Sakina is an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist and Breathwork Practitioner, Fit for Service Alumni, and Founder of Enter the Inner Temple. She is deeply passionate about the mind-body connection and regulating the nervous system. Utilizing a variety of Somatic and Embodiment modalities, Sakina guides people to a space of clarity and connection within themselves, so that they may experience the full spectrum of this human experience from a space of truth instead of wounds.
