Speaker 1 (00:02):
Good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning,
and good morning. This is Kingdom Principles Ministries broadcasting on
When Christian Speak Talk Radio coming to you live this morning.
(00:24):
Happy New Year, Happy New Year, Happy New Year to
all of you. What an awesome twenty twenty four. What
an awesome two thousand and twenty five. We are in
high expectation for looking forward to twenty twenty five, looking
forward to what God has in store for us in
(00:47):
twenty and twenty five as we continue to walk by
faith and not by sight. Amen. Again, what an awesome
twenty twenty four that we had sharing the Word of
God and going forward. Kah, excuse me, and we certainly
(01:08):
look forward to all that God is going to be
doing for for us and through us in uh in
the year of twenty twenty five. Wow, what can I say? Uh,
We're going to get started here. We are teaching ministry,
so we're going to be teaching how the Word of
(01:29):
God on this morning one today and sharing h We're
coming from the Book of Psalms h Psalms Chapter one.
Psalms Chapter one. We're gonna be reading verses one down
through verse three. And I'm looking forward to this time
(01:53):
fellowship and around the word of God. Hey man, let
us pray and let us get started. Dear evenly, Father,
we're coming before you this morning. Lord, given thanks unto you.
Thank you for the many blessings that you have bestowed
upon us. Father, thank you for this time of fellowshipping
around your word. Father, and Lord, I thank you that
as I as I decrease, that the greater one in
(02:13):
me may increase, that all glory on and praise will
be given unto you. Father. Thank you for the word
that you've given unto me to share with your people. Father,
I thank you that your word is anointed to heal,
to deliver, and to set free. And Father, I covenant
with you now, Father that I'll give you all all praise,
(02:33):
all glory and all honor for all that is accomplished
and all that is revealed in this lesson. Father, and Lord,
I just thank you now, Father that the people will hear,
lives will be transformed, yokes will be destroyed, burdens will
be lifted, Father, souls will be one to the lordship
(02:54):
of Christ. Father and Father, I remove all distractions, all entrances. Lord,
your word says that that were to not only be
hearers of the word by Father, but that will be doers.
For the ones that will do the word apply to word,
and by application are the ones that you call blessed Father.
(03:14):
So we thank you now. Father. Now think through my
mind and speak through my lips, that I may carefully
and precisely articulate the word that you've given unto me
in the name Lord Jesus of Nata. Everybody agree with that?
Say Amen? Well, good morning again. Psalms chapter one. Let's
(03:35):
look at Psalms chapter one, and I'm going to be
reading from the from the amplified version of Psalms chapter one.
And Uh, let's jump into this world. Let's dissect it.
Let's let's dig into it, and let's get the full
benefit and full measure that God wants us to get
out of it. Amen again, uh, Psalms chapter one. Uh.
(03:56):
And let's look at verses one down through the verse thirty. Blessed, fortunate, prosperous,
and favored by God is the man who does not
walk in the council of the wicked, following their advice
an example, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor
(04:17):
sit down to rest in the seat of scoffers. Or
really really curls. But his delight is in the law
of the Lord, and on his law, his precepts, and teachings.
He habitually meditates day and night. Watch this verse three,
(04:39):
and he will be like a tree, firmly planet and
fed by the by streams of water, which yield its
fruit in its season. Its lief does not wither, and
whatever he does, he prospers and comes to maturity. Yeah,
(05:02):
I'm gonna read it again from the original King James version.
Here we go blessed as the man that walketh not
in the council of the young godly, nor city, nor
standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the
seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the
law of the Lord. And in his law does he
(05:23):
meditate day and night. And he shall be like a
tree planeted by the rivers of water, that bringing forth
fruit in in his seat, bringing forth his fruit in
his season. His belief also shall not with him, and
whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. I'm gonna be speaking to
(05:49):
you this morning from the topic of rooted and grounded
in the world. Rooted and grounded in the word I
look that word rooted up or rot rooted. It means
(06:10):
to establish deeply infirmly. It means to establish deeply infirmly.
And when you think of a tree or or plants
specifically trees, tree roots can go uh you know, four
(06:33):
to six plus feet deep, and tree roots go toward
the water, or go toward the water system. They dig
down because the water is what what? What supplies the
lifeline for the tree. And as I'm looking at this,
(06:54):
and I'm looking at uh Psalms one in three, and
he will be and see, you gotta make you, gotta
make this personal, and I will be like a tree,
firmly planet and fed by streams of water. M hm.
God is is my source, my lifeline. Everything that I am,
(07:20):
everything that I will be, everything that I will accomplish
in life, I owe all to God. I'm going to
give him the glory for for all every accomplishment, for
for everything that takes place in my life. I'm going
to give him the glory for. And so when I'm
(07:42):
rooted in this, when I'm rooted in this word, and
I'm talking about some people know the word, they can
quote you scriptures, but the word is not in their heart.
David said this. David said, thy word, have I planned
(08:03):
in my heart that I might not sin against you? See,
if I'm going to get the full benefit of God's word,
then I really need to have it sown and planning
in my heart. That's why I love Proverbs four and seven.
You don't have to go there. Very familiar passion inscription.
(08:24):
It says this. It says, wisdom is the principal thing.
Wisdom is the principal thing. Therefore get wisdom, but with
all I getting, get understanding. Wisdom is the principal thing.
(08:47):
Therefore get wisdom, and with all I getting, get understanding.
If I have the wisdom or the knowledge of something,
but I don't have understanding of how to properly use
(09:08):
what I have to get the maximum benefit out of it,
what good is the knowledge alone? Here? People say this,
At least I've heard people say this, that knowledge is power,
And I don't disagree that knowledge is power. But knowledge
(09:31):
only becomes power when you used when the knowledge that
you have is used properly through understanding. Some people have
knowledge of things, or wisdom about certain things, but they
don't have the proper understanding of how to get the
(09:52):
full benefit of what it is that they know. So
just to know the word of God is one thing
to have understanding. I'm talking about revelation, revelatory knowledge and
understanding of what it is that you know. Because once
(10:13):
you have the understanding, now you can get the full
benefit of what it is that you understand. So I'm
born again, I'm saved, I have salvation. Okay, great, But
I am I living the God kind of life that
He's called me to live based on the salvation that
(10:35):
that that Jesus won for me at Calvary, And am
I getting the full benefit of it it? Then why
am I struggling in life in certain areas of my life?
(10:55):
Excuse me? I have I'm born again, I'm saved, I'm
going to have it, but I'm living a defeated lifestyle
because of a lack of understanding. And and that's why
it's so important to to to when you get into
these and uh, these and these and counters in these
(11:18):
settings of teaching and ministry, teaching and learning and growing. Uh,
there's a time and a place for everything. And uh,
I just I don't believe that you can only you
can only live off of height for so long. Yeah,
(11:41):
that the the the height and and and and the
uh uh, the motivation of it can start to wane. Okay,
you go in on a Sunday morning or a Sunday
and you receive the word of God, and it's a
powerful word that's been been been and there's a lot
(12:02):
of uh of rejoicing and hype and so forth and
so on. And you leave the service and you start
telling somebody about how good the service was, and they say, well,
what did the man talk about? What did the Man
of God talk about? I don't know, but it was good.
It registered with me. That's that's hype. Then come Monday morning,
(12:29):
you're still rejoicing, You're still feeling good. They come Tuesday,
now these same challenges that you've been having starting to
creep in. And now there's worry, there's anxiety. There's no peace,
there's no joy in your home. You're not you're not
(12:51):
receiving the full benefit of what you have. Over in
Psalms one O three, I believe it is it says, uh,
bless the Lord, oh my soul, and all that is
within me, bless his holy name, and forget not all
of his benefits. There's a benefit package that comes along
(13:12):
with being born again. There's a benefit package that comes
along with this word being sown in your heart. You
don't want it just on the surface, you know, you
want this to get down in your heart. That's Jesus
(13:32):
talked about that. But the seed of the sowred, some
was sown by the wayside, some was sown on stony ground,
and then some was sown on good ground where there
was thirtyfold, sixty four and one hundred fold increase. And
that's what I want. I want that hundred fold increase. Amen.
(13:55):
And so it's so it's so vitally important that you
get rooted, right. So we talked about this rooted and
then this grounded. I looked that up, and grounded is
mentally and emotionally stable, admirably sensible, admired, admirably sensible, realistic,
(14:18):
and unpretentious. I started thinking about as a kid, we
used to have these lightning rods on our on our homes.
And the lightning rod was designed when there was a storm,
an electrical storm of lightning, that the home wouldn't take
(14:41):
a direct hit from the lightning. So the rod extended
up into the airway, up into the sky above the home,
and it was made of metal to attract the lightning strike,
so that if the lightning was to come near the home,
it would hit the rod. The rod was grounded into
the ground to take the power of the of the
(15:02):
of the lightning strike away from the home and to
ground it into the ground where we do minimal damage,
not not not not destroy your house, sett it on fire,
and such and so forth. When you're planet, when when
the power of God is so powerful, that is raw
(15:24):
power is that's why, that's why man, that's why a
man couldn't look on God. And so it's important to
be grounded so that when challenges come up in our life,
this word is in our heart, and now we don't
fall apart and succumb to the challenges of the moment. Uh,
(15:51):
evil reports from the from the doctor. And you go
to the doctor, you get an evil report. How are
you going to handle that information that's just been given
to you? Are you gonna fall apart? Or are you
rooted and grounded in this word? When now you can
say not today, devil. He was wounded for my transgressions,
(16:14):
bruised from line Nick with his chastisement of my peace
was upon him and by his stripes. I am healed,
not that I'm gonna be here, I'm already healed. Well,
why how can you say that you've just been told
you have something and and potentially could take you off.
How can you sit here and say that you're already heal?
(16:36):
Because what the word says, and the word being rooted
and grounded in my heart, I believe what the word says.
So Isaiah said, Isaiah said, who's gonna relieve our report?
Who's gonna believe the report of the Lord. God has
already done everything that God's gonna do? And Jesus completed him,
(17:01):
and and when he was on the cross, and he said,
it's finished. I've accomplished everything that that that I that
I've set out to accomplish, everything that you've given me
to accomplish, it's done. So healing is already done. Mh.
Now Now now I'm I'm I'm after the manifestation. It's
already done. I don't want to walk my life through
(17:32):
in poverty. The Bible says that he became poor that
I may be rich. So why am I wallowing in
uh poverty? When the man died became poor so that
(17:56):
I can be rich mhm. Now let's take the money
equation out of it. I want to be rich. I
want to be wealthy, and in my health, in my marriage,
in my relationships with my family. I want the peace
of God flowing in my life like never before, where
where whereby. I'm going through something, but you don't know
(18:20):
I'm going through because I don't look like what I'm
going through. And then you find out, Oh, that brother
was going through that.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
Man, how in the world.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
Is he so calm? How in the world is she
does she seem to have so much peace and joy
going through what she's going through. That's the power of God.
That's an understanding. Because you have the words sown in
your heart and not just in your head. That's how
(19:07):
powerful the word of God is. Ladies and gentlemen, especially
when you get the understanding. You can have wisdom, you
can have knowledge of things, but it's the understanding that
will keep you rooting and ground and not toss with
(19:30):
every wind of doctrine that comes along. Because most of
what we know we got it from somebody else. How
many original thoughts have I come up with? Our environments
are shaped by what we see, what we hear, our experiences,
(19:58):
but there's a different experience that when I get into
this word and I start to meditate upon this word,
and I start to do what the word is instructing
me to do, when I start to have integrity character,
godly integrity, godly character, godly wisdom, revelation, knowledge and understanding
(20:22):
of what I'm learning. That's why. In the in Ecclesiastics,
chapter number five, verse number one, in the Message Bible,
verse chapter number five, verse number one in the Message Bible,
it says this. It says pertaining to the word God.
It says, when you when you when you step, watch
(20:45):
your step when you're in a God's house, when you
come in uh to the sanctuary, when you come in
uh to these type of engagements via YouTube and so forth,
when you come in receiving the word of God, it says,
watch your step. When you're into God's house.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
Enter to learn. H. It does not say enter to
be entertained.
Speaker 1 (21:17):
It says, ter to learn. What did you come in
here for? To be entertained? To be made to feel good?
It's uh. It's the equivalent of a person that that
that that that dives into a bottle of whiskey or
(21:41):
a bottle of of drinking habits to lessen the pain
of the challenges that they're going through. Well, watch this,
After the drunken state is over, you still got the
same challenges. You still have to face up to them.
You still have to deal with them. After the intoxication
(22:02):
has gone, you still got its, still got to deal with.
The challenges are on table and hype and getting pumped
up and excited through entertainment. When that wears off, the
challenges of your life are still in front of you.
How are you going to deal with them? That's on
(22:25):
the surface. But when you get the word in your
heart through understanding, now you can really deal with with
some of these challenges. Turn with me to the Book
of Jeremiah and Jeremiah chapter number seventeen. Jeremiah, chapter number seventeen.
(22:53):
And let's look at verse seven and verse eight Jeremiah,
chapter number seventeen. And we don't look at verse numberse
seven and verse number eight. Amen, And again I am
(23:13):
reading from the amplified version Jeremiah seventeen and seven. Here
we go. It says, then I will let you live
in this place and in the land that I have
that I gave to your fathers to live in forever
and ever. But Ho, you are trusting and deceptive and
(23:36):
useless words that bring no benefit. I'm in the wrong place.
Pardon me, Jeremi Chapter seventeen. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Verses seven
and eight. I don't know where I was at. Blessed
(24:01):
with spiritual security is the man who believes and trusts
and relies on the Lord, and whose hope and confident
expectation is in the Lord. For he will be nourished
like a tree planet by the waters that spreads out
its roots by the river, and will not fear the
(24:22):
heat when it comes, and will not fear the heat
when it comes, but its leaves will be green and moist,
and it will not be anxious and concerned in a
year of drought, nor stop bearing fruit. Blessed with spiritual security,
(24:45):
See when you understand what you have in this salvation,
When you understand that God is your protector, God is
your source, you're blessed. You're blessed when you understand that,
not when you read description. Is when you have understanding
(25:07):
of what you read, when you trust in and rely
on the Lord, and whose hope, my hope and confident
expectation is in the Lord, My hope and confident expectation.
I believe the word of God. I believe that what
(25:29):
God's word said will come to pass. Because over in
the Book of Matthews he said this. He said that
one job of tunnel of my word fell, heaven and
earth would have to pass away. That's how powerful the
word of God is. When God could swear on nothing greater,
(25:50):
he swore on his own word to Abraham, and he says,
surely I will bless you. Are you trusting in God's
word when you do again that benefit package, when you
get this in your heart and that benefit package, for
(26:11):
he will be nourished like a tree planted by the
waters that spreads out its roots by the river. And
watch this and will not fear the heat when it comes. See,
I'm not telling you that you're not gonna have challenges
(26:33):
in life. I'm not telling you that you're not gonna
have temptations. Jesus talked about that in John sixteen and
thirty three. He says, you know, be a good cheer.
He said, you're gonna have some tests. You don't have
some challenges. You're gonna come up against some stuff, he said,
(26:53):
But be a good cheer. I've overcome the world. Jesus
pay the full price for our resdem the full price.
And if and since he did, it's a fixed fight.
(27:19):
Not if, since he did, it's a fixed fight. He
wanted all, he won. He wanted all for us. So
now that he's wanted all, I need to be able
to live in what he's already won. But how can
I do that if I don't have any understanding of
(27:40):
what he's done in my heart? I believe that some
of the greatest challenges in our lives start between these
two things right here in our own minds. That's why
(28:02):
the Bible tells us to renew our minds. See, you've
been in the world system, and now you're coming over
into the Kingdom of God's system. You got to make
a decision on what principles or what system you're gonna be.
(28:22):
You're gonna wait, I'm gonna live your life off of.
And too often believers, born again believers are uh going
back to worldly principles and pull them away from Godly principles.
Well that's why one day you're up, one day downs.
(28:46):
Sometimes I feel like a nut. Sometimes I don't, because
you haven't gotten this rooted and grounded into your spirit,
into your heart, with this understanding that you know that
the fight is fixed, that we win no matter what
(29:06):
you already we've already won. Now we're walking through life
trusting and believing in God. Watch this, When you become
your source, you nullify the power of God from its
effectiveness in your life. When you become your source, when
(29:32):
it's all about what I did, I did this, and
I did that, and you're and you're taking credit for
it all and you're not giving any credit to God.
The power of God in your life is only accessed
by faith. The power of God in our lives is
only access by faith. Over in Deuteronomy eight and eighteen,
(29:58):
I believe it is. You can check me out later.
It says, remember the Lord your God, for it is
he who giveth thee the power to get wealth. Remember
the Lord thy God, for it is he that giveth
thee the power to get well, the ability to get well.
(30:23):
God is my source. God is my strength, and I
trust in Him more than I trust in this world system.
Because there's a track record with God. And when I
(30:48):
look back over my life and I look back at
my track record, I've had some wins and I've learned
a lot of lessons. I learned more lessons than Whens.
But when I surrendered my life to God, the winds
(31:12):
have become more sustainable. And in life that's what I want.
I want this growth, but I want it to be sustainable.
So I want growth and sustainability. And I can. I
can ensure that I can have a predictable outcome in
my life when I base it on the principles of
(31:34):
the Almighty God, when I follow His instructors over over
there and second Chronicles, Joe has He told jo Joeaspa
told him, believing the Lord your God, so shall you
be established secure, believe in his prophets, so shall you prosper.
(31:54):
So I'm believing in the word of God. And then
then then my Man of God comes and fortifies my
belief based on this, based on what he's based on
what he or she is teaching, and now prospering in life.
That's the order of God. God will put a man
in your life to lead you to the next level
(32:17):
in life. But you got to surrender. You gotta submit.
That's the order of God. Amen, turn with me to
Psalms chapter number ninety two. Psalms Chapter number ninety two.
Let's work this word. Let's get the full benefit of
(32:39):
being a born again believer. Let's get the full benefit
of what God wants for us in our lives. Let's
look at verse number We'll look a verse number twelve
down to verse fourteen in the Book of Psalms, and
it reads this this verse twelve, the righteous will flourish
like the day long, live, upright and useful. They will
(33:04):
grow like a cedar in Lebanon, majestic and stable. That's
what that cedar in Lebanon represents and represents, majesty, majestic, stability, strength.
You know, it can come up against strong winds and bend,
but not break because its roots go down. It's grounded.
(33:30):
It's rooted. And that's what I want my life to be.
That's what we should want our lives to be, is
rooted and grounded in the Word of God, so that
the challenges of life that come along don't take us out,
don't cause us to pull back from what we understand
and believe in the Word of God. Amen. Verse thirteen.
(33:53):
Planet in the house of the Lord, they will flourished
in the courts of our God. Planet in the House
of the Lord, planet in the world of God, with understanding, revelation,
knowledge and understanding that applies that allows my life to grow.
See as a born again believer in the Kingdom of
(34:13):
God's system, I should be living up here, but too
many of us are living down here in the world
system for prosperity. I want to live below my means.
I don't want to get everything that I get in
my hand to go out. I want to live below
my means in the Kingdom of God's system. I want
(34:37):
to live up here in my thinking as a man
thinking in his heart, so is he. I want to
live on top in my thinking and in my physical life.
(34:58):
So I'm planet, be in the house of the Lord,
and they will flourish in the courts of our God.
Growing in grace they will, They will strive and bear
fruit and prosper In old age, who said because you
got older that you can still have the good life?
Who said you got to be on this side of
(35:20):
the legend. Why can't you still be grown, growing, growth
and sustainability. You're growing. I believe this with all my heart.
Once you stop learning, you stop growing, and you might
as well be dead. Growing in grace, they will still
(35:42):
thrive and bear fruit and prosper in old age, they
will flourish and be vital and fresh, rich and trust,
love and commitment and contentment. We should be growing. There
should be a perpetual consistency in our lives of elevation.
(36:10):
We should be graduating in life daily by the Word
of God. Amen, Trusting in the Word, rooting and grounded
in the Word of God. Watch this. I told you
that when you become your source, you nullify the power
(36:31):
of God from its effectiveness in your life. The power
of God in your life is only excess by faith.
All right, where do you get that from? I'm glad
you asked? Turn with me over the Hebrews chapter eleven,
Hebrews chapter eleven, and get your eyes on verse number six.
(36:51):
Hebrews Chapter eleven, Verse number six. This is a Bible
teacher ministry. So if I'm going to tell you something,
I'm gonna have scripture to back it up. Aymen, That's
how you get this word rooted and grounded in your heart.
Hebrews eleven and sixty says this, but without faith. But
(37:16):
without faith, it is impossible to please God, to please him,
For he that cometh to God must believe that he is.
Stop right there before you can benefit, before you that
can reap the benefits the reward. Something has to have
(37:38):
transpired in your heart that you believe that God is
who he says he is. If you want, if you
want the power of God working in your life, if
you want the benefits of the power of God working
in your life, you must first believe that He is
(38:00):
who he says he is. When He sent Moses to
go in after the children of Israel, and Moses says, well, Lord,
they're certainly going to ask me, who are you who
sent me? And who would I tell him that you are?
What's your name? People want to know your name. They
(38:24):
want they want to know who you are before they
start believing anything that you're saying. And God told them
I am that I am. I am everything that you
need in life. I am. I am your redeemer, I
(38:47):
am your healer, I am your protector, I am your strength,
I am your source. I am And it's amazing that
we say we believe, but we don't have faith to
believe God to take care of our situation. Proverbs three
(39:13):
five and six says this trust the Lord with all
your heart and lean not to your own understanding. In
all your ways, acknowledge them, and he shall direct your path.
Why when the heat comes you start leaning to your
own understanding. Why when the challenges come up in life
(39:38):
you got the word, Why you start leaning to your
own understanding. You start you start to go away from
what the Word says. And then now you become the
problem fixer. And here's what I know about God. If
your hand get in it to try and fix it,
(40:00):
God's Hand's not gonna stay on it. He's not gonna
participate in your mess. He's not the all. He's not
the author of confusion. You want to have it, you
have it, you want me to have it? Trust in me.
I don't care what it looks like. Trust in God.
(40:22):
Write this. When you are rooted and grounded in the
Word of God, success is inevitable. What When you are
rooted and grounded in the Word of God, success is inevitable.
(40:45):
Turn with me to the Book of Joshua Joshua one
and eight. Joshua one and eight. Come on, let's work
this word, folks. Let's get the full benefit of what
God preordained for our lives. Let's start playing these church games.
(41:09):
Trust God, Amen Joshua. Chapter one of the very femisial
Familiar Passion description says this, this book of the Laws
shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt
meditate therein day and night, that thou mayst observe to do.
There's that application. You get revelation, knowledge and understanding. Here
(41:32):
comes the application to fortify what you believe. Okay, according
to all that is written therein. For then thou shall,
then you me shall make thy way prosperous, and then thou,
you me shall have good success. Where did the success
(41:55):
come from? Where did the success? The success come from?
It came from meditating on this word day and night,
getting it rooted and grounded in your heart and your spirit,
so that no matter what comes up against you, you
(42:16):
got the word. You're standing on the word of God.
And here's what the Bible says. This is not what
Cleophus is saying. This is what the Bible says. For
then you shall have prosper You should be prosperous. That way,
it should be prosperous, and you shall have good success.
(42:42):
You make your way prosperous, You make your way successful.
The God kind of prosperous the God kind of success
by being rooted and grounded in this word, have an
understanding of this word, being ready to share your faith
(43:09):
with others through your understanding, through your understanding. Let's look
at Genesis, chapter number thirty nine. We're gonna land right here.
We're talking about being rooted and grounded in the world
(43:33):
of God, having understanding of what you know. The only
thing you and I get to keep in life is
what we understand. You don't have understanding of something, you
(43:55):
don't have understanding of what you have. It can be
taken away from what you understand, the knowledge that you
have that you understand how to properly use it. No
(44:15):
one can ever take that away from it. That's why companies,
that's why people can file bankruptcy. It seems like their
financial future is over, and then they can come back
and get a hoish credit score rating. They can come
(44:36):
back and live in nice homes and have all these
material things. They can come back. They didn't come back
by accident. It came back by what they knew, what
they understood. See, I can have knowledge and understanding of
something and you can come along and it looked like
you took it away from it. You didn't take anything. Well,
(44:57):
you took the material stuff away, but you didn't take
what I had in my heart and what I understood.
Now I can go back and get it, and sometimes
in one hundredfold. The Bible said that Jove got back
double what he had before he went through all those tests,
all those trials, lost everything, and then got back double
(45:25):
when he turned his attention from himself and he prayed
for his friends. Genesis chapter number thirty nine. Get your
eyes on the verse number two. Watch this. The Lord
was with Joseph. The Lord was with Joseph, and he,
(45:51):
even though a slave, became a successful and prosperous man.
And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian.
He was in Potiphar's house. You go back and you
read read Genesis chapter thirty nine, thirty nine powerful. It
(46:16):
starts out, the Lord was with Joseph. Okay, make it personal.
The Lord was with Cleiophus. Put your name in there.
The Lord is with you when you're walking in the
principles of the Almighty God, when you're in the will
(46:36):
of God doing what God has commanded you and I
to do, no devil in hell can take it away
from I don't care where you are. You can be
in a prison house, you could be anywhere. You're going
to prosper. Cream always rises. Why because the Lord was
(46:58):
with you? Yeah verse three. Now his master saw that
the Lord was with him. All right, watch this, They're
gonna see that the Lord is with you and the
low cause all that he did to prosper succeed in
his hand. See when the favor of God is on
your life, when you're grounded, when you're rooted and grounded
(47:21):
in this word, and the favor of God is up
on your life, it surrounds you like a shield. Others
will see it. They may not know what it is,
but they gonna see it. So this, this, this, this
passion of scripture continues to go on. And Potiphar had
(47:41):
given him Joseph the rule of his house and and
over everything, and and and and Joseph was, you know,
good looking cat, kind of like me. And uh stop
and uh uh uh. His wife was a track to Joseph.
(48:02):
So while the man is out of the house, while
Potiphar was gone, uh she she she, she, she took
a shot at old boy, come live with me. And
Joseph was a man of integrity, high character and had
(48:22):
the word of God sown in his heart that he
couldn't do that to it, to powder, for the man
that had put him in charge of his house, he
was a slave, had the run of the house, all
of the all of everybody else that was in the
house knew Joseph was Potiphar's man. So she come after
(48:46):
that boy, and he ran so much so that his
garnement came off. And then yeah, she came out fro
him several times, and he wouldn't relent. Told her, I
can't do that to him. He's given me run of
the house. He's given me, you know, all this power
and authority around here, and you want me to do
(49:08):
this to him. No, I can't do this to him.
So she got upset, she got mad, and she cried
that he tried to rape her, and Potiphar had to
stand behind his wife. He puts him in jail, back
in prison. Look at verse number twenty three. First number
(49:38):
twenty three says the warden paid no attention to anything
that was in Joseph's care because the Lord was with him.
Whatever Joseph did, the Lord made the prosper Why I
submit to you that Joseph had the Word of God
in his heart. And when you have the Word of
(49:59):
God in your house, in your heart, integrity rises out
of the word of God. Character rises out of the
Word of God. Godly order rises out of the Word
of God. Most importantly, love, When you have the god
kind of love operating in your heart, you won't do
(50:24):
that kind of stuff to people that you say you love,
people that you say your honor. You won't sleep with
your boy's wife, you won't sleep with your girl's husband.
Because you have the love of God in your heart.
You have the principles of the Word of God in
(50:45):
your heart. And when the principles of the Word of
God comes up in your heart, it produces godly integrity,
It produces godly it produces godly wisdom, it produces godly understanding. Amen,
(51:09):
well listen, I am not out of word, but I
am out of time. Oh, I have had a phenomenal
time this morning sharing the Word of God. And I
pray that you got something out of this word. But
more importantly, I pray that this word will bring you
(51:30):
closer to God, will strengthen you in His word, strengthen
you in your belief system. Strengthen you in your heart,
that you will get this word rooted and grounded in
your heart, so that when the challenges of this world
come up against you, you have the armor of God
protecting you. Amen. If you're here on this understreaming broadcast
(51:55):
and you don't and you don't have a personal relationship
with Jesus Christ, our Lord, and say you never accept
that Jesus Christ as Lord and savor of your life,
I'd like to take this time to make sure that
we handle that so that you can start to see
the bend, so that you can receive your benefit package
(52:17):
from the Almighty God. Amen. Romans. Romans Romans, Chapter ten,
verse number nine and ten says this. It says, if
you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe
in your heart that God has raised him from the dead,
you will be saved. For with the heart one believes
(52:38):
unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
If that's j this morning, just simply say this, Lord,
dear Lord God, I am. I am a sinner. I
believe your word that you said that Jesus died on
the cross and that you raised him on the third day.
(53:02):
And then he sits at your right hand forever, interceeding
on our behalf. Come into my life, Lord Jesus, take
control of my life. Leave me and guide me in
the path of righteousness. Move me away from sin, bring
me closer to you. I ask you to be my
(53:23):
Lord and savior. Friends, I believe that if you prayed
that prayer with me on this morning, that you are
born again believer getting a Bible teaching church where the
Word of God is being disseminated and taught for your edification,
for your growth and sustainability. Amen. You've been listening to
