Speaker 2 (00:33):
Hey, welcome to another episode of Wellness Uncensored. My name
is Patty G. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and I'm
excited to be here with you guys. Every week we
always try to stimulate your mind and help you find
ways to really be your best self. This week we'll
go without yet another week of surprises and fun guests
(00:57):
and fun things to talk about. But I wanted to
take just a minute and remind everybody that it's really
important to find ways to de stress in your life.
You know, life always has its way of sharing its
ups and downs and crazy moments. But at the end
of the day, just remember tomorrow is just around the corner.
So if today is not your day, tomorrow is coming
(01:21):
and fun for us, Tomorrow is Friday. So wanted to
share a little background because I know we've spread out
to additional podcast waves and I don't know if everybody
knows we are finishing our second season. This show came
to you just about two years ago after we started
to lift some crazy stuff off of the pandemic and
wanted to get the word out to people just really
(01:45):
what's been going on. Because we've tried to individually and
share things, and as a collective, we've started to find
other people across the country, across the world. And that's
exactly what I did when I felt so isolated and
alone during the pandemic, because I had spent nearly bush
(02:07):
almost three and a half decades working under a belief
model of how things were supposed to be and how
we're supposed to help people. And what I found is
we're all kind of siloed in many ways, and we're
siloed into thinking and being. That really just makes things
difficult sometimes to understand what's real, what's right, what's true
(02:28):
and funny enough, when we want to bring you some
of the most controversial, up to the minute things that
might not have made the mainstream media, especially if there's
a lot of truth to it, Like today, we're having
trouble with our guests. Something has something's happened, and we'll
be bringing him, hopefully to a little bit later today.
(02:50):
If not, we will be rescheduling because we had hoped
to have doctor Michael Moron. He was the physician who
was arrested and charged with providing vaccines that weren't really
vaccines and just over I guess a week and a half,
two weeks ago, Pam Bondi had released and dropped the charges.
So while there's still a lot of stuff going on,
(03:12):
he's at least free and clear. We wanted to hear
his story. And it's these most controversial shows sometimes that
we can't quite explain why, what or how, But let's
just offer our good words, good wishes that doctor Moore
will be able to join us at some point. But
until then, what I love to talk about. You know,
(03:32):
there's so many things that are going on today. You know,
how are y'all feeling? How is your day? And how
do you make your day the best day? And what's
really tough sometimes is you don't even realize you're starting
to escalate and stress and panic and worry, and then
before you know it, it turns into symptoms. You might
(03:52):
have a headache. It's just been too much, everything that's
going on today. You forgot that you haven't had anything
to drink water or hydrate, and maybe that's contributing to
your headache, but whatever it is, you know, we've got
to really take a close look at what what charges
and what drives our mental health. And a lot of
times we can set the stage. You know, it's called
(04:14):
just you know, planning, planning your day, positive positivity, positive attitudes,
and if you can set the right intentions, you can
really create this environmental emotional wall or window, if you will,
of posting through your day despite all the targets and
the land mines that come your way. I thought I
(04:37):
was doing a good job of it back, you know,
during and before the pandemic, super busy, busy executive run
in a whole bunch of different places, you know, hospitals, organizations.
And then through the pandemic, you know, found a different
direction in my career because I felt very limited. And
now fast forward as a psych nurse practitioner, you know,
(04:59):
I still f my personality allows me to get caught
up in things, and when you're caught up in things,
we get back on that wheel and sometimes we got
to take a step back. And so healthy selfishness, healthy
healing ways to put yourself first without making it feel
like you're being selfish. You know, this morning, for an example,
(05:21):
I didn't have patients and start to late, so I
was able to do some things more of a self care.
And I don't think when we have a Monday through Friday,
or we've got twelve hour shifts, we've got kids, we've
got family, we often take the time for ourselves and
some of those things just you really need to take
a minute and set your intentions, set your plan for
(05:43):
a healthy day. And I say that knowing that there
could be all kinds of stressors going on right. You
could have somebody who's sick, You could have had a
death in the family. Maybe you even lost a job
recently unexpectedly, all those things consentered considered, no one is
going to help you. You like you, and when you
don't take time for you, that's when we find you're
(06:06):
the one who suffers. People will walk past you, people
will assume you're okay, all kinds of stuff. So make
time for yourself. Now, we've already got a few people
rolling in with questions, and I do appreciate it. You know, headaches,
that's a great topic. And I haven't even intended to
really talk about headaches, and we've got a few other
great questions, so we'll try to answer them all while
(06:27):
we're while we're hoping doctor Moore is able to join us.
If not, we will we will pull him in for
another session. But migraines usually, I won't even say usually,
because I'm sure there's enough neurologists out there that would
say I'm incorrect. But when a migraine comes on, it's
usually because you've got pressure in those blood vessels that
(06:49):
make up all of the inner workings of circulation in
your brain. And usually those blood vessels are tense for
some reason, and when they're tense, all the nerving and
endings around them with that tenacity of what's going on,
create pain. Migraines can come from your blood pressure being up.
It's kind of a warning signal. It's a way for
your brain to go ooh, pay attention, you need to
(07:11):
get something because you know your blood pressure is up.
And interestingly enough, it takes me back to one of
the very most basic points is how we hydrate. And
that may sound a little silly, but your brain or
your body is seventy percent water. When you have a
sponge and you soak it in the sink and the
sponge is really moist and it's dripping. That's kind of
(07:34):
how you want your body to be, almost dripping, but
not quite dripping, but fully saturated. So your brain with
a migraine one of the things that you can do
to work on to help prevent migraines or help keep
them at bay. And you know, again it's just one way.
It's not the only way, but definitely hydration plays a role.
So first thing I always do is do a self check,
(07:54):
make sure how much fluid you're getting every day. Ideally
you need half your body weight in ounce since daily,
So in that particular situation, kind of do some mental
math and other things. With migraines, nutrients, you know, nutrients
play a role. The next question I think I saw
was quarters all levels. You know, Cortisol levels are just
(08:16):
one of the hormonal levels. If your hormonal levels are
off a lot of times, you want to get those
levels checked because that can institute a migraine. Migraines can
come because your hormonal balance is off. For just your
own estrogen, you name it. Love my producer, revel, I've
got my little barcode scanner up there. If you are
(08:37):
watching the show and you want to tune in and
you want to get some helpful information from either the
books that I've written, or to contact me for a
follow up information on how to get resources in your area.
You can just click on that little barcode scanner and
it'll pull up my website. Either one of my books
are up there, and also contact information if you type
in your contact information. I believe there's even a spot
(08:59):
for a question. You can ask me a question. Both
of the books are listed. It's a frozen Shoulder Survival Guide.
We'll talk about that in just a minute. And then
the other book that I was hoping to chat with
my friend doctor Moore about. They call me Harriet, and
they call me Harriet. Really is the cornerstone of how
this podcast got started. And I hope if you haven't
(09:20):
gotten the book, thousands of people are talking about it
and it's really hitting the charts as far as coming
off the shelf, because people really want to know what
really happened during that pandemic, and I promise you you
will not be disappointed. Working as a healthcare executive in
a major health system actually too, and I was at
one of the senior most executive levels. A lot went on,
(09:44):
a lot was not shared, a lot we tried to do,
and a lot I know I just couldn't continue to
do because it felt like it stretched across my ethical lines.
And a lot we were mandated to do, and some
of those things. If y'all have gotten to know me
pretty well, I really don't take mandation too well. I
believe people have a choice. People have a right to think,
(10:04):
a right to speak, a right to decide what they
put in their body. And that's really the goal of
why I am. Oh. Thanks, I love the comment. I
appreciate that you love the book. Thanks so much. I
really just strongly believe as long as we have a
voice in this life, you have to provide what you
(10:24):
know to people in the best possible way and then
let people make choices. But in the book they call
me Harriet. I'll do my little infomercial commercial there. I
talk about what it was like those first couple of months,
and I talk about all the disparity, all the disagreement,
all of the coercion embedded into the healthcare environment to
(10:46):
tell us to follow the guidance. It was literally like
I was living in George Orwell, no joke. Almost as
if you watch the movie George Orwell, I encourage you
to watch it nineteen eighty four. You constantly inundated with information, misinformation,
but information, and that's all we got. And healthcare workers
(11:07):
they always take direction, right, It's always a pecking order
of if I give the order, carry out the order,
document the results. And that's what we did. And I
didn't do so quite so willingly. So I found myself,
you know, in front of a lot of opposition, and
then I came down with COVID and I don't know
how because I was extraordinarily healthy, and thank god I
(11:29):
am today. It was a fight, and it was truly
a fight for my life. And in that light, I
absolutely fought against all kinds of enemies, enemies known, enemies
not known. And you know, that's hard to that's hard
to say because I don't know how many people are
really ready to hear that. But I will tell you this.
(11:49):
I know there were there were known and unknown things
coming against us. And I had one one thought. I
wanted to be here long enough for my kids and
hopefully to see brand kids day. I have a grand
dog and love her to death, and that's kind of fun.
But being in that hospital room and I see you,
no one cared about me but myself. My husband and
(12:11):
my kids didn't know I was in the hospital, so
when they found out, I know they cared too. But
it was a struggle and I fought to get out,
and when I did, there was no one to help me.
I was discharged with oxygen and a good luck and
then when I went to get follow up care, I
was told, you can't come here for care because you
have COVID. At that point, I was nearly three weeks
(12:34):
after the infection. But back then, once you had COVID,
you had the scarlet letter, you had this stamp, you
were COVID positive until we otherwise deem you not COVID positive.
And back then they hang on, we'll do isn't this crazy? Okay,
(12:54):
So we think we're going to be able to get
talk to more, probably in about twenty more minutes, which
is totally cool because I I love to share and
I hope you enjoy what I share, but lots of
good stuff. So you know, that was a fight. Read
it in the book. I got COVID, I got thick.
I ended up finding a way I did a lot
of cardiopulmonary training on my own. I was fortunate enough
(13:14):
to beat a doctor out in Idaho. I will always
know him as doctor House, but not not truly doctor House.
And I did some unconventional treatment and I worked like
heck for three months to recover, and I came back
stronger than ever. And I'm here today because of that fight.
So I also encourage all of you, you know, whatever
(13:37):
fight you're in, we all have our own journeys. We
all have our own fight. And I was sharing with
our producer Rebel just before we came on today, because
you know, it's like any good meal that you present
to people, So behind the scenes, it's always a little
bumpy and not to disappoint, but today was really it
was a little bumpy getting here. And you know, poor
(14:00):
doctor Moore, I know, and there was probably some challenges
on his end too. That's why it makes it all
the more special because when we do get the information too,
and you do get to hear and you can share
in some questions with him as well. We'll probably only
have him on for just a little bit today, but
I'll get him back on in another week or two.
I am bringing back Sally Sachson. Next week she is
going to do a follow up on the book that
(14:22):
we talked about vaccines, COVID Vaccines nineteen and beyond, and
I encourage you to get her book on Amazon, maybe
get her books so you can call in with some
great questions because you'll get it straight from the source
and between her and myself and all these other folks
that I've been bringing out to you on our airwaves.
(14:43):
I need you, guys to know the information you're being
served out on the mainstream media. It's just missing some information,
let's call it that. And while some of the information
is digestible, y'all got to take care of yourselves. And
that leads me into the headache, the hydration, the nutrition,
(15:04):
talking about muscle cramps, your body. Do y' all know
how special your body is. I mean, when you think
about it, we take our body for granted. And when
we take it for granted, it's because it's probably operating
on autopilot. And I'm sure a lot of you trust
the pilots who run our planes. A lot of times
they're managing them, but there's a degree of autopiloting going on.
(15:28):
Thank God for those pilots. That know how to intervene
when a crisis hits. How about that airline I think
it was a Southwest Airline coming from somewhere in California
to somewhere in Nevada. Man, that guy dropped the plane
saved hundreds of lives, right, Okay, So your body equally
is smart. And if your body is that smart, you've
got to listen to the warning signs. So when you
(15:49):
get a headache, it doesn't mean you have a brain tumor.
But what it does mean is something is malfunctioning or
something needs attention. So let's start with the hydration. Hydrate
water water water. But you know water, as it's demineralized
and processed through filters, you're not really getting micronutrients. So
you got muscle cramps, you got to add some electrolytes.
(16:11):
Electrolytes are key. They always talk about eat a banana
if you got a muscle cramp. I don't know so
much about the pickle beet juice, but I'm sure somebody
can look it up for me. You know, why would
picklebet juice be important? Because there's salt, there's sodium, there's
a little bit of chloride, there are you know, nutrients
in there in those electrolytes. So it's super too, super
(16:35):
important to get electrolytes in your body. And you can
do that with really good drinks. I will tell you
don't run to the gatorade. Gatorade is a source of
even the zero. Okay, you've got a lot of fillers.
I think we've just talked about RFK cutting out some
of the dyes. Try to propel, try to get and
(16:56):
you can get this pretty much anywhere in Oh my god,
Walmart my favorite place to shop. Not really, but you
can get it in Walmart. Branch chain amino acids you
can hook onto my link and on my website there's
a little section for supplements. You can type in branch
chain amino acids BCAA, or just a little scoop of that.
(17:19):
Usually the andrect in directions on the bottle say with
two scoops. Two scoops is pretty sweet, unless you've got
a large container. I always say, just flavor to taste.
That's going to get you plenty of nutrients. Amino acids
the building blocks of a healthy body, or amino acids
that make up proteins. Okay, so if you utilize amino
(17:43):
acids in a water bottle, which I have nothing here
today to drink because why it was crazy behind the
themes before the show. But amino acids, get those in
your body. Amino Acids in water will help with headaches, always, always, always,
Because I don't want you to ever think that I
would give you advice without suggesting you go to your
(18:04):
own provider get good medical information, especially because you want
to speak directly to you and your symptoms. But these
are good general guidelines to ask questions about or get
some of these over the counter products that are generally
helpful and healthy for you. So in that you know, migraines, headaches, fatigue,
(18:27):
low mood, anxiety, all those things. I harp on the hydration,
I harp on the protein. I harp on the fueling
the body, because when you're fueling the body, a lot
of these symptoms will go away. Now the other piece
with migraines, you know, there could be other things that
are triggering those migraines. I had mentioned hormones. If you
(18:49):
get your hormones checked and there's a hormone imbalance, sometimes
adding I'll just say in this case, maybe adding a
little progesterone can ease some of the symptoms of hormone imbalances.
That's just one example. A lot of folks that are
on the discs for pregnancy or the ring and the IUD,
(19:12):
A lot of those things create pretty significant shifts and
hormone balance. And if you're in your twenties, thirties, forties,
you know you may want to rethink other birth control
method because is it really worth the pain, the trouble,
you know, the shifts and hormones to not feel your best.
I have so many women that come on that often
(19:32):
tell me, you know, all the headaches, the mood swings,
the issues. It used to be back in the day
you take the pill to help with a heavy period
or mood swings. Now, with the way some of these ingredients,
the way they work, they actually can trigger a lot
of other emotional issues and problems. So take a look
(19:53):
and I will give a shout if you. If you
go onto my website and you let me know you
have a question, I will connect you with my friends
over at Castle Rock, and through them, I can help
you with peptides. Ordering peptides to help you balance out
your body. Hormones to help you balance out your body
I do it all through them there, so that is
(20:14):
something that we can do too, and I know we
had them on some prior shows. So if you do
tune into iHeartRadio and you want to look up any
of my prior shows, scroll down and when you get
to the bottom, it'll say view more shows. Just keep
scrolling because I've nearly got two years worth the shows
built on there, and there's probably not a topic I
haven't covered that if you've missed it, you may want
(20:35):
to listen to it when you have some time, because
we've had some phenomenal people on to really help you
with your overall mental health, physical health, and how to
help you improve from injuries and all kinds of things.
So yeah, So okay, the pickle juice here's one to
kind of add to what I know basically, but it does.
The pickle juice has electrolytes in it, and with the
(20:57):
sodium piece like I mentioned, also has potassium and help
to replenish the electrolytes. So well good, that's like a
what do you call that? A QA check? Make sure
I'm speaking the truth. And then the vinegar and the
pickle juice is helpful for dilating blood vessels and increasing
blood flow. So who knew? Now? That also leads me
(21:18):
to how many of you out there are taken on
apple side or vinegar. I would not be without. In fact,
maybe what we'll do I don't know how close will be. Oh,
I got a whole bunch of other people apple sider, vinegar.
They always say a teaspoon a day keeps the doctor away,
And I'll tell you what it's old. It's medicinal. It
really helps with balance, not electrolyte, acid base balance. It's
(21:43):
so funny because like I'm reading the chat, I'm reading
the screen, I'm checking out all kinds of things in
here today and information overload, Oh my gosh, how about it.
I don't know how they do it on the news
or like on these daily shows, because there's probably so
much information coming at you. But acid base balance. You know,
you want your body to be slightly alkalinic, so if
(22:03):
you ingest things that are a little acidic, it actually
helps you to be more alkalinic. And we have more
of an alkaline body. Guess what that helps reduce some
types of cancer. When you're more alcoholtic, you stave off
some of those. I am not an oncologist. But I'm
just giving you some good, you know, general information that
(22:26):
you can look up more as you will. And I
do want to thank some folks. I've got a couple
of comments on here. I really appreciate that you guys
have gotten the book. A lot of stuff going on,
a lot of censorship. You're absolutely right, and it's really tough,
you know, getting the word out. I'll tell you this,
the reason why I call this book. They call me Harriet.
(22:47):
I really felt like Harriet Tubman back in the day.
And you know, if that gives any credence to those
that are underserved, those that are in a plate, those
that are challenged because they think differently, look differently, or
act differently. Let me tell you those first three years
of the pandemic, especially the first year, I really felt
(23:09):
like I was in the a zombie apocalypse. And yet,
how do you feel that way when you work in
a world of brilliant people. These folks weren't so brilliant.
They all drank the kool aid. And I got to
tell you, guys, when it doesn't look right, soundwriter, or
feel late, don't you get like a little pit in
your stomach. That's how I felt, and I have to
(23:31):
tell you now because the world is talking about some
of the stuff that I've been saying for the last
five years. The world is talking about a lot of
the stuff I've been trying to get to people on
my book. Sometimes I'll go on X and I encourage you, guys.
I am not very good technically. I need people to
(23:52):
help me. But if you go onto my website and
you ask me a question and you ask about how
to get on X, if you can find me on X,
which don't ask me now what my name is, because
it's just I don't know. It's too much for me
to have to try to figure out. But I'm on
X and I think I'm under Patty G Wellness or
Patty G Wellness uncensored. But I'll look it up when
(24:13):
Doctor Moore comes on. But we can connect you to
live shows. I had my guest Matt Youngblood, great podcaster,
far more tech savvy than me, probably thirty or forty
years younger than me, and he helps me with doing
a live X presentation. I'm going to be on his
show tomorrow night. I think it starts at seven o'clock,
(24:34):
So if you need to get on, I think you
can look up Matt Underscore young Blood. He's going to
be driving the podcast tomorrow night. There's going to be
several of us on there, and me as a nurse practitioner,
there'll be several nurses on and yeah, I think it'll
be really fantastic if you can come on. Those faces
are pretty cool, you know why they're live, they're uncensored.
(24:56):
We don't know who's on. It could be Fanny may
Manny may know Big Pharma, but they're here in us
talk and they're not shutting us up. And that's what
we need more of, you know, And we'll be talking
about all kinds of things live and uncensored. You don't
get to see all of our faces because X doesn't
let you do that. But that's just one of the
things I want to share, so kind of back to
(25:18):
the point. Oh, that's a great question too about tutorials
for workouts and websites. Yeah, you know, I am. I
don't think I have enough hours in the day to
give all the information that can be so beneficial to you,
But I do a lot of referrals. I always tell
folks I got patients all the time. You know, I
grew up while I was building my career. Starting out
(25:39):
in college, I was a fitness instructor and I did
all kinds of strength training. I used to do aerobic competitions.
I don't even know if they have them anymore. They
probably have more extensive things than that, but I was
very into all that kind of stuff. So I pair
that up in my entire career. Now I'm cresting on
the fortieth anniversary, so I'm getting pretty close. Not there yet,
(26:00):
not that old, but I'm close. But fitness and wellness,
it really goes hand in hand with your well being.
But what do we teach. We don't teach wellcare in
the medical model. We teach a sick care model. And
that's why I love what a lot of the stuff
I'm hearing about RFK does. And man, if I could
(26:20):
get his attention for five minutes, I am sure I
could really help him out. So if any of you
know RFK, you let him know the PATTYG is looking
for him because I'm an advocate. And while he's got
the business sense and he's got the political sense, I've
got the clinical sense. So y'all let RFK know. I
want to see him. I also want to get on
Real American Network, So if any of you got connections there,
(26:43):
you let him know. For whatever reason, they haven't answered
my email yet, but I'll tell you I can really
blow the doors out with some really good information, and
I think that's what it's all about. More people are
tuning into these shows, more people like you are tuning
into these podcasts, and how bad it does? It make you?
Speaker 1 (27:00):
Go?
Speaker 2 (27:01):
Hm, really makes you wonder like, why didn't we hear
about this before? Why didn't we know these things? I'm
going to be having Tom from Alpha Omega Energy on again. Tom.
If you go back to some of our prior shows
on iHeart we had him on I think the beginning
of September twenty twenty four and two shows in August
(27:23):
of twenty twenty four, look them up. He's very scientific.
He's a reverse engineer of I'm probably going to say
it wrong, chemistry, chemical models, electron molecules. He will tell
you more than you probably even want to know about
the shots, about all the other shots, about food, about
(27:44):
what's in our water. So he's going to be back
on as well. So those those two folks, you know,
I want to make sure we get them back on.
And if doctor. If doctor Moore doesn't join us today,
let's look for him probably the week after. I have
Nance Sally on this. Sally will be on next Thursday
with me and we're going to be doing part two
(28:06):
of COVID nineteen Vaccines and beyond, so so look for that.
Lots of questions. Yeah, vegetables, you got to be careful
about the vegetables. Super good point. You know, if you
buy them, you got to really clean them. And if
you do buy them in these bulks of the big
supermarket outlets and things, you know, Honest to god, folks,
(28:27):
I just don't know what they spray on them, between
the vegetables, the fruits, and even eggs. Have any of
you tasted a difference in eggs. I used to love
hard boiled eggs. I would eat three in the morning
for my protein boost. I can't stomach the taste of
eggs now. There's just something about it, just something about it.
I'm checking out all the questions to try to see
(28:49):
if I've covered everybody so far. Yeah, I appreciate you
guys are getting the book. Tell your friends. You know
I got to do is copy my website or tell
them to look up Patti gillyo Wellness dot com. That's
the website and you can order the book. It'll be
out in just a couple of days. And in the book,
(29:09):
just so you know, it's not just a story, but
I will tell you in the book, it goes through
some you know, highlights of COVID. It goes through what
I did to heal. In the back, I share about
some of the patients that I lost, that I did
everything I could to be with them so they didn't
pass alone because the powers that be refused to let
their families in with them. And you know that was
(29:31):
by choice. There was a real reason for that, because
if I could get one family member in with every
patient in that hospital, a lot would not have happened.
But in the back, I've got all kinds of websites
and contacts to get yourself hooked up with non mainstream
providers who will get you what you need, and all
(29:53):
kinds of tips. I've got tips in there about food,
about fitness, and oh, I don't know, yeah, different ways.
I had a look in a minute, but I must
have on about twenty or thirty websites to go on
and find information for yourselves. But yeah, let me jump back,
so fitness, let's see. Oh you know, I actually made
(30:15):
a fitness video. It was way back. It was probably
it was either late eighties or early nineties. I don't
think it went anywhere, but I did. I don't have
any fitness videos now. But you're all welcome to come
join me at Orange Theory, and I'll tell you one
of the cool things about Orange Theory given them a
free plug. You can connect with friends and the workout's
(30:37):
the same here as it is across the country. So
if we were to develop like a little group chat,
we could stay connected and do some motivational stuff on
our own group chat. And I've got group chats on
Signal and everywhere else. So if you want to be
a part of that, feel free. Like I said, the
easiest way to get onto my private stuff is to
connect with me on my website, put in your contact information,
(30:58):
and then I can add you to a group chat
on Signal. If you don't belong to Signal, get on
Signal and then this way we can find you. And
if not, I'm happy to email you some information so
you can get more results, you know, for things you're
looking at. One of the things that I wanted to
share too. I think Rebel you put it up. Are
(31:18):
the X thirty nine patches I have had Kathy, she's
my go to guru expert for X thirty nine. But yeah,
if you see those patches there, the thirty nine and
the forty nine. I only added the thirty nine back
when I was recovering from that pandemic of a virus
and I didn't really know much about it, but I
knew it was one of the things that did help
(31:39):
me to have energy and feel better. It was terrific.
It was absolutely phenomenal. Yes, I do recommend X thirty nine.
You can get there, and you can get there with
a discount. If you go onto my portal, which it's
a Magnolia cell patch dot com, it will pop you
right up into X thirty nine and Manolia Cell Patch
(32:01):
you can pick out the X thirty nines. I do
recommend both. But if you just want to get started
and see how it works, I say, get a pack
of the X thirty nines, use it for a month,
and then stop and give it a week and see
how you feel. That's the best way to tell if
you feel like you've got more energy and stamina. Those
patches are phenomenal, and in there you will see a
(32:23):
bunch of other patches. If you want, I can have
my person, Kathy reach out to you. If you're not
sure what to do, If you're not sure how to order,
just go onto that homepage Magnolia at Agilliana Wellness dot
Com under the comments section, say you need help with
the X thirty nine patches, and I can either have
myself or Kathy, my business person, help you and guide you.
(32:46):
Because in addition to the what I call the stem
cell patches to give you overall energy and endurance, we've
got other patches that will help with pain. So if
you're up at night with pain chronic issues, the patches
work to break the pain site. They don't solve the
underlying issue. But my god, how good is it to
get a minute of relief from pain? And that leads
(33:10):
to my second book, which I know I have around
here somewhere, but it's the frozen Shoulder one. I will
tell you with frozen shoulder, Oh yeah, re well, you
got it. Frozen shoulder is a very important topic for
people who struggle with anxiety, stress trauma, or deep depression
because it is a physical manifestation many of the times
(33:31):
to an unresolved stressor I'm living proof. That's why I
wrote the book, because after the first one, I realized
what was happening, and I manifested two more because I
just had that kind of personality and sometimes when tough
things happen. You know, what did I tell you at
the beginning of the show. You can only control what's
(33:52):
in your wheelhouse, and that's basically you. Everything else is
external to you. And it took me a long time
to learn. That took me three frozen shoulders and a
frozen hip. Now, not to disillusion you, frozen shoulder is
a very physical symptom manifesting. It can come other ways.
You can get it from stress, You can get it
(34:14):
from irregular blood sugars and your immune system being off.
You can get it from well, that's kind of the
two autoimmune issues, blood sugar issues. People who have diabetes,
they seem to say have a higher incidence, close to
a four or five percent higher incidence of issues. So
just know that it's risk, but there's ways to avoid it.
(34:37):
And those ways are a lot of what I just
told you at the beginning of the show. Good hydration,
good protein, good physical fitness. You know, we did jump
off of the physical fitness for a minute. But if
you've got good movement, movement helps to get the neurotransmitters
released out of your brain and not out, but to
produce more of them, so it balances you, It calms
(34:59):
you down. Have you ever notice like you're standing around,
go do ten jumping jacks and tell me if you
don't feel a little a little charged and a little
less stressed and a little more oxygen in your body,
maybe I want to do it. Okay, I'll give you
a minute, so after you do ten jumping jacks. That's
what happens when you exercise and you add exercise into
your life. So it's so important to include the hydration,
(35:20):
the good protein, the nutrition, movement, and sleep. When you
do all that. Things like frozen shoulder, you can kind
of keep it at bay if you do come down
with a frozen shoulder, and there are there are other ways.
If you've had shoulder surgery, you are definitely at risk
for a frozen shoulder. Now how can that be? Well,
(35:40):
when you shoulder is immobile, you tend to get some stick,
some stiffness, and if you're already predisposed, or you're stressed,
or you're tense and you're not hydrating enough post surgery,
you may end up with a shoulder that's they call
it frozen. It's tough to avoid sometimes even if you
do all the right things. But predominantly frozen shoulder is
(36:01):
more idiopathic and comes from autoimmune and issues with diabetes.
But if you had an injury, or if you're in
a car accident, you'll hurt your shoulder. Again. There are
physical ways. Now it's different too, because if you don't
have a physical injury and you don't have a surgery,
then healing it needs to be very nutriative and nutritive.
(36:23):
By that, I mean you've got to nurture it. You
don't need a lot of heavy, intense physical therapy. In fact,
you should avoid physical therapy. But don't be mistaken. I
don't mean don't move it. You need to move it.
In fact, you need to have somebody move it for you.
Like passive range of motion. That's where I take someone's
hand and I move it. Okay, this is active movement.
(36:45):
I'm moving my hand. But if I have someone move
my hand, that's passive that that's physical therapy, but it's
not aggressive physical therapy. When I have someone take my
hand and go, come on, pat, you got to pull
it all the way out here. When you're show is frozen,
all you're going to do is increase inflammation, increase pain,
and probably increase injury. So when you have a frozen
(37:07):
shoulder that's not caused by an accident or surgery, we
want to nurture it. That's where the stem cell patches
come in. That's where PRP injections come in. That's where
peptides VP one point fifty seven comes in. All those
things I can help you with. And if you need
help with somebody in your area that you want to
go to somebody local to actually get some of the
physical treatments. I pretty much work with people nationwide, so
(37:30):
I can connect you pretty quickly. So keep that in mind.
But frozen shoulders usually a manifestation stress and all the
stuff we talked about. I haven't had an injury, but
I did have. My last frozen shoulder was May of
twenty twenty three, and in September of twenty twenty four,
I actually had a frozen hip, same type of treatment.
(37:52):
So if y'all have questions and I don't know. If
somebody asked me if I'm going to write a new book,
I've actually thought about. I'm finishing my doctoral degree and
I'm actually up to my eyeballs doing my dissertation right now,
hopefully to have that done by October, so probably after that,
I've got some ideas for some more books, and I
(38:12):
definitely will be looking to probably put a few more
out there, because you know, I've actually had a lot
of fun writing the books, and I've gotten a lot
of I'm just checking on doctor more. It's been helpful
to a lot of people. I've grown a lot of
clients and a lot of patients to help them because
back when I had frozen shoulder, so many people didn't
(38:34):
even know what it was. I had worked in ther
for years and I saw the surgeries we do, and
I won't go too far off topic, but the procedures
that they do sometimes do more damage than good. That's
why surgery is usually always a last result or resort.
One of the procedures they do for a frozen shoulder.
Picture your shoulder like this, right, it's locked down. You
(38:55):
can't really lift it up, get range of motion. They
put you under anesthesia and then they take you arm
and they go like this to it, and they go
like this to it. They're like this to it, and
when they do that, you're sleep. Imagine the damage and
believe me, I've seen the damage post up. You can
tear nerves, you can destroy nerves permanently. You can break
(39:16):
the humoral head, the bone that detaches up into your shoulder.
That's your humorous, the head of your humorous. People end
up with hairline fractures. So when I hear people talk
about wanting to go get surgery, I'm like, we tried
everything else, yet, it's really important to try alternative therapy
before you do that. And many orthopedic docs now will
(39:38):
provide RP injections. You have to ask for it, and
a lot of times they're going to say, well, I
could do a I could do a steroid injection, you know,
steroids covered by insurance. And when I went to an
orthopod once because I was looking for somebody before I
had somebody to help me do my own I think, dope,
I'll spend the four hundred and fifty dollars. Just put
(40:00):
my own PRP in there. Please put my own PRP.
And they did, and I recovered and I didn't need
anything crazy. I didn't need physical therapy afterwards. But you know,
this is the information, folks. They have information. Sometimes they
have good information, but not always the best. And like
they always tell you, there's always more than one way
(40:20):
to skin a cat. And so I prefer to go
the method of nurturing and healing before I do aggressive things.
And that's not to say, you know, there's sometimes when
you really do you need they need. I don't know
if he's in the waiting room, can you check it out.
I don't know if doctor Moore is there, and he
seems to be there. If he is on, we'll take
(40:42):
a couple of seconds just to say hi. But we're
pretty close to the end of the war right now.
So if he is there, he needs to hit the
enter studio button because he's not in the green room.
All right, We'll just we'll get him on for next
time because I'm going to wrap up with folks. And oh,
do you know what's funny When you're phone starts to type,
what is it? Talk text type for you, I'll tell
(41:05):
you it's a danger zone out here, folks. I am
not tech savvy. I just repeated. My whole self was
get off talk text all right. See, I can't do
two things at once. This is not my thing. Okay,
if he does show up, get him on and leave
him in the back so I can talk to him.
But listen. I really enjoyed chat with you guys today.
(41:26):
So many great questions. I don't have online wellness classes yet.
The only online thing that I do offer is for
frozen shoulder, and that's on my website. I have a
frozen shoulder website. It's called frozen Shoulderhealing dot Com. I
don't think I have that one up there yet, Rebel,
but reach out to me under the comments in my website.
(41:50):
If you need help with frozen shoulder I can link
you into my frozen shoulder website. I actually do consulting
there and I do some training with frozen shoulder. And
since now I've realized that it can hit your hips too,
I won't say I'm an expert, but i'm pretty darning
good resource for that. So anybody you know and the
symptoms are pretty interesting, I will tell you if you've
(42:12):
never heard or frozen shoulder. Technical term is adhes of capsulitis.
So if you get diagnosed, and the symptoms generally tend
to be, you know, more of a loss range of motion,
less mobility, slight pain, tightness, and then the pain starts
to get worse at night, and over the next couple
of weeks and months, your shoulder becomes restricted. The pain
(42:35):
gets excruciating at night, horrible during the day, constantly feel
like something's pulling your shoulder down because the shoulder actually
dislocates itself in a way, it kind of comes out
of joint. And when it does that, I mean, it
feels horrible. It's not popping the ball and socket out,
but what it is doing is lifting up that the
(42:56):
shoulder blade. Your shoulder blade gets a little dislocated, and
what happens is it wraps the nerve, the ligaments, the muscles,
and it almost feels like somebody's got a bag pulling
your over your shoulder and your your shoulder blade gets
pulled up in the air. If you look at yourself
in the mirror, they don't look even so lots of
stuff people don't even realize they have it. And then
(43:16):
when it gets worse over a period of time, the treatment,
because you're almost locked down, you know, it takes a
while to heal. So if we can get you with
PRP injections or VP one fifty seven peptides, we're gonna
knock that thing out quick. And I've been able to
heal frozen shoulder within a ten to twelve week period
of PRP, VP one fifty seven cryotherapy right to the
(43:39):
localized area and gentle massage. That's really my mixture. I
get people to get on a really good protein based diet.
Cut out the carbs, cut out the sugars because those
things feed inflammation, and from there we can get you
healed up pretty quick. So, man, I think I covered
a ton of stuff today, and you know it was
(44:00):
all unprepared because for doctor Moore. But what I want
to do is make sure I've covered everybody here. I
think I did, and again I apologize. Sometimes when we're
about to get you the best information, our folks run
into roadblocks. I know myself sometimes getting on the airwaves
was really difficult. So because of that, tune in, click
(44:23):
on my space and I will be on tomorrow night
on X. If you want that information, send me in
phone the contact information and I will tell you how
to get onto my link. And then I know my
fellow podcaster here, Matt. It's Matt Underscore young blood. He
will get you on. If you do have an x
(44:45):
space and you want to know my name out there,
it's Patty G. P Attig at Wellness, so it's at
Wellness Patty G. I'll have to put that up there, Rebel.
I didn't even think to add my x space. So
it's been great chat with you guys. I really appreciate
the support. Let me know you're listening, let me know
(45:05):
if you have questions, send me comments on my website,
and I will bring you Attorney Sally Saxon again next week,
because I think we blew up the airwaves with her
with her book, and this is information that if you
don't get her book, you guys are really especially if
you had that special shot. We're going to talk about
(45:26):
ways to heal. And I promise I'll get our scientist
back on in upcoming weeks and we'll get doctor Moron
probably the week after next. You won't want to miss it. Okay,
you guys, have a great week, a wonderful weekend. Love
you all from Wellness and censored Patty Ge. Take care
