Speaker 1 (00:00):
So what does it mean to be a rageing cage
and felt with Louisiana wreck your face? Man, still don't
get it in. I'm gonna let you know. Oh you
gotta do is come and join the show.
Speaker 2 (00:13):
Right all right, the wait is over. The clock has
hit zero, and welcome to a brand new era of
the world at Lead Podcast. And first of all, we
are excited and you know, hope everyone's having a great day,
(00:35):
a great Monday is WrestleMania Week. And yes, we're gonna
kick off with our first topic already. We're not gonna
waste anyone's time. We're gonna jump in with the first
topic of this show. But before we do that, Jordan,
it has been a long time coming. We have been
off the air for two and a half months, but
you've been off for way longer than we have. You know,
(01:00):
we we went off the air, I gotta say probably
the beginning of February. I think the day after the
Rumble was our last live stream. But the last live
stream you were on was your birthday, so technically the
new year, so I know you got to be excited.
How were you doing? And welcome back to the show man.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
Oh yeah, it's been a while ready to kill it.
Got a yeah, a computer desk.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
I got your whole your whole setup change, man, you
got a whole different look.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Now.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
You haven't been having a desk now for for a
while now, and you haven't been able to use it,
so I know you're excited.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
Yeah, and I got this a gaming chair, but I
had it before. Uh yeah, I did a few shows
with it. But now I got a computer desk and
let's kill it tonight. D I didn't.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
Yeah, you know, it's all good. It's all good, man,
it's all good. Yeah. But yeah, we've been talking about
this for a while now. A new era, you know,
a new era of the Worldly podcast. We've been streaming
for a little over four year now, but a new
era is happening now. And like I said, I'm not
going to start off on a negative note. I know
a lot of people are wondering what a new era
(02:07):
brings to the show, and yes, like I said a
few minutes ago, it does look a bit different on
the show. Not going to start negative, A lot of
people know what has happened already. But even though I'm
not going to address anything, I will start off by
saying that the last four years. I am grateful for
every memory that has been started on this show. But
(02:28):
being that Jordan and I are now continuing the show over,
we're here to create more memories and have a great
time and do what we do best, and that is
to attempt to entertain others. But like I said, before
we get into any of that, I want to address
a few comments already. I got my mom tuning in,
Ashley tuning in justin one that is advocated for this show.
(02:51):
Every time that Jordan and I comment on cod he
has one that always talks how excited he is. And yes,
we are back on air. It's been quite some time,
but we are very excited. Appreciate you for tuning in, Gatekeeper,
and Jordan got your mom also tuning in as well.
We'll address other comments later in the show, but yeah,
(03:14):
I mean, Jordan, I'll let you touch based on something
a few in just a few minutes. But yeah, like
I said, we've been off the air for two and
a half months, and it wasn't by choice at all.
You know, we've been off and I've been off for
a while at the end of last year for a while.
You know, the whole moving process you know, getting into
(03:36):
the house and everything. So that was my choice to
go off. I could have stayed on, you know, I
could have went on with you guys, and I decided
not to. You know, I decided to stay off for
a little while. Let you know, you and Marcus do
y'all thing. And I came on right as we moved in,
you know, the week we moved in, we got internet
into the house, and you know, we decided, you know,
(03:59):
to to get things going. But I feel like I
went too hard, too quickly. Whenever we came back, and
even before we went on our little break, before we
came back today, I was talking, you know, to my
wife and everything, and I was saying that I was
starting to lose my love for this. You know, it
was something that I didn't feel like was necessary to
me anymore. And that's me saying a lot right there,
(04:21):
for me to come on here and say that I
was losing my love for this. And I'm someone who
if I'm able to get on, I'm getting on and
I'm talking rest like I'm talking sports. I'm doing whatever
I can to keep things entertaining for others. Whenever someone
asked me to be a guest, and I do whatever
I can and my willpower to come on here and
(04:42):
talk about it, because you know, I feel like I
missed out on so much that I wanted to come
on here and I wanted to talk about whatever I could.
But like I said, I feel like I went too hard,
too quickly, and even before this break happened, I really
was losing my love for this. So I I feel like,
you know, under the wrong circumstances. The break came at
(05:04):
the best time possible, and it's unfortunate, you know what
happened and everything. But you and I were sitting at
my grandparents one day and I suddenly just thought about it,
and I'm like, okay, yeah, we've been off for a
little bit now, not too long, but why don't we
come back around WrestleMania. I said, why don't we come
(05:26):
back to Monday before wrestling day. It's you and I.
I'm off on Mondays, so I feel like Monday is
our best day and do it around five o'clock. You
notice when people start getting awful, work can tune in.
And also I didn't want to interfere with anything from
our friends over at Circle of Debate, who go live
every single day around the same time seven o'clock ish
they go on, and I didn't want to interfere, So
(05:48):
I said, five o'clock is a perfect time. Because I'm off,
I can do whatever I want. On Mondays, I can
hop in here, we can do a show for about
an hour, hour and a half and then we can
get off and we're our done before Monday night draw.
So why not do that? But in the meantime of
this break, I decided to start a Twitch channel, which
(06:08):
as if you're watching on Twitch right now, then you
notice that I switched over all of our Twitch stuff
to be the Worldly Twitch now. And I feel like
it was just an experiment try to go on Twitch,
you know, do some gaming and whatnot. And also that
was something that ended very quickly. I just didn't feel
a need to do it no more. I didn't feel
(06:30):
like getting on turning my camera on just to play
video games.
Speaker 3 (06:32):
You know.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
If I was going to turn a camera on, I
wanted to come on here and talk some wrestling, and
also with Tim King in the comments, also game break
or sports, something we also experimented with. I wouldn't say
it's gone because we never announced that, but we haven't
done it in quite some time, and I would love
to get back to it if if that does happen,
(06:55):
I would love to get back to Game Breaker Sports,
something him myself in streets would do just on on
Mondays as well, something we would do and it was awesome.
But yeah, I feel like this break came at the
best time possible because not only was World of Leads
and the whole podcasting scene, you know, really really weighing
(07:17):
down on me. I just feel like I didn't want
to do it. The more and the more that we
wouldn't do the show before we announced that we were
coming back, the more it would kind of weigh on
me to not let go of this show because we
put so much hard work into the show for four
years straight, and you know, we would kill it week
(07:38):
after week after week, and we would come on here
and I really didn't want to lose what we accomplished,
so I would be at work and you know, this
show would weigh on me because I didn't want to lose.
And that's when I said to myself, it's not worth losing.
It's not worth losing the show. Whatever happened happened, but
(08:01):
that doesn't involve you and I, so I said, it
has to happen that we got to come back, and
we got to come back in some capacity. So that's
when I got the idea down that we got to
come back for WrestleMania. There's not a chance that I
was letting WrestleMania go by and we were not going
to come on here. So that's when I pitched the
(08:21):
idea to you. You know, you love the idea, and
that's when I said, Okay, I said, I want to
start doing like these little things like when when Bray White,
like the QR code type thing, even though I didn't
do it at you know, per se, but I wanted
to do these little cryptic, you know messages on Twitter,
you know, just put the date out there and you
have people wondering. And then that's when the day came
(08:44):
and I said, you know what, I'm going to announce
it on this day. And I announced it and people
were so thrilled that we were coming back on the
show and whatnot. And seeing the response that we would
have a week after week when we would comment on
different shows, it was like, oh, you know, April fourteen,
these guys are coming back. Can't wait for them to
come back people we haven't talked to in years. You know,
(09:06):
we're now, you know, talking about the show now. So
that's when I knew that us coming back on this
show was worth it. And that's when suddenly my love
for this came back. And you know, this day kept
getting closer and closer and closer, and I'm like, Okay, yeah,
this is worth it. This is so worth it. But
(09:29):
to close it out, to to let Jordan say whatever
he wants to about this before we move on, we
missed you, guys. We did for two and a half months.
We did absolutely nothing. Yes, I appeared on a couple
of shows, we did the secondary show at Game Breaker Sports.
But this is it. This is it for me. This
(09:52):
is you know, something we built from the ground up,
and I'm so happy that it's back. I am ecstatic,
thrilled and being that we're gonna go live on on
a week to week basis, same time, same place. Yeah,
this is it for me. So, Jordan, the floor is yours.
(10:15):
Whatever you have to say from from the time that
you left the show, the time that we went on
break and right now, the floor is yours. Man.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
Yeah, Well, like you, we had like a lot of
memories like we had, like making the people laugh, like
yeah the stuff I said, and uh yeah, I like
doing this. I wasn't on the Rumble Show because well,
you know, with the snow and I fell down the
(10:47):
steps and but I missed the Rumble Show. So but no,
I like doing this. I missed everybody, and I'm like
to watch other people show. Dylan know that I can
watch it from start to finish.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
That you can, and you were one of the rare
ones you know, you can want something start to finish,
and I don't understand how you do it. You know,
you would find old podcasts from from our channel and
watch it from start to finish, and that's dedication.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
So I like it so and yeah, I like I
like doing this and let's kill it every week.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
Absolutely, I absolutely agree with you one hundred percent. And
to get away from this to get into some wrestling
stuff before we do that. I just want to thank
everyone for their continued support four years. If you've been
with us since the beginning, if you joined with us
later in the years, if you're a new viewer, we
are so so appreciative of you joining back with us
(11:49):
on this new journey, this new era, like I've been
advertising week after week after week something that I've always
been advertising, and I'm staying true to a new era
of this show. And Jordan and I have a lot
to be excited for. We have a lot to offer
when it comes to this show. So yeah, this is
(12:10):
just the beginning of something amazing that we have going
and that we're going to do every single Monday at
five pm Central on our YouTube channel Facebook and now
you can follow The Worldly Podcast on Twitch at twitch
dot tv slash World Elite Pod. So, Jordan, let's get
in Doro some wrestling stuff. This is the reason why
we're here. Some wrestling stuff. You know, if you've been
(12:34):
living under a rock, you know, we got this little
thing called a WrestleMania this week. But we got some
other stuff to talk about first. And yeah, you've been
gone way longer than February second, but that is the
last time we streamed, and so much has happened from
February second. To keep things in order to keep things
a little organized, I got four topics that I want
(12:56):
some takes on. I'll offer my take as well. We'll
go well, we'll take turns going first on him. I
will get your take first. Because you were not with
me when this happened, and I think that this was
the craziest moment of the year, probably all time. But
as you can see in the middle the middle picture
John Cena's Hill turn out Elimination Chamber. I gave my
(13:21):
take on Game Breaker Sports when it happened, So if
you watched it, then you know my take already on it.
But I want your take on this, Jordan. You know
you weren't able to come on a live stream and
say anything about it. I know that you told me
a few things about it, but I want to know
what was going through your mind when this happened. From
from Sina went in Elimination Chamber the way it happened
(13:44):
with Rollin's curb stopping seeing Punk to John Cena basically
making Punk pass out, and then all of a sudden,
you know, from Cody coming out the Rock coming out Cody,
he he dropped an uncensored F bomb on TV, which
we're not used to for a WW standpoint. You know,
(14:06):
we've heard it on AW multiple times, but we haven't
really heard that on W. So that was a big
moment right there to have that happen, and then you know,
seeing it dapping up Cody and then the Rock you know,
slashing the throat and then see it given Cody nice
you know, kicked to the nuts. Man, it was all brilliant.
It was the way they did it. But what was
(14:26):
your take when it happened? And uh, right, now, what
do you think of a hill run? You know, you've
been seeing a lot of Sena, but it seems weird
seeing him as a hill.
Speaker 3 (14:37):
Yeah. No, when it when it happened, like they was
just talking and then Sena gave Cody the hug and
then the Rock did the throat thing, and then Sena's
eyes just and then he kicked him. I'm like, oh,
and then they just started beating them up and I'm like, well,
(14:57):
Sina's gonna be a hill now. So well, on the
past rolls, he's been coming out every time and they
the fans are just just chanting to see us. Sucks. Yeah,
not that, but no, that was all wild ending to
(15:18):
the chamber.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
Yeah, it was very very wild. Something I didn't expect
to happen. I thought that Cody was actually gonna turn
heel that night, that something boring was gonna happen. But
I'm thinking to myself, why is the chamber ending and
why are they staying in the ring? So why is
the whole thing with the rock going to be closing
the show? I said something, something has to happen. I
(15:41):
did not once anticipate Scena being the one to turn
heel because in twenty plus years, you never would think
that scene would be the one to do it. And yeah,
like you said, the crowd reaction ever since he turned
has been fantastic. And the crowd and uh Brussels, you
know the reason why I put the little kid on here,
the one that's seen it basically targeted once it happened,
(16:03):
and yeah, I was. I was at a loss when
it happened. You know, there's not many wrestling moments that
really catch me for a loop, and this one really
got me. John Seena turning something I didn't expect and
it was just beautifully done by the WWE. Now the
next one I want to get into something that has
(16:25):
really really it sort of caught me off guard since
a Royal rumble, and that is the IWC turning on
j Usso. They love j Usso, they love the yeat chant,
they love him getting the crowd hyped up. But it
seems like since he won to Roller Rumble the way
he eliminated John Cenam, they have turned on him. Now,
I'll give my take on this one first. I think,
(16:47):
I mean, they have their reasons. I mean, I'm not
gonna say anyone's wrong when it comes to a wrestling opinion,
because that is their own opinion. They say what they
want about it. But I don't understand it. I don't
understand the hate for Juso. He is super over with
the crowd. You know, he comes from the crowd every
week and it is it is electric every time he
(17:07):
comes out. It's fantastic. He does so well every single
time he comes out. And they, for some reason now
they're saying, oh, his match with a Jimmy from last
year's Mania is the worst Mania match of all time.
I wouldn't say that. I wouldn't go that far to
saying that their match was the worst. Yeah, it wasn't good,
(17:28):
but it wasn't the worst. I mean, we've seen worse.
I mean, we've seen a lot worse at WrestleMania than
to USO's going at it. But I think their hate
towards towards ja Uso was forced. I think they're trying
to fit in with a crowd, and they're thinking, Okay,
this is the way I can do it is by saying, oh,
jay Uso doesn't deserve to be at WrestleMania against gun There,
(17:51):
they don't deserve to take the title off of gun Through,
which I think we're all leaning towards, is him taking
the title off Gunther. Now do I agree that he
is not the main event of WrestleMania, Yes, I do,
because I don't think that his story with Gunther is
(18:11):
bigger than the triple threat that we're getting Night one
of WrestleMania with seam Punk, Rollins and Roman Reigns. So yeah,
I agree with that, but there's no need for the hate.
Jusso is super over. It's just they rather it be
Sena or the quote unquote Cody cry babies from last
(18:36):
year are the same ones that are saying that we
still are being robbed of Roman and Rock at this
year's WrestleMania. So the Roman Rains fans that are crying
about Cody a year later are still crying about them
not getting Roman Rock. So I mean, which fan base
(18:57):
It seems a little more you know, negative right now?
So I mean the hype for this match is not fantastic.
I'm not really thrilled about it, but I do think
we get a cool outcome from it. I'm gonna take
a page out of Streets's book for the Gun through
Jane match, but I'll save it for when we make
(19:19):
our predictions for WrestleMania. But Jordan, what is what is
your take on this? This forced hate for ju So
now did he want to roll a rum because you
didn't see this whenever he he I mean before he
wondered royal rum, but you didn't see this type of
hate towards him.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Yeah, like you said, they have their reasons, but yeah,
he's way over with the crowd. And yeah, it's just
I don't know what the he comes out. Pat McAfee
loves it, uh so, Yeah, I like I like it
whenever he comes out, it's awesome. Man. I don't know
(19:57):
what the reason for it, but.
Speaker 2 (20:02):
Yeah, and basically said, I think the way it was
both had to have part to do with it. They
had Gun there and Jay wrestling, and Jay won to
rumble a week later. Yeah, I know you have him lose,
you know, match after match, and then suddenly he wants
to rumble and now he's going back after gun there.
So it's almost like they're trying to feed it to
us too much. But yeah, you know, I can understand that.
(20:23):
But I think, like I said, it's gonna have a
good payoff at WrestleMania, and I think that people at
the end of the day will be happy with what
they get. Let's see Ryan saying, end of the day,
no one is more over and no one is selling
more merch, literally eat merch everywhere. The right call was made.
Nowadays it actual wrestling ability isn't the driving force anymore.
It's about selling tickets and making money, and Jade does both.
(20:44):
I agree, Jay, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna lie.
He's not the best singles wrestler of all time. He
you know, he he messes up, you know, time to time,
But who doesn't Who doesn't mess up at this point?
You know, as a wrestler, you can't always be perfect.
And something we've learned about jay Uso is that no
one's perfect. But he is, like everyone's saying, he's super
(21:07):
over sell the merch and he is so over with
this crown. So I mean whatever, I still think they
made the right decision by pulling the trigger on Jay
and I think, like I said, I will say it
over and over, it's kind of a great payoff at WrestleMania.
The third topic for our catching up is Pansa and
(21:29):
Ray Phoenix are making an instant impact in WWE after
their adew exits, and now we could also be seeing
Alistair Black return to the company. Jordan, I will let
you take this one at first, Uh, Pansa and Ray Phoenix,
you know, what do you when you make it their
singles run? You know, Pana's already getting a WrestleMania match
(21:50):
for the Intercontinental title. Ray Phoenix kind of came in
a little too late to get a a WrestleMania match.
We could possibly see him in the andre at the
Giant Battle Royal, which we'll talk about later before our picks.
But do you think they team up at some point?
You know, we can see the Luci Bros at some point,
maybe after Mania, sometime closer to the summer Slam. And
(22:11):
when do you see Alistair Black coming to w w E?
Speaker 3 (22:17):
Yeah, I can see Ray Phoenix and Uh and Panta probably. Yeah,
I see him tagging up one day and at least
maybe they might do better than in the a W
because in a W it was not that great. And
then with Alistair Black, Let's see maybe the night after
(22:45):
Mania on all maybe I can see him coming back
at role after Mania.
Speaker 2 (22:52):
Yeah, I mean I can see it. I can see
it the night after Mania, but I could also see
the SmackDown after Mania, being that the Vine are all
happening on SmackDown, so I could see it going back
to Jay. Justin that said, legit have enjoyed everything they've
done with Jay and Gunther don't understand the hate. I
don't understand it either, but the IWC is the most
toxic place on the internet. And yeah, so you got
(23:18):
to take it for what it's worth. Hey, what's going on? Nick?
I appreciate you for tuning in. Then yeah, going to
Pensa and Ray Phoenix, they have presented them like absolute stars.
And I really only hear the chant on NXT whenever
you see Ricky Saints or someone like that, you know,
you hear the Tony fumbled chance being that Tony couldn't
(23:41):
you know, get these guys over or doing anything big
with them. But now they're going to WWE and they're
already doing great things. You've been having Pinta on Monday
Night rall for quite some time, the Monday Night Rawl
after the Netflix debut. Actually, and he's already in a
WrestleMania match for the Intercontinental title. Like I said, Rae
Phoenix kind of came in too late, but he did
(24:01):
debut before Mania. Could also, like I said, see him
and the Andrea Giant Battle Royal and then Alistair Black.
Like I said, I could see him the SmackDown after Mania.
I mean, why not? I mean, I already feel like
the raw after Mania is gonna have a few surprises,
so why not save Alistair for SmackDown? So I will
definitely be tuning in next Friday for his potential debut,
(24:24):
which would be awesome to see. I mean, but the
vignettes they are pointing towards alistat Black. Why wouldn't it
be Alistair Black at this point? You know, it's just
it just seems like it's him and then and then
our last one. Sadly, we're closing this one on a
pretty rough one. But the state of ae W and
(24:45):
the ae W World Championship. I don't watch a lot
of aw so some things I may say may come
off as wrong. But I wanted to include AW in
some capacity on the show, and this is really the
only way I'm going to include him. But like I said,
I am not a casual viewer when it comes to AW.
(25:07):
I do not watch the show at all. As far
as Dynamite goes, as far as Collision goes. I did
watch Dynasty. I can't say I watched it in the
most legal way possible, but I did watch it, and
for the postpart it was okay. I'm not gonna say
it was great, but it was okay. But I did
(25:30):
not know up until the last pay per view, which
was Revolution. I think in Los Angeles that the AW
World Championship is in a briefcase. I did not know
that until I watch Revolution. Like I said, I'm not
a casual viewer, so I don't know the story behind
the briefcase why they're not showing the title. If someone
(25:51):
who does watch AW, maybe Jordan himself can enlighten me
on why the championship is in a briefcase. Jordan, do
you have any explanation? Maybe I don't know. If if
Justin Bakerley someone in the comments can tell me why,
I really don't know. I mean, I think it's I
think it's ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
Yeah, maybe.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
Want somebody, Yeah, someone in the comments can enlighten me
as to why the championship is in a briefcase. But nonetheless,
you know, I'll we wait for that. I think the
state of the championship itself is an absolute joke, and
I think you had the perfect chance to put it
on Swerve at Dynasty, and you have the Young Bucks,
(26:38):
who were once one of my favorite tag teams, appear
and and align themselves with the Death Riders. Why I
don't understand what Tony Kahan sees the appeal of John Moxley.
I don't think John Moxley is the most fantastic wrestler ever.
(27:02):
I think I think he for some reason, I think
he takes the term pro wrestling and wants to make
a mockery out of it, being that he always wants
to go over and be be extreme for everything, like
when he did the thing with the or the nails
in the back and has to bleed for every single
(27:23):
match that he does just about or something like that.
So I think John Moxley joined AEW. I think I
don't know. For some reason, I thought it was going
to be great when it happened all those years ago,
but it seems like since since a Punk left AEW,
I think it's becoming unwatchable for me. And this is
not trying to take anything away from anyone that does
(27:44):
watch AW. If you want to watch it, go ahead,
that is y'all. I mean, that is y'all that wants
to do that. It's okay, but that's just from my standpoint,
my opinion that I don't think AW is appealing by
any means, and the fact that you're World Championship is
in a briefcase, Yeah, that says it all right there.
(28:05):
You know, you have Mercedes Hogan, who calls the shots
around AW, who signed a large contract just to put
herself over every single match, and now on Wednesday on
Dynamite she's facing Athena in the owen Hart Cup and
you know, damn well, she's putting herself over Athena, who
has not lost a match in extremely long as a
(28:29):
part of AEW or Ring of Honor. She's been the
champion for forever in Ring of Honor. But now Mercedes
gets her chance to put herself over Athena, which I
think is ridiculous because I think Athena is way better
than Mercedes is as far as that, And yet you
can come on here and say, oh, you hate Mercedes,
so you're gonna say that. It ain't about that at all.
(28:52):
It's just I think that she took a ton of
money from Tony Kahan because he offered her creative control
and she gets to book herself to one in every
single week or every single pay per view whenever she
gets to face pretty much nobody. I mean, so, I
mean yeah, I mean, the aw women's division is too
(29:12):
good to have Mercedes running it, and I think they're
doing great things with Tony Storm. I think she's one
of the big highlighted moments of that company. And that's
one name of a few that I can say that
WW they really screwed up with. And I think Swerve
is another one. I can't really say much about the
(29:32):
rest of them, sadly, but yeah, if you want, if
you want my opinion on the state of all Elate wrestling,
I don't think it's fantastic. But that's me. That's just
me just viewing whatever. So Jordan, I mean, you watch
it more than I do, so I feel like you
can give a take on your your little opinion on
(29:54):
the state of the company and just a world championship
in general, of of it not being seen in months,
and John Moxley doesn't seem like he's gonna lose the
title at any point.
Speaker 3 (30:08):
Yeah, the the belt in the briefcases, No, I don't know,
nuts like, it doesn't make sense. And then yeah, they
should have put it on swerve at the Dynasty, but
then the Young Bucks came out and yeah, but some
weeks for AW and it's not the best at all
(30:30):
because it's almost like the same matches almost every week too.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
All right, we have our comment. Honestly, there is no
explanation when the title is in a briefcase. The Death
Riders try to take over AW, chase the Bucks away,
and yet they came back to help moxers hind the
title makes no sense. I agree, zero sense as to
why the titles in a briefcase? Why are the Bucks
helping the death Riders? Now, I think Tony has backed
(30:57):
himself into a corner and now has no way out
of it, so I don't see a good ending for this.
But whatever he does, aew die hards are gonna find
themselves glorifying over this and think it's the greatest thing ever,
but whatever, I don't really care. That was my aw
take for the show. I'm want we be talking about
(31:19):
that nonsense for the rest of the show because we
got bigger things to talk about. And let's switch over
to WrestleMania Weekend. But Jordan, don't switch over yet, because
we got a few things before NXT to talk about.
I know you were going forward, so I have to stop.
Youre right there before we did anything. I should have
made an overlay forward, but I just decided to make
these predictions just a little while ago, so I don't
(31:41):
have time to make an overlay forward. So WrestleMania week
it kicks off tonight, but nothing really big has happened.
We're gonna talk about roll at the end of the show,
but we're gonna go all the way to smack Down first,
So I feel like we're kind of jumbled in our
timeline here. We're gonna do SmackDown, then WrestleMania Weekend, and
(32:04):
then go to tonight. So yeah, we're we're a little
jumbled here. I should have kind of made some arrangements,
but whatever, all right, we got Friday Night SmackDown before
WrestleMania The Hall of Fame is airing two hours after
SmackDown ends, so it starts at midnight Central time. I
(32:29):
don't plan on watching it. I will watch some of
it just to see, like speeches from you know, Triple H.
I'd like to see you know, the class you know
Triple as Michelle McCole, Natural Disasters, Lex Luger, and I
believe they have a few legacy ones like Kamala and
(32:50):
I think a couple of others and the day and
they're inducting a match Brett Hart and Stone Cold from
WrestleMania thirteen. So I mean solid class to say the least.
I mean, I still think, you know, Bray should have
had something, But I think now that they're in New
Orleans next year, I think that's the perfect chance to
put Bray White in, being that even though he was
(33:13):
from Florida, his whole gimmick was like the swamp, you know, Louisiana,
stuff like that. So I feel like that's the perfect
time to put him in. So Friday Night's SmackDown, we
got a couple of things to predict. First, we have
the attack team at Championships at Street Profits are defending
against the Motor City machine guns, Jordan, who you going with?
Speaker 4 (33:36):
I'm going with the I'm gonna go with the Street
profits to win.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
They should have they they could have well made a
space on Russell Mania for him.
Speaker 2 (33:46):
You think you think you think there's a there's a
three hour pre show, there's a three hour pre show.
Why not? I mean you could have had the Andre
the Giant Battle Royal in there. You could have had
the tag titles on there. You could have been way more. Yeah,
instead of instead of having just nonsense talking for three hours,
it's gonna be a three hour pre show, probably around
(34:08):
a four hour show, and I think the post show
is like two hours. Oh my, Yeah, we're gonna be
dying after night one. But yeah, I'm going with the
Street prophets as well. They just wanted not long ago,
zero reason to take him off. But it's gonna be
a great match nonetheless. And then the last one we
(34:30):
predate before we had to NXT is the Andrea Giant
Memorial Battle Oil last year, I believe was Bronson Reid
that one battle oil I read. I was reading some
of the winners and who they eliminated, and some of
the winners and who they eliminated. It was absolutely mind blowing.
I think like one year was was mojo' raley and
(34:51):
he limblated uh gender mahal and that's whenever like Rob
Gronkowski got involved in it and was russell Mania A
thirty three when that happened. That was ridiculous when that happened.
Speaker 3 (35:04):
I remember that one.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
Yeah, I know, like I know Colin Joe's from SNL
was in it and he was the last one to
get eliminated and whatnot. As that's a joke, like they
have turned a cold Battle Oil into a joke.
Speaker 3 (35:19):
You know.
Speaker 2 (35:19):
I was there for the first one when Cizarro took
out the Big Show when he was still with the
real Americans with Jack Swagger and Zep Colter, So that
was that was a cool moment. But now the Battle
Oil has turned into some mess. So I don't watch
a ton of smackdowns, so I don't know if people
(35:40):
have announced themselves into the match. So I feel like
I'm going into this one extremely blind. I'll go first,
I don't, like I said, I don't know who's announced
themselves for this. Yeah, so I'm going with the mix
of either Andrade or Carmelo Hayes. But I gotta pick one.
(36:01):
So I think I picked Andred last year, and he
wasn't even in the damn match. So I'm gonna double
down on Andrede to win this year's Andrea Gian Battle Royal,
praying he's actually in it this time, because I know
last year's Madia prediction show, I was so heavy I said,
I said, Andred is gonna win it. He wasn't even
in it. So now I'm going with him again. Andrede
(36:24):
is going to be the andre To Giant Memorial Battle
Royal winner. Jordan, who you going with?
Speaker 3 (36:30):
I'm trying to see kind of hard to pick. I
don't go Ray Phoenix.
Speaker 2 (36:45):
Okay, that's not That's not bad at all. You know,
they just brought him in. They could easily do something
good with him, by him and Wind uh the uh
the Battle Royal, I mean yeah, I mean I can
definitely see it, you know. All right, let's get into
NXT stand in the Liver or if they want to
(37:06):
call it w W standard. I don't know what they
call these things nowadays. It's always it was nx T
Takeover then NXC. Now W puts their name into it,
I don't know, So Jordan, I'll let you go first
and all the predictions. First, we're going to start off
with a or the ladder match for the vacant NXT
(37:29):
Women's North American Champion. Uh, they have two that are
to be determined. I I don't know who the other
matches are. Didn't come very prepared for that one. But
the others are Zaria, Colonie Jordan's Soul, Ruka and Izzy Dame.
Or like I said, if you know the other matchups
that are happening that could potentially add someone to this match,
(37:51):
you can go ahead, or you can just pick one
of these.
Speaker 3 (37:55):
I'm gonna go Jordan to win that ladder match for
the North American Champ.
Speaker 2 (38:02):
The yeah, mm hmm, I'm gonna go with I'm gonna
go with Zaria. I was going between her or sal
Ruka and landed on Zaria. I think I think she's
due up for something, so why not, you know, let
her win the ladder match. And the last time we've
(38:23):
seen like a ladder match for a vacant title or
the inaugural champion was in New Orleans for the North
American title and they absolutely crushed it. So if we
can get something like that for for this one fantastic,
so that they did all right. Then we get to
a tag team match for the n XT Tag Team Champions.
(38:46):
We have Nathan Fraser and Axiom against the Gauntlet match winners.
Who the hell's in the Gauntlet match? Son of a bitch?
Who's in the Gauntlant match? This is the first time
I see the card on Wikipedia, so I so I
thought they would actually tell me who was in it? Okay, well,
(39:09):
well Bakley for the mass match. That the other two
matches were not announced yet, even though NXT is tomorrow,
I said. He said, there's five teams. Okay, I guess
for now, Jordan, you can go. I don't know who's
gonna win the Gauntlet match? Who who's even in it?
Speaker 3 (39:32):
I'm done?
Speaker 2 (39:32):
Hey, thanks for tuning in and thanks for the sub
And he said, Okay, Baker's a Hank and Tank should
win it. Are you gonna go with that? Are you
gonna go with Phraxium to retain which fraction has been
holding titles for a while now? So I want to
sign up with with Bakley.
Speaker 3 (39:47):
Or yeah, I'm gonna go Hank and Tank.
Speaker 2 (39:51):
I'll go with them two? Why not? I don't I
don't watch a ton of NXT, so I don't know
who was in the Gauntlet match, so I'll go with that.
Then we have a match for the Oh my god,
they are killing me with this one. Is there a
fatal four way happening on NX tomorrow that's determining who
faces Ricky Saints? Could? Why are they waiting so long
(40:12):
to make these matches? There's no story behind any of this.
This is Ricky Saints versus Fatal four way match winner. Yeah,
I know what's happening here. I mean, uh, do you
know who's in a fatal four way? Have you looked
this up?
Speaker 3 (40:32):
Okay? I can.
Speaker 2 (40:32):
I can try to find it real quick. Un lass
we get Bakeley commenting on it again.
Speaker 3 (40:38):
Yeah, I know they kind.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
Of Jesus they they did not do well with this.
My god, I know. That's why I'm trying to so
I'm trying to hurry up. And okay, well that's for
the that's for the women's I don't know, that's for
the tag team match that he commented the teams dude,
(41:02):
I mean, and and the sad part is I cannot
find a preview for tomorrow. Let's see Okay, now, I
found something. Okay, it's a Wesley Eddie thorpe Ethan Page
and Lexus King. That's gonna be taken on Ricky Saints.
(41:23):
I think we can all agree we're going Ricky Saints
on this one anyway. Yeah, So I did all this
research for nothing when we're all picking Ricky Saints. So
what are we doing at this point? All right, that
was a disaster. So all right, from from now on,
we have actual competitors in here. So yeah, I think
we're okay. Uh, A fatal four way match for the
(41:46):
NXT women's champion Stephanie Bakir, Julia Jordan Grace and Jada
Parker Man.
Speaker 3 (41:53):
This one's kind of rough to pay Day.
Speaker 2 (41:55):
All it is.
Speaker 3 (41:57):
Uh, I'm gonna go with Jada Parker to win it. Okay,
she'd been pretty good and on NXT lately.
Speaker 2 (42:07):
So yeah, you know, I'm going with Stephanie Vaankiir to retain.
And she just became the first double champion in NXT. Uh.
Whatever Mandy Rose has to say about that, she's wrong.
So yeah, Stephanie Vaukire is the first double champion in NXT,
(42:29):
so I think she's gonna retain. I know, there's been
a lot of stuff said from her interview, what she
said about aw and the AW diehards are coming crawling
out from whatever cave they came out of to throw
shade at her and whatnot. But I think she's doing
fantastic in NXT, and it's only a matter of time
(42:50):
before you know, herself, Julia and stuff like that's on
the main roster. But honestly, I don't think that you
can hit NXT that hard and take away two of
their biggest already. You know, if it's not Stephanie that
I would say, maybe Jordan Grace. But she's another one
that I can see coming to the main or after
at some point, and being as she was in TNA
and now she's going down to n XT, so I
(43:12):
think at some point I think she could be on
the main or roster. Well, one of these women are
gonna be on the main roster sooner than the other.
So uh Stephanie she retains, but I think at some
point we do see her come up and then the
main event uh Oba Fami Trick Williams and Javan Evans
(43:34):
for the n XT Championship.
Speaker 3 (43:39):
I'm gonna go uh Oba Fanny win it to the
jud Well, he didn't just win.
Speaker 2 (43:46):
It, right, No, he's for a little bit now.
Speaker 3 (43:49):
Yeah, but I'm gonna go with him retain.
Speaker 2 (43:53):
So okay, I still think that Trick Williams is the
leader of this new that's an NXT, even though he's
been attacked by them. A lot of theories are saying
that he's the leader and maybe or even basically said
he has Evans winning with the help from Dark State.
(44:14):
I mean that would be a major curve ball if
if Javon is in in Dark State, I think one
of the two or in Dark State, and it could
be Trick, could be Javon Evans. But if you're gonna
put the title on somebody, let it be Javon Evans.
I mean, Oba has been having it for a while,
Trick has had it already. I think now is the
time for Javon Evans. So, man, this is a tricky
(44:38):
one for me, but I'm going with Javon Evans to
win in the NXT Championship. And yes, I do think
Dark State they do get involved in this match in
some capacity. There's no way in hell that this match
ends clean. I think something happens and either way we
get a new champion is either Trick or it's Javon Evans,
(45:01):
but it would be cool if it's Jevon Evans. That
that gets it all. Right. Now, let's get to the
reason why we're here Tonight's WrestleMania before we get to WrestleMania.
Jordan's scale of one to ten, What is your excitement
level for this year's WrestleMania event? Ten? Yeah, I think
(45:29):
just because it's WrestleMania, it's a ten for me. It
hasn't been the best build of all time, but I
mean it's WrestleMania. You never know what's gonna happen at WrestleMania.
Someone is out there to get their WrestleMania moment and
(45:49):
it's gotta be something big. So my excitement level is
a ten as well. It's WrestleMania. You cannot be not excited.
So many people out there saying, oh, I'm not even
excited for this year's WrestleMania. The build hasn't been that good.
Who gives a fuck. It's gonna be great. It's gonna
be fantastic, So stop complaining and speaking of circle debate earlier,
(46:17):
Ivan in the chat, A what's going on?
Speaker 3 (46:19):
Man?
Speaker 2 (46:20):
We are so so excited to be back, and I
want to credit you and the guys for heavily promoting
our return to the podcasting game. So really really appreciate
you guys over at cod check them out and just
a little over an hour for Monday night, We're all
watch along, so I will be tuning in as well
to that. So Night one of WrestleMania, I believe I'm
(46:47):
gonna kick off with what I think is gonna open
up WrestleMania Night one, and that is Gunther defending the
World Heavyweight Championship against the winner of the Man Royal
Rum Match main event, jay Uso Jordan. I'm gonna let
you kick this one off. Who is winning this match?
Speaker 3 (47:10):
Well, Gunther had it for quite a while now, so
I'm going with will eat so messed it up.
Speaker 2 (47:21):
They better be careful. We gonna knock your webcam down.
Speaker 3 (47:25):
I know. Yeah, So I'm going with jay Uso to
win it.
Speaker 2 (47:31):
Yeah, man, this one is tough. Man. I said on
on on past shows last year that I would love
Gunther to have a similar rain to Bruno San Martino,
and I know we're not gonna get that because he
held the title for like fucking eight years, and I
think if if Guntherro had a title that long, the
(47:53):
Internet would fucking explode. So, yeah, we're not getting it all.
So I think Guntherro drops it. I think this is
the second straight Mania that he's going to drop a
title and Jay Usso is going to win. Now, I
was gonna save this for the second night, but this
(48:15):
was already set on game Breakers. So if you heard it,
and you know where I'm going with this, and I'm
going to credit streets for this one. Streets Is is
solely responsible for this, I think, And could I agree
with him on it? I think? And you and you
go back to the Netflix debut that the jay Uso
(48:40):
was out and he came out with a certain somebody
with Travis Scott at a elimination chamber, the Rock came
out with Travis Scott. What happens and then in the
main event of Night two, if jay us wins the title,
he turns on Cody Rhodes, who he was a tack
(49:02):
team champion with already, and the night ends with Sina
and Jay holding the titles up and the Rocks in
the middle, and we get he'll Jay on the side
of hill Sena because this whole thing with Travis Scott.
I mean, it's starting to all make sense. Why not
(49:23):
have that happen? I mean that would be fantastic. So yeah, yeah,
I think I think Jay is gonna win this match,
and some nonsense is gonna happen at the end of
the night too, But that basically spoils my pick for
the night too. But I'll say anymore after that, Uh,
then we get to the next match. I'll go to
(49:46):
the World Tack Team Champions, the war Raiders taking on
the New Day Jordan, who we got.
Speaker 3 (49:55):
I'm not gonna go with the New Day. They just
they had a just won it, so I'm not gonna
go with the New Data retain it.
Speaker 2 (50:06):
I think the New Day get close to winning it,
but they're gonna cheat, and I think as they're getting
caught cheating, I think Biggie is gonna make an appearance
and he's going to make sure they don't and that's
gonna get them distracted, and the war Raiders pick up
the victory to retain the titles. They turned on him
on Raw, so why not bring him back for a
big WrestleMania moments and and have him cost the New
(50:31):
Data titles? I think that would be pretty cool. Yeah,
then we got Ray Mastereo versus El Grande Americano, who
we all know is Chad Gable. So Jordan Ray or
basically Chad.
Speaker 3 (50:49):
Gable, I'm gonna go Chad Gabel. Everybody knows, Yeah, everybody.
Everybody knew that from the beginning it was him.
Speaker 2 (50:59):
Yeah, it's obvious. You know, you show up in a
mask that says that says American mate on it, you
obviously know who it is. So yeah, I'm gonna go
with El Grande Americano as well, because why not. I mean,
it's gonna be pure comedy during that match. I think
he gets unmasked during it, So yeah, I mean it's
(51:22):
gonna be pretty cool. Then we have a match at
first that I was very excited for, but now not
because the build has been terrible and I think I
think the match itself is gonna be terrible unfortunately. But
the w Women's Championship Tiffany Stratton defending against the Women's
Royal Rumble winner Charlotte Flair. Jordan, I shouldn't even have
(51:44):
to ask you who you're going with, but just tell
me anyways.
Speaker 3 (51:48):
I'm going it's tiffany time, Tiffany Stratton.
Speaker 2 (51:52):
Yeah, I guess said the match is gonna suck. Unfortunately.
I think it's gonna be one of those matches that
is not gonna be exciting whatsoever. Presumably Chad Gable. You know,
we're not gonna make assumptions, but I whatever, I think
it's in. But yeah, I'm going with Charlotte Flair. I
think that they have presented Tiffany in the wrong way,
(52:15):
and I think they want to put that title back
on Charlotte any chance they can get, and even if
it's taken the title off of someone who has been
so over with the crowd at one point in Tiffany.
But like I said, the build has been absolutely horrendous
for this match. You know, we were at a SmackDown
where it wasn't great. So yeah, I'll just go with
(52:39):
Charlotte just to end this misery of a feud.
Speaker 3 (52:43):
Yeah. Uh.
Speaker 2 (52:45):
Then we have the ww United States Championship La Knight
against Jacob fat two. Jordan. I know you always pick
your boy La Knight, but is he gonna beat Jacob Fattu?
What you got?
Speaker 3 (53:00):
Yeah? I have to go l A Knight, Yeah, Yeah,
to win, I have to.
Speaker 2 (53:10):
No, I'm going with Jacob Fatu. You know this guy
is being pushed to the moon. I don't think. I
don't think you stop his momentum by losing to l A. Knight.
I get it.
Speaker 3 (53:21):
L A.
Speaker 2 (53:21):
Knight lost to Shenske, but in La Knight won the
title back just to drop it again at Mania. But
Jacob Fatu is Jacob Fatu. This guy is golden right now.
There's not a chance that you can have him lose
this match to take away all this momentum that he has.
So I'm going Jacob, and I think he's gonna be
(53:42):
one of those carriers of the title, almost like how
Gunther had the Intercontinental title for the longest time, breaking records.
I think he's going to hold a US title for
a very long time, Jacob. So I gotta go with him.
I gotta go Jacob. Uh, let's see. And then we
have a few that I have been very interested in
(54:04):
since the Elimination Chamber Jade Cargill versus Naomi There you go.
Speaker 3 (54:11):
Yeah, it's a this few or this thing has been awesome.
So I'm going to j Corgill. But it's gonna be
a good match, I think with them too.
Speaker 2 (54:22):
Yeah, I'm going Jade as well. But I think the
way that WW has been presenting Naomi as a heel
has been a lot better than when she turned heel
for the first time, when it was around like Mania
thirty two, that she was with that a team bad,
(54:44):
like with Samina and Sasha and all that. So I
think the presenting her as a heel way better than
they are in a long time ago. So it's unfortunate
that one of these women have to take a lost
there in this match, But I'm gonna go with Jade
because I think she has more of a potential from
this feud. But I don't think that this is the
(55:06):
last we see of this feud. I think we do
see something else come from this after so Jade used
the first win, but I do think we see him
go at it again at another pl e And I
do think we see Bianca get back into this, because
I don't think Bianca is innocent in all of this
and the one that attacked Jade. So yeah, I mean,
(55:31):
this is all going to get very interesting and it's
not going to end at WrestleMania. So then we're closing
out with the main event of Night one, which is
Roman Reigns cm Punk and Seth Rollins and the Wise Man.
Paul Hayman is coming down to the ring with seem Punk,
which that was his favorite that he wanted from Paul
(55:53):
Hayman after all this time. And there is a video
where I believe it was like I think twenty thirteen
or so, where Paul Hyman says one day at WrestleMania,
he's he's going to be by his side, and they
went all the way back to twenty thirteen from this favor.
So yeah, if you want long term storytelling, there it
is for you right there. So all right, Jordan big One,
(56:16):
who are you going with?
Speaker 4 (56:19):
Oh boy, I think I'm gonna go with Seth Robinson.
Speaker 2 (56:32):
I love it. And I thought I was gonna be
the only one picking Seth because I put it. I'll
put it on Twitter after the favor happened, after the
favor was announced, I said, I said the same thing,
and I'm sticking to my guns when it comes to
this that he has always been with Roman Reigns as
(56:55):
of recent since the pandemic, He's always been with Roman.
He was the wise Man. He he was always by
a Roman side. He is walking to the ring with
see him Punk, but he is leaving with Seth Rollins. Yeah,
it's gonna be something that may be also seecoming, but
(57:19):
the fact that it's gonna actually happen, it's gonna get
such a crowd reaction and it's gonna be a perfect
way to close the night, to lead into night too.
It's gonna it's gonna be a moment that people are
gonna be talking about, uh leading up tonight too. And
it's gonna be a moment that people are gonna be
talking past night too, and in coming months, it's gonna
(57:41):
be something that's gonna have big numbers on YouTube. It's
gonna it's gonna have big numbers across all social media
that Paul Hayman is gonna screw over his best friend
and he's gonna screw over the tribal chief and walk
out with Seth Rollins and and uh uh and he
agrees with his bakery agrees with us, and yeah, he
says Seth has a favor as well. He didn't curb
(58:03):
stop him on raw, so he says that he is
a favor. Now. I mean, the story rights itself right there.
Seth Rawlins wins the main event of Night one and
he walks out with Paul Hayman at his side. Oh
that's that's great. I mean, that's that's a perfect way
to close out the night. Then we get to Night
(58:26):
two of WrestleMania. Card is pretty good as well. For
Night two, Uh, we'll start out with a tax team
match for the w W Women's Tax Team Champions. We
have Lived Morgan and Rockel Rodriguez against Bailey and Lyra Valkyria,
or we're seeing new champs, or or Live Morgan and
(58:47):
rock Hill retaining.
Speaker 3 (58:52):
I'm gonna go with Bailey and Vaccaria the new champions,
I think, yeah, I will with them.
Speaker 2 (59:02):
See, I'm going with Live in rock cal simply because
why why have have Bailey and and Lyra Valcaria win
titles when they've gone at it so many times and
Lyra Valcaria is the intercont champion. There is zero, zero
(59:22):
reasoning behind it. But it's something I wouldn't put past
Triple H to make happen, so I wouldn't be surprised
if it happened. But I'm going with Live in rock
Hel just to have the safe pick. Yeah, and you know,
and and Bigley says, you know, it makes no sense.
It doesn't make any sense at all. They could have
had a different tag team win that match on on
(59:44):
a SmackDown to go to WrestleMania, So this one has
no no reason. And yeah, she should be defending the
Intercontent title versus Bailey and Roxanne and the fact that
this match is not happening is crazy. So it could
have had somebody different that match, and it could have
had a triple threat in any kind of title at media.
(01:00:06):
Then we got AJ Styles and Logan Paul, and a
lot of people are mad that it's Logan Paul and AJ.
But Logan is good and I think you can put
on a really good match with AJ Styles. So yeah,
I mean, Jordan, who're you going to win this one?
Speaker 3 (01:00:21):
Yeah, Logan Paul is not. I ain't a bad wrestler
at all. He's Yeah, he's decent. So but I'm gonna
go AJ Styles to win this.
Speaker 2 (01:00:33):
Man, something about me wants to go Logan in this,
and I feel like this is one of the tough
ones for me, even though it's gonna be a very
good match. I feel like it can go either way.
But I feel as if AJ really doesn't have a
ton to lose if he loses this match, So I'm
(01:00:54):
gonna go on a limbit, I'm going to go with
Logan Paul to win his fantastic finishing movie has by
the way, that is really really interesting how he does that.
So I'm gonna Logan Paul, Hey, Logan sent omen.
Speaker 3 (01:01:10):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
Then we got a Sin City Street fight versus with
Damien Priest and Drew McIntyre. I think this is gonna
be really fun. I think this could possibly open up
the show maybe, or the next match that I'm gonna
go to I think could open it as well. So
who are you going with?
Speaker 3 (01:01:26):
Jordan Man, It's gonna be a match right here, but
I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go Drew McIntyre.
Speaker 2 (01:01:39):
Yeah, I think after you screw over Drew in last
year's Mania by having the Windoworld title and then losing
it in minutes to a cash out, which is cool
because because that's you know, because Damien is the one
who cashed in on Drew. So now we're getting them
at this year's Media So I think that's really cool
how they did that a year later. So I'm gonna
(01:02:01):
go with Drew to win this match simply just to
get revenge. And it's not so much revenge on on Damien.
He just he just capitalized on the moment. But we
already got Punk and Drew so many times that I
feel like Drew and already got his on on seem Punk,
So now he gets to have it on on Damian Priest.
So yeah, I'll I'll go Drew McIntire to win this match.
(01:02:24):
Then this one, I think it's gonna be fun. This
is gonna be really really fun match. If they open
up with it, I'll be very happy. But we have
a fatal four way for the w W Intercontinental Championship,
brown Breaker defending against pent up Finn Balor and Dominick
Mysterio Jordan, who you got.
Speaker 3 (01:02:45):
I'm gonna go with. I'm gonna go find him now, Dominick.
Speaker 2 (01:02:52):
Well, it's not it's not a tack team Jordan. It's
it's fatal four way. So one has to win.
Speaker 3 (01:02:57):
Oh oh boy, I'm gonna go h Brown Breaker.
Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
You Suke, motherfucker that Luke was turned on. I don't
even know why I did that. Okay, Yeah, I'm going
Dominic I think if if you're going to pull the
trigger on somebody, it's gotta be domb I mean, I
think it's too early to pull it on Pinta. Bron
(01:03:35):
Breaker is ready for the world title scene, and I
don't think they have any sort of direction except getting
out of Judgment Day at some point in for Finn Balor,
so I think dom is your perfect choice to win.
And yeah, basically said he has Don winning. He's the
only guy not to pin anyone in this match, and
(01:03:59):
why not have him pen Finn Balor to kind of
like start putting the pieces together for this, for this
Judgment Day breakup. I think that's a perfect way you
do it. And to have him do it to to
have Judgment a breakup becase I think judgment is a
fucking joke. Now, this is not the Judgment Day that
I'm used to after they kicked edge outs, you know,
(01:04:19):
with Ria, Damie and Dom Finn. It's fucking Carlito in
there now, Rockel's in it, lives in it. That ain't
the Judgment Day. That's some nonsense, man. So ye, Dominic
wins and it finally wins a title on the Mainor roster,
singles title on the Manor roster because he has one
attack titles with his deadbeat Dad or a mystereo. So Yeah.
(01:04:44):
I think it's gonna be a great match down the less.
If you open up with it, that's gonna be a
really cool way to open up the show.
Speaker 3 (01:04:51):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (01:04:51):
Then we got a triple threat for the Women's World Champion.
The Champion EO Sky defending its Bianca bel Air and
Ria Rip Who you got, Jordan.
Speaker 3 (01:05:03):
I'm not gonna Ria Ripley go win the champion ship.
Speaker 2 (01:05:08):
I think the internet world is going to explode if
Rio wins this match. They have complained so much. Oh,
she cried her way into the match. She forced herself
to be added to the match. It's a story, bru,
It's not. It's not real. Stop acting like everything is
real when it comes to wrestling. Goddamn. But I think
EO is going to retain. I think Bianca is going
(01:05:31):
to get inserted some way into this Naomi storyline with
or Jade at some point, and there's no reason to
have her win the title. And we've seen Rio with
titled too much lately, and as much as I would
like to see her win it, we've seen it too
much lately, So why not have EO just retained, let
her have an actual raign with it. She lost it?
(01:05:53):
It last year's Mania. Don't let her do it again
and and and lose it this year's Mania as well.
So yeah, there's zero reason to have her lose. Let's see,
I don't think I missed anything, all right. Now we
get to the uh to the big one, undisputed w
(01:06:14):
w E Championship, John Cena, Cody Rhodes, who is walking
out with with the belt, and does the Rock get
involved in this match?
Speaker 3 (01:06:28):
I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go John Cena and yeah
they're Rock done. Uh yeah get involved.
Speaker 2 (01:06:38):
Yeah, I kind of spoiled my pick for Night one.
I think John Cena does win. And what a great
way would be to close out the show if if
Jay's the one that screws him, and because they were
tack Team champions already, him and Cody, so why not
have him turn his back and a boat have gold
(01:06:58):
him and seen a boat have gold? Because you can
dig into something as small as Oh the Rock came
out with Travis Scott, but so did Jay Usso on
the Netflix debut. But the thing is is that Triple
Ah goes that little into detail when it comes to
booking a match because long term storytelling happens so much
with this company to where I can see this happening.
(01:07:20):
So why not? I mean, if you want something big,
if you want a bigger moment to happen than what
I think could happen at the end of Night one,
why not have it to close Night two? If you
want something to be bigger than last year's moments with
the greatest four minutes I've ever seen in professional wrestling
with you know, with Jay come into the ring with
(01:07:46):
with a solo John Cena Rock Undertaker, and then Cody
finally finishes the story. Yeah, that was absolutely fantastic. So
if you want something to even come close to a
big moment and that, why not, I mean, why not
have Jay do it? I mean you can only put
(01:08:08):
that argument as oh, he's over as a face, Why
ruin it and have him turned heel? And now I've
I've predicted things so many times on this show, and
I've been dead wrong. I can see myself being very
dead wrong about this as well. But that would be
a really cool moment to have Jay turn on Cody
and Sino wins. And it's all because and Jay have
(01:08:33):
walked to the rank with stout before as that little detail,
So Sino wins. I think it's gonna be a lot
of extra stuff that happens either during or after the match,
and that will wrap up our NXT WrestleMania talk for
(01:08:55):
the weekend. Now we get to tonight's show, we we
fast forward. Now we were are rewinding to Monday night.
We're all a few things confirmed from Monday Night rot tonight.
H Well, we'll pick the matches just for the hell
of it. Live Morgan and Bailey, who you got, I'll go.
Speaker 3 (01:09:18):
Live.
Speaker 2 (01:09:21):
I go Bailey simply because I think living them retain
at Mania, so I think, uh, typically if someone is
going to go over on roll, they're not going to
go over at Mania. So I'll go live AJ Styles
and Carrying Cross.
Speaker 3 (01:09:40):
I'll go.
Speaker 2 (01:09:43):
A J. I think this match ends in in a
d Q because I think Logan Paul does show up
and he he causes the DQ to happen. So I
don't think we have a clean finish. But I think
it's cool that they're Letting, Carrying and Cross get a
run before Mania. I'd like to see him. I didn't
(01:10:03):
see him do something with them after Mania. I seen
a video from from w main event that he's going
back to his old Gammick to fall and pray with
with with scarlets. You know, the Final Testament is gone,
so I so they're they're bringing up the new uh,
the old Gammi from NXT and whatnot. So I think
(01:10:23):
that's really cool they're bringing it back. Hopefully they actually
bring it back for good and they didn't do it
as a one off on main event, but I think
a DQ happens. I don't think it's a clean finish
by any means. And then I'm assuming discloses the show,
but Roman is returning, but they're also saying that we're
getting Rollin's and Punk. Also, I don't know if it's
in the same segment. I would assume it is, but
(01:10:45):
they're all going to be in the same building in
the same night, so I would assume that. I'm sure
you can agree with me that this is gonna be
some chaos to close out the show to get to
wrestle Mania. The raw before or Mania always ends in
some chaos, and I think we're gonna get a big
brawl to close out the show. So Jordan, I'm sure
(01:11:07):
you can agree with me on that one. If you
want to offer a few more things on it.
Speaker 3 (01:11:11):
Oh, yes, it's gonna be some chaos. Somebody gonna hit
somebody and then they just start beating each other up.
Speaker 2 (01:11:20):
A bold prediction for this segment. I think in the
midst of a brawl, I think Roman accidentally hits Paul.
I think he accidently hits Paul Hayman, and that's gonna
cause and that's going to cause the reason for Paul
to turn on Roman at at WrestleMania. Now, Paul is
no stranger of turning on CM punk. He did it
(01:11:42):
at Money in the Bank all those years ago when
he slammed the ladder up against them Punk when he
was trying to climb up to grab the briefcase. So
he's no stranger to turning on CM punk. So why
not align yourself at Mania with someone who's known for
a good He'll turn in Seth Allen. So I mean yeah,
I mean, like I said, the story rights itself for
(01:12:03):
that one. But that is all I have for the show.
I want to thank everyone for tuning in, thank you
for the support that you gave us along the way,
for coming back, and like I mentioned at the beginning,
we have so much to offer going forward. We will
(01:12:24):
be back next Monday, same time, same place, five o'clock
Central time, on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch. It'll be a
recap of Russell Mania. We'll throw some NXT in there
as well, and of course we'll close out with another
raw preview to Raw after Mania, one of my favorite
(01:12:45):
Monday night raws of the year or so, we'll have
a ton to talk about. If everything what I predict
is going to happen, or what the Internet is predicting
as well, then I feel like we're going to have
a ton to talk about, so do not miss out.
It's going to be a fun show. This was a
fun show. I was really looking forward to coming back
(01:13:05):
and now that it's here or just thrilled or excited,
and we're very grateful for everyone's continued support going forward.
So that'll do it. We will see everyone next Monday
before we head out. Jordan, where kind to listeners find you?
