Speaker 5 (03:52):
So today I when I was I'm just looking over
some things that I wanted to talk about, Grace, and
just just jump right and we might just might be
a continuation or there may be a serious about grace,
But I want to talk about grace, you know, and
I believe that we are living in a time of
much needed grace from God, you know, because there's so
(04:19):
much that it's going on. It's just as if the
world has been turned upside down with evilness of men
and women, and people are doing things even within the
body of Christ. Things are just totally crazy. Now we
know that we're living in the last thing. They just
prophesied about these things. But also we know that He's
(04:42):
soon to come back, you know, so we want to
be aware that there's a hand that's writing writing on
the wall of the coming of the Lord. So at first,
before I get started up, well, am I ready started?
So I want to tell you a little bit about grace.
It says that grace, since the grace is a word
(05:03):
with sever meaning, both secular and religious. In general, it
refers to the elegance, kindness, and favor, and Christian theology
grace is God's favor and assistance freely given to humans. Okay,
so grace have a second meaning, but have religious meaning, Okay,
(05:23):
but it's still either way. You kind of when I
look at it from the Christian press spectrum. It's still
God's favor.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (05:31):
God's favor is upon us, you know, when he's sending
his son to die for the sins of the whole world,
not just those religious, or not just those a secular
or those.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
Of any other kind, but for the sense of the
whole world. Okay.
Speaker 5 (05:48):
His favor was upon us that we might have a
right to the tree and wife. So I'm thankful for
God's favor, you man. God's favor in Christian Christiania, to
grace is often understood is God a meritive favor and
assistance freely given to humanity. Is freely given, don't cost
(06:10):
us anything. The price has already been paid.
Speaker 4 (06:13):
It says.
Speaker 5 (06:13):
The divine is divinely granted. It's a gift that cannot
be earned. And it's essential for salvation. It's essentral for salvation.
We we can't do anything with God without God's grace
and mercy.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Okay. The other word we're.
Speaker 5 (06:29):
Probably talking about that lady also, and uh, grace and
is an enabling prayer. Grace is seeing a divide enabling
prayer that empowers individually live according to God's will. Okay,
And it's empowers that are live according to God's will,
you know, and with with with grace we are able
(06:53):
to go to higher heights and deeper debts in Him
if we want that.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
Okay, We're able to do many many things. Okay. The uh.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
When I looked at the word grace, grace appears in
the Bible over a hundred and seventy times and about
one hundred and fifty nine versus. Okay, so graces are
very it means if it appears that many times, grace
is a very important thing.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
Now, what I'm gonna do. I'm just gonna go over
a couple.
Speaker 5 (07:21):
Of scriptures, and I'm not gonna spend a lot of time,
but I just wanna read a few scriptures that really
get into grace. Kay amen, Amen, Amen, God is all
awesome and worries into grace. One scripture I'm gonna read
a period that we get into some deep talking about it.
(07:41):
The scriptures, Okay, the first one I wanna read coming
out of Prase Peter chapter five, verse ten, and said,
but the grace of of all I'm sorry, but the great,
but the but the God of all grace, who have
called us unto his eternal glory By Christ Jesus, after
that he had suffered a while, make you perfect establage,
(08:04):
strengthen and subtled you. Another one that's coming out Eacheeding
chapter four, versus seven. It says, but until every one
of us is given grace according to the measure of
the gift of Christ, amen he made. Another scripture says
this is coming out of Second Timothy versus one, I
mean chapter one, verse nine, and says, who have saved
(08:26):
us and called us with a holy calling, not according
to our works, but according to his own purpose and
grace which was given us and Christ teachers before the
world began, So before the world began, before the foundation
of the world, before we while we was.
Speaker 4 (08:44):
We wasn't even a thought. Grace was in the fact,
you know.
Speaker 5 (08:49):
Grace was in the fact, you know, before we even
our parents even knew we what our name would be.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
Grace was in the fact. I wanted to read a
couple more.
Speaker 5 (08:57):
And this is also coming out of Titus chapter two,
verses eleven says, for great for the grace of God
that bringeth salvation had appeared until all men. Okay, God
doesn't have any special particular particular people, but he graces
for all men, you know, and the purpose of the grace,
(09:20):
so they might know that he he is I am,
that I am, and that he is the great I am.
That someone would change our life from there around. And
that's the purpose that Jesus Christ came and died on
across for us. And he be chapter of two verses
nine and stays, But we see Jesus, who has made
a little lower than the angels for the suffering of
(09:41):
the death, crown with glory and honor that he that he,
by the grace of God, to taste death for every man.
Jesus died for the sins of all men, men and women.
Everybody dies. Say he died for the sins of everybody,
you know. But it's we You still have to make
a decision to receive him or reject him. I don't
(10:03):
know about you, but I just definitely want to receive him.
And he broots out the boar verse sixteen. And so
let us therefore come boldly into the throne, no grace,
And may let us come boldly to the throne and race.
Speaker 4 (10:15):
We're in.
Speaker 5 (10:17):
Our time and a seize right now that many of
us are coming boldly to the thron voice. But God
is calling. You know, he's calling. Like I said earlier,
there's a hand that's been written on the wall. He's
calling us at this point to come to come to him.
I'm gonna read also from John, and I'm on John
(10:37):
chapter one. I said, I'm gonna begin at Ridge fourteen.
It's gonna be I'm gonna read some other scriptures. Then
we're gonna talk about a little bit, okay. And it
says this John one verged fourteen says, in the world
and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us,
and we beheld his glory, and they said, the glory
(11:02):
as of the only begotten of the Father. For the
grace and truth they're talking about. Jesus said, the word
was in the beginning, And you know, the word was
first of all in the beginning, okay. And in the
beginning was the word, you know. And in fourteen it
(11:22):
says that the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us,
and we behold his glory and the glory as of
the only begotten of the Father, which is Christ. He said,
for the grace and truth. And then said fifteen, said
John bear witness of him, and crying, saying this was
he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me
(11:42):
is preferred before me, for he was before me. In
other words, I just told you that that the word
was when God created the world.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
The word of God was in Okay.
Speaker 5 (11:57):
And it says, and of his fullness have we have
have all we receive and grace for grace. I want
to read that again said, and of his fullness have
all we receive and grace for grace. For the law
was given by Moses, But grace and truth came by
(12:17):
Jesus Christ. But grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
It says Nick first said, no man has seen God
at any time the only begotten Son, which is in
the bosband Father. He have declared him, you know, he
has declared him. Jesus made a point and the New
Testaments that help any Testament to tell people. You see,
(12:39):
I don't do anything unless my father says do it.
And whatever my father do, I do, say, I say.
Whatever you tell me to go, I go. And we
should be like that now, you know, and everything like that.
You know, we should be in that place them that
we're obedient to wherever God is leading us to go,
wherever God is leading us to be. And I want
(13:00):
to turn to Songs and Psalms chapter eighty four, and
I actually was solid the rest nine. Okay, And I
really like this because I might go back up and
read some more of it, and so, but let me
just start here. He says, Behold, oh God, I'll shield
look upon the face of downing naunted for a day,
(13:20):
and the course is better than a thousand. I had
rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God
than to dwell and to take a tenth of wickedness.
For the Lord God is a son and shield. The
Lord would give grace and glory. No good thing would
he wouldhold from them. They'll walk uprightly, Old Lord of hosts.
(13:45):
Blessed is the man that trusts in the You know what,
One of the things I like about this is that
what grace would do. If you believe God and you
have faith in him, you begin to trust him more.
You begin become a living witness and an epistol. Read
among read among men to see the good news and
(14:07):
the mercy and the grace of God. Do you begin
to wherever you are, people can't help because they see
God's grace hit God's favor upon your life and everything.
They see that and stuff, and they you want to
be able to figure that out or find out what's happening.
God's grace is upon your life. And man, we're almost done.
(14:29):
I'm not gonna keep for so much longer. I want
to turn a couple out the place. Let me fact,
let me go back, because there was something else I
wanted to read. And then we're going. And man, here
we go, and this is coming out of Second Corinthians,
chapter twelve, verse seven, and I'm just gonna read about
(14:49):
five verses down the man, they gonna talk a little
bit more. And man, and it says that unless I
should be exalted above measure through the abundance of revelation
that was given. This is Paul speaking about themselves. That
was given to me, a throwing in the flesh, the
message of Satan to buffet me. You know, that's why
I should be exalted above measure. In other words, to
(15:11):
keep him humble or you know, we don't know what
the throwing in the flesh words. You know, it might
have been actually throwing. It might have been something that
that Paul was doing, dealing with and everything. But whatever
it was, it caused him just some discomfort. It caused
him to you know, to buffer him.
Speaker 4 (15:30):
Okay. Uh.
Speaker 5 (15:31):
And then but they kept him in check, okay. And
then it says versus ation. For this thing, I besought
the Lord thrice, which meaning three times, that they might
depart from me. In other words, Paul was praying to God,
let get rid of this. I don't want it. I
don't like the way it makes me feel. Again, I
don't know. Maybe I don't know whether it was doing
whatever it was, and we I like it today. There's
(15:53):
things that come that's in our life and that the
Satan or the Jab has sent our way to cause
us do harm and everything. And we wanted gone from
my life. But is that going in where we have
prayed and we have fasted and being laid on our
face and we got the others to do it, and
(16:13):
it's still there, has not gone, you know, And I
don't know what well, you men of us probably did
it more times than Paul. Paul did it three thrits,
like three times, okay, and getting rested for age sens
for this thing. I just thought the Lord thrice that
it might depart from me, okay.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
And this is what God replied.
Speaker 5 (16:33):
This replies for us also even now, And he said,
unto me, my grace is sufficient for the for my strength.
It's made perfect in weakness. Most gladly, Therefore, what I
rather glory in my infirmatives, that the power of Christ
may rest upon me.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
Never let me stop right there. Let me tell you
a couple of things that's going on.
Speaker 5 (16:56):
Even though paul Is is suffering, this thing is beginning
to other him, you know, And some and most of
our case we have pain. God is that already call
He said, My grace is sufficient for the my strength
and made perfect. So whenever it gets you to the
point where you feel like that you cannot go on,
he's letting you know, he said. He said, my strength,
(17:18):
not your strength, not the doctor's saint, not my state.
Speaker 4 (17:22):
And made perfect in weakness.
Speaker 5 (17:24):
So we when I'm weak, I'm strong in Christ Jesus
and man, it says, most glady there For our policy,
I would rather glory in my infirmities, that the power
of Christ may rest upon me. We want that the
power of Christ to rest upon us. We have the
favor through grace, but we want the power to rest
(17:46):
upon them. Even in the midst of our suffering, even
in the midst of our trials and revelationship, even in
the midster of just people hating for whatever reason, Even
in the midst of chaos, you know, there's a strong
there's a storm. There may be gone, but even in
the mest of chaos, there's Jesus that has the power
and authority and may have to say peace be still.
(18:08):
There's Jesus in the midst of the stormy. We can
have all kinds of stuff going on all around, and
all kinds of craziness going on all around us, but
we can be have inner peace through Christ Jesus. You
know that no matter what the enemy brings to them,
matter even if the enemy comes against us like a blood.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
The Bible said, he will raise up a.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
Standard, he will raise up a banner, you know, and
we know that we got that banner in Christ, that
no matter what the enemy does, you know that we
are the children of the Most High God. We were
bought with a price. We are His peculiar treasure. Okay,
I'm gonna reverse ten again. And it says therefore I
take pleasure and affirmities and reproaches and necessities and persecutions
(18:53):
and distracts for crises, for when I am we them,
he said, Now I'm gonna take all of that. Whatever
the enemy is throwing my way. I know that God's
grace is sufficient to keep me. And if whatever temptation
is coming on away, I know that god grace is
sufficient to keep me. All I gotta do is that
god Grace become effective, become active in my life. We
(19:15):
gotta let God's grace become active in life. And say, therefore,
I take pleasure, and I take pleasure. I ain't ever
nobody says, say I take pleasure. And as long as
I take pleasure and affirmatives, I take pleasure in my sickness.
I take pleasure in my trials and tribulation. You know,
I rejoice. I take pleasure. That it doesn't feel good,
(19:36):
but I rejoice in my spirit and reproaches and necessities
and persecutions and distress for Christ's sake. I do all
these things for Christ's sake and everything for when I'm weak,
then I'm strong. So no matter when the enemy comes
and get how the enemy comes to get you against you,
Nobody he's talking to take your life or whatever. We
(19:57):
have to stand on the Scripture we have to stay
on the word of God, who is Jesus Christ, our Lord,
and said you it says first level said I am
becoming a fool and glory we have compelled. You have
compelled me, But I ought to have been commended of
you for. And nothing am I behind the very cheaf
(20:18):
is apostles, though I be nothing, you know, Though I
be nothing, you know, And we're in that in that place, Man,
then we gotta lead everything to the decide of Jesus Christ.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
Man.
Speaker 5 (20:29):
We got to give it all to him, and don't
go pick it up. My grace is sufficient to keep thee.
My grace is sufficient to keep us. Yet, no matter
what we're face that comes up against us as we
give the word of God, even in some cases maybe
laziness or tiredness or you know, weariness or or any
(20:52):
of those things that comes up against us and cause
us not to.
Speaker 4 (20:55):
Be obedient to the things that God has called us
to do. Amen.
Speaker 5 (20:59):
Amen, I'm done. I just want to give a quick
word on this Friday night again. My name is trevorrad
This is Friday night.
Speaker 4 (21:05):
Joy.
Speaker 5 (21:05):
Let's go ahead and close out in prayer. So, Father God,
we come today first to give you things. Thank you
for your many grace and your mercy.
Speaker 4 (21:12):
God.
Speaker 5 (21:12):
Thank you God for loving us like no one ask
a lover. Thank you Lord chesaph fordyning on the Cross
for our sins, that we might have a right to
the tree of life and we might live have life more.
But if we thank you, Lord jesup for what you're doing.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
God.
Speaker 5 (21:28):
We pray for those that are listening to the broadcast
that they might be blessed. God, be praying that you
will open doors for them.
Speaker 4 (21:34):
God.
Speaker 5 (21:35):
We pray that you will heal, that you would deliver, God,
that you will strengthen God, whatever the need that you
would do. God, whatever the case might do God, that
you will have your weight in that life.
Speaker 4 (21:45):
God. We pray for.
Speaker 5 (21:46):
Those that know You, those the believerless lordes we pay
for the awakening of the body of Christ.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
God.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
We pray for a great thing to take place within
the body of Christ God, the.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
People God might seek more of You. God.
Speaker 5 (22:00):
We pray for those that are centers of those that
are different religions that know You. We pray that we
will become st light in power like we should be
to those that don't know You. Got we would be
a living epistol read among men that they might see
Christ Jesus in the life. We need your Holy Spirit.
We can't do this journey by you by ourself.
Speaker 4 (22:19):
God.
Speaker 5 (22:20):
So come, Holy Spirit, Come, Come without your mighty and
you go on and you set the atmosphere.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
Today. God, we pray to theay God for.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
The world and the countries and the and that there's
different evilness of men that's in men's hearts that are
going on all around us. God, this is the time
for us to stand in the Holy place and look
up because we know that our redemption Johnstown. Allow us
not to be weary and well doing. Allow us not
to be sleep in this lumbergerl when we should be
wide away God watching as well as pray. God allows
(22:52):
us God to minister to others and God and to
be in comfort to each other. God and to encourage God.
Allow us God to that all goes and the mysteries
that allowing us to be true, Lord Jesus, to our
word of.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
God and spirit and in truth.
Speaker 5 (23:07):
God, allow us, Lord Jesus to speak life and our
death well even to those that hate us God, but
to show them a more excellent way. In You Christ Jesus.
We need your Holy Spirit.
Speaker 4 (23:18):
God.
Speaker 5 (23:18):
We pray God for every situation, not just in this country,
but all around the world. It's just seemed like this
total chaos. But we know in the midst of the crayer,
there are you, Lord Jesus, and you are the calming storm.
You are the answer prayer. God, You are the miracle worker.
You are the degreed I am. You are the one
that delivering our soul is coming to you, dealing, receiving
(23:40):
you as the Lord. And say that Muslim, that different religion,
that receiving you God. So we praise you God for
the things that are not being broadcast in the world,
but the things that we know because of who you are,
is being done. And we stay in all God, and
we watch Lord Jesus, and we in anticipation for your
way to be revealed to all.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
And we do play this prayer in Christ is his name. Amen,
and amen and amen.
