Speaker 10 (03:09):
Praise the Lord. Everyone. I am. I'm super excited to
share God's word with you this evening. This is Minister
Vanessa Williams, and our topic is God's faithfulness still stands.
Like I said, I'm super excited about His word. Before
we get into the prayer and get into the word,

(03:30):
I think we have some new folks this evening, and
I just want to share a little bit about this
segment of when Christian's Big Talk Radio. Welcome to it,
first of all, and this segment is called His Abounding
Grace Broadcast. We're so delighted, so delighted that you decided
to join us this evening. You could have been so

(03:50):
many different places doing so many other things, but you
decide to spend the next thirty or forty minutes with us,
and we thank God for that. Also, have it a
privilege I really counted an honor to be part of
this wonderful network of brothers and sisters who are spreading
the gospel, this network of Renny Christian's Big Talk Radio.

(04:14):
You know, we expect your life. We'd expect your life
to be changed in such a way that you would
go out and help make a difference in someone else's life.
That's what we're all about. So this segment, His Abounding Grace,
was the positive in my spirit, and I just decided
to do some research on it. It's coming out of Romas,
the fifth chapter in the twenty first, and the scripture

(04:37):
reads moreover, the law entered that the office might abound,
but where sin abounded, grace did much more about. And
so that's where my title comes from. His abounding Grace
just an overview. His abounding grace is a movelist gift
that we oftentimes take for granted. You know, it's because

(04:59):
of his that we really get second chances. It's because
of his grace that we are not consumed. It is
because of his grace that the enemy is already defeated.
So instead of using his grace as an opportunity to
continue to sin, we shall be continually praising God, giving
him the glory through the precious blood of Jesus Christ.

(05:21):
That grace did much more about my prayer this evening.
Our prayer this evening is that it will encourage you
to strengthen your relationship with God. And for some of
you who may not have your personal relationship with the
son of Jesus Christ, our prayer is simple that this
message will convic you and touch your heart to want

(05:42):
to know Jesus for yourself. Let us go to God
in prayer. Heaven, Father, we thank you, Lord God for
giving us another opportunity to to serve you. We thank you,
Lord God for your grace and for your mercy. We
thank you, Lord God for being able to use us
as a vessel, Lord God, to get your word out there,
to get your message out. Lord God. Lord, we ask

(06:02):
right now the hearts and ills to be open to
receive everything that you have for them. This evening, Lord God,
Lord God is not about us. It's all about you, Father,
and we do give you the honor glory in praise
because you and you alone are worthy to be praised.
So Lord, we asked that this word would convict where
it should, Lord God, you said in your word and

(06:23):
when it goes forth, it will never return unto you.
Board that it will go out and accomplished that with
you have purpose for it to accomplish. So Lord, God
will give you honor, glory in praise and Jesus' name,
Thank God. Amen, Amen, and Amen, God's faithfulness. God's faithfulness

(06:44):
still stands. We're gonna main text this evening. If I
sail forty three forty third chapter I theil forty third chapter,
you know I know God's faithfulness still stands. And you
may ask the sister, how do you know that I
know it? Because what He's always done for me, and
that his faithfulness in my life has still the test

(07:06):
of time so many times, over and over and over again.
If you to be honest with yourself, I dare say
you would agree with me. The God's faithfulness, not our faithfulness,
but his faithfulness. His faithfulness still stands Isaiah the forty
third chapter, first verse, do not fear, for I have
redeemed you. I have summoned you by name you a mind.

(07:31):
The second verse is when you pass through the waters,
I would be with you. And when you pass through
the rivers, they will not sweep over you. There's no
need to fear, for God has redeemed you, nor it
has redeemed me gain or regained possession of sumping and
exchange for payment. So God, you see, has purchased you.

(07:53):
And the price, the precious price, was the blood of
his son, Jesus, the crucified one. Have some of you
by name? You are mind, God says, He summoned you
by name, whatever your name is, whatever your name is,
God knows your name. He knows your name, He calls
you by your name. He knows everything about you. He

(08:14):
knew everything about you before you even form in your
mother's womb. This is the God who is talking about
right now. And because of his investment in you, his
faithfulness still stands. When you pass through the waters, I
would be with you, and when you pass through the rivers,
they would not sleep over you. Yes, there are going

(08:35):
to be some times when you may feel like the
Idelifes did when they were facing the Red Sea with
Pharaoh's army behind them, the Issuelife, God's chosen people. They
felt trapped, They felt there was no way out there.
Looking in front of them and there's the Red Sea
and behind them, behind this, Pharaoh's armor is marching on

(08:55):
you see, you may be facing your own red seed
this bird moment. Perhaps there is it now to the
bills in front of you. Perhaps you'll face the serial
family issues and you're prayed, and you're prayed, and you're prayed.
Perhaps your body is wrapped with pain and you've gone
to so many doctors and got no answers or very

(09:16):
few answers, and perhaps you've lost a loved one. Perhaps
you've lost a loved one. Our condolences go out to
you sincerely, because it's not easy when you're going through
a briefing process. It's not easy. I know that. Personally,
perhaps you feel like all hope is gone. But just
like he instructed Moses to tell the people when they're

(09:39):
facing the Red Sea, listen to this acted US fourteenth
chapters and the tenth Verston. And when Pharaoh ju nine,
the Church of Israel lifted up their eyes, and behold,
the Egyptians marched after them. And they were so afraid.
And the Church of Israel cried out, unto the lawd Lord,

(10:00):
they doubted his faithfulness. How many times have they witnessed
the Lord's protection over and over and over dear before
this moment. But yet they questioned his faithfulness. They questioned
it when they were enslaved, and when they were in bondy,
God protected them. Yet here they are mumbling and complaining
to Moses. In the fifteenth verse, the Lord says them,

(10:22):
to Moses, wherefore cries down to me, speaking to the
children of Israel, that they go forward. What are you crying?
Don't you know who I am? Don't you know what
I've already done for you. Don't you know that I've never, never,
ever would leave you. Don't you know that my faithfulness
still stands? So God speaks to Moses, his servant, and says,

(10:47):
God tells Moses, and Service says, but lift up thy God,
and stretch out thy hand over the sea and divide it.
And the children of Israel, my children, my children shall
go on dry land through the midst of the sea
and the seventeenth and eight efteenth versus, And I behold,

(11:08):
will heartened the heart of the Egyptians, and they shall
follow them. And I would get honor upon Pharaoh and
upon all his hold, upon his chariots and upon his horsemen,
and the Egyptians shall know, the Egyptians shall know that
I am the Lord. When I have gotten my honor

(11:30):
upon said Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
And you see, I'm sure a lot of you are
very familiar with this scripture, this story, and the Old Testament,
and X to us. We know from this story that
it is like march through the seas on dry land.
And yet I can't tell you the number of times

(11:52):
when I read this story, the number of times I
was amazed and have quickly the Israelite God's people thing
to have get a guide the power of God, say Mamas,
and turned the back on God. But what about us?
What about us? When you're going through stuff? Do you
forget about what He's already done for you? Do you
forget about the God we're talking about right now? Do

(12:13):
you forget about things that He's already brought you from,
already protected you from, already kept your mind? And you
should have been insane, But God said not so not
so have you forgotten? And the verses says, and the
Angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel,
removed and went behind them, and the pillar of the

(12:33):
clid went from before their faith and stood behind them.
What about us? Have we forgotten that we're protected from
the hands of the enemy. Have we forgotten that God
covers us on every side? Have we forgotten that there's
nowhere that we can go where His presence doesn't go

(12:53):
with us? Have we forgotten that God's faithfulness still stands.
God wants us to be reminded today. He wants us
to be challenged today. Be still and know that I'm God.
Be still and know that I'm God. I'm just hearing
and carriage someone this evening. Be still and know that

(13:14):
God is God the word in some forty six chapter
the tenth verse, that I will be exhausted among the heater.
I will be exhausted in the earth. We'll talk about
my God. So I'm here to remind you that God's
faithfulness still stands. He wants you to stand still when
you're going through stuff. He wants you to stand still

(13:36):
and know that He is the great I am. When
you walk through the fire, you will not be burned.
The flames will not set you ablaze. It may look
like all hope is gone. It might sound like all
hope is gone. But I'm here to recarrye somebody today.
The fact of correct the five steven still stands. Walk

(13:56):
by faith and not by sight. Troubles may sing to
last forever. What you're going through right now, saying it
may seem like it's never going to end. The enemy
wants you to think that the trouble will last always,
and that your current situation will be made permanent. But
I'm here to remind somebody the second Terrestrians four eighteen
still fans while we look not on the things which

(14:19):
are seen, but on the things which are not seen.
For the things which are seen are temporal, that means temporary,
but the things which are not seeing are eternal. So
my brother and my sisters don't be moved by what
you see. So one one tells lets us know that
in the beginning was the words, and the word was
with God, and the word was God. Just lets us

(14:42):
know that God and his word is the same. God's
faithfulness still stands because his words still stands. Now, I
want to go to the Old Testament and give you
a couple examples in the Old Testament, and then if
time allows us, we'll move over to the New Testament. Okay,
but in the New Testament, in the Old Testament, as
God was with Abraham, we'll see that his faithfulness still

(15:04):
stood Throughout scriptures, God promises to be with his people.
He promises to care for us, to protect us, to
guide us, and never ever to abandon us. So even
when you find yourself going through tough situations, remember God
is still with you. Remember God is still in control.
Remember God is still walking with you. And it's not

(15:26):
as long as it has been. Let's give you some
background when we talk about Apralham. It's after the flood,
that's after Nord. Abraham, a descendant of Sham, which is
one of Nord's three sons, bring Lord to Genesis a
trap chapter that I'm reading in a living Bible paraphrase.
God had told Abraham Apram, leave your own country behind
you and your own people, and go to the land

(15:49):
I guide you too. If you do, I will cause
you to become the father of a great nation. I
will bless you and make your name famous, and you
would be a blessing too many others. The third verse says,
I will bless those who bless you, and curse those
who cursed you, and the entire world will be blessed
because of you. At this time, Apram was seven to

(16:12):
five years old when he set out following God's instructions.
He was obedient to God and God was with him.
And Verse seventeen, Aphram is ninety years old nineteen years
old when God changes his name from Aprim to Apraham,
and God reminds him of his promise to make him

(16:33):
a father of many nations. Genesis twenty first verse twenty
first chapters, first and second verse. Then God did as
he promised, and Sarah became pregnant and gave Apraham a
baby boy in his old age. At the time, God
had said, you just see, sometimes we're going through stuff
in our time, and you gotta knows not God's timing

(16:55):
at the time. God says, at his appointed time, we
need to wait patiently for God. The third verse says,
and Abraham named him Isaac, meaning laughter. The fourth and
the fifth verse lets us know that eight days after
Isaac was born, Abraham had him circumcised as God required.
Abraham was one hundred years old at that time. Now,

(17:17):
because of God's promise to Abraham, he never left him. Yes,
there were times when Abraham did things that were not
pleasing to God, but God was faithful to his promise.
He never left him. There were times when Abraham and
his wife Sarah did things they were not pleasing to
God when it took Madison to their own hands. But
God was faithful to his promise. He never left them.

(17:39):
I'm sure there are times with you and me are
not faithful to God. I'm sure there are times that
we do things that is not pleasing to Him. But
guess what, God still with us. He never leaves us. Isaac,
Abraham's son, later married with Becca and they have twins,
Esau and Jacob. Esau and Jacob. Jacob is the father
of Joseph. Yet there were times when Isaac and Rebecca

(18:03):
did things that were not pleased and to God. How
God was faithful to his promise. He never left them.
I'm sure that there are times when our children may
do things that it is not pleasing to God. But
guess what, God would never leave them. God would never
mistake them. Okay. Denesis the twenty fifth chapter nineteenth first.
This is the story of Isaac's children. Isaac was forty

(18:28):
years old when he married Rebecca. Forty years old, Isaac
pleaded with Jehovah God to give Rebecca a child, for
even after many years of marriage they had no children.
Then at last she becomes pregnant, and guess what. She
becomes pregnant with twins, and the twenty second verse lets
us know, and it seemed as those children are fighting

(18:51):
each other inside her. I cannot endure this, she cries,
And she asked the Lord about it, and he told
her son, Suns and your wound shall become two rival nations.
One would be stronger than the other, and the older
shall be a servant of the younger. And sure enough,

(19:12):
the twenty fourth verse lessons know she had twins. The
first was born so covered with reddish hair that one
would think she was wearing a fur coat, so they
called him Eso the twenty sixth verses. Then the other
twin was born with his hand on Esau's heels, so
they called him Jacob, meaning grabber, grabber, eave. Isaac was

(19:35):
sixty years old when his twins Esou and Jacob were born.
Jenesis twenty seventh chapter lets us know that there was
a chain of events occurred that would cause Jacob to
leave his home and start on a journey that would
changing his life forever. A chain of events lies deception
and trickery, but God was faithful. He was safeful to

(19:58):
his promise. And he ever left Jacob as he was
with his grandfather Abraham, and as he was with his
father Isaac. God was with Jacob. So Esau says that
he's starving, and his younger brother offered him some spouth
in exchange for his birth right. Now Esau foolishly agrees.

(20:18):
We see here that Jacob valu the birthright more than
his brother. He stole his brother's birth bright because you see,
during this time, it was the birthborn who was entitled
to a double portion of a father's possession, and the
birthright entitled him to become the father's head. Now make
sure you understand God did not condone Jacob's willing and dealing.

(20:42):
But one thing is a parent. God never left Jacob.
God was faithful to his promise. God does not condone
when we sin. But guess what, God is still thakful.
So the twenty seventh birth One day in Isaac's old age,
when he was almost blind, he calls for Esau, oldest son,
and Isaac says, my son. Esau says, yes, Father, I'm

(21:05):
an old man now and I expect every day to
be my last. Take your bow and arrow out into
the field and get me some venison and the parent
just the way I like it, savory and good, and
bring it here for me to eat, and I'm gonna
bless you, give me the blessings that belonged to you
as my firstborn before I die. At this time, Isaac

(21:26):
was one hundred and thirty seven years old. We later
learned that Isaac lived many money more years, so he
didn't die as he suspected he was going to die soon.
From one commentary, I read that Isaac thought he was
about to die then because his mother Ishmael had died
at that age the fifth first. But Rebecca overhears this

(21:48):
conversation when he's talking to his son about blessing him.
So when Esau left for the field, so hunts for
the benison as his father had asked him to. Rebecca
calls her son Jacob, that's her favorite son, y'all, and
tells him what his father had said to his brother.
Now Rebecca was being trickery as well. Rebecca trickery was

(22:11):
not really necessary to see, because we learned from Genesis
the twenty fifth chapter and the twenty third verse that
God had already promised the blessing to Jacob and the
twenty third verse, and he told her, Remember the twenty
third verse, He tells her the signs and your wound
shall become two nations, two rabby nations. One would be

(22:33):
stronger than the other. And remember God told her, and
the oldest shall be a servant of the younger. So
she didn't need to tell God. How many times do
we get in God's way and we try to help him.
He doesn't need our health. Oftentimes we take madis into
our own hands because we don't believe God is hearing us,
or because we become impatient, or because we get tired

(22:54):
of waiting. A lessons for each of us. So let's
look at the events that Rebecca put in to actions
by favoring this one son and taking matters into her
own hand. Rebecca says, now, do it exactly as I
tell you. Go out into the flocks and bring two
young ghats, and I'll prepare your father's favored dishes from them.

(23:15):
Then take them to your father, and after he has
enjoyed them, he will be bless you. Before his death,
he'll bless you instead of esauce. But Jake, mother, Jacob says, Mother,
he won't be fool that easily. Think how hairy my
brother Esau is, and how smooth my skin is. What
if my father feels me, he'll think I'm making a

(23:36):
fool out of him, and he'll curse me instead of
blessing me, Rebecca says, Lamps curses me on me, dear son,
But just do what I tell you, go out and
get the ghosts. So Jacob follows his mother's instructions. He
goes out, and he brings the dressed kids to her,
and she prepares them just like his father likes them,

(23:58):
and the fifteen verse lets the notes. She goes even
further and she takes Esau's best clothes, they were there
in the house, and she instructs Jacob to put them on.
And she made him a pair of gloves from the
hairy skin of the young ghosts, and she fantom the
strip of the hand around his neck. Oh, she had
it going on. Then she gave him the meat with

(24:19):
this rich aroma, and some fresh face bread to take
to his father. Just reminds me of something that Sir
Walter Scott said in eighteen o eight. Oh what a
tangled where we weave? When first we practiced to deceeed,
we learned from this story that Jacob was able to

(24:39):
fool his father Isaac, doing as his mother instructed him.
He lied to his father, deceived him, and in doing so,
he received a blessing that was meant for his brothers. Now,
although Rebecca planned the deception, Jacob was eagerly guilty for
complying and going through with this, and we later learned

(25:01):
that Jacob reached what he sold. Yes, God did bless
Jacob because God does not go back on his promise,
but Jacob did suffer the consequences of his actions. Also.
I believe Rebecca also suffered from this as well, because
we'll later learn that she had to send her favorite son,
Jacob away so he would not be killed by his

(25:22):
older brother. Remember, Jacob always stuck close to home. He
was a mama's boy, always stuck close to Rebecca, and
she had to send him away. Through ancient of times,
God's faithfulness still stands. After all of the trickery, the
mother Rebecca learns that Esaus starts plotting to kill his
brother Jacob because of what he had done. So this mother,

(25:46):
who favors one son over the other, begins to plot
again about how to protect her favorite son, Jacob. She
thinks to herself, the best thing to do for him
is for him to leave the area and give his
brother time to pull off. So she goes to a
son and she said, please, my son, to your upper
lafor in Haron. Stay there with him awhile until your

(26:09):
brother's ferial is spent, until he forgets what you have done,
then I'll send for you. But why should I be
be read of both of you and one day get
this and studying this? I found this very interesting. After
she tells her son Jacob to leave, Rebecca then goes
to her husband Isaac and plants this ideal in his head.

(26:31):
Says he's the head of the household. To his get
his agreement, So she says to Isaac, I'm sick and
tired of these local girls. I'd rather die than see
Jacob marry one of these. So Isaac agrees, he doesn't
know what his beloved Rebecca has done. So Jacob leaves home,
and you know it will be twenty years before he

(26:53):
returned home to find that his father was still living,
but his mother had passed off. His mother Rebecca never
saw her son again. But guess what, God never forgot
his promise to Abraham or to Isaac, he was still faithful.
Chapter twenty eight lets us know that Jacob left home
and that night. That night when he stopped to camp

(27:15):
at thum Dams, he found a rock for a head rest,
and he laid down to sleep, and he dreamed of
a staircase they reached from earth to heaven. And he
saw the angels of God going up and down upon
the staircase. And at the top of the stairs said
the Lord. And the Lord says, I am Jehovah, the
God of Abraham and of your father, Isaac. The ground

(27:39):
you aligning on is yours. I'll be give it to
you and to your descendants, for you will have descendants
as many as does. They recovered the land from east
to west and from north to south, and all the
nations of the earth will be blessed through you and
your descendants. What's more, I am with you, and I

(27:59):
will protect you wherever you go, and I'll bring you
back faith to this land. It will. I will be
with you constantly until I finished giving you all that
I have promised. Talking about God's faithfulness, yea God's faithfulness.
Their stands God's faithfulness, their stands. His promises are yea

(28:21):
and amen. Even though we miss it, even though we
are dis obedient, God still blesses us because of his faithfulness,
just as he was with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, He's
still with us today. He says in the fifteenth verse,
once more, I would be with you and will protect
you wherever you go. We see here that God visited
Abraham doing eight. Let me slow there for a minute.

(28:46):
God visited Jacob during a time, and I imagine that
Jacob will suffering from guilt. I imagine his heart was
his heart was probably filled with regretful the past. I
imagine he was probably lonely. He was apart from his mother,
He was apart from his brother and his father, and
I imagine he was as certain about his future. And

(29:08):
God to hope of. God lovingly visits him in a dream.
God makes a covenant with him, as he had done
with his grandfather Abraham and his father Isaac. Once more,
I would be with you, and I will protect you
wherever you go. Then let's fast forward to Jenesis twenty nine.
Let's fast forward to Genesis the twenty nine. Here is

(29:30):
Jacob arrives at his uncle's house and he sees beautiful Rachel,
and we learned that Rachel that Jacob finally arrives at
his uncle's house. He sees Rachel, falls in love with her.
He works for his uncle in exchange for being allowed
to marry her. We learned that Jacob himself is deceased
by his uncle. He's strict into mary Leah first, but

(29:54):
eventually he gets to marry Rachel. Paul, then, let me allow,
let me interrupt the story for me. Remember what Jacob
had done to his brother Esaul, how he had tricked
him out of his birth right. Now we see that
Jacob himself was just tricked and to mary Leah when
he had asked to marry Jacob. I was sorry to
marry Rachel. I believe his guilation that says, be not deceived.

(30:16):
God is not marked for whatsoever a man saw us
that child he also reaped. But get this, God never
left Jacob, for he kept his promises to Abraham, to
Isaac and to Jacob. And Jenesis thirty fifth chapter, we
learned that a Jacob did return to his father Isaac.

(30:37):
So Jacob came at last through Isaac, his father at
a place called Hebrew help was where Jacob where Abraham
too had lived. And then Isaac died not too long
after that at the right old age get this, one
hundred and eighty years old, and his sons Esau and
Jacob buried him. Es Saul and Jacob did restore their

(30:59):
brotherly relationship. God kept his promise, as he was with Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob, He's with us today. During our time
such as this, we need to remind ourselves of God's promises.
We need to go back in time and see where
God has brought us from and trust his word. We
need to trust him just like he did for Abraham, Isaac, Jacob,
and yet Joseph, who were not talked about. This same

(31:21):
God is still with us today and his promises are
ya and Amen. From the beginning to the end. He's
the amthless, he's the apple an, a maker the beginning
and the end. It's only when we do this and
we will be confident that we can stand still and
trust in the Lord lean not to our own understanding.
God is God, He's the Great I Am. Let's go

(31:45):
move over to the New Testament. The New Testament, Jesus
demonstrates his faithfulness towards us and his role as our
good shepherd, our good shepherds John ten eleven. Jesus is
speaking here, and he says, I am the good shepherd.
The good shepherd gives his life for the sheep. Now,
what is a shepherd? A person in the in the physical,

(32:07):
a person who can feeds or god? A flock of sheep.
He tends, He cares for, He looks after them. He
puts their interest before his own. Jesus is our good shepherd.
He tends who I needs. He sees us, He gods us.
I like to say, Jesus is our security god, if
you will, But he's how many knows he's so much more,

(32:29):
He's so much more John ten one. Jesus is verily, verily,
I say unto you. He that ends knocked by the
door and to the sheep fold, but climbing up some
other way the same is a thief and a robber.
But he that ends in it by the door is
the shepherd of the sheep. To him, the porter opens,

(32:52):
and the sheep here is boys, And he calls his
own sheep by name. How many know he's our shepherd?
And he calls me by his name, and he leads
us out. The fourth first says and when he puts
forth his own sheep, he goes before them, and if
she follow him, for they know his force. Do you
know his force? Do you recognize the voice of our master?

(33:14):
And even more so, do you obey his force? The
fifth verse, Jesus says, and a stranger where they not follow,
but we flee from him, for they know not the
voice of strangers. Yay, I am talking about God's faithfulness.
The Lord is our shepherd. Verse one lets us know

(33:34):
about his faithfulness towards us and tells us that he
is our shepherd. Shep fold she fools was an enclosure
in which she was shoved at night. It was an
area surrounded by a fence and having one opening that
was used as a door, and a pastor. There could
be several flocks with different shepherds. I want you to

(33:55):
make sure you get this and a pastor. There could
be several flocks with different shepherds, but it's important that
sheep knows their own shepherd's force. For example, in the
Near East, several flocks get belonging to different shepherds may
be in one fold, that is, in one fence area,

(34:15):
but only if shepherds all sheep will follow him out
of the fold. Cattle can be driven, but sheep must
be led. You see, in this world that we live
there and there are so many voices out there, Okay,
so many voices out there. Let's say, there's so many
different voices out there. But if you don't know the
right voice, and if you don't know Jesus' boys, you
may follow a voice that's not a god, and you

(34:37):
may go at the thron a path that is not
a god. Are you acting like cattle or are you
acting like sheep? Do you allow the enemy to drive
you away from the safety and to his own camp?
Or do you allow the good shepherd to lead you
away from danger and to the safety of his arms.

(34:57):
I'm talking about the good shepherd. You say, a good
A good shepherd, but not lead his sheep and to
the enemy's camp. A good shepherd, but listen, A good sheep,
but not listen to any other boys other than the
good shepherd's boys. A good shepherd will enter in by
the door. Thieves and robbers don't enter end by the door.
You see, They find other ways to get your attention.

(35:20):
They try to distract you, They try to lure you,
They try to take your eyes. Get you to take
your eyes off the good shepherd. A good shepherd is
always watching, always send it to his sheep, always feeding
his sheep, always God in his sheep. That's how Jesus
and the fourth person. And when he put his fourth
his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep

(35:42):
followed him, for they know his boys. A good shepherd
brings out his own sheep, but he does not drive them.
He leads them. I don't know if you got that
or not. A good shepherd brings his own sheep, but
he does not drive them, he leads them. He leaves
me beside the still waters. The Lord is my shepherd.
I shall not want a good shepherd. He does not

(36:05):
ask him to go anywhere that he himself has not
gone first. He is ever out front of us as
our savior, our God. He says an example for us
to follow, and she we should follow Christ, not go
before him, not get in front of him. We shall
follow him. We should wait for his directions. We should
follow him, for we know before we know that his faithfulness,

(36:30):
Bill says. And when he puts his forces own shoes,
he goes before them, and she follow him. Before they
know his boys.

Speaker 11 (36:37):
Get this.

Speaker 10 (36:39):
The same instinct that enables a sheep to recognize the
voice of the good Shepherd will also prompt that sheep
to flee from a stranger. John ten, seek Jesus. This
is a parable. Jesus is speaking, and he and this
disciples don't understand what he's saying. And Jesus says to them,
very very I say to you, I am the door

(37:00):
of the sheep. Jesus is making the plain to them.
I am the door of the sheep. All they ever
came before me are thieves and robbers, But the sheep
did not hear them. I am the door by me.
If any man comes in, he shall be saved, shall
go in and out and find pastors. The thief cometh not,
but for to still and to kill and to destroy.

(37:24):
I am come, says Jesus, that they might have life,
and have it more abundantly. The left gird says, I
am the good Shepherd. The good Shepherd give us his
life for the sheep. And we know that he did
that for us. Get this the treat berd says, But
he that isn't hireling, and not the shepherd whose own

(37:44):
the sheep are not see, is the wolf's coming, and
he leaves the sheep pleas, and the wolf catches them
and scatters the sheep. The hurry flears because he is
a hurry, and he cares not for his sheep. I
am the good shepherd, Jesus repeats, And I know my sheep,
and I'm known of my sheep as the Father knows me.

(38:05):
Even so I know the Father, and I laid down
my life for the sheep. You see in verse twelve,
Jesus make reference to a hiraling at hireling h I
r E E l I n g is a servant
who is paid because he's not He has no true
allegiance to the flock, and a time of trouble, he's
gonna run off. And because he's working for money and

(38:27):
neither all nor loves the sheep, so he's gonna leave
the sheep alone, unprotected. Have you ever been in a
situation when you trusted someone and thought they were there
for the long haul. You put your trust and confidence
in that person, believe in he or she would take
care of you, begdless of what happened, for better or
for worse. But then trials and tri relations came, and

(38:51):
perhaps you found yourself all along. That's when you found
out that you were trusting a hireling, someone who was
only invent with what they could get out of the relationship.
Salloho was all in there for a little while. They
never intended to tend to you, to feed you, to
God you forever. They were simply looking out for themselves.
You have put your trust at a hireling, not in

(39:13):
a shepherd. God's faithfulness still stands. How many know that
the good shepherd will never let you down? How many
know that the good shepherd will hang in there with you,
for better or for worse. How many know that a
good shepherd will take your burdens as his own and
allow you to rest rest and the comfort that he
truly has your best interests at hard How many will

(39:36):
agree with me that the good Shepherd has already laid
down his life for you, his beloved sheep. He's laid
down his life for me, his beloved sheep. The Lord
is our shepherd, and his faithfulness still stands. Would you
rather put your complete trust, your total confidence, your very life,
and the hands of the good shepherd, The good shepherd

(39:57):
who tend to your every need, who feeds you, and
God's you. And again I'd like to say he's my
security God, but I also like to add he's so
much more the good shepherd feest us both spiritually and physically. Yes,
God's faithfulness still stands. God's faithfulness still stands. His promises

(40:18):
still stand. Whatever situation you may find yourself in this
very moment. Just rest, my brother, rest in the knowledge
that God's faithfulness still stand. When fear tries to overtake you,
when you feel like all hope is gone Isaiah forty
one ten will remind you, so do not fear, for
I'm with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am

(40:38):
your God. I will flipping you and help you. I
would hold you with my righteous right hand and gracious peace.
Isaiah twenty six chapter says you with keep in perfect
peace those whose mind are steadfast because they trust in you.
My friend, I mean, don't see You're way clear When

(40:58):
you don't know what to do Palms thirty two eight
is a good place to go. I will instruct you
and teach you in the way you should go. I
will counsel you with my loving eye on you. He
always keeps his eyes turning towards us, his sheep and
my brother or my sister during times of loneliness, doing
times of loneliness. There are so many scriptures that remind us,

(41:20):
such as Dude Romans the thirty first chapter, in the
eighth verse, the Lord himself goes before you and would
be with you. He will never leave you, nor for
sake to you. Do not be afraid, do not be
discaraged when you feel weak, When you see, when you
feel weak, you can see referee, seek refuse in his arms.
You can be strengthened in his arms. For Psalms forty six.

Speaker 13 (41:42):
Reminds us that God is our refuge. That's a safety
place if you will, that's a safe home. And he's
our strips, a texted health in times of trouble.

Speaker 10 (41:53):
And so we need not fear. Even if the world
blows up and the mouse is coming into the sea,
Let the oceans roll and form, Let the mouse is tremored,
for God would never be, never leave us. Sometimes sometimes
you might have been lied upon, talked about unjustly accused.
I There fifty four seventeenth said no weapons form against

(42:15):
you shall prevailed, shall prevel. Didn't say it would not form,
but to say it would not prevail. And you will
refuse every time that accuses you. This is the heritage
of the service of the Lord, and this is a
vindication from me, declares the Lord. God's words still stands.
God's promises still stand. God's faithfulness still stands. God's faithfulness,

(42:39):
my friend towards us, his stood the test of time.
I want you to think about that. Think about that.
He is our refuse, He is our strength. I tested
health in times of trouble. So, my brother, my sister,
Trouble may be knocking on your door right now. Fear

(43:00):
may be trying to overtake you. Sexus might be in
your family right now, even your own body. You may
be going through financial struggles right now. But I want
to encourage you all these scriptures I've given you. Go
back and listen to this message over and over if
you have to, or other messages like this. Okay, because
if we're just here to encarriage you that lean into
these scriptures. Okay. His promises are yea and amen. God said,

(43:23):
I never leave you, my friend, I will never leave you.
Turns to Jesus. Let him be your refue's and fortune
that you're hiding place dull times of trouble, turn to Jesus,
trust in his word, and do not fear. Even if
your world seems a little crazy. Right now, trust God
whether you're going through, regardless whatever you may be going
on in your world, right now, stands still and trusting God,

(43:47):
for he feel is the God of peace. You may
be faced in a situation where standing tries to overtake you.
Lean on Jesus. Remember the joy of the Lord is
truly your strength stands. Fear and know that God is God.
Wait patiently on the Lord. The Bible says. The weeping

(44:07):
may endure us fore night, but your comings in the morning.
Wait for your morning. I say to you right now,
Fans still, my friends, Stan still, my brother, my sister,
fan still. God's with you. He will never leave you.
The same God I'm talking about right now that we
talked about the Old Testament that all those brothers and
sisters are. Oh, He's the same God. He has not

(44:29):
forgotten you. He has not forgotten you. Go to God
in confidence the confidence I say to you today, Stan Still,
the great God I am. He's a great deliverer, the
great miracle worker is with you today. I say to you,
be confident in the knowledge that God is still God.
Be still in know that God is God, and without

(44:51):
him there is no other. God is truly the same, yesterday, today,
and forever. He changes, not he changes now. Thank you
Lord Jesus. When you feel like you're earth all around
you seeking saying you need a safe haven, guess what
you have one already. It's in Jesus. It's in Jesus

(45:12):
the Lord. Just like he fought for the Israelife, just
like he protected the Israelife who was fleared from Pharaoh,
God is your protected today. I'm here to remind you
that the same God I'm coming to the clothes, I'm
here to remind you today that the same God who
said to Moses at the burning bush, tell them that
I am that I am. It's the same God that

(45:35):
I'm talking to you today about. This is the same
God that says, stands still and know that I am God.
I'm here to remind somebody, and I hope you have
been encouraged by these three words that the same God
who he was Moses and says to the people faith
in the red seat, see ye not stand still and
see the salvation of the Lord. It's the same Almighty

(45:58):
God that I'm talking to you about today. God is
the great I am. His faithfulness still stands for all eternity.
We do not fear for I am. I have redeemed you.
I there forty three. I have some of you by name.
You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I

(46:18):
would be with you, And when you pass through the rivers,
they would not sweep over you. God is so good.
He's so faithful. He's so faithful. Even when we mess up, y'all.
He's faithful even we messed up. And in the midst
of I mess y'all, God is still faithful. And I
thank God for senting his Holy spirit. Jesus said he

(46:40):
would never leave us alone till he left us his
holy spirit as I got to comfort us, to protect us.
Thank you Jesus for guiding us even right now now.
Some of you may not be safe. You may not
have repented of your sinnings. You may have not have
accepted Jesus into your heart. So I beg you right now,

(47:01):
this is what it's all about. You See, if you
are not one hundred percent sure that you'll spend eternity
in heaven, I want you to listen to my words
very closely. Nobody can save you except Jesus. There is
only one way to die. And as to his son
Jesus Christ John fourteen and sixth, Jesus says, unto him,
I am the Way, the Truth, and the life. No

(47:23):
man coming to the Father but by me as fourth chaplain.
The twelfth Birse says, neither is there salvation in any
other well, there's none other name under Heaven given among
men where battery must be saved. Are you saved? Are
you born again? Have you made the confession that Jesus

(47:44):
Christ is bored. Rama's ten nine says that if thy
shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shopping
leaves and our heart that.

Speaker 14 (47:52):
God has raised them from the dead, thou shall be saved.
You need to admit that you're a sinner, because Rama's
three tenths there is not righteous no, not one. You
need to be willing to return from your wicked.

Speaker 10 (48:04):
Ways, that is, to repent, and you need to believe
that Jesus Christ, bad for you, was buried and rose
from the dead. But Rama's ten chance says, for with
the heart man believe it unto righteousness, and with the
mouth confession is made. Unto salvation and through prayer. Right now, you,
my friend, can invite Jesus to come into your life.

(48:26):
You can invite him to become your personal savior by
repeating the prayer with me. For Ramas ten thirteen says
for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord
shall be saved. So if you have not repented of
your sin, if you're not saved right now, don't be laid.
Do it right now, do it today. Repeat this prayer

(48:47):
to me build God. I'm a sinner and I need forgiveness.
I believe that Jesus Christ shed his precious blood and
died for my sin. I'm willing to turn from sin.
I now invite Christ to come into my heart and
my life as my personal savior. That's it, my friends. Now,

(49:10):
you truly are my brother and sister. If you made
that prayer of confession, if you trust in Jesus just
now as your personal savings, you've just gone a wonderful
new life with him. Please send us an email let
us know what you did that so we can continue
to pray for you. You can send that email to

Speaker 10 (49:59):
And then the we'll be selfish for this good news.
Run out and tell somebody else about Jesus. Tell somebody
else about Jesus, because that's what it is all about. Amen,
that's what it's all about. Let us go to God
and pray. Lord, I thank you. We thank you Father
for your words just going out, Lord God, for their
word is God. We know that it's an accomplished with you,

(50:21):
not us, but you have purpose for it to accomplish.
Their word is sealed. Lord God. We thank you for
tholos that have come to you just now, Lord God.
We thank you Lord God for them. Lord God. We
thank you that others have been strengthened, Lord God and
encouraged by these words. Lord God, that they would go
out and in curve, strengthened and and carried somebody else.
Lord God, we thank you, Lord God for allowing us

(50:42):
to just be that's just to be used by you.
And we give you all the honor, blurry and praise
because it's all truly belongs to you and Jesus' name.
Thank you, Father, Amen, Amen, and amen wan un tail.
The next time, go out and expect good things to happen,
because God, God, it's faithful. His faithfulness fell faired.
