After years of struggling with PCOS, severe IBS, eczema, psoriasis, mold toxicity, and thyroid issues, I spent countless appointments with doctors and specialists only to feel worse and without answers. When I finally turned to a holistic approach, I didn’t just manage symptoms. I healed them. Today, I am completely symptom free and thriving. With over 15 years of education in biology and holistic health, I now help others reclaim their health through education, science-backed holistic strategies, and lifestyle changes.
