Speaker 1 (00:35):
So before you begin to relax and let go, make
sure you find a place where you won't be disturbed
for the next little while. Ensure your spine is straight,
as this will allow the energy to flow through your body.
(00:58):
You can know the first step to accepting yourself just
as you are is when you take a deep breath
and hold it for a moment, letting it go with
a sigh, letting go of any tension, any stress, and
(01:21):
as you continue to relax, you can notice the sounds
outside the room, those distant sounds that just seem to
drift in the air, no need for labels or recognition,
as if hearing them for the very first time, And
(01:51):
then noticing the sounds inside room, those sounds drifting around you,
no need for labels, just letting the sounds drift in
the air, almost as if you can watch the sounds
(02:14):
floating in the air as you continue to drift deeper
and deeper within yourself, noticing the sound of my voice,
the sounds behind my voice. As you continue to relax,
(02:39):
my voice will comfort you, will soothe you, will ease you.
As you continue to drift deeper and deeper, you can
begin to notice any fragrances, some distance, some close, Those
(03:07):
beautiful fragrances that dance so gracefully. No need to wonder
what they are, Just enjoy the fragrances drifting on the air.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
Now.
Speaker 1 (03:28):
I don't know how you'll find yourself learning to accept
yourself just as you are, but there is a part
of your mind that does. You're subconscious, and that's what's
most important. So as you continue to relax, you can
(03:48):
repeat the words silently in your mind as they are spoken.
I am worthy of love and respectly as I am.
I celebrate my unique qualities and strengths. I am enough
(04:12):
just as I am. I honor and accept my true self.
I am deserving of happiness and peace. I embrace my
individuality and confidence. I trust in my own journey and growth.
(04:37):
I am proud of all that I have overcome. I
radiate self, love and acceptance. I am a beautiful and
valuable person. I am worthy of love and respect. Fact
(05:01):
exactly as I am. I celebrate my unique qualities and strengths.
I am enough, just as I am. I honor and
accept my true self. I am deserving of happiness and peace.
(05:27):
And as you let those words to truth through your
mind and bodies a constant reminder the transformation you can enjoy.
You can get the sense of a beginning of a
new energy, maybe small at first, as it just begins
(05:47):
to grow. Right there in the sum on your right hand,
that energy slowly moving through your hand, through your wrists,
and up through your elbow, your shoulder, all down your
(06:07):
right side. And feel that energy now moving down to
your lay down into your right foot and all the
toes on your right foot. And notice it now that
(06:30):
energy in the thumb on your left hand, slowly moving
up through your arm, your elbow, your shoulder, the way
down your left side, and even into your left leg,
(06:52):
all the way down into the toes on your left foot.
Notice now that energy drifting over your head. Just feel
the moving grey and scale relaxing. Notice now the muscles
(07:22):
on your forehead is just telling them to release the
lack which was relaxed. The muscles around your eyes slowly relaxing,
(07:42):
letting go. Notice the bundles of nerves behind your eyes relaxing.
Notice how those nerves go all the way into the
center of your mind. There's this relaxation you have created,
(08:10):
drifts lower than lowers. The muscles around your ears, muscles
inside your ears, and all the muscles around your mouth. Interesting,
there's your jaw relaxes, drifting open, resting, that relaxation, moving down,
(08:43):
drifting across your chest and into your stomach, your legs,
that relaxation, that new energy drifting through your pot Now,
(09:05):
just for a moment, I'd like you to notice your breathing,
a gentle rise and fall of your chest that just
seems to happen all by itself. Notice the beating of
your heart, the pulsing in your veins, the natural rhythm
(09:31):
of your body. As you allow yourself to become more
and more absorbed in the life, the energy of your body.
You can notice my words. Notice noticing words, You can
(09:53):
notice noticing. Your body can relax, and your mind can
relax as your breathing carries on all by yourself. Just
your mind carries on thinking myself, and you can just
watch it wander away. Your experience, your understanding, your awareness
(10:20):
can just attach and slow down, and my voice can
be soothing, can comfort you and dease your mind as
my voice goes with you. As you drift deeper and
deeper within yourself. That's it, and you can begin to
(10:50):
explore your own natural ability to accept yourself, and to
accept yourself is to be comfortable with who you are
as an individual. And you know every blade of grass
in the meadow looks different on close inspection, yet together
(11:14):
a meadow can look beautiful. And you know, the one
thing all people have in common is that all people
are unique. And I wonder what will be the trigger
that makes self acceptance possible? And you can step back
(11:35):
and view your life. And as you view your life,
you can wonder about how you got here, and you
can look back over good decisions and bad decisions and
wonder how they have shaped who you have become and
(11:56):
who you will be developing into and mistakes around planned lessons,
and I wonder what you can learn from your mistakes
and how this acceptance can learn to enhance your own
self acceptance. As you review the past, you can learn
(12:19):
about the future. What will it mean to you to
have self acceptance? How about things being accepted by others?
How will things change? And a part of you can
instinctively explore these areas and you can learn and you
(12:40):
can understand, and you can imagine a positive role model
that accepts themselves and what is different about that person,
what do they do, how do you know they accept themselves?
And you can be curious about what changes will occur
(13:02):
that lead to your self acceptance and curious to discover
how this affects who you are as a person, and
what will be different about the way you interact with
others and develop over time. And I wonder if you
(13:26):
can be curious about how people accept each other and
put each other's faults aside, and how they manage this.
And your unconscious now can take as long as it
needs over the next few minutes to make all the
necessary changes on an instinctive level, to discover how to
(13:50):
accept yourself and find that change happens just as you
relax and rest deeper.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Except my true serp sis.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Erasement into.
Speaker 2 (14:16):
I trust me, and.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
I I.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
Reading some looking for st.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
Iras I stings and scrats.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Just as I'm at except for the truth.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Discern themsels.
Speaker 3 (15:08):
Race between the trust, get set.
Speaker 4 (15:27):
Consults, acts, sacs, spoilities, and.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
Serpents, just as a conceptual true so.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
And so before you allow yourself to drift up completely
into conscious wakeful alertness, or maybe you might choose to
drift into sleep and let the lessons communicate at a
deeper level. It might be useful for you to utilize
the opportunity now to think about what you've experienced, the thoughts,
(16:26):
images and understandings, and how you might use these things
later on, from one day to the next, because you
have an unconscious mind and you have a conscious mind,
and those two minds can learn from your experiences here
to day some things that can be utilized to deal
(16:49):
more effectively with those things that have been challenges for
you before. So, as you relax, you can see your
own hand moved across the blank page as it writes
the words I am learning to accept myself just as
(17:09):
I am. And so before you continue to drift up
into conscious awareness, normal wakeful awareness, or maybe let your
mind and body drift into sleep, it is your privilege
to use this time to become more aware of those
(17:33):
things you can use later on, those learning's abilities and
skills you may have overlooked before to give you a
new view of the possibilities for a new way of
thinking and feeling and doing things that's right. Take some
time now, a brief time that seems to be a
(17:55):
long time to review and plan at some level awareness
those things you will do later on. Those things you
might change later on as you begin to use more
and more of you, And you can use that time
now because in a few moments from now, when you
(18:19):
drift up and awaken, or maybe let your mind and
body drift into sleep, it might be interesting for you
to know that in that drifting, relaxed state of mind,
where your thoughts drift by like dreams, the tentra awareness
for a time and drift through the mind, while some
(18:43):
are left behind to be utilized later on, and others
are remembered or seem to be remembered at first, but
then become more and more distant, forgotten over time, and
the entire experience can seem so far away as your
(19:07):
unconscious mind protects the conscious mind and leaves those things
behind forgotten but remembered too, and time changes too, so
you can know what a transformation it's been when you
begin to know that what seemed to take a short
time turns out to have been a long time, and
(19:30):
what seemed to be a long time there's really no
time at all. So for now, whenever you wish to
return to your normal world, you can just count from
one to five as you're awaken, or perhaps you might
decide to drift into sleep and let all the messages
(19:57):
think even deeper.
