I fell in love with them over the October Halloween season.
Oh my gosh, did Discovery Plus deliver?
Speaker 6 (04:09):
Yes, they did.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
They delivered, And Ricky watched all the episodes too.
Speaker 4 (04:15):
I'm caught up.
Speaker 3 (04:17):
It's the modern day's Adams family that I love the
Bloombergs so much. I wish they were my neighbors. I
would be over there every day. And we're gonna talk
about that. But they bought this home, this mansion home,
which was a funeral home from eighteen eighteen. I believe
it was the date. It's haunted.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
It's had all kinds of bodies in and out. There's
some plate people that have actually died in the home.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
We're gonna get all into that before I bring them on,
before I welcome them, I am going to play the trailer.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
If you have not watched it, this is you can
still stream it season one. I keep saying season one
because I'm hoping for season two. We bought a funeral
on Discovery Plus.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
So here we go.
Speaker 7 (05:02):
We're all about the creepy. We're all a little cookie
drawn to the mysterious, and we revel in the spooky.
Meet the Bloombergs, my family.
Speaker 6 (05:17):
We're a bunch of weirdows.
Speaker 8 (05:19):
Renovating an old home isn't for the fainter part, but
renovating at one hundred and forty year old maybe haunted,
definitely eerie, abandoned, funeral It takes a very special kind
of family.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
Welcome to our world.
Speaker 6 (05:37):
My god, there's a foot, there's a bone. Well, I've
been seeing some shadows. The dog's going nuts.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
We have bats.
Speaker 6 (05:51):
Color is going to be black. I was going to
suggest black casket lift if you.
Speaker 4 (05:55):
Want to turn it into a bar, drink to your
death the mouth open.
Speaker 6 (06:02):
Yeah, just brought the funeral home.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
Oh see how we turn this twelve thousand square foot relic.
Speaker 6 (06:10):
It's you.
Speaker 9 (06:13):
Into a my carb masterpiece.
Speaker 6 (06:15):
This is going to be spell up.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
We bought a.
Speaker 8 (06:18):
Funeral home only on Discovery Plus.
Speaker 9 (06:23):
Comfortable.
Speaker 10 (06:24):
Yes, absolutely, Hello Bloombergs, Aaron and Heather.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
Thank you so much for coming to weather Free Club.
You all are amazing.
Speaker 6 (06:42):
Thank you. We really appreciate being invited.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
Well, thank you. This mansion of a home. I have
so many questions to start out with.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
First and foremost, what's the house that you all lived in?
I don't know if this is the way we want
to start. This is the question, did you grow up
in a haunted home? Did you the house that you
came from? Did anything there strike you fancy, like of
being possibly haunted? And then move on over to a
funeral home.
Speaker 11 (07:15):
I mean, for me, I grew up in the UK
and everything in the UK is really old, so, you know, frankly,
my whole life, there's been odd things that have happened.
I come from a family where everyone believes in the
afterlife and believes in spirits and things that can't be explained,
So it's kind of just regular to me.
Speaker 12 (07:36):
You have a very different Yeah, I actually grew up
in South Africa on a farm. Wow, as far away
from haunts you can get. I'm still kind of on
the fence whether it's actually.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Looks like you.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
How how long have you guys lived in Ontario prior
to this purchase?
Speaker 6 (08:00):
So we have been here eleven years, overly twelve years.
Speaker 5 (08:03):
And April okay we were here, was born elsewhere and
you guys came to Canada.
Speaker 11 (08:11):
Yeah, okay, we met in the UK and then the
kids were both born in the UK, although Noah, our daughter,
she left when she was six months old, so she's she's.
Speaker 6 (08:21):
Not even where. She's British.
Speaker 9 (08:22):
We actually lived in Babe before we moved to Canada.
So you know, Lady Noah.
Speaker 12 (08:31):
When she gets really excited about agitated, has a slight
Beijing accent and talks really really fast.
Speaker 4 (08:39):
So you guys were in Toronto.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
Is that where the city of Toronto is where you
guys have been for almost a decade?
Speaker 4 (08:47):
Yeah, And then I got to know, when did this happen?
When did the when did you make an offer on
this house in Dresden?
Speaker 9 (08:54):
So it was sort of deep pandemic.
Speaker 12 (08:58):
Okay, eighteen months, two years ago, nearly two years, nearly
two years ago, like a lot of people stuck at
home in lockdown and that you really couldn't do anything.
The one thing you were allowed to do was do
home tours, assuming you were the only person in the building.
Speaker 9 (09:14):
And we saw this home, we've now got funeral home.
Come up on one of these.
Speaker 12 (09:20):
Social media streams, which is hey set up in the city,
moved to the country and look how much you know
what you can get for your dollar.
Speaker 9 (09:27):
We had nothing asked to do. We booked appointment to
come down and see the house and took the very very.
Speaker 12 (09:32):
Long drive out of the city and fell in love
with in the first few minutes of getting here.
Speaker 6 (09:37):
Minutes we were like, ship were buying this house?
Speaker 9 (09:39):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (09:40):
Yeah, So it was a mutual decision. One of you
didn't have to convince the other one.
Speaker 6 (09:45):
No. We looked at each other and we were like,
we're doing this, aren't we.
Speaker 12 (09:49):
Then it was like, yeah, we are if it happened
that quickly, and I must apologize. There's the dog sneezing
in the background.
Speaker 3 (09:55):
You know, we love dogs.
Speaker 4 (09:58):
The stars of the show. Is that Satan? No, he's around.
Speaker 6 (10:04):
Cool convenes.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
I want to say something real quick. With Facebook, we
have a lot of viewership right now, but for some
reason he is not.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
Popping up with streamyard with the comments. So I'm in
the comment section here on my cell phone. Thank you
everybody for tuning in. We truly appreciate this. Please share
this out, please do we shared it?
Speaker 6 (10:22):
We love you.
Speaker 3 (10:23):
William Steel Hello, he was on I Guess last week.
My mom, My mom.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Her name is Bill Rika, Bill Rika. Love them so much, Sean,
my friend Shawn's on Hello Jenna. It's like, Hi, I
hey there, give a bunch of hearts. We appreciate y'all.
I do not know why this is not showing up.
Speaker 3 (10:43):
We were on my end. That's kind of weird because
they always show up. So we appreciate everybody tuning in.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
We love you.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
If you have any questions, please make it here.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
I'll check here momentarily to ask the questions and I'll
say your name and everything like that.
Speaker 3 (10:54):
So we appreciate it. So this this was like a
COVID night project then for you are Yeah, it really was.
Speaker 11 (11:04):
I mean we, as I said, we weren't looking to move.
We didn't know that it was going to happen. We
fell in love with the house.
Speaker 6 (11:11):
And we may not had it accepted within five days.
It was that quick.
Speaker 11 (11:17):
And we basically went back to the kids who were
very happy in the city and all those people were like, yeah.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
So anyway, moved to the country. So how did you?
Speaker 3 (11:31):
Oh, go ahead, Rick?
Speaker 5 (11:33):
In the first episode, you coined this term that I
think is absolutely brilliant, which is Glham goth As the
style of your house that's yours.
Speaker 4 (11:42):
You you own that now? And where did that come from?
Speaker 5 (11:46):
And walk me through the thought process of man, I
want to take this you know, old school eighteen hundreds,
beautiful Victorian.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
But has you know, lots of potential.
Speaker 6 (11:56):
Where did Glham goth come from well, I've got to
be on it.
Speaker 11 (12:00):
I didn't have that term initially, so when we sorry,
we're gonna dog chipping in and correcting me. But when
we started talking about the design of the house, and
I had very clear ideas that I you know, who
buys a house of this size that used to be
a funeral home? I mean, if you can't go wild
(12:21):
at that point, when can you. So I had all
of the big dreams designs. I'm gonna do deep colors,
and I'm gonna do gothic key, and I'm going to
do glamorous.
Speaker 6 (12:31):
I wanted to be luxurious but creepy, and I want antiques,
but I want it practical.
Speaker 11 (12:37):
And from there, talking to a production company in the network,
they were like, well, get it down into like a fight.
Speaker 6 (12:43):
What's it going to be? What's your sound bite?
Speaker 4 (12:45):
And I was like, oh, Like I was like, yes,
that's it, that's it, brilliant, love it. You know, all
these concepts mid century, modern and coastal.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
And it was kind of old Hollywood. Well it's like
a kind of old Hollywood too. Dorothy Draper a little bit.
I love Dorothy Draper, I love her and off her
especially your OL's master bedroom with the star and the
gold leaf. You're you love gold leaf, and kudos to
you being that patient laying all that down. I couldn't
(13:24):
do that.
Speaker 11 (13:25):
It's the gold leaf is a bit of an obsession,
don't I'm still in my house for too long, you
will be gold leaved.
Speaker 4 (13:32):
But I love it. I love the stairs. That project.
Speaker 5 (13:37):
I'm sure that must have been quite an undertaking, but
came out fantastic and undertaking.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
And then the real quick too.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
I have some clips we can play here in a
little bit because the bedrooms too magnificent that you've got.
I have my Discovery Plus did push a TikTok video
out about what bedroom that people would pick.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
I'm going to play that a little bit later. I
have my bedroom I would pick. But the the casket
lift that you turn into a bar now a part
of me. I went back. Have you seen The Watcher
on Netflix? Yeah, based off a true story and how
the food it was the food lift the servants left
Like I saw myself. I'm not joking. I saw myself
(14:24):
being that person hiding in that lift at your house. Like,
just put me in the lift. I will give you
your Jack Daniels are that you love so much.
Speaker 4 (14:35):
But I'll be honest.
Speaker 3 (14:37):
I'll be honest. I'm in Kentucky, so I need to
send you some Buffalo trace or some Kentucky whiskey or bourbon.
Speaker 6 (14:43):
Oh to you all.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
I want to be in the I want to be
in the casket lift.
Speaker 6 (14:50):
Yeah, it's a lift is good.
Speaker 11 (14:51):
I mean it was a crazy again you call the funeral.
We've got to have some fun with it, right, And
we looked at it and we're like, one, we're going
to do this.
Speaker 6 (15:00):
We were just like, I'm gonna put a bar in there.
It's gonna go up and down.
Speaker 9 (15:03):
And yeah, yeah it is.
Speaker 4 (15:07):
We have.
Speaker 9 (15:07):
I've written it all the way to the top and
the bottom. Yeah, I'm glad it was mostly used for
dead bodies. It's not fun to be off the screams
and screeches all the way.
Speaker 3 (15:20):
You know, have you seen the verbs? Maybe the verbs?
It's okay, Like I want to be on that lift,
it says sardine.
Speaker 9 (15:29):
People.
Speaker 3 (15:31):
I'm sorry, this is just a really fun episode. I
love you all so much, but I have so many
things went through my head watching those episodes. I'm discovering
plus the verbs and then the Watcher and things. So
that's funny.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
Have you all played pranks on each other within the home,
like ever since all this stuff has happened or anything.
Speaker 6 (15:50):
Or it's not. Actually, we're not good with pranks as
a family to eat of getting punched.
Speaker 3 (15:56):
If you play.
Speaker 4 (16:00):
The one, the one where he got you where where
Dave the contractor got you? Early on US, I hope
that's you know, it was wondering like, oh, what's real?
What's not real? When you're doing the shows on the
God that was brilliant, Like, God, that was so good.
Speaker 11 (16:11):
Yeah, And the thing is everything on the show is real.
The production company and the network were wonderful in that.
They were like, there will be no scripting, there will be.
Speaker 6 (16:25):
No gimmicks.
Speaker 11 (16:26):
We're not going to ask you to be anyone other
than you are, which they were particularly with Noah because
she has a trucker's mouth.
Speaker 6 (16:33):
And that took a lot of working around. Oh, but
it was great. So everything you see that happens happened.
Speaker 11 (16:40):
Now you know after it happened, did we sometimes have
to go, oh, ship, sorry, I keep sweating.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
That's okay, you're good.
Speaker 11 (16:47):
You know, Oh the battery on the camera ran out
on that one, and you know, whatever it was, do
it again. But everything you saw was genuine. We're not
talented people, we can't act. I'm sorry about the I'm not.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
I don't well.
Speaker 4 (17:01):
I love you all.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
You're great.
Speaker 4 (17:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
I think that that's what came off to me is
when when Emily told me, hey, we're talking to the
Bloomberg and I'm like, okay, cool, let me watch this show.
Speaker 4 (17:12):
And you started.
Speaker 5 (17:13):
It's like, okay, they're going to be this family, this
dark family, and you know it's they're going to play
up the goth and you know the dad might be
a vampire and we don't know in this family and yeah, exactly,
and what we got was this. You know, you guys
came across as so authentic. And I grew up with
the early days of reality TV.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
You know, I remember those scripted shows or afterwards are like, no, no,
that that happened. The writers just did it. But I
think you guys did such a good job of hey,
this is this is a family there.
Speaker 5 (17:43):
They're not chasing fame, They're just allowing us to peek
into their lives.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
And it came across as so authentic.
Speaker 5 (17:50):
And that's my favorite part of the show is you
guys in your personalities being able to come across with
those interviews, those separate interviews overlapping.
Speaker 4 (17:58):
Over the scenes of what's going going on. So kudos
to you, guys.
Speaker 11 (18:02):
I think that's.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
Absolutely want to I want to play clip here. That's
I think it's truly authentic body juice.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
And I love this.
Speaker 3 (18:13):
I love Noah so much. If I had a daughter,
I want I want. I only have a son, but
I would love a daughter to be Noah.
Speaker 4 (18:21):
But here we go.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
I'm going to play body juice. Scene would be the
preparation with Wow.
Speaker 11 (18:27):
So there'd be the table here that the body would
be on and they'd use the sinks a body getting
it clean.
Speaker 6 (18:35):
Then they would do the embalming. It's not body juice,
the whole hub of yellow juice in a preparation room.
Speaker 3 (18:46):
It's gotta be body. It's not anyway, it's I believe
it's body juice.
Speaker 9 (18:54):
It's body.
Speaker 6 (18:57):
There was some interesting bits didn't make the show.
Speaker 3 (19:03):
Yeah, we need a Bloombers, we need a Bluebirds.
Speaker 5 (19:09):
When you first sat down with your children and said, hey, guys,
we're going to be on a reality TV show, I
guess can you walk me through that decision? Making as
a parent, you know, hey, or we're going to put
our lives out there for the world, and then how
you get them, you know, their input and how you
decided to make that decision.
Speaker 4 (19:28):
I'm extremely interested to that as a parent of two
kids myself.
Speaker 6 (19:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (19:32):
So the whole thing is just this bizarre series events.
So after we bought the house, the the company, the
news article, the journalist that had the original article saying
cash out of the city and buy a house followed up.
They found out that the house had sold, and they
tracked us down and they did a follow up interview saying, oh,
(19:55):
you know these people.
Speaker 6 (19:57):
The Bloombergs, have bought this house.
Speaker 11 (19:59):
Next thing, I know, through LinkedIn, I have a production
company saying, hey, we want to talk to you about
a TV show, and we were like, yeah, right, So
we took the call, thinking, you know, the property brothers
wanted to know, you know, and within literally weeks, it
went from a LinkedIn outreach to a call to shooting
(20:22):
a Sissle reel to having networks bidding on getting the show.
And the decision was never ours we are it was
always a family decision the second it happens. We've always
been very open with the kids, probably about things we
shouldn't be but you know, it was a family decision.
(20:42):
It was, hey, this is the conversation that's happening, Come
join the phone call.
Speaker 6 (20:46):
They were in it every inch of the way.
Speaker 11 (20:48):
And you know, how often do you get a phone
call or an email in this case saying hey, do
you want a TV show?
Speaker 6 (20:54):
I mean, it doesn't happen in real life. It's a
plot from a movie or a bad sitcom.
Speaker 9 (20:59):
So I think the other thing with the kids was,
you know, both of them, we've been lucky.
Speaker 12 (21:04):
We've traveled a lot, we've lived in a lot of
different places, been very lucky with just work in life.
And you know, they saw this as either once in
a lifetime thing that we'll never get to do again,
and or a huge opportunity for them to build something,
build a career, do anything with this right that they want.
And I think they were both smart enough and sort
(21:25):
of aware enough to know, Look, it'll be hard work,
because I just want to really, making TV.
Speaker 9 (21:30):
Is not easy.
Speaker 12 (21:31):
It's a lot of fun, but it is work. Never
think that it's not. And the kids just dived into
it and kind of took a what's the worst the
worst is we come away from this with this great
document of our lives for a year and a half,
and we can look back and say that fun thing
which is a family.
Speaker 2 (21:49):
I'm ready for the Bloomberg's Bread and Breakfast Funeral Home edition.
Speaker 4 (22:00):
Right.
Speaker 5 (22:02):
They both came out as breakout stars, and I love
thing I would worry about. I was an eleven twelve
year old kid, right, and I was an awkward, bumbling
couldn't get a sentence out.
Speaker 4 (22:13):
And watching your daughter it's like, oh wow, so I'm
interested in you know your son? Right? Good looking kid? College?
What is he like? Late teens? Is he twenty?
Speaker 6 (22:23):
Yet? He's twenty? Next month January?
Speaker 3 (22:26):
Oh hay birthday? Raft what birthday he's.
Speaker 9 (22:30):
Going to have some Jack Daniels, Oh yeah, oh no,
we're Canada in nineteen.
Speaker 3 (22:37):
Oh nineteen in Canada. Oh what I need to make
Canada for my kid? Maybe I did not know that.
Speaker 4 (22:47):
What is he doing now? What are his prospects?
Speaker 12 (22:50):
Like?
Speaker 5 (22:50):
How is this show changed the trajectory of his career?
At that that age, we're trying to figure out, you know,
what am I going to do as a man? How
am I going to provide value? Where's he going hour
as a result.
Speaker 11 (23:01):
So it's a great question. So in the show, you
saw all the animation, you know, all the sort of flients.
When I'm talking about Harro room's going to be designed,
and they picture it for you in Designer Architecture.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Oh God, like I love it. Yeah.
Speaker 11 (23:18):
So he and his partner, Doc, they their business partner.
They have this company and they do those renderings. They
went they went to a film and art high school
and that's what they do and they have a company now.
And yeah, I mean to Aaron's point about opportunity. This
is they were making short films, animation, stop motion particularly,
(23:43):
and they now are working with TV and film, with
construction and building companies and things doing.
Speaker 6 (23:53):
So if that's the only thing we walk away with.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
This is our documentary.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
This is I have some comments and questions in the
chat that everybody's saying all kinds of things.
Speaker 3 (24:05):
I want to I want to include the chat. Unfortunately
I can't see it up here on the screen like
I always do. I don't know what's going on. So
my mom, my mom said I cheered for them every
room was completed. She's like cheering for them.
Speaker 6 (24:18):
I know, my mom.
Speaker 2 (24:19):
She's had some wine she's watching. I cheered for a
lot too. Still, I want to see more rooms. Is
the thing talking Jenny Laporte or something. I hope I
say that right, talking about the bar when no one
mentioned if she had a choice, she'd have filled.
Speaker 3 (24:36):
It with snacks. She's also also says I love us
some bloom birds. Andrew said, will we get to see
more of Wrath running the loader tractor?
Speaker 11 (24:51):
Yes, yes, it's a friends tractor and he's very generous
with it. There's there's a lot of work to be
done yet.
Speaker 9 (24:59):
And.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Jenna's watching, and I agree with Jenna's statement here. Just
want to say how bloody brilliant Heather is with design,
such a great eye, and what a great husband Aaron
is for trusting her. Aaron, I agree with both of
these things because I want to play it clip the
black on Black.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
I think this is it, the black on black. I
like black, always think everybody looks good and black.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
It's slimming, It brings out your main features of your face,
your hair, your body, whatever. But when I saw this
clip on the show, I was like, I don't know
about this, but thank you Jenna for me. I believe
I trust Heather now after watch the aftermath.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
But let me add this. Let's watch this clip.
Speaker 11 (25:47):
Velvet curtains predominantly glass for the door to the country.
Speaker 9 (25:52):
Too much black, black on black, black on the inside?
What colors the sofa in the family room?
Speaker 13 (25:58):
Black?
Speaker 4 (25:58):
Is Are there any browns?
Speaker 11 (26:00):
Black island, countertops, pantry, ceilings, wolves black?
Speaker 6 (26:06):
What? Oh my god?
Speaker 8 (26:08):
Black glass, black island, blackstone, black curtains.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
This is a lot of black.
Speaker 11 (26:15):
Whilst you're being sarcastical of you, all dressed head to
toe in black, you won't be able to see anything.
Speaker 3 (26:24):
We'd be able to see anything. By the way, I
want to say, Heather, welcome to the dark side with
your black hair.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
Now n's Jenny says designs, design skills be hot on
fire and we love the Bloombergs.
Speaker 3 (26:42):
Is the last comment, So anybody, I can't put it
up on screen. I'm just going to reiterate this. Please
make comments, ask questions.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
I'm gonna come back momentarily and look in the comment
section here on Facebook.
Speaker 3 (26:52):
So awesome.
Speaker 4 (26:54):
What did you do prior to this?
Speaker 5 (26:56):
A and B has Discovery offered you? Discovery offered your
own design show or renovation show.
Speaker 6 (27:02):
At this point, So I'm going to answer one of
those questions.
Speaker 11 (27:08):
So before this, I was a partner with a Big
four consulting firm, and I focused on mergers and acquisitions,
so buying and selling very large scale businesses to like
super corporate.
Speaker 9 (27:21):
Give me a sprit.
Speaker 12 (27:22):
But you did, But you did as being a little
little modest, But she did do design houses. We've learned
in the UK and various other places as well as
friends and family, and yeah, you know, we'll see what
happens next.
Speaker 9 (27:35):
Things are.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
Yeah it do not disclose, do not disclose. You can
see Aaron. You can slowly sneak some things in I.
Speaker 4 (27:51):
Sneeze, sneeze if forgetting season two.
Speaker 12 (27:54):
More than we're starting to have conversations. We don't know
where they'll go. In fairness, we don't know what that'll mean.
We don't know whether it will be doing something, the
kids doing something, the dog's doing something. We don't We
genuinely don't know. All we know is as much as
anybody else. We only saw episodes one and two. One
(28:15):
and two, you didn't watch. The rest did not finished
cuts before they were it, so we watched along with
everybody else.
Speaker 4 (28:22):
Oh wow, wow.
Speaker 12 (28:25):
You know what that means is you know, not that
the network hasn't been incredible and it has been amazing,
but you know that'll be decided by other people, and
you know, hopefully it's someone.
Speaker 11 (28:37):
Yeah, And I would just like to point out in
all of this, we didn't know what kids had said
in their interviews.
Speaker 3 (28:42):
So we're watching it and looking at racing.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
Like real quick, if you all heard that noise, by chance,
that was not any e VP from the Bloombery Soyle.
Speaker 3 (28:57):
That was Master at the window. He's coming in and
he knows I'm interviewing tonight. He knows all about your house.
I don't know, but do you want to stay Hi?
Speaker 6 (29:05):
Let me this.
Speaker 3 (29:08):
Yeah, I don't think anybody heard you.
Speaker 6 (29:14):
I heard you.
Speaker 3 (29:14):
Okay, that scared me a little bit. Okay, that's again.
Speaker 6 (29:19):
He came back.
Speaker 3 (29:20):
Yeah, he won both games. So tomorrow night we're gonna
go the other best teams. Yeah, okay, so there we go.
But he knows we watched the show together. He knows
who I'm talking to, and I told him to come
into the house quiet thirteen. But I'm all about kids.
I'm about That's true. His name's Jet and he's also fast.
(29:45):
I'll just tell you that too. I can't ever catch him.
But speaking of haunted, you're home now. I'll watch the
news portions of this, which wasn't I don't remember it
being mentioned that much on the show. I can't remember.
But do you have a woman in your old's house
that says hello.
Speaker 9 (30:09):
I'm just gonna go back.
Speaker 3 (30:10):
Okay, you're good, You're fine. There's a woman in the
home that says hello all the time. You can honorably
hear it.
Speaker 6 (30:17):
So that started pretty much a month ago after we
moved in.
Speaker 11 (30:23):
And I'm a terrible insomniac, so I will be up
wandering the house at three am whenever it is. And
the first time I was in the family room and
this woman shouted out hello and on the couch for
like four hours until the sun came up, not moving anywhere.
It made every hair on my body stand up.
Speaker 6 (30:45):
It was crazy. But then it's happened, and there's no
sort of rhythm or pattern to it. It happens day
nights we've had and you've heard it. The kids have
heard it. Our friends that are in the house have
heard it.
Speaker 4 (30:58):
You know, they please the house.
Speaker 12 (31:05):
You've I mean, we're we we were what we're doing.
We were out somewhere and Noah was home by herself,
and she heard loud footsteps in the upper side of
the house. And this was a daylight.
Speaker 9 (31:19):
She was getting ready to go to school.
Speaker 4 (31:21):
It was probably.
Speaker 9 (31:23):
Seven point fifteen, so it was lights outside.
Speaker 12 (31:26):
The dogs are in the house, and she heard what
sounded like somebody with big workman boots stomping on the
upper floors where actually we've seen her where our bedroom.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
Is, right, Yes, that's the other errand for sure you.
Speaker 9 (31:40):
Just ran our house.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
It is the other Errand it's close.
Speaker 11 (31:45):
Yeah, we have I think, you know, we we sensed
a few things when we were making the show and
when we had so much work going on, because you know,
between the contractor and team and the film career, we
had twenty people in the house every day. So footsteps, music, playing, conversations,
(32:07):
doors opening and.
Speaker 6 (32:08):
Closing, lights going on and off. It's just you know,
whoever the hell it is in the house doing something somewhere.
Speaker 11 (32:16):
And we you know, it's only after everybody left that
we were like, oh, hold on, no, that isn't someone.
Speaker 6 (32:23):
There's no one here, and that's when.
Speaker 9 (32:25):
It's slowed to get The house has got quiet.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
Now, you know, people, well you do, you have much movement,
and well, I've seen your tiktoks in Instagram that you're
still remodeling.
Speaker 3 (32:36):
You did a guest reveal, like I would be like, yeah, please,
I'm coming, I'm staying. But it has a lot of
that stuff slowed down. Maybe it's compared to what it
was with all the people in and out.
Speaker 11 (32:49):
Yeah, So from a construction point of view, I do
all the construction in the house, so I can only
work on so much at a time.
Speaker 6 (32:56):
So then it's not that there are people in and out.
Speaker 12 (33:00):
Yeah, I mean, it's you know, it's a huge building,
but it's just us, you know, if you're out or
it's just one of us in the building besides the dogs.
And then you suddenly stopped to notice footsteps or shadows
or noises or whatever it might be, and you sort of.
Speaker 9 (33:17):
You kind of you see a lot more.
Speaker 3 (33:21):
Well, speaking of a clone of Aaron, Dave, you're construction
worker there, and I'm going to ask something else, Jenny,
Jenny in chat is wanting to ask here in a moment,
have you all witnessed Dave, have y'all tried to do
EVP work or not? Dave, I'm sorry, Aaron, have y'all
done EVP work or anything to try to bring what
(33:42):
was the man's name that lived there, can't remember right now,
I can't recall.
Speaker 6 (33:46):
Daniel Hicks.
Speaker 3 (33:47):
Daniel Hicks. Yeah, Okay, have you all done any kind
of like I know you all had paranormal investigators come
in and do the show, and they were actually phenomenal
because I've done a lot of paranormal research over the
years and and things.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
But they gave you all packet at the end, which
very rarely do I ever see, So kudos to them
and all that. But have you all gone further, like
get audio recorders, rampods, anything like that to try to
see or go to the area.
Speaker 6 (34:17):
No, we haven't. Some of it is just ship time.
Speaker 9 (34:22):
Some of it.
Speaker 6 (34:24):
We need to leave things as they are until if
some other show is made.
Speaker 12 (34:29):
I think you'll, Yeah, filming aside, I think you'll. Your
view is also it's a little bit like throwing stones
in a horned nest. Yeah, once you start to poke
at it, you know it's right now for you and
for monkey you probably noticed the most. Yeah, it's harmless
for one of the better phrase.
Speaker 2 (34:47):
Oh yeah, well, I think most hauntings are are if
it's hauntings is harmless in many acts.
Speaker 4 (34:53):
How sensitive to supernatural were you prior to this?
Speaker 6 (34:57):
So you.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
See, he says, he just don't. I still think he
has our tun believing anyway, he doesn't.
Speaker 6 (35:06):
Actually, here's the first one.
Speaker 4 (35:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (35:09):
So the other day there was a coffee cut on
the table and it was just slowly pushed along the
table until it fell off.
Speaker 6 (35:18):
The first thing he says is, well, it's the dost
And I'm like, no, the table must have been lie
But I mean Aaron's sort of.
Speaker 9 (35:32):
I have heard the hello voice. That was really the
middle of the day.
Speaker 12 (35:36):
I was in my office working, I don't know what
was in late summer, and I heard somebody shout hello,
and it's it's again. It's a big building, so it's
hard to know as a sort of woman's voice it
was you. It might have been who comes and helps
us look after the building sometimes. So I shouted back,
didn't hear anything, went downstairs, looked around, couldn't find anybody.
Speaker 6 (35:55):
Cool.
Speaker 12 (35:56):
Easiest way to find somebody in the building is to
call them or text them. So I I called you
and You're like, what are you talking about?
Speaker 9 (36:03):
You're at the supermarket or something. Yeah, So yeah, yeah, so.
Speaker 4 (36:08):
You've you've come around someone from the early days getting there.
Speaker 2 (36:14):
I believe it there's some kind of connection because you
look so much like the guy, Like there's something there.
Speaker 3 (36:19):
What was the guy's wife. Did y'all ever looked up
the wife does? Does she look like Heather?
Speaker 6 (36:27):
She doesn't know? No, I mean she she doesn't. So,
I mean in the show, you see we can.
Speaker 9 (36:32):
A Victorian dress and I'm sure people say exactly like that.
Speaker 3 (36:37):
I need a picture, Heather. You got to email it
to me or something, message me on Instagram. I want
to see a picture. I bet. I almost think that
there's some kind of connection. It is super weird.
Speaker 6 (36:48):
It's a love but there's there's there's so many weird
points on this.
Speaker 9 (36:53):
I mean.
Speaker 6 (36:53):
The other thing is, you know, it's a funeral home.
Speaker 11 (36:56):
So when we sort of moved here, you know, in
the funeral home, and everyone's already so you know, we
were like, ah, whatever. As it turns out we've already
found like over half a dozen people that have died
in this house.
Speaker 6 (37:07):
It's like, oh, okay, oh not just did.
Speaker 4 (37:10):
They bring dead people to the house when people are
dying in the house.
Speaker 9 (37:14):
What the lady told me the other day.
Speaker 11 (37:16):
Yeah, we were like in town at the post office.
This lovely lady Cindy comes.
Speaker 4 (37:21):
Up to us.
Speaker 11 (37:22):
She's like, oh, no, I've got a story to tell you.
And we were like okay, and she's like, yes, when
my grandmother dropped dead in your house. And it's like,
I'm sorry, what it's like. Yeah, so her mother used
to sing at funerals in the house. And this was
in the early seventies.
Speaker 3 (37:43):
Oh no, satan, was that satan?
Speaker 6 (37:46):
No, that's poor Convene.
Speaker 3 (37:47):
Oh okay, okay, sorry.
Speaker 11 (37:51):
So her mother used to sing at feennals and her
grandmother was there as well, attending this funeral and literally
just drops dead as a visitors a mourner at this
funeral and is taken upstairs is where the one of
the rooms was, the viewer rooms was at the time.
Speaker 6 (38:12):
Never left the house, she went upstairs.
Speaker 12 (38:14):
Came to the funeral, They took her down to the
embombing room, and she came up for her own funeral.
Speaker 6 (38:19):
Yeah. So you just you meet people. They're like, oh,
I've got a story for you and juice.
Speaker 3 (38:27):
You'll need to shirt that says body juice on it,
and I have a clip real quick of the like
the community. This was on the Discovery Plus thing too.
You were you all cashing out or something? You said
you bought the funeral home. I have some community questions
because I also want to ask about the chair that
you all got. So here we go the cashier locally.
Speaker 9 (38:49):
From the UK and I'm so African.
Speaker 3 (38:52):
That's interesting.
Speaker 6 (38:53):
Oh okay, we just brought the funeral home.
Speaker 3 (38:57):
Oh do you get that a lot? Like we've seen
it on the show obviously, but after everybody settled down,
maybe they're not see so much production going on. How's
(39:19):
how's your neighbors and community coming to you all now
after the open house and everything.
Speaker 6 (39:25):
They're great.
Speaker 11 (39:27):
Everybody in town has made us incredibly welcome and they're
doing us. I think when we first moved here and
you know, people were kind of like a family by
a funeral home, and then they heard about the show
and it's like, oh these people and actually they've given
us the benefit of the doubt and made us really welcome.
Speaker 6 (39:43):
So it's it's lovely. I mean, there's there's no two
you know, we'll go to Walmart and someone will stop
us be.
Speaker 11 (39:48):
Like oh I love your house, and you're like thanks,
and you forget because we forget that.
Speaker 12 (39:55):
And that's Brenda, by the way, he works at the local,
local kind of supermarket, and that was again entirely unscripted.
That was just Brenda being Brenda. Yeah, completely, you know,
they had the cameras riding, but that was just her
being mobile. And that's sort of genuinely the response. We
get people very nice about it. If a little taken, Aback,
I have Rick.
Speaker 3 (40:15):
Have a fall up here, my mom's said, but real quick,
I'm sorry, Rick, he puts the Rick said this to
me last week and it made me last sight. He
pissed the Rick and Frick what the frick Live? But
my mom says, I'm laughing my head off. Every year
we have some other people love the show, best show,
What the frick Live? Hey, Hey everybody, Hey bluebirds, we
(40:39):
love you all that, So okay, go ahead, Rick, I'm sorry, No, I.
Speaker 5 (40:44):
Want to know post show. The show ends, and you
have this just beautiful house made for entertaining. Tell me
about the parties you guys have thrown in this beautiful
museum that you created.
Speaker 6 (40:58):
Well, the house is only half done, so I mean,
if you can see more of this.
Speaker 3 (41:02):
When we realized reason two.
Speaker 9 (41:06):
Exposed to by forwards behind me.
Speaker 11 (41:08):
Yeah, okay, Honestly, the only person we've thrown is we
hosted an event for a local business who asked if
they could hire the house for a Christmas event.
Speaker 6 (41:21):
That's that's he only what we've done.
Speaker 11 (41:23):
We had twenty people a day every day in our
home for like eighteen months. We're kind of being in
our fish right now.
Speaker 13 (41:32):
And just like.
Speaker 4 (41:35):
Yeah, in terms of so I was worn such earlier.
Speaker 14 (41:39):
I'm just I'm so interested. You guys moved to this
small town. Your your son's in college, but your daughter
is going to middle school at the time. She's starting
a new school, and she's.
Speaker 5 (41:52):
I assume everybody knows she's the girl whose family you know,
has moved into the funeral home and now post show,
everybody sees her in and she's got this amazing personality.
Speaker 4 (42:02):
She's genius of a human being.
Speaker 5 (42:04):
How and she responded to the show and being a
you know, CAUSEI celebrity in your town.
Speaker 11 (42:11):
So this is the wonderful thing about Dresden. People treat
her like everybody else. She's just a kid that lives
here and she doesn't get any.
Speaker 6 (42:24):
Privileged treatments or anything like that.
Speaker 11 (42:26):
When we moved here, she made a group of friends
that are just amazing human beings.
Speaker 6 (42:33):
And so they're this you know, cool, tight knit group and.
Speaker 11 (42:38):
You wouldn't I defy anyone to walk into the town
and realize that she's any different or no notorious, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (42:49):
No, go ahead, No.
Speaker 9 (42:50):
The one thing that's been you know, it's tough.
Speaker 12 (42:52):
I moved school when I was sort of same age,
starting high schools, and it was not a fun experience,
and we were worried about her. But actually, again, you know,
she's had she's become so confident and found herself through
making the TV show, and we'd like to think that
(43:12):
she's actually probably more her and more grounded because of it,
and more honest about who she is. And again, again,
nothing ever happens beyond that that's inatting to be able
to give her and.
Speaker 9 (43:23):
You know, the community in the school and her friends
have been amazing.
Speaker 12 (43:26):
Yeah, and I think she's had a better experience, weirdly
doing this than where she was before.
Speaker 11 (43:33):
And she you know, teenage girls. You know, it's not
the most fun of times. But the show and the
support she's had coming out of it because she is
you know.
Speaker 6 (43:44):
She's a weirder and she's proud of it, and she
is just who she is and she.
Speaker 11 (43:49):
Can't lie or pretend to be anything else. And that
wasn't appreciated all of the time when.
Speaker 6 (43:55):
We lived in Toronto. Here, everybody is completely accepting she is.
Speaker 11 (44:00):
We have like we get messages every day every other
day from other kids and from parents.
Speaker 6 (44:11):
Just like you.
Speaker 3 (44:15):
That's okay.
Speaker 11 (44:18):
I watched the show with my daughter and she loves
seeing Noah who just lets her freak flag fly and
is so proud of who she is and confident who
she is. And get my daughter hope because she's always
been the misfit and she now realizes that you can just.
Speaker 6 (44:31):
Get on with it. Yeah, we saw that coming out
of doing this show. We thought it was this, you know,
great journey event or whatever.
Speaker 12 (44:40):
It was a throwaway whatever, you know. Three people watched it,
including ourselves, that would be great.
Speaker 6 (44:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (44:45):
I loved it. And I think I said this before
we went live, like I don't know how other people
saw it that I feel like Discovery Plus made a
little game ount of it for me, because it seems
like they posted the two first episodes maybe three, and
I watched them back to back and I watched them
twice and then I waited for a week and I'm like,
(45:07):
there's there's no we bought a funeral home. What's going
on here? And I started researching you all looking up
on YouTube, like there's got to be more than this.
Is this just a tease?
Speaker 9 (45:16):
Like they can't do this?
Speaker 3 (45:18):
And then there was a little bit of break.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
Maybe two weeks maybe, and then you did started coming
in every week there but only six episodes, right, six
seven six?
Speaker 3 (45:31):
I need more, I need more. I've benched it twice,
all of them, I've benched it. And then Rix watched it.
My mom has watched it several times, like we love
you all. Love you all. Should have had a show
a long time ago.
Speaker 9 (45:46):
My benion for.
Speaker 5 (45:48):
Anybody out there who's watching you know when somebody says Discovery, Like,
I know what Discovery is, but Discovery plus makes it
really easy to watch these shows, like they have their
own app and it's it's very simple. I wasn't sure
how to get it, but if you just download it
on your phone or on your thing, watch straight off there.
Speaker 4 (46:07):
I watched it off Amazon.
Speaker 3 (46:10):
Promise where I get Discovery.
Speaker 4 (46:12):
You can binge them all now and they're phenomenal, so please.
Speaker 3 (46:15):
Love and then don't you need to follow?
Speaker 2 (46:18):
I have Instagram at the Bloombergs and then I have
TikTok at the bloomberg same same thing here.
Speaker 4 (46:24):
Would you mind sharing your son's company? Does he have
social media that we could share it?
Speaker 6 (46:29):
Yeah? We he does do it all.
Speaker 3 (46:32):
We will share it offwards, okay, and I can add
it to the description or whatever we can do to
upgrade all this stuff. But you're still still doing rooms
as we speak. You've had a guest room that you
just revealed not too long ago.
Speaker 6 (46:47):
Which I loved, thank you.
Speaker 3 (46:49):
And by the way, the toilets rats and Noah's toilets,
like man if that was like especially like no it's
like that's a throne and that nature throne.
Speaker 9 (47:06):
If they used in that bit of the show.
Speaker 12 (47:08):
We didn't realize they were rolling, but I guess the
were on when we were kind of muffing about that
wasn't what we thought we'd shot, and they used that
is what it is.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
They want to be creative and pow. Sorry, myself's gonna
come on and open the door, and what's going on?
Speaker 5 (47:28):
You guys spent so much money for sure, right financially,
but also emotionally, and it's had to be draining doing
each of these rooms and putting yourself, your personality into
each of these rooms. So I have to ask, like
which room afterwards do you just walk through and be like.
Speaker 4 (47:45):
Man, you know I did that right? Like this is
this was the best one? What's the favorite at this point?
Speaker 6 (47:50):
So I really love the kitchen, the black rooms as
I call them.
Speaker 11 (47:55):
I think they they feel like mine and I'm just
really proud of how they came out.
Speaker 3 (48:02):
And I mean the mean dream kitchen never it is magnificent.
The island in itself. I want to delay on it
too and just put my cheek on it, fell some
operation off of it.
Speaker 4 (48:17):
I was I would have gone with the kitchen too,
but I'm gonna go with the master bath.
Speaker 3 (48:22):
Hold on, hold on, I haven't.
Speaker 2 (48:23):
I have a Discovery Plus clip real quick over bathrooms
and bedrooms, like what would you pick? You all'll be surprised,
I think, maybe possibly because I do love Dorothy Draper
like my old Hollywood glamb god clam Heather just made
that that should be a T shirt too, But uh,
let's take a clip of this which if you're watching
this by now leave a comment, which bedroom bathroom that
(48:47):
would you pick if if you were living with the
Bloombergs in their funeral home.
Speaker 6 (48:53):
Here we go. I love that.
Speaker 3 (49:25):
Okay, I know my pick. Let me go ahead and
tell you Raft's bedroom.
Speaker 2 (49:33):
Oh it's like a spall, Like I can hear the water,
the birds chirping, everything down there, like all kinds of
like surround sound, and I.
Speaker 3 (49:44):
Can see a missus coming in and missa like.
Speaker 4 (49:47):
I love it.
Speaker 3 (49:48):
Now. If I was younger, I would pick Noah's bedroom obviously,
because that's like a fairy tale. Every I think every
girl's little dream to be in a fairy tale.
Speaker 4 (49:58):
Love that. Now I gotta get some of the custom
paint as with walls.
Speaker 3 (50:01):
Thanks guys, She knows a lady. She knows a lady.
Speaker 4 (50:08):
One of the funniest, My favorite part of the show.
Speaker 5 (50:10):
I think it just just so relatable where you're painting
the white walls white and both you and your son
are like, okay, well we did that.
Speaker 4 (50:18):
I don't I can't tell what I painted. What like
that just hits so close to home. I'm like, it's white, dude,
it's just the same white. It's all white.
Speaker 12 (50:26):
I loathe painting at the best of times on white
over a white primer is like the most point.
Speaker 15 (50:33):
It's different, It's exactly. No one can even the point
of a primer. It's like, dude, it's twenty twenty two. Like,
give me a paint that's thick enough where you know,
I don't want to go their primer anymore. Well one
code of paint. I want to be done with.
Speaker 2 (50:48):
It, you know.
Speaker 4 (50:50):
But so that just I watched that, I was, yes, yes, preach.
Speaker 2 (50:54):
So I have people saying I'm sure you Every year
for season two, I would pick the kitchen in Fame
as my favorite, which is the black on black on
black that really.
Speaker 3 (51:03):
Made me nervous. It was magnificent. Oh my gosh, it
was beautiful. And I love the fact that your painter,
your artists that did the did the staircase and Noah's bedroom.
She was like, how do you Yeah, I literally see
into your kitchen.
Speaker 9 (51:20):
Amazing she does. She literally lives the other side of
our lawn.
Speaker 3 (51:26):
Then I have my mom saying, well, if I have
to pick, I would want the Master. I cannot. I
also want to shop with Heather. Let's go shopping.
Speaker 6 (51:35):
I won't come down. We can do that.
Speaker 4 (51:37):
Yeah, we'll go.
Speaker 3 (51:38):
We'll go to Canada, so we have a lot of this.
But speaking real quickly before because we got about ten
minutes left.
Speaker 4 (51:44):
Real quick.
Speaker 3 (51:44):
Oh, somebody saying the stairwell, the guest room, I have
not I should have pulled that video. Maybe I did
not do that. Somebody says the guest room that you
just revealed they would love to stay there. But real
quick about Dave you contractor how's he doing now? What
is he still helping you all? How's he feel about?
(52:05):
Did he like he has some weird occurrences happened to
him there? He did?
Speaker 11 (52:12):
Yeah, so he there's one particular this sort of night
where he was driving evening, he was driving past me.
Speaker 6 (52:20):
He saw what he thought was Darren out on the
side porch.
Speaker 11 (52:25):
And it wasn't Aaron. You can't actually or at the time,
you couldn't access that porch.
Speaker 6 (52:30):
So he had that happen.
Speaker 11 (52:31):
But he and a couple of people from his team
had issues with stomping feet and closing doors.
Speaker 6 (52:39):
One of the carpenters that worked here, he would music
up for really loud so that he couldn't hear the
footsteps because he didn't like it.
Speaker 3 (52:47):
It's so yeah, but you are are their footsteps. I don't, No,
I did, but have you are?
Speaker 11 (52:55):
Oh yeah, we get the footsteps a lot in the
old fool way up the most staircase and in the
hallways above constantly every day.
Speaker 9 (53:04):
It's the very old part of the building.
Speaker 4 (53:06):
You get it.
Speaker 9 (53:06):
But but no, I mean, you know, David's doing his
own thing now. He's busy when you're doing all the construction.
Speaker 11 (53:12):
Yeah, yeah, David has a he's doing a subdivision, so
he has a whole stacker.
Speaker 6 (53:19):
So he's doing that.
Speaker 4 (53:21):
The motive patient contractor i've ever witnessed.
Speaker 5 (53:25):
I'll just build this tall, you know, to add onto this,
or hey, yeah, let's refocus this.
Speaker 4 (53:31):
So he was great. I'm sure he's I hopefully he
stays extremely busy in that market. He's done. He's done
very well for himself, I would imagine, so so great.
Speaker 6 (53:43):
Great for Dave, yeah, and great for the town. You know,
we live in a school. It's really wonderful to have
someone like that here in town that just keeps bringing
I think.
Speaker 9 (53:52):
I think the fun part is, you know, for the
next phase, we're going to do all the work ourselves.
You know, Rat's very handy.
Speaker 3 (53:59):
I was gonna say just rap and no, one know
about this yet. The summer project.
Speaker 9 (54:06):
Coming up wrap is actually very good.
Speaker 12 (54:09):
He's pretty good at carpentry, and I think you know
going forward, we're gonna do everything ourselves.
Speaker 9 (54:13):
Just there's no reason it'll say next.
Speaker 3 (54:16):
Season, so season two? Right, we can yes, blink twice.
We're all saying.
Speaker 4 (54:33):
There's any spirits behind them, make a noise.
Speaker 3 (54:36):
It's gonna be a season two. We need the woman
right now to say hello.
Speaker 12 (54:44):
Relatives just launched, right, it's only only finished airing in
what it's still airing, no, but sort of the new episodes.
We're only just through halfway through December. I mean, the
network will figure it out if they more, but it's
still very early.
Speaker 3 (55:02):
I want more.
Speaker 6 (55:03):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (55:04):
Can we submit letters emails to them? I was telling
me what more.
Speaker 4 (55:10):
With the little time we have left, I just I
want to thank you guys for allowing us to kind
of go on this journey with you.
Speaker 13 (55:17):
It was exciting and I imagine has to be immensely
stressful with not only dumping a massive a lot of
money and time and effort, but having a bunch of
camera crews follow you around and invade.
Speaker 5 (55:29):
You know, the little privacy that you do have so
if you're up for it, Oh man, I know lots
of people that would love to tag on for whatever
the next phase is, certainly when it comes to you know,
Heather Bloomberg interior design.
Speaker 4 (55:46):
Man, you know what, what about.
Speaker 9 (55:49):
Your own combo show?
Speaker 4 (55:51):
He renovates you and a man? That's it right, there's
gonna go.
Speaker 16 (55:56):
Is this going to cross over to HGTV, No, no idea.
Everybody is going to be crossing over to AHTV.
Speaker 3 (56:15):
This this is my personal video. I would love it
so much. I am so there for it. I love you,
I fell love you. All were like a breadth of
fresh air during October this year we see a lot
of the same paranormal shows. Not necessarily this was all
truly paranormal or anything, but we see the same ghost shows.
It's the same scenario over and over and over all
(56:37):
these years. You were truly a breath of fresh air.
Your family is phenomenal, wonderful personalities. I can go on
and on, and I thank you so much for coming
on with the Freak Live.
Speaker 2 (56:49):
We'd love to have you come back on obviously, but
and see more and I have your have TikTok and
Instagram here running and it's in the description of the show.
But is there any areas maybe or places that people
can possibly follow you off see more?
Speaker 6 (57:06):
I don't think so. Now we're coming. It's the same
handle on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. You don't know what Facebook.
Speaker 9 (57:16):
I don't know what Facebook is, but I don't have works.
Speaker 3 (57:20):
A lot of people don't know how it works. I
trust me. You know the only want.
Speaker 9 (57:25):
But this is not simple. You do all of it.
Speaker 12 (57:29):
You get back to everybody in terms of comments with you.
You're great about getting back to people. But this has
been amazing, and we do have guests from so you're
both very welcome anytime.
Speaker 3 (57:37):
Yes, Oh, here we go road trip to Canada.
Speaker 4 (57:44):
It's not you know, it's not that far. Like I
looked at the map, like Detroit far.
Speaker 3 (57:49):
From you in Kentucky. Yeah, Kentucky, Kentucky.
Speaker 6 (57:54):
Our family in Tennessee. So it's none all none know
if I was Tennessee's things, the Kentucky's on the way.
Speaker 3 (58:02):
Oh, we're gonna do something. I'll message you.
Speaker 4 (58:04):
We're gonna do something.
Speaker 3 (58:04):
We're gonna and you're gonna do something and bourbon there
air and you're not gonna do anymore. Jack Daniels. No,
I'm just kidding. I love I had actually Jack and
Cook earlier today. I love Jack and Coke. I love
Jack and Honey. I love the honey and with root beer,
(58:25):
just straight up with root beer.
Speaker 4 (58:26):
I know you do all these.
Speaker 6 (58:32):
Well.
Speaker 3 (58:33):
I know if you go watch Aaron, he has all
these fancy drinks and stuff. I'm a simple girl from Kentucky.
But I'm telling you Jack and Honey with root beer
is phenomenal. If you want to put some askrom in
there in the summertimes, it's really good.
Speaker 4 (58:47):
But I'm drinking.
Speaker 9 (58:53):
One of these make the trip.
Speaker 6 (58:56):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 2 (58:57):
In the radio, We're gonna be on Radio one of
seven point seven and FM in New Orleans by the.
Speaker 3 (59:02):
End of the month, so we would love to have
you come back on and be on radio. It's gonna
be millions of listeners and things. So we appreciate you
very much. We're gonna let you go and we're gonna
close out the Shore Show, but thank you. We're looking
forward to your future and everything. I'm gonna be like
watching like a hawk on your social media pages to
see what's gonna happen.
Speaker 4 (59:18):
Super talented family, your show, love your family.
Speaker 3 (59:22):
Thank you, thank you, thank you, have a great night.
Speaker 6 (59:26):
Bye bye.
Speaker 3 (59:29):
There we go the Bloombers.
Speaker 6 (59:33):
I love them.
Speaker 3 (59:35):
I want to go to Canada now I've ever been
to Canada.
Speaker 4 (59:39):
Canada is fantastic. We have family in Toronto and and
that is like, that's a cool city.
Speaker 5 (59:46):
I love Canada and Montreal like it's got so many
phenomenal cities.
Speaker 4 (59:51):
But I imagine that little small town.
Speaker 6 (59:55):
You know.
Speaker 5 (59:56):
It's funny if you look at President on a map,
it's closer to Detroit than it is to Toronto. Yes,
I have no idea what that like, random part on
a map looks like, you know, in terms of I
can't tell you anything about that.
Speaker 3 (01:00:08):
But I love but I'm hoping. I'm hoping the network.
Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
I believe the network got such a big positive reviews.
Speaker 3 (01:00:18):
Have you ever seen a reality family it's the whole family.
Speaker 5 (01:00:21):
Have you ever seen a reality TV show where the family,
like the people in the show come off that authentic
where you don't feel like you.
Speaker 4 (01:00:28):
Got you know, like hoodwinked and like oh you know,
you know, I mean, I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
Speaker 5 (01:00:38):
I just I just in terms of reality TV, it's
like there was nothing, there's nothing where like the producers
were like, oh, say this because this is going to
be a great little skit.
Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
For the show. The authentism of them and their children,
It's like, oh man, that just came across.
Speaker 3 (01:00:55):
And I love it. I cannot wait to see what happens.
Maybe it we'll cross every HG TV. I don't know.
If it does, I'm gonna put my home in and
if I can submit my home to possibly and I'm
gonna whisper to Heather, Hey, I actually can touchy.
Speaker 12 (01:01:09):
I put it in.
Speaker 4 (01:01:12):
You would. So aside from that, you had huge news
this week, will you share that?
Speaker 3 (01:01:18):
Yes, yes, yes, I don't know the day. Well, it's
gonna be Friday nights. I believe it's gonna be eight
pm Eastern sertime. I don't know the details about I'll
know more a little bit more next week. But we're
gonna be on FM radio station one of some point
seven out in Knowlans, New Orleans. It has millions and
(01:01:40):
millions of listeners. I'm really super excited about it. And
then possibly start in March or so on Amazon Prime Video.
This is probably you're gonna see an upgrade in what
we're doing right now. Your camera that you got you've
already upgraded. I have not upgraded yet, but and Roku,
so we're working out some details and everything. I'm thrilled.
Speaker 2 (01:02:04):
If everybody's too, then over what the Freak Live has
been around for five years. I lost everything April of
twenty twenty one due to cancel culture. It didn't matter
what show. There's some risky shows that I has, others
that are just like this, paranormal stuff, unexplained things.
Speaker 3 (01:02:20):
But I woke up. YouTube was gone, TikTok was gone.
Facebook was gone, lost absolutely everything, and I went I
try to start it back up, went through depression. It depressed.
I work a lot on this show, by the way,
and took probably almost I was just say a year.
(01:02:42):
It was like eleven months break and then rebooted in
June of twenty twenty two, and I'm just thankful and blessed,
and I thank God every day for the people that
say yes to me to come on the show for
right now. I lost a lot in twenty twenty one
so to not have to worry about censorship, because I
(01:03:03):
still worry about this on Facebook, not so much on Rumble.
But radio was the best way and the.
Speaker 2 (01:03:08):
Podcast is doing well magnificently, magnificently well on the podcast,
so we're on all podcast platforms.
Speaker 5 (01:03:17):
I think it's it's watching you know, in the short
amount of times that I've been around, watching you, I
think it's a testament to what hard work, dedication, and
really just like becoming.
Speaker 4 (01:03:26):
Obsessed with us. You are obsessive in terms of you know,
this show and it's fantastic to watch.
Speaker 3 (01:03:32):
We're gonna have to show with you though, We're gonna
have to show with you.
Speaker 4 (01:03:35):
Stay tuned, stay tuned, I can teach you allowing me
a part of this.
Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
I'm having a great time, you know, William last week,
coolest shit, right, these guys just it's fun, having lots
of fun.
Speaker 13 (01:03:47):

stay show next week, but we're gonna have not this Friday,
but next Friday we're gonna be live.
Speaker 3 (01:04:05):
Was Sarah Cooper, the the founder and developer of the
the Snally Gaster Museum. I've never heard of Snelly Gaster.
This is Maryland.
Speaker 2 (01:04:17):
Everything is what the freak like. We have all kinds
of weird stuff. She she's the founder and owner of
the Stelly Gaster Museum. It's like one of the America's
oldest cryptids. Is like a dragon tap figure in the sky.
Speaker 3 (01:04:28):
She's gonna beyond Friday night, will be on the Centralist
radio show.
Speaker 2 (01:04:35):
I'll share that out. I can't remember. I can never
remember the link. And then actually Saturday night for New
Year's I don't know. I'm a geek, everybody. I'm not
doing anything for New Year's. I'm gonna be on uh
talk Weird Radio.
Speaker 6 (01:04:48):
I think it is.
Speaker 3 (01:04:49):
We're gonna be talking about the weirdest stuff that happened
in twenty twenty two. So I'll post and sharony made
for you.
Speaker 4 (01:04:55):
That's for sure.
Speaker 3 (01:04:57):
The weirdest thing that happened in twenty two to me
is freaking Madonna. What happened to Madonna in twenty twenty two?
Like the one I woke up with Madonna?
Speaker 4 (01:05:10):
That I remember material?
Speaker 12 (01:05:11):
Yeah, I don't, I.
Speaker 4 (01:05:13):
Haven't heard it.
Speaker 3 (01:05:14):
I'll have to send you the video.
Speaker 6 (01:05:15):
Wait, to be.
Speaker 3 (01:05:16):
I woke up one morning on my TikTok and I
saw this Madonna video and it terrified me. It terrified me,
and then it just it did. It got it got
popular and everybody's sharing it.
Speaker 6 (01:05:28):
And I'm like that.
Speaker 3 (01:05:30):
When I think of twenty twenty two weirdness, I think
of Madonna, like what does she do with her legacy?
She's ruined it in many aspects, and that video.
Speaker 5 (01:05:40):
I'll send it to you, Rick, Yeah, no, I just
I have not heard in twenty twenty two. The name
Madonna just never crept into my mind. Never whatever this
video was. And I mean, I stay on TikTok and Instagram.
Speaker 3 (01:05:54):
Maybe it's scary, Maybe it's scary weird, like if somebody
told me what scared you in twenty twenty two about
Taatema Donna?
Speaker 9 (01:06:04):
Next, will send your Joe.
Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
It will scare you, Rick, I promise, And everybody wants
to know more about this, tune in Saturday.
Speaker 3 (01:06:12):
