Speaker 1 (00:10):
Hey, what's going on everybody? And welcome to a special
upload edition of the World Elite Podcast. My name is
Dylan Abeer. His name is Jordan Johnson. Jordan, what's going
on man? How you doing today?
Speaker 2 (00:22):
I'm doing good and ready for this new record recording
of the in the New Era.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Absolutely yeah. This is our first one since we came
back in the show's new eras as we always quote,
and we working a live stream. Today is Monday. I'm
uploading this on Wednesday, as I stated on social media,
But sadly professional Wrestling is not giving us much AMMO
to come on here and do live stuff. It took
(00:52):
us everything we had to do something live last week,
had to throw in a couple extra topics with Justin
and just just made the show go as good as
it went. So yeah, it's unfortunately not doing it for
us this week, which is why we're forced to come
on here and create some sort of content and do
a topic episode. Something we have done I would say
(01:16):
once or twice. I know once for sure Jordan and
I came on on an audio and did something like this,
But this is the first time that we come on
here on video and actually put together some creative stuff
and talk about what we're talking about today, and that
is if you can't read it on your screen or
the title, then it is who we think is going
to be every major champion of AEW and the WWE
(01:38):
by the end of twenty twenty five. Now I am
noting before we start AW, I did forget to put
three of the champions on there. I forgot to put
the Continental International and the Trios So Jordan. If when
we're done with AW, if you want to throw in
(01:59):
a couple that you think would be each you can.
If you don't, we'll go right past it into WWE.
So let's let's start things off with a W And
I'm not only starting with AW because it's it's the
promotion that I followed the least I can say the
same for for w right now, because I, like I
(02:20):
just mentioned, they're not they're not giving us much to
really talk about or anything like that. Since WrestleMania, I've
maybe watched one or two Monday Night rawls. I haven't
watched AW Dynamite Collision and forever, so I guess it's
not really giving me much to talk about. So that's
happen the AEW Jordan. All right, so I have my
(02:41):
list up. I just saw that you had years up.
So we're gonna start off with what seems like one
of the most untouchable titles right now, and that is
the TBS champion that is currently being held by Mercedes
Monette Jordan. Is Mercedes at the end of the year
still gonna be holding title or do you have someone
brand new?
Speaker 2 (03:01):
Yeah, I I'll have her, uh still being the TBS
champion at the end of the year.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
Wow. So you still have Mercedes as the TBS champion. Wow.
For the TBS title, I actually have her dropping it
at some point. I have a reason why later. But TBS,
I'm going Megan Bain as the TBS champion. I think
from what I've seen of her in aw I think
(03:28):
that she's like one of those those bigger females, those
big dominant females that can really, you know, beat your ass.
And the fact that she hasn't you know, won anything
yet as far as the championship there is pretty wild.
Like I said, I'm not a casual so so I
don't know if her booking is weird right now or
(03:49):
something like that, but I think by the end of
the year, she has to have some sort of gold
around her waist. So I think what better way to
start off than the TBS title from Mercedes and to
still hold it for a while. So all right, let's
hop to the T and T champion currently being held
by Adam Cole. And yes, people, my dog is here
(04:11):
just by myself with me. You may hear little click
clacking from her nails on the floor. You may hear
a toy occasionally being thrown into the air by her
with a little squeaker. She may bark every now and
dan at absolutely nothing outside. So uh, just just full
disclaimer right there, that's something you may hear.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Yeah, I got the T Yeah I got Adam Cole still.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
Has zero changes, zero changes, all right, I like it
all right. The TNT champion, I I don't like him
at all. Ricochet. I think Ricochet doing heel work in
AEW is something that I wish to WWE would have
capitalized on instead of making them such a boring character
over there. So as much as I don't like his
(04:57):
antics on social media, as much as I don't like
him in general at all, pretty much shit talk in
the WWE, I think it's he'll work is fantastic in AW.
So if you're gonna put something on him and let
them do it, uh, let the character keep shining in
and put put a title around that waist, you know.
(05:18):
All right? Then we get to the ae W World
Tag Team Champions that is currently being held by the
Hurt syndicate of Bobby lash Land, Shelton Benjamin Jordan. Are
you going three for three with a a same champion
or someone new taking it?
Speaker 2 (05:35):
So the AW Tag Team Champions, I got ft.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
R, all right, we have our first same answer because
I am also going with FTR since turning on Cope
at their last at their last pay per view, their
He'll work is fantastic. I thought that they at some
point were going to leave AW, maybe show back up
in WWE or something like that, but I think Tony
(06:02):
Cohn wants him there for the long run, and turning
them heel I think was possibly the best thing they've
done in a while with FTR. So yeah, I mean
we had the same one or their FTR is it
for me? So all right? And then our last two.
First we have the ae W Women's Champion that's currently
being held by Timeless Tony Storm. Are we are we
(06:26):
going towards a trend right here of the same or
is someone dethroning Tony Storm?
Speaker 2 (06:33):
I put I put Tony Storm.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Yeah, so with mine, I said Mercedes wasn't gonna be
the champion for the TBS for a reason, and unfortunately,
I'm going with Mercedes as the women's champion in AUW.
I think if if you're going to talk about her
creative control that they say she doesn't have, but I
(06:58):
think she still does have it, then she's gonna book
herself to win the champion over there and ae W.
So that's who I'm gonna go with. And uh, we
close out with the world champion currently being held for
(07:18):
one in a briefcase, but it's being held by the
Death Writer's own John Moxley Jordan. If you say Moxley
retain it in that stupid fucking briefcase, I'm gonna lose it.
So please tell me you got somebody different as the champion.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
I got swerves swerve to beat him at the Yeah,
I'm thinking that. Yeah, that briefcasis so I don't make sense.
And he should have beat him the last the last
time they fought.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
I agree, I one hundred percent agree. With you, but
I'm going with will Osprey as the world champion, someone
who yes, he's the same one who has that issue
with talking about WW too much and focusing on his
own work. Will Osprey does it, Ricochet does it? Seemed
(08:13):
like something that's a trend with ae W is constantly
bad mouthing the competition. Now I'm not gonna say that
is complete angels when it comes to this, because I
believe they do the same. So it's all the competition things.
So as exhausting as it is to keep hearing it,
I think that you see, I told you as he
(08:34):
was going to be keep doing it. But with AEW
it seems like it's a trend, you know, constantly badmouthing
the competition and whatnot. But I think Will Ospray is
so talented and his matches are always always high caliber.
The match he just had with Kyle Fletcher, that still
cage match, which I thought was so great and everything.
(08:57):
But if anyone wants to take it off of him, yeah,
be nice if you. Swerve was the guy, and maybe
somewhere down the road that Will Ospray and Swerve we'll
get that chance to work and and Osprey would take
it off of him. I think that would be a
cool thing as well. It's like I said, you could
mention the last three that I didn't put in their trios.
I don't even know who another trio is in AEW
(09:18):
right now. I guess if I'll throw it in their
Continental International, I guess I'll let them keep the champion.
Maybe maybe j White Dethrones Co citsuco Akata for the
Continental and Kenny Omega keeps the International Jordan or you
land that same way or anybody different, or.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
I'll I'll just stay with that, all right.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
So that's all we got for ae W. There's way
more champions if you want to factor in like Ring
of Honor or something like that, but I really don't
feel like it. That's the way too much to even
even do. So we're gonna switch to the WWE, which
there are World Champions to where I had to make
two separate overlays for w w E. So if we're
(10:06):
going to continue our trend bottom on up, then we're
gonna start off with the World tax Tiam Champions that's
currently being held by the New Day Jordan, New Day
retains or someone difference holding it.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
The world Uh I got a pretty deadly.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
Ooh okay, so pretty deadly making the jump over to
raw and winning it. Wow.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
Yeah, I think it's time for them to I think
it's time for them to hold some gold.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
Awesome. Yeah. I am going with someone that is currently
under raw roster and that is a member of American
Maid And I'm going with the Cree brothers. I think
the Creeds are absolutely incredible. They they have everything it
takes to be a champion. So it's just a prizes me.
(11:00):
They haven't pulled a trigger unmer yet. All right, Now,
we're going to the US Championship currently being held by
Jacob Fatu.
Speaker 2 (11:12):
Who you got, Jordan, Uh, I have Jacob Fatu holding
it to the end of the year. He's a I
don't know, he's like a monster in the rings.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
So so I'll see Jacob Fatsu one day being world
Championship material and and uh, I think they're gonna do
something different with the bloodline. I don't think Jacob Fatu
is gonna be with the Bloodline much longer, being that
they brought in a new face over there, and I
actually have that new face being the US Champion by
(11:44):
the end of the year. So I'm going with j C.
Matteo uh formerly Jeff Cobb as the United States Champion,
and I do think he beats someone like Jacob Fatu
to win it. So the fresh new face, I think
is going to win it and hold it for quite
some time into the new year. Now we have the
(12:07):
Intercontinental Champion currently being held by Dirty Dominick Mysterio. I
love their run. He's on right now, but the big
question is really hold it at the end of the year. Jordan,
you got somebody different.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
Yeah, I got somebody uh different. I'll put Panta same here.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
I got Pentas as the Intercontinental Champion. I think that
time is gonna come soon. The only way I see
that they don't put it on him is if they
reform the Lucha Brothers and they go on a tax
Team run. That's the only way I don't see it.
If they don't, if they wait till maybe like early
until next year, then then maybe they decide to put
(12:50):
a title on penta singles title. If not, the Lucha
Brothers are going to run the Tax Team division whatever
brand they put them on. So that's the only way
I don't see it. Yeah, all right, So we're closing
out this one, this, this, this portion with the two
main world champions. We're gonna start first with the world
(13:11):
heavyweight champion currently being held by main event jay Usso Jordan.
Is jay Usso going on a generational run as the
world champion? Or is someone gonna take that title off
of him? Just like the IWC wants them to take
it off of him.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
I'm going different. I'm going to bron Breaker to take
it off of them. I think it's how they going
with them right now, like how is Yeah, I'm thinking
he's gonna win it.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
So you and I were in the same conversation just now,
but you went one way and I'm going the other
because I'm going with Seth Rollins as the world champion.
I think I don't know, if they keep this group
together into the new year, then I think Seth is
the want to take it because Seth is the leader
of that group, or that's just say sh as fucking
(14:04):
Paul Hayman the leader of the group. I don't know.
Seth Rollins, I feel like it's the main guy, so
I feel like he would be the one to take it.
But I feel like they would go sort of like
an evolution type storyline where Seth is like Triple H
and bron Breakers like Batista and Batista he turned on
Triple H after he won the Royal Rumble, So would
(14:26):
they do like a bron Breaker wins the Royal Rumble,
he turns on Seth and then bron he he he,
you know, takes it from him. I mean that would
be kind of like a kind of like recycling a storyline.
But I think it would be a cool storyline because
bron Breaker is world champion material. He was NXT champion
for a while, so if you're gonna put a title
on him, the world champion, so so let it be
(14:48):
the one to dethron Seth Rollins, you know, at WrestleMania
next year or something become world champions. So yeah, and
now we have the undisputed champion currently being held by
the last real world champion, and that is John Cena.
Speaker 2 (15:09):
I got a Seth ronalds Okay, so you went with
a breaker as okay, Okay, yeah, I can't see him
holding it since.
Speaker 1 (15:18):
They Okay, yeah, that makes sense. Okay, So I have
said this multiple times. I you know, I put a
video out about this, and I feel like it was
already kind of spoiled for us when it happened. But
I got Cody Rhodes as the undisputed champion at the
end of the year. But it's not this same Cody
(15:40):
that we saw come back at WrestleMania versus Seth Rollins,
the blonde haired, the biggest baby face at a company,
anything like that. No, it's not that at all. I
think we're going to get a reverse thing that happens
before the end of the year. I think John Cenah,
for one, when he retires, I don't think he's gonna
want to be a heel and you know, turning on
(16:01):
the fans and whatnot. I think that he goes back
to his normal babyface self, you know, loves the fans
and whatnot, to actually go out on a high note.
And I think Cody Rhods just don't want to turnhill.
And I have said this so many times. I released
a separate video for this when I was talking who
could retire John Cena and whatnot, and number one on
(16:21):
my list was Cody Rhoads, And I said that I
would love him to dye his hair black, to turn
heel and give us that Cody Rhodes when he first
went on his indie run after leaving w w E,
after he was Stardust and whatnot, So Cody Roads needs
to be that guy to do it. And yeah, so
(16:45):
why not? I mean, why not pull a swerve on
the entire IWC, on the entire wrestling community and have
the biggest babyface in professional wrestling turnheel on the fans
and be don't want to dethrone John Cena for that title?
Speaker 2 (17:03):
All right?
Speaker 1 (17:03):
So now we're moving on to Yeah. So, now we're
moving on to our separate portion of w w E,
and we're going with the w Tag Team Champions currently
being held by the Street Profits Jordan the Profits. Are
they going on a big run towards the end of
the year. Is a tag team going to come in
(17:26):
there and take it from them?
Speaker 2 (17:28):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (17:30):
I put I put the New Day, okay, So New
Days going from the others this one, okay? So I
think I think this tag team is going to go
on a big run towards the end of the year.
I didn't watch SmackDown this past Friday, but I did
watch it the week before, and I think they're planning
something big for for uh for Angel and Berto from
(17:53):
from Legato del Fantasma. I think they're doing something with them. Now,
are they actually they gonna do something big with them?
I don't know, But if they do, then why not.
It's these are guys that I don't think I've really
had their big break in the company as a tack team,
and they even attacking for a while, So why not.
(18:15):
I mean, if you're gonna look at tax teams that
deserve it, you know, don't don't give it to one
of these these random put together tag teams that are
gonna be champion in a few weeks. Then you gotta
give it to someone that's been there for a couple
of years, you know, putting in that work and whatnot.
You know, they haven't been booked the best, but I
think that they're fantastic in the ring, and I think
they deserve something like that. So now we got the
(18:40):
women's United States champion that is being held by Zelena Vega.
Who we got Jordan.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
Alexa Bliss Okay, yeah, Lexa Bliss one.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
So this is one of my big surprises right here.
This is my only NX team name that I have
coming up to the main roster and winning goal by
the entity year. So I got Jada Parker. I love
I love what she's doing in NXT and if they
can translate that to the main Orrolster, then I don't
see why she can't be a champion and no time
(19:12):
over there.
Speaker 2 (19:14):
Yeah, she's killing it right now in the NFC.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
That yeah, that she is. So we're jumping from one
women's champion to the other. The women's Intercontinental champion that
is being held still by the inaugural Champion of Lyra Valkyria.
Is she gonna hold it all the way to the
end of the year. I hope not, but I mean
there's a chance she may. I mean she's beating everybody
(19:38):
that's in her way right now.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
I'll put I put Becky Lynch. I know they had
their match at Backlash, but I think they're gonna run
it back and think Becky.
Speaker 3 (19:51):
Take it.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
So this is someone that's on the injured list right now,
but I notice talks of them coming back. I could
be as early as as tonight. If people watching this
Wednesday and it doesn't happen, then I'm gonna look stupid.
But I got Oscar as the Intercontinental champion. She is
someone that right now people are saying, oh, she hasn't.
(20:16):
She hasn't been respected since she's been on the main roster.
But there's a picture of her with all the championships
that she's won on the main roster, the money in
the bank and whatnot. So that's I mean, that's from
one proven a lot of people wrong that she has
been respected very well on the main roster. She took
her first loss at WrestleMania. We were there, Charlotte Flair
(20:37):
made her tap out, and it seems like maybe her
main roster run before the injury hasn't been going fantastic.
She has been out for quite some time. Same thing
with Kyrie Say have been out as well. So if
one out of the tude, because I was a siding
between out of the two between her and and Kyrie saying,
(20:57):
and I ultimately landed on Oscar. So yeah, I would
love to see her come back and win some sort
of goal. If it can't be a world champion, let
her go for the for the inner Continental title. So
now we're closing out this video with our last two,
and we are going with the women's world champion currently
(21:18):
held by EO Sky Jordan who we got.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
I got Jay Corgill, the.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
World champion for me the world, I'm going Becky. I
don't think you bring Becky back to win the inter
Continental or US. I think I think for when you
got a booker as you've booked her before, and it's
gotta be a world champion. She's got to be a
world champion. She's world championship material. That's why I'm glad
(21:48):
they didn't put the icy title on her because I
don't think you go that route. I think you go
for one for her, you got to go above and beyond.
You know, if one cannot be the mid card, Yeah,
that thing. Unless she wants to put over other talents
and hold a mid card, that's the only way I
(22:08):
see that happening. But if she doesn't, then you got
a booker to go to go big.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
And they were closing out with the women's champion currently
held by Jordan's girl, Tiffany Stratton. Jordan is a tiffy
time continuing into twenty twenty six or as a brand
new champion.
Speaker 2 (22:32):
I put Charlotte Flair does have a feeling they've don't put.
Speaker 1 (22:35):
In on her. Jesus Christ, we had to end his
video on such a negative note. God damn I'm going
Jade Cargill. Yeah, I think Jade, she and the people
talk and that's one reason why I hate social media. Oh,
(22:56):
Jade Cargill hasn't done nothing since coming to WWE. Oh
it took her forever to debut in an actual ring
and whatnot? Shut up? She was actually being allowed to
train in the performance center where she needed to be
when she was an AEW. I was saying that she
was the main reason why AEW needed a performance center
(23:17):
from the jump, and now that she went over there,
now does she trained in the performance center doing great
work with with Naomi, who was one of my candidates
for this this this championship. I think Naomi at some
point is gonna win this champion I mean, could could
we see it happened before Jade takes it? Maybe? Uh,
(23:39):
maybe Naomi takes it off of Tiffy and and Jade
takes it off of Naomi. I mean, so much can
happen with this. So but ultimately I think Jade is
gonna be the one to hold this this title at
the end of the year. And yeah, it's it's it's
gonna be awesome. So but that will do it for
(24:01):
this upload edition of the World of Lead podcast. I
