for free. Tonight, we're goingto be talking about Donald J. Trump,
and this show is going to bea defense of Donald J. Trump,
and specifically when it comes to Colorado. You know, he's got multiple
trials going on all over the country. I mean, these people are just
insane that are going after him forvarious reasons of stupidity in my personal opinion,
(01:11):
but Colorado's has to be one ofthe more dumb. They are trying
to keep him off of the ballot. They're trying to use a Civil War
era amendment to the Constitution, thefourteenth Amendment, in order to keep him
from being able to campaign and beon the ballot for President of the United
(01:34):
States in Colorado. Now, ifyou've watched the show, Woke News Report
podcast in the past. You know, I've talked about Michigan and what Michigan
was doing. They were passing inlaw and I'm not sure where it stands
now, but they were going topass a law where that if you hurt
someone's feelings, right, you couldbe fined and imprisoned. Why would they
(02:01):
do that on election season, Well, it would prohibit Trump from going to
Michigan to even campaign because some wackolunatic, lefty communist, some Karen somewhere
apologies to all Karens, would gettheir feelings hurt. And the whole law
(02:23):
was just about if someone hurts yourfeelings, then you could be fined.
I think the fine was like tenthousand dollars and you also had a five
year jail term or something. Idon't know. The show was a while
back. But they're trying to keephim off of ballots, they're trying to
(02:43):
keep him out of states. They'repassing laws if they can to keep him
from doing anything that he can inall of these states, Colorado, Michigan,
Pennsylvania, New York, Georgia, like they're really important states, not
that every state is not important, but we all saw with our own eyes.
(03:07):
What happened on within the five swingstates election night where they all stopped
counting at the same time. Youwake up the next morning they all have
way bigger numbers. Yeah, youknow, so you know what's happening already.
You know what's going on. Butin Colorado they're trying to use the
(03:30):
fourteenth Amendment in order to kick himoff the ballot. So this is CNN
politics. This is day one ofthe trial. The fourteenth Amendment disqualification trial
against Donald Trump began Monday, that'stoday in Colorado with a group of voters
(03:53):
tying it should be trying to usethe Civil War era amendment to remove the
former president from the twenty twenty fourballot, citing his role in the January
sixth, twenty twenty one insurrection.Well, what do we know? That
word insurrection should never be used forwhat happened on twenty twenty one. Now,
(04:15):
a couple of weeks ago, afterthe terrorist Hamas murdered fourteen hundred people,
chopped off babies, arms, legs, chopped their heads off, raped
their mothers, killed their fathers, and everything else, a bunch of goons
literally held an insurrection there in theCapitol. No, it wasn't an insurrection.
(04:38):
That was a protest. Well, guess what January sixth was just a
protest, right, peaceful. They'rewalking between the rope lines going in,
you know, like they're not stragglingaround or anything. You see it on
video. I've seen it on video. Now. Maybe there's more video that
(04:58):
I haven't seen because they haven't releasedall the video. But the video that
I saw had people literally going throughrope lines on their own, by the
way, looking around at statues andeverything else, and going, oh,
wow, look we're in the Capitol. This is pretty nice. Wow,
it's an amazing place. I've neverbeen here before. Am I wrong?
(05:20):
The people a couple of weeks agothey literally crashed the Capitol signs, anger
the whole nine yards. They're ina fury. They hate Jews, they
hate Israel, all of that.In a Denver courtroom, Trump's lawyers clashed
with the challengers, bashing their caseas a anti democratic into around to derail
(05:43):
Trump's campaign without giving voters to say. The challengers argued that their litigation was
an unfortunate but necessary step to ensurea quote fair twenty twenty four election by
keeping an ineligible candidate off the Sothat's happening right now in Colorado, which
(06:05):
is just crazy. They're trying tokeep him actually off the ballot. But
you say to me, well, when this all began, look at this.
Here's the date on this. Thisis from the New Yorker. This
is May one of twenty seventeen.Trump's critics are actively exploring the path to
(06:31):
impeachment or the invocation of the twentyfifth Amendment, which allows for the replacement
of a president who is judged tobe mentally unfit. Now, keeping this
in mind, because this is important, mentally unfit. So all the way
back in twenty seventeen, they're tryingto remove or at least thinking about removing
(06:55):
the president President Donald J. Trumpfrom office on the twenty fifth Amendment.
Now they're using the fourteenth Amendment, the Insurrection one, to keep him out
of Colorado. But literally years agothey were thinking about using the twenty fifth
Amendment to get rid of him andkick him out of office as being quote
(07:20):
mentally unfit. Well, who elseis mentally unfit that works in government?
You can look at Fetterman. Fettermanhad a stroke before the election, and
I'm going to say something nice aboutFetterman his depression. And I do not
know this for a fact, buthis depression may come from the belief that
(07:45):
many have that he actually didn't winthat thing, right, Doctor Oz was
not a great candidate. How somepeople think that they're famous and they have
name recognition and a brand of theirown can go directly into politics and therefore
or score some type of a politicalwin is beyond me. It doesn't happen
for everyone. It would not happenfor Oz. And if it wasn't Fetterman,
(08:11):
it would be someone else that wouldhave beat doctor Oz. You're doctor
Oz, You're famous. But youknow, I mean like, but Fetterman.
Obviously, he just spent five weeksin a mental institution, the hospital
as they call it, because ofdepression. Now I pray for the guy.
(08:35):
I hope the best for the guy. But if anybody should be removed
for office, you know, geta couple of weeks into that treatment,
and then we got to say toourselves, Okay, we got to get
you out. You're going you done. No, he's a useful idiot to
the left. His guilt may havecome from the fact or depression, I
(08:56):
mean, could have come from theguilt that he knew he didn't win.
I've read articles about it, andthat's what he says, is like it
compounded on this idea that I didn'treally win and no one wants me.
Well, no one did. AndI'm not alleging cheating in Pennsylvania, but
(09:16):
I'm telling you it's a real possibility. Even as bad as doctor Oz was,
Pennsylvania doesn't have anybody else to putup a Maggi loving American loving person.
Is that how devoid of actual politicians, people workers, Joe the plumbers?
(09:39):
That how the void Pennsylvania is?You get doctor oz Well, at
least he was pretty well funded, but he's still lost anyway. But the
point is is mentally unfit. They'retrying to remove President Trump in twenty seventeen
under the twenty fifth Amendment as beingmentally unfit. Well, who else is
(10:01):
unfit in Congress? Could it bePelosi? Rumor has it she's a drunk
McConnell. That guy has some serioushealth issues. I don't know what they
are. Probably should have retired twentyyears ago or something. I don't know's
(10:24):
it's not right that he's still there. The turtle who McConnell, the turtle,
you know. I mean, youcould go the list can go on
and on of these people, Rashidor however you say this lady's name that
supports the Palestinian Hamas takeover of allAmerica, you know, or whatever.
(10:45):
These people really hate America by theway, they're in Congress. If that's
not a mental illness, I don'tknow what is. I watched her.
I watched the video of her getcarried out, and I think she was
a congresswoman at the time. Maybeshe was campaigning and that was her campaign
speech. I don't know, butlike she was literally the most insane woman
(11:05):
of all time getting carried out ofsome events, screaming, turning around,
fighting with security, all of thisother stuff. People vote for that really
well, it happens. And they'retrying to get rid of Trump. So
now you got two things. Twoentyseventeen twenty fifth Amendment. They're trying to
(11:28):
get rid of him Colorado today, they're trying to get rid of him,
and they're using the fourteenth Amendment inorder to do that. In Michigan just
a few months ago, they're tryingto use some special law that keeps him
from speaking giving any kind of arally in Michigan. Therefore, he cannot
go to Michigan unless he is undera threat of arrest because he might offend
(11:54):
someone's feelings. Here's my defense, and I gotta tell you an attorney or
anything like that. I'm just aguy in TV studio. This is Wikipedia.
Take it for what it is.But sometimes when it comes to stuff
like this, they actually get itright. The Oath of Office of the
(12:18):
President of the United States the oathof office of the President of the United
States is the oath or affirmation thatthe President of the United States takes upon
assuming office. The wording of theoath is specific to Article two, Section
one, clause eight of the UnitedStates Constitution, and a new president must
(12:45):
take it before exercising or carrying outany official powers or duties. So the
oath of Office of the President isin the Constitution Article two, Section one,
clause eight. This clause is oneof three or off affirmation clauses in
the Constitution, but it is theonly one that actually specifies the words that
(13:07):
must be spoken. Article one, section three requires Senators, when sitting to
try impeachments, to be on ouroath or affirmation. Article six Claws three
similarly requires a person to specify thereinto be bound by oath or affirmation to
(13:28):
support this Constitution. The presidential oathrequires much more than that general oath of
allegiance and fidelity. This clause enjoinsthe new president to swear or affirm I
will, to the best of myability, preserve, protect, and defend
(13:52):
the Constitution in the United States. Why is this oath so important in a
day in time like this? Ifyou know that they're trying in twenty seventeen
to say that President Trump is mentallyunfit for the office, even though he
is already the president of the UnitedStates, and they're trying to use the
(14:13):
twenty fifth Amendment to get rid ofDonald Trump. If you know Fetterman had
a brain bleed, was in thehospital under depression for five weeks. They
can't get rid of him. AndPelosi is alleged drunk. Mitch McConnell freezes
up, the turtle freezes up,all kinds of stuff going on. The
(14:35):
President of the United States is theonly one that says I will to the
best of my ability that has neverbeen tested. I don't think in constitutional
law the Supreme Court or anywhere else. If you say under the twenty fifth
Amendment that President Trump is no longergood to serve because he's mentally ill,
(15:01):
the best of his ability is tosay everything he said since the time of
the twenty twenty election, everything hedid to protect the integrity of the Constitution
and defend it. March peacefully, protest peacefully, go to the Capitol peacefully.
(15:24):
We are law and order, allof this stuff. If that is
not the legal argument, to thebest of my ability, the oath of
the office of the President is inthe Constitution. It usurps everything else that
these people are trying to do.Now, could that turn into a double
(15:46):
edged sword? To the best ofmy ability under a legal case, Democrats
abuse everything everything. They are themost abusive people. Liberals democrats LBGTQA BLM
WOTE the top down system people inpower put in place in order to depopulate.
(16:11):
If this goes to the Supreme Court, and a lot of people are
saying that this particular case in Coloradowill go to the Supreme Court, the
argument is, who are you toread my mind? Who are you to
tell me that I wasn't doing tothe best of my ability? What Article
two, Section one of the UnitedStates Constitution said that I was going to
(16:36):
do and in which I took anoath. And that's my argument for Donald
J. Trump being literally able torun, be free, do the things
he's done, all these other shamthings, practically everything he did in office,
(16:59):
it's because he took the oath. The oath you surps everything else,
and especially these chumps out in Coloradotrying to keep them off the ballot.
