that's a good idea, Rusty.There's no better way I know to
start the day than with a bowlof delicious Nobisco shredded wheat. Yep,

not only does'n Nobisco shredded wheat tastelike a million, it's lots of fun
to eat. You see, youput in the Bisco shredded wheat biscuit in
a bowl of milk and you havea real raft. Then you put some
fruit and sugar on it, andyou have it loaded with carbo ready to
sell. That's right, kids,like Rusty says, You'll have a raft
of fun eating a raft of Nobiscosshredded wheat for breakfast, and you get

lots of pepper and energy, thekind you need to keep up with the

and the White Buffalo. Lieutenant Ripmastersspeaking officer of the one hundred first Cavalry
stationed at forid Apache. We're knownas the Fighting Blue Devils. To keep
peace in the territory we patrolled,it was necessary for us to sign treaties
(03:34):
with the Indians. These treaties werehonored and respected by both the white Man
and the Indians. To help theIndian we'd been given the detail of surveying
the territory and setting up certain boundarymarkers so that the Indians would know what
land was theirs and to show thewhite Man which parts of the territory belonged
to him. We were at workon this surveying and marketing job when we
became involved in a very unusual affair. It all began one morning when we

were hard at work the patrol elseRusty and Rennie Okay hold of Rusty Market,
thirty eight Depre's west. Oharah gotit, sir, Well, so

Remember you owe your lives to theseIndians. I ain't forgetting when I
owe that, Kamarwi, Lieutenant,that's for real. Sure. Garth and
his pals were playing a very recklessgame. It never pays to defy the

United States government, never, Andwe were the representatives of Uncle Sam in
the West, put there to keephis laws and his treaties. Kamawi showed
what great faith and honor he hadfor our agreements. But something happened that
same night, something so awful thatthe Apaches wanted revenge, revenge and blood
the white man. I'll be backto tell you the rest of the story

in just a minute. Say,kids, if you've been wondering how rusty
trains Rinny to do all those tricks. Listen carefully, I'm going to let
you in on the secret. Firstof all, keep the lessons short.

for learning his tricks, well youjust watch how fast he learns. And

Garth and Keller and the other twomen rode away, but there was hate
and vengeance and Garth's every action andin his eyes. I had a feeling
that we hadn't heard the last ofthem, but I was hopeful. That
night, all of us made ourway to the camp of the cherikawas we
all gathered around the huge council fire. Once we were settled, the peace

pipe was passed to me by Sakaro, the chief of the Cherikawas I drew
the smoke in and then exhaled theblue smoke into the cool night air.
Then I passed on the pipe toChief Sakaro. We make prayer, too,
great spirit, that our hearts maynever be far apart, no farther

devils down there. Yeah, I'veseen having a hot time, ain't they.

Did you know about the white buffalo. It's a famous legend, rusting

old Indian friend, and this ismy favorite. Even though it has no
end, great right, I haveto try to remember the lines. There's
an old Indian legend I was toldlong ago it's about a special valley in

the white buffalo. Thanks. Ohah. There are few who have seen him,
though they've looked high and low,for the trail is long and whining
to the white buffalo, The legendsays, you'll find him if your heart
is brave and true, and youtreat all men as brothers, no matter
what they do. I have searchedfor that valley since I started to grow.

I won't stop until I find itand the white buffalo, for I
know it's right to find the whitebuffalo. Mind the white buffalo, white
brothers. It is good. Iwill send for a medicine. Man,

father, Oh, stay with me, my son. I go on a
long journey to a better hunting ground. Perhaps I will see him the canyon.
Ah, good hunting cheese. Okay, hang on away with tennant,

was guard O'Hara sent, pulling backto the post with the supply wagon.
Then alert the entire command the restof you men matter, we're going,
honey, sir, what about me, sir, man's dangerous ross. You

then the treaty is made of lies, and I will fight a truthful
