come unveiled or unmasked, if you will, With all the
things that we knew in healthcare as clinicians and providers
all got shot to the wind down with the bathwater
and things were put in place that really didn't make
logical sense. So in this show what I'm trying to

but it also happens to men, and it can often
come from stress, ETSD, anxiety, many triggers. So hence part
of my wheelhouse and having manifested three frozen shoulders of
my own, I now work within an organization of folks

But today I wanted to talk to you about some
of the recent things that have happened, and I have
to tell you, yesterday I couldn't have been more pleased
to hear that RFK has put a ban on mandatory
vaccinations of COVID for children that are healthy and pregnant women.

And you know, a few years ago, we would have
been looked upon as the evil naysayers quite honestly, you know,
I felt that way then. I feel that way now.
But sadly, millions have had some pretty traumatic things happen
to them in their past four years. And we've lost
folks in the past four years, and a lot of

folks have been damaged. So that's the latest that has
come out. I wanted to share just some information if
you guys are familiar and hopefully are, with doctor Peter McCullough.
He actually was a very loud, outspoken cardiologist back in
June of twenty twenty, and having been fortunate enough to
heard the clip out of Dallas, Texas, it was something

that struck a chord with me because while I was
in Idaho, we were using one of the very medications
that he had touted as being very successful in helping
those who had COVID heel that was hydroxychloroquin and then
that got poopooed, you know, after it was talked about,
you know, in the leadership levels of government. But doctor
McCullough also had talked about ivermectin, and I'm here to

tell you today there's so much that's been done now
looking forward at iromectin. It's undeniable how it can help
and treat serious viral infections and not so serious ones too.
It could have saved many lives during that time, but
it was made taboo, and again primarily for the reason

(05:22):
that if you had any other alternative therapy that could
have helped during the pandemic, they would not have been
allowed to unleash emergency authorized use of remdesivir I finally
call from death of her, and they would not have
been able to unleash an untested mRNA shot that, in

(05:45):
my humble professional years in clinical work, is nothing short
of a bioweapon because it's untested, it was unresearch based.
And if you all haven't seen the stark numbers of
people that have either gotten sick, have become debilitated, or
have succumbed to death for seemingly unknown reason or just

(06:07):
you know, a twenty two year old just dies of
a heart attack because well, she probably had cardiac issues.
There is more and more evidence out there today. Wanted
to share a little bit. Doctor mccullogist had put this
out recently on the newswire, and he said, you know,
the rollback of the vaccine, it's too little, too late.
He said the vaccine should have been pulled from the
market a long time ago. And warrens the continued use

is really costing US Americans' lives. He has cited and
I've heard him speak. He spoke at the Senate back
in he was before doctor Eric Corey in December of
twenty twenty. So I want to say it was some
time around September or August, and he was basically shut down.
But now here we are five years later and the

(06:53):
truth is coming out. But he shared over nineteen thousand
certified death of this bioweapon or vaccine that we'll call
it overt over nineteen thousand certified depths, and a forty
percent spike rate in cancer among military personnel since the rollout.

(07:14):
And he says both the Biden and Trump administrations failed
to act. And you know, I guess we got to
call it what it is. And whether they fail to act,
or they were blocked from acting, or they had misinformation,
the fact remains they didn't act, and that really is disappointing.
But I think it's really important that you guys get
to hear and see all of this because, like I said,

it's coming out and we want you to be able
to protect yourselves. And it would be really important if
you take some of the information that I can share
with you today and spread the word because you're not
going to see a lot of this on mainstream media.
Interestingly enough, as he says, this is one issue that
they agree on. He says, someone else is calling the shots,

(08:00):
calling out what he describes as a global bio pharmaceutical
complex that no world leader has dared to challenge. And
I guess for me, you know, daring to challenge, I
have nothing but good reasons to dare to challenge because
I don't want to have my personal life affected because

(08:21):
I've lived a good, healthy, clean life and I don't
want my children affected. I don't want my friends affected.
I don't want my family members affected. So you have
to decide is it that important to you? But that's
really what it is, he said. The CDC may have
walked back its guidance on the shots for kids and
pregnant women, but doctor McCullough's confident that that's only the beginning,

and the American public deserves answers. I encourage you all
to continue to look him up. He's on sub Stack,
He's on LinkedIn, He's in a variety of media outlets.
His information is just undeniably well researched, well thought out,
and it really is something that you guys should pay

close attention to. I also will share a website too,
and I'll mention it a couple times throughout the show.

got all the great information on there talking about what
I'm speaking about today, everything we tried to share and
tell you to save your loved ones from going into

the hospitals with COVID. It's now called I am a

But in there you will find a pure toolbed of
information for things that you can use at home. You
can reach out to providers. I'm actually on there as
a provider myself in the psychiatry section and get wealth
of information on ways to stay healthy, ways to detoxify,
ways to really be preventative from those that may have

taken the shot because they believed what they were told
by the mainstream media and many physicians, because they just
chose to buy into something that there was no real
scientific backed evidence about. And a couple good questions and
I'll get into some details about those. The first one
is about do we have the right to refuse the

(10:28):
vacs And the answer is yes to that. We'll get
in some more detail, just like two minutes. And then
can we choose what we do with our own bodies?
And the answer to that is absolutely, we have a right.
In this country and probably other countries around the world,
they actually did a better job of defending their rights

(10:51):
to their body. But yeah, you have the right to refuse.
No one can tell you what you can put into
your body. There are organizations that are finally being held
accountable that do not get to tell someone what they
must put in their body. Unfortunately, a whole lot more
will be coming about coming out about other vaccines and
the things that have caused vaccine injuries over the years

(11:14):
that again the conspiracy theorist and the anti vaxxers were
poo pooed. It just comes down to personal choice. If
you feel comfortable with the data and the information you've
been given through a history of working with your provider,
and we're talking about vaccines that were fairly common, you
still have the right to choose. And while you may
feel they're comfortable and safe for you, no one should

(11:37):
tell you if you should or shouldn't put them in you.
That's not necessarily for this show, I really want to
focus on the bioweapon of the mRNA vaccine, but yeah,
you should have the right to choose. Now, in many
organizations you can have the right to either give a
religious exemption, you can obtain a medical exemption, and unfortunately

(11:58):
there are still organizations that seem to believe those aren't valid.
But constitutionally, if you google it, there is enough supporting
evidence utilizing the constitution that if you want to put
up a good fight. I happen to have a very
fond family member who decided to do a project on
that and found a lot of good detail on the

(12:20):
constitutional amendments that allow you to say I'm an American
citizen and I am not going to take this or
any other vaccine. So you absolutely have the right. And
again you have the right to choose. You choose to
take it, you know, God bless you, but I choose
not to, and I choose to let people know why

(12:41):
they shouldn't take it. We have that right, and you know,
we can do what we want with our bodies. What
I did want to share is some of the things
that are coming out with this. They call it pv
S post vaccine syndrome, and in PVS there are many
symptoms that people have developed. One of the big ones

(13:03):
that I have found is people are coming down with
more and more attention span issues, cognition issues, memory issues,
increased anxiety issues, if you name it, it runs the gamut.
But here are some other interesting things that you are
a loved one may be experiencing. And this comes from

(13:27):
the German institute Paul Erlik Institute PEI. It's a well documented,
researched article and it talks about the horrific cover up.
It's now unmasked and from this German study that was
done at the University Medical Center in Hamburg Eppendorf, they've
blown the lid off of this massive cover up about
the post vaccine syndrome caused by the mRNA vaccines. It

(13:51):
is a global health emergency and they're trying to silence it.
In the mainstream media areas. One of the things they
report is debilitating conditions, and I get it right. Some
of these conditions have been around, people have had them,
but they're coming up in epic proportions in otherwise healthy people.

(14:12):
You know, we've all heard of chronic fatigue syndrome, but
it's been found that debilitating exhaustion despite rest, it's just
been severe in people that were otherwise active and healthy.
Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, we've all referred to that as pots.
That has happened to people who've had COVID, it's happened

(14:34):
to people who have had other anti inflammatory lung type
issues events, and it's become so extreme. What it actually
does is at rest, you could be lying down, you
sit up and your heart it goes from sixty or
seventy beats a minute to nine year to one hundred
and ten beats a minute. You get dizzy when standing up.

(14:55):
It can be worsened by exercise. You can become extremely fatigued,
and it can intensify when you try to have a
duration of sometimes some type of sustained event like walking
or trying to get back into exercise. One of the
things that I experienced that was dramatic was when I
left the hospital and I was faced with this Pot's

(15:17):
syndrome and I got sent home with a tank of
oxygen and a good luck, we wish you well, no plan.
So that's kind of my story. It's in the book.
They call me Harriet, but it is a cardiac rehab
program that I implemented myself to repair from POTS, and
I think it was pretty successful. I ran two point
seven miles today and I did a nine k four

(15:41):
weeks ago, so it's been a journey, but you can recover,
and the quicker you get to the recovery after the
illness or during the illness, the better chances are of
getting back to normal and maybe even beyond some of
the other symptoms. I don't know. Hopefully some of you
folks won't find some of these too close to heart,
but I've been getting more and more patients with brain fog,

(16:03):
memory issues, difficulty concentrating, neuropathy, tingling, numbness, burning sensations. Now again,
they are symptoms like these that we find in people
who have diabetes that have comorbidities, but generally not in
a healthy individual, or a twenty or thirty year old,
thirty year old individual, or even a healthy forty year

(16:24):
old individual. These things are rapidly becoming the norm of
debilitating symptoms, muscle and joint pain, chronic arthralgias, muscle pain.
Sometimes they'll say that it mimics like a muscle muscle
type injury or muscle type disease. They're all happening within days, months, weeks,

(16:48):
and years of this vaccine. Additional symptoms people may be
getting nuance, set of headaches, migraines tonightis ringing in the
ears I mentioned already, but it is in here because
I'm seeing it, anxiety depression, sleep disturbances, and some of
the cases, while they're more rare, severe cases of a

(17:11):
cerebral venus sinus thrombosis, which is a blood clot up
into the sinuses into the brain, transverse myelitis, which is
an inflammation and an attack on the spinal cord myelin sheath,
which is important for nerves and nerve use. Bullyan beret syndrome,

(17:33):
which is where you get this muscle paralysis and inability
to walk. You use the use of your limbs lower limbs.
They have been reported with the COVID shots. In a
study from Yale, two hundred and forty one incidents of
adults with self reported post viral or post vaccine syndrome

(17:57):
found the most common symptoms to date exercise intolerance seventy
one percent, extreme fatigue sixty nine percent, numbness sixty three percent,
brain fog sixty three percent, neuropathies sixty three percent. Patients
also found profound psychosocial stress. Let me break that down

(18:20):
for you. Do you find that you have trouble wanting
to be around other people in social situations? Do you
stress about going out in public places? Do you prefer
to really not go anywhere? Are you shopping from home?
Do you avoid going out at all costs? If this
is new for you and you got the vaccine, it
could be linked to that. Anxiety is reported by seventy

(18:45):
six percent of the patient's. Depression seventy six percent responded yes,
hopelessness seventy two percent, and many of these symptoms persisted
for a median of over five hundred and ninety five
days since this tracking these adverse reactions, the data has

(19:05):
been reported. Since December of twenty twenty, fifteen hundred reports
of suspected post vaccine syndrome have been logged in this
database that they puild their information from. But I mean,
when you're talking about a German university Yale, it's impressive.
The information is impressive. Many of the residents in Germany

(19:28):
have applied for vaccine injury compensation and of the eleven thousand,
only four hundred and sixty seven cases have been officially recognized.
The stone walling, they say, is a slap in the face,
so you know, think about it. They weren't going to
release the data on these vaccines for I think it
was like well over ninety years, and they were able

(19:51):
to get that stopped. So there's something to why the
data was hidden. In the study from Hamburg, they all
for a dire warning that vaccines, the mRNA vaccines are
causing irrepairable it's not repaarable right, irrepaarable immune system damage
in children with no clear recovery and the IgG for

(20:16):
antibody searge. It's like a ticking time bomb. When you
trigger off the IgG for antibody, it leads to not
only a lifelong health crisis, but a lot of comorbidities
to death. Thousands of these injury claims have been ignored
or disregarded. There's future mRNA vaccines in the making. They're

(20:37):
talking about a new Avian flu I believe vaccine. They're
actually making more of these. These dangerous vaccines must be
pulled from the market to protect our children and prevent
further harm. So that's just two pieces of information. I've
got lots more and you know in looking at it,
and this is well backed, research based evidence. There's a

(21:01):
psychology professor who found that widespread Sorry I get so
excited I can talk widespread vaccination during the COVID pandemic
and rising reports of lingering post vaccine health issues. Says
there's a surprising lack of research on the post COVID
vaccination syndrome. But yet he's finding it more and more

(21:24):
with his patients. So lots more to talk about here.
Let's jump to a couple questions. This is great, you
guys fire away talking about the clot in the sinus area.
How would someone know they have it? And how do
you break the clot up. You know. That's the scary thing.
We have found with the patients that you know ended
up being hospitalized and were put on from desevere and

(21:48):
on their protocols developed all types of clot formation, and
it was very difficult for us to figure out, you know,
what was the trigger, what caused it. But in the
inflammatory process when your body became so inflamed, one of
the triggers is your buss starts to clot. It's seen
a lot of different things, and so you really don't know.

(22:08):
I think some of the stuff that they talk about
with this sinus area of clot formation, probably some early
warning signs would be facial pain, sinus pain, headache, feeling bad.
Do we want to run right away and say, oh
my gosh, you know I need a cat scan. I
may have a clot in my sinuses. You know, it's
a big risk. But I think if you look at

(22:29):
what's going on, if you're well hydrated, you're otherwise healthy,
you're getting a pain pain from cloths. You know, it's
a pressure point and especially in the sinuses, should bring
a significant amount of pain. Determining whether it's a bad
sinus infection or it's a clot. You know, I would
not be able to tell you, you know, scientifically, Hey, we

(22:52):
can rule it in or we can rule it out.
But I think just to be aware if you've got
pain that's not going away, you've used some anti inflammatory
sinus medication, it's not resolving within a couple of days.
The other thing I would imagine too, is you're having
you know, maybe some trouble breathing, maybe some shortness of
breath obviously, maybe headaches going along with it. And probably

(23:13):
there could be some other symptoms because just like a
clot to the head. You know, people when they talk
about strokes, there are clots as they are in the
head area. If they're talking about you know, a thrombedic
clot in the brain, so much like a clot in
the brain, many times people are having you know, episodes
of you know, vision changes. They're also having periods of

(23:36):
dizziness or passing out. So I think the symptoms would
probably be a good indicator to get checked out. And
here's the other thing. If it's in your sinuses, right,
and let's just say it is a clot and you
don't have a cold and you're not congested, probably a
good reason to take a closer look. And most times,
I would say, if you get checked out you're having

(23:56):
a severe headache and you know you're in the emergency room.
If you're not producing any kind of sinus type symptoms,
they generally will do a stroke protocol, which means they
will check for throwing of a clot. So I think
you're kind of covered if you go and seek treatment.
But I think the symptoms would be, you know, pain
in the sinus, is pain in the face, maybe pain

(24:17):
radiating to the head, maybe visual changes, maybe dizziness or
you know, passing out kinds of things. I would definitely
look to seek emergency treatment. I don't have the numbers
on how many of these clots to the sinuses have happened,
but it's enough that they've put it in some documented studies.
So I think it's just good to be aware. And

(24:39):
you know, this is clots in general, folks, people that
have gotten these types of mRNA vaccines, the increased rate
of throwing clots and having strokes has increased. I think
I saw the numbers I read was like forty percent,
So keep that in mind. The other question, Yeah, it's

(25:00):
tough to say where it would come out, or if
it would come out, you know a lot of times
if they do see a clot anywhere, you really do
need to get emergency treatment. And a lot of times
if you don't get you know, a TPA type treatment
right away for a clot, you've only got a few
hours to get the TPA in. At that point, what
they do is put you on a blood thinner, and

(25:20):
that can be very helpful too, because if you're on
a blood thinner, nothing deeper can form, and eventually the
clot will will start to break down and minimize. That's
why for folks that have had strokes or have had
these types of clotting issues, you know, they'll generally put
them on a medication to not clot. But as simple

(25:43):
as taking an aspirin, you know, a baby aspirin. There's
benefits to taking baby aspirin, but there's also you know, risks.
So I say, you know, use some good general common sense,
take a baby aspirin, perhaps, you know, a few times
a week. I don't think you need to take it
every day because you could run a greater risk of
having bleeding tendencies. I would definitely tell you, you know, and

(26:05):

great questions so far. Harry had asked about there's a
lot of things that we've mentioned. How do we find
out if people have any of these things? You know, Harry,
that's the scary part. Well. I said that a lot

(26:48):
of this pandemic post pandemic, having had COVID or having
had the mRNA shot already brings on anxiety symptoms. I
don't want to add to further anxiety. I think what
you need to do a couple things really important for
people to start looking at having a lean, clean diet.
You know, now is the time we've been talking about

(27:09):
it too. And whether you like rfk's message or not,
a lot of what I'm hearing him say, makes good sense, right.
We want to get rid of boxed and bagged processed foods.
We want to try to avoid fast foods. There's a
lot of fillers processing things and chemicals. And here's the
thing where the relationship to the vaccine and all this

(27:31):
comes in. Your body has an immune system and let's
just say it's already fighting the vaccine. When you put
a lot of other things in there that trigger inflammation,
what do you think is going to happen. It's going
to eventually cause a response. And that's kind of where
COVID had its biggest claim to fame was because the
body was put into such an inflammatory process. It was

(27:53):
called the cytokind storm and it's where all these inflammatory
markers just go haywire and they didn't think that they
could calm it down with modern medicine and good basic
medicine that we've been using. So in order to decrease
your inflammation, you want to do something to your body
to take away that anything that's going to cause it.
So as you can try to prepare your own meals,

(28:18):
lead with protein, vegetables, try to cut out the excess carbs,
try to cut out the junk food, the sweets, the salts,
those kinds of things that number one is going to
help tremendously. There are supplements that can be very beneficial.
And I was just chatting with Rebel before the show,
our producer, about the stuff that I can't tell you

(28:41):
enough good stuff about. We can provide them to you
through my company. We get them anywhere that you find
them that you feel comfortable purchasing them. But any D
and any C any C is nycetyl system. You can
take it in capsule form. You can also get it
in an IV. And I had one of the bioweapons

(29:02):
scientists on my show last summer, and nicetyl is a
great organism enzyme that attaches to the spike protein and
it breaks it down. So if you're worried, you can
go get yourself some supplements of NAC and ANAC. Take

(29:23):
in every day. It's recommended to take it in the morning,
in the afternoon, or morning in the evening. It just
helps the healthy repair and regeneration of cells. You may
not notice any difference taking it, but it's there like
a powerhouse working through your system. It's really good. I
like to get at IV. I find that when you
can get some of these supplements IV it's just more potent.

(29:45):
It gets right to the source. Sometimes when we take
supplements and they break down, you don't get one hundred
percent of it in your system, and it takes a
little bit longer to get in your system. So those
are two of the things, NAD and NAC they're phenomenal
to take. The other stuff that's just generally good and healthy.
You know, we talk about omega three's be complex, vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, copper,

(30:10):
those supplements, you know, and again we can give you,
you know, more information on what to take and how
many doses. Generally, there's pretty good information on the vitamin
bottles of how to take those supplements too, and it's
a safe way to take it. The other supplement has
been shown to be very beneficial tacking the spike protein
and that's nanokinis nato kine's with two t's nato kinis.

(30:35):
I probably should have put up a visual. I think
next week I'm going to share a visual with everybody
so we can get these supplements posted up there. But
nanokinis you can purchase that too in some better nutrition
stores or online. And nanokinase is a great way to
also be able to help detoxify from that spike protein.

did I say Vitamin D? Vitamin d's in there too,
but they're generally the one. Now, I just rolled off
about six or seven supplements. Can you live taken six
or seven supplements so you stay healthy? I can. But
the other part of its nutrition, So get yourself some
protein drinks, protein powder. It's lean, clean nutrients. It really

helps with anxiety, It helps with all kinds of things.
And then you tend to if you do the protein,
you tend less to be hungry and not eat some
of the food that you might otherwise eat. It's not
so good. Let's see, let's see whatever. We've got so
many questions today. Jeff's asking about how would they relate
these things together and how long is it taking to

(32:07):
get the information to come out? You know, all I
can tell you about this is it's been out there.
We've been talking underground and on the chatterboxes and the
substacks and the rumbles. There's been some really good links
out there. We've been talking on signal since twenty twenty.
And you know, if you tune into American News Network,

(32:29):
they're even starting to put some of us out there
to get the word out because you are not going
to see this on ABC, NBC, Fox News. They're just
not willing to take the sacrifice because who pays for them,
the big box places of the big pharmaceuticals and the
other big memes of people that just have more money
than you and I can imagine. So we have to

(32:51):
take care of us, the little guy. We got to
stay stafe, we got to stay strong, we got to
stay healthy. So it's coming out, and like I said,
with yesterday's news, is about cutting out the vaccine for
kids and for pregnant women. Praise God, What a great
step for the American people to keep them safe. If
you do want to tune in, like I said, you can,
you can always tune into the IMA Network. That's Theimahealth

(33:16):
dot org. You can tune into America Real News Network.
They have a lot of great stuff. They usually talk
about it in the mornings, and I know for sure
they talk about it on Saturdays, So that's another good place. Honestly,
I don't know. Here's another great quot. When are people
going to wake up and see they just seem to
be trying to get things in our bodies? That is

(33:36):
so true. You know, it goes way back. But again,
I hate to get off topic, but you know, we've
heard for years things from some of the most wealthy
individuals across the globe talking about population control. You know,
I guess I can. I can get it, but I
don't understand it, because, yeah, how many people can be

(33:58):
too many people in the world. I don't think that's
for us to decide. But there's people out there that
believe they get the right to control those things, and
so they're going to try everything they can. You know,
we've got the big cell towers, we've got the jet
streams that seem to have things in there. And that's
for a whole other day too. Again, I know enough
about it to know that there's something to it, but

(34:20):
I'm not the expert. I am more of an expert
when it comes to what I've seen them do to
our bodies. For the last five years, I watched it
behind the scenes. I tried to stop it under the radar.
I tried to come out local and vocally to be
able to help people. And you can only save a
handful of people at a time when you're really just,
you know, somebody trying to do life. You know, I'm

(34:41):
not anybody big or anybody famous. Could the clot signus
be related to sleep apnea, You know, that's a really
good connection of sleep apnea and clots. I wouldn't necessarily
go down that as a rabbit hole, but that could
really make you pretty scared. If you've got some sleep
sp apna, they're looking for obstructions, so they should be

(35:04):
doing some type of a you know, a head CT
just to make sure there's not any little turbinates or
anything that's blocking. So if they see that, there's a
good chance they would see that there's a clot there.
But I would say generally sleep apnea tends to be
and people that tend to be a little bit more overweight.
Some of it can be generational. Some people just have

(35:27):
weaker muscles, you know, in the laryngeal area. And there's
ways to help sleep ATMA. Maybe I'll get somebody on
one day and talk about that a little bit more.
But just because you have sleep APNA, I wouldn't necessarily
get focused on a clot and that's not really what
we're looking about. It's the overproduction of the clotting cells,

(35:49):
usually related to inflammation from the spike protein, and so
hydrate well. When you hydrate, your vessels are plumped up.
When you dehydrate, did you ever notice you get light
headed in dizzy. It's because your blood flow is not
like a flowing stream. So nothing more than hydrating you
can help to prevent clot by staying well hydrated. There's

(36:10):
lots of other things you can do, but that's that's
a pretty basic one. The natural things. Asking about what
can you do to stop clots performing naturally? You know,
there's some great supplements. There's like a cardio enzyme. There's
a couple of different supplements. But if you use baby aspirin,
I always recommend to use it just a couple of
times a week. I think using it every day. I

(36:32):
know I've talked to some cardiologist experts. They kind of say,
every day you could run the risk with some bleeding,
but if you use it three times a week, it's
purely prophylactic, and it's a natural way, as natural as
baby aspirin is to just you know, keep yourself clean
from having a clot. Doesn't guarantee it, but it certainly
makes you far less susceptible. Hydration is probably your biggest thing,

(36:55):
and get your lab work done periodically, you know, checking
to make sure where your levels are, especially if you
haven't been to a doctor recently. You know, we should
be checking labs at least twice a year if you
have risk factors, or you know you've had the shot
and you think you have risk factors, there's no reason
why we couldn't run lab test on you, you know, as

(37:15):
often as every month or every three months if you
really want to check and if everything looks good, then
you don't have to get anything done. But if you
run the labs and you start to see something climbing,
all the more reason to keep a careful eye on it.
And we can generally see that stuff. You know, if
some of your you know, your hemoglobin levels go up
or your platelet levels go up, and it's a pretty
good reason to stay in touch and see what you

(37:37):
can do to make sure that you don't run a
higher risk outside of aspirin. You know, I don't have
the name of one of the supplements that I use,
but I'll have to get it for you guys. If
they call it. It's like a cardio miracle or a
cardio enzyme, and it's a more natural product. It's there's
actually even there are some herbs that help with making

(38:01):
sure you don't clot. I just don't have them in
front of me, and I can't remember the name of
it because sometimes I get memory issues myself. But I'll
make sure I make a note for the beginning of
the show next week I will go over some of
the other supplements and any of the herbs can really
help with preventing excess clot formation. Remember the thing too,
we don't want to prevent natural clotting because if you fall,

(38:25):
if you cut yourself, if people that are on clotting
medications have to be really careful because if you fall,
you can develop a bleed. And if you fall and
you hit the right part of your body, like your head,
it can be really harmful and damaging, even life threatening.
So I am not suggesting that we run out and
get things to not clot, but you have to be

(38:46):
really careful and aware of some of the signs and symptoms,
some of the general signs and symptoms. Again, these things
creep up on people rapidly, right like when you see
a twenty two year old drop or a thirty five
year old. It's not a good indicator and it's not
necessarily going to come out turn out too well. But
again it takes me back to hydration, clean eating. You know, protein,

(39:10):
plant based protein, vegetables, the carnivore diet. If many of
you have probably heard of it. It's not a bad
concept because it's a high in protein. There's some different
things they do with it where you actually you fast
for a part of the day in the morning. I'm
not suggesting that, but the concept of the diet high

(39:32):
end protein. You can have some vegetables. I do a
moderation of that. You know, I'm really just big on
the protein. I make sure you've got to get your
body weight and grams of protein daily. That's another key number.
And I say your body weight because I'm assuming you're
at your healthy body weight. But if you're not and
you're open to losing weight, then you want to get
the number of grams of protein of your goal body weight.

(39:56):
So if you're two hundred pounds and you want to
be one fifty, then you're going for one hundred and
fifty grams of protein a day. You're lowering your carbs,
you're eating healthy food, You're increasing your hydration and hydration.
Everybody needs to have half your body weight in ounces
of good fluid water, coconut milk. You know those kinds

(40:19):
of things. I Coffee and tea are both dehydratings. So
if you're going to have coffee, which I'm guilty of,
you've got to counteract it with something healthy like water,
coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, those kinds of things.
Alcoholic beverages don't count, so you know they're off the
table for saying I got my hydration. Did I miss

(40:40):
a question? Let me see, there was so many questions.
I can't believe. It's great you guys are jumping in
and again. I really want to get things out there
to keep you healthy, to fight back. We have lifetimes
to live, We have stories to tell. We have generations
of lives that we have to save because after all
that's come down in these last five year we don't

(41:01):
know what the genetic mix up, makeup or other underlying
factors are going to develop in people. We've already had
so many dill births and failed pregnancies since the inception
of this mRNA vaccine. That's a whole set of data
that I haven't even shared, and so the ability to conceive.

(41:23):
So what's the answer. The answer is, let's try to
reverse what you can. It doesn't have to be all
doom and gloom. The healthy diet, the hydration anc an ad, natokinis,
vitamin B, complex vitamin C, vitamin D, Vitamin D should
be taken with K two. It just gets absorbed better. Magnesium,

(41:47):
copper and omega three they're the best ones. And you know, again,

me I wouldn't have the ability to help someone. And
so now with the ability to treat, diagnose, and prescribe,

many during the pandemic, and my hands were tied in
a way that it just it thickens me. And one

by one, the few people that I was able to help,
and some that I didn't actually put in the book,
hopefully so that their loved ones can see their story.
There at least we tried to save them. But there's
a better way, and that way is to stay healthy,
take care of your body, treat your body well, and
it will it will survive. The body is very powerful.
The body is very profound in terms of how it

can heal. But we need to let it be that tool.
And what we do is we keep jam and stuff
in it and jam and stuff in it. And on
another episode, I think I'm going to try to bring
on one of my physician friends who has been using
ivermectin and ben Benzley as a way to help treat
and in most cases deal people from a cancer. You know,

you can think what you want, but our bodies, our families,
our lives, we deserve the right to heal and our
bodies are very powerful, so lots of good stuff. I
