Dave Pokorny Presents...The Story Behind the Story, a closer look into StorySlams of West Side Stories Petaluma. Listen to the this live streaming show the last Wednesday of the month. Dave and Juliet Pokorny visited the Moth in NYC in 2010. This had such an impact that they came back to Petaluma and created West Side Stories Petaluma. Starting with Cinnabar Theatre and the Pelican Art Gallery, in 2013 West Side Stories Petaluma moved to Sonoma Portworks and in 2015 expanded and added a GrandSlam each December at The Mystic Theatre. Dave Pokorny: made his living as a stand-up comic in San Francisco and has worked with such talent as Ellen DeGeneres, Jim Carrey, Bob Saget to name a few. The 2nd was a few months later, when she decided to go out after 11pm, she tried to avoid seeing her ex and went to another bar, and ran into him anyways. On the bright side, he introdcued her to Nate and 21 years later they are still together.
