm actually in outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Oh Cincinnati, Okay. I never really know where some of
our guests reside or if they're traveling, and so wanted
to make sure we were in the same time zone
a place. But yeah, it's great to have you here.
What a wonderful connection. We're going to have lots to
talk about. So tell us a little bit about you
and I guess your journey.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
Yeah. So, Tammy Waldron, founder of Towanda Wellbeing and Towanda
we teach energy healing techniques that help people expand their intuition,
to utilize their intuition, and these techniques to get to
the root cause. And what's awesome and what we're I
think people are really starting to embrace this whole concept
(05:05):
of bringing spirit into practice more and more in different
avenues is that it enhances whatever you're doing. It's not
a soft skill. Intuition can be a precision tool when
it's coupled with the years of experience and wisdom that
we have in addition to all of our lived experiences.
(05:28):
So for me, you know, my journey is one of
abandonment and through adoption. And the what I help people
with is unpack their emotional burdens, that trauma that they
carry from themselves and we inherit these things as well.
So getting to the root cause of those patterns.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
That's amazing, you know, And a lot of folks are
always looking for ways to heal many people that I
talk to, you know, I see patients every day and
they don't even realize some of those roots or some
of those things that they've kind of tapped over or
kind of bandiated over and maybe tell us a little
bit about that. How did you first discover that there
(06:12):
was something going on with you? And maybe how did
you put that into practice?
Speaker 3 (06:17):
I mean looking backwards, right, hindsight always gives us more clarity.
And as I've done this work and then covered these
layers of how my lived experiences showed up, some of
those are hard to remember. When we heal things and
truly release them from our system, it's like another life
(06:37):
and time. So that yeah, yeah, As I there was
always like two parts of me. One that was wounded
and was searching, searching for love, belonging, didn't feel wanted,
didn't feel loved, was abandoned and wanting to cling on.
(06:58):
So there was a lot of co dependency in my relationships,
pleasing I could not be alone. So once I was
old enough as a teenager to be in relationships, I
clung onto people and had like repeat relationships that were destructive.
And then there was another part of me that was
wise and intuitive and helpful and anchored that would come
(07:23):
in fleeting moments that would whisper like there's more, and
yet I would find myself in these repeat patterns, and
it was like and being completely blended with those emotions
of feeling lost in drama, the drama cycle just repeating
and repeating. For me, I'm a helper, so getting stuck
in that helper and victim, just isolating between helper or
(07:48):
in victim. And I searched and searched and in between
in those moments of awareness, reading all the self help books,
looking into religion, going to talk, therapy, making, medication, exercising, meditating,
all of it is so helpful, mindset affirmations, right, like
(08:09):
all the things. I would be like, oh, this is
so helpful. Yet it wasn't getting to that primal wound.
It wasn't touching it. It wasn't stopping the patterns from
bubbling up.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
Wow. Yeah, how did you notice that the patterns? Because
you're right, like everything you mentioned it's so true, and
we do all different types of healers and practitioners, you know,
trying to get to the root of that, and you're right,
like everything can be helpful. How do you identify to
where that goes so deep and breaking that pattern? What
(08:40):
did you discover was different that you know, meditation and
medication and all those kinds of things didn't really help.
Speaker 3 (08:49):
Well. I do think they helped me to see the pattern. Okay,
you know, I think in that I was growing more
and more in that fleeting into tuition, but wasn't anchoring
solidly with her, And I was able to have these
moments of seeing the dysregulation in my life and wanting
(09:11):
and wanting to have normal, and believing that normal was
possible because it would paint the picture that there is
something more. And then I was having the whisper that
there was something more. So long story short, it was
after my divorce that I finally was alone. I never
allowed myself and as I thought about this recently and
(09:32):
since until like I was, I have not been alone
in my life in that point after divorce, since I
was abandoned as an infant. So as an infant, I
came out of the womb, my mother didn't look or
touch or feel me, and I went straight into a
bassinette for five days in the seventies. I mean, now
we understand attachment disorders, and I mean I don't know
(09:55):
how much I was touched, so at the age of
thirty someth it was the first time in my whole
life since that moment, that I allowed myself to be alone.
To sit and to face those fears that I had
been running from. And I was looking outwardly all the
time for something to fix what was inside of me,
this gaping need of love and belonging. And I finally said,
(10:20):
I'm going to figure this out and I'm going to
start building a relationship with me. And that was my
ground zero turning in loving myself, forgiving myself, providing space
for myself, building a relationship with myself. And then it
started to turn around. And soon after that I found
energy healing and that was the very first thing that
(10:43):
actually touched and started to heal that primal wound, and
I was like, Holy moly, this is what I've been
searching for.
Speaker 2 (10:53):
And in that moment, sitting in.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
That class, because I jumped right into a training class,
I didn't go to a practitioner as a quiet, I said,
I'm going to teach this. This is our birthright. We
have the capability to do this for ourselves. We just
don't know what to do. It's like anything that we learn,
we just need to know what to do.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
This is right, give me the skills. I think that's
so important, you know, because you mentioned about all the things,
all the exploration you did, and oftentimes you're right. It's
a lot of things. And you know, hopefully some of
our folks listening in feel free to call in. You
guys can call in a text and you can ask
Tammy questions because it's so important to understand, like you
may have all these things going on in your life
(11:34):
and you don't know how to ask the right questions.
You don't know what you need to do, but you
know something's not right. And like you mentioned, Tammy, you know,
while this started at birth, it went on in your
life until the first time really when you were in
your thirties, and that's when you were alone and you
started exploring and you started to have that you know,
intuitive thought like something's not right something and you have
(11:56):
to exploring. What does that look like for somebody who's
expl You know, we get people all the time and
we talk about, you know, go into your past. Let's
hear about your childhood, let's hear about your traumatic relationships.
Maybe share with us, you know, what did you do,
and then tell us about what the study of the energy,
what's the energy healing all about?
Speaker 3 (12:15):
So as I've done this process, I've come up with
a path there's a path that I walked, and I
think it's repeatable, and that's what I teach in my programs.
I'm calling it the paths and your intuition, And the
first step is embodiment. We need to get familiar with
all of our feelings. There are friends. I'm definitely grounded
(12:37):
in inner family systems framework, in theory that all of
our parts of us, our feelings, our voices in our head,
they're all here to help us. They might not be
helpful because they're disregulated, but our intuition speaks to us
through those same channels as our trauma and our wounds,
and so when we shut them all off, then we're
(13:00):
disconnecting ourselves from our gifts, from our intuition, from our happiness,
from our joy, and so turning in for me, turning
into that biggest fear that I was running from for
my whole life, looking outward to try to fill it
from the outside. Once I turned and looked in, it
got quiet. It said, I love you, Come be with me,
(13:24):
belong here. You don't need to go outside to find
that they're here to help us. We just need to
pause and listen and get to know them. Because all
of those voices, all of those feelings that we have
inside of us. There are helpers, our guides, and they
want to teach us and tell us something they want
to be seen, heard, understood, and felt. So pausing, allowing
(13:48):
space feeling into it is the path. And then once
you can process those things, when they're bubbling up, they're
ready to be seen. So processing what you can in
the moment journaling is helpful. If you're doing this in isolation,
those things are possible alone. And then when you start
to do that, you can differentiate what it feels like
(14:11):
when it's trauma and what it feels like when it's
your intuition. But I will say that this journey is
not meant to do alone. There are things that I
need help with. There are things that are so traumatic
and painful and blind for me. I need an expert
to hold my hand and walk me through that. So
that's what we do in my program, That's what I
(14:32):
do as a practitioner. That's what you do as a practitioner.
There are experts here to walk with you and hold
your hand in those really really deep wounds that we
carry to process those. But as you peel away the
layers and you start to free your system and it
starts to expand you start to see all the variety
(14:54):
of what's going on and you can differentiate, and then
you can really start to build a relationship with what
is is true and what is your intuition.
Speaker 2 (15:03):
Wow, that's a lot, And you know, I love some
of the stuff that you share because I think you're
right we as practitioners and how we hold the hand
of folks. Sometimes the journey can be a little unsettling.
You know, you're right, you don't want to go through
it alone. I love to you mentioned journaling. I think
that's so important, you know, and I often tell patients
and you probably have other added you know, tips and
(15:25):
techniques with it too. But when you journal, there is
power in taking what's in your mind, using your your
hand and your kinesiology of writing it out and then
visualizing what you've written. It's so powerful. You know. I'd
love to hear even more about you don't go it alone?
What's it like? I mean maybe some people are even curious,
(15:46):
you know, is it scary? Am I going to dig
uncover the darkest parts of my life? What's the journey
look like for someone into training?
Speaker 3 (15:54):
What's amazing for me is you don't have to relive
stories when you're doing energy. What we're looking for is patterns,
and what we uncover our feelings and beliefs usually is
what gets uncovered, and there's this space. I mean, you
(16:15):
might feel some feelings, but they pass. We're allowing them
to bubble up and process and get cognitive logical sense
to them because they're trapped in feeling an emotion and
so releasing them and bringing them into the light. What
has happened for me and what happens for my clients
is they feel like a weight's been lifted. It's not
(16:38):
actually traumatic when you're in the sessions. In fact, it
opens with love and grace. It creates a space and
a container to just release all those feelings. We name them,
we identify what they are, we identify those beliefs, We
change them to what we want them to be, and
we release them with love. We no longer need to
(16:59):
hold them. Our system is so amazing. Our body is energy,
our thoughts, our words or actions. When our body doesn't
know what to do with things, it just holds onto
it for us. Doesn't want to overwhelm us. It wants
us to be able to operate in the highest and
best way, but it gets overburdened and it builds and
builds and builds. This is what becomes generalized anxiety, stress, disease, burnout.
(17:25):
And when we can unpack that burden from our system,
you fill at peace, you feel joy, You're able to
hold capacity. You don't know at the end of your day,
you still have energy, You're not on a short fuse.
Your triggers go away. I've had people, you know, tell me, wow,
I didn't realize I was holding so much until it
(17:45):
was gone. And then also I've worked with people who
were contemplating leaving part partnerships and relationships. When we worked
on their triggers, their relationships evolved in a healthy way.
So sometimes we don't realize the energy that we're putting
into our environment, into our relationships, and we're only like
(18:07):
living in our triggers and we're living in our drama
triangle and we're contributing to what's going on in our environment,
and we're contributing to those patterns. When we heal them
from ourselves, they dissipate from the system. It's that and
then you can see patterns.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
Yeah, that's fascinating. And you know, I'm thinking of patients
and I work with a trauma group of folks who
have all lost their partner in life. Some it's been
another family member, but they're all caught up in the
grief cycle. So maybe these aren't deep into early childhood
or teenage or even relationship issues. Talk about the triggers,
(18:46):
and so I think for folks like that, what would
you say for someone who has had maybe they're not
aware that there was a you know, an energy block
or that there was a pattern, but just grief and
they've lost someone in their dock and there's nothing flowing
now and they can't get past their loved one that
you know, died or murdered. Because we'll leave it kind
(19:08):
of open, because some folks really have had such a
traumatic event like that, what do you talk about to
them as far as like breaking a pattern, how to
get released so that they can heal and move forward
on their journey. I know that's a tough one.
Speaker 3 (19:23):
Yeah. No, it's energy. It's energy, and every experience has
a different process, and grief is something that is multi stepped,
multi dimensional. It's not only that you've lost your loved one.
It's that you've lost all of your dreams of what
you're going to be doing with that person for the
(19:45):
rest of your life. And a lot of times we
don't think about the grand aspect of what that loss
and tells. That's also true when you're diagnosed with the disease,
when your lifestyle gets limit, when your job gets taken away,
when things change in your life in a way, and
(20:06):
your life takes a turn that you didn't realize was
going to take. And death is absolutely one of the
hardest ones to have, and so it's unpacking all of
those losses that are wrapped up in this one thing
we call grief. That we allow us to have grief
for the loss of a loved one, but we don't
(20:27):
often recognize unpacking all of the losses that are actually
wrapped up in that. And some of it doesn't feel
like we have the right like I should be grateful,
I have my life, I have my help, I'm still alive.
I should live my life. And so it's giving yourself
permission to recognize that those things were taken away, to
(20:49):
recognize that you have to dream and create new beginnings.
So it actually there's a lot more to it than
we give credit for So that's why it takes so long,
and it ebbs and flows, and then there's all these
triggering moments of experiences, places that you go to, things
that you wanted to do with another person that never
(21:11):
got to happen. It just has It's just so comprehensive
in a healing process, and it's just really honoring each
piece of it. It's like a puzzle, so you honoring
each piece of it and just taking the time to
nurture and understand and process each of those.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
Wow, that's incredible. It does sound like a process. It
sounds like a journey. And I think that's important too
because a lot of our folks, and we've had different
different people on the show, and you know, they're just
in this part that not all are they stuck, but
they have guilt. They have all these negative feelings and
impacts that are in that broader part that you talk about.
So I imagine it does take some time. That it's
(21:53):
a process, and what a great way to relieve. So
tell us a little bit about I guess what does
that process look like for somebody if they were to
work with you, You know, what are the steps? Is
it like an online as Zoom, you know, weekly, monthly,
What does a journey look like perhaps that you could provide.
Speaker 3 (22:11):
Yeah, yeah, So I work with people through Zoom. All
my classes are through Zoom. So I work with people
one on one as a practitioner, and I teach people
how to do this themselves. We teach multiple modalities. One
is breath and touch, getting into the meridian system because
we hold things literally in our bodies, in the energy
(22:33):
of our system. That's silent counseling. It's a two day
course that you can take. I have a community where
we hold space so that we can process these things
together with healing, peer to peer healing. So anyone who's
taken my practitioner courses or are a practitioner of something
(22:53):
can come and join my community so we can support
each other. These things aren't covered on ensurance. It can
be a and financially, and so I wanted to create
a space where we could come together and heal each
other and be here for one another and have that
space for connection, belonging, community, accountability, structure. And the second
(23:15):
technique I teach is called FADA healing. This is a
lot more comprehensive. It's a guided meditation that gets you
connected to source energy, universal, life, force, creator, God, whatever
you call the one source, and it brings spiritual healing
into your spirit, which is also your energy body. And
(23:37):
this is what grows your intuition so that you can
connect to and receive those messages. It grows all of
your intuition type. So seeing is when you can visually
see things where your daydreams live. And so when I'm
doing a lot of work, I'm highly visual and I
communicate what I'm seeing. We channel. We channel is from
(24:00):
creator of what you need. We can connect to lost
loved ones. We can connect to your angels and guides
to guide you and what you're needing. Identify what belief
structures are they drop in. They just it's the intuition
of knowing and you just receive information. You'll get ideas
(24:21):
will pop into your head and it's like, oh, I'm
holding this. And then we verify it through muscle testing
so it is diagnostic and then change it and you
can see that it's changed based on how you're muscle testing,
and we change those limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
Sometimes we don't realize, like you said, we don't realize
(24:42):
that we have these things because they've become so normalized
in who we think we are, our personality, the way
it is, the way it's always been. Some of these
are not ours. Some of them we've inherited from our grandparents.
Like one simple example I can give is my own scarce.
I love to stock up on things to the point
(25:04):
where I need to take more than I need to
when I go places, it can become burdensome. I want
like multiple of things. Well, my ancestors were pilgrims. My
ancestors are Mormon, we're homesteaders, and my ancestors are Irish.
So they had a potato famine. They starved. They didn't
(25:25):
have in my body. It says there's not enough to
go around. I have those beliefs and lived experiences that
are in my body that I need to sort out
and say, hey, it's twenty twenty five, I have resources.
I don't need to have five of everything. I'm okay,
and it's working through all of those processes.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
Wow, that certainly seems like a journey. Absolutely fascinating journey too.
You know, And when we talk about that with folks,
you had mentioned something I just completely lost my I
was holding on to it for so long and I
don't left me. But you know, the whole idea is
this is not something we do over night. What does
it take to be able to do something like this
(26:08):
with you? Is it like several months, several weeks? How
does the process work?
Speaker 3 (26:13):
So I allow people to book one on one sessions
however they want, choose their journey. I don't force people
into packages. If you're in prises, I would recommend that
we meet weekly. Sometimes I've met with people bi weekly
and over the course of two months they are in
a good place where I don't see them anymore. Other people.
(26:35):
They're just continually doing self discovery and remembering who they are.
It's not a journey to get to somewhere new. It's
a journey to remember who we are, like our spirit
and soul is complete and whole. It's all these things
that get in the way of that and make it muddy.
So it's some people are on the journey of just
wanting to discover who they are, and they see me
(26:56):
weekly or they see me monthly. I also do work
with gene Keys. That is my only package program. We
walk through the entire gene Keeper profile, applying energy healing work,
and that is twenty sessions. So that's a very comprehensive reset,
aligning you back to you know, really connecting with how
(27:19):
you were designed and what you're here to do, getting
clarity on your purpose in life, and just clarity on
what's getting in the way of that.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
That's fascinating. I remember the piece I was going to
ask you that was the muscle testing. I'm familiar with
doing it, but it's usually a practitioner. You know, we'll
press on an area and look for that, you know,
the tension and the ability to hold with How do
you do it? If it's online?
Speaker 3 (27:43):
Yes, everyone can do it right now?
Speaker 2 (27:45):
Really?
Speaker 3 (27:46):
So yes? Well that if you're driving, okay, come back, yeah,
both hands on the wheel. But anyone who is not driving,
or if you want to who is people who are
re listening to this pause, It's called the sway test.
If you stand up and close your eyes and say
(28:08):
out loud the word yes, okay you if your energy
is moving in the correct positive way, it actually does
flow like a circuits, just like in our house. If
it flows in the opposite direction, it can cause negative
thought patterns, self sabotage, excessive worry, and stress. So this
(28:30):
is how you check. We call it polarity. If your
body is in polarity, you will sway forward for yes.
Then you allow your body to reset, and then you
say out loud the word no. Your body will move
back toward yes, backwards for a no. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
Let me do this, yeah test Okay, you do that,
Okand the.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
Turn sideways so we can see how you move yeah,
sideway and then close your eyes and say out loud yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:00):
Yes, yes, oh my gosh.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
And say out loud no, no, you, my dear, are
in polarity.
Speaker 2 (29:07):
I could feel that you. I can see it. I
moved forward and I'm back and I'll tell you what like,
I'm like, I was rock solid. Still that's crazy. Yes,
so I'm in polarity. So I'm am I V polarity.
Speaker 3 (29:22):
You are in balance, You're in polarity. Here's the thing
with muscle testing that gets confused across different perspectives. And
this is I'm going to say truth. Okay, this is
connecting to your body. So doctors, homeopaths use this to
know what your your body is needing to prescribe supplements
(29:45):
like food. You can muscle test yourself for food intolerances.
And allergies. You can identify like how many supplements or
if a supplement is good for you, how many you
should take. It's body wisdom, but it is not connecting
you to God, the source to universe. It's not going
to give you higher information. So if you were to
(30:06):
ask it big why questions, what it is tapping into
is your subconscious. So we use it in energy healing
to help identify your limiting beliefs. So yeah, be careful
and don't ask like should I do this, because what
it'll tap into could be your deepest fears and it's
going to hold you back. But we use it to
(30:27):
identify what those limiting beliefs are, and then we change
them and you retest and you will literally move in
a different way because you're no longer carrying that belief
it has been reprocessed. We thinking about your subconscious like
a computer program. It runs your thoughts, your words, your actions,
your beliefs, how you move through the world, what you
(30:49):
want to do for, what you want to do, what
you don't want to do, and think sometimes what we
want to do and how we show up in the
world is not rational. Some people are terrified of heighth
are terrified to speak when they've had no lived experience
to be scared of that. There's all programs living in
your subconscious that we can identify and change.
Speaker 2 (31:09):
That's fascinating. I know. I used to do the muscle
testing with some holistic practitioners. That's how I kind of
got started with my son who had so many different
things going on physiologically with his body, and so we
would do this muscle testing to see if he could
tolerate things, if he was allergic to things, certain areas
of body weakness and stuff. So, I mean there's definitely
a lot to it and what I've learned, you know,
(31:31):
just helping him to stay healthy and well. So I
think the practice is phenomenal for everything else you're talking about.
We do have a quick question. Someone asked, how would
a person know if they need to look to the
past or changing their present? How would they know? You know,
I guess, I mean you kind of touched on a
little bit. But what do you think how would they
know about the past? Why would they want to touch
(31:53):
into the past?
Speaker 3 (31:54):
Well, I mean, I think nobody can move through life
without experiencing some sort of try, some sort of lived experience.
So if there's any aspect of your life that you
feel unsettled on, if you feel that you are called
to do more, if you feel that there is something
you really would like to change but you don't know
(32:15):
how they I mean, for me, my answer is to
go into my energy, to go into my subconscious to
release things that are holding me back. If I'm not
showing up in the way that I want to be
showing up and I have these patterns, then for me
that that is that's a calling that there is actually more.
If you feel out of alignment, if you feel like
(32:37):
something just you're not feeling healthy, Yeah, you just don't
feel like something's right that I do want to go
back to finish the muscle testing. So if you did
that and you're not moving forward for a yes and
backwards for a no, or you're moving forward forward or
backward backward, then you are out of polarity. On my YouTube,
(33:00):
there are two practices that you can do daily that
will reset that for you. It's called three point technique
and it's called collarbone breathing. You can regulate your energy.
And what happens is we're under so much stress and
pressure that we can get stuck being out of polarity.
(33:21):
It's our normal status. But doing these practices regularly can
get you back into that correct flow of energy. And
what we've been talking about, these limiting beliefs, these traumatic
experiences that are trapped in our body can also block
our energy flow, which inhibits it to move in that
(33:42):
positive direction. So as we do this work, it frees
that system to flow and helps it to strengthen.
Speaker 2 (33:50):
So if the energy is flowing and we have polarity,
that doesn't necessarily mean that things are always going well
or right. But what is the benefit of having that
positive kolarity That it's you're open to energy, which is
that really well.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
When you're not in polarity, you can be more susceptible
to get into that drama triangle, self sabotage, negative thought patterns, stress, anxiety,
trouble sleeping. So yeah, your body is just not it's
just not operating and it's optimal level. If you think
(34:27):
about like an electrical current in our house, if the
energy starts flowing in the opposite direction, it's going to
blow light bulbs good to actually start a fire.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
That's true. So being in polarity just kind of allows
you to be the energy flows the way it should,
and I guess that's where they need to reach out
and try to channel some of what you can help
them to become more aware and to experience different things.
And then what about the past stuff. I guess will
the polarity and what you can teach help them to
(34:57):
kind of like you mentioned about where you I'd like
to hold on to things because of some of the
things that you've learned from your past. What could that
do to help somebody if they learn something about their
past to break through a pattern that they've been doing
and not realizing.
Speaker 3 (35:12):
Maybe so, I think that it would be really hard
for you to work through things independently if you're not
in polarity, Okay, now, yeah, yeah, I don't. I think
you're going to be really stuck in that drama triangle.
You're going to be fully blended with your triggers and
your emotions and your feelings versus being able to separate
(35:36):
and be the observer of those things. That's what That's
what energy healing has done for me. I can see
my triggers, I can separate myself. I don't need to
react when buttons are pushed. I'm still human when buttons
are pushed. I have usually not always right. There are
(35:57):
still things I'm working on because it's a lifeline journey.
But I can like, oh, I can pause. There's a
space between my feelings and who I am in my
spirit and my soul and my intuition. That is what
I teach people how to do. Get grounded in who
they are in their soul and their spirit. I call
(36:17):
it your true self, and that's the pathway to your intuition,
the pathway to your true self. To create this separation.
Speaker 2 (36:25):
Okay, so this way you can actually move past it,
acknowledge it, but it's not going to affect you in
that triangle getting caught into the same let's say bad
habits or bad relationships. Like, once you break that pattern,
you can acknowledge it. You know, that doesn't have to
define me. That's pretty amazing.
Speaker 3 (36:45):
Yeah, so amazing. And you can be regulated. You can
maintain a piece and a calm. When people come around me,
they they say, I won't what you have, Like you
radiate this energy that's so peaceful, And I'm like, you
can learn how to do this. We just it's we're
just not taught. And then we have all these things
(37:07):
that make it money, that get in the way. That
just takes time and commitment, just like anything else, to
lean into and learn and release. And it's it is
a becoming. It's becoming who you are and releasing what
you are not. And we all actually carry a lot
of things and burdens of who we are not. And
(37:28):
there's a lot of ways to do that, and for me,
energy healing has been the most most effective and efficient
way to do that.
Speaker 2 (37:37):
Wow, that's amazing. I think I'm going have to refer
some of my patients to you because I think it's
all part of the process, right, And like we mentioned,
there are things that can help us get so far
on the journey, and I think a lot of it
is all really really great work. You know, just a
lot of times I try to lead people down a
more holistic path, but there's certainly a place for medication
to get you somewhere from medication to other things. So
(38:00):
I think that's fascinating. What's a good way. I just
want to make sure we get some time to share
where you are and how people can reach you, if
you can tell us, and we'll talk a little more,
because we've got you know, we've got about ten more
minutes left. So yeah, what other things? How can people
reach you? Yeah, I just want to say.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
I truly believe in an fully integrated approach to healthcare
and to wellness mind, body and spirit. And the spirit
part is what is really missing and it is coming
back into the picture for sure. You can find me
on Towanda Wellbeing dot com. It's t O w A
n d A Wellbeing dot com. My events are there.
(38:37):
You can schedule sessions with me there. I am on
social also at Towanda Wellbeing and I offer Yeah, I
offer classes. I offer just introductory classes. I actually have
a free healing circle every First Friday, so tomorrow at
(38:57):
one o'clock Eastern time, first Friday, except for when there's
a conflict, like next month is actually the fourth of July,
so it's going to be on the eleventh instead of
the first. It'll be the second Friday. Okay, where I do,
I'm actually changing it this month. I'm going to do
a heart seat, identifying by intuition one person who could
(39:19):
benefit from receiving some energy healing in that moment, and
then guiding everyone through whatever we're called to process in
that moment. So every month will be unique and different
depending on who shows up. It's not recorded because it's
about coming together live and holding space and giving your
(39:40):
spell self space.
Speaker 2 (39:43):
I like it. So yeah, so folks, you can reach
out Tam. You just gave you her website and Friday
tomorrow at one o'clock eastern. You said, how do they
do the one o'clock eastern? Is that on your website?
Speaker 3 (39:56):
On my event page. On my website you can register
for that. And I also when you go to my
website there is a signing up for my newsletter. When
you do that, I give you a heart centered teaching
and meditation and it is all focused on how to
(40:16):
let go and how to receive. I mean, everyone right
now is really going through this transition of new opportunities
are coming. And when new opportunities come, there is a
time when we have to let go. We need to
close some doors and it's hard to do. And so
I teach about that and then I lead you through
(40:39):
a meditation to help you to do that. That's what
it actually would be really good for your grieving. Yeah, yes,
as well.
Speaker 2 (40:46):
I'm definitely gonna I'm going to talk to the group
with the group tonight and I'm going to talk to
them about that. I'm going to hopefully get them to
see once our show is since we're live right now,
that they can definitely rewatch this so to'll be able
to see it. But yeah, you were talking about closing
some doors. It's just like, and I'm sitting here being
part of the problem when you have too many tabs
(41:07):
open on your computer and your computer starts to get sluggish.
When you got too many doors and things open in
your life, you know, it's like there's no control. The
wind blows in it. You know, it's a little disruption.
So yeah, we've got to close some doors. And that means,
you know, going in that direction on your journey. Like
you said, it's not all about just getting to a destination.
It's the journey. And I think that's the part for folks, everybody,
(41:30):
not just the folks that I do trauma with. But
life happens and there's roadblocks that come in the way.
And when you get into those roadblocks, you know, based
on what we've known and our past hurts and you know,
the past patterns, it's almost like, and I hate to
say it because I've said it a bunch of times,
but you know, you want to get a different result,
but keep doing the same thing. So we've got to
(41:51):
open up and we've got to learn where our energies
are and make sure our polarity is right. And I
think this is it's just such a fantastic way to heal.
I can't believe I haven't found it heard sooner, Tammy.
So what an opportunity? What else can you share with us?
Maybe pearls or anything you know in the next couple
of minutes we've got left in our show. What are
the things would you like people to know? And what's
(42:12):
so important about what you do?
Speaker 3 (42:14):
I mean, my biggest message to people is that they
are perfect inside. You are here, perfectly created, unique, and
here for a reason. You're called to be on the
planet right now for a reason, and you're not meant
to carry all these burdens for the duration of your
time here. We're here to learn and to process these
(42:36):
things that we're here to learn and process. And if
you haven't been able to do that in other avenues,
this is another one for you to explore. It has
been absolutely life changing for me and my clients. I
am not the same, and it just opens up your
opportunities connects you to your calling and your purpose and
(42:57):
allows you to really shine your light into the world
so you can do what you're here to do. We're
not here to suffer, here to learn.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
I agree, And you know, it's interesting because I don't know.
There was not any particular study of anything I did,
but I was very open and I was searching. I
was seeking. This is many years ago, probably in my
early thirties, and I felt like I heard a message
because I've always been in healthcare. I've always been someone
very in tune with those kinds of things. I always
wanted to help people. In fact, I didn't even know
before I got into nursing, well what does that mean
(43:26):
when you want to help people? But early in my
thirties I got this, I don't know, like a little
voice inside, and it said you will be a keeper
of people. And I thought, well, that's weird, you know,
like I'm not a keeper. I'm not what am I doing.
But as I've come through this journey and I've learned
so much, I'm still more that I intend to learn from.
I think, you know, from what you can share with
me in a program. I really have been a keeper
(43:48):
of people in many ways to help them get to
different places in their journey. And I think that's what's
so important. Everybody does have a purpose. I like how
you shared that they've got a purpose and you just
have to tap in and then just be. And that's
really what I think. You can help teach people and
unlock some of the things that have kind of kept them,
you know, darkened or dampened. And it's just fabulous. It's
(44:11):
just fabulous. I think you know what you shared is
just so profound. And then also too, do you do
that muscle testing you said in some of your sessions
as well or help.
Speaker 3 (44:23):
Yeah, all of my sessions throughout the whole time. And
my calling, my calling is to bring intuition into healthcare.
We can use this for those that are called to heal.
You can expand your clinical intuition into something that is
more It has more depth and breadth and wisdom. We
can bring really bring together a fully integrated healthcare system
(44:47):
with mind, body, and spirit pulling it all of its
genius together. So that's my that's.
Speaker 2 (44:54):
Oh, I love it. Well, you and are going to
be networking a lot. It's funny because I've always had
these connections of different types of healers and providers and practice,
and I've found that the ones that are generally, you know,
I call them holistic, but maybe they're just a little
outside of the Western medicine model and the work that
they've done. I mean, even the work that I had
done to me when I was in my darkest hours,
(45:16):
you know, coming out of the ICU and going home
very ill on oxygen and I was completely debilitated, and
I found a healer I'll call him doctor House, but
he was an Idaho and between him and some other folks,
I mean, it wasn't traditional. But yeah, you know, and
I tell my listeners all the time, you know, bring
it on, and you bring it on because I'm out
(45:37):
there to help you all be the best you can be.
And we do have to try to be the best
we can be to live whatever our journey is taking us,
you know, through this path in this lifetime. So that's
fabulous effort. Yeah, I hope folks, we'll reach out to you,
and I think so. I think where we are in
(45:57):
the world today, you mentioned another key point about how
it's just there's a lot going on in the world
today and there's so much out there and that's why,
you know, on this show and shows like this one,
we are trying to get to folks that just don't
necessarily get that information on the mainstream. You know, it's
filled with pharmacy and big money and just the right
power players. But it's folks like you and I and
(46:19):
many others that there's a way to heal, there's a
way to stay connected, there's a way to stay healthy,
and that's what we're here to do. And so Tammy,
I'm just I'm so thrilled. Tell everybody one last time
the best way to reach you on your website if
you would, Yep.
Speaker 3 (46:33):
I'm at www dot Towanda Well Being t O W
A N D A W E L L B E
I n G dot com and you can go to
my events and go to my services and you can
schedule a free discovery call with me, and I'd love
to talk to you about what's going on, what's on
your heart, and how it can help you along in
(46:55):
your journey.
Speaker 2 (46:56):
Yay, oh my gosh, this has been wonderful. When too fast,
we'll have to have you back back again this summer.
I wanted to close out our show and say listen,
thanks again. So much to our viewers. I really love
you guys. Oftentimes we get some great questions. Hopefully when
you guys tune in. If you want to catch us later,
you can catch this on iHeartRadio. But for now, have
a wonderful week and a great weekend. We'll be here
(47:16):
next week. I'm going to have another amazing guest back
on at one of the docs that I've had on before,
and he actually does dream work, and he's also going
to be doing things about past life and people in
your life, people that maybe you want to try to
reach out in contact. And he's just got another holistic
approach about being in tune with your energy. So more
to come next week, Thursday, three pm. You guys, have
(47:38):
a great, wonderful day. We'll see you soon at Wellness Uncensored.
Bye bye hang type
