ready to relax and let go of any restrictions and limitations,

making sure you are in a comfortable position, your spine
is straight to allow the energy to move through your body,
making the next twenty minutes or so your time, your
time to relax, your time to transform your life. So

just go ahead and take a nice deep breath and
hold it for a moment and let it go with
a sigh, as if you were relaxing after a long,
hard day. And as you continue to breathe naturally, you

can notice sounds outside the room, those distant sounds that
seem to just drift in the air, no judgment or association.
Just notice the sounds drifting in the air as if

hearing them for the very first time. And then notice
the sounds inside the room, those gentle sounds drifting around you,

No need to try and recognize them, just letting them
drift all around you. Noticing sound of my voice, the
sounds behind my voice, and my voice will go with

you as you continue to relax, will comfort you relife
as you continue to drift deeper. Now, I don't know
how you will find yourself releasing aug limitations and freeing

yourself to discover the life you want. But you do,
and that's what's important. So as you take this next
step toward the transformation of your life, you know that

you can repeat these words as they are spoken inside
the quiet of your mind. I give myself permission to
release any old limitations and discover the potential I naturally have.

And as you let those words drift through your body,
a constant reminder of the transformation you can enjoy drifting
down the word giving a sense of the new energy
just beginning, perhaps small at first, as it begins to grow.

Right there in the thumb on your right hand, that
energy is slowly moving through your hand, up through your elbow,
your shoulder, and down your side, through your leg, your calf,

(06:13):
and even down into your ankle, your feet and toes.
And now give a sense of the energy moving in
the summer of your left hand. That energy slowly moving

(06:35):
up through your hand to your lower arm, your upper arm,
your shoulder, drifting down your left side, down your left leg,
through your ankle, and into your feet and right into

(06:58):
your toes. Then notice now the gentle energy drifting through
your scalp, relaxing your forehead letting go, the muscles around

(07:25):
your eyes relaxing, letting go, the nerves behind your eyes, relaxing,
letting go, and notice how all those nerves go all

(07:49):
the way into the center of your mind. Relaxation, spreading
down through your mouth, your jaw, relaxing, drifting open, just slightly, settling,

(08:20):
and that relaxation you have created cascading down your body,
down your chest, your stomach, then even into your legs.
That relaxation, that new energy rifting through your whole body,

(08:52):
just for a moment, Notice your breathing, the gentle rise
and fall of your chest that happens or by itself,
Notice the beating of your heart, the blood pulsing through

(09:15):
your veins, and allow yourself to become more and more
absorbed in the life, the energy of your body. You
can notice my words. Notice noticing my words. You can

(09:40):
notice how your body can relax and your mind can
relax as your breathing carries on or by itself. Your
mind carries on thinking or by itself, and you can

(10:01):
just watch it wander away. Your experience, your understanding, your
awareness can just detach and slow down, and my voice
can be soothing, comfort you and leave your mind and

(10:35):
as you continue to relax, I wonder if you are
familiar with fences, especially the electric fences used with horses.
Those fences have a few tiny strands of wire, and

(10:56):
through that wire goes a current of electricity, not the
kind of electricity that is dangerous, but the kind that
gives you a jolt, like static electricity you get from
walking on rugs, a sudden, sharp spark. These wires stretch

(11:22):
all around the field, and as the horses walk from
place to place, they quickly learn where they can go
and where they don't want to venture. All it takes
is a few brushes against the wire, a few sudden

(11:44):
startlings apps, and being very smart aunnels, they learn to
look but not touch. They learn so well, in fact,
that after a while the farmer can turn off the
electricity or even replace the wires with stringed and those

(12:08):
horses will stay put, venced in by nothing at all,
stopped in their tracks by a thought, by the feeling
that some places are off limits, that where they are
is safe as long as they stay put, satisfied to

(12:33):
be where they are. An invisible barrier or boundary created
by the mind. But once the horse goes through it,
then they all follow behind. But once one horse goes
through it, they all follow behind that barrier shattered and broken,

(12:58):
with no restraints on where they go next. And where
to go next is a problem, a problem that everyone faces,
and not everyone knows how to solve, which is why
you can learn a fortune these days telling people their

(13:19):
fortunes and giving advice on what they should do. We
don't know how a horse knows where to go, but
we do know that once they know where they're going,
it is difficult to stop them or rain them in.
Because once a tired, hungry horse sees that stable or

(13:43):
barn at the bottom of the hill, all you have
to do is give it free rein, and it will
take you there as quickly and as surely as it can,
because it wants to be comfortable, and it wants to
be fed, and once it knows where to go to

(14:05):
get what it wants, even an imaginary boundary can be
leaped over on the way to that goal. What fun
to hold on tight and just let it run, trusting
that it will take you there swiftly and surely. That
is a pleasure that every child can treasure, and so

(14:30):
could most adults, if only they allowed themselves to do so,

(15:47):
and so before you allow yourself to drift up completely
inter conscious weight learness, or maybe you might choose to
drift into sleep to let the lessons communicate at a
deeper level, it may be useful for you to utilize

(16:12):
the opportunity now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts, images, understandings,
and how you might use these things later on, from
one day to the next, because you have an unconscious
mind and you have a conscious mind, and these two

(16:34):
minds can learn from your experience here today some things
that you can utilize to deal more effectively with those
things that have been challenges for you before. And so
before you continue to drift up into conscious awareness normal

(16:55):
wakeful awareness, or let your mind and body than to sleep,
it is your privilege to use this time to become
more aware of those things you can use later on,
those learnings, abilities, and skills you may have overlooked before

(17:18):
to give yourself a new view of the possibilities for
a new way of thinking and feeling and doing things.
That's right. Takes some time now, a brief time that
seems to be a long time to review and plan
at some level of awareness, those things as you will

(17:42):
do later on, those things that may change later on
as you begin to use more and more of you.
You can use that time now because in a few
moments from now, when you drift up and awaken, or

(18:05):
maybe let your mind and body drift to sleep, it
may be interesting for you to know that in that drifting,
relaxedate of mind, when all thoughts are like dreams that
tend to awareness for a time and drift through the mind,

(18:27):
while some are left behind to be utilized later on,
and others are remembered or seem to be remembered at first,
but then become more and more distant forgotten over time,
and the entire experience can seem so far away miss

(18:51):
your unconscious mind protects a conscious mind and leaves those
things behind forgotten. But remember too, and times changes too,
and so you can know what a relaxation it's been
when you begin to know that what seemed like a

(19:12):
short time turns out to have been a long time,
and what seemed like a long time was really no
time at all. So for now, whenever you wish to
return to your normal world, you can just count from

(19:34):
one to five as you drift aware. You need to
go awaken or sleep, to let all the messages sink
even deeper.
