(00:01):
Welcome to the show everyone. Myname is Paul. I'm the host of
Woke NewsReport podcast, Woke NewsReport dotcom and also the creator of Woke board
Game, which you can see behindme and find more information about at woke
boardgame dot com. We're gonna betalking about President Trump and his third indictment.

(00:22):
And now I did not want todiscuss this. I didn't want to
talk about it at all, Butsince it happened, I have a few
things to say about it. Stickaround. So, as you know,
President Trump was in court again todaybecause he was quote unquote arrested, indicted

(00:43):
ostensibly for a crime which he mayor may not have committed. Obviously,
he did not commit that particular crimeor those four in which he was indicted
for, as his attorney said onindebtibly Fox News, every time something goes

(01:04):
bad for the other side, theday after something goes quote unquote bad for
President Trump, and that just takesthe wind out of the sales of anything
that has happened in the past withthe other side. People liking this go
back to Russia, Russia, Russia. I think it goes a little deeper

(01:27):
than that, although it just iswhat it is. But here's why I
am here tonight to even talk aboutit. If something were to happen to
President Trump in the sense that heends up getting convicted and or having to

(01:47):
go to jail, he has saidthat he's going to he's going to campaign
from the jail, He's going tostill try and garner votes from the jail,
etc. And so on. Nowwe already know, and you know
if you've been watching this show Won'tNews Report Podcast, that Michigan is trying
to pass a law. This saysthat if you offend someone, if you

(02:12):
hurt their feelings, that you canbe put in jail for five years and
face ten thousand dollars fine. AndI said the whole reason the very first,
the first show I had on it, because I've actually done two shows
on this now. The first showI said that it was to stop all
conservatives, meaning that if I hadthis show in Michigan right now, I

(02:38):
would not be able to have thisshow in Michigan. And anyone that talks
like I talk, says what Isaid say, would not be able to
keep their free speech rights, soto speak, in Michigan because sometimes people
might be offended. If I calledDylan the person who basically crashed bud light

(03:04):
by twenty three billion dollars. IfI call him a man because he is,
that might offend some people in Michigan, and then I'm facing something terrible
in Michigan. Now imagine Donald Trump. I mean everything that he says,

(03:27):
everything that comes out of his mouthalmost can be found in some way shape
former fashion to a Karen, theright or wrong Karen, to be offensive,
It could be threatening, it couldmake them feel some way. That's

(03:50):
because they have Trump derangement syndrome. So Michigan is trying to keep him off
the ballot. And I put thaton the second show. The first show
was about the fact that they passedthis. I thought it was about conservatives
like myself, others that have ashow that just literally talk about and speak
about the truth. The second showI did I realized the bigger picture,

(04:12):
and the bigger picture was it wasto keep Trump from even going to Michigan
in order to campaign. Because someonein Michigan somewhere, they will dig them
out, find them, hay forthem, will find whatever he says to
be threatening or worrisome or just hurttheir feelings. But now I think there's

(04:39):
a there's a bigger problem, okay, And I think that bigger problem is
the third indictment for Trump. It'snot a problem for Trump. The first
one wasn't the superseding that they broughtafter the fact, just a few days
ago, after all that Hunter Bidenstuff hit, they brought a superseding charge.
I don't think that's the problem.I don't think this is the problem.

(05:01):
But if they do get him, there needs to be a backup plan.
Now what does that backup plan?In your mind? Is it going
to be? Vaveak? Now?I would love to have Vavec on the
show. I love Vavec. Hewrote a book called Woke Ink a couple

(05:21):
of years ago. I mean,he's been on the woke thing the whole
time. Now. I don't alwaysagree with him when it comes to his
definition of woke and what he's talkingabout. I think woke is the top
down system people in power put inplace in order to depopulate. You take
the thirty things d I esg.Abortion, open border, defund the police,

(05:46):
BLM. No matter what it is, the whole goal John carry out
here trying to stop farming. Areyou kidding me? You know? The
goal is just to depopulate it woke. The definition is the top down system
people in power put in place inorder to depopulate. Climate change is another

(06:12):
one. There's thirty things that youcould choose, then they use every single
one of them to kill people.War another great example. COVID, the
vaccines, anything that they advocate forin a heavy handed, heavy way,

(06:34):
it's basically just been to kill people. Now, Vevak, he's a great
candidate. I like him. Ilike a lot of the things that he
says. Is that going to bethe candidate going forward? If something happens
to Trump? What about Ryn DeSantis? You know DeSantis is here in Florida.

(06:56):
I voted for him. Obviously,he's a really great governor. I
call him the bubblehead. That's mynickname for him, because you know,
any time that he speaks in anykind of serious interview, his head is
going like this. It doesn't alwayshappen, you know, if he's actually

(07:19):
given a press conference where he's beingserious in front of a thousand people,
or a speech or something like that, he doesn't necessarily he's not necessarily debubblehead.
But when he sits down with CBSNews or MSNBC, or whoever he
sits down with half the reason,I don't even know why he sits down
with these people. And I gottatell you something. I've advocated for his

(07:42):
entire team, his social media teamin particular on Twitter x, to just
be fired. They are they havecreated for debubblehead Descantis. I'm just joking
now, but they've created this thingwhere are you with me? Sign up?

(08:03):
If you're with me? Are youwith me? Are you on team
Descantis. That's the dumbest crap ofall time. I'm looking directly at the
camera and I'm telling you, misterDeSantis, who I voted for as governor,
I wish you'd come back to Floridaand kind of govern the state.
That would be kind of cool. But I said that is like Hillary two

(08:28):
point zero. Why did I saythat I'm with her? I'm with her.
It's all about if you're with thatperson. It's not like the Santis
is with you. Decantis has yourback. The Scantists will do what's right
for America. That's not the message. That is absolutely not the message.

(08:52):
They're just they're promoting this. They'respending millions and millions of dollars, and
the whole message of the Bible headis are you with me or not?
It's a wrong message. So ishe going to be your candidate? What
about Mike Pence? I called intwo thousand and eighteen, and probably as

(09:15):
early as two seventeen, but Ispecifically recall two eighteen, get him off
the ticket. If we're going intotwenty twenty, get him off the ticket.
And as a matter of fact,I argued for the fact in two
thousand and eighteen that he shouldn't evenbe in the White House with President Trump.
And you know, I think thiswas the time when everybody was every

(09:39):
everyone was thrown around the twenty fifthAmendment thing about Trump. We gotta get
him out, we gotta get no, you need to get you need to
get mister Fly out, George FlyThat guy is a disaster. You're going
to be voting for him. Youknow who he is. He's Romney.

(10:00):
He's literally Romney two point zero. You know what he would do if he
got in the White House, Hewould literally be Romney. Nobody can stand
Romney. Nobody can stand Romney ifyou're a Republican or Conservative, well some
Republicans obviously, because these idiots inyou talk he invited voting him in.

(10:24):
Took a second to get out,but I did it. They keep voting
Romney in and the guy is anabsolute clown. The guy is an absolute
clown. That's the best majorative Iguess I can use to describe him.
But that's who Mike Pence is.Are you going to be voting for Mike

(10:46):
Pence? Now? What about someof these other people? Mike Pompeo,
he decided not to do it.I give him a lot of respect for
that. You know, he isa Christian man, and if God told
him to not do it this time, that's probably a good idea. Who
is the who's the really huge guyfrom New Jersey? Mike something? Is

(11:09):
that his name? I can't eventhink of it right now. Oh,
Chris Christie. That's who it is. Chris Christie. Yeah, I was
on Mike Pennce Chris Christie. Imean, what a p o S person
Chris Christie is. Why don't yougo get a labor job kicking carpet,

(11:33):
painting houses, adding trim framing ina house. Can anybody see in the
entire world, can anybody see thisparticular man, Chris Christie doing a real
labor job The guy's never worked aday in his life. He's three thousand

(11:56):
or something pounds allegedly not trying toget in trouble here. He needs a
lap band, something fierce. Heneeds that thing that Al Roker went through
when Al Roker was quite large andthen he showed up one day and he's
really skinny. He needs whatever thatprocedure is, Chris Christie. But if

(12:22):
Chris Christie would just go paint, kick some carpet, hang some framing,
and do some other things exercise, why he might send up. But nobody's
gonna vote for this guy, Areyou kidding me? So who are you
left with? You're not really leftwith a whole lot of people, right,

(12:43):
Well, that brings us all theway back to Donald Trump. Donald
Trump indicted for the third time today. This one's going to be in a
DC court. This DC court isrun by the judge that was also part
of the Russia Russia, Russia Gate. If you haven't read about that,
I encourage you to go look itup so you know the judge is part

(13:05):
of Russia, Russia, Russia. He's indicted for four counts of something that
really have nothing to do with Januarysixth, even though everybody says that it
is all of these anittments happen oneday after some bad news from the other
side, the other team, andthat's what you get. So here's what

(13:33):
I'm thinking, It's got to besomeone else. But what have we learned.
We have learned that the deadline torun for president in twenty twenty four
is around October sixteen, twenty twentythree, which means that anyone that is
going to get in a race forpresident of the United States has to do

(13:54):
it before October sixteen, twenty twentythree. Now this is in Nevada,
but that's the earliest filing deadline theyhave discovered or identified for a presidential primary.
Now, every state has certain rulesor laws or something that has to
be taken place in order to geton the ballot, and some of them

(14:18):
you need five hundred signatures, youneed something else, some five thousand signatures,
et cetera, et cetera. Thepoint is, if you're going to
run for president, if anybody elsein the Republican Party is going to run
and put their their hat in thering for president in twenty twenty four,

(14:41):
they're going to have to kind ofget on it. They've only got a
few more months. This is theearliest deadline October sixteen, twenty twenty three,
in Nevada. But that doesn't meanthat they shouldn't just go ahead and
do it now. Would they run? No, I'm saying that we need

(15:03):
a fallback, a safe plan,a person that can literally take over from
Donald Trump day one in the primaryrace should any of these wildly outrageous,
stupid indictments come to fruition. Imean, you know, if in case

(15:24):
he actually does go to jail insome way, shape, form or fashion,
and he can no longer do it, and or the political pressure in
financial pressure in a sense, isso much that he can no longer stay
in the race and he needs toappoint someone else. My thought is a

(15:46):
lot of people, one in particular, need to be signing up to run
for president in twenty twenty four rightthis second. And I am getting to
who that is now. If you'veseen the former episodes, you probably know

(16:06):
who I have in mind that Iwould like to run. But here is
Politico twenty twenty four GOP field, how they will live and lose. The
race for the GOP presidential nomination hasset historic first a criminally indicted former president

(16:30):
seeking oval office comeback a vice presidentrefused to go along with a plot.
What kind of plot was there?I cut? These people are so stupid.
I don't know who mister Shepherd is, but I'm thinking you're not the
sharpest tool in the shed to stealthe last election and the most politically accomplished

(16:52):
woman ever to run as a Republican? Who is that? What? And
an already popular governor waiting in thewings? What? I don't know?
Okay, so rod to Sanders isthe popular one. Here's Donald Trump?
Here the here's Nicky Haley? Ohis that is that Haley? I forgot

(17:19):
to mention her earlier Nicky Haley turncoat? Literal turncoat. He might as well
be the vice president? The Pence? Are you gonna be voting for Nicky
Haley? I don't think so.I don't think so. I don't think
anybody is what a waste of time? Get a job mowing grass? I

(17:44):
don't know, like how ridiculous MikePence pos Tim Scott. We liked him.
Get out of the race. Timthat you don't You're not You're not
going anywhere, and you're not goingto be a vice president at the end
of the day. Even then youmay have ran the hope that you became

(18:06):
vice president. We're not totally againstyou at the same time, and ruled
out was Tom Cruise. Okay,I don't know who these people are.
The long shots are Ryan Binkley,Doug Bergham, Chris CHRISTI is definitely a

(18:26):
long shout. Larry Elder, forgetabout it. We like you, Larry,
I don't know what you're doing. Will heard. Asia Huston pos that
would be the first we should have. We should have Mike Pence as president,
Nicky Hayley and Asia Husterson as covice presidents because the three of them

(18:48):
together can go to the Banana Republicand run that place. That would be
even better. What a piece ofcrap that guy Perry Johnson. They put
him in as a long shot.Vivek Veke. I'm sorry vec Vek is
beating RHN de Santis in the pollsright now. I spoke about him.

(19:14):
I like him. I'm not totallyfor him. I like what he has
to say. If he wanted tocome on the show, I would definitely
talk to him. But these peopleare really really not very smart. So
who do I want Who do Ithink needs to be the backup plan?
Who do I think needs to putall their effort into securing a spot in

(19:41):
the nominating process and also the electioninto twenty twenty four. I gotta go
with my man. I gotta gowith my man. Byron Donalds, Byron
Donalds. I've had shows in thepast, if you watched where I talk
about Byron Donald's being the vice president. I would love for him to be

(20:02):
Donald Trump's pick for vice president. And I know they both live in the
same state. He would have togive up the congressional seat and move to
another state in order for that tohappen, and that's a shame. But
if anything happens to Donald Trump sothat he either has to drop out,
ends up in jail, cannot campaign, cannot go to Michigan, which did

(20:29):
probably stop anybody going to Michigan atthis point if you're a conservative. But
he's got a better shot, Isay, Byron Donalds at this particular moment
in time, right now, heneeds to file all the paperwork needed to
get in these primaries. Even ifhe loses the primary, you gotta follow

(20:52):
along, follow along. Even ifhe loses the primary, he has the
fact to be on the ballot. He doesn't campaign, He doesn't do any
thing. That is the secondary choice. If something happens to Donald Trump,
are you going to vake? No? Are you going to Mike Pence?
There's no way in the world.Nicky Hayley, are you kidding me?

(21:14):
Chris Christie eat a. I almostcursed salad. Oh, I almost cursed
on my own show. I don'tdo that. Go get a job,
a real one, like where youpaint, kick some carpet, hank some
trimm Are you gonna Are you gonnago Ron the bubble Head? I don't

(21:36):
think Ron the bubble Head has ashot. I don't think he has a
chance. He's Paul Ryan in asense. He's not meant Romney, but
he's kind of on Paul Ryan's side, and he bobbles his head a lot.
And and you know, I don'tknow. I can't figure it out.
He's a great governor. Come backto Florida. Govern Florida. Will
you just voted for you not longago? You can come back and take

(21:59):
care of your state. Okay,we'd be pretty cool with that. The
vac is beating him in the polls. No, it has to be Byron
Donalds. It the fallback plan hasto be Byron Donalds for president. If
Donald Trump cannot be or become president. We need somewhere to go that is

(22:22):
authentic. And I know Byron Isthat is conservative, and I know Byron
Is that is honest, and Iknow Byron Is that has supported Donald Trump
from the very beginning and continues evento this day on indictment day number three.
Byron Donalds has who knows politics, who's ran political campaigns. Oh and

(22:48):
he also has had a real job, Like he has a real job.
He's not all into d ei,diversity, equity, all of that.
He has a mixed family. He'snot trying to teach his mixed kids like
my family to hate white people. He's not trying to divide the nation or

(23:15):
anything else. He believes in lowertaxes, he believes in good governance.
He believes in closing down a lotof the people that are doing the kind
of stuff that they're doing right now. He's been great on television obviously because
he just speaks his mind, andnobody's going to shut that guy up.
He's quite a large dude. Havingmet him in person many many years ago,

(23:37):
and this was before he even gotelected to office. He was still
in the private sector. He cameto a place that I happened to be
working at, in the sense thatthe company that I worked for had a
booth at this particular place. Hewould never expect Byron Donalds to show up
there, never, And he showedup, and he campaigned, and he

(24:00):
shook hands, and that's where Imet him. He convinced me that year
to vote for him. And keepin mind, I have been in campaigns
a lot. I've campaigned and donea lot of things. He convinced me
right there, right then, Ineeded to vote for him for Congress,
and I did. He did notwin because someone else did. He ended

(24:22):
up going and becoming a state legislatorin District eighty of Florida, and he
did not elect to try and runfor District nineteen. I became the chief
communications director for a candidate for Districtnineteen Congress, United States Congress when Byron

(24:45):
Donalds was State eighty. My candidate, the one that I was director of
communications for, spent thirty two yearsin the Air Force, eleven years in
the Pentagon. Chief Master Sergeant oakLeaves tours the duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.

(25:06):
Solid, solid candidate, solid guy, not part of the deep,
you know what I'm saying, notpart of the deep, believed in America,
wanted American everything else. We wereup against a guy named Rooney in
District nineteen. Rooney was a billionairebuilder. Nothing against the billionaires. That

(25:26):
guy showed up at a campaign eventwith a hard hat on and he shook
hands without exaggeration for about fifteen minutes. The rest of the campaign was spent
on money and making sure that mycandidate, who also worked at the Veterans
Hall, could not attend the VeteransHall when Rooney campaign there. It was

(25:52):
the craziest thing of all time.It was dirty. Don Dan Bongino was
also in that race a District nineteentime. I mean, he did really
good. Not a fan of Dadat the time, because obviously he was
an opponent in the race. Iliked Dad a whole lot, though,
and a personal sense, you know, a personal sense. I really like
Bungino. I think he's good.Don't have any problems with him whatsoever.

(26:18):
Byron Donalds has to be the nextpresident. If President Trump is not the
next president, Byron Donalds has tofile all the paperwork, get everything in
order so that if something were tohappen, our choice, our choice is

(26:40):
not these other trash people. AndI'm sorry to call him trash. I'm
sure they're okay Republicans in name only, non conservatives, limited in their ability
to do the things that America needsdone. I love the Vekee. I
don't think he's gonna sit down acrossfrom Putin and let him know what's going

(27:03):
on or is eijiping or rocketman.I don't think that's going to happen.
I love his message America first,America needs a revival, and they do,
Yes, we do. I don'tthink he's going to be able to
do that. Bobblehead to bubble head, I call him d bubble head to
bubble head. He might be ableto sit there, but it's concession after

(27:27):
concession. I don't think he's goingto be able right now. He just
doesn't have the gravitas or the strengththat he needs in order to be president
great governor. He shut the beachesin COVID. I don't understand that that
was That made no sense to me, but he did it anyway, Open

(27:48):
them up, you know all allyou really need in COVID, is a
lot of water, some sunshine whichis vitamin D, open air and fresh
air. That's good. And saya bunch of prayer, you know,
because God is good, Jesus isChrist. Okay, if you enjoyed the
show tonight, I appreciate it.Leave a comment, leave a like,

(28:10):
Subscribe. This is obviously going upon Rumble, It's going to go up
on bitch Shoot like always, andit will eventually go up on Twitter.
This is a long one tonight,but it's a serious topic. Byron Donald's
for President twenty twenty four caveat asterix. If Donald Trump is not I'll see

(28:34):
you next time.
